  31. 0:55everything man Chris I'm just open to

  37. 1:07if you say two to the very end guys I'll
  38. 1:09show you exactly what I do daily to make
  39. 1:12income serving others so who is Chris
  40. 1:14hard guys Chris Hart I'm originally from
  41. 1:15California uh Born and Raised on the
  42. 1:17west coast uh prior to working in
  43. 1:19financial services work there a little
  44. 1:21small company called Apple uh they're
  45. 1:23actually quite big right after my job
  46. 1:25was to help companies integrate Apple
  47. 1:27technology software Hardware love Apple
  48. 1:30I thought I was going to retire there
  49. 1:31but got a different plans for me I met a
  50. 1:33guy at my church back in 2013 and we had
  51. 1:36some conversation about a company called
  52. 1:37PHP now I asked what it stood for he
  53. 1:40said people helping people I thought was
  54. 1:42pretty corny I said what do y'all do man
  55. 1:43he says we hope families make money save
  56. 1:46money and get out of debt at the time I
  57. 1:47was about 27 years old had just gotten
  58. 1:50married I thought okay as a new husband
  59. 1:51I should probably be responsible with
  60. 1:53money and finance and so why not let me
  61. 1:54hear you out the following Sunday we met
  62. 1:56the church guys he blew me away not sure
  63. 1:58about you my mom dad the best they can
  64. 2:01by me but we never really quite had
  65. 2:02discussions about personal finances it
  66. 2:04just wasn't a topic a discussion at my
  67. 2:06household my years of high school and
  68. 2:07some college never had a class on
  69. 2:09personal finances so it made sense to me
  70. 2:11I actually got started as a client with
  71. 2:13a company called Nationwide financial
  72. 2:14and AIG now the agent tried to recruit
  73. 2:18me and I said hey man hey hey hey I work
  74. 2:20for Apple at the time we had a hundred
  75. 2:23billion dollars in the bank as in me and
  76. 2:25apple guys obviously guys I didn't have
  77. 2:27a hundred billion dollars in the bank
  78. 2:28Apple did but my ego was tied to working
  79. 2:31for a big sexy company so I passed them
  80. 2:33the opportunity but I come from a large
  81. 2:35family of seven siblings actually six
  82. 2:37siblings seven total and uh so I gave
  83. 2:39them some referrals my older brother and
  84. 2:41older sister a couple of weeks go by he
  85. 2:43calls back for more referrals and I
  86. 2:45asked him I said hey for sure I got more
  87. 2:46clients for you but I'm just curious
  88. 2:48what'd you make helping my older brother
  89. 2:49and older sister he made about seven
  90. 2:51thousand dollars guys in about two hours
  91. 2:53of work I thought wow seven Grand huh I
  92. 2:56didn't get any kick back no referral fee
  93. 2:58not even a Starbucks gift card right and
  94. 3:00so as you ask for a referrals I said so
  95. 3:02right now I'm in my entire family is set
  96. 3:04that wasn't true guys but in the back of
  97. 3:06my head I thought what he did was so
  98. 3:07easy I can probably do it myself one day
  99. 3:10so I have plans to get started with the
  100. 3:12agency I procrastinated I kept working
  101. 3:13at Apple and eventually my wife said say
  102. 3:16honey I want to have kids I'm like
  103. 3:17that's that's our family we've been
  104. 3:18married for about two and a half years
  105. 3:19now she said I want to be a stay-at-home
  106. 3:21mom I said babe
  107. 3:23there aren't any more stay-at-home moms
  108. 3:25like that's a this is the 21st century
  109. 3:27man work women work right but she was
  110. 3:29serious at the time of living in a
  111. 3:30suburb in Southern California was pretty
  112. 3:32expensive I said hey we need a double
  113. 3:33income so I have to find slide hustle so
  114. 3:35I thought about PHP agency so me and the
  115. 3:37agent Curtis we sat down and we had
  116. 3:40lunch and I said hey if I can start with
  117. 3:42the company part-time talking part-time
  118. 3:44can I make an extra two three thousand
  119. 3:46dollars a month doing this business oh
  120. 3:47Chris you get started here brother
  121. 3:48you'll be a quarter million dollar
  122. 3:50earner in no time said quarter million
  123. 3:51dollars a year don't sell me some crazy
  124. 3:53dream of making a quarter million
  125. 3:55dollars a year can I make an extra two
  126. 3:57three thousand dollars a month part-time
  127. 3:58helping my family out he says yeah guys
  128. 4:01I figure worst case all come on board
  129. 4:03learn about money and finances it'll be
  130. 4:04a win-win for my family so I got started
  131. 4:06part-time uh I got licensed in one month
  132. 4:09within four months but hired my wife she
  133. 4:11didn't make crazy income she made about
  134. 4:132500 bucks a month but one year for my
  135. 4:15start day I left Apple so it wasn't some
  136. 4:18get rich quick scheme or some overnight
  137. 4:20sensation and took some hard work and
  138. 4:22dedication but fast forward today God
  139. 4:24has definitely blessed us guys we have
  140. 4:26we have offices across the country from
  141. 4:27Riverside California to Columbus Ohio
  142. 4:29we're in Memphis Tennessee we're in
  143. 4:31Atlanta Georgia we're in Charlotte North
  144. 4:33Carolina guys we're actually heavily
  145. 4:34saturated in the D.C marinara GM Market
  146. 4:37from from Gaithersburg to Annapolis to
  147. 4:40the Silver Springs area all the way down
  148. 4:42to Fredericksburg guys we also have
  149. 4:44teams and offices in Connecticut and
  150. 4:45Brooklyn New York so but enough about me
  151. 4:47right you're here today watching this
  152. 4:49YouTube video on this channel saying hey
  153. 4:50what is PHP agency what do you guys
  154. 4:53actually do so PHP H is guys we're an
  155. 4:55fmo we're a financial marketing
  156. 4:57organization what we do is we Market
  157. 5:00Financial products on behalf of
  158. 5:01companies like National Light Group AIG
  159. 5:03audience and other Fortune 1000
  160. 5:05companies and right now it's a huge
  161. 5:07shift taking place in our industry these
  162. 5:10companies are actually shrinking they're
  163. 5:11struggling to reach different markets
  164. 5:13why well today the average agent in this
  165. 5:15industry is a 61 year old Caucasian male
  166. 5:18no nothing wrong with being 61 or being
  167. 5:19white but here's a problem he's got one
  168. 5:21foot in one foot on he's about to retire
  169. 5:23now these companies do not care what
  170. 5:26color you are how old you are or where
  171. 5:28you come from all they truly care about
  172. 5:30is the distribution of financial service
  173. 5:32products but they know people normally
  174. 5:35buy from people who look
  175. 5:37talk and act like them so the average
  176. 5:39agent is a 61 year old Caucasian male
  177. 5:42who's usually marketing to probably
  178. 5:45people from that demographic so who's
  179. 5:47being left behind you've got gen xers
  180. 5:49right they're in their 40s and early 50s
  181. 5:51being left behind when it comes to
  182. 5:52financial education around money and
  183. 5:54finances you have the Gen Z's they're in
  184. 5:56their teens and 20s not being targeted
  185. 5:58when it comes to financial literacy you
  186. 6:00got Millennials in their late 20s 30s
  187. 6:03and early 40s not being taught to about
  188. 6:05how money works and of course you got
  189. 6:06minorities and you have women so today
  190. 6:09guys PHP agency we're in a very unique
