How to Create Stickman Animation with AI 100% FREE — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Now, stick figure animation is one of
- 0:01the easiest faceless niche you can jump
- 0:03on right now and potentially make money
- 0:05from using only free tools and a lot of
- 0:08people are still missing out on it. I
- 0:10recently found a channel in this niche
- 0:11that has already pulled in millions of
- 0:13views. One of their videos was posted
- 0:15just 13 days ago and it already has over
- 0:172.3 million views. And what's even
- 0:20crazier is that this channel has gained
- 0:22over 26,000 subscribers with only 10
- 0:25videos uploaded. For a channel that is
- 0:27still very new, that is actually insane.
- 0:30And it's not just one video doing well.
- 0:32Almost every other video they post is
- 0:34pulling in hundreds of thousands of
- 0:36views as well.
- 0:37Now, I also created my own stick figure
- 0:39channel and in the first month it made
- 0:41over $900 and gained over 95,000
- 0:44subscribers. And there are lots of
- 0:46niches you could actually do, whether
- 0:48it's documentary, comedy, history, true
- 0:51crime, or even educational content. You
- 0:54can do this using only stickman
- 0:55animations. So, in this video, I'm going
- 0:58to show you the exact workflow I use to
- 1:00create this type of content with just a
- 1:02simple prompt. I'll walk you through the
- 1:04full step-by-step process,
- 1:06>> [music]
- 1:06>> how to create original stick figure
- 1:07videos, how to make them look clean, and
- 1:10how you can potentially build a channel
- 1:12around this niche using free AI tools.
- 1:14And the best part is the process is very
- 1:17simple. I mean, check out this video I
- 1:19created in just a few minutes using this
- 1:21exact prompt. Imagine saving just $10
- 1:24every single day. Sounds like nothing,
- 1:26right? But while your friend spends his
- 1:27$10 on snacks and random stuff, you keep
- 1:30yours. After 1 month, you've saved $300.
- 1:34After 1 year, $3,650.
- 1:38And after 5 years, that's $18,250.
- 1:42Same $10, completely different results.
- 1:45The secret isn't being rich, it's being
- 1:47consistent. Yeah, everything you just
- 1:50watched was created using completely
- 1:52free AI tools. And in this video, I'm
- 1:54about to show you how to recreate it
- 1:56step-by-step.
- 1:57Before we get started, don't forget to
- 1:59like the video, subscribe, and turn on
- 2:01notifications so you don't miss my next
- 2:03tutorial. Now, let's get started. All
- 2:06right. So, to get started with this
- 2:07workflow, the first thing you're going
- 2:09to need is a chatbot. For this, you can
- 2:11use ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or
- 2:15any other chatbot you prefer. Any of
- 2:17them should work fine.
- 2:18Now, once you have access to your
- 2:20chatbot, just like I do here, the next
- 2:22thing you're going to need is access to
- 2:24this Google prompt I built specifically
- 2:26for this workflow. As you can see,
- 2:28everything is already structured and
- 2:30pretty simple to follow. I'm going to
- 2:32show you how to get access to this
- 2:33prompt by the end of the video. So, make
- 2:35sure you stick around and don't miss any
- 2:37important part. Once you get access to
- 2:39the prompt, the first thing you need to
- 2:41do is copy the entire thing. Make sure
- 2:44you copy it exactly the same way I'm
- 2:46doing it right now. Don't skip any part
- 2:49because every section of this prompt is
- 2:50important for the workflow to work
- 2:52properly. Now, once the prompt is
- 2:54copied, head back to your chatbot. For
- 2:56this example, I'm using ChatGPT. Paste
- 2:59the entire prompt into the chat and wait
- 3:01for it to load properly. Once everything
- 3:04is pasted in, click send. Now, once you
- 3:07send it, the chatbot is going to analyze
- 3:09the prompt and start the workflow. And
- 3:11as you can see here, it gives us the
- 3:13first option. Everything is very simple
- 3:15because all you have to do is select the
- 3:17answer that matches what you want to
- 3:18create. Here, we have different niches
- 3:21we can cover under the stickman
- 3:22animation style. For this example, I'm
- 3:25going with the finance and money option
- 3:27because that's what I used for this
- 3:28particular video. So, I'll select
- 3:30finance and money, then click continue.
- 3:33Once I select finance and money, the
- 3:35next thing it asks me to do is pick a
- 3:37character.
- 3:38This prompt has three main stickman
- 3:40characters built into it. So, all you
- 3:42have to do is choose the specific
- 3:44character style you want to use. We have
- 3:46the orange hoodie pointer. We have the
- 3:48classroom stickman duo. And we also have
- 3:51the orange explorer stick man.
