- 0:00Most people think they are a physical being living in a physical universe. But in reality,
- 0:04you're a vibrational being in a vibrational universe. And that changes absolutely
- 0:08everything because you're more powerful than you could ever imagine. Right now,
- 0:12in this moment, you are both a transmitter and a receiver of energy, broadcasting a
- 0:17signal into the universe that is either pulling your dreams toward you or pushing them away. So,
- 0:22if you've been feeling stuck, anxious, exhausted, like no matter how hard you try,
- 0:26nothing actually changes, the reason isn't because you're stupid or broken. You simply need to learn
- 0:30how to raise your vibration. And in this episode, I'm going to show you what vibration actually is,
- 0:36why it's the most important thing that nobody ever taught you, and the most powerful practices that
- 0:40exist today so you can raise your vibration, create more abundance, heal your body,
- 0:45and collapse the gap between where you are and the life that you know you're supposed to be living.
- 0:52Now, let's start by clarifying what raising your vibration actually means. The term raising your
- 0:58vibration is a term that's been used for literally thousands of years going back to the ancient Greek
- 1:04hermetics to the new thought movement of the 18 and 1900s. And it was formalized with the work
- 1:08of Dr. David Hawkins and his map of consciousness in the 1980s. And what Hawkins created was a scale
- 1:15that went from 1 to a,000. And he used muscle testing to determine the level of vibration
- 1:20of different emotions of people who existed throughout history, even of places and things.
- 1:25For example, an emotion like shame measures 20 on Hawkins scale. Fear is 100. Courage is 200.
- 1:34Love is a 500 calibration all the way to higher states of enlightenment at 700 to a,000. And so in
- 1:40this sense, higher emotional states are emotions that feel good. And we call this a high vibration
- 1:46emotion. Vibrations that don't feel good are referred to as lower vibration emotions. And this
- 1:52concept is rooted in the idea that we as human beings are energetic organisms. And that thoughts
- 1:58and emotions that we frequently practice emanate through our brain and our nervous system and they
- 2:04create an electromagnetic frequency within our bodies. And because everything is energy, swirls
- 2:09of atoms and molecules and subatomic particles, the frequency that we broadcast attracts thoughts,
- 2:15it attracts situations, it attracts circumstances, and you therefore create your reality. And so the
- 2:20higher your consistent state of vibration, the more beneficial experiences that you
- 2:25attract into your life. And this just makes sense, right? Like even on a practical level,
- 2:29lower level emotions like anger or jealousy are dense. They contract the body. They constrict your
- 2:36perception. They activate your stress physiology. They move you into survival mode. But higher level
- 2:42emotions are light. They're expansive. They create openness in the nervous system. They increase your
- 2:47clarity. They widen your perception. So when we talk about vibration, what we're talking about
- 2:53is the emotional frequency that you generally tend to live in. The frequency that your nervous system
- 2:59has become habituated to. So I want you to think about like where do you frequently live? You know,
- 3:03for years, decades probably, I lived in anxiety and worry. Right? Today,
- 3:07I live a little bit more in faith, excitement, compassion, love. So, on Hawkins scale,
- 3:14emotions like shame or guilt or worry, they sit at lower calibrations. And if you think about it,
- 3:18this is where most people live most of the time. And this is really important to understand because
- 3:22if you look at what's going on in the world today from the loneliness epidemic to suicide rates,
- 3:28the number of people on medication, our sick society, even if you look at the number of people
- 3:32who are living in financial security, even if you look at what's going on in the world in terms of
- 3:35armed conflict and corruption, it's because most people are spending most of their time
- 3:40operating from these lower level frequencies. And so that's the kind of world that they're creating.
- 3:45But what Hawkins says in his book power versus force is that around level 200, you find courage.
- 3:51And when you hit courage, you start moving from what he calls force or forcing it to power,
- 3:58which is when life starts to flow through you. So courage is the moment that you start stepping out
- 4:04of fear-based emotions. And when you start living more from courage, that's when things start to
- 4:09change. Right? I mentioned that Hawkins measured not only emotions, but he also measured people.
