  1. 0:00in this video you learn the exact market
  2. 0:01research process I use before writing
  3. 0:04any piece of copy this process is the
  4. 0:06only reason why I was able to help to
  5. 0:08generate over $2 million in sales for me
  6. 0:10and my clients this year so far in case
  7. 0:12you've never seen me before my name is
  8. 0:13mat Jil I help coaches and agencies
  9. 0:15scale past $100,000 a month with custom
  10. 0:18down for you Marketing Systems and
  11. 0:20yesterday I landed a new client which
  12. 0:22means that before doing anything I need
  13. 0:23to do some market research so I say to
  14. 0:25not waste any time let me show you how
  15. 0:27it works all right so let's get started
  16. 0:29the first thing I want to do is an
  17. 0:30introduction on the different types of
  18. 0:32research and how research actually works
  19. 0:34before I show you my process okay so I
  20. 0:37divide research and I mean I think
  21. 0:39research should be divided in three
  22. 0:41different uh categories there's Avatar
  23. 0:44research market research and offer
  24. 0:46research Avatar research is obviously
  25. 0:47the research about who is your avatar
  26. 0:49who is that you're targeting second
  27. 0:52thing is the market research so looking
  28. 0:54at the market at the competitors the
  29. 0:55sophistication the awareness and all
  30. 0:57that kind of stuff and then there's the
  31. 0:58offer research which is
  32. 1:00basically understanding your offer in
  33. 1:02the market right now everything about it
  34. 1:04okay so let's first of all let me show
  35. 1:06you what's inside each of these okay
  36. 1:08when it comes to Avatar research first
  37. 1:10thing you want to understand is who we
  38. 1:11use your ICP ideal client profile what's
  39. 1:14his age sex profession day-to-day Life
  40. 1:17Education interest basically who is your
  41. 1:19ideal client the person that's most
  42. 1:21likely to buy your offer okay second
  43. 1:25thing is desires what are the desires of
  44. 1:27this person motivators what drives the
  45. 1:30ICP to take action problems what is the
  46. 1:34Avatar of the ICP struggling with right
  47. 1:37now pain points pain points are the
  48. 1:39emotional pains that those problems are
  49. 1:41causing in the Avatar's life so for
  50. 1:44example stress overwhelm okay those are
  51. 1:46pain points and then we have
  52. 1:48predispositions which are beliefs uh
  53. 1:51pre-installed beliefs that the Avatar
  54. 1:52has and might stop him from taking
  55. 1:55action okay so once you have all of this
  56. 1:56down you want to go into the market
  57. 1:58research now I call this video probably
  58. 2:00how to do market research but we're
  59. 2:01going to do all types of research Avatar
  60. 2:04market and offer research so when it
  61. 2:06comes to the market there's awareness
  62. 2:08sophistication competitors and angle
  63. 2:10ideas now I'm going to um talk about
  64. 2:13awareness and sophistication for about 5
  65. 2:15minutes because this is extremely
  66. 2:16important and really not enough people
  67. 2:19know about it or talk about it so I try
  68. 2:22to systemize everything for my students
  69. 2:24so this should be pretty easy to
  70. 2:26understand I'm going to make it as
  71. 2:27simple as possible for you to understand
  72. 2:28even though it's not that simp simple of
  73. 2:30a concept so let me show you so first of
  74. 2:33all awareness it means how aware is your
  75. 2:35Market of your offer or of your solution
  76. 2:38okay now based on where your Market is
  77. 2:41about your offer or your solution the
  78. 2:43angle of your copy changes so let me
  79. 2:45tell you let me show you different
  80. 2:47examples so at stage number one is when
  81. 2:49your Market is the least aware okay at
  82. 2:53this page at this stage he doesn't
  83. 2:55realize he has a problem so he doesn't
  84. 2:57think he needs your solution okay and
  85. 2:59you're gonna act accordingly in the in
  86. 3:02each different stage I have other videos
  87. 3:03that go more in depth about it
  88. 3:05especially the one right now that I have
  89. 3:07about ads so maybe after this one watch
  90. 3:10the one about ad you're going to
  91. 3:11understand it extremely well and I'm
  92. 3:13going to create more videos specifically
  93. 3:15about awareness and sophistications but
  94. 3:16for now this is enough to understand
  95. 3:18this video okay so at stage number one
  96. 3:20it doesn't realize he has a problem so
  97. 3:22it doesn't think it needs your solution
  98. 3:23at stage number two he knows he has a
  99. 3:26problem or a desire but he doesn't yet
  100. 3:28realize there is a solution for it at
  101. 3:30stage number three he knows there a
  102. 3:32problem or a desire and he wants a
  103. 3:34solution for it but it just doesn't know
  104. 3:36there is a product your product that
  105. 3:38could solve the problem or fulfill the
  106. 3:41desire stage number four he knows is a
  107. 3:43problem and a desire and he knows a
  108. 3:45product like yours could solve or
  109. 3:47fulfill it so he's heard already about
  110. 3:49your product but it's not convinced
  111. 3:50yours is the best solution this is the
  112. 3:53most common uh stage when it comes to
  113. 3:56you know this is the most common stage
  114. 3:57you're going to Target and when it comes
  115. 3:59to stage number five this is the most
  116. 4:00aware stage he knows it's a problem a
  117. 4:03problem or a desire and he knows your
  118. 4:05solution will solve or fulfill it he's
  119. 4:06just waiting for the right opportunity
  120. 4:08to buy so these are this is when the
  121. 4:10market all of your Market has checked
  122. 4:12out your offer they went to the sales
