- 0:13sponsors reaching out to you. You have a
- 0:16windfall of clients who are willing to
- 0:17pay you prices higher than you've ever
- 0:19charged before with very little to no
- 0:22resistance whatsoever. You have an
- 0:24abundance, a plethora of options in
- 0:26terms of revenue streams and different
- 0:28ways you can make money. you can
- 0:29completely free yourself up from the
- 0:31business and do the actual entrepreneurs
- 0:34dream where you're working from anywhere
- 0:35you want in the world. All of this can
- 0:37happen in a much shorter time frame than
- 0:40you may have thought possible. And this
- 0:42is why I'm presenting this to you today.
- 0:45The most in-depth possible strategic
- 0:48guide I can give you on how to become
- 0:50the hottest entrepreneur in your niche
- 0:51in the next 90 days. And the reason why
- 0:54I'm sharing this with you underneath all
- 0:56that is because well this is what I'm
- 0:58doing right now and also what I've done
- 1:00two three times over in completely
- 1:02different industries. I get this kick
- 1:04out of doing things in real time and
- 1:06documenting it and talking about it. So
- 1:08everything that you're getting in this
- 1:10video is what I'm doing right now and
- 1:12what I actually [snorts] have done. So
- 1:14with that being said, in this video
- 1:15we're going to talk about the whole
- 1:16thing. We're going to go through why
- 1:18this even matters, the psychology behind
- 1:20it, how exactly to cut through. We'll
- 1:22talk about what to focus on. We'll talk
- 1:24about how to create content that makes
- 1:26people binge you. All the different
- 1:28micro points and of of becoming a really
- 1:31hot entrepreneur and how to make this
- 1:33really strategic so that you don't end
- 1:36up wasting your time, but rather this
- 1:38turned into a situation that's highly
- 1:40lucrative and highly profitable for you.
- 1:42So without further ado, let's get into
- 1:44it.
- 1:48So let's talk about why this even
- 1:49matters, why being the hottest
- 1:50entrepreneur even matters. So
- 1:55there's this idea, especially like in in
- 1:59the business realm, this is probably the
- 2:00only place I see it. There's this idea
- 2:03where if you are doing well in your
- 2:06business that you're that you there
- 2:08should be no reason why you should be
- 2:09posting content. There should be no
- 2:11reason why you're on social media. It's
- 2:12this very dated idea that has been
- 2:15inherited from maybe the boomers. I
- 2:17don't know who, but you'll see it when
- 2:20you try and make content for your
- 2:21business. You'll get some comments being
- 2:23like, well, if your business is doing so
- 2:24great, why are you making content? Or
- 2:27why are you offering up your information
- 2:30or consulting others?
- 2:33There is a reason I let me just start by
- 2:36saying I uh that mentality reeks broke.
- 2:41And it reeks broke than than than more
- 2:44most people think it does. And and
- 2:46here's why. There's a reason why your
- 2:48favorite entrepreneur posts. There's a
- 2:50reason why the Gary V's of the world,
- 2:52the Alexotezis of the world, the
- 2:56insert whoever who's on social media,
- 2:58there's a reason why these mega
- 2:59entrepreneurs still post content
- 3:03and and invest heavily into their
- 3:04brands. It's there's a reason why
- 3:07billionaires like Kevin Olirri are doing
- 3:10everything they possibly can to build
- 3:12their personal brand and social
- 3:13presence. these people have more money
- 3:15than they can than they know what to do
- 3:16with, right? So that that that that
- 3:20old mindset doesn't apply anymore. But
- 3:22the because there's a strategy around
- 3:24it. There's a reason why people are
- 3:26doing it, right? Whether you have no
- 3:28money or no followers or whether you
- 3:30have billions of dollars, there's a
- 3:32reason why these folks are investing
- 3:33into their personal brands, right?
- 3:36It's because
- 3:38it's one of the most strategic
- 3:42advantages and competitive advantages
- 3:43that you can possibly have a personal
- 3:45brand.
- 3:47And and whoever
- 3:51has the biggest or strongest or most
- 3:54sound brand gets the biggest piece of
- 3:56the pie.
- 3:58There's a reason why Ryan Sirant I I
- 4:01love this example. There's a reason why
- 4:03he posts content all the way up until
- 4:05like I I I remember watching Ryan
- 4:08Sirant. I hope I'm pronouncing his last
- 4:10name correctly. Sir,
- 4:12there's a So, I remember watching him
- 4:14when he first started posting on
- 4:15YouTube, just these little real estate
- 4:17walkthroughs. He was doing it when
- 4:19nobody was really doing it. But also out
- 4:21of the people who were doing those real
- 4:22estate, you know, walkthroughs and
- 4:24mansion showcases and penthouse uh
- 4:27walkthroughs, he was doing it with more
- 4:30effort and at the highest level of
- 4:32quality.
- 4:34And there were some other things
- 4:35happening there which I'll talk about in
- 4:36this video. But he's a great case study
- 4:38because he came out from just doing
- 4:39regular YouTube videos just like this to
- 4:42now he has a Netflix deal. He still
- 4:46sells real estate. Like Sir Hunt is a
- 4:48mega it's it's it's gi it's a giant real
- 4:51estate company or or brokerage, whatever
- 4:54it is. But there's a reason why he posts
- 4:57content. It's so that he be he becomes
- 5:00the obvious choice in your mind when
- 5:02you're looking to buy a luxury penthouse
- 5:04in Manhattan.
- 5:07like the so this idea so what you're not
- 5:10going to do is be like
- 5:12oh if you if your business is so
- 5:14successful why are you posting content
- 5:17right there's a reason why becoming the
- 5:19hot entrepreneur matters it's so that
- 5:21business gets easier I think that's the
- 5:24I think that's the easiest way to
- 5:26summarize it
- 5:28that's probably the best way to
- 5:29summarize it like people post content so
- 5:32that business gets easier because
- 5:34content is one of the highest leveraged
- 5:35things that you can do for your business
- 5:37and having a brand is one of the biggest
- 5:39and safest moes
- 5:41around what you do and around your
- 5:44revenue streams because if you don't
- 5:45have that then the next greatest thing
- 5:47the ne next best thing will come through
- 5:50and take all of your clientele.
- 5:53It just so happens that the way we build
- 5:55brands and cement ourselves in our
- 5:57clients minds is different from 20 years
- 6:00ago. 20 30 years ago you had to do a lot
- 6:03of word of mouth. Therefore, it it it
- 6:06made sense, okay, if you are not or you
- 6:08have to pay for TV commercials.
