  1. 0:00Hey, everything is good. Should be good.
  2. 0:02Welcome to this lecture on how to
  3. 0:04debloat. It's been quite some time, you
  4. 0:06guys, from the last video. Don't worry,
  5. 0:08I'm going to be answering the mysterious
  6. 0:10question as to why at 1:00 a.m. you look
  7. 0:12great, but midday in school you look
  8. 0:14like chop cheese. Um, don't worry, we're
  9. 0:16going to answer that question. I'm going
  10. 0:17to teach you guys how to debloat. So,
  11. 0:19that's a lecture for today. But, I do
  12. 0:21want to talk a bit about where I've been
  13. 0:23because it's been quite some time, you
  14. 0:25guys. A lot's happened. I also got this
  15. 0:27bad boy.
  16. 0:30It's pretty uh useless. No, I'm just
  17. 0:33kidding you guys. Stay in school. I am
  18. 0:35looking to get into law school myself.
  19. 0:37It's always good to have a plan B. But
  20. 0:38anyways, during this time, I was not
  21. 0:41able to post, you know, aside from the
  22. 0:43graduation. That was nothing. I was
  23. 0:44actually launching my business. This
  24. 0:46thing has been in the works for about a
  25. 0:47year now. It's my debloating supplement
  26. 0:49right here. You can check it out on the
  27. 0:50description. I'm not going to plug
  28. 0:51anymore. Let's talk about how to
  29. 0:54debloat. Now, how to debloat. As I was
  30. 0:57talking about earlier, why does your
  31. 0:58face look different at midnight? Why
  32. 1:00does it look different in the morning?
  33. 1:01It's not fat. You're not putting pounds
  34. 1:03on your face from something you just
  35. 1:05ate. It doesn't work like that. It's
  36. 1:06something called bloat, and it can ruin
  37. 1:08your entire look. And that's why I'm
  38. 1:10here to help you. Bloatation, bloating,
  39. 1:13is going to kill your aesthetics. It's
  40. 1:15one of the fastest ways from going, you
  41. 1:16know, looking sharp to looking very
  42. 1:18soft. Bloating, as I said, is not fat.
  43. 1:20It's mostly water, gas, and inflammation
  44. 1:23that can distort your look, especially
  45. 1:25in your face. It can leave you looking
  46. 1:27pregnant down there. And it can make you
  47. 1:29feel like [ __ ] utter [ __ ] And it's
  48. 1:31usually caused by too much salt, what
  49. 1:33you're eating. It's also caused by
  50. 1:34things like poor sleep and stress,
  51. 1:37right? During your exams when you're
  52. 1:39stressed out, you know, staying up at
  53. 1:40night, not only is that sleep, that poor
  54. 1:43sleep going to affect you, but also that
  55. 1:44stress, it releases a hormone called
  56. 1:46cortisol, which tells your body to
  57. 1:48basically store more water, right? It's
  58. 1:49going in panic mode. And then you also
  59. 1:51have slow digestion. So, if you have
  60. 1:53terrible digestion in your gut, your gut
  61. 1:55health is all [ __ ] up. What's going to
  62. 1:57happen is food is going to get backed up
  63. 1:58in your gut and that's also going to
  64. 2:00cause bloation. What happens when you
  65. 2:01fix these things? Your body starts
  66. 2:04draining the excess fluid, right? The
  67. 2:07lymph. We're going to talk about that in
  68. 2:08a second. And you're going to end up
  69. 2:09peeing out that water as a result. You
  70. 2:11can also expect to be releasing some
  71. 2:13trapped gas and also an overall
  72. 2:15reduction in swelling. Now, all of what
  73. 2:17I just said happens through one thing
  74. 2:19and one thing alone, your lymphatic
  75. 2:21system. All right. Uh, and I tried
  76. 2:24demonstrating this the best that I could
  77. 2:25here. As you can see here on this board,
  78. 2:28these images are as bad as they usually
  79. 2:30are. I want you to remember this
  80. 2:32equation. The lymphatic system equals
  81. 2:37your body's drainage network.
  82. 2:42So, basically, you want to think of it
  83. 2:44as like a building. Okay? It's a
  84. 2:45building.
  85. 2:49I want you to picture a building. Okay?