  123. 4:15page they book The call they just
  124. 4:17they're on the fence of buying they just
  125. 4:18don't know they're just waiting for the
  126. 4:20right opportunity to buy okay so let's
  127. 4:22put a couple of examples for you to
  128. 4:23understand this better if I'm dealing
  129. 4:25with a market that's that already knows
  130. 4:27my offer has already checked out my pay
  131. 4:29AG like I just told you okay he wants to
  132. 4:31buy it they know they should buy and
  133. 4:34they know my product will help them but
  134. 4:36they're still on the fence of buying now
  135. 4:38at this stage to Target these people
  136. 4:40there would be no point in me running an
  137. 4:42ad or sending out an email explaining
  138. 4:45how good the product is how it works the
  139. 4:48benefits they will see in their life
  140. 4:49they already want this product you
  141. 4:52understand they're so aware they already
  142. 4:53wanted they're already sold all I got to
  143. 4:55do is give a little push which could be
  144. 4:57a limited type promotion add some scars
  145. 5:00urgency uh more social proof create fomo
  146. 5:03all the kind of stuff to get them off
  147. 5:05the fence so you see how based on the
  148. 5:07different awareness I run a different ad
  149. 5:09I send a different email I have a
  150. 5:11different vssl now in the same way if
  151. 5:13I'm dealing with a market doesn't even
  152. 5:15know about my offer its benefits and why
  153. 5:18they need it and at about a 20% discount
  154. 5:21won't do anything they don't know even
  155. 5:23about the benefits or why they should
  156. 5:24buy it so if I run an ad or a copy
  157. 5:27saying getting today 20% off then even
  158. 5:30know why they're not aware enough to
  159. 5:32understand that copy and be persuaded by
  160. 5:34that copy sophistication sophistication
  161. 5:36is how many times as your Market heard
  162. 5:38of similar offer and claims the more
  163. 5:41sophisticated they are the harder it is
  164. 5:43to hook and retain their attention and
  165. 5:45the easier it is for them to get bored
  166. 5:47think about it how many times now over
  167. 5:49the past 10 years we've seen ads about
  168. 5:51Drop Shipping e-commerce and all that
  169. 5:52kind of stuff right over time the market
  170. 5:55has become sophisticated anytime I see
  171. 5:57an ad I'll build you a e-commerce store
  172. 6:00I just Skip and not because I might not
  173. 6:03I'm not interested but because I've
  174. 6:05heard it so many times that I'm just too
  175. 6:07sophisticated I'm too skeptical so that
  176. 6:10will not work with me anymore you need
  177. 6:11to change your angle based on how
  178. 6:13sophisticated your Market is so let me
  179. 6:15give you a couple of examples stage
  180. 6:18number one which is the least
  181. 6:19sophisticated is when you're first in
  182. 6:21the market okay and what you have to do
  183. 6:23here with your ad with your copy is to
  184. 6:25be simple direct and you can just say
  185. 6:27bold claims because people will believe
  186. 6:28anything you say when we go into Stage
  187. 6:30number two here you're second in the
  188. 6:32market meaning there's already been
  189. 6:34other people who promoted your business
  190. 6:36model or offer similar to yours uh but
  191. 6:39it's not too sophisticated so what you
  192. 6:41can do here is simply enlarge the claim
  193. 6:43to its extreme so if before you were
  194. 6:45telling me hey I'll build you an
  195. 6:47e-commerce store today now you say hey
  196. 6:51I'll build you an e-commerce store in
  197. 6:52under two hours and I guarantee you'll
  198. 6:54make $10,000 within the next month or
  199. 6:55I'll give you all your money back that's
  200. 6:57extreme okay so this is what you do here
  201. 6:59you enlarge the claim to its extreme
  202. 7:02then we go into Stage number three which
  203. 7:04is where your prospect have already
  204. 7:06heard all the claims and all the
  205. 7:08extremes they just don't believe it
  206. 7:09anymore they even bought one of the two
  207. 7:11or the competitive products and didn't
  208. 7:13work so imagine how skeptical these
  209. 7:15people are so going back to the
  210. 7:16e-commerce example let's say before it
  211. 7:18was called e-commerce now they call it
  212. 7:21AI Commerce it sounds new it's the same
  213. 7:24[ __ ] but it sounds new they make it
  214. 7:26sound new they put some wrapping paper
  215. 7:28around the same thing and now it's a new
  216. 7:30mechanism now obviously if you then want
  217. 7:32to go deeper you can actually change how
  218. 7:35the how the like the way to do it
  219. 7:37properly is to also change the mechanism
  220. 7:39not just wrap it but also change it so
  221. 7:41it's a new and unique mechanism now we
  222. 7:44go to stage number four so here your
  223. 7:46prospect have already heard about our
  224. 7:47new mechanism which generally takes a
  225. 7:49few months of running ads and what we
  226. 7:52have to do here is simply enlarge the
  227. 7:54claim so if before we're saying this is
  228. 7:56if here we introduced AI Commerce now
  229. 8:00here we go into a better easier faster
  230. 8:03sure safer way of AI Commerce okay we
  231. 8:06just enlarge on the mechanism instead of
  232. 8:08enlarging the claim we enlarge the
  233. 8:10mechanism I hope it's clear if it's not
  234. 8:12you're welcome to rewind a few minutes
  235. 8:15and just wish it again because this is
  236. 8:16extremely important in anything if you
  237. 8:18do marketing or corporating without
  238. 8:20knowing this how can you be profitable
  239. 8:22and make money that's a serious question
  240. 8:25so please take this stuff very very
  241. 8:27seriously now stage number five which is
