  1. 0:00Hello everybody. Welcome back to another
  2. 0:02video. Today's video is all going to be
  3. 0:04about how to create subliminal
  4. 0:06affirmations that are best fit for your
  5. 0:09needs and most importantly saturate your
  6. 0:12subconscious mind for the best results.
  7. 0:14I'm going to be sharing with you guys my
  8. 0:17computer screen on how exactly I craft
  9. 0:19my affirmations based on neuroscience
  10. 0:23and what feels safe to us
  11. 0:25subconsciously. I'm also going to be
  12. 0:27walking through the exact process and
  13. 0:30the applications that I use to make my
  14. 0:32subliminal make my subliminals. So, it's
  15. 0:34going to be a very hands-on process. The
  16. 0:37majority of this video is just going to
  17. 0:39be me walking you through the
  18. 0:40application and making the affirmations.
  19. 0:44So, let's jump right into the topic of
  20. 0:47today's video. All right. So, I have a
  21. 0:50Word document set up and I have 25
  22. 0:53affirmations that I'm going to be using
  23. 0:55specifically for the subliminals that
  24. 0:56I'm making today. We are going to be
  25. 0:59focusing on a self-love subliminal for
  26. 1:01for today. And I want to throw this out
  27. 1:03before you guys actually jump into
  28. 1:05making your subliminal. I want you to
  29. 1:07make it hyper-specific.
  30. 1:09This doesn't always have to be the case
  31. 1:11with every subliminal, especially if
  32. 1:13you're doing like beauty bundle
  33. 1:14subliminal or a perfect life subliminal
  34. 1:17which is going to include many different
  35. 1:19topics. But if you're looking for a
  36. 1:22subliminal to give you really fast
  37. 1:24results that are very con- concentrated
  38. 1:27I would highly recommend you just narrow
  39. 1:29it down to one specific topic.
  40. 1:32So, in connection to that we do have
  41. 1:34self-love for today's affirmation and
  42. 1:36subliminal topic.
  43. 1:38I wrote 25 affirmations down right here.
  44. 1:42And when we write our affirmations one
  45. 1:45of the most important things that we
  46. 1:46want to focus on is making it feel safe
  47. 1:49to your identity.
  48. 1:50So, you can see here that all the
  49. 1:52affirmations that I have written down
  50. 1:54are deeply intertwined with feeling safe
  51. 1:57within your identity. So, for example,
  52. 2:00I'm just going to shout out the first
  53. 2:01few affirmations I have here. I am
  54. 2:03deeply and completely love with who I
  55. 2:05am. Loving myself is natural and
  56. 2:07effortless for me.
  57. 2:09I honor and respect myself in every
  58. 2:10moment. So, you can see here that we
  59. 2:13place an emphasis on the present moment
  60. 2:15and [music] we have words like
  61. 2:18this is natural for me. This is
  62. 2:20effortless to me. So, this further
  63. 2:22implies to your subconscious mind that
  64. 2:24this is occurring naturally to you and
  65. 2:26it gives like open energy to your
  66. 2:28subconscious. So, your subconscious is
  67. 2:31more likely to be receptive to these
  68. 2:33affirmations rather than reject them.
  69. 2:35Your subconscious mind is more likely to
  70. 2:38reject affirmations that feel very
  71. 2:41exaggerated or dissonant to a
  72. 2:44>> [music]
  73. 2:44>> an identity that feels
  74. 2:47threatening to your subconscious mind.
  75. 2:48>> [music]
  76. 2:49>> So, you can really use this for any
  77. 2:51topic. So,
  78. 2:53maybe you don't want to focus on
  79. 2:55self-love. Maybe you're somebody who
  80. 2:56already feels very sufficient in that
  81. 2:59area.
  82. 3:00Instead of something like this, you
  83. 3:01could say something like, "It's natural
  84. 3:04for me to have green eyes." if you want
  85. 3:05to make a green eyes subliminal.
  86. 3:08And when it comes to writing the
  87. 3:10affirmations
  88. 3:12you can write as many different
  89. 3:13affirmations as you want. Just make sure
  90. 3:16that they feel safe to your identity
  91. 3:19>> [music]
  92. 3:19>> that they feel
  93. 3:21safe and welcoming to the subconscious
  94. 3:24mind that the subconscious welcomes
  95. 3:26these affirmations rather than reject
  96. 3:28them based on extreme affirmations.
