  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to break down
  2. 0:01the exact structure that I followed to
  3. 0:03build as much muscle as possible on the
  4. 0:06carnivore diet. I've been doing a
  5. 0:07mixture of bodybuilding and powerlifting
  6. 0:10training for the past 5 years, but I've
  7. 0:12not been on the carnivore diet this
  8. 0:14whole entire time. I've recently hopped
  9. 0:16on it, and this is a system that I've
  10. 0:18been running and it's been working
  11. 0:19amazing for me, and it's been getting me
  12. 0:21amazing results. I've been feeling the
  13. 0:23best and looking the best that I've ever
  14. 0:26have in my entire life. So, before we
  15. 0:28start off, I want to clarify who this is
  16. 0:30actually for. This is for anybody that
  17. 0:32is already on the carnivore diet. If you
  18. 0:34lift and want to build serious amounts
  19. 0:37of muscle on this diet, and also if
  20. 0:39you've been on the carnivore diet and
  21. 0:40you're playing the guessing game and
  22. 0:42experimenting and piecing a bunch of
  23. 0:44different things together, but nothing
  24. 0:45is actually sticking and you're not
  25. 0:47seeing the results that you want to see,
  26. 0:49then this video is definitely for you
  27. 0:51and it's going to help you out a lot.
  28. 0:52And also, before we start, I'm just
  29. 0:53going to go through the non-negotiables
  30. 0:55just so there's no confusion and
  31. 0:57everything is set forward very straight,
  32. 0:59so you know exactly what we're about to
  33. 1:00get into. So, the pillars for the
  34. 1:03nutrition are going to be ruminant
  35. 1:04meats. So, anything like cow, lamb,
  36. 1:07goat, bison, deer, elk, moose, whatever
  37. 1:11it is, any ruminant type of meat, which
  38. 1:13means the animal has a double-chambered
  39. 1:15stomach and the nutrients are processed
  40. 1:17a lot better through these animals and
  41. 1:20they're not going to inflame you or give
  42. 1:22you any harm or issues or anything like
  43. 1:24that. These are the safest animals to be
  44. 1:26eating. Next up, eggs are going to be in
  45. 1:28the everyday pillar. Eggs are literally
  46. 1:30nature's multivitamin, the best foods
  47. 1:32you could possibly eat. And then also,
  48. 1:35salt and water. We will not be drinking
  49. 1:37any dairy on this system. I don't
  50. 1:40recommend it. It is not going to get you
  51. 1:42the gains you want to see if you're
  52. 1:44really trying to maximize your muscle
  53. 1:45growth. Number two, this is the no daily
  54. 1:48negotiation. So, every single day we're
  55. 1:50going to be eating similar meals with
  56. 1:52the same structure, and we're not going
  57. 1:54to be going about the day saying, "How
  58. 1:56do I feel today?" and making decisions
  59. 1:58based off that. You know, that's not
  60. 1:59going to get you the results that you
  61. 2:01want to see because your feelings are
  62. 2:02going to deceive you all the time. When
  63. 2:04it comes to the training, number three
  64. 2:05is going to be lift with intent. So,
  65. 2:07compound strength-focused lifts.
  66. 2:10Progressive overload is going to be very
  67. 2:12important in this system, and then
  68. 2:14obviously tracking your progress, which
  69. 2:16is something that basically nobody does
  70. 2:18nowadays. They think they could just get
  71. 2:19away with going through the motions and
  72. 2:22not tracking anything, and that's not
  73. 2:24going to get you the maximum amount of
  74. 2:25results that you want to see. Lastly,
  75. 2:27number four is consistency beats
  76. 2:29optimization. So, no constant tweaking
  77. 2:32your system or your program. That is not
  78. 2:35going to get you the results, no looking
  79. 2:37for new additions or chasing perfection
  80. 2:40thinking that you have to show up at
  81. 2:43your perfect rate every single day. No,
  82. 2:45that is not one of these types of
  83. 2:46videos. You just need to run the system.