  242. 8:29the most sophisticated you're most
  243. 8:30likely never going to be here because as
  244. 8:32I'm going to explain in a second we
  245. 8:34often go into Cycles so now what happens
  246. 8:37here is the market no longer believes in
  247. 8:39your Solutions so they don't no they
  248. 8:41don't longer believe in e-commerce let's
  249. 8:43say but we're never going to get here
  250. 8:45because people once this mechanism
  251. 8:47doesn't work anymore for example AI
  252. 8:50Commerce they don't just say all right
  253. 8:52e-commerce is that no they just go back
  254. 8:55to stage number three they come up with
  255. 8:56a new mechanism and this C then this um
  256. 8:59process can go on for decades as we've
  257. 9:01seen with e-commerce okay there's Peaks
  258. 9:04there's but there's dips of how
  259. 9:06sophisticated the marke is but overall
  260. 9:09uh the way to go from St a lot of times
  261. 9:11we go from stage number four to stage
  262. 9:13number three and you know we go into
  263. 9:15Drop Shipping then e-commerce then
  264. 9:17digital e-commerce then digital Drop
  265. 9:19Shipping AI Commerce we keep on they
  266. 9:21keep on pushing out new mechanisms so
  267. 9:23the market stays uh active and money
  268. 9:26keeps on going okay so I hope this is
  269. 9:29very clear now we're going to also then
  270. 9:31later I'm going to show you how I
  271. 9:32identify awareness and sophistication in
  272. 9:35my specific case right now for this uh
  273. 9:37for today's video but this is a base
  274. 9:40that is going to get you to understand
  275. 9:42the rest of the video so that done next
  276. 9:45part of market research is competitors
  277. 9:47so you just want to have a competitors
  278. 9:48list subscribe to their email list see
  279. 9:50what they're doing watch their content
  280. 9:51check out their ad Library all that kind
  281. 9:53of stuff talk to their customers check
  282. 9:55their um comments under their ads their
  283. 9:57videos all of it then we go into angle
  284. 10:01ideas where is basically after watching
  285. 10:03you know some content about this all the
  286. 10:05ideas that we get we can write them down
  287. 10:08so how the model Works typical questions
  288. 10:10main objections that we see in other
  289. 10:12people ads the niche vocabulary some
  290. 10:14specific words that they use all in this
  291. 10:16Niche uh possible angles that we can use
  292. 10:18for our marketing everything we want to
  293. 10:20write it down it doesn't really have to
  294. 10:22be organized you can just write
  295. 10:24everything that comes to your mind down
  296. 10:25because that's what you want to use then
  297. 10:27in your marketing and a lot of times the
  298. 10:29first thing that comes to your brain
  299. 10:31your first uh ideas are the best ones so
  300. 10:33this is why I really like to just have
  301. 10:35my document open and write down
  302. 10:38everything that comes to mind when I'm
  303. 10:40doing research okay so this is what it
  304. 10:42is for angle ideas now offer research
  305. 10:44this is extremely simple because you
  306. 10:46just have to hop on a call with the
  307. 10:47client and understand how the offer
  308. 10:49works that's all it is so uh what you
  309. 10:51want to understand is value prop value
  310. 10:53proposition so what is exactly the offer
  311. 10:56the benefits uh that the ICP will see in
  312. 10:58his life after buying is offer unique
  313. 11:00benefits of our offer that no other
  314. 11:02competitor has guarantee our guarantee
  315. 11:04alternative Solutions so these are other
  316. 11:06competitive business models or offers
  317. 11:09that the ICP is considering and we need
  318. 11:11to beat in our marketing client
  319. 11:13PowerPoint so this could be
  320. 11:15certifications accomplishments for
  321. 11:17example um I am a Mr Olympia that's a
  322. 11:20certification and if you are a fitness
  323. 11:21coach being a Mr Olympia is a good
  324. 11:24Authority building uh factor and on top
  325. 11:27of that you want to list the things of
  326. 11:29your of your client that you can
  327. 11:31leverage in the marketing and the the
  328. 11:33ICP will relate to so for example if
  329. 11:35we're talking to uh broke people and
  330. 11:38we're trying to get them to buy our
  331. 11:40program we want to be as relatable as
  332. 11:42possible so we want to say I was that
  333. 11:44broke so if you're client was that broke
  334. 11:46and had 50 $50 in his bank account you
  335. 11:49can say that in your ads because other
  336. 11:51people are going to relate with your ICP
  337. 11:53is going to relate to it hope it makes
  338. 11:55sense and finally we're going to social
  339. 11:56proof so all the testimonials case
  340. 11:58studies results that you got
  341. 11:59with this offer for your clients uh for
  342. 12:02anyone about it that you can leverage in
  343. 12:05your marketing this is definitely
  344. 12:06definitely very very important but that
  345. 12:08said this is an overview on everything
  346. 12:10now let's see how we're going to use
  347. 12:12them for our specific in our specific
  348. 12:14case for today's
  349. 12:16research uh it's going to be for an IG
  350. 12:19theme page program I'm going to explain
  351. 12:22you how it works in a second obviously I
  352. 12:23won't give too many information because
  353. 12:25it's a client of mine I don't want to um
  354. 12:28you know give information about him
  355. 12:30about spec anything extremely specific
  356. 12:32but you know the market is the market
  357. 12:34it's free game and we're going to go and
  358. 12:37dive straight into it so what we first
  359. 12:39want to understand is the Avatar
