  1. 0:00Here's what nobody tells you about
  2. 0:01manifestation.
  3. 0:03The order you've been taught is
  4. 0:04completely backwards. You were told, get
  5. 0:08the relationship, then feel loved. Get
  6. 0:11the money, then feel secure. Get the
  7. 0:13job, then feel successful.
  8. 0:16And that's exactly why it keeps not
  9. 0:19working.
  10. 0:20In this video, I'm going to walk you
  11. 0:22through why that order is backwards, and
  12. 0:24what the actual sequence looks like once
  13. 0:26you flip it. We're going to talk about
  14. 0:28why reality behaves like a mirror and
  15. 0:31not a vending machine. Why working
  16. 0:33harder almost never fixes the actual
  17. 0:36problem. And what a magnetic frequency
  18. 0:39really consists of versus what quietly
  19. 0:42cancels it out. Then I'm going to give
  20. 0:45you four specific, practical things you
  21. 0:48can start doing today to build that
  22. 0:50frequency. Including one that has
  23. 0:52nothing to do with thinking positive at
  24. 0:55all.
  25. 0:56So, if you've ever achieved a goal and
  26. 0:58felt strangely the same, stick around.
  27. 1:02Because I'm about to explain exactly why
  28. 1:05that happens. Let's start with the
  29. 1:07backwards order. Because once you see
  30. 1:09it, you can't unsee it. Almost everyone
  31. 1:12operates on this sequence. Get the
  32. 1:14thing, then feel the emotion. Get the
  33. 1:17relationship, then feel loved. Get the
  34. 1:20money, then feel secure. Get the job,
  35. 1:23then feel successful.
  36. 1:25It seems logical. It seems like the only
  37. 1:28order that makes sense. But here's the
  38. 1:30problem.
  39. 1:31External things cannot permanently
  40. 1:34create an emotion.
  41. 1:36They can spike one for a while. But if
  42. 1:38your underlying identity and emotional
  43. 1:40baseline haven't changed, you drift
  44. 1:43right back to wherever you started. This
  45. 1:46is why people get the promotion and
  46. 1:48still feel anxious. Why people get into
  47. 1:50the relationship and still feel
  48. 1:52insecure.
  49. 1:53Why people hit the income goal and still
  50. 1:56feel like it's not enough. The thing
  51. 1:58arrived, the feeling didn't stick.
  52. 2:01Because the feeling was never actually
  53. 2:04downstream of the thing, it just looked
  54. 2:06that way.
  55. 2:07The real order runs the opposite
  56. 2:09direction.
  57. 2:11Change your emotional state and your
  58. 2:13identity first, let the external reality
  59. 2:16catch up later.
  60. 2:18I know that sounds backwards to how
  61. 2:19we've been taught to operate our entire
  62. 2:21lives. So, let's slow down on why this
  63. 2:24is actually true and not just a nice
  64. 2:27sentence.
  65. 2:28Think about reality as something closer
  66. 2:30to a mirror than a vending machine.
  67. 2:33A vending machine gives you something
  68. 2:35different from what you put in.
  69. 2:37You put in money, you get out a snack.
  70. 2:40A mirror gives you back exactly what
  71. 2:42you're already showing it. If you're
  72. 2:45constantly focused on lack, on fear, on
  73. 2:48what's missing, on the insecurity of not
  74. 2:50having the thing yet, you're not
  75. 2:52neutral.
  76. 2:54You're feeding the mirror a very
  77. 2:55specific image and it keeps reflecting
  78. 2:58that image back as more of the same
  79. 3:01conditions.
  80. 3:02But, if you can embody abundance, peace,
  81. 3:05confidence, and love internally, even
  82. 3:08before the external proof shows up, the
  83. 3:11mirror eventually has to start
  84. 3:13reflecting that instead.