- 4:14He calibrated their frequency and that's where you can really see how energy works as a force that
- 4:19shapes reality and in many cases high vibrational people literally change the world. Gandhi for
- 4:25example calibrated according to Hawkins scale at around 760 really really high which explains why
- 4:30Gandhi was able to mobilize and attract hundreds of millions of people into non-violent resistance
- 4:36not through armies or resources but literally through presence and frequency. Mother Teresa,
- 4:42according to Hawkins, calibrated around 700. And people who spent even a few minutes in her
- 4:47presence consistently reported feeling profoundly moved and peaceful and uplifted, often without
- 4:52even understanding why. Right? And this is why if you walk into a room with someone who lives
- 4:56at a low vibrational frequency, you can feel that vibe in the room. But if you step into a room with
- 5:02somebody who's living in a higher vibrational states, you feel good around them. So this is
- 5:05the transmission of high vibrational energy from one person to another or low vibrational energy
- 5:11from one person to another. So it's real and it literally shapes reality. And at the other end
- 5:16of the spectrum, the most destructive figures in history were operating from the lowest vibrational
- 5:21states. Right? Hawkins measured architects of various genocides in history from Hitler to Stalin
- 5:28and they all calibrated at the bottom of the scale. And what's remarkable about Hawkins model
- 5:33is that it gives us a framework for understanding not just individual psychology but the history of
- 5:38human civilization as a battle between vibrational levels. And what's happening right now is a lot
- 5:44of people are actually moving up the vibrational scale. And it may not seem like it, but for most
- 5:49of humanity, we've been living in extreme fear, worry, anxiety, overwhelm, and now we're moving
- 5:55into anger. Anger is actually positive movement up the scale. You go from overwhelm and fear to anger
- 6:02to resentment to then kind of like a boredom with it and then eventually you cross over into calm
- 6:06and courage and positive emotional states. And one of the most staggering statistics from Hawkins
- 6:11research is this. A single person operating at a consciousness level of 700 counterbalances 70
- 6:18million people operating below 200. At 600 calibration, one person counterbalances 10
- 6:25million people who are living below 200. And this is why personal growth and spiritual growth isn't
- 6:30selfish. It's actually one of the most significant contributions that you can make to the vibrational
- 6:36collective because when you raise your vibration, you're not just improving your own life. You're
- 6:41shifting the collective field. And so raising your vibration simply means this. It's moving from
- 6:46primal emotional states into powerful emotional states. Now, why does this matter? It matters
- 6:53because higher vibrational states are conducive to everything that you want. A healthier body,
- 6:59more financial security, spiritual connection, presence because joy, calm, curiosity, peace.
- 7:04These are states that positively regulate the nervous system. They activate the parasympathetic
- 7:09tone of your nervous system. They improve immune response. They reduce inflammation. You know,
- 7:14Western medicine already acknowledges that most chronic diseases in the developed world are
- 7:19stress related. So stress is a primal state, not a powerful state. And so when you're chronically
- 7:25stressed, you're chronically in fight or flight. And your sympathetic nervous system is active.
- 7:29That means your cortisol is elevated. There's inflammation. There's constriction. That is a
- 7:34low vibrational state and it consistently taxes the system. And it doesn't just drain your body
- 7:41of its health, it clouds perception. Right? And again, this is why personal growth is so
- 7:46important because unprocessed childhood traumas and emotional triggers are programs that live
- 7:52in your nervous system and they pull you into lower vibrational states. And when that happens,
- 7:57all of your energy and resources are going towards dealing with the tension and the
- 8:01resistance and the friction in the system as opposed to expressing your energy outward. So
- 8:06when you clear out your fears and your resentments and your anger, you naturally start to move into a
- 8:10higher emotional and vibrational state. Now, this is a really important thing to understand because
- 8:15getting into a high vibrational state isn't as much about trying to get into a high vibrational
- 8:20state. It's just stop doing what's keeping you in a low vibrational state. And when you move
- 8:24into a high vibrational state, now your energy is naturally being used productively. You have
- 8:29greater levels of intuition, better health, better ideas, a greater level of presence in your life.
- 8:34And from a manifestation standpoint, the principle is really simple. Like attracts like. So,
- 8:41however you're vibrating, lower vibrational emotional states create lower vibrational
- 8:46experiences like sickness, poverty, daily problems, but when you raise your vibration,
- 8:51you attract higher vibrational experiences. You become healthier, you become more connected,
- 8:55you become more purposeful, more prosperous, more capable of contributing meaningfully to the world.