  84. 2:49So, I'm going to go over the five
  85. 2:51pillars that you need to understand the
  86. 2:53system and run it yourself. So, we're
  87. 2:55going to start off with number one is
  88. 2:57why most guys fail on the carnivore
  89. 2:59diet. The first mistake that I made and
  90. 3:01I see tons of other people making is
  91. 3:03taking advice from the carnivore doctors
  92. 3:06like Anthony Chaffee, Ken Berry. Don't
  93. 3:08get me wrong, these guys are absolutely
  94. 3:10amazing. They do know what they're
  95. 3:11talking about and they give great
  96. 3:13advice, but you got to understand is
  97. 3:14that the person that they are ideally
  98. 3:17talking to is usually an elder person
  99. 3:19that is trying to cure an autoimmune
  100. 3:21disease or lose a bunch of weight, get
  101. 3:24rid of diabetes, arthritis, all these
  102. 3:26types of things. They're not really
  103. 3:28speaking to the younger generation that
  104. 3:30is trying to build as much muscle as
  105. 3:32possible and get jacked, and that is why
  106. 3:35a lot of the things they say can lead
  107. 3:36you to not getting the progress that you
  108. 3:38want to see. One of the things these
  109. 3:39guys say the most is listening to your
  110. 3:42hunger signals or eating until you're
  111. 3:44full. Me personally, I can eat forever.
  112. 3:47I could probably eat 4 lb of meat in a
  113. 3:49sitting, four ribeye steaks. Dog, I know
  114. 3:52how to eat. I've bulked up over 100 lb
  115. 3:55in the last 5 years, so eating till I'm
  116. 3:57full is not going to work for me unless
  117. 3:59I want to be fat and obese.
  118. 4:01And a lot of people are probably
  119. 4:03thinking the same thing when it says,
  120. 4:04"Eat till you're full." Then the other
  121. 4:06side of things of listening to your
  122. 4:07hunger signals, if you have recently
  123. 4:09been eating carbs or a very bad diet in
  124. 4:12the past and you're just now getting on
  125. 4:14carnivore or you've even been on it for
  126. 4:16a while and your hunger signals aren't
  127. 4:18really giving you the right signals. For
  128. 4:20me, I get hungry a lot of times
  129. 4:22throughout the day feeling that snacky
  130. 4:24type of feeling, but on the carnivore
  131. 4:26diet, you should not be eating snacks.
  132. 4:28You should be eating very big, filling
  133. 4:30meals that are actually going to fill
  134. 4:33you up and not eating throughout the
  135. 4:34day. So, listening to your hunger
  136. 4:36signals can be very deceiving and lead
  137. 4:38you to overeating or sometimes even
  138. 4:40under-eating if you have a low appetite.
  139. 4:42It really just depends on who you are,
  140. 4:44the way you've lived in the past, your
  141. 4:46genetics, etc. So, that's why it is very
  142. 4:49important that you create a system for
  143. 4:51yourself that you can follow so you can
  144. 4:53get your exact results. The third
  145. 4:55mistake I see people make is trying to
  146. 4:58build muscle, but with a very high body
  147. 5:00fat percentage, which to me is anything
  148. 5:03over 18 or 20% is getting in the higher
  149. 5:06range and you're not going to be able to
  150. 5:07build as much muscle as possible because
  151. 5:10when you're in this range above 18 or
  152. 5:12honestly above 16% body fat, the extra
  153. 5:16energy that you are eating is going to
  154. 5:18get easily converted into fat and not
  155. 5:21into muscle because that's just how the
  156. 5:23body works. Under-eating for fat loss. A
  157. 5:25lot of people will try to starve
  158. 5:26themselves, eat one meal a day. All this
  159. 5:29stuff leads to is not absorbing the
  160. 5:32maximum amount of protein as you can.