  360. 12:40research we want to understand who our
  361. 12:42ICP is then we going then we're going to
  362. 12:43go into our market research and finally
  363. 12:46into our offer research now I'm not
  364. 12:48really going to cut much here I'm going
  365. 12:50to keep it very very row I'm just going
  366. 12:52to show you everything I do uh unless
  367. 12:54you know for 15 minutes I'm watching a
  368. 12:56video I'm going to cut that part but our
  369. 12:59really want to show you because there's
  370. 13:00really no video or module out there that
  371. 13:03actually shows this stuff how it works
  372. 13:05when you actually had they explain how
  373. 13:06it works but they don't show you when to
  374. 13:08do it because it's a long process so yes
  375. 13:10it's going to be a long video but it's
  376. 13:12going to be a valuable video after
  377. 13:13watching this video you're never going
  378. 13:14to have to watch another research video
  379. 13:16because you're going to know exactly how
  380. 13:17it works this process made my clients
  381. 13:19millions of dollars so trust me if you
  382. 13:21follow this you can you're going to
  383. 13:23write good copy and good marketing
  384. 13:25campaigns so let's get straight into it
  385. 13:27now today I am lucky because my client
  386. 13:31actually uh already gave me a list uh
  387. 13:35some stuff about my ICP now how did he
  388. 13:37do this basically uh what he has is an
  389. 13:41application form that he did with type
  390. 13:43form okay now what you can do with this
  391. 13:45stuff it's very cool because you can uh
  392. 13:47export that um type form as uh V CSV
  393. 13:53file you can put it into chat GPT and
  394. 13:56you can tell him hey summarize this and
  395. 13:58divide it into problems desires overall
  396. 14:01motivators and this is what chpt gives
  397. 14:03you CH GPT is going to give you
  398. 14:05something like this which is very useful
  399. 14:07for us copywriters and marketers so if
  400. 14:09you have a client and you know he has a
  401. 14:11type form or an application form uh you
  402. 14:15can use that to do all your I all your
  403. 14:17avatar research get and get it done in a
  404. 14:19few minutes so now what I'm going to do
  405. 14:21is I'm going to take all of this
  406. 14:22information one by one and I'm going to
  407. 14:24put it in our uh document on the other
  408. 14:26side so um let's do that
  409. 14:29let's get into it so first of all uh my
  410. 14:31ICP okay so down here did something
  411. 14:33about the ICP so uh we already have age
  412. 14:3518 to
  413. 14:4430 they're activ looking for ways to
  414. 14:45make more income looking to make through
  415. 14:47Instagram theme Pages uh
  416. 14:52students students Center to the rout
  417. 14:54race
  418. 14:59workers or
  419. 15:04employees employees trying to skap the
  420. 15:07red
  421. 15:08trace and I suppose also uh there's also
  422. 15:13some other people that he mentioned up
  423. 15:20here okay okay these two are the main
  424. 15:22one
  425. 15:25um then let's get into the next which is
  426. 15:28um they want more freedom in
  427. 15:30life okay that's those are desires
  428. 15:32that's fine they're smarter people
  429. 15:34decent
  430. 15:38English this English
  431. 15:40level
  432. 15:43education I would say medium
  433. 15:46education and uh yeah that's fine these
  434. 15:49is our ICP who we're going to Target now
  435. 15:50for sex uh let's see if they're mainly
  436. 15:52men applicants young adults
  437. 15:57in okay I would say I would say male at
  438. 16:01least 70 70% male for sure 7% male and
  439. 16:05I'm saying this out of Simply uh market
  440. 16:08knowledge and experience for this stuff
  441. 16:0970% of people are males uh and that's
  442. 16:11just how it is now uh with inut location
  443. 16:13we have USA uh Divers location Australia
  444. 16:19Poland all over the
  445. 16:22world any
  446. 16:26count in Europe and and uh
  447. 16:39who now Instagram experience
  448. 16:52distribution I guess they have Instagram
  449. 16:54so regularly especially because we are
  450. 16:56going to run these ads on Instagram so
  451. 16:57we already know uh they use
  452. 17:01Instagram okay current monthly income
  453. 17:02distribution the most common one to
  454. 17:04$5,000 per month
  455. 17:12okay
  456. 17:17um 1,00 to
  457. 17:2125,000 a
  458. 17:23month average
  459. 17:27salary okay
  460. 17:30overall Mark Young Global beginners
  461. 17:33they're seeking knowledge okay okay okay
  462. 17:36okay so down withb we have a good idea
  463. 17:39of who we're targeting and we go into
  464. 17:40the desires now desires here it says
  465. 17:42Financial
  466. 17:43Freedom and the good thing about taking
  467. 17:46stuff from these forms is that it also
  468. 17:48says stuff in the words of our audience
  469. 17:51so this is how they talk uh Financial
  470. 17:56Freedom so here what he says is my going
  471. 17:58passive income stream qu5 something I be
  472. 18:00able to creative expression sh my
  473. 18:02passion for
  474. 18:23Fitness okay let's take this CU I think
  475. 18:25this is important
  476. 18:35okay uh Financial Freedom
  477. 18:45influence like as you can see I'm not
  478. 18:47getting anything out this is how the
  479. 18:48process works so Financial Freedom let's
  480. 18:50also add something there I want be able
  481. 18:51to make enough money from Super travel
  482. 18:53these I mean I already know don't need
  483. 18:55to write that down and next uh skill
  484. 18:57development
  485. 19:11all right so we have that we have our
  486. 19:13desires now we go into uh this Pro natur
  487. 19:16key pain points desires
  488. 19:19mpect skill development okay now overall