- 6:11So, there's a reason why you wouldn't be
- 6:12posting content. Now,
- 6:15it's actually on the flip side, you like
- 6:18you I would be looking at you kind of
- 6:19weird if you're not posting content. You
- 6:21know what I It's all it's just
- 6:23significantly more difficult
- 6:27to to build anything of significance if
- 6:30you are not
- 6:32actively working on becoming the hottest
- 6:34entrepreneur in your niche or building
- 6:36some sort of social presence.
- 6:39I hope that that makes sense
- 6:44because that other mentality is like 20
- 6:46years dated. It it doesn't work anymore.
- 6:50And I try and be as transparent as
- 6:51possible about like none that this is
- 6:53about me, but when people ask me how I
- 6:56scaled, you know, my agency,
- 6:59I'm very the videos are still there. I'm
- 7:01very transparent about the fact that I
- 7:03spent
- 7:06a lot of time just sending
- 7:09AI powered cold emails
- 7:12and working 12 to 16 hours a day without
- 7:14ever being on camera.
- 7:17A few months into it, I decided that
- 7:19that would be the the best possible
- 7:21thing I can do would be to turn on the
- 7:23camera and start documenting what I was
- 7:25doing to get more clients.
- 7:28So, if you go to my YouTube channel and
- 7:31just go to my channel videos and you
- 7:32sort by oldest, you will see my first
- 7:34videos there
- 7:37and you'll see me in a little dress
- 7:38shirt doing like literally talking to
- 7:41potential clients, prospects. And I had
- 7:44that there so that when people would
- 7:45look me up they that's what they would
- 7:46find so they can see that oh okay Pablo
- 7:48really does this thing. That's why you
- 7:50want to post content. Now that's not
- 7:51even getting to the level of being hot
- 7:53yet. That's just like the basic
- 7:56fundamental mind shift that has to
- 7:58happen in order for you to be able to
- 8:00dominate.
- 8:02And I'm going to assume that like I
- 8:04don't have to pull teeth here to get you
- 8:06to post content cuz if I do then you got
- 8:08some other things you got to take care
- 8:10of. like very elementary limiting
- 8:13beliefs you got to address before you
- 8:14can hop in this arena of of your actual
- 8:17success, right? But when you're ready,
- 8:21all the success in the world and more is
- 8:24waiting for you. But that's why being
- 8:26the hottest entrepreneur matters because
- 8:27business doesn't have to be difficult.
- 8:31It doesn't. I'm I'm very I've very
- 8:33notoriously said I work maybe two hours
- 8:36a day. two hours a day, maybe four, when
- 8:38I'm really building something.
- 8:42But it's be I I work that much because I
- 8:44enjoy what I'm doing and I'm building
- 8:46towards something great. I enjoy the
- 8:47process of building something of
- 8:48significance, not because I have to,
- 8:53right?
- 8:55The reason why I'm in this position
- 8:56today is because
- 8:59I gave thought to being the hot the
- 9:01hottest entrepreneur in my niche about
- 9:03this time last year.
- 9:05And so I decided to start planting
- 9:07seeds.
- 9:09And that's how I would strongly advise
- 9:11that you begin to look at this. Start
- 9:13looking at business in quarters
- 9:16and plant seeds for 3 months from now, 6
- 9:19months from now, 9, 12 months from now.
- 9:20Plant the seeds.
- 9:23It just so happens that for the sake of
- 9:24this video, we're talking about 90 days.
- 9:25So I shall compress a lot of this stuff.
- 9:27But point being, there's this
- 9:30winner's mentality
- 9:32where the winner version of you doesn't
- 9:34stop at 90 days if things don't happen.
- 9:36They're just like, I'm going to keep
- 9:38doing it for as long as it takes.
- 9:41My favorite entrepreneurs,
- 9:44at least who have I discovered on
- 9:46YouTube,
- 9:48they've been posting for five years on
- 9:51YouTube. Three at a minimum, then five
- 9:54years, if not 10 years. Look at like
- 9:56Marquez Brown Lee. Look at the Iman
- 9:58Godzis of the world. Look at like
- 10:03like Ali Abdal. I hope I didn't butcher
- 10:05his name. Like these folks, Gary Vee.
- 10:08This is like this is like the long-term
- 10:11thinking. Your wealth will increase
- 10:15in propensity to your time horizon and
- 10:17your relationship with time. There's
- 10:20like a very high correlation there.
- 10:23Breathe for a little bit.
- 10:26Now, let's let's let's let's rewind back
- 10:28to 90 days because
- 10:32one of my little
- 10:34one of my little bragging rights is that
- 10:37I'm really good at cutting through. I'm
- 10:39really good at business strategy and I'm
- 10:40really good at like observing the
- 10:42landscape in my niche, in or outside of
- 10:45my niche, and then figuring out how to
- 10:47cut through.
- 10:50And so, I'm going to try and communicate
- 10:52that to you, but that's not like a
- 10:53technical thing. I can't show you like a
- 10:55there's no buttons to press here. It's
- 10:57how to it's it's you spend enough time
- 10:58binging this you learn how to think. You
- 11:01learn how to spot opportunities. It's
- 11:02like you watch a boxing match and you
- 11:05watch it like you know you watch boxing
- 11:06for or MMA or any sport and then after a
- 11:10while you can start to see the entire
- 11:12game versus focusing on one player or
- 11:15you can see like the openings and you
- 11:16know what I mean? It's just that.
- 11:20So
- 11:22the the next piece of this
- 11:25is is the psychology behind it is you
- 11:29have to you have to understand this
- 11:30before we talk about tactics or else the
- 11:32tactics won't they won't land. Like
- 11:33you'll do them but you won't know why
- 11:35it's working.
- 11:37My goal is so that you never need me
- 11:39again. You can hang out but like you
- 11:41never need like you never need you're
- 11:45not dependent like you know how to think
- 11:46for yourself right at at a high level.
- 11:49in in in business. So, nobody this is
- 11:53what you have to understand. Nobody pays
- 11:54you because you're the best.
- 11:57They pay you because you are the obvious
- 11:59choice. They pay you because in their
- 12:01mind, hiring you and working with you is
- 12:04the safest, easiest, and most natural
- 12:06decision that they can make.