  191. 6:11position one of the most diverse
  192. 6:12financial services companies in the
  193. 6:14country
  194. 6:15um our CEO's name is a guy named Patrick
  195. 6:17Bet David here he's a residential on
  196. 6:19YouTube called valuetainment one of the
  197. 6:21best challenge out there for
  198. 6:22entrepreneurs and our mission our
  199. 6:24Crusade here is very simple saving
  200. 6:26America by bringing back free enterprise
  201. 6:28and hope to American family we believe
  202. 6:30that more Americans operating in free
  203. 6:32enterprise will solve most of the
  204. 6:33problems in our communities the
  205. 6:34challenge is no one's teaching us how
  206. 6:36business works today
  207. 6:38so our company is very diverse man one
  208. 6:41of the most diverse companies in the
  209. 6:42industry like I said earlier and so
  210. 6:43we're actually 54 female right this is a
  211. 6:46good old boys club type industry we're
  212. 6:48dominated by women here at PHP and you
  213. 6:50see our company is also 42 Hispanic 32
  214. 6:52African-American about 13 Caucasian and
  215. 6:551.2 percent other our number one income
  216. 6:58earner is an African-American Caucasian
  217. 7:00female Nations Apollo making over 2
  218. 7:02million dollars a year in our industry
  219. 7:03guys again a woman of color who's a
  220. 7:06millennial is a ties is one of the
  221. 7:08highest income owners in our company as
  222. 7:10you can see here our company is super
  223. 7:11diverse these are our top Executives at
  224. 7:14the firm here from African American to
  225. 7:16Nigerian American to Dominican
  226. 7:17Mexican-American Salvadorian Puerto
  227. 7:19Rican Cuban Caucasian Ecuadorian Jewish
  228. 7:21and Caucasian guys we're we're a
  229. 7:23different type of company that wants to
  230. 7:25attract a different type of agent so
  231. 7:27imagine I said hey obviously we're
  232. 7:29talking about financial services here
  233. 7:31guys to talk about insurance of all
  234. 7:32things right if I said hey let's go to
  235. 7:34an insurance conference tomorrow morning
  236. 7:36how would that sound
  237. 7:37Probably sounds pretty freaking boring
  238. 7:39right who wants to go to an insurance
  239. 7:40conference right but our conferences are
  240. 7:42a little different well if I said we'll
  241. 7:44have Kevin Hart out there we had Kevin
  242. 7:45Hart come out to one of our conferences
  243. 7:47chocolate dropped himself to his
  244. 7:48irresponsible tour at a PHP conference
  245. 7:51the late great Kobe Bryant came up to a
  246. 7:52conference a couple years back we've had
  247. 7:54Shaquille O'Neal we've had Magic Johnson
  248. 7:56George W bush has been out to our events
  249. 7:59guys we're a different type of company
  250. 8:00that wants to attract a different type
  251. 8:02of agent so anyone working with us
  252. 8:04believes in and buys into
  253. 8:06entrepreneurship now as entrepreneurs I
  254. 8:09don't care what you sell what product
  255. 8:11you offer what you do for money as
  256. 8:13entrepreneurs we get paid based off the
  257. 8:16size of the problems we saw we're
  258. 8:18solving three problems here at PHP
  259. 8:19agency one is called distribution guys
  260. 8:22I do not resemble the typical agent in
  261. 8:24our industry I have access to an age a
  262. 8:26market that the average agent has a hard
  263. 8:28time getting to therefore these
  264. 8:30companies that can be ready will teach
  265. 8:31people who look talk and act like me
  266. 8:33about money and finances whether you're
  267. 8:35a woman whether you're a gen z a genexor
  268. 8:37you have access to a market that
  269. 8:40Nationwide John Hancock AIG these
  270. 8:42companies want access to they'll pay you
  271. 8:44well they'll teach people who look talk
  272. 8:46and act like you about money and
  273. 8:47finances that's the first problem we're
  274. 8:49solving second one guys is just going to
  275. 8:51be financial literacy we don't learn how
  276. 8:54money Works in America today most of us
  277. 8:56learn from what the School of Hard
  278. 8:57Knocks making mistakes in our 20s and
  279. 8:59our 30s trying to recover by our 40s to
  280. 9:01get back on track in time for a time
  281. 9:03apart 50s and 60s not the best wisdom
  282. 9:05but it's all we know we teach financial
  283. 9:07literacy here how's your 401k work your
  284. 9:10403b IRA Roth IRA what's tax code 7702
  285. 9:14what's an infinite banking concept how
  286. 9:17does taxation and inflation impact your
  287. 9:19retirement and your wealth simple
  288. 9:20financial terms teacher here and last
  289. 9:23not least guys
  290. 9:24it's just entrepreneurship I don't care
  291. 9:26how old you are in America today if
  292. 9:28you're saying man Chris I want to open a
  293. 9:30business man you have to attract two of
  294. 9:33the largest living Generations they're
  295. 9:35called gen Z's and Millennials and
  296. 9:38they're different man they're born
  297. 9:39between 1981 and 2010. most of them
  298. 9:42don't want to work at a job for 40 years
  299. 9:43for a 401k for 45k a year they want to
  300. 9:46travel live their best life get paid
  301. 9:48what they're worth and have an impact on
  302. 9:50their community in the world last time I
  303. 9:52checked that's very hard to do behind a
  304. 9:54desk or a kiosk it requires
  305. 9:56entrepreneurship it was teaching
  306. 9:58entrepreneurship no one really is so if
  307. 10:00you're wondering okay cool Chris made a
  308. 10:01great introduction like how are y'all
  309. 10:03solving these problems right one of the
  310. 10:05first Concepts we teach here at PhD guys
  311. 10:08is truly about money but not just money
  312. 10:10guys more importantly how does money
  313. 10:12grow I don't care how much money you
  314. 10:14have or how little you have your money
  315. 10:15is growing three ways right it's either
  316. 10:17going to fix variable or Index this is
  317. 10:21one of the first Concepts we teach our
  318. 10:22clients involved in our workshops guys
  319. 10:24so there's pros and cons to each way
  320. 10:26when it works right there's a plus
  321. 10:27number minus two the first one here is
  322. 10:28going to be called Fix what's fixed it's
  323. 10:30going to be your bank checking account
  324. 10:32your savings your CD money market the
  325. 10:35shoe box upstairs some people still have
  326. 10:37money and shoe boxes right now what's
  327. 10:39the plus to put money in a shoe box or a
  328. 10:41bank
  329. 10:42safe man the bank is backed up by the
  330. 10:44FDIC up to a quarter million dollars
  331. 10:47deposits right your money's safe in the
  332. 10:48bank what's the downside to the bank
  333. 10:51low to no growth anywhere from zero to
  334. 10:54one percent if you're lucky right one of
  335. 10:56the biggest challenges you face in the
  336. 10:58banks is something called inflation
  337. 10:59right you have inflation risk so
  338. 11:01inflation is currently around 8.8
  339. 11:03percent you're actually losing money by
  340. 11:06saving it in a bank right looking at a
  341. 11:07growth chart here this is how it looks
  342. 11:09you got slow growth over time not the
  343. 11:12best place to actually grow money but a
  344. 11:15lot of us are tall hey get a CD get a
  345. 11:17money market get a high yield savings
  346. 11:19account put a ton of money in there
  347. 11:20right then the second one here is called