  161. 5:33Your body can absorb 200 g of protein in
  162. 5:37one sitting. On the carnivore diet, yes,
  163. 5:38it's going to get optimized and it's
  164. 5:40probably going to be able to absorb more
  165. 5:42protein than your last diet, but still,
  166. 5:45stop eating one meal a day and starving
  167. 5:47yourself and thinking that you're going
  168. 5:49to get jacked and lose a bunch of fat.
  169. 5:51No, you're going to lose weight, but not
  170. 5:53fat. When you lose a bunch of weight, it
  171. 5:55just looks like you're a smaller version
  172. 5:58of the fat version of you. So, this is
  173. 6:00the last thing you should do is starve
  174. 6:02yourself and not eating enough. Fourth
  175. 6:04mistake I see is people just not
  176. 6:06actually doing the carnivore diet.
  177. 6:08They're sneaking in little pieces of
  178. 6:09fruit here and there or they're eating
  179. 6:11out on the weekends with their family
  180. 6:12members, but their goal is still to
  181. 6:14build as much muscle as possible. Those
  182. 6:16two just don't align with each other.
  183. 6:18How are you going to build as much
  184. 6:19muscle when you're cheating yourself,
  185. 6:21where you're eating little fruits?
  186. 6:23You're not going to be in ketosis if
  187. 6:24you're eating over a certain amount of
  188. 6:26carbs, and that sugar addiction is going
  189. 6:28to stay plus all the downsides of eating
  190. 6:31those fruits. The carnivore diet is
  191. 6:33literally to get away from all those
  192. 6:35things. Fruits are GMO. You guys know,
  193. 6:38I'm not going to go into it in this
  194. 6:39video, but the last mistake is expecting
  195. 6:41carnivore to do all the work for you.
  196. 6:44Just because you get on carnivore diet
  197. 6:46does not mean you're going to get
  198. 6:47absolutely shredded and just become a
  199. 6:49monster in the gym and hit crazy PRs. If
  200. 6:52you're not following a specific system
  201. 6:54and you're just winging it like all
  202. 6:56these kind of carnivore people do, it's
  203. 6:59not going to work. That is not the
  204. 7:00lifestyle for you. That is to get
  205. 7:02healthy, yes, but not to get absolutely
  206. 7:05jacked. So, pillar number two is going
  207. 7:08to be nutrition inputs. So, step number
  208. 7:10one is you're going to need to aim for a
  209. 7:12one-to-one ratio for your protein and
  210. 7:15fats. That is not with calories, but
  211. 7:17that is with grams of one-to-one ratio.
  212. 7:20Super simple and it's super easy. For
  213. 7:22example, 80/20 ground beef is a great
  214. 7:25option for that. Ribeye steaks have a
  215. 7:27pretty good one-to-one ratio, same with
  216. 7:29chuck roast, chuck eye, and there's a
  217. 7:32lot of ways to go about it. You can also
  218. 7:33add butter to the meal that you're
  219. 7:35eating to also get more fats if the meat
  220. 7:38is a little bit leaner, etc. Step number
  221. 7:41two is very important. You're going to
  222. 7:43need to eat in 1/2 lb ratios/servings.
  223. 7:48So, every single day you know the amount
  224. 7:50of servings of meat that you ate. So,
  225. 7:52therefore, if you need to gain weight,
  226. 7:54you're obviously just going to add one
  227. 7:55serving at a time after weighing
  228. 7:57yourself every, you know, 3 to 5 days or
  229. 8:005 to 7 days. Then obviously, if you want
  230. 8:02to lose some fat and not gain weight,
  231. 8:05you're just going to down your servings
  232. 8:07a little bit. So, let's say I'm eating 3
  233. 8:09lb of ground beef every single day,
  234. 8:11which is what I'm doing right now. If I
  235. 8:14wasn't losing the amount of weight that
  236. 8:16I wanted to see, which should be around,
  237. 8:18you know, no more than 1 to 1.5 lb per
  238. 8:21week, otherwise you're just going to be
  239. 8:22losing muscle within that weight. You
  240. 8:24don't want to rush the process. If I'm
  241. 8:26not seeing that, I'm just going to down
  242. 8:27my serving. So, I'll probably have 2 and
  243. 8:291/2 lb of meat. Or if I'm still not
  244. 8:32seeing the results, maybe two. I can
  245. 8:34easily eat 3 and 1/2 lb of meat and
  246. 8:36still be cutting down every single day
  247. 8:38because my hormones are optimized. I
  248. 8:40have a lot of muscle on me, so my body
  249. 8:42burns a lot of calories. You should know
  250. 8:44at the end of the day how many servings
  251. 8:46of meat you had. Tracking in 1/2 lb
  252. 8:49increments is going to make it very
  253. 8:51easy. It's not like tracking your
  254. 8:53calories and putting them in
  255. 8:54MyFitnessPal, like a whole freaking side
  256. 8:57job that you don't want to be doing.