  86. 2:51All right, you have a sewage system
  87. 2:54that's concealed. No one knows about it,
  88. 2:56right? You don't really think about
  89. 2:57what's going on in the sewage in your
  90. 2:58day-to-day life. And that's how everyone
  91. 3:00is about the lymphatic system. No one
  92. 3:01knows about it. And now we got this
  93. 3:02trending bloating stuff. Everyone's
  94. 3:04talking about the bloating. But point is
  95. 3:05the normie doesn't know about this
  96. 3:07stuff, right? We got the [ __ ] running
  97. 3:08down here. It's beautiful because the
  98. 3:10sewer system, it blocks everyone from
  99. 3:11seeing what the hell's going on. But the
  100. 3:13difference is and the [ __ ] up part is
  101. 3:16God made us in a special way. You see,
  102. 3:18the lymphatic system reflects outward.
  103. 3:20So instead of us just being like any
  104. 3:22other building, we're like the bush
  105. 3:23[ __ ] Khalifa. And if you don't know
  106. 3:25about the Bush Khalifa, every week or
  107. 3:27so, I think even on a day-to-day basis,
  108. 3:29they have big trucks leave the building
  109. 3:31because they have a trash drainage
  110. 3:33network. They have no space for sewery.
  111. 3:36So basically, all the trucks are loaded
  112. 3:39up with [ __ ] in them. There's plenty of
  113. 3:40them on the highway and they weak of
  114. 3:42[ __ ] And those trucks are going to be
  115. 3:44our faces, right? How our faces look
  116. 3:46when there's that traffic jam, when
  117. 3:47there's fluid traffic in your body. And
  118. 3:49in this big system, this drainage
  119. 3:50network, you have two systems involved.
  120. 3:52Lymphatic waste and water retention. And
  121. 3:54we're going to explain both. So the
  122. 3:55first step is leakage. There's going to
  123. 3:57be a leaking that happens in your body.
  124. 3:58This leakage occurs in your cells,
  125. 4:00right? Your body is constantly pushing
  126. 4:02out fluid into the spaces between your
  127. 4:04cells. This includes things like water,
  128. 4:07proteins, just cellular waste, right?
  129. 4:10The [ __ ] that we were talking about, the
  130. 4:12manure. All of that leakage is happening
  131. 4:15inside your body constantly. And this is
  132. 4:18called
  133. 4:21lymph. We call it lymph. Okay? If your
  134. 4:23lymphatic system is working normally,
  135. 4:25it's supposed to drain all that lymph
  136. 4:27out for you. But unlike your
  137. 4:28bloodstream, it has no pump. There's no
  138. 4:30heart. There's nothing that's moving
  139. 4:32that lymph out. So when you're inactive,
  140. 4:34watching YouTube all day like a little
  141. 4:36slob that you are, or inflamed, stressed
  142. 4:39out, whatever it may be, that system is
  143. 4:41going to slow down. And the result is
  144. 4:43your lymph
  145. 4:45getting stuck. And where does it get
  146. 4:47stuck? It gets stuck in your face.
  147. 4:50It gets stuck right here in your face,
  148. 4:52in your body, in your ass, right? You're
  149. 4:54going to start looking puffy, especially
  150. 4:56in the jawline, your cheekbones, your
  151. 4:59under eye area. It could be anywhere. It
  152. 5:00could be in your neck. It could be in
  153. 5:02your mom. It could be anywhere. Now,
  154. 5:03that's just one system, right? I said
  155. 5:05there's two. Layer on excess
  156. 5:07extracellular water caused by too much
  157. 5:09sodium cuz you're eating like a pig and
  158. 5:11you're not having enough potassium. This
  159. 5:13pulls even more water into your tissue
  160. 5:15space. So on top of that lymph fluid,
  161. 5:17you're also getting water retention in
  162. 5:19your face. So things start stacking up
  163. 5:21on top of the lymph fluid that's already
  164. 5:23stuck there. So it's not just one thing.
  165. 5:25Bloating is a combination of trapped
  166. 5:27lymphatic waste and retained water. So
  167. 5:30what's the fix to bloating? How can we
  168. 5:31get our bladder to start working? How
  169. 5:33can we get ourselves to piss everything
  170. 5:35out? Right? That's the goal. The goal is
  171. 5:37to piss everything and look like this
  172. 5:39[ __ ] I put together for you
  173. 5:40guys several things that we can do. a
  174. 5:43list here of the fix and there are
  175. 5:44things that are going to help you remove
  176. 5:45puffiness and I'm going to go over them
  177. 5:47one by one. So the first one is going to
  178. 5:49be cardio. Whatever intensive form you
  179. 5:51can take on that's going to make you
  180. 5:53sweat the most and you're going to
  181. 5:54enjoy. Personally it's jump ropes. I
  182. 5:56love it. You can do tricks with it. You
  183. 5:57do it after a lift. You can look forward
  184. 5:59to it. Anyways, it's going to bring your
  185. 6:01body full movement and muscle
  186. 6:02contractions which in turn are going to
  187. 6:04mechanically pump the lymph fluid
  188. 6:06through your vessels. It's excellent for
  189. 6:07stimulating drainage especially after
  190. 6:09long periods of sitting. Next is
  191. 6:12gouacha. This is my least favorite
  192. 6:14thing. There's plenty of tutorials on
  193. 6:15that online, but you just got to use
  194. 6:17your hands or a tool like the gouacha
  195. 6:19tool, right? It's that green little
  196. 6:20piece of [ __ ] that you're seeing on
  197. 6:21there. Uh it promotes localized lymph
  198. 6:23flow, and that's how people do it. They
  199. 6:25cope with it. I think it's the least
  200. 6:26effective thing on here. So, it's quite
  201. 6:28temporary. It helps improve your jawline
  202. 6:29definition the most, I would say. And it
  203. 6:31moves stagnant fluid. So, anything
  204. 6:33that's stuck towards nodes that are near
  205. 6:35the ears and the collar bone, I believe.