  348. 11:22variable most of my clients who own a
  349. 11:24variable account they only do to an
  350. 11:25employee sponsored account maybe you
  351. 11:27have a 401k out there or 403 b tsp 457
  352. 11:30Deferred Comp maybe you have a an a Roth
  353. 11:33IRA or an IRA maybe you own some
  354. 11:35cryptocurrencies you're saying Chris I
  355. 11:37just buy individual stocks through
  356. 11:39Charles Schwab or Fidelity right maybe
  357. 11:41you own some real estate property at
  358. 11:42Airbnb rentals right these are all
  359. 11:44variable accounts they're great to have
  360. 11:46right one of the what's the plus to
  361. 11:47owning your rental property or to having
  362. 11:49some stock in Apple or having a 401K you
  363. 11:52can experience growth in the market 100
  364. 11:55now what's the downside to sometimes
  365. 11:58owning real estate or having stocks or
  366. 12:00having a 401k
  367. 12:02what goes up at some point must come
  368. 12:05down you can lose all or a portion of
  369. 12:08your money in a variable account guys
  370. 12:10right looking at the last year of this
  371. 12:12Market we're currently shooting soonest
  372. 12:13guys in the year 2022 and the Market's
  373. 12:16pretty volatile right now man down the s
  374. 12:18p is down plus negative 20 and so here's
  375. 12:21Honda market for the last 18 months kind
  376. 12:23of up down up up down up down crash the
  377. 12:27real question is this how much money can
  378. 12:29you afford to lose most of my clients
  379. 12:32say none so the last one here is index
  380. 12:35now index is not as popular as fixed and
  381. 12:38variable why
  382. 12:40remember the average agent marketing
  383. 12:41index products is not reaching all
  384. 12:43markets most of my clients never even
  385. 12:45heard of it it's called a fixed index
  386. 12:47annuity or index universal life fixed
  387. 12:50index annuity or index universal life
  388. 12:54These are both Insurance products guys
  389. 12:56insurance has a disposition to not lose
  390. 12:58value you have a contract argument
  391. 13:00saying you're guaranteed to never lose
  392. 13:02money in its accounts the plus is pretty
  393. 13:04obvious it is absolutely safe
  394. 13:07what's the catch there's got to be a
  395. 13:09catch right I always heard this guy be a
  396. 13:10catch there is a catch it's usually
  397. 13:12capped on growth I use a simple example
  398. 13:14here of zero to nine percent what does
  399. 13:16that mean you won't get below zero you
  400. 13:18won't lose any money but you won't be
  401. 13:19above nine percent growth your cap is
  402. 13:21nine your floor is zero now when we say
  403. 13:23index what does index mean we say index
  404. 13:26me is tracking an index it's tracking
  405. 13:29something what does that mean let's just
  406. 13:30say it's tracking what we call the S P
  407. 13:32500 some of your most popular stocks on
  408. 13:34the market from American Express to
  409. 13:36Microsoft to you have apple Tesla Amazon
  410. 13:40Netflix all these big Brands right let's
  411. 13:42imagine you said Chris I want to grow
  412. 13:44some money tied to the performance of
  413. 13:47Procter and Gamble of Walmart Coca-Cola
  414. 13:49these big Brands you can do that here
  415. 13:51now let's say the S P 500 was up
  416. 13:54positive 20 percent
  417. 13:56it's a pretty solid year what would you
  418. 13:58experience in your iul and growth well
  419. 14:00the market did 20
  420. 14:02you're kept at nine you will get nine
  421. 14:04percent that's the downside to going
  422. 14:06index you only got nine percent you
  423. 14:08could got 20. now still way better than
  424. 14:11the bank but not quite 20 let's say the
  425. 14:14following year the Market's up eight
  426. 14:15percent solid Euro growth I'll take that
  427. 14:17if the market was up to eight percent
  428. 14:19the S P 500 you had the money in the eye
  429. 14:21you will what would you experience your
  430. 14:23cap is nine marketed eight you get all
  431. 14:25the games of the market that year right
  432. 14:28all the games are finally risk now the
  433. 14:30following year let's just say we had a
  434. 14:32repeal what happened back in oh wait
  435. 14:34subprime loans housing market crash
  436. 14:36right sort of what's happening right now
  437. 14:38in the year 2022 different scenario but
  438. 14:40saying the losses are taking place as we
  439. 14:42speak let's say that market was down
  440. 14:44negative 38
  441. 14:46how much money would you lose in your
  442. 14:49index
  443. 14:49zero zero is your hero you don't lose
  444. 14:53money in the index guys looking at a
  445. 14:55grocery probably when it has that even
  446. 14:57possible here's how it looks when the
  447. 14:59Market's up you're up when it's down
  448. 15:00here flat up you're up down your flat up
  449. 15:04you're up down your flat so forth and so
  450. 15:07on locking in your gains and keeping
  451. 15:09your principal protection in place right
  452. 15:10so looking at all three ways money grows
  453. 15:13here if you had an opportunity to go
  454. 15:15money for your family's future for your
  455. 15:17next down payment for a house to invest
  456. 15:20into real estate college for your kids
  457. 15:21retirement plan whatever it may be where
  458. 15:24would you put most of your money would
  459. 15:25you put in a fix
  460. 15:27would you put in a variable or you put
  461. 15:29in an index
  462. 15:31most of my clients say index
  463. 15:33some say fix if you say variable I
  464. 15:36believe in all three
  465. 15:37if someone says put all your marbles in
  466. 15:39one basket I'll be careful about that
  467. 15:41guys when it comes to fixed accounts
  468. 15:43well we enjoy the safety man we work
  469. 15:45hard for our money and no one wants to
  470. 15:46lose money but we don't like the low
  471. 15:48grow what should be in there anywhere
  472. 15:51from three to six months of your monthly
  473. 15:53expenses whatever your bills are a
  474. 15:55monthly add that up times three is six
  475. 15:56you want to have a cash Reserve in the
  476. 15:58bank just in case an emergency you
  477. 16:00wouldn't have cash on hand now when it
  478. 16:02comes to our variable accounts we enjoy
  479. 16:04the growth of our 401k or tsp IRAs but
  480. 16:07we don't like losing money so what's be
  481. 16:09in there it's really based off three
  482. 16:11factors your age your income and your
  483. 16:14wealth the older you get the less money
  484. 16:16you want to risk in a variable account
  485. 16:18if you're close to the retirement not
  486. 16:20going to retirement's Door you lost half
  487. 16:21your portfolio what do you do you work
  488. 16:23five more years it's not safe now if you
  489. 16:25possess great wealth you make great
  490. 16:28income take some risk in the market you
  491. 16:30could afford to lose something it's
  492. 16:32really based off each individual person
  493. 16:34and the last one here guys is index it
  494. 16:37say safe and it grows
  495. 16:39Connor has the best of both worlds you
  496. 16:41ever heard of a guy named Warren Buffett
  497. 16:43I'm sure you have right Warren Buffett's
  498. 16:44the financial Guru Deca billionaires all
  499. 16:46these books on money and finances if you
  500. 16:49ever read a book or an article from
  501. 16:50Warren Buffett he's got two rules of
  502. 16:52money his first real money is this
  503. 16:55do not lose money okay it makes sense