  97. 3:32And also make sure that you keep the
  98. 3:35topic consistent [music]
  99. 3:37because we don't want to just trail off
  100. 3:39and start writing, "I have blah blah
  101. 3:41blah." rather than
  102. 3:43staying along the main topic because we
  103. 3:45want full subconscious saturation here.
  104. 3:49Another thing I want to note is that if
  105. 3:51you
  106. 3:53don't really have inspiration or
  107. 3:55creativity to write affirmations you can
  108. 3:58actually use AI chatbots like ChatGPT to
  109. 4:02generate affirmations for you.
  110. 4:05Just remember to put in the prompt that
  111. 4:07you want them to feel identity safe.
  112. 4:09[music]
  113. 4:11So, once we have our affirmations, you
  114. 4:15can go ahead and
  115. 4:17>> [music]
  116. 4:17>> copy these after you select them.
  117. 4:21The next thing you want to do is you
  118. 4:24have two options here.
  119. 4:25>> [music]
  120. 4:26>> One, you can use your own voice in the
  121. 4:28subliminal and two, you can use a robot
  122. 4:33voice for these affirmations. Typically
  123. 4:35for the subliminals I make, I like to
  124. 4:37use my own voice just because it's
  125. 4:41more personal and my subconscious is
  126. 4:43more receptive to my own voice.
  127. 4:46But because I'm speaking to you guys
  128. 4:48specifically and I don't have a
  129. 4:50microphone linked to my computer right
  130. 4:52now, I am going to be using robot or AI
  131. 4:56generated affirmations.
  132. 4:59And you can use apps, [music] you can
  133. 5:01use sites to generate the affirmations.
  134. 5:04What I specifically am going to be doing
  135. 5:07is I'm going to be using a
  136. 5:09text-to-speech app that I have on my
  137. 5:11laptop.
  138. 5:12>> [music]
  139. 5:12>> Like I said, any text-to-voice software
  140. 5:15works. I'm using this software on
  141. 5:18Microsoft called any text-to-voice.
  142. 5:21>> [music]
  143. 5:21>> So, I'll go ahead and open up this
  144. 5:23software. Usually takes a moment or two
  145. 5:25to load.
  146. 5:26And I'm going to go ahead and just make
  147. 5:27the screen full so it's easier to see.
  148. 5:29You have several voices to choose from.
  149. 5:33I'm using Microsoft Zira or Zyra,
  150. 5:35however you pronounce that.
  151. 5:37And then I'm going to go ahead and paste
  152. 5:39[music]
  153. 5:41the affirmations.
  154. 5:42And in this column right here, we're
  155. 5:45going to change the voice speed to 1.5.
  156. 5:49The reason why we like to often speed
  157. 5:52the [music]
  158. 5:53affirmations for subliminals is because
  159. 5:56it allows for more repetition within a
  160. 5:59shorter frame of time. And even though
  161. 6:02they might sound distorted to the
  162. 6:04conscious mind, your subconscious
  163. 6:06picks up on the sped-up affirmations
  164. 6:08because
  165. 6:10our subconscious mind is so much more
  166. 6:12aware than our conscious mind. No matter
  167. 6:14how consciously aware we try to make
  168. 6:16ourselves of our surroundings, our
  169. 6:18subconscious is always processing more
  170. 6:20information than we are consciously.
  171. 6:24So, once we have that to 1.5 times speed
  172. 6:29we're going to go ahead and we're going
  173. 6:31to save as audio.
  174. 6:34And then I'm just going to go ahead and
  175. 6:36save this to my subliminal file since I
  176. 6:39have existing subliminals in there. So,
  177. 6:41we'll [music] just
  178. 6:42save the file name as
  179. 6:45self-
  180. 6:47love.
  181. 6:49And we'll go ahead and save that.
  182. 6:51>> [music]
  183. 6:51>> It's important to note that you use
  184. 6:53effective software for making
  185. 6:54subliminals because not every
  186. 6:57>> [music]
  187. 6:57>> type of software is going to be the
  188. 7:00same. It's not going to always work as
  189. 7:02effectively as another software might.