- 3:53There's also an option to use your own
- 3:55custom stick man reference if you
- 3:56already have one. For this example, I'm
- 3:59going with the classroom stick man duo.
- 4:01So, I'll select that option and click
- 4:02continue. Now, once the character is
- 4:05selected, the next thing I'm going to do
- 4:07is choose the video format. Here we have
- 4:09three format options. We have short-form
- 4:12vertical video, which is 9:16. We have
- 4:15long-form horizontal video, which is
- 4:1716:9. And we also have square video,
- 4:20which is 1:1.
- 4:22For this example, I'm creating a
- 4:23short-form video. So, I'm going to
- 4:25choose the short-form option, which is
- 4:279:16. Then, I'll click send. You can
- 4:30create long-form videos if you want, or
- 4:32short-form videos depending on the
- 4:34platform you're posting on. So, just
- 4:36choose the format that matches what
- 4:38you're trying to create. Now, after
- 4:40choosing the format, the next thing it
- 4:42asks is how long I want the video to be.
- 4:44And here we have different options. You
- 4:46can create a 30-second video, a
- 4:4860-second video, or even go all the way
- 4:51up to 10 minutes. It really depends on
- 4:53the type of video you're making and how
- 4:55much credit you want to spend. But for
- 4:57this tutorial, we're doing this using
- 4:59the free method. So, I'm going with the
- 5:0130-second option. I'll select 30 seconds
- 5:04and click continue. Now, after that, it
- 5:06asks us if we already have a video idea,
- 5:09or if we want it to generate ideas for
- 5:11us.
- 5:12If you already have a video idea, you
- 5:14can click I already have an idea and
- 5:16paste in your own idea. But if you don't
- 5:18have one yet, you can tell it to
- 5:20generate 10 video ideas for you.
- 5:22For this example, I'm going to let it
- 5:24generate the ideas. So, I'll select
- 5:26generate 10 ideas for me and click send.
- 5:29Now, once I send it, it processes
- 5:31everything we selected. It understands
- 5:33that we're creating a finance and money
- 5:35video. It also understands the character
- 5:37style, the video format, and the
- 5:39duration.
- 5:41Then, it gives us 10 different video
- 5:42ideas we can choose from.
- 5:44As you can see here, idea number one
- 5:46says, "Why you're always broke even when
- 5:49you make money?" That's a classic idea.
- 5:52Then idea number two says, "The $5 habit
- 5:55that's keeping you poor."
- 5:56We also have "Why rich people don't buy
- 5:59everything they can afford." And another
- 6:01one says, "What happens if you save $10
- 6:04every day?"
- 6:05For this example, I'm going with that
- 6:07idea. "What happens if you save $10
- 6:09every day?"
- 6:11So, I'll select that idea, come down
- 6:13here, click select idea, and continue.
- 6:16Now, once I do that, the chatbot
- 6:18generates the voiceover script for the
- 6:20video.
- 6:21As you can see, we now have a clean
- 6:23voiceover script ready for the video.
- 6:25This is the narration we're going to use
- 6:27later.
- 6:28But, we're not copying the voiceover
- 6:29yet. First, we're going to generate the
- 6:32image prompts. So, I'll come down here
- 6:34and type next. Then, I'll click send.
- 6:37Once I do that, the chatbot starts
- 6:39generating the image prompts for each
- 6:41scene. And don't worry, we're going to
- 6:43generate all the images at once, so we
- 6:45don't have to manually create each scene
- 6:47one by one.
- 6:49Now, let's wait for the full image
- 6:50prompts to generate. As you can see, it
- 6:53starts with scene one. Then, it
- 6:55generates scene two. And it keeps going
- 6:57until all the scenes are completed. For
- 6:59this 30-second video, we have a total of
- 7:02eight scenes.
- 7:03Now, from the looks of things, all our
- 7:05scenes have been generated. You can see
- 7:07it goes from scene one all the way down
- 7:09to scene eight. So, what I'm going to do
- 7:11now is copy the entire image generation
- 7:14prompt. Make sure you copy all the
- 7:16scenes from scene one down to the final
- 7:19scene. Don't leave anything out. Once
- 7:22everything is selected, click copy. Now
- 7:24that the image prompts are copied, the
- 7:26next tool we're going to use is Google
- 7:28Flow. Google Flow is free to use because
- 7:30they give you 50 credits every single
- 7:32day. And that should be enough to create
- 7:34one video using this workflow. So, once
- 7:37you open Google Flow, turn on agent
- 7:39mode. After that, come over here and
- 7:41switch the aspect ratio to 9:16.
- 7:44Then, come over here as well and make
- 7:46sure this is also set to 9:16. For the
- 7:49video model, switch it to Omni Flash
- 7:511.1. Once everything is set, click save.