  504. 16:59check off right don't lose money rule
  505. 17:01number two
  506. 17:02do not forget rule number one he keeps
  507. 17:06it quiet simple just don't lose money
  508. 17:08here's a problem though guys if you're
  509. 17:09like me growing up most of us already
  510. 17:11talked alternative about money if I ever
  511. 17:13talk hey get a get a 401k and a checking
  512. 17:16account get a 403 being a savings get
  513. 17:18some CDs and money markets accounts and
  514. 17:20some stocks or some bonds and mutual
  515. 17:22funds right that's all we're taught when
  516. 17:24he's saying don't lose money he's not
  517. 17:26saying put in the bank no he's saying
  518. 17:28something called principal protection of
  519. 17:30your wealth and your money what does
  520. 17:31that mean let's imagine we all had a
  521. 17:34hundred bucks I'm gonna give you today a
  522. 17:35hundred dollars there you go right and
  523. 17:37we said let's invest 600 bucks into a
  524. 17:39stock into a property to a variable
  525. 17:42account whatever it may be
  526. 17:43cryptocurrency and that account goes
  527. 17:45down negative 50 percent
  528. 17:48how much money will we have left well we
  529. 17:50had 100 bucks lost 50 lost half of it
  530. 17:53we're at 50 right makes sense let's say
  531. 17:56whatever that account was Mark the real
  532. 17:59estate market cryptocurrency it bounced
  533. 18:01back up the following quarter it was
  534. 18:02back up 50 percent
  535. 18:03where are you at now
  536. 18:06if you said 100 bucks that first look
  537. 18:08take one more look at it
  538. 18:10says 75 you were absolutely right you
  539. 18:14got 50 of 50 which is 25 what does that
  540. 18:17show us whenever the market has a
  541. 18:19correction
  542. 18:20it takes twice as much growth what was
  543. 18:22lost to get back to square one that's
  544. 18:25why in most cases not losing money got
  545. 18:28to be more important than making money
  546. 18:29so as you wrap up here guys on these
  547. 18:31three ways money grows I have a question
  548. 18:33for you what do you currently have now
  549. 18:35how are you currently growing your
  550. 18:37family's wealth or saving money right if
  551. 18:39it comes to fixed accounts when I ask my
  552. 18:41clients do you currently own any fixed
  553. 18:43accounts guys nine out of ten say yeah
  554. 18:45second one here is variable when I ask
  555. 18:46my clients do you currently own any
  556. 18:48variable Accounts at our 10 say yeah
  557. 18:50they have a 401K retirement account they
  558. 18:52have a pension they have a 403b tsp some
  559. 18:54stocks right uh when I ask my clients do
  560. 18:57you currently own any fixed index
  561. 18:59annuities or index Universal light plus
  562. 19:02guys guess what 8 out of 10 to say they
  563. 19:05say no when I ask them why not they say
  564. 19:07Chris quite frankly I never heard of it
  565. 19:09so if that's you watching this today
  566. 19:11saying me and Chris I've never heard of
  567. 19:13an iul or a fixed index and I highly
  568. 19:16suggest whoever should this video to you
  569. 19:18guys reach back out to and say hey man
  570. 19:20I'm just open to learning more about how
  571. 19:23money grows if that to you Washington's
  572. 19:26today what we'll do is something very
  573. 19:27simple we'll set up a second appointment
  574. 19:29guys and just really just ask questions
  575. 19:31about what's important to you is it
  576. 19:33retirement planning long-term savings
  577. 19:35college for kids
  578. 19:37um buying your first investment vehicle
  579. 19:38in real estate buying your first home
  580. 19:40taking care of your aging parents what's
  581. 19:42important to you we'll show you how an
  582. 19:43indexing strategy could potentially
  583. 19:45bring value to your family financially
  584. 19:47now we've learned the three-ways money
  585. 19:49grows right the next line of sequence is
  586. 19:52very simple okay I know how money grows
  587. 19:54now it grows fixed or grows very very
  588. 19:55gross index very simple I broke it down
  589. 19:57Chris thank you I understand next
  590. 19:59question is this where should we put our
  591. 20:02money there are five homes of money out
  592. 20:05there five financial institutions to put
  593. 20:07your money into right we call the five
  594. 20:09homes of money here free agency the
  595. 20:11first one's going to be the bank bank is
  596. 20:12very simple right checking account
  597. 20:13savings account we all have Banks right
  598. 20:15our credit unions the second home is
  599. 20:17going to be the stock market right it's
  600. 20:18going to be your individual stocks going
  601. 20:20to include cryptocurrency Forex markets
  602. 20:22all that great stuff thorough is going
  603. 20:24to be qualified plans that's your
  604. 20:26employee sponsor account your pension
  605. 20:28your 401k tsp Ira all that good stuff
  606. 20:31that four host will be real estate
  607. 20:33invest into real estate flips wholesale
  608. 20:36um Airbnb rentals units all that great
  609. 20:39stuff and then you have something called
  610. 20:40life insurance now before choosing which
  611. 20:43home is right for you there are five key
  612. 20:46characteristics to look at when using
  613. 20:48these homes the first one is called
  614. 20:50liquidity liquidity states do I have
  615. 20:52access to my money within 24 to 48 hours
  616. 20:54is my money liquid if I need it by
  617. 20:57Thursday by Friday it's Tuesday it's
  618. 20:59Wednesday can I get it right two is
  619. 21:01going to be something called Safety or
  620. 21:02principal can you guarantee me if I have
  621. 21:04money in this home I will not lose any
  622. 21:07of my principal value or balance and
  623. 21:09then you have taxes right you have tax
  624. 21:11deduction that says hey if I put money
  625. 21:13into that home does it bring my taxable
  626. 21:15income down for the year and then tax
  627. 21:17advantage says hey once the money's in
  628. 21:19that home how does the IRS treat it it's
  629. 21:22a tax now tax later or tax never now if
  630. 21:27you can be taxed now your money in that
  631. 21:29home now later or never what would you
  632. 21:31pick most people say never will show you
  633. 21:34the day of strategy how the wealthy
  634. 21:36avoid taxes on their growth and the last
  635. 21:38one here guys is going to be just growth
  636. 21:40now when we say growth we don't mean 2.5
  637. 21:42percent one and a half percent growth to
  638. 21:45us means this does that account does
  639. 21:47that home outpace inflation if it's not
  640. 21:51outpacing inflation or I can't do it
  641. 21:53potentially it's not really growing so
  642. 21:55before moving forward guys you see here
  643. 21:57very simply put above each home we have
  644. 21:59either an F an f a v or an i we just
  645. 22:03learned how money grows in this video
  646. 22:04here right today's money grow we know
  647. 22:06money grows fixed so banks are f for fix
  648. 22:08the stock market your qualified plan
  649. 22:10real estate are all B for variable kind
  650. 22:13of up and down and then life insurance
  651. 22:14is I for an index here's what we'll do
  652. 22:17guys we'll keep it very simple here what
  653. 22:18we'll do is look at it to the left and
  654. 22:21we'll put a plus
  655. 22:22and every box that shares those
  656. 22:24characteristics and a minus if it
  657. 22:26doesn't at the very end add up all the