  206. 6:37Next, as you can tell from the drawing,
  207. 6:39you guessed it, high potassium intake.
  208. 6:41Had to put that on there. It's a big
  209. 6:43trend, especially in the health sphere,
  210. 6:44everyone's implementing in their diets.
  211. 6:46I've partaked in it myself. Foods like
  212. 6:48bananas, avocados, even coconut water,
  213. 6:52uh, spinach, all these are going to help
  214. 6:54you restore fluid balance by pulling
  215. 6:56water into your cells. It's an
  216. 6:58intracellular process. There's some
  217. 7:00science behind it that backs it. So,
  218. 7:01yeah, it's great for managing your water
  219. 7:02retention. And depending on how clean
  220. 7:04your diet is, the more processed foods
  221. 7:05you're eating, the more potassium you're
  222. 7:07going to want to have in your diet
  223. 7:08because it helps mitigate, you know,
  224. 7:10sodium's bloating effect and also
  225. 7:12supports your cellular hydration. Of
  226. 7:13course, it's not about ingesting the
  227. 7:14most potassium that you can. It's more
  228. 7:15about having a good ratio. So, you want
  229. 7:18to at least have two times more
  230. 7:19potassium than sodium daily, which is
  231. 7:21really hard to meet. Actually, you'd be
  232. 7:22surprised. The recommended dosage, I
  233. 7:24believe, for adults is around like 3,000
  234. 7:25to 4,000. So, a lot of people don't get
  235. 7:28anywhere close to that. And you don't
  236. 7:29need to as long as you maintain that
  237. 7:30that ratio. And I highly recommend going
  238. 7:32more towards a 4:1 ratio or a 3:1 ratio.
  239. 7:35You'll be in much better hands. The next
  240. 7:37thing we have on the list is diuretics.
  241. 7:42Diuretics. There's plenty of diuretics
  242. 7:43out on the market. They're going to help
  243. 7:44you stimulate urination like this fellow
  244. 7:47over here who's paying down a hill. It's
  245. 7:49going to help you reduce excess water.
  246. 7:51There are herbal options out there.
  247. 7:52There's natural means of going about it
  248. 7:54like dandelion root. Next, we have
  249. 7:56digestive. Implementing digestive
  250. 7:58enzymes in your diet is going to help
  251. 8:00you reduce gastrointestinal bloating
  252. 8:02caused by undigested food. So that
  253. 8:04buildup is going to be eliminated.
  254. 8:06Enzymes like bromelain, propane, and
  255. 8:08lipase are going to help you break down
  256. 8:09those proteins, fats, and carbs. And
  257. 8:12it's going to help you reduce overall
  258. 8:13gas and digestion. It's going to help
  259. 8:14you reduce that, especially after heavy
  260. 8:16meals. So I highly recommend
  261. 8:17implementing this if you're really
  262. 8:19dealing with stuff down there. Maybe it
  263. 8:20won't affect your face directly, but uh
  264. 8:22it certainly is not a feeling that you
  265. 8:23want to be dealing with. And you also
  266. 8:25want to be digesting your food, right?
  267. 8:26So next we have the sauna. You guys know
  268. 8:29I like the sauna. It promotes sweating.