- 7:55Now, come into the agent chat inside
- 7:57Google Flow. Paste the image generation
- 7:59prompt we copied from ChatGPT. Once the
- 8:02full prompt is pasted in, click send.
- 8:05Now, Google Flow is going to process the
- 8:07prompt and generate all eight images in
- 8:09one go. That way, we don't have to
- 8:11generate every image individually. This
- 8:13is the part that makes the workflow much
- 8:15faster. And as you can see, all the
- 8:17images are being generated at once. So,
- 8:20now we just wait for the final output.
- 8:24Now, as you can see, all eight images
- 8:26have been generated. We have image one
- 8:28all the way down to the final image. The
- 8:30next step is the animation process. So,
- 8:33what we're going to do now is come back
- 8:35to ChatGPT. At the bottom, you'll see
- 8:37where it says to type next for the
- 8:39animation prompts. So, I'm going to type
- 8:42next and click send. And just like that,
- 8:45the animation prompts start generating.
- 8:47This process only takes a few seconds.
- 8:49So, we just wait for all the animation
- 8:51prompts to be ready.
- 8:53Now, as you can see, the animation
- 8:56prompts have been generated. We have
- 8:57animation prompts for scene one all the
- 9:00way down to scene eight. And each scene
- 9:02is designed to be 4 seconds long. That
- 9:04way, we don't burn through too many
- 9:06credits. Now, after this, I'll also show
- 9:09you how to generate your thumbnail for
- 9:10the video. But first, we need to animate
- 9:13the images. So, I'm going to copy the
- 9:15entire animation prompt. Make sure you
- 9:17copy everything exactly the same way I'm
- 9:20doing it here. Every detail is important
- 9:22because this is what tells Google Flow
- 9:24how to animate each image. Once the
- 9:26animation prompt is copied, come back to
- 9:28Google Flow. Inside the agent chat,
- 9:30paste the full animation prompt. Then,
- 9:32click send. Now, Google Flow is going to
- 9:35process the prompt and animate all the
- 9:37images at once. So, instead of animating
- 9:39each image individually, this prompt
- 9:41should handle the entire animation
- 9:43process in one go. Once it's ready,
- 9:45Google Flow will ask you for approval
- 9:47before it starts generating. Here, it
- 9:49says the animation will cost around 56
- 9:51credits. It was supposed to be around 50
- 9:53credits for this workflow, so I'll
- 9:55quickly check if any of the scenes are
- 9:57more than 4 seconds.
- 9:58From the looks of things, everything is
- 10:00still 4 seconds. So, I'll go ahead and
- 10:02click approve. Now, the animation
- 10:04process has started. So, we're going to
- 10:06wait and see what the final output looks
- 10:08like.
- 10:09And as you can see, all our scenes have
- 10:12now been animated. Every single one of
- 10:14them has been animated properly, and the
- 10:16characters stayed consistent across the
- 10:17scenes. Now, I'm just going to preview
- 10:20each animation to see how everything
- 10:21looks.
- 10:26And yeah, this looks really clean. The
- 10:28characters stayed consistent, the
- 10:30movements are simple, the background
- 10:32stays clean, and the whole thing matches
- 10:34the style we're going for. So, all the
- 10:37images were animated in one go. Now, if
- 10:39you have a paid account, this workflow
- 10:41becomes even easier because you can
- 10:43create more videos without worrying too
- 10:45much about credits. But, for this
- 10:47tutorial, we're using a free account, so
- 10:49we're working with the daily credits.
- 10:51The next thing we need to do is download
- 10:52each animated clip in the correct order.
- 10:55When you hover over the animations,
- 10:56you'll see the name or title of each
- 10:58one. But, instead of guessing, just come
- 11:00back to the generated images. This shows
- 11:03us which image matches each animation.
- 11:05So, for the first animation, I'll select
- 11:07the matching clip and click download. As
- 11:09you can see, the animation has now been
- 11:11downloaded. Now, we'll repeat the same
- 11:14process for the remaining animations.
- 11:16Check the image order, find the matching
- 11:18animation, click download, then move to
- 11:20the next one. So, I'll download the
- 11:22second animation. Then, I'll check the
- 11:24third one and download it as well. And
- 11:27I'll keep repeating this process until
- 11:28all the animated clips have been
- 11:30downloaded. Make sure you download them
- 11:32in the right order, so it's easier to
- 11:33arrange them inside CapCut later. Once
- 11:36all the animations are downloaded, the
- 11:38next step is to generate the voiceover.