  658. 22:28scores and see which home has the
  659. 22:29highest score so first one here the
  660. 22:31first line here guys is called liquidity
  661. 22:33liquidity is very simple to have access
  662. 22:34to cash even 20 for the 40 hours it's a
  663. 22:37bank liquid
  664. 22:39absolutely right we have a checking
  665. 22:40account savings account we have an ATM
  666. 22:42card we can go to ATM get cash from our
  667. 22:44accounts whenever you want now what
  668. 22:45about the stock market is the stock
  669. 22:47market liquid it actually is some say no
  670. 22:50because technology over the last 10
  671. 22:52years you can do chug trading on E-Trade
  672. 22:55you have you have your Robinhood account
  673. 22:57um all these different accounts right
  674. 22:58acorns you can go sell uh say your
  675. 23:00cryptocurrency on coinbase and get
  676. 23:02access to your cash fairly quickly
  677. 23:03nowadays now what about my qualified
  678. 23:05plan is my 401k liquid it's my pension
  679. 23:08liquid absolutely not right not only not
  680. 23:12not until qualifying age can you
  681. 23:14actually get access to the cash in your
  682. 23:15account and then two if you put money
  683. 23:18out prematurely you'll get hit with some
  684. 23:20pretty hefty taxes federal taxes state
  685. 23:22taxes and federal penalty so this is not
  686. 23:26look at funds and you could borrow money
  687. 23:27from a 401k I know many clients who have
  688. 23:29done in the past but that money has to
  689. 23:31be paid back if not you're paying those
  690. 23:33abilities and the fourth one here guys
  691. 23:35is going to be real estate real estate
  692. 23:37is definitely not liquid and imagine if
  693. 23:39you had a 60 unit apartment complex you
  694. 23:41needed cash tomorrow the next day 20 48
  695. 23:44hours
  696. 23:45they're taking some time to do a short
  697. 23:47sale to get rid of that property right
  698. 23:48real estate's one of the best
  699. 23:50investments to actually have 100 the
  700. 23:52whole long term but not very liquid and
  701. 23:55the last one here guys is life insurance
  702. 23:56is life insurance liquid mostly it's not
  703. 23:59it actually is if you got cash value in
  704. 24:02a life insurance policy you have access
  705. 24:04to your surrender value you can actually
  706. 24:05put the cash in that policy at that time
  707. 24:07to do what you want with it right and
  708. 24:09it's absolutely liquid that money is in
  709. 24:11your account within two in within one or
  710. 24:13two days now next line here guys is
  711. 24:15going to be safety of principal remember
  712. 24:17safety of principal can you guarantee me
  713. 24:19I cannot lose any value in that account
  714. 24:21the bank is definitely safe up to the
  715. 24:23the threshold of a quarter million
  716. 24:25dollars according to the FDIC can you
  717. 24:27guarantee safety in the stock market
  718. 24:30absolutely not right the Market's kind
  719. 24:32of up and down is very variable uh now
  720. 24:34looking at the looking at my qualified
  721. 24:36plan can you guarantee me safety in my
  722. 24:38401k my tsp my 403b what is the stock
  723. 24:42market what is it what is your 401k tie
  724. 24:44to
  725. 24:45majority of 401ks are types of the stock
  726. 24:47market because the Market's up and down
  727. 24:49your 401k is also up and down it is
  728. 24:51variable up and down so you can't
  729. 24:52guarantee safety there when it comes to
  730. 24:55real estate can you guarantee me safety
  731. 24:57in the real estate market we made an
  732. 24:59investment on the property it's not
  733. 25:00going to lose value guaranteed
  734. 25:03we all know real estate over the long
  735. 25:05run grows it appreciates you but you
  736. 25:07cannot guarantee me their appreciation
  737. 25:09in this season and then we have
  738. 25:11something called life insurance now is
  739. 25:12life insurance safe it's Index right the
  740. 25:14floor is zero depending on what policy
  741. 25:15it is especially if it's an index
  742. 25:17universal life insurance policy it is
  743. 25:18absolutely safe at the floor is zero
  744. 25:21percent now the next line here guys is
  745. 25:22taxes now taxes are a huge part of not
  746. 25:25only Building Wealth but also preserving
  747. 25:27and keeping it right and so when it
  748. 25:29comes to the comes to the bank so the
  749. 25:31banks offer any tax deductions or
  750. 25:33advantages
  751. 25:34absolutely not the bank is the bank
  752. 25:36right what about now when it comes to
  753. 25:38the stock market is there a tax
  754. 25:39deduction in buying stock or selling
  755. 25:42selling stocks right no not at all
  756. 25:44there's no tax deduction you will pay
  757. 25:46capital gains taxes and sell those those
  758. 25:48stocks so you there's no tax Evans on
  759. 25:50the back end now what about the stock
  760. 25:52what about my 401k my qualified plan my
  761. 25:54IRA is there a tax deduction when it
  762. 25:57comes to 401ks absolutely most Americans
  763. 26:00partaking this right ice work for Apple
  764. 26:03let's say I made 100K at Apple right and
  765. 26:05I put 15K into a 401k
  766. 26:08boom our on paper I made 85 000 because
  767. 26:13payroll deduct pre-payroll deductions
  768. 26:15like I had deduction on that account 15
  769. 26:16grand went into my 401k this is great I
  770. 26:19made 85 Grand paper put me into a
  771. 26:21potential lower tax bracket that's what
  772. 26:23most of us do is that a good thing or a
  773. 26:25bad thing obviously that's a good thing
  774. 26:27right yes it is but wait for a second
  775. 26:29let me ask you a question how do you
  776. 26:32feel about taxes
  777. 26:33our taxes going up are going down taxes
  778. 26:37are going up in America they go always
  779. 26:38go up historically I don't care if it's
  780. 26:40a a democratic uh um um party or the
  781. 26:44Dems are in in power or the Republicans
  782. 26:45are in power it doesn't really matter
  783. 26:46taxes always increase so if me and you
  784. 26:49can agree taxes are always increased
  785. 26:51historically the last hundred years
  786. 26:53walk me through this explanation really
  787. 26:55quick I have a 401k at Apple I put 15
  788. 26:58grand to a 401k and that count grows
  789. 27:01over the years I saved digitally after
  790. 27:03my 30s my 40s 50s early 60s I saved 1.2
  791. 27:08million dollars in my 401k so you got
  792. 27:101.2 million 401K great job now you get
  793. 27:13taxed in the future on that money when
  794. 27:15taxes are higher
  795. 27:17um who does that benefit
  796. 27:20not us Uncle Sam
  797. 27:22then why do we do it
  798. 27:24it's all we know for most of us right
  799. 27:26get a 401k at a job you know
  800. 27:29um and employ new payroll enrollment HR
  801. 27:32all that great stuff you buy into the
  802. 27:34401K your 403b your tsp and before you
  803. 27:37know it you're 62 years old you're not
  804. 27:39gonna retirement store you got 800k 1.2
  805. 27:42million or 401K that has not been
  806. 27:44touched yet and it's going to be taxed
  807. 27:46and we know taxes are increasing our
  808. 27:48country so what do we do some people say
  809. 27:50Chris I'm aware of that guess what I
  810. 27:52have I have a Roth I have a raw 401K so
  811. 27:55the raw 401K here guys is going to be a
  812. 27:57tax advantage right it says hey man tax
  813. 28:01me today I'm aware of this I want to
