- 0:35to start the base, chain 59
- 0:46after chaining 59
- 0:48turn your hook
- 0:50insert your hook into the fifth chain from the hook
- 0:58make a double crochet
- 1:09then chain 1
- 1:14count from here: 1, 2, 3
- 1:18mark the third chain
- 1:29work a double crochet into the same chain
- 1:37chain 1
- 1:39skip one chain
- 1:41double crochet into the next chain
- 1:50chain 1
- 1:53skip one chain
- 1:55double crochet into the next chain
- 2:04chain 1
- 2:07repeat this pattern to the end of the chain