  257. 8:58It's pretty easy. And then for step
  258. 9:00number four, is just keep the amount of
  259. 9:03eggs within the same range. So, don't
  260. 9:05have 12 eggs one day and then just have
  261. 9:07three the next day because then your
  262. 9:09servings and your eggs are going to be
  263. 9:12completely off contradicting each other
  264. 9:14and you're not going to know what you
  265. 9:16need to adjust based when you don't like
  266. 9:18the number on the scale or the way your
  267. 9:20body is looking and the results that
  268. 9:22you're getting. For me right now, I eat
  269. 9:24about six to eight eggs per day. Pretty
  270. 9:27simple. I don't really change the range
  271. 9:29too much, and if I do, I'm obviously
  272. 9:31going to adjust the amount of servings
  273. 9:33of meat that I'm having to make sure I'm
  274. 9:35within the same amount of range to meet
  275. 9:37my goals. So, this system allows for no
  276. 9:39obsessive tracking like I already said,
  277. 9:41and you're still able to apply this very
  278. 9:44easily and reach your goals without
  279. 9:46doing a bunch of calculations and math.
  280. 9:49Pillar number two is going to be meal
  281. 9:51timing. So, one thing I like to do is
  282. 9:53either train fasted or eat a very light
  283. 9:56meal before I train. I never eat a big
  284. 9:59meal before I train because if you don't
  285. 10:00know fats digest in the body very
  286. 10:03slowly. So, obviously we're eating a
  287. 10:05high-fat diet and you're not going to be
  288. 10:07able to output the right energy into
  289. 10:10your lifts to be able to hit PRs and
  290. 10:12progressive overload. So, this is like
  291. 10:14the bare minimum, but don't eat within 1
  292. 10:16and 1/2 hours of training, but honestly,
  293. 10:19if you do eat, I would try to keep it 2
  294. 10:21and 1/2 to even 3 hours before training
  295. 10:24so you can really feel as high energy as
  296. 10:26possible and not be sluggish in the gym
  297. 10:29or having your body trying to digest
  298. 10:30food and then also build muscle and tear
  299. 10:33the muscle at the same time. It's just
  300. 10:34not ideal. Something I like to do is I
  301. 10:36bring a meal prep to the gym every day.
  302. 10:38So, right after my workout, I hit that
  303. 10:41anabolic window to maximize my gains.