- 12:10Even more so than staying where they
- 12:11are. How they arrive to that conclusion
- 12:14typically looks like
- 12:17a process of discovering you, which
- 12:19means you have to pop up,
- 12:22right? Either through a cold email or
- 12:24through like their Tik Tok feed or
- 12:26YouTube algorithm. Point being, you have
- 12:27to exist and then they have to see you
- 12:30over and over and over and over and over
- 12:31again over the, you know, a span of a
- 12:33few weeks.
- 12:35And they have to spend time with you,
- 12:38a lot of time with you.
- 12:46I remember when
- 12:49so I had this problem. There's a there's
- 12:51one of the major reasons why I didn't
- 12:53make any money in business or on the
- 12:56internet until I was about 26 was
- 12:58because I had a a really big mind
- 13:01limiting belief. this mindset problem.
- 13:05The limiting belief was that I had to be
- 13:07the absolute number one best option in
- 13:09the market
- 13:12and I had to work towards being like
- 13:15undeniably the best in terms of skill
- 13:16set before people before I could
- 13:19introduce myself to the market. So, I
- 13:22was trying to become a a music artist in
- 13:25my early 20s.
- 13:28And
- 13:30the reason why I was not successful with
- 13:31that was because I spent all of my time
- 13:33in my mom's basement getting really good
- 13:36at making music
- 13:38and writing music and the whole thing.
- 13:42And I never felt like I was good enough.
- 13:44I never felt like that's the trap. I
- 13:46never felt like I had done enough
- 13:47because I was comparing myself to, you
- 13:49know,
- 13:50the the the biggest and the best music
- 13:52artists in the world, not realizing that
- 13:54how they got there wasn't by sitting in
- 13:55their parents' basement. Half the reason
- 13:57why they're good is because they have a
- 13:59strong network of people who can help
- 14:01them write or show them how to, you
- 14:04know, make beats or like polish their
- 14:06vocals even though they can't really so
- 14:07that like they can compensate for not
- 14:09really having to sing. But my younger
- 14:12self was just like, I got to be the best
- 14:14this, the best this, the best this, best
- 14:15this, and then it'll work and then I
- 14:18should become famous. It does not work
- 14:21like that.
- 14:24So much of your skill set, so first off,
- 14:27people don't hire you because you're the
- 14:29best. Second of all, so much of your
- 14:31skill set is developed by
- 14:35the process of putting yourself out
- 14:36there. That's the That's the real
- 14:39feedback. If you don't get feedback and
- 14:42you don't get the right data working in
- 14:44isolation, you don't you have to put
- 14:46yourself out there and see what the
- 14:47market wants
- 14:52and shatter that really dumb belief
- 14:59where you might think that like, oh, you
- 15:02got to be the best. Like one of the I
- 15:04caught myself when I was when I was
- 15:06scaling my when I was starting to build
- 15:07my agency.
- 15:10I caught myself
- 15:13wanting to become the one of the best
- 15:16copywriters on the internet.
- 15:19I caught myself. I'm like, "No, no, no,
- 15:22not again."
- 15:23Instead, I very quickly pivoted to
- 15:26becoming
- 15:28like my my intent was to to become
- 15:31highly visible and highly discoverable
- 15:34and to like make sure that my niche knew
- 15:36who I was. Like I wanted to pop up on
- 15:38your algorithm again and again and again
- 15:41and again.
- 15:44The best copywriters in the world
- 15:48are probably broke. Like there's really
- 15:50good copywriters who are really wealthy,
- 15:53really rich,
- 15:55but like
- 15:57just depending on copywriting period
- 16:01does not, you know what I mean? Or any
- 16:03skill set period does not shoot you up
- 16:05to the top. Look at painting. Like
- 16:08you ha you have to you have to be
- 16:10visible.
- 16:11You have to like to become the obvious
- 16:14choice. It doesn't mean you become the
- 16:16best in terms of skill.
- 16:19It means you are just so top of mind for
- 16:22that person for that prospect and you
- 16:25have to understand the process of
- 16:26becoming top of mind so that it becomes
- 16:28predictable so that in your business you
- 16:30can always choose to scale at any point
- 16:32in time. You always know how to hit the
- 16:34next level or in any other business you
- 16:36might want to start you know how to
- 16:37build the next level. This is what the
- 16:39next level excuse me this is why it's so
- 16:40easy for me to start and build
- 16:42businesses and create momentum because I
- 16:43know how this process works. I can do
- 16:45this in any vertical. My first business
- 16:47in 2023 was an AI education business. My
- 16:50second business in late 2023, really
- 16:532024 and a little bit of 2025 was a
- 16:56health and wellness coaching business,
- 16:57completely different vertical. And then
- 16:58I went into an AI marketing agency,
- 17:00Vince Scale, now Spectre.
- 17:04And it's the same thing now. It's it's
- 17:07this hyper intent
- 17:12or being hyper intentional
- 17:15about building and developing trust and
- 17:17become the becoming the obvious choice
- 17:19in people's minds and how that really
- 17:21stems like that really stems from
- 17:23becoming obsessed with solving their
- 17:25problems. So you got to be focused on
- 17:26them and not you. There's the intention
- 17:29that you hold within yourself but then
- 17:32it's about supporting the other person
- 17:34through their problems. Now, let's talk
- 17:35about how to cut through. Let's just
- 17:37let's just get to like
- 17:40the strategy here.
- 17:43So, one of the reasons why I was able to
- 17:45cut through with my agency very recent
- 17:48example
- 17:49was because
- 17:54when I So, this is there's this like
- 17:57list of things that you want to start
- 17:59thinking about. Okay. So, I was looking
- 18:01at all the people that I look to for
- 18:02guidance and inspiration when I was
- 18:04building my agency. some of the bigger
- 18:05cold emailers, right?
- 18:09And bigger like agency owners, agency
- 18:11influencers. I looked at them and I
- 18:13realized first thing is they were all
- 18:14discoverable. I knew about them. But how
- 18:16did I know about them? It's because I
- 18:17probably found them on YouTube. They
- 18:19were discoverable.
- 18:20They weren't this like this ghost, this
- 18:23myth. No, they were highly visible,
- 18:25discoverable. They had interviews you
- 18:27can watch. They had YouTube videos. I'm
- 18:29like, "Okay, they're visible. Got it.
- 18:31That's what I'm going to do."
- 18:33What else?
- 18:37Right? Like what what else
- 18:40what other things can I think about the
- 18:43net? So So first off, look at what the
- 18:45biggest folks are doing and understand
- 18:47some of the common denominators.