  489. 19:21motivators achieving Independence
  490. 19:33inspiring
  491. 19:35others Independence
  492. 20:00okay uh and these I would rank them
  493. 20:03these are I would say almost ranked
  494. 20:04already so number one this is clearly
  495. 20:06number
  496. 20:07one uh number two because obviously not
  497. 20:10every motivator has the same um
  498. 20:17impact okay and now we go into uh
  499. 20:21problems so who's my we had something
  500. 20:24about problems
  501. 20:25yeah lack of knowledge or experience
  502. 20:55okay time management of SW following
  503. 20:59down turn into learn sponsorships
  504. 21:50out to monetized
  505. 22:16okay Bing jobs
  506. 22:18okay these are
  507. 22:21desires I have no experience with
  508. 22:23Instagram PR growing it didn't work
  509. 22:27out okay
  510. 22:33okay then pain points uh so pain points
  511. 22:34what are these problems causing in the
  512. 22:37in our Avatar very simple here it says
  513. 22:38overwhelming so
  514. 22:40overwhelm
  515. 22:43hopelessness I would almost
  516. 22:48say
  517. 22:50confusion
  518. 22:56uh was the other there
  519. 23:04okay I think this is
  520. 23:09fine prositions okay so what do this
  521. 23:11what do people think about IG theme
  522. 23:13pages okay um what do people think
  523. 23:15around there now I think for these we
  524. 23:16can then find more when we do our market
  525. 23:18research but I do have a few in mind
  526. 23:20that I think they're thinking uh which
  527. 23:22could be
  528. 23:24um there's no
  529. 23:26way to make
  530. 23:31you
  531. 23:33can't make real money doing this you
  532. 23:37make money from this program and not
  533. 23:40from your
  534. 23:44pages other
  535. 23:50things let's
  536. 23:54see takes years to grow I decent page
  537. 24:00finding sponsorship deals is
  538. 24:07hard
  539. 24:09takes I don't have time to do this it
  540. 24:11just takes 10 minutes a day so that's a
  541. 24:13position I have okay let's start with
  542. 24:14that now we need to do uh some more uh
  543. 24:18market research first of all competitors
  544. 24:22so the guy gave me my client gave me a
  545. 24:24competitors list so let me find that and
  546. 24:27put it here really quick okay so these
  547. 24:29are the competitors now what we are
  548. 24:31going to do is to first of all go on
  549. 24:34Instagram and check them
  550. 24:37out boom now I don't think you can hear
  551. 24:41the S if I play anything you don't hear
  552. 24:42it because I have uh on loom it doesn't
  553. 24:45go but I'm going to check out a couple
  554. 24:47of reals if I get any ideas I'm going to
  555. 24:49write them in angle ideas so
  556. 25:00so one of the main things I do generally
  557. 25:03is go on the most viewed reels because
  558. 25:05those are the ones that obviously hooked
  559. 25:07the most people and uh most people
  560. 25:10related to because they watched it they
  561. 25:11put more likes they put more comments so
  562. 25:13I just check for the ones with the most
  563. 25:16views so this
  564. 25:26one okay so first the idea that I got is
  565. 25:29that a lot of these guys have the hook
  566. 25:31with like some viral Clips so viral clip
  567. 25:36hook then add or the talk and um looks
  568. 25:42like the affiliate marketing
  569. 25:45angle worked a lot so a marketing angle
  570. 25:50meaning uh grow your
  571. 25:55page find an affiliate Pro
  572. 26:00product and add um add link
  573. 26:05to
  574. 26:08valo make over 50k
  575. 26:12amount let me show you w okay that's an
  576. 26:16idea let's keep going
  577. 26:57I'm going to screenshot this this
  578. 26:58because we're going to make one better
  579. 27:01later so let me put this
  580. 27:09here right and let's keep going nothing
  581. 27:13really else to learn from this guy uh
  582. 27:15let's go to the next
  583. 27:21competitor and obviously what we also
  584. 27:24have to do is check if the running ads
  585. 27:26now I already checked the only ones who
  586. 27:28are running ads are Nicholas pedal and
  587. 27:31tyit so we're going to check their ads
  588. 27:33once we're done with this so this guy
  589. 27:36124 fall
  590. 27:47[Applause]
  591. 27:57okay e
  592. 28:57he
  593. 29:03so now let's go to the ad so this guy
  594. 29:06let's go to the ad
  595. 29:25Library Okay so this ads these
  596. 29:30ads this one is talking
  597. 29:46about okay this is active started
  598. 29:48running yeah two days ago and um it's
  599. 29:52still running so I say what we can do
  600. 29:55since you know we want to improve on it
  601. 29:57so we're going to go here and we're
  602. 29:59going to um make one
  603. 30:04about toal heading three
  604. 30:08um add
  605. 30:13scripts scripts
  606. 30:19okay and now I'm going to copy the ad
  607. 30:21script down here so that whenever I want
  608. 30:23to go back to it I have it
  609. 30:39all right so I just got done uh copying
  610. 30:42the whole script and I did it because it
  611. 30:44really helps me get in the mindset and
  612. 30:46get inside the niche by writing down ads
  613. 30:50and videos but what I'm going to do
  614. 30:51because obviously as I told you uh they
  615. 30:54could remove the ad now and I'm never
  616. 30:56going to get access to it again so what
  617. 30:57I'm going to do
  618. 30:58is I'm going to download it so I'm going
  619. 31:00to show you how to download an ad since
  620. 31:01it's not that intuitive or simple in
  621. 31:05Facebook ad Library so let me do copy
  622. 31:07add link you open a new page you paste
  623. 31:11it then you go
  624. 31:15inspect and what you want to take is
  625. 31:18what comes after this SRC so you want to
  626. 31:22copy that htps you open it in a new