  304. 10:44Obviously, it's not going to make an
  305. 10:46insane difference, but every little tiny
  306. 10:49things matters when you're trying to
  307. 10:51build as much muscle as possible like me
  308. 10:53and really break through plateaus or
  309. 10:56whatever you're trying to do. Bring a
  310. 10:57meal prep to the gym and right after
  311. 10:59just start grubbing or rush home and
  312. 11:01make sure to try to eat as soon as
  313. 11:02possible. No matter if you're working
  314. 11:04out in the morning, afternoon, or even
  315. 11:06at night time, you should always save
  316. 11:08your biggest meal for the very end of
  317. 11:10the night after your training so you can
  318. 11:13go to bed feeling full and overall in
  319. 11:15the daytime just not feel sluggish
  320. 11:17because your body does have to digest
  321. 11:19it. For someone like me, I have to focus
  322. 11:21on my business all day. So, if I am
  323. 11:23eating super big meals in the morning or
  324. 11:26even afternoon, it's not going to be
  325. 11:28ideal to get the maximum amount of work
  326. 11:30done as I can. That is one of the main
  327. 11:32reason why I stopped eating carbs,
  328. 11:34plants, whatever in the first place
  329. 11:36because I want to be able to focus, have
  330. 11:38high energy, and not feel sluggish
  331. 11:40throughout the day. Lastly, no snacking
  332. 11:42like we already said. Don't be snacking
  333. 11:44around. Snacking is for children
  334. 11:47and women. If you're a grown man trying
  335. 11:49to build muscle, you do not need to be
  336. 11:50eating little snacks. The third pillar
  337. 11:52we're going to go over training. So,
  338. 11:54train four to five times per week on a
  339. 11:56specific workout split that is going to
  340. 11:59get you to your goals. One thing I
  341. 12:01recommend outside of your weight
  342. 12:02training is doing sprints one to two
  343. 12:04times per week so you can boost your
  344. 12:06testosterone and overall be super
  345. 12:09explosive and it's just optimal for the
  346. 12:11gym. You want to be able to do all
  347. 12:13different types of things, not just lift
  348. 12:14a bunch of weights and look jacked. Next
  349. 12:16up is doing the same compound movements
  350. 12:18for every single muscle group. Compound
  351. 12:20movements are essential for building as
  352. 12:22much muscle as possible. You don't just
  353. 12:24want to do a bunch of, you know,
  354. 12:26bodybuilding and cable machines and all
  355. 12:29those different types of Jeff Nippard
  356. 12:31exercises. No, you want to be able to be
  357. 12:33explosive, strong, move a lot of weight.
  358. 12:36And I'm not just talking about squat,
  359. 12:38bench, and deadlift, but even things
  360. 12:40like shoulder press, like incline Smith
  361. 12:42machine press. There's tons of different
  362. 12:45variations that are considered compound,
  363. 12:47which means basically you could just
  364. 12:48load up a lot of weight, which is going
  365. 12:50to help you build up a lot of strength
  366. 12:52and then obviously that correlates to
  367. 12:53building as much muscle as you can.
  368. 12:55Actually track these compound movements
  369. 12:57so either put it in your notes on your
  370. 12:59phone. You can obviously hop on a
  371. 13:01training program. I know MyFitnessPal
  372. 13:03has little options that you can pay for
  373. 13:06to track things. Obviously, don't be
  374. 13:07tracking your macros. We got to get rid
  375. 13:09of that stuff now that we're on the
  376. 13:11carnivore. But whether you write it down
  377. 13:13or put in your phone, make sure you are
  378. 13:14tracking your compound movements
  379. 13:16whenever you're hitting either one rep
  380. 13:18PRs, three rep PRs, five rep PRs,
  381. 13:20whatever it is. You want to make sure
  382. 13:22they're tracked so every session that
  383. 13:24you come into, you'll just look at the
  384. 13:26last weight that you did and either try
  385. 13:28to match that or progressive overload,
  386. 13:30but never go under that. So, with these
  387. 13:31compound movements, I recommend a 6 to
  388. 13:3410 rep range and then if you're doing
  389. 13:36squat, bench, and deadlift, obviously
  390. 13:37you can do your one rep, three rep, five
  391. 13:40rep PRs. I definitely recommend that
  392. 13:42too. But for the other things and most
  393. 13:44of the time, I'd say 6 to 10 reps is
  394. 13:47going to help you build strength and
  395. 13:49muscle at the same time and allow you to
  396. 13:51progressive overload every couple weeks.