- 11:40So, now we're going to head back to
- 11:42ChatGPT. Scroll all the way back up
- 11:44until you find a voiceover script that
- 11:46was generated earlier. This is the
- 11:48script right here. Since this is a short
- 11:50video, the voiceover is also short. Now,
- 11:53I'm going to copy the script. Once I
- 11:55copy it, I'll head over to 11 Labs. You
- 11:58can use any voiceover generator you
- 12:00want. There are plenty of options out
- 12:02there. You can use 11 Labs, Noise AI, or
- 12:05any other voice tool you prefer. But,
- 12:07for this example, I'm using 11 Labs.
- 12:10Once 11 Labs is open, paste the
- 12:12voiceover script into the text box.
- 12:14After that, click generate. This process
- 12:17usually takes only a few seconds. And as
- 12:20you can see, the voiceover is now ready.
- 12:22Now, I'm going to download the voiceover
- 12:24and save it inside the same folder where
- 12:26I saved all the animations. That way,
- 12:29everything is organized in one place.
- 12:31Now, the next part is editing. So, I'm
- 12:34going to open CapCut. Once CapCut is
- 12:36open, create a new project and import
- 12:38everything we just generated. That
- 12:41includes all the animated clips and the
- 12:43voiceover. As you can see, I've
- 12:45successfully imported all my animations
- 12:47into CapCut. Now, I'm going to drag each
- 12:50animation into the timeline in the
- 12:51correct order. Make sure you arrange
- 12:53them exactly the same way they were
- 12:55generated. That way, the visuals match
- 12:58the narration properly. So, I'll start
- 13:00with animation one, then animation two,
- 13:03then animation three, and I'll keep
- 13:05going until all the clips are placed on
- 13:07the timeline. Once all the animations
- 13:09are in the timeline, the next thing we
- 13:11need to add is the voiceover. So, I'll
- 13:13drag the voiceover underneath the video
- 13:15clips.
- 13:16Now, sometimes your voiceover might be
- 13:18slightly longer than the total length of
- 13:20the clips. If that happens, just select
- 13:23all your video clips at once. Then,
- 13:25click on speed and adjust the speed
- 13:27until the video matches your voice over
- 13:29properly. As you can see, mine now
- 13:32matches the voice over perfectly. Once
- 13:34everything is aligned, play through the
- 13:36video to check if the timing is correct.
- 13:38Now, after playing through it,
- 13:40everything sounds good. The voice over
- 13:42matches the animation, the scenes are in
- 13:44the right order, and the video flows
- 13:46properly. All of this was created using
- 13:49one prompt and a few simple clicks. Now,
- 13:52after checking everything, this already
- 13:54looks like content people can connect
- 13:55with. Especially because the topic is
- 13:57finance, and people love watching simple
- 14:00money-related videos. But, we're not
- 14:02done yet. The next thing we need to add
- 14:05is captions. To do that, select all the
- 14:08clips and click create compound clip.
- 14:10Once the clips are turned into a
- 14:11compound clip, click on generate
- 14:13captions. CapCut will take a few seconds
- 14:16to analyze the voice over and generate
- 14:18captions for the video. Once the
- 14:20captions are ready, you'll see them
- 14:21appear on the timeline. Now, the
- 14:23captions are currently in a plain white
- 14:25style. So, we need to change the color
- 14:27and the font style to make them look
- 14:28better. Go over to templates and choose
- 14:31a caption style that fits your video.
- 14:33For this example, I'm going with this
- 14:35one because it looks clean and classy.
- 14:37Then, I'll move the captions upwards so
- 14:39they're more visible on the screen. The
- 14:41template already comes with a clean
- 14:42color, so we don't need to do too much.
- 14:45Now, I'm going to play through the video
- 14:46again. And yes, everything looks clean.
- 14:49The captions match the video, the
- 14:51animation looks good, and the final
- 14:53video is ready to export.
- 14:54>> [music]
- 14:55>> Now, all you have to do is click export.
- 14:57Give your video a name. For this
- 14:59example, I'll just call it final. Then,
- 15:01click export. And that's it. Your final
- 15:04stick man animation video is ready. But,
- 15:07before we check out the final result,
- 15:08don't forget to like this video,
- 15:10subscribe, [music] and turn on your
- 15:12notifications so you don't miss my next
- 15:14tutorial. And if you need access to this
- 15:16exact prompt, just comment MarkAIguy
- 15:19below, and I'll send it to you
- 15:20completely free. Now, let's check out
- 15:22the final video we created with this
- 15:24workflow. Imagine saving just $10 every
- 15:27single day. Sounds like nothing, right?
- 15:29But while your friend spends his $10 on
- 15:31snacks and random stuff, you keep yours.
- 15:34After 1 month, you've saved $300. After
- 15:371 year, $3,650.
- 15:40And after 5 years, that's $18,250.
- 15:45Same $10, completely different results.
- 15:48The secret isn't being rich. It's being
- 15:50consistent.