  190. 7:05Personally, I like to use [music]
  191. 7:07BandLab which is a music creating
  192. 7:10software. I've used it before when I
  193. 7:12make
  194. 7:13>> [music]
  195. 7:13>> music for my channel. As you guys have
  196. 7:16noticed, I do like to make my
  197. 7:17soundtracks for many of my videos. So, I
  198. 7:20use that I use BandLab to make the music
  199. 7:23for my videos and also the subliminals,
  200. 7:25obviously. So, to begin with, we're
  201. 7:28going to go ahead and hit create. And
  202. 7:31it's going to ask you, "Do you want to
  203. 7:33do new project, start song starter, or
  204. 7:35new social post?" If we're just doing a
  205. 7:37subliminal, we're going to hit new
  206. 7:39project. It's going to take a moment to
  207. 7:41load because sometimes it's kind of slow
  208. 7:44to load.
  209. 7:45And then because we already saved our
  210. 7:47subliminal affirmations into a file,
  211. 7:49we're going to go ahead and do import
  212. 7:52audio.
  213. 7:53And it's going to send me directly back
  214. 7:54to my files. So, we're going to go over
  215. 7:57to some of my subliminal file and then
  216. 7:59we're going to select the self-love
  217. 8:01audio. And before I
  218. 8:04>> [music]
  219. 8:04>> quiet the affirmations, I just like to
  220. 8:06do a test run and make sure that they're
  221. 8:09at least somewhat comprehensive and that
  222. 8:12the correct affirmations are in the
  223. 8:14file. Just to ensure that we're on the
  224. 8:16right track to make this subliminal as
  225. 8:18effective as possible.
  226. 8:21Okay. So, once you've done your test run
  227. 8:23and make sure that all the affirmations
  228. 8:25are correct in the subliminal audio,
  229. 8:27you're going to go ahead and lower it
  230. 8:30down to about -30
  231. 8:33decibels.
  232. 8:35You can make it lower or higher based on
  233. 8:38what the main soundtrack is for your
  234. 8:40subliminal. Personally, I like to do
  235. 8:42frequencies or rain sounds. So, in this
  236. 8:45video I'm going to be doing rain sounds.
  237. 8:46So, I'm just going to be keeping this
  238. 8:47one at 30 -30 decibels.
  239. 8:52And then for some people, we also have
  240. 8:54the option to layer affirmations.
  241. 8:57I would recommend doing like between
  242. 8:59three or five layers for subliminals
  243. 9:03just so your subconscious isn't getting
  244. 9:06overwhelmed with too many affirmations.
  245. 9:08So, if you want to go ahead and layer,
  246. 9:10we're going to go ahead the
  247. 9:11>> [music]
  248. 9:11>> three
  249. 9:13dots on this track and we're going to
  250. 9:16duplicate. Now, personally, this is
  251. 9:18something just that I like to do, but I
  252. 9:20like to offset them just by a few
  253. 9:22milliseconds so it sounds like we
  254. 9:24actually have more repetition going on
  255. 9:25here.
  256. 9:26And I also like to change the pitch of
  257. 9:30the affirmations because your
  258. 9:32subconscious is going to interpret this
  259. 9:34as different voices coming in. And I
  260. 9:36feel like when we have more variation in
  261. 9:38different voices, your subconscious is
  262. 9:40going to be more suggestible for to the
  263. 9:43affirmations that are coming in.
  264. 9:45So, to change the pitch, we are going to
  265. 9:47go to editor.
  266. 9:49And the pitch shift, you can either do
  267. 9:52one for a higher pitch or negative one
  268. 9:56for a lower pitch. And in this case, I'm
  269. 9:58going to go ahead and do positive one
  270. 10:01for a higher pitch.
  271. 10:03And I'm going to go ahead and do the
  272. 10:04same thing.
  273. 10:06Go ahead and duplicate for a third
  274. 10:09layer. Going to offset it by just a few
  275. 10:11milliseconds.
  276. 10:13Go to editor and then I'm going to
  277. 10:14change the pitch
  278. 10:16by negative two. So, we have some
  279. 10:18variation in there.
  280. 10:21And then it's going to sound a little
  281. 10:22weird when you play it the audio itself
  282. 10:25because you're just going to hear like a
  283. 10:26lot of these voices in various pitches
  284. 10:28just like mumbling nonsense.