  397. 13:53For all the bodybuilding and accessory
  398. 13:55movements that you're doing like tricep
  399. 13:57push down, cable curls, or, you know,
  400. 13:59dumbbell curls, anything like that,
  401. 14:01recommend the 10 to 15 rep range so you
  402. 14:04can tear as much muscle fibers as
  403. 14:06possible. Every 2 weeks you should be
  404. 14:08trying to progressive overload and up
  405. 14:10the weight at least 5 lb on these
  406. 14:12compound movements. And then with the
  407. 14:14accessories as well, you should try to
  408. 14:15be upping the weight all the time, but
  409. 14:17don't be ego lifting. Make sure you're
  410. 14:19still contracting the muscle. You mainly
  411. 14:21want to be focusing on PRing in your
  412. 14:24compound movements. You don't need to
  413. 14:25worry about getting to curl the 60 lb
  414. 14:29dumbbells. It's not really going to
  415. 14:30build you bigger biceps necessarily. One
  416. 14:32thing I like to do personally is drop
  417. 14:34set on every last set of that specific
  418. 14:37exercise that I'm doing. So, let's say I
  419. 14:39just did four sets of tricep push down.
  420. 14:41On that fourth set, I'm going to drop
  421. 14:43set and go absolutely ham until failure
  422. 14:46again. And sometimes I'll even drop set
  423. 14:48twice and go to failure. Another
  424. 14:50specific thing that I like to do and
  425. 14:52I've found that works super well on this
  426. 14:54carnivore diet is I no longer have to
  427. 14:57carb load obviously, but what you can do
  428. 15:00to get that same feeling and just feel
  429. 15:02absolutely just loaded up in the gym is
  430. 15:05put either a bunch of salt in your water
  431. 15:07bottle before the gym or you could just
  432. 15:09take a tablespoon a tablespoon of salt
  433. 15:11before your workout and I promise you
  434. 15:13right now your veins are going to start
  435. 15:15jumping through your arms in the gym.
  436. 15:17You're going to feel more pumped up,
  437. 15:18more energy. I definitely recommend salt
  438. 15:21loading before the gym. It's absolutely
  439. 15:23fire. If you can't tell, this training
  440. 15:24style is no science-based style lifting
  441. 15:28specifically. I mean, obviously, yeah,
  442. 15:29you don't want to be doing random lifts
  443. 15:31and all that stuff, but it just becomes
  444. 15:33too stressful and you don't want to be
  445. 15:34in the gym thinking about all these
  446. 15:36percentages and doing math and
  447. 15:39calculations in your head. That's
  448. 15:40ridiculous. So, just train hard, hit
  449. 15:43PRs, and you're going to get jacked. So,
  450. 15:45now that we've gone over training and
  451. 15:47nutrition, pillar number four is going
  452. 15:49to be recovery. So, sleep is obviously a
  453. 15:52priority. A lot of people think, "Oh,
  454. 15:54the carnivore diet, you get so much
  455. 15:56energy, you recover good. You know,
  456. 15:58maybe I can neglect my sleep." No, that
  457. 16:00is not what you should do. You should be
  458. 16:02aiming to get obviously 7 to 8 hours of
  459. 16:04sleep still and your energy is going to
  460. 16:06be through the roof. Your recovery is
  461. 16:08going to be insane. And when you recover
  462. 16:10well, obviously you're going to build
  463. 16:12more muscle. And also your testosterone
  464. 16:15levels are going to shoot through the
  465. 16:16roof the more sleep you're getting. Next
  466. 16:18up is daily movement is mandatory, but
  467. 16:21not doing cardio for calories or always
  468. 16:23on the Stairmaster or hitting 10 or 15,
  469. 16:2620,000 steps in a day. You don't need to
  470. 16:29be worrying about any of that stuff.
  471. 16:31Obviously, you want to get outside,
  472. 16:33relieve your stress, get moving
  473. 16:34throughout the day. Don't be a little
  474. 16:35robot that sits on the computer or sits
  475. 16:38inside all day. No, you want to get
  476. 16:39outside, get some vitamin D. To be able
  477. 16:41to recover well, you got to make sure
  478. 16:43your electrolytes are consistent so
  479. 16:45you're not just having a ton of salt one
  480. 16:47day and then the next day you literally
  481. 16:50don't have any salt or you just salt one
  482. 16:52of your meals. You want to make sure
  483. 16:53you're having a similar amount of salt
  484. 16:55every day. And then a lot of people do
  485. 16:57like to take iodine on this diet. Right
  486. 17:00now, I don't have any, but ideally, I
  487. 17:03mean, I would take it if I had it.