- 18:50This doesn't mean copy what they're
- 18:51doing. This means understand
- 18:54how they became visible in your own mind
- 18:57and how they became the obvious choice
- 18:59in your mind because you're you're a
- 19:01great example of a of a prospect here,
- 19:04right? Second thing,
- 19:08and this is really important, is I'm
- 19:10always trying
- 19:13to figure out where
- 19:17I can be that the rest of my niche is
- 19:20not.
- 19:21So, I was in cold email, AI, AI, cold
- 19:24email,
- 19:26AI marketing agencies. Cool. All right.
- 19:29The vast majority of those people, the
- 19:31vast majority of my quote unquote
- 19:33competition was pumping out cold emails
- 19:36behind the scenes. You wouldn't see
- 19:38them.
- 19:39The only reason I know about them is
- 19:41because, you know, maybe I'd be in
- 19:42YouTube comments and I'd see other
- 19:44people asking questions and obviously
- 19:45they have agencies, right?
- 19:48Or you get on a call like a Zoom call or
- 19:51Google Meets call the prospect and be
- 19:52like, "Yeah, I get I I saw your email
- 19:54was cool and fine, but like I get 10 of
- 19:56those a day." Cool. All right.
- 20:00Where I didn't see a lot of folks in my
- 20:04niche was on Tik Tok because there's
- 20:07this really dated belief
- 20:10that like, oh, Tik Tok's for kids or
- 20:13it's for unserious people or you know
- 20:16what I mean? It's brain rot.
- 20:20No,
- 20:21not at all.
- 20:23Anyway, so long story short, I hopped on
- 20:26Tik Tok and I started posting like three
- 20:27to five times a day. This was
- 20:28progressively, by the way. This wasn't
- 20:30at the very beginning.
- 20:32And I started talking about cold email
- 20:34on Tik Tok.
- 20:37And I tried to I wanted to become a very
- 20:43accessible
- 20:44cold emailer contrary to everyone else
- 20:46in my niche was like, "Oh, I want to do
- 20:48this. The reason why I'm doing cold
- 20:49email is because I don't want to have to
- 20:51show my face." Cool. All right, cool.
- 20:53Leave you. You do it that way and I'll
- 20:58do it this way and I will take the lion
- 21:01share of the clients because I have no
- 21:03problem doing that.
- 21:05And the reason like the the version of
- 21:08you that makes twice as much money as
- 21:09you do right now, there's no difference
- 21:11in skill set. They're literally you are
- 21:13probably just as skilled as them. Maybe
- 21:16they've picked up a few, but like
- 21:17nothing that is that will make it a
- 21:19night and day difference. The only thing
- 21:20is they're just willing to do things
- 21:21that you're not willing to do or they've
- 21:23just learned from the the mistakes.
- 21:24That's it. That's it. So it's it's time
- 21:26and
- 21:28openness/humility.
- 21:35YouTube. I started posting on YouTube
- 21:40and I was like, you know what? I see the
- 21:42folks, the bigger folks, you know, in my
- 21:45niche maybe posting once a month, twice
- 21:47a month, probably justified. Maybe they
- 21:48have bigger agencies. Okay, cool. I'm
- 21:50going to post every day.
- 21:55I'm going to post every day. I also
- 21:57looked at some of like those those
- 21:58streamers and vloggers, like the DDGs of
- 22:01the world. And this is one thing that I
- 22:03do often is I look at what's working in
- 22:05other niches or other other verticals
- 22:07and see if I can bring it into this one.
- 22:10I don't know any like there were there
- 22:12were there were a couple, but it was
- 22:14more so podcast style stuff, but there
- 22:17there weren't really too many people in
- 22:18the business niche posting every single
- 22:20day. you know, maybe you got like the
- 22:22Patrick Bet Davids of the world and you
- 22:25know, when I'm talking to I was talking
- 22:26I met someone like who's not a
- 22:29centillionaire.
- 22:35And so I just decided to start posting
- 22:37every day. And I was just like, you
- 22:38know, I'm going to post every day for
- 22:39like the next 6 months, if not a year,
- 22:41and then just see what happens.
- 22:45my time horizon was so so was long
- 22:48enough to where like I was bound to
- 22:50succeed anyway. Let it not be 90 days. I
- 22:52was going to succeed regardless. I just
- 22:54had to wait long enough. The next thing
- 22:56was, you know, in the name of seeing
- 22:59where people are not and then trying to
- 23:01be in those places where they're not.
- 23:04I started taking my YouTube videos and
- 23:06posting them in Slack groups, smart lead
- 23:09Slack groups
- 23:11for for example. Of course, everywhere
- 23:14else, too. Like, LinkedIn, like I didn't
- 23:15just post on YouTube and hope someone
- 23:17discovered it. Doesn't work like that.
- 23:22I took it upon myself to promote myself.
- 23:25And that's what you're going to need to
- 23:26do, too.
- 23:28If I had that mentality, that single
- 23:31piece right there when I was making
- 23:33music, I would have been successful.
- 23:37I just lacked self-belief.
- 23:40I had to I was I was trying to work
- 23:42belief. I was trying to become so good
- 23:44that maybe one day I would believe in
- 23:46myself.
- 23:49People think and people think they have
- 23:51self-belief cuz like they they grind and
- 23:53they you know what I mean? Oh yeah, I
- 23:55have I believe in myself. That's why I'm
- 23:57grinding every day to to but like
- 23:59there's there's really dumb archaic
- 24:01grinding and then there's really smart
- 24:03grinding and I'm trying to put you on
- 24:04the smart train
- 24:06and help you understand that really
- 24:09amazing things can happen and be created
- 24:11in about 90 days. Cool. So with that
- 24:15combination of like existing where other
- 24:16people aren't and having a really
- 24:18thorough understanding of what the big
- 24:19fish are doing and then taking what
- 24:21works and then you know catching them
- 24:23where they're slipping and so on and so
- 24:26forth my you know frequency and volume.
- 24:29It was just bound to happen.
- 24:32It was just it was just bound to happen.
- 24:34And the compounding effect of posting
- 24:36more was that I just got way better at
- 24:38articulating my thoughts. And so, you
- 24:40know, fast forward 10, 20, 30, 40, 50
- 24:43pieces of content, I just sounded
- 24:46so much more intelligent about the
- 24:48subject matter that I then, you know
- 24:50what I mean? I became the obvious
- 24:52choice.
- 24:56So, if I if I post once every two days
- 24:59or once every three days, now I post
- 25:00about twice twice a week, two, three
- 25:01times a week.