  285. 10:31But once you put the main soundtrack, so
  286. 10:34like the rain sounds, water noises,
  287. 10:36frequencies, whatever it is you want,
  288. 10:38it's not going to be audible and it's
  289. 10:39just going to sound like any
  290. 10:41regular audio. It's really easy.
  291. 10:44So, in this case, I am going to
  292. 10:50go ahead and add some rain sounds. So,
  293. 10:52BandLab has some existing sounds I can
  294. 10:55choose from. I believe I have it saved
  295. 10:57in my favorites, but you can go ahead
  296. 10:58and hit BandLab sounds right here.
  297. 11:01And we're going to go to samples.
  298. 11:03And
  299. 11:04up in the search bar right here, you'll
  300. 11:06tap here and just type in rain.
  301. 11:11Okay, I just found the rain sound that I
  302. 11:13wanted. So, we'll go ahead and drag that
  303. 11:14one over.
  304. 11:16And I'm going to go ahead and delete
  305. 11:18this track because I no longer need it.
  306. 11:20We'll go back a little bit and we'll hit
  307. 11:22play to make sure that it sounds good.
  308. 11:34All right, it sounds good. So, the last
  309. 11:37thing that you'll want to do is
  310. 11:38basically you just want to make the
  311. 11:40subliminal as long as you want it to be.
  312. 11:42On BandLab, I think you can make tracks
  313. 11:44up to 15 minutes long, but if you're
  314. 11:45looking to do longer tracks, what I
  315. 11:48would do is I would just save the track
  316. 11:50as long as it can be and I'd go into a
  317. 11:53video editing software and I would just
  318. 11:55loop that along with an image that you
  319. 11:58put in for your video.
  320. 12:00So, in this case, I'm just going to make
  321. 12:01it about 55 seconds long as it looks
  322. 12:04like that's where the affirmation stop
  323. 12:06at. And then once that's good, and we're
  324. 12:09just going to hit the three bars up
  325. 12:11here. We're going to press exit and it's
  326. 12:13going to automatically ask if you want
  327. 12:14to discard or save your changes. You're
  328. 12:16going to want to hit save.
  329. 12:18All right, it is complete. We have our
  330. 12:20beautiful subliminal. If you want to,
  331. 12:22you can read it again just to confirm
  332. 12:23that you cannot hear the affirmations
  333. 12:26running in the background. So far, this
  334. 12:28one sounds really good. So, what I like
  335. 12:31to do personally before I save it is I
  336. 12:33just go into the three dots right here.
  337. 12:36I'm going to go to project details.
  338. 12:38And somewhere here, I know I'm able to
  339. 12:40rename. There we go, rename. And I'm
  340. 12:43just going to rename this
  341. 12:45self love subliminal.
  342. 12:51Didn't want to call him there. There we
  343. 12:52go. Confirm.
  344. 12:54And then once it updates, we are going
  345. 12:57to download it.
  346. 12:58If I can just find the download button.
  347. 13:03All right. Now, when we go back into
  348. 13:05project details, we're going to have
  349. 13:07this download button right here. Just
  350. 13:09hit that and you can choose which format
  351. 13:12you want to download the sound in.
  352. 13:14Personally, I'm just going to do MP3 cuz
  353. 13:15that's what I usually use for my
  354. 13:17subliminals. Hit download. And once we
  355. 13:21stop seeing the spinning wheel of death,
  356. 13:23we are all set to go and we can listen
  357. 13:25to our subliminal.
  358. 13:26Whether it's just a personal subliminal
  359. 13:28or if you want to upload it on YouTube
  360. 13:30or to share to a platform that share
  361. 13:33with others, it's all up to you. What
  362. 13:35matters most is that you have fun with
  363. 13:37your subliminal making.
  364. 13:39Thank you guys so much for watching this
  365. 13:40video. I had a lot of fun explaining how
  366. 13:43subliminals work and how specifically
  367. 13:46you should create the affirmations and
  368. 13:48how specifically you need to go about
  369. 13:50editing it and the software that you
  370. 13:52should use for making the subliminals.
  371. 13:55Thank you guys again and until next
  372. 13:57time, I will see you.
  373. 13:58Bye.