  814. 28:03grow my tax free retirement tax free so
  815. 28:06my Roth IRA grows and when I retire in
  816. 28:08the future that's all of my money I
  817. 28:10don't care what's happening in Congress
  818. 28:11I am not going to be taxed at Future tax
  819. 28:14rates there's one problem about the Roth
  820. 28:16if I raise God they're phenomenal
  821. 28:17products right here's a problem
  822. 28:19there's a limitation on them
  823. 28:21six thousand dollars a year if you're a
  824. 28:23qualifying age you can catch up to seven
  825. 28:25thousand dollars a year so you can't put
  826. 28:27too much away there if you make too much
  827. 28:30money you don't qualify for it so if you
  828. 28:32make too much money you don't qualify
  829. 28:33for it and you can't qualify for you
  830. 28:35can't save too much so
  831. 28:37it is definitely limited on what it can
  832. 28:39do for you and there's no liquidity
  833. 28:41there because you can't you can only
  834. 28:43touch the money you put in not the
  835. 28:44actual growth of a Roth IRA but great
  836. 28:46product for most people next one here
  837. 28:48guys is going to be real estate now this
  838. 28:50real estate offer a tax deduction
  839. 28:51obviously it says no here most people
  840. 28:54say it does
  841. 28:55the purchase of a real estate property
  842. 28:57does not offer a tax deduction but the
  843. 28:59ownership absolutely does that's called
  844. 29:01a tax advantage you can write off the
  845. 29:04appreciation of the house the
  846. 29:05depreciation house you can write off the
  847. 29:06interest the taxes it's great owning
  848. 29:10real estate from a tax perspective now
  849. 29:12the next one here guys is going to be
  850. 29:13life insurance does life insurance offer
  851. 29:16a tax deduction
  852. 29:18it does not offer that when it comes to
  853. 29:21regular um payments being paid right if
  854. 29:22you're if you're a civilian or not
  855. 29:24civilian but you're a if you're a client
  856. 29:26who is putting money into a policy
  857. 29:28you're paying your monthly premium you
  858. 29:30cannot write that off now if you were a
  859. 29:32corporation you could do something
  860. 29:34called an executive bonus or a double
  861. 29:36bonus where the C Corp pays cash through
  862. 29:40a payroll to a c-level executive like
  863. 29:42the CEO or or CIO or CFO and that is
  864. 29:46considered an executive bonus where it's
  865. 29:47a right off of the corporation
  866. 29:49a double bonus so that the taxes are
  867. 29:52paid you can care for by the corporation
  868. 29:53for the employee but that's not most
  869. 29:55people who have fallen to have that
  870. 29:57realm for most employees out there most
  871. 29:59most in clients out there they're not
  872. 30:01getting any tax deduction on insurance
  873. 30:03policy but they are getting a tax
  874. 30:05advantage similar to a Roth IRA the cash
  875. 30:08and the life insurance policy falling
  876. 30:09under tax code 7702 does grow tax-free
  877. 30:13you have tax-free access to that money
  878. 30:16and there's no limits on contribution
  879. 30:18save 100 a month or save a thousand a
  880. 30:20month put in 10 000 a year or ten
  881. 30:22thousand No Quarter totally up to you on
  882. 30:24what you want to set aside in that
  883. 30:26policy if property structured it can be
  884. 30:29a phenomenal tool to the Building Wealth
  885. 30:30now the last line here guys is real
  886. 30:32simple this is growth when we say growth
  887. 30:34we mean growth right uh does it outpace
  888. 30:37inflation the bank cannot all face
  889. 30:40inflation obviously but the rest of
  890. 30:41these accounts actually can when it
  891. 30:43comes to the stock market when it comes
  892. 30:44to qualifying plans and real estate
  893. 30:46Insurance these all have the ability to
  894. 30:48outpace inflation so as you wrap up five
  895. 30:50pounds of money here we see that banks
  896. 30:52have a score of two out of five banks
  897. 30:54are good for two things
  898. 30:55liquidity and safety have you access to
  899. 30:58my money it being safe the stock market
  900. 31:00is also good for two things liquidity
  901. 31:02can be access to cash fairly quickly and
  902. 31:04growth it can def it can definitely
  903. 31:06experience great growth in the stock
  904. 31:07market and then you have your qualified
  905. 31:09plans which is good for really it says
  906. 31:11three here but really two out of three
  907. 31:12you can get Roth and non-roth and one
  908. 31:15one brokerage account but not on one not
  909. 31:16in one fund and so you have a score of
  910. 31:18three out of five here it's great for
  911. 31:20from a tax advantage in tax deduction
  912. 31:22and offer some good growth but it's not
  913. 31:24liquid it's not safe and then you have
  914. 31:26and you have real estate here
  915. 31:28which is a very popular way to build
  916. 31:30wealth but it only has a score of 12-5
  917. 31:31it's more of a long-term thing you got
  918. 31:33great tax advantages and growth no
  919. 31:35liquidity you can't guarantee me safety
  920. 31:38or Prints but there aren't any true tax
  921. 31:39deductions and the last one here guys is
  922. 31:41life insurance
  923. 31:42life insurance has a score of 4 out of
  924. 31:44five
  925. 31:46it's liquid it's safe
  926. 31:48offers tax advantages and growth
  927. 31:51now prior to this video would you have
  928. 31:53ever thought that life insurance could
  929. 31:55be the best home to build wealth in most
  930. 31:57people say no to that answer right what
  931. 31:59the heck life insurance guys but let me
  932. 32:01give you a quick preview
  933. 32:03have you ever heard of a concept called
  934. 32:05bully
  935. 32:07b-o-l-i boli look it up Google it put it
  936. 32:10in your web browser today so after this
  937. 32:12video guys type it in take your notes
  938. 32:14boli bio live bank owned life insurance
  939. 32:16let me ask you a question why does Bank
  940. 32:18of America Wells Fargo JPMorgan Chase
  941. 32:21Citigroup
  942. 32:23um U.S Bank in truest have billions and
  943. 32:27billions of cash and life insurance
  944. 32:31why what do they know this here life
  945. 32:34insurance offers them the ability to
  946. 32:36have liquidity on their funds to offer
  947. 32:38to have safety to have a growth and tax
  948. 32:40advantages so we make our deposits to
  949. 32:43our bank every two weeks railroad
  950. 32:45payroll
  951. 32:47we would pop with a positive debate the
  952. 32:49bank leverages life insurance to build
  953. 32:50wealth for our money and what do we get
  954. 32:52we get some liquidity and we get some
  955. 32:54safety but they T they keep the tax
  956. 32:57advantages and the growth so we're
  957. 32:59saying man Chris
  958. 33:00I'm open to learning more about that
  959. 33:02fifth home of money I highly suggest
  960. 33:04whoever sent this video to you guys give
  961. 33:07them a call back when they text you how
  962. 33:09you have you watched the video say yes I
  963. 33:10did and here's what's next for you this
  964. 33:12is next few because you have to take
  965. 33:13your your finances into your own hands
  966. 33:15say hey I'm open to a follow-up simple
  967. 33:18as that and what we'll do is simple just
  968. 33:20teach you more about how this policies
  969. 33:22these policies work if you've never seen
  970. 33:24an infinite banking concept before you