- 25:06But if I'm posting, let's just say once
- 25:08every two days or once once every day
- 25:11and you're posting once a week, they've
- 25:12thought about me or seen me seven, you
- 25:14know, six more times
- 25:17than they have with you. You see the
- 25:18difference? And that doesn't mean that
- 25:21doesn't mean go post every day. Now,
- 25:23that's not what I'm saying because there
- 25:25there's a very strategic way to go about
- 25:26it. Like the videos have to be decent or
- 25:32they have to be, you know, again,
- 25:36worth people's time to watch. You
- 25:37actually have to obsess over people's
- 25:39problems.
- 25:41That that being said, like that's that's
- 25:44how I think about cutting through is
- 25:46like I try and do the unorthodox thing
- 25:52and I try and do things differently than
- 25:54other people are doing them. So for
- 25:56example, take these videos. Like my
- 25:57channel has like our views have tripled
- 26:02if not
- 26:04no at least like f about 5x in the last
- 26:08few videos about a four or fivex on
- 26:11average by the way.
- 26:16And
- 26:19one of the things that I was looking at
- 26:21was like, okay, well, everyone else in
- 26:22the business is like posting these 10
- 26:25minute, 20 minute videos. And I
- 26:26understand why. It's because the target
- 26:28if the target audience is business
- 26:29owners. Business owners just want to get
- 26:31straight to the point and they don't
- 26:32have time.
- 26:34Well, just for this just for the sake of
- 26:36trying, I'm going to just see if doing
- 26:38something different works. I don't know
- 26:39if it's going to work. I never know if
- 26:41anything is going to work. I just
- 26:42attempt a lot of things. And so because
- 26:44I attempt a lot of things, I tend to
- 26:46succeed in a handful of those things
- 26:49and it looks like I succeed a lot, but I
- 26:51don't. I don't. It's It's just like
- 26:55angel investing. You invest in a ton of
- 26:57companies and like maybe two or three of
- 26:59them succeed, but they succeed to such a
- 27:02huge magnitude that it looks like that
- 27:04person is just a genius, a quote unquote
- 27:07guru. It's not that. So I was just like,
- 27:10you know what? I'm going to post for
- 27:11really long form like hourlong unedited
- 27:14videos
- 27:16and that's just going to be my thing and
- 27:18I'm just going to talk really in depth
- 27:20about the business strategy and the
- 27:21psychology and you know pull the curtain
- 27:25back on my own experience and insert my
- 27:26stories in the process. I'll get better
- 27:28at storytelling and
- 27:31it'll be good for building a lot of
- 27:33trust.
- 27:36It's not going to be like the the
- 27:38highest, you know, viewer retention or
- 27:41anything like that. Like, it's not going
- 27:42to be on some Mr. Beast thing or like
- 27:43some super like cleancut, you know,
- 27:46professional thing that a lot of folks
- 27:49in the industry have. Like, I don't
- 27:51obviously have I obviously don't have an
- 27:52editor yet.
- 27:58But what it's also going to do above all
- 28:01that is create such a contrast from
- 28:04everything else in my industry that it's
- 28:07almost like a purple cow. M Mr. Beast
- 28:10said that. I think it's a it's a it's a
- 28:12great thing to take to offers. It's a
- 28:14great thing to take to marketing. Mr.
- 28:16Beast, there's a clip on the internet.
- 28:18You can find it if you type in Mr. Beast
- 28:19purple cow on Google.
- 28:23By the way, shout out to Google's AI.
- 28:24Google, that Google AI in the Google
- 28:26search bar is my favorite AI tool by
- 28:31far.
- 28:34Mr. Beast was like, if you know, in his
- 28:37process and thought process of making
- 28:38videos, he's like, you want to try and
- 28:40make a purple cow. You want to try and
- 28:42make the video to where like if you see
- 28:44that that purple cow on the road, like
- 28:46you turn your neck and you stop and
- 28:48stare and be like, what is that? Like it
- 28:49just c catches your attention. that
- 28:52that's his thought process when thinking
- 28:53of a video idea,
- 28:57right?
- 28:59And so that's how I try and think about
- 29:02offers. And when I can't get there with
- 29:05offers, I think about that in terms of
- 29:07content and YouTube, like what can I do
- 29:08to where it's just like, oh shoot, I got
- 29:10to want to click on this.
- 29:13And so that's when I get ideas of just
- 29:14like
- 29:16in the you know in in also thinking
- 29:18about the person on the other you like
- 29:20the person on the other side of camera I
- 29:22I think about the ideas and that's where
- 29:23they come from.
- 29:30So instead of being the best I just make
- 29:32something that's such in such contrast
- 29:35to everything else that it makes you
- 29:37just want to see what's up.
- 29:45This is also a lot about thinking about
- 29:46your internal strengths. Like I can
- 29:48really like this is not about me but you
- 29:51know just to give you ideas of how to
- 29:53think about this.
- 29:56I have an understanding of my strengths
- 29:58and I I look at things deeply and from
- 30:00very different angles. Like if if this
- 30:02subject right here about becoming the
- 30:04hottest entrepreneur in your niche in 90
- 30:06days was like a diamond and every time
- 30:07you turn the diamond there's a different
- 30:09angle of the that the light refra
- 30:11refracts in there's a different angle I
- 30:13can talk about this there's like 90
- 30:14different things I can say about this
- 30:15one topic and that's how my brain works
- 30:17is just going from point to point to
- 30:20point to point to angle to angle to
- 30:21angle so I can talk about things for
- 30:23really in depth for a long time. If my
- 30:26voice didn't give out I'd be on here for
- 30:27two or three hours. If I if I had a
- 30:29better chair I'd be on here for a longer
- 30:30time. So maybe that's probably what I
- 30:32should do. But this is all this is also
- 30:35very transparently to build trust.
- 30:39This isn't like the oh buy my thing and
- 30:41the sales. No, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 30:43no, no, no. And that's how I want you to
- 30:45think about that because if you are very
- 30:48intentional about building trust, you
- 30:51will become the hottest entrepreneur in
- 30:52your niche. If you're more intentional
- 30:54about building trust than anybody else,
- 30:56people will feel comfortable with you.
- 30:58You don't have to oversell anything. You
- 31:01don't have to go buy or rent the Lambo
- 31:04for the weekend. You just be you.
- 31:09Because we are operating in a world
- 31:11where everybody is so afraid to be
- 31:13themselves and thinks that they're not
- 31:14enough that they have to go and get
- 31:15these things to market themselves. They
- 31:17have they they have to get the SVJ.