  627. 31:26page and boom now you click
  628. 31:29download and now that we have it I'm
  629. 31:31gonna just paste it up here all right so
  630. 31:34that was it for these now the next uh
  631. 31:37guy we're going to check let's check the
  632. 31:39here so this guy let's go on Instagram
  633. 31:47boom 500,000
  634. 31:49followers I mean the videos are all the
  635. 31:51same so no point in watching them I'm
  636. 31:52just going to check his landing page
  637. 32:03let me actually take all
  638. 32:07this boom and I'm going to paste it
  639. 32:12here inside there okay so add script
  640. 32:14Also let's close that uh done with this
  641. 32:17we're going to put it back in the M
  642. 32:18middle and we're going to go to the next
  643. 32:19one which is actually tyit now I'm not
  644. 32:23going to check his Instagram because
  645. 32:24it's full of stuff uh but what I'm going
  646. 32:27to do is I'm check his
  647. 32:29Library like his Instagram has anything
  648. 32:31so there's no way for me to find his
  649. 32:34videos about uh specifically um faceless
  650. 32:38Instagram accounts but if you check for
  651. 32:41example this ad the first one that is
  652. 32:42running like the first one I saw here
  653. 32:44use faceless pages so he's running
  654. 32:46something about faceless Pages now let
  655. 32:48me first of all check his uh landing
  656. 32:51page qurious to see that but the the
  657. 32:53problem with the with the Ty opit and
  658. 32:56with his ads the reason why we can't
  659. 32:58really uh take that much inspiration
  660. 33:01from it is that he is a personal brand
  661. 33:03and the same you're going to see with
  662. 33:04anyone who has a lot a lot of followers
  663. 33:06like Alex Moi like their ads don't have
  664. 33:09to be that good or that great to go
  665. 33:11viral and actually to work because they
  666. 33:14are them like you buy it just because of
  667. 33:16him not it doesn't matter what he says
  668. 33:18some people buy it just because of him
  669. 33:20so it's not really a metric but it's
  670. 33:23would be very interesting to hear what
  671. 33:25he has to say now this number one
  672. 33:26feature Instagram is by far the best way
  673. 33:28most people don't know about it so he's
  674. 33:30playing on a very unaware Market okay
  675. 33:33people who don't even know that they can
  676. 33:35create pages and that's interesting
  677. 33:38because if he's doing it it's because
  678. 33:39it's working so this gives us an idea of
  679. 33:42how um how aware the market is now he
  680. 33:47has some copy here which is interesting
  681. 33:49and let's read it I where pages
  682. 33:52[Music]
  683. 34:08okay so this uh also we're having
  684. 34:09something about the alternative offers
  685. 34:11alternative Solutions so I'm already
  686. 34:13going to write it down we have Drop
  687. 34:15Shipping
  688. 34:31now uh this would be very interesting to
  689. 34:33watch it's a 30 minute
  690. 34:36vssl and I might actually watch it
  691. 35:12all right so I just got down checking um
  692. 35:14Ty Lopez stuff took me about 30 minutes
  693. 35:17uh crazy stuff so first of all you if
  694. 35:19you ever see an ad by Ty lopit uh you
  695. 35:22need to go watch the vsl because he
  696. 35:24extremely good at there is extremely
  697. 35:26good I I mean I generally when I do it I
  698. 35:28write I write I read a script or
  699. 35:29something bro it sounds so natural so if
  700. 35:31you ever come across any AD of TI opets
  701. 35:33you need to watch it watch how it
  702. 35:35structures the ad so uh he's targeting a
  703. 35:37completely unaware Market first of all
  704. 35:39SRP formula which is his sort of unique
  705. 35:42mechanism he already gives the video to
  706. 35:44repost as a way to automate and a way to
  707. 35:46automate it so it takes one day a month
  708. 35:48to run a successful page this is
  709. 35:49probably a unique benefit that it has so
  710. 35:51automated AI reposting system
  711. 35:53personalized attention to the to whever
  712. 35:56buys because it has weekly Zoom called
  713. 35:57with him and his team he has connections
  714. 35:59of people willing to pay you to post
  715. 36:01videos for them that is a unique benefit
  716. 36:03that he has and he has a 100 100% money
  717. 36:06back guarantee uh four months okay so if
  718. 36:08you don't make your money back in four
  719. 36:10months something like that if you Tred
  720. 36:12for four months and don't make your
  721. 36:13money back he's going to give you all
  722. 36:14your money back so that is very
  723. 36:16interesting and there's three offers
  724. 36:18levels there's one that is 1K and just
  725. 36:20do it yourself the other one is done
  726. 36:22with you I don't know the price ites it
  727. 36:23didn't say the price but it's probably
  728. 36:25going to be 10K and done for you is
  729. 36:28probably going to be
  730. 36:2925k I I think okay so very simple but at
  731. 36:34the same time very very effective so
  732. 36:36that is cool stuff good to have it there
  733. 36:38now I totally understood how the
  734. 36:40business model works but I'm going to go
  735. 36:41on YouTube and look for Instagram theme
  736. 36:46page and I'm going to do that for two
  737. 36:48reasons first of all whatever goes viral
  738. 36:50means the title work okay so we we see
  739. 36:53these how to start an Instagram theme
  740. 36:55page business in 10 minutes okay these
  741. 36:57are all good ideas for thumb for
  742. 36:59headings for headings Guys these are
  743. 37:02great ideas for headings so how to start
  744. 37:04an
  745. 37:07Instagram theme
  746. 37:09page theme page business in 10
  747. 37:14minutes how this Instagram theme page
  748. 37:16made