  971. 33:25ever seen Max fun at iul or alert life
  972. 33:28insurance retirement plan I highly
  973. 33:31suggest you say hey I'm open to a
  974. 33:33follow-up just to learn more and based
  975. 33:35off how that second appointment goes in
  976. 33:37the future if you want to look at more
  977. 33:39serious plans we'll show you a plan and
  978. 33:41strategy for your family's future guys
  979. 33:42so now you've seen exactly how we serve
  980. 33:44our families how we educate them on
  981. 33:46money and finance guys maybe you're
  982. 33:47someone saying man Chris
  983. 33:49how do you guys get paid here I'm
  984. 33:51looking for a side hustle man I'm
  985. 33:52looking for a new career I'm looking for
  986. 33:53a way to make extra income Chris you're
  987. 33:55worth that Apple walked away from Apple
  988. 33:56you're doing this thing filtering you're
  989. 33:57traveling the world man you've been to
  990. 33:59just in the last 18 months you've been
  991. 34:01to Tulum Cancun you've been a Monaco
  992. 34:03I've been to Paris I've been all around
  993. 34:05the country right so how can I do what
  994. 34:08you do daily and serve families guys so
  995. 34:10our Crusade here is very simple we
  996. 34:13believe the most simplest way to pass
  997. 34:15something in Legacy
  998. 34:17is not by being a real estate tycoon or
  999. 34:19a businessman
1000. 34:21let's do a simple product called life
1001. 34:23insurance right so imagine you said
  1002. 34:25Chris
1003. 34:26I'm open to earning a secondary income
  1004. 34:28as a life insurance agent I never
1005. 34:31thought my lifetime I would ever say
  1006. 34:33that I'm a life insurance agent and
1007. 34:35sound so freaking boring but trust me
1008. 34:37we're a different type of company that
1009. 34:39wants to attract a different type of
1010. 34:41agent so what do we do here very simple
1011. 34:43we teach families about life insurance
1012. 34:45and how it works there are three main
1013. 34:47life insurance policies out there the
1014. 34:50first one is called a term now a term is
1015. 34:52for a term for a period of time for most
  1016. 34:54companies anywhere from 10 to 30 years
  1017. 34:56some say 35 years right let's see your
  1018. 34:59client says hey man I want a 30-year
  1019. 35:01term I want a half a million dollar
  1020. 35:02deficit if I die my family's protected
  1021. 35:05great
  1022. 35:06it's a great product it's going to cost
  1023. 35:08them about 50 bucks a month for this
1024. 35:09policy now this is for our average
  1025. 35:11middle-aged meal he's paying 50 bucks a
1026. 35:13month for the policy in this example
1027. 35:15AIG says ma'am sir thank you for this
1028. 35:19introduction we have a hard time finding
  1029. 35:21families in diverse markets we're going
1030. 35:23to advance you what the client is paying
  1031. 35:26times 12. which is about 50 bucks a
1032. 35:28month time soil coming from the
  1033. 35:29insurance company's Pockets they're
1034. 35:31going to pay out 600 times our average
  1035. 35:33contract care of 50 you're going to make
1036. 35:36300 bucks in less than two hours of work
1037. 35:39and tell me what kind of job pays that
1038. 35:41kind of money in two hours of work
  1039. 35:43some jobs do but most don't that's
  1040. 35:44really good income now that's good
1041. 35:46income for you the agent what's in it
  1042. 35:48for our client
1043. 35:49it was pretty cheap right looking at 50
  1044. 35:52bucks for a half a million dollar
  1045. 35:53definitely fit that's really that's
  1046. 35:55really inexpensive
1047. 35:56what's the downside to it well this
  1048. 35:58policy expires
1049. 36:00that client buys his policy at age 30
  1050. 36:02and 30 years he's 60 years old now
  1051. 36:04you're healthier at 60 years old or 30
  1052. 36:06years old
1053. 36:07most of you guys will agree are probably
1054. 36:09healthy at 30 years old right and so at
  1055. 36:1260 let's just say life wasn't perfect
1056. 36:14let's say you still need life insurance
1057. 36:16let's say go term invest arrest didn't
1058. 36:19work out well for you life happened
  1059. 36:20you're like man I have liabilities I
  1060. 36:22have a mortgage I have a a son
1061. 36:25granddaughter I gotta take care of you
  1062. 36:27need insurance
1063. 36:28what do you do you get a policy at 860.
1064. 36:31it's going to cost you a lot more than
1065. 36:33age 30. so this is great for some people
1066. 36:36it's very inexpensive man I love term
  1067. 36:38insurance but it's not a one size
  1068. 36:39fits-all for everybody
1069. 36:41the next one here is called ROP term let
1070. 36:43me give you an example of how it works
  1071. 36:44pretty cool right let's imagine you
  1072. 36:46drive right maybe you're driving right
  1073. 36:47now and you're with Progressive All
  1074. 36:49State farmer that's to say I'm calling
  1075. 36:51you from Progressive Insurance I said
  1076. 36:52hey
1077. 36:53I have a new type of car insurance
1078. 36:55policy for here's how it works next five
1079. 36:57years you have an accident I'm going to
1080. 36:59cover you like always take care of your
1081. 37:01car fix that scratch replace your bumper
  1082. 37:03get you a rental you're in good hands
1083. 37:05however next five years you drive safe
  1084. 37:08you have no accidents I'm gonna give a
1085. 37:10full refund of all your past monthly
1086. 37:12premiums no would you sign for that
  1087. 37:14policy I know I would knock on wood
1088. 37:16right uh obviously that doesn't exist in
1089. 37:19car insurance right but then we always
1090. 37:21have it but it does exist in life
  1091. 37:23insurance it's called ROP term return
  1092. 37:25return of Premium so you're saying
1093. 37:27client says hey man I love how that
1094. 37:29sounds like my money back you know what
  1095. 37:30I want a 30-year term I want a half a
  1096. 37:32million dollar debt benefit what's the
  1097. 37:34catch it's gonna cost a little more
  1098. 37:36about 100 bucks a month so the price
1099. 37:37almost the price doubled but the client
1100. 37:40said you know 100 bucks a month is worth
1101. 37:41what I can get from this so he's paying
1102. 37:43100 a month for this policy Mutual of
1103. 37:45Omaha one of the largest companies out
1104. 37:47there says hey thank you for this client
  1105. 37:49introduction we're going to advance you
  1106. 37:51what the client's paying times 12 which
1107. 37:53is about 100 times 12 which is going to
1108. 37:55be 1200 bucks times our average contract
  1109. 37:58at 50 you're making 600 in less than two
1110. 38:01hours of work now yeah so again what
1111. 38:05kind of job pays that kind of money in
1112. 38:06less than two hours work most jobs don't
1113. 38:09in America that's really good income for
1114. 38:10two hours of work now it's good income
1115. 38:13for us as an agent what's in there for
  1116. 38:14our client our client paid 1200 bucks a
1117. 38:16year Faithfully for insurance life
  1118. 38:18insurance
  1119. 38:19they paid over 36 000 into an insurance
1120. 38:23policy but they did not die
1121. 38:25at the end of 30 years your client gets
1122. 38:28all that money back in a full refund tax
  1123. 38:30free
1124. 38:32no before watching this video that you
1125. 38:34know you could buy a life insurance and
1126. 38:37if you don't die get all your money back
1127. 38:39most people don't know that so if you
1128. 38:42don't know do your loved ones co-workers
1129. 38:44and friends know about it probably not