- 31:20That's what they have to do
- 31:24because they haven't spent enough time
- 31:26with themselves and experimenting and
- 31:27trying to tried to figure out like how
- 31:29can I just be the closest thing to
- 31:32myself and have it work. Okay. Well, how
- 31:35you do that is just by being in a place
- 31:36where like every if everyone's trying to
- 31:38go through the front door proverbly,
- 31:41you go through the side door. Everyone
- 31:43was trying to get prospects attention by
- 31:45sending cold emails to them. So, I'm
- 31:47like, "Okay, I'm going to keep doing
- 31:48that, too, but I'm also going to appear
- 31:50at the side door."
- 31:52In this case, it was social media.
- 32:00Now, one of the biggest things you have
- 32:04in your arsenal that will like take you
- 32:06from here to here is
- 32:10is is this. So if you if you speak with
- 32:14conviction, so you speak in if you speak
- 32:17in a way that you actually believe in
- 32:18what you're saying,
- 32:20that takes you from wherever you are. So
- 32:22let's just say here to like right up
- 32:24there.
- 32:27You can say the dumbest thing in the
- 32:28world, but if you say it like you
- 32:30believe it, no, rather if you actually
- 32:32believe it
- 32:34or if you say it like you believe it,
- 32:36you'll be you'll be good.
- 32:40One of my
- 32:42I had I have had a couple viral reels.
- 32:45I've had a bunch of them, but like one
- 32:47of them is like 30k a month is the
- 32:48richest you'll ever feel. I genuinely
- 32:50believe that.
- 32:54Took off. Million plus views.
- 32:59I had another reel where I was like, if
- 33:01you send a,000 emails a day, every
- 33:03single day for 90 days, you'll never,
- 33:05you know, you'll never go broke. You'll
- 33:06never worry about money again. something
- 33:08like that.
- 33:09Believed it. That's what I did.
- 33:13Took off hundreds of thousands if not a
- 33:17million plus views.
- 33:22Conviction. So in
- 33:27so in understanding why people buy from
- 33:29you and understanding now that it's not
- 33:32because you're quote unquote the best or
- 33:33because your skill set, they buy from
- 33:36you. So much of why they buy from you is
- 33:38because of the conviction that you
- 33:40operate with and how much you believe in
- 33:42what you're doing. One of the best
- 33:43pieces of sales advice I ever got from a
- 33:45mentor of mine was the the one of the
- 33:48best things you can do to increase your
- 33:49closing rate and to become a great sales
- 33:51person salesperson is to just believe in
- 33:53what you're selling. If you believe in
- 33:54what you're selling, that's a good 80%
- 33:56of the job.
- 33:59The other 20% is making sure that you
- 34:00got the right person in front of you and
- 34:02that this can actually help them, that
- 34:03they're actually the right person for
- 34:05your solution, that your solution is
- 34:06actually right for them.
- 34:11So, so like you cannot get like do not
- 34:14do your don't waste your time and create
- 34:18marketing material or run ads or create
- 34:20content and
- 34:22come on here and like start talking like
- 34:26it's a burden like it's a chore. You
- 34:28won't get anywhere.
- 34:31People will start gravitating towards
- 34:33your stuff when you start speaking with
- 34:34conviction. Let it be an hour long.
- 34:38I was reading off of documents, my
- 34:40friend.
- 34:42Notion documents,
- 34:44Gamma documents, Google documents. I was
- 34:46just reading off of documents. The most
- 34:48boring stuff in the world, but I had I
- 34:51believed in it. And I hope you
- 34:53understand that very subtle difference.
- 34:54I don't come on here and be
- 34:55performative.
- 34:59I I don't do the whole in this video,
- 35:01we're going to talk about X, Y, and Z.
- 35:03Hit the like button. Smash that
- 35:04subscribe button.
- 35:06We're doing a giveaway. I don't do that
- 35:09stuff. Nor nor do you have to.
- 35:16Just be natural.
- 35:19And the easiest way to develop
- 35:21conviction is only to speak on things
- 35:22that you actually believe in.
- 35:26So now this should give you some clarity
- 35:28as to if you're in the right market or
- 35:29not, or if you're in the right niche or
- 35:30not.
- 35:33And so sometimes my advice to folks
- 35:34sometimes, you know, folks will pay me
- 35:36for advice for, you know, for my my my
- 35:40my work
- 35:42and helping them grow their business.
- 35:44And I'll just be like, you should
- 35:46probably stop this business and start a
- 35:48new one. You should probably go stop
- 35:49this and go do something else. Like I'll
- 35:51help you with this, but that's my my
- 35:53real advice. If you want the real
- 35:55advice, it would be you should probably
- 35:56start from scratch. be you can hit 50k a
- 35:59month
- 36:00but like you're going to have to start
- 36:02from scratch because you don't actually
- 36:03believe in what you're doing and it's a
- 36:05burden and it's a chore and your clients
- 36:07can sense it. This is why you're not
- 36:08motivated to do all the other stuff.
- 36:11That's how those discussions tend to
- 36:13play out. And this is also why like I'm
- 36:14not saying anything I haven't done
- 36:16myself. I was like, I have shut down
- 36:17businesses that were making six figures,
- 36:22a health and wellness coaching business
- 36:23for example,
- 36:25because my heart just wasn't in it.
- 36:30And Myer Golden was like, you got to,
- 36:31you know, you got to actually care
- 36:34enough about your clients and about the
- 36:35work that you're doing to actually take
- 36:37it to the next level. He's like, "Okay,
- 36:38you want to get, you know, if you want
- 36:40to take it to the next level and get to
- 36:42seven figures, you got to, you know, I
- 36:44mean,
- 36:47that's the stuff you got to think
- 36:48about." And so, what did I do? I shut
- 36:50the business down.
- 36:53So, that's how to cut through
- 36:56and that that conviction is is so
- 36:59important. And then there's also the
- 37:00idea of like, so I talked about
- 37:02contrast, contrast, operating in
- 37:05contrast to what other folks are doing.
- 37:07One of the reasons why you want to so
- 37:09there's two reasons why you want to look
- 37:10at what whether what other people are
- 37:12doing if if that like right now I don't
- 37:14look at anybody else in my niche. I
- 37:16don't look at any of their YouTube
- 37:17videos.
- 37:18Actually have my YouTube feed blocked on
- 37:20my laptop at least.
- 37:24But like if I see someone in my niche,
- 37:25you know, pop up on my YouTube feed if
- 37:28I'm on mobile, I'll just press not
- 37:29interested only because I don't want to
- 37:32be influenced.