  85. 3:15This is the part most people skip and
  86. 3:17it's also the part I'm going to circle
  87. 3:19back to later in this video. Because
  88. 3:22there's a layer underneath emotional
  89. 3:24state that makes this whole mechanism
  90. 3:26actually click into place.
  91. 3:28So, keep that in mind because it changes
  92. 3:31everything I'm about to explain next.
  93. 3:33Now, here's where it gets interesting
  94. 3:35and this comes from a much older
  95. 3:37framework than most people realize,
  96. 3:39Hermetic philosophy, the same body of
  97. 3:41thought behind the phrase as above, so
  98. 3:44below. In this framework, there are
  99. 3:46three levels to existence. At the top is
  100. 3:49source, sometimes called universal
  101. 3:51consciousness or simply the all. Below
  102. 3:54that is the mental plane, thought,
  103. 3:57imagination, belief. And at the very
  104. 3:59bottom, the last and lowest expression
  105. 4:02of the whole stack, is physical reality.
  106. 4:05The physical world isn't the starting
  107. 4:07point, it's the output. Consciousness
  108. 4:09creates reality, not the other way
  109. 4:11around, which means trying to change
  110. 4:13your life by only rearranging the
  111. 4:15physical plane, switching jobs,
  112. 4:17switching cities, switching partners,
  113. 4:20without ever touching the mental and
  114. 4:21emotional level above it, is like trying
  115. 4:24to edit a printed photo instead of
  116. 4:25editing the file it was printed from.
  117. 4:28You can erase a corner, but the original
  118. 4:30file is still going to print out the
  119. 4:32same image next time. This is exactly
  120. 4:34why hard work alone so often doesn't
  121. 4:36deliver what people expect. We're told
  122. 4:39that if results aren't showing up, you
  123. 4:41simply need to work harder, take more
  124. 4:43action, force the outcome through sheer
  125. 4:45effort. But action doesn't originate out
  126. 4:47of nowhere, it originates from your
  127. 4:50state of consciousness. If your
  128. 4:51underlying state hasn't shifted, you're
  129. 4:54just taking the same action from the
  130. 4:56same identity with more intensity. You
  131. 4:58get a louder version of the same result,
  132. 5:00not a different one. Getting a genuinely
  133. 5:03different result requires a different
  134. 5:05state of being, not simply more hours at
  135. 5:07the same frequency. There's a useful
  136. 5:10real-world example of this with people
  137. 5:12who've grown businesses or built an
  138. 5:13audience from scratch. The period of
  139. 5:16working harder and harder for marginal
  140. 5:18gains, followed by period where almost
  141. 5:20nothing about the hours changed, but the
  142. 5:23identity behind the work did. And that's
  143. 5:25when the actual leap happened. The
  144. 5:28effort didn't change, the person doing
  145. 5:30the effort did. So let's actually define
  146. 5:32what we mean by magnetic, because I
  147. 5:35promised I'd come back to it. A magnetic
  148. 5:37internal state is built from peace,
  149. 5:39calm, trust, abundance, acceptance, and
  150. 5:43joy. A non-magnetic state is built from
  151. 5:46fear, lack, neediness, stress,
  152. 5:49obsession, and survival mode. And here's
  153. 5:52the layer underneath the emotional state
  154. 5:53I mentioned earlier. The thing that
  155. 5:55decides which of those two columns you
  156. 5:57default to without even trying. It's the
  157. 6:00assumption you're currently living from.