  1130. 38:47so you don't know them they don't know
1131. 38:48who's going to teach them
  1132. 38:50man it's got to be you
1133. 38:53it's Gotta Be You I knew working at
1134. 38:55Apple I said man this is phenomenal
1135. 38:57information my community has no clueless
  1136. 39:00even exists
1137. 39:01and so most people would not mind buying
  1138. 39:04life insurance if they knew they're
1139. 39:05going to put a refund the challenge
1140. 39:07should they'll know any better so the
1141. 39:08plus is refund but the downside is this
1142. 39:10policy still expires so you get that
1143. 39:13chat bad which is lovely but you may
1144. 39:14still need insurance going into your 50s
  1145. 39:1860s and early 70s
1146. 39:20and so this is not one size fits all
1147. 39:22it's very popular amongst real estate
1148. 39:24agents A lot of my guys who are actually
1149. 39:25working for real estate agents because
1150. 39:27they call this home mortgage protection
  1151. 39:28why I'm a I have a wife and kids I get a
  1152. 39:32house if I pass away who's paying the
  1153. 39:34mortgage this policy covers the 30-year
  1154. 39:36mortgage 20-year mortgage but if I don't
  1155. 39:38die which I don't plan on dying I get
1156. 39:40every dollar back a great way to protect
1157. 39:43your to actually protect your uh your
1158. 39:44assets and liabilities when it comes to
  1159. 39:46homes
1160. 39:47the last one here guys as you wrap up
1161. 39:49it's going to be something called I you
1162. 39:51will this is that Third Way money grows
1163. 39:54in that fifth home of money now let's
1164. 39:56imagine you were in the market for life
1165. 39:58insurance yeah you watch this right now
1166. 40:00you're in the market for life insurance
1167. 40:02if you were in the market for life
1168. 40:04insurance how long would you want life
  1169. 40:06insurance for
1170. 40:08most people want life insurance like
  1171. 40:12for life not 13 years not 18 not 25 not
  1172. 40:1630 for life so
1173. 40:18our client says Hey I want life
1174. 40:20insurance for life they want a permanent
  1175. 40:22policy they want a half a million dollar
  1176. 40:23debt benefit they're going to pay a lot
  1177. 40:25more for this about 250 bucks a month
1178. 40:28for this policy but if property
  1179. 40:30structured this could replace their 401K
1180. 40:33tsp Ira or Roth IRA so your clients put
  1181. 40:37on weight 250 a month American national
1182. 40:39income says thank you once again for
1183. 40:41this introduction we have a hard time
  1184. 40:43finding clients in diverse markets we're
1185. 40:45going to advance to what the client's
  1186. 40:47paying times 12. 250 MF times 12 which
1187. 40:49is about three thousand dollars times
  1188. 40:51our average contract of 50 you're going
1189. 40:54to make 1500 bucks in less than two
1190. 40:56hours of work I asked you again what
  1191. 40:59kind of job
1192. 41:00pays that kind of money in less than two
  1193. 41:02hours
1194. 41:03not many jobs that's good income for our
1195. 41:05client for our agents here at PHP agency
1196. 41:07but that's not the only reason why I got
1197. 41:09started have you ever heard of a concept
1198. 41:11called residual passive income or just
1199. 41:15passive income if you have know what
  1200. 41:17it's about guys I read a book from a guy
1201. 41:19named Robert Kiyosaki uh called Rich Dad
1202. 41:22Poor Dad about 15 years ago and this
1203. 41:24book his wife wanted to buy a car and he
1204. 41:27asked her he says hey if you want if
  1205. 41:28you're gonna buy Mercedes-Benz your
1206. 41:30passive income has to make pay for it I
1207. 41:32said her passive income what does that
1208. 41:33even mean she went out there and hustled
1209. 41:35got apartment complexes duplexes rented
1210. 41:38it out and gets the rental income pay
1211. 41:40for her car payment I said man I need
1212. 41:42rental income I gotta get into real
1213. 41:43estate but guess what guys life happened
  1214. 41:45I'm working at Apple I don't have that
  1215. 41:46and I came across insurance
1216. 41:49and he broke it down for me it made
1217. 41:51sense to have value in it said Chris you
  1218. 41:53get paid here pretty good I said y'all
  1219. 41:54see man 15 words that's good money so
1220. 41:57you also get a residual passive what are
  1221. 41:59you talking about you'll get four
1222. 42:00percent Chris of your clients annual
1223. 42:03payment here for the next 10 years what
1224. 42:05do you mean by that they'll pay you four
1225. 42:07percent for the next 10 years in some
  1226. 42:09cases longer than that
  1227. 42:10that's about 120 bucks a year so I get
  1228. 42:13paid 1500 up front
1229. 42:15120 next year the following year and the
1230. 42:18following year and the following year
1231. 42:19and the following year I said wow
1232. 42:22that adds up like anything in life
1233. 42:26you try in the beginning you probably
1234. 42:28suck at it you grow you get better you
  1235. 42:30get better I get to a point where I'm
  1236. 42:32helping a couple clients per month
1237. 42:34I get better a couple clients per week I
  1238. 42:37improve a couple clients per day
  1239. 42:40that's it took 100 bucks a month to a
  1240. 42:42thousand a month 1800 a month 2500 a
1241. 42:44month four thousand dollars a month and
  1242. 42:46passive residual income and here's the
1243. 42:49best thing about it guys if I walk away
1244. 42:51from the insurance industry they
  1245. 42:53continue to pay me
1246. 42:54at all my book of business
1247. 42:57if I pass away it passes to my heirs
1248. 43:00I said sign me up for this man
1249. 43:02I'm looking for a way to pass down a
1250. 43:04generational wealth this makes a lot of
1251. 43:05sense to me so this is the second
1252. 43:07highest paid profession guys behind
1253. 43:09professional athletes it goes LeBron
1254. 43:11James and then Financial Service
1255. 43:13America's best kept secret so great
  1256. 43:17income for us working part-time working
1257. 43:19full-time whatever you want to do right
1258. 43:21great income for you but what's in it
1259. 43:23for your client one permanent Insurance
1260. 43:25life insurance for Life your client is
1261. 43:27guaranteed to have insurance policy for
1262. 43:29life if they make their payments two
1263. 43:32um you have cash value between zero and
1264. 43:33nine percent and there are some cases
  1265. 43:35where they're uncapped growth potential
1266. 43:36I won't get into detail about it today
1267. 43:38but there's uncapped growth in an iul
  1268. 43:40potentially and three you have tax-free
1269. 43:42access to your money under tax code 7702
1270. 43:45and then four yesterday called living
1271. 43:47benefits it comes with long-term care if
1272. 43:50you are someone you love about insurance
1273. 43:51pre-2016 you probably own the old
1274. 43:54Insurance guess what it covers just a
1275. 43:56death benefit the new insurance covers
  1276. 43:59something called long-term care you get
1277. 44:01sick cancer heart attack stroke break a
1278. 44:03leg in a car accident you get access to
  1279. 44:05your death benefit while you're living
  1280. 44:06for absolutely free why
1281. 44:09these companies want your money but
  1282. 44:11here's a problem guys
1283. 44:13we buy new iPhones and Samsung phones
1284. 44:15every two three years why because the
1285. 44:17Innovations and upgrades we buy new cars
1286. 44:19every seven to eight years why
1287. 44:21Innovation advancement and upgrades how
1288. 44:24often do we buy Financial Service
  1289. 44:25products