  749. 37:17[Music]
  750. 37:19over4 do
  751. 37:21this okay so this guy is a small guy and
  752. 37:25the good part about these small guys on
  753. 37:27you YouTube is that they going to get a
  754. 37:28lot of questions from other newbies so
  755. 37:32let's see the
  756. 37:51comments so now I went on Reddit and I'm
  757. 37:54looking for Instagram uh theme page so
  758. 37:57let's see would the comment say tur P
  759. 38:00worth
  760. 38:04it okay I think one of the good selling
  761. 38:06points that we can add is that you can
  762. 38:08sell these theme pages so
  763. 38:11[Music]
  764. 38:18[Music]
  765. 38:22um and there's something that I would
  766. 38:24like to tell you about uh and there's
  767. 38:27something that you should know about
  768. 38:28research and it's something that I
  769. 38:30someone told me you should do so much
  770. 38:33research that you start getting
  771. 38:35convinced about the business model you
  772. 38:37need to believe in the offer you're
  773. 38:39selling so right now I've done so much
  774. 38:41research I've watched the entire vssl
  775. 38:43from D opit that I honestly right now
  776. 38:46feel like starting an Instagram theme
  777. 38:48page I honestly was thinking about it
  778. 38:51during the vsl that's how much research
  779. 38:53you need to do so if you haven't done
  780. 38:55that yet sure your copy could be good
  781. 38:58but you're not going to get the same
  782. 38:59results I'm going to get because this is
  783. 39:01all the stuff that I've been willing to
  784. 39:03do okay I'm already 1 hour and 40 in on
  785. 39:07this research and it's probably going to
  786. 39:08take a total of three
  787. 39:10hours and it's going to be great I'm
  788. 39:13going to have so so clear ideas that
  789. 39:16whatever I write after this is going to
  790. 39:17be amazing and it's going to convert
  791. 39:19going to make my client a lot of money
  792. 39:20going to make me a lot of money the
  793. 39:21difference between a normal cooperator
  794. 39:23normal marketer and a good one is the
  795. 39:24research and this is the process this is
  796. 39:26the stuff the boring stuff that nobody
  797. 39:28wants to do but that if you do will make
  798. 39:31you money so this is where I also find
  799. 39:33my Edge as a cop writer and a reason why
  800. 39:34I think I've been able to scale I'm not
  801. 39:36going to say so fast but there's been
  802. 39:38one specific point where I went from 1K
  803. 39:40a month to six consistently and that's
  804. 39:44been that was when I started doing more
  805. 39:45research so I'm not even playing you
  806. 39:47here I the moment I understood research
  807. 39:50the right way the way I'm doing it right
  808. 39:52now it's the moment I started making
  809. 39:53more money so you might want to start
  810. 39:56applying what I'm doing here but I think
  811. 39:58we have done enough market research what
  812. 40:01we need now is to understand the
  813. 40:02awareness and sophistication now after
  814. 40:03doing all this research I know exactly
  815. 40:05what awareness and sophistication is so
  816. 40:07when it comes to awareness what I've
  817. 40:08seen it's obviously that at least with
  818. 40:11ads what we're targeting and what's
  819. 40:13working is stage number three meaning
  820. 40:15all these people they have they know
  821. 40:17about their problems or desires they
  822. 40:18know they want to make money they know
  823. 40:19they want to quit their 9 to5 they know
  824. 40:21they want to build passive income have a
  825. 40:25consistent stream of income without
  826. 40:26having to work work more than a couple
  827. 40:28hours a day something also long term
  828. 40:30like you know an Instagram page is
  829. 40:32longterm because you can resell it and
  830. 40:34all that kind of stuff so we're clearly
  831. 40:35in Awareness stage number three and
  832. 40:39we're just going to copy and paste this
  833. 40:42I'm going to take
  834. 40:48these stage three and then we go to
  835. 40:51sophistication which is a bit more
  836. 40:52tricky now uh for what I've seen Ty opit
  837. 40:55is targeting sophistication
  838. 40:58number one so he's acting as if he's the
  839. 41:01first in the
  840. 41:03market what I mean by that is really
  841. 41:05targeting unsophisticated
  842. 41:07leads really he's like yeah he's
  843. 41:11targeting people that don't even know
  844. 41:12about the feature or that's at least his
  845. 41:15angle I don't even know about the
  846. 41:16feature of having more pages on
  847. 41:18Instagram he's targeting those kind of
  848. 41:20people that I would say
  849. 41:23unsophisticated okay but I think for
  850. 41:27we're going to do and the angle we're
  851. 41:29going to use and for most other people
  852. 41:30in Target in the audience and where I
  853. 41:32think the most money is at is in the
  854. 41:36stage number two where we're second in
  855. 41:38the market obviously we're not first in
  856. 41:39the market there's so many other people
  857. 41:41in the market that are already doing
  858. 41:43this but we're clearly not in a stage
  859. 41:45number three because they're not saying
  860. 41:48crazy or extreme claims like they're
  861. 41:50still working all of this stuff is still
  862. 41:52working and it's pretty basic claims
  863. 41:55like just look at the headings how basic
  864. 41:56they are in St like I'm going to book
  865. 41:58you 10 appointments in two days or I'm
  866. 42:00GNA give you $10,000 back like it's not
  867. 42:02that level there's not that many
  868. 42:04guarantees I so I'm confident we are in
  869. 42:07a stage number two
  870. 42:09so uh we are going to just copy and
  871. 42:12paste these on here so stage