- 9:00And so, I would say that raising your vibration is not a luxury. It's a necessity. And it's not
- 9:07just our thoughts or our limiting beliefs or our fears that keep us in lower vibrational states,
- 9:11but what you eat matters. For example, like highly processed foods, seed oils, excessive sugar,
- 9:18high fructose corn syrup. These are lower frequency inputs because they're unnatural
- 9:23inputs and that's why they create inflammation. Right? Inflammation is your body's response to
- 9:29lower vibrational inputs. And lower vibrational inputs create stress on the system. And stress
- 9:35creates energy leaks. And so the energy of your cells becomes allocated to managing internal
- 9:41friction rather than fueling higher levels of function like clarity or sharpness or vibrancy.
- 9:47You know, think about it. High vibrations equal vibrancy. And that's what you want,
- 9:52right? To be vibrant, to be active, to be alive. both mentally and physically and emotionally and
- 9:58spiritually. But when your system is tasked with constantly managing stressors, right,
- 10:04biochemical stressors or emotional stressors, you are not operating at your natural baseline. You're
- 10:09constantly compensating and that compensation lowers your vibrational capacity. Hey,
- 10:14it's David. Quick interruption to your regularly scheduled podcast episode. I want to let you know
- 10:18about an opportunity to go even deeper into this work together. If you have not yet, please check
- 10:23out the show notes in there. We've got links to both our mind hack and our whole human framework
- 10:27programs. Our mind hack course is an incredible framework. It's the foundation of everything that
- 10:32I teach on this show to help you understand how to become deeply aware of the subconscious programs
- 10:37that are holding you back and to teach you the technologies and frameworks to allow you to
- 10:42dramatically transform those belief systems and rewire your brain. Again, the Mind Hack program

- 11:15stories of entrepreneurs just like you who have gone through these courses. And I will see you
- 11:19on the other side. And now back to your regularly scheduled podcast episode. And the reason so many
- 11:25people are struggling to feel good is because our entire environment has been structured to keep you
- 11:30in a low vibrational state. Right? Not just food, but screens and scrolling and rapid shifting of
- 11:36attention and media propaganda and the fear and the doom and the gloom. All these things, unless
- 11:42you're vigilant about it, drain your energy and lower your vibration. And that's why you're seeing
- 11:47a lot of people moving away from technology and from media. There's like a great opt out taking
- 11:53place. People are returning to nature. They're returning to what's real because you can feel
- 11:58that something isn't right in today's fabricated reality. You can feel your vibration being pulled
- 12:05down, can't you? And a lot of times the first big step towards raising your vibration isn't about
- 12:11doing something. As I said before, it's about not doing what's been pulling your vibration
- 12:16down. you know, doing a 7-day digital detox, spending more time outdoors instead of online,
- 12:22meeting with friends in person instead of doing everything on virtual Zoom calls, right? Quitting
- 12:28alcohol is a huge phenomenon right now. Easing up on caffeine, which hijacks your nervous system.
- 12:34You can literally change your frequency by simply taking a break from the things that
- 12:38are pulling you down. And then at the same time, there are some simple daily practices that you can
- 12:43start to train your nervous system into a higher frequency. So, I'm going to share a couple of my
- 12:48favorites with you. Number one, one of my favorite practices that's made an enormous difference for
- 12:53me is a really simple breath work protocol. And you may have heard about things like box breathing
- 12:59or Wimhof techniques or nasal breathing. But what I found to be incredibly effective, it's called
- 13:04heart rate variability breath practice. You can do it for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. And it
- 13:09works like this. You breathe through your nose. So you inhale through your nose and you exhale
- 13:14through your nose. And you inhale for 5.5 seconds. And then you immediately exhale for 5.5 seconds.
- 13:21And then you immediately inhale for 5.5 seconds. And you do that for about 10 to 20 minutes, right?