  488. 17:04Lastly, make sure to manage your stress.
  489. 17:07Don't be getting involved in a bunch of
  490. 17:08crap in your life. Remember, you can
  491. 17:10only control what's in your control. So,
  492. 17:13whatever is in your control, go take
  493. 17:15action on those things and whatever's
  494. 17:16not, stop overstressing about it because
  495. 17:19it's going to lead to worse results
  496. 17:21within your body. You're probably going
  497. 17:22to be living a miserable life if you're
  498. 17:24not managing your stress. When your
  499. 17:25nutrition, your training, and your
  500. 17:27recovery are structured like this, you
  501. 17:30start seeing results very fast. And this
  502. 17:33is where most guys either stick to the
  503. 17:35course and the system that they're
  504. 17:36following or they just sabotage
  505. 17:38themselves by not having a system,
  506. 17:41switching things up all the time,
  507. 17:43finding the next little tip or hack on
  508. 17:45YouTube or Instagram, all these crazy
  509. 17:49recipes for carnivore like pizza and all
  510. 17:51that stuff. Dog, you're trying to get
  511. 17:54jacked and results in the gym, not have
  512. 17:56little sweet treat pizzas on carnivore
  513. 17:59in your mouth. Like, come on, man. Trust
  514. 18:01me, that carnivore pizza and stuff, it
  515. 18:03does sound good to me, too, and chugging
  516. 18:05a bunch of raw milk, but I want results
  517. 18:08more than I want a little quick pleasure
  518. 18:10in my mouth because I know it lasts like
  519. 18:125 seconds just like when I used to eat a
  520. 18:14bunch of sugar and stuff. So, therefore,
  521. 18:16I'm going to eat the way that I'm
  522. 18:17supposed to to get the results that I
  523. 18:19want to see and you should be doing the
  524. 18:21exact same. Stop doing all these little
  525. 18:23tips, hacks, little recipes, and all
  526. 18:26that crap. It's not going to get you to
  527. 18:27where you want to be. So, the signals
  528. 18:29that this system is working for you is
  529. 18:31your strength is going to start to shoot
  530. 18:33through the roof. You're going to be
  531. 18:34hitting PRs all the time. Your recovery
  532. 18:36between sessions are going to improve.
  533. 18:39Your appetite is going to stabilize and
  534. 18:41you're not going to be craving a bunch
  535. 18:43of things when you're not having all
  536. 18:44these little recipes and all this crap.
  537. 18:48Cravings are going to decrease and then
  538. 18:50just mental clarity overall is going to
  539. 18:52improve. You're not going to be anxious,
  540. 18:54stressed out. You'll just be getting
  541. 18:56results that you want to see and not
  542. 18:59worried about the next little step,
  543. 19:01trick, or hack because you're locked
  544. 19:02into your system. And when you're
  545. 19:04following this system, you want to
  546. 19:05obviously optimize it for you, but make
  547. 19:08sure to not adjust the system if your
  548. 19:11energy fluctuates early or your weight
  549. 19:13goes up or down unpredictably. You want
  550. 19:15to look at the scale as an average
  551. 19:18throughout, you know, a week or even two
  552. 19:20or three weeks. Appetite changes week to
  553. 19:22week. Make sure you're sticking to your
  554. 19:24meals whether you're stuffing yourself
  555. 19:26or, you know, you're not eating as much
  556. 19:28as you want to until you're insanely
  557. 19:31full like these carnivore doctors tell
  558. 19:33you to. I'd be fat if I did that. Okay?
  559. 19:36And lastly, don't adjust anything if
  560. 19:38your performance feels off short-term.
