How to Deal Damage with Leaper Pulse Unit, Pop Triggers & Wasp Drivers - ARC Raiders Phantom Targets — Transcript

2. 0:07targets project in our creators that
3. 0:09just came out, you're going to have to
4. 0:11deal damage to any arc enemies using a
5. 0:13leap pulse unit, pop triggers, and wasp
6. 0:16drivers. I have some tips for you after
7. 0:18doing this, and I hope they're going to

10. 0:24pop triggers drop from those little
11. 0:26bombs that charge you, and you're going
12. 0:28to find them on pretty much any map. The
13. 0:30pop trigger itself works like this. You
14. 0:32deploy it on the ground, and it starts
15. 0:34rolling in the direction you pointed it
16. 0:36at, and then randomly jumps around and
17. 0:39explodes randomly somewhere. The best
18. 0:43way to do damage with this is send it
19. 0:45somewhere into a group of enemies hoping
20. 0:47that you're going to hit one, but you're
21. 0:49going to be using like 20 of these to
22. 0:51get only the 50 damage that you need to
23. 0:54do. So, it's a random thing. I actually
24. 0:57used it to
25. 0:59damage the leaper that I'm going to need
26. 1:01for the later step of this project. The
27. 1:04wasp drivers drop from the flying wasps.
28. 1:07They're easy to kill and you're going to
29. 1:09need at least nine of these, I think,
30. 1:12maybe more.
31. 1:14What I did is use this against the
32. 1:17leaper that I need to kill to get the
33. 1:19leap repulse unit.
34. 1:21So, what you do is you stand in some
35. 1:24doorway, drop three of these wasp
36. 1:26drivers on the ground, and then
37. 1:31make the leaper jump to you. Once he
38. 1:33jumps, he's stunned for a couple of
39. 1:35seconds. And then you want to shoot the
40. 1:38Wasp driver on the ground. That's
41. 1:40probably going to destroy all three Wasp
42. 1:42drivers and do massive damage to the
43. 1:44leaper.
44. 1:47Do this a couple of times and you're
45. 1:48going to kill the leaper to get the leap
46. 1:50pulse unit and complete the step for
47. 1:53doing damage to arc enemies using the
48. 1:55Wasp drivers.
49. 1:57Lastly, let's discuss how to do the leap
50. 2:00repulse unit damage. You don't want to
51. 2:02waste these, right? Because you have to
52. 2:04kill at least one leaper to get at least
53. 2:07one leaper pulse unit. So, they're not
54. 2:09easy to come by. I recommend that you
55. 2:11try and find the matriarch and do this
56. 2:14while she spawns all of those enemies
57. 2:16around. The leaper pulse unit when
58. 2:18thrown on the ground acts as the leaper
59. 2:21does when he jumps at you and starts
60. 2:23that little shimmer around him. It's
61. 2:26just gonna wind up for a couple of
62. 2:28seconds and then explode doing massive
63. 2:30damage in an AoE manner. I've tried
64. 2:33throwing one into the matriarch, but you
65. 2:36can't do it from the ground. You
66. 2:37actually have to climb up the top of the
67. 2:39matriarch and drop it on him. So, that's
68. 2:42just for the bravest of you out there.
69. 2:45What I would recommend is finding the
70. 2:46Bastion, have him shooting at you, and
71. 2:49then just drop the leap pulse unit at
72. 2:52its feet because it's a rather
73. 2:55stationary target when it's shooting,
74. 2:58and you're more likely to do the most
75. 3:00damage you can this way than risking it
76. 3:04with the matriarch or the queen. I would
77. 3:06use the leap pulse unit only on big
78. 3:08stationary targets if you want to be
79. 3:10most effective. And that's pretty much