  872. 42:18two and we're going to make this blue
  873. 42:20just because we want the color blue boom
  874. 42:23I to go into the offer research I know I
  875. 42:25already know a lot of this stuff so let
  876. 42:26me uh write it down so value
  877. 42:34[Music]
  878. 42:35[Laughter]
  879. 42:43proposition benefits which could also be
  880. 42:46uh features in this case Okay uh so
  881. 42:48community so first the features and then
  882. 42:50we go into the benef so
  883. 42:53[Music]
  884. 43:03[Laughter]
  885. 43:10so now you see these are all the
  886. 43:11features and we're going to turn them
  887. 43:12into benefits and this is going to be
  888. 43:14extremely useful for everything that we
  889. 43:16do so uh so one one coach so you can ask
  890. 43:21all your questions
  891. 43:23[Music]
  892. 43:323
  893. 43:37[Laughter]
  894. 43:43[Music]
  895. 43:50[Music]
  896. 44:06[Music]
  897. 44:09yeah and I think this is pretty much it
  898. 44:11I mean doesn't really get much better
  899. 44:13than that let's go on unique benefits
  900. 44:15for this one honestly uh I need to talk
  901. 44:18with the the with the my client a bit
  902. 44:21more to do this because unique benefits
  903. 44:25uh I don't really know them I need to
  904. 44:26ask him uh what he told me the unique
  905. 44:28benefits the one that I know is 101
  906. 44:30support that most programs at this price
  907. 44:33de don't have so one One support is
  908. 44:35definitely a unique benefit but I need
  909. 44:36to see if we have more now before I
  910. 44:38actually get into the writing writing
  911. 44:40whatever ads emails anything that I have
  912. 44:42to write for this client there's one
  913. 44:44more step that they generally do uh and
  914. 44:47it's writing bullets I believe anyone in
  915. 44:51the top 1% of copywriters does this and
  916. 44:55I am sure and I know that n 99% of
  917. 44:57cators don't do this so if you just do
  918. 45:00this you're going to be better than so
  919. 45:02the first step is writing 30 to 50
  920. 45:05bullet points uh they need to be very
  921. 45:07quick bullet points everything that
  922. 45:08comes to your brain and once I write
  923. 45:10everything down I'm going to condense
  924. 45:11them into uh 8 to 12 good bullet points
  925. 45:16and they're going to look like something
  926. 45:18very similar to this okay they're going
  927. 45:19to look like something very similar to
  928. 45:21these but they're hopefully going to be
  929. 45:23better and this is going to be the
  930. 45:25ultimate test to know if did enough
  931. 45:27research and know enough about this
  932. 45:28offer if you can't do at least 30 bullet
  933. 45:31points about your offer you don't know
  934. 45:33enough actually you should do 50 if
  935. 45:36you're like if if you want to write the
  936. 45:38best copy you need to do 50 if you want
  937. 45:40to be extremely good like a scope prator
  938. 45:43you should do 100 bullets before writing
  939. 45:46anything because it really shows that
  940. 45:49you know about your offer if you don't
  941. 45:51you don't know enough about your product
  942. 45:52offer Market anything okay so I say
  943. 45:56let's get started I'm I'm going to read
  944. 45:57through my notes and whenever I come up
  945. 45:59with something I'm just going to write
  946. 46:00it in
  947. 46:02the in the in the bullets so the idea of
  948. 46:05the bullets is that they come after join
  949. 46:08today end okay or enroll today end
  950. 46:18[Music]
  951. 46:34[Music]
  952. 46:55pap
  953. 47:25I e
  954. 47:46[Laughter]
  955. 49:11[Music]
  956. 50:47okay so we got 30 now we are going to
  957. 50:51turn this into 8 to 12 good bullet
  958. 50:54points
  959. 50:56[Laughter]
  960. 51:25spe for
  961. 51:28[Music]
  962. 52:07[Music]
  963. 52:25it I
  964. 54:34that
  965. 56:04that
  966. 57:00okay I think this is it we have our
  967. 57:02bullets now what I'm going to do is I'm
  968. 57:03going to take the checklist and we're
  969. 57:05going to go and check these bullets
  970. 57:07here's the checklist and uh they all
  971. 57:10sound good when we read them out they're
  972. 57:11not boring uh the claims we make don't
  973. 57:15sound
  974. 57:16unbelievable now this won't apply to all
  975. 57:18of them we should go through each of
  976. 57:19them individually but I I'm already
  977. 57:21telling you it's specific because you
  978. 57:23know 445 98% 1,000
  979. 57:26uh 6-year-old 60 seconds three steps
  980. 57:30five better ways 2K 90 days 3 years
  981. 57:33there's a lot of numbers it's very
  982. 57:34specific so this goes um it starts and
  983. 57:38ends strong so I don't think it starts
  984. 57:40and ends strong also overall the list I
  985. 57:43would make it end with this I think this
  986. 57:45is a strong
  987. 57:47one okay so it started and strong it can
  988. 57:50be more concise than these maybe some of
  989. 57:52them can the cop is emotional yes new
  990. 57:54easy safe and big it includes a coin
  991. 57:56phrase uh some of them do you know these
  992. 57:59don't apply to everyone but what you
  993. 58:01should do now is going through if it was
  994. 58:03your bullets you should go through uh
  995. 58:05all of these uh using uh the checklist
  996. 58:09and each of them shouldn't have more
  997. 58:11than three unchecked and I'm sure that
  998. 58:14if I was to go through all of these
  999. 58:15using the using the checklist we would
1000. 58:17never see more than three unchecked and
1001. 58:19a lot of times it would be all checked
1002. 58:22so yeah this is the whole process and
1003. 58:23that is it for this video I know it was
1004. 58:24a long video uh but but I think it was a
  1005. 58:27necessary video that's that was missing