  561. 19:40Obviously, long-term, yes, you do want
  562. 19:42to adjust things, but short-term, not at
  563. 19:44all. So, after covering all that, here
  564. 19:47is the truth. Carnivore is not hard, but
  565. 19:52having structure can be a little bit
  566. 19:54difficult. Most men don't fail because
  567. 19:57they pick the wrong diet, but they fail
  568. 19:59because they don't follow a real system
  569. 20:01to keep them in check. Obviously, you
  570. 20:04see tons of these bodybuilders building
  571. 20:06all their physiques off carbs and
  572. 20:07everything. There's tons of different
  573. 20:09ways to go about bodybuilding and
  574. 20:12building muscle, but the carnivore is
  575. 20:14definitely literally the most slept on
  576. 20:16way and I can't believe it took me this
  577. 20:18long to find it. And you can get the
  578. 20:20results that you want to see, I think
  579. 20:22even faster than eating things like rice
  580. 20:26and potatoes and all these different
  581. 20:27types of carbs that, you know, the
  582. 20:30bodybuilders do, but in reality,
  583. 20:32carnivore is where it's at. This is a
  584. 20:34diet that humans are literally designed
  585. 20:36to eat. So, you need to understand that
  586. 20:38plateaus and average results come from
  587. 20:41living off of impulsive feelings and
  588. 20:43changing your nutrition and training
  589. 20:45structure all the time just based off
  590. 20:48the new method you can find or how you
  591. 20:50feel that day or whether your friend
  592. 20:53wants you to come hit chest day even
  593. 20:55though you just hit chest yesterday.
  594. 20:56Stop doing that. You need to stick to a
  595. 20:58system to get your results. Arnold
  596. 21:01didn't become seven-time Mr. Olympia by
  597. 21:04changing his structure every other week.
  598. 21:07He went strictly off of what his coach
  599. 21:09told him to do and no matter how he
  600. 21:11felt, he showed up and executed just
  601. 21:14like every other bodybuilder. Obviously,
  602. 21:16if you're not preparing for a show, it's
  603. 21:18not going to be anywhere near this
  604. 21:20intense. It's going to be very enjoyable
  605. 21:22process just getting leaner, building
  606. 21:24more muscle, and overall just feeling
  607. 21:26the best you've ever have. Like I said,
  608. 21:28there's plenty of different ways to go
  609. 21:29about this, but I have literally tried
  610. 21:32every single type of split that you
  611. 21:34could find on social media or wherever.
  612. 21:37I've tried all the diets, animal-based,
  613. 21:40um processed food diet. Like I've I've
  614. 21:42tried all of it, man. Low carb, high
  615. 21:45carb, medium carb. None of it works
  616. 21:47better than this carnivore diet. To
  617. 21:49overall just feel your best while doing
  618. 21:51the things you love like hitting the gym
  619. 21:53and building your physique. So, if
  620. 21:55you're already on carnivore and you want
  621. 21:57a system to run, this is what I follow
  622. 21:59in all of my clients that see amazing
  623. 22:02results. So, I recommend that you took
  624. 22:05some notes on this video and you're able
  625. 22:07to kind of apply this structure to your
  626. 22:09life so you can see the results that you
  627. 22:11want to see instead of free balling it
  628. 22:13and listening to 20 different people at
  629. 22:15once. I'd say listen to one person, try
  630. 22:18it out for a couple months, and that's
  631. 22:20how you're really going to get the
  632. 22:21results that you want to see. So, that
  633. 22:23being said, this is my brand new
  634. 22:25carnivore channel that I'm going to be
  635. 22:27posting on very consistently and giving
  636. 22:30you guys all the tips and tricks that
  637. 22:32you need to get jacked, build muscle.
  638. 22:34So, if you found this video helpful,
  639. 22:35make sure to drop a like, a sub, and
  640. 22:38stay tuned for the next videos coming
  641. 22:39out. They're going to be bangers. Other
  642. 22:41than that, peace out, guys. Yes, sir.