- 37:33In the research phase, I I look at what
- 37:36folks are doing so I can understand, you
- 37:38know, titles and formats and stuff like
- 37:39that. Not so much now because I have a
- 37:41feel for it. But there's only a couple
- 37:43reasons why you want to look at what
- 37:44other people are doing. Number one, so
- 37:47that you can ride waves. And if you want
- 37:49to, you know, grow quickly, riding waves
- 37:51is easy is a it's actually a great
- 37:53strategy. Take what's already working in
- 37:55your niche and then adapt adapt that.
- 38:00The second reason is so that you can
- 38:01understand what not to do or you can
- 38:02just look at what they're doing and then
- 38:04do the total opposite. This also so that
- 38:07contrast that idea of contrast also
- 38:09applies to your point of view as well.
- 38:12It helps a lot to have very conflicting
- 38:15or contrasting even controversial points
- 38:17of view. Now I'm not saying do anything
- 38:20stupid. Don't say anything you will
- 38:22regret. Say the things that you believe
- 38:24in
- 38:26and then
- 38:28don't be afraid to like say the weird
- 38:30thing. The weird thing or the weird
- 38:32points of views are probably the things
- 38:34that are going to take you to the next
- 38:36level and like spark that attention.
- 38:42Now let me make something very clear.
- 38:46Using myself as a case study, I'm
- 38:48talking about starting from complete
- 38:50scratch. Like not now obviously I got a
- 38:53couple thousand subscribers but I'm tell
- 38:54like in the instances where I applied
- 38:56this stuff I was starting from scratch
- 38:58every single time. So my AI education
- 39:00business I had never made a dollar on
- 39:01the internet prior to this. I found out
- 39:03everything I'm sharing with you by
- 39:04accident. So that was 2023. Late in 2023
- 39:09um early 2024 but really late 2023 my
- 39:12health and wellness coaching business
- 39:14started from complete scratch. Remember
- 39:16completely different vertical
- 39:18AI marketing agency from complete
- 39:21scratch brand new YouTube channel
- 39:22completely different vertical complete
- 39:25everything different no carryover
- 39:28right so
- 39:31a lot of times I say that's important
- 39:33for me to share and I'm you know forgot
- 39:35to mention this at the start of the
- 39:36video but I'm sure I communicated
- 39:38communicated it at least I hope I did
- 39:39but that's important for me to interject
- 39:42with because a lot of times people say
- 39:44things on YouTube and then like Hey, how
- 39:45I speedran my business to like 100K a
- 39:48month in 90 days, but like they have
- 39:51they already had 10 or 20 or 30,000
- 39:53subscribers. You know what I mean? It's
- 39:54not it's not totally fair to the common
- 39:57person. So, so want to let you know
- 39:59you're in you're you're in good hands
- 40:01here. So, again, the the the the reason
- 40:04one of the main reasons why this is
- 40:05important is because for 99% of you, for
- 40:09you specifically, you your only real
- 40:11strategic advantage over the long term.
- 40:13So in other words, if you want to exist
- 40:16in 3 years, if you want to have a
- 40:18business in 6 to 12 months, if you want
- 40:21to become the hottest entrepreneur in
- 40:22your niche in 90 days, the only real
- 40:24strategic advantage and thing that you
- 40:26have to stand on is an is your personal
- 40:29brand.
- 40:31It's an irreplaceable personal personal
- 40:33brand. Now, this goes beyond a personal
- 40:34brand, but I'm just saying this the
- 40:35personal brand is at the cornerstone of
- 40:37all this.
- 40:40Now your focus in all this should be to
- 40:42create more trust than anyone else. Now
- 40:44the fastest way to build authority is to
- 40:46talk about something in depth a lot of
- 40:48times.
- 40:50I hope that like just demystifies
- 40:53everything. If I wanted to become the
- 40:55auto entrepreneur in my niche, if I
- 40:57wanted to like start uh what's it
- 41:00called? Like a a bakery where I sell
- 41:02cupcakes and cakes, you know, custom
- 41:05cakes and cupcake whatever it is. if I
- 41:07or a burger shop, like if I wanted to
- 41:09become the hottest entrepreneur in my
- 41:11niche.
- 41:14By the way, I'm using that as an
- 41:15example, but I would almost always start
- 41:17an online business because of how well
- 41:19it scales and the whole thing. Not to
- 41:21say I might not buy like an existing,
- 41:23you know, brick and mortar business, but
- 41:25I'm just saying if I had to start from
- 41:26scratch, right? But point being, this
- 41:27applies to any anything. So, if I was
- 41:30going to start from scratch, I would
- 41:32talk about whatever I'm doing. A lot of
- 41:34times I love seeing content of like car
- 41:38detailers wearing the meta glasses and
- 41:40they're documenting what they're doing.
- 41:42I love that. I love seeing
- 41:46like just people, you know, paving
- 41:48driveways and and making content about
- 41:50it or like barbers making I love that
- 41:52stuff
- 41:55because it's it's this it's this stuff.
- 41:57I'm like, "Oh, okay. That that person
- 41:59gets it." I love people documenting like
- 42:00their Pokemon card collection in
- 42:02business because they get it. If you
- 42:04want to build more authority than anyone
- 42:06else, you talk about something
- 42:11at a deeper level than anybody else more
- 42:14consistently or more frequently than
- 42:15anybody else and then let that exist
- 42:18over a long period of time. And of
- 42:19course, like social proof and results
- 42:21matter, but those aren't the thing you
- 42:23need to start with or else you would
- 42:24never like you wouldn't get here. That
- 42:26goes back to the music the the music era
- 42:29of my life. If I was waiting to have all
- 42:32the results in the world, I would have
- 42:33never put myself out there. And that's
- 42:35what happens in business. And this is
- 42:37also why it's so easy to win.
- 42:40Is
- 42:42the people who win didn't have to wait
- 42:44for themselves to become successful
- 42:46before they started promoting
- 42:47themselves. The good thing for you is
- 42:50that most of your competition still
- 42:51thinks this way. Now, I want you I want
- 42:52to let you know something or like remind
- 42:54you of something that may not be so
- 42:56obvious.
- 43:00In the process of doing all of this,
- 43:01you're going to attract a lot of
- 43:04a lot of attention, both
- 43:08positive and negative. Don't take any of
- 43:10this personally. Don't take the
- 43:11positives personally. Don't like because
- 43:13you don't want to become externally
- 43:15focused. You don't want to rely on the
- 43:16hype. You're going to get one of those
- 43:17moments where you get a lot of views.