  158. 6:02Whatever you've quietly assumed to be
  159. 6:04true about yourself, your worth, and
  160. 6:06what you're allowed to have becomes the
  161. 6:08lens you experience everything through
  162. 6:11before you even get a say in it. Change
  163. 6:13the assumption and the emotional state
  164. 6:15that flows out of it changes
  165. 6:16automatically without you having to
  166. 6:19force it. So, here are four practical
  167. 6:21things that actually build the state,
  168. 6:23not just talk about it. The first is
  169. 6:25living in the end. Instead of mentally
  170. 6:28rehearsing the lack of the thing, the
  171. 6:30empty inbox, the unanswered text, the
  172. 6:32job you don't have yet, you deliberately
  173. 6:35spend time, even just a few minutes,
  174. 6:38imagining the scene as it would be if
  175. 6:40the wish were already fulfilled. Not as
  176. 6:42a daydream you know is fake, as
  177. 6:44something closer to a memory. The mind
  178. 6:46doesn't file vivid imagination and lived
  179. 6:49experience into two completely separate
  180. 6:51drawers, which is exactly why a scene
  181. 6:54you keep returning to in your
  182. 6:55imagination can shift your baseline mood
  183. 6:58the same way a real memory does. The
  184. 7:00second is revision. At the end of the
  185. 7:02day, instead of replaying what actually
  186. 7:04happened the way it happened, you
  187. 7:06mentally rewrite any moment that didn't
  188. 7:09go the way you wanted, and you replay
  189. 7:11the corrected version until it feels
  190. 7:13settled instead of charged. You're not
  191. 7:15pretending the original event didn't
  192. 7:17happen. You're refusing to let one
  193. 7:19unwanted moment keep writing your
  194. 7:21assumption about who you are and what
  195. 7:24tends to happen to you. The third is
  196. 7:26choosing your self-concept on purpose.
  197. 7:28Most people let their self-concept get
  198. 7:30built by accident, out of old comments,
  199. 7:33old failures, and old labels that got
  200. 7:35attached to them years ago and never got
  201. 7:38questioned since. The alternative is
  202. 7:40deciding, deliberately, what you're
  203. 7:42going to assume about yourself going
  204. 7:44forward, and catching yourself the
  205. 7:46moment you slip back into the old
  206. 7:48description. The same way you'd catch
  207. 7:50yourself slouching and correct your
  208. 7:52posture without making a whole event out
  209. 7:54of it. The fourth is responding instead
  210. 7:56of reacting. When something difficult
  211. 7:58happens, the instinct is to emotionally
  212. 8:01collapse or let the circumstance define
  213. 8:03your whole state. The alternative is
  214. 8:05choosing your response on purpose, even
  215. 8:07in a hard moment. And one belief that
  216. 8:10makes this dramatically easier is simply
  217. 8:12deciding that the circumstance is
  218. 8:14evidence of an old assumption finishing
  219. 8:17itself off, not proof of what's coming
  220. 8:19next. That distinction alone keeps your
  221. 8:22emotional state stable, regardless of
  222. 8:24what the external situation looks like
  223. 8:26right now. So, here's the actual climax
  224. 8:28of everything we've covered.
  225. 8:30Stop chasing external results to feel
  226. 8:33better.
  227. 8:34Because that's the backwards order we
  228. 8:36started with.
  229. 8:37Become the person who already feels the
  230. 8:40emotions you're trying to chase down
  231. 8:42through circumstances.
  232. 8:44Live in the scene of the wish fulfilled
  233. 8:46before the evidence arrives.
  234. 8:50Revise the moments that tried to
  235. 8:51convince you otherwise.
  236. 8:53Choose your self-concept on purpose
  237. 8:56instead of by accident.
  238. 8:58And respond instead of collapsing when
  239. 9:00life gets hard.
  240. 9:02Do that consistently, and you stop
  241. 9:04needing reality to prove anything to you
  242. 9:07first.
  243. 9:08Because reality, like a mirror,
  244. 9:10eventually has no choice but to show you
  245. 9:13back exactly what you've already become.
  246. 9:17If this reframed how you've been
  247. 9:19thinking about manifestation, drop a
  248. 9:21like so I know it landed. If this video
  249. 9:23helped you, make sure to like it, and
  250. 9:26don't forget to subscribe. In the
  251. 9:28upcoming videos, we'll go deeper into
  252. 9:30how to actually change your identity
  253. 9:31across different areas of your life.