  269. 8:31So anything that gets you hot is going
  270. 8:33to work here. It doesn't have to be the
  271. 8:35sauna. You know, it could be infrared or
  272. 8:36whatever the hell you want to do. Uh
  273. 8:38essentially vasodilation, which supports
  274. 8:40lymph movement. Remember that [ __ ] in
  275. 8:41your system and water loss. 5 minutes in
  276. 8:43the sauna after a workout can really
  277. 8:45help drain fluid quickly from your face
  278. 8:47and your body when you're combining it
  279. 8:48with hydration. So make sure you have
  280. 8:49water on you. You don't want to be
  281. 8:50dehydrated. Next is sleep. I'm not just
  282. 8:53talking about any sleep. I'm talking
  283. 8:54about quality sleep. Deep sleep is going
  284. 8:56to activate the glyphhatic system in
  285. 8:58your brain. It's a specific lymphatic
  286. 9:00system. It's a pathway that supports
  287. 9:02systemic drainage. So, by getting
  288. 9:04quality sleep, not just any sleep,
  289. 9:06because poor sleep is going to increase
  290. 9:08cortisol, which promotes fluid
  291. 9:09retention. If you don't know, it's one
  292. 9:11of the reasons why you look bad if you
  293. 9:12don't get enough sleep. We've talked
  294. 9:13about this before. And tying that
  295. 9:15cortisol to sleep, we have stress.
  296. 9:18Stress. As we mentioned, chronic stress
  297. 9:20is going to release something called
  298. 9:22cortisol along with aldsterone, which
  299. 9:24both are going to signal the body to
  300. 9:26hold on to more water and sodium. Life
  301. 9:28is already hard. Don't make it harder by
  302. 9:29stressing out. Meditate. [ __ ] sit
  303. 9:32crisscross applesauce and take deep
  304. 9:34breaths in. Not only is your mental
  305. 9:36health going to be all [ __ ] up, but if
  306. 9:37you're not able to mitigate that stress,
  307. 9:39it's going to be a feedback loop, right?
  308. 9:40You're going to look like [ __ ] and
  309. 9:41people are going to treat you like [ __ ]
  310. 9:42and you're going to take it. So, and the
  311. 9:44last thing, if you can't tell a hot dog,
  312. 9:46you want to be avoiding. You want to be
  313. 9:48avoiding bad
  314. 9:54no bad food. You want to limit foods
  315. 9:56that cause digestive bloating like dairy
  316. 9:58if you're lactose intolerant especially
  317. 9:59and artificial sweeteners. Reducing
  318. 10:02anything that's processed in your diet
  319. 10:03is going to help you lower gut related
  320. 10:05bloating. Not only is there a lot of
  321. 10:07sodium in that [ __ ] food that you're
  322. 10:08eating, but it's also extremely
  323. 10:10processed. That's going to end up being
  324. 10:11stuck in your gut, giving you even more
  325. 10:13gastrointestinal bloating. Now, for the
  326. 10:15many of you, it's going to be very hard
  327. 10:16for you to cut out processed foods from
  328. 10:17your diet. I'm not telling you to cut it
  329. 10:18out entirely, just like eat less of it,
  330. 10:20and you'll notice your face look a whole
  331. 10:22lot better. Now, if you made it this far
  332. 10:23already, you can understand that
  333. 10:25bloating isn't just about what you eat.
  334. 10:27It's about how your body digests,
  335. 10:28processes, and retains fluid, right?
  336. 10:31Everyone's unique, and that's why I
  337. 10:32created my own dlo formula. This
  338. 10:34entirely custom formula was built on
  339. 10:36three core pillars, and I'm about to
  340. 10:38show you them right now.
  341. 10:45My formula contains natural enzymes to
  342. 10:48help you support digestion and to get
  343. 10:50rid of that gut heaviness. It also has
  344. 10:54natural duretics, things like dandelion
  345. 10:56root, all those herbal extracts in my
  346. 10:59formulation, which are going to help you
  347. 11:01flush excess water quickly and safely.
  348. 11:04Then we have potassium that I threw in
  349. 11:06there, of course, a good amount to help
  350. 11:07you regulate your sodium levels and to
  351. 11:09prevent rebound bloating. And I also
  352. 11:11threw in their vitamin C for good
  353. 11:13measure. By managing your bloat and
  354. 11:15debloating, you're maximizing your
  355. 11:17presentation and as a result making you
  356. 11:19look better, feeling better, and being
  357. 11:21better as a person overall. I want to
  358. 11:23thank you guys so much for not just
  359. 11:24supporting me on this front, but also my
  360. 11:26business's end. Duplo sold out in 5
  361. 11:28minutes about a month ago, and ever
  362. 11:29since I've been extremely busy and
  363. 11:31working on restocking this thing with
  364. 11:33two new flavors, strawberry kiwi and
  365. 11:35pina colada. Again, I'm new to this. I'm
  366. 11:37new to YouTube. I'm new to doing all
  367. 11:39this, so it's going to take me quite
