  1. 0:00Everything you experience begins in your
  2. 0:02mind. The life you're living now, your
  3. 0:04circumstances, the outcomes, your daily
  4. 0:06environment, these are all reflections
  5. 0:08of your current or past state of
  6. 0:10consciousness. And if you don't like
  7. 0:12what you see around you, then you have
  8. 0:13the ability to change it at [music] its
  9. 0:16source. To make this as simple as
  10. 0:17possible, we'll break the process down
  11. 0:19into three clear principles. Number one,
  12. 0:22detach. Number two, assume. Number
  13. 0:24three, ground. Starting with detachment.
  14. 0:26The first step in editing your reality
  15. 0:28is detachment or in other words,
  16. 0:30ignoring the 3D. Now, the 3D is your
  17. 0:33outer world. It's the physical reality
  18. 0:35around you. The 3D world is simply a
  19. 0:37projection of your inner world. Every
  20. 0:39assumption you hold, every belief you
  21. 0:42repeat, and every thought you
  22. 0:44consistently focus on gets reflected
  23. 0:46back to you in your physical reality.
  24. 0:48What you accept as true is what
  25. 0:50eventually shows up outside. Because of
  26. 0:53that, you can't truly change your
  27. 0:55circumstances by trying to manipulate
  28. 0:57the outer world. The 3D is only the
  29. 1:00result. It's not the cause, it's the
  30. 1:01effect. It has no power on its own. It's
  31. 1:04just reflecting what you've already
  32. 1:05assumed to be real. So, when something
  33. 1:08happens in your 3D reality that you
  34. 1:10don't like, there's no need to give it
  35. 1:12your attention or react to it. It's
  36. 1:14simply showing you old assumptions
  37. 1:16playing out. The outer world cannot
  38. 1:17control your manifestations because it
  39. 1:19cannot and doesn't create. The real
  40. 1:22creative power is your imagination, your
  41. 1:24inner conversations, your beliefs, and
  42. 1:26your thoughts. This inner space is what
  43. 1:28we call the 4D. This is where you edit
  44. 1:31your reality. When you change what you
  45. 1:33assume and believe in your inner world,
  46. 1:35the 3D has no choice but to reflect that
  47. 1:37change back to you. From this point
  48. 1:39onward, it's important that you
  49. 1:41understand that what happens around you
  50. 1:43no longer dictates your state of mind or
  51. 1:45your results. Pay no mind to the
  52. 1:47circumstances you see. whatever events
  53. 1:49are unfolded in front of you nor the
  54. 1:51opinions of others. None of this is your
  55. 1:54concern in the process of creating your
  56. 1:57[music] desired reality. Detachment
  57. 1:59doesn't mean ignoring life or
  58. 2:00responsibilities. It means shifting your
  59. 2:03focus away from the physical outcomes
  60. 2:05and placing your attention on the
  61. 2:07reality you want to experience. [music]
  62. 2:09Your current reality serves only as a
  63. 2:11reference point. It is not the blueprint
  64. 2:13for your future. By stepping into
  65. 2:15detachment, you give yourself the
  66. 2:17freedom to observe without resistance.
  67. 2:20You stop reacting to what is and start
  68. 2:22designing what could be. This is the
  69. 2:24foundation for every shift that follows.
  70. 2:27Once you've detached from your current
  71. 2:29reality, the next step is to assume.
  72. 2:31Assumption is where creation truly
  73. 2:33begins. If detachment is about no longer
  74. 2:35reacting to what is, then assumption is
  75. 2:38about consciously choosing what will be.
  76. 2:40This is the moment you decide what is
  77. 2:43true for you. Regardless of what your 3D
  78. 2:45currently shows you, to assume means to
  79. 2:48accept something as real without needing
  80. 2:50the physical proof of it. You choose the
  81. 2:52version of reality you prefer and claim
  82. 2:55it internally as already done. Remember,
  83. 2:57your 3D world is only a reflection of
  84. 3:00your dominant assumptions. So, if you
  85. 3:02continue to assume that nothing has
  86. 3:03changed, that you don't have what you
  87. 3:05want, or that your circumstances are
  88. 3:07fixed, then that is what will continue
  89. 3:10to be mirrored back to you. The outer
  90. 3:12world can only echo what you
  91. 3:14consistently accept as true. This is why
  92. 3:16assumption must feel natural. You are
  93. 3:18not trying to force a belief. You are
  94. 3:20selecting a new belief. You are [music]
  95. 3:22deciding that the reality you desire is
  96. 3:24already established in your 4D. And
  97. 3:27because the 3D is simply a projection,
  98. 3:29it must eventually align. Assuming the
  99. 3:32wish fulfilled means thinking from the
  100. 3:34version of you who already has it. How
  101. 3:36would you feel? How would you think? How
  102. 3:38would you respond to life if your desire
  103. 3:40were already a fact? That is the state
  104. 3:43you begin to occupy internally. Don't
  105. 3:45check the 3D for confirmation. Do not
  106. 3:47measure progress. The moment you assume
  107. 3:49something has done, the creation process
  108. 3:52is complete in the 4D. The only thing
  109. 3:54left is for the 3D to catch up and
  110. 3:56adjust. When you change who you believe
  111. 3:58you are, your experiences must
  112. 4:00reorganize to match that belief.
  113. 4:02Assumption is the act of selecting your
  114. 4:05identity and allowing reality to conform
  115. 4:08to it. And just like detachment,
  116. 4:10assumption is an internal shift. It is
  117. 4:12an internal decision. Once you have
  118. 4:14detached from the 3D and assumed your
  119. 4:17desired reality as done, the final step
  120. 4:19is to ground it. Grounding is about
  121. 4:21stabilization. It is the process of
  122. 4:24allowing your new assumption to become
  123. 4:26natural and integrated into your
  124. 4:28everyday life. If assumption is the
  125. 4:30decision, grounding is the maintenance
  126. 4:32of that decision. When you first assume
  127. 4:34something new, it may feel unfamiliar.
  128. 4:37This is normal. You are shifting into a
  129. 4:39version of yourself that you have not
  130. 4:41consistently occupied before. Grounding
  131. 4:43is what makes that new state feel normal
  132. 4:46instead of temporary. To ground an
  133. 4:48assumption means to live in alignment
  134. 4:50with it internally. You return to it
  135. 4:52daily. You think from it. You respond
  136. 4:54from it. You let it influence your
  137. 4:56self-concept, your reactions, and your
  138. 4:59expectations. If doubt ever makes an
  139. 5:01appearance, you do not show any signs of
  140. 5:04panic. If the 3D shows something [music]
  141. 5:06opposite, you do not react. You simply
  142. 5:09return to your chosen assumption. The
  143. 5:11basis of grounding is repetition. It is
  144. 5:13consistency without obsession. The more
  145. 5:16you occupy a state, the more natural it
  146. 5:19becomes. And what feels natural is what
  147. 5:21manifests effortlessly. When your
  148. 5:23desired reality no longer feels like
  149. 5:25something you're trying to get, but
  150. 5:27something that simply is, you have
  151. 5:29grounded it. At this stage, the shift in
  152. 5:32identity feels settled rather than
  153. 5:34practice. There is no effort to maintain
  154. 5:36the state and no need to remind oneself
  155. 5:38of what has been chosen. Grounding
  156. 5:40completes the process. Detachment
  157. 5:42removes your attention from the old
  158. 5:44reflection. Assumption selects the new
  159. 5:47reality. Grounding makes that reality
  160. 5:50your new normal. When it becomes your
  161. 5:51normal internally, the 3D has no option
  162. 5:54but to