- 13:26No pause in between the inhale or exhale. So it's a little bit of an active breath. It's like
- 13:40Just like that, right? No pause in between. I do it during online meetings. I do it when I'm
- 13:45in the car. I try to do it once a day. And it's so effective that literally some people report
- 13:51it as having the same effect as taking like a pharmaceutical muscle relaxant. And I actually
- 13:56find that to be true. After about 20 minutes, like I'm so chilled out. I feel like it was back in the
- 14:01day and I took something. So, it immediately resets the state of the nervous system and it
- 14:06moves the body back into a high vibrational frequency. It is one of the most powerful
- 14:09and accessible tools that I know of. Number two, my next go-to practice is simply a hard
- 14:16physical workout. It doesn't matter what it is. It could be weight training, it could be running,
- 14:20it could be biking, it could be yoga, but putting your body through an intense workout,
- 14:26intense enough that your mind doesn't have the bandwidth to worry. Okay. So, what this really
- 14:33is is an active meditation, right? Because beyond all the well-documented biochemical benefits, the
- 14:38release of endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, BDNF, the reduction in cortisol, the simple fact is that
- 14:44when you're working out hard enough, you're not engaging in low vibrational thoughts. You
- 14:50just don't have the capacity to do it. You aren't worrying about the past or catastrophizing about
- 14:54the future because you're so fully present on working out. You're fully present in your body for
- 15:0030, 45, 60 minutes. And that presence is itself a high vibrational state. Remember what I said,
- 15:06one of the best and easiest ways to shift your frequency and to build a new frequency over a
- 15:09short period of time is just to stop doing the things that are locking you into a lower
- 15:14level frequency. So when you train hard, you can't worry. And that's why an intense workout
- 15:19is something that I do anywhere from two to four times a week, right? Sometimes I train
- 15:23weight with weights. Sometimes I do some intense yoga. Sometimes I do some cardio. Number three,
- 15:28the third practice is to regularly consume high vibrational content. You know, normally we think
- 15:35about nutrition is just stuff we put in our mouth. But you've got five senses, right? What you see,
- 15:39what you hear, what you feel. And listening to motivational and inspirational teachings,
- 15:45to spiritual wisdom, to people who speak truth is high vibrational input. You know, years ago when I
- 15:50decided I needed to change my life and that I was going to no longer live in anxiety, I was going to
- 15:55get off medications. I was going to stop abusing drugs and alcohol and pornography and sex. I had
- 16:00to create new habits. And so every single morning and whenever I needed it throughout the day,
- 16:04I was listening to people like Neville Goddard, Les Brown, Echeri, Joel Austin. I was listening to
- 16:10scripture regardless of the tradition, the Bible, the Quran, the new thought teachings, the science
- 16:14of mind. All that stuff feeds your mind and your nervous system and your soul with high vibrational
- 16:20inputs. Fourth practice is journaling. Simply sitting down and writing out how you are feeling
- 16:29creates a bridge to your own emotional world. So you're no longer holding all the emotions
- 16:34in. You're talking about it. You're talking about it with yourself or you're talking about it with
- 16:38God or whoever you write to. It allows you to begin starting to touch your emotions rather
- 16:42than suppressing or ignoring them. Because what ends up happening is we reach for a cup of coffee,
- 16:46we reach for some alcohol, we reach for our phone or our screens or whatever it is, and
- 16:50we bypass feeling the emotions that are wanting to be properly processed. And in recent years, one of
- 16:57the most transformative things that has deepened this practice for me is what's called sematic
- 17:01work, which is actually going into a lower level emotion when it comes up and feeling it for just
- 17:06a few minutes rather than running from it or or or trying to bypass it. And so when a when a low
- 17:12vibrational feeling comes up, it's a trigger. It's an old memory. It's an unprocessed experience or a
- 17:18trauma that's never been properly metabolized. And it will keep coming up again and again until you
- 17:24actually feel it. And so whether it's through journaling or whether it's through a deeper
- 17:28sematic process where you physically locate where that emotion is in your body and you start to feel
- 17:33the emotions, you start to diffuse the charges. And as you diffuse these charges and triggers,
- 17:39they lose their power over you. They no longer exist inside of you. In the same way, right,
- 17:44you start to become naturally and organically a higher vibrational person because there's a lower
- 17:49vibrational charges that you're letting go of. And the fifth and perhaps most important practice is
- 17:54being in community with other high vibrational people. Right? This just makes sense. If you
- 17:58want to get good at a martial art, you train with great martial artists. If you want to get sober,
- 18:02you surround yourself with people who are living in recovery. And if you want to become
- 18:05a high vibrational person, you seek out, you spend time with, and you actively contribute
- 18:09to high vibrational relationships. That's one of the big reasons why I host my annual event,
- 18:14the powerful living experience live, where our entire community comes together for three days
- 18:18of high vibrational content and experience and connection. That's why having a network
- 18:22of friends who are talking about and committed to and practicing high vibrational habits is so
- 18:26important. It creates an emotional buffer zone like a force field. It is a dojo for the soul
- 18:34because if you want to get good at something like raising your vibration, it's not a do-it-yourself
- 18:38project. You have to do it with other people. So, I hope you got a ton out of this episode. So,
- 18:43some real tools, some powerful takeaways, and an understanding of what this vibrational game is and