- 43:19It's going to happen.
- 43:21And then if you are if you are not
- 43:24grounded, you're going to be trying to
- 43:26repeat. You're going to you're going to
- 43:28like build start to build your
- 43:30self-esteem around that viral moment.
- 43:32And then you won't allow yourself to be
- 43:34creative and experiment and like do all
- 43:36the things that allowed you to create
- 43:38that viral moment in the first place.
- 43:40Don't chase. Those viral moments find
- 43:43you and they chase you.
- 43:49So when I'm focused on really cutting
- 43:52through, I'm focused on
- 43:54pumping out a significant volume of
- 43:56content until I find the thing that
- 43:58works. And then I can dial down the
- 44:00frequency. Although I'd probably double
- 44:01down, but at that point I can dial down
- 44:03the frequency and just focus on serving,
- 44:07focus on solving problems and getting
- 44:09ahead.
- 44:13And one of the reasons why we post
- 44:15content is so that we can find a good
- 44:16format that the market likes. And you'll
- 44:18know because you'll get a high amount of
- 44:19engagement on it. And then you repeat
- 44:22that content. So it feels like people
- 44:24are when they click on your YouTube
- 44:26channel, for example. I focus on
- 44:27YouTube, but this can apply to Tik Tok.
- 44:29When they click on your profile, they
- 44:32can it it feels like a season of a TV
- 44:35show because all the like all the videos
- 44:36are in a similar familiar format.
- 44:41like you like I see a lot of
- 44:43entrepreneurs have resistance to
- 44:44creating the same videos over and over
- 44:46again not realizing that number one most
- 44:47of your audience never sees your video
- 44:50and number two what's boring to you
- 44:52isn't necessarily boring to the audience
- 44:54actually brings a sense of familiarity
- 44:56it's like when you're watching a season
- 44:57of I don't know pick a show Disney's
- 45:00Recess or something
- 45:03like there's there's a reason why my
- 45:05background's always the same and I'm
- 45:06typically wearing a black shirt either
- 45:08some like a black cashmere wear a
- 45:10sweater like this or a black t-shirt.
- 45:12Familiarity.
- 45:14And so you can binge and binge and
- 45:17binge. You want to create bingeable
- 45:19content. How you create bingeable
- 45:20content is you experiment with a lot of
- 45:22different content at first. You find a
- 45:25winning format and then you just feed
- 45:28into that
- 45:29make similar similar content to that.
- 45:36Let's see. Let's see if there's then.
- 45:38So, so in the process of doing this and
- 45:41one thing I I want to communicate to you
- 45:43is that it's okay to like have
- 45:47really raw content.
- 45:50There's a reason. So, one of the reasons
- 45:51why I purposely don't edit my content.
- 45:54Like I might, you know, I might make a
- 45:56little cut if like I get interrupted or
- 45:58something like that, but other than
- 45:59that, I don't touch the editing. The
- 46:00reason why is so that it you can see me
- 46:02make mistakes in real time and like look
- 46:05over here and and think about what I
- 46:06want to say and then return back here.
- 46:08It create it allows for authenticity.
- 46:11You don't want to cut out those parts of
- 46:12you. Those are the things that make
- 46:14people trust you and buy into you.
- 46:19Be open to making mistakes and not
- 46:20looking perfect on camera. This is why I
- 46:22don't have a video editor. I had a video
- 46:25editor for like
- 46:27I don't know like five days and then I
- 46:31and then I changed my mind.
- 46:35I
- 46:37think that there's something really
- 46:40special about watching someone's comeup
- 46:43story. And what I tried to do when I was
- 46:46documenting the work with my agency was
- 46:48create a come-up story. That's why I was
- 46:50documenting what I was doing every
- 46:51single day. Day 1, day 2, day three, day
- 46:54four, day five. These are just videos.
- 46:55They're still there on my on my channel.
- 46:58and people buy into you not because
- 47:00you're the finished result or because
- 47:01you're Elon Musk but because
- 47:05of the energy you're putting out of your
- 47:07conviction again right I was taking
- 47:10people through my results in real time
- 47:11and you know they I went from like case
- 47:14studies and producing my own internal
- 47:16case studies to you know documenting
- 47:18client results and client calls and
- 47:19people like oh okay and then it starts
- 47:21to snowball
- 47:24and trust trust and believe a lot can
- 47:26happen in 90 days.
- 47:30A lot can happen in 90 days.
- 47:34My Myin Myron was like Myron Golden was
- 47:36like
- 47:41he was like every
- 47:44piece of content that he puts out is
- 47:47good enough that he can sell. Like he
- 47:50doesn't upload a piece of content unless
- 47:51it's good enough that he can sell it. he
- 47:54can sell it as like a standalone course
- 47:56or a standalone something master class.
- 48:00And one of those one of the things that
- 48:03allows content to pop or like a brand or
- 48:07a spokesperson to really cut through the
- 48:09noise is they make people feel something
- 48:12cuz Myin or myself like we could easily
- 48:15just go say the tactics. If you look at
- 48:17a lot of my old videos, and I might, you
- 48:19know, sometimes I return back to this,
- 48:20but in a lot of my old videos, it's a
- 48:22document with a lot of howto. So, first
- 48:25you click this button, then you click
- 48:26this button, then you go here, then you
- 48:27click this, then you do this, then you
- 48:28send this email, then you type this
- 48:30copy.
- 48:32It doesn't teach you anything about
- 48:33business really. Just shows you how to
- 48:35click buttons. That's fine.
- 48:39But one of the reasons why it worked was
- 48:41because it made people feel something.
- 48:43And why I made people feel something was
- 48:44because I spoke with conviction.
- 48:47See how that all ties together? I felt
- 48:50something about the things I was talking
- 48:52about. I felt passionate about the
- 48:54things I was talking about. I felt like
- 48:55what I was talking about was incredibly
- 48:57important and that you have to hear it.
- 49:00Like you have to understand it. Even if
- 49:02the average viewer duration on those
- 49:04videos was maybe like two or three
- 49:05minutes. For the people that stayed,
- 49:08those are the people who become clients.
- 49:10You might get 200, 150 people watching
- 49:12your video. Most of them only watch the
- 49:15first 30 seconds.
- 49:17There may be one or two or three people
- 49:18that stay and watch the full video.
- 49:20Those are the people that are going to
- 49:21buy from you.
- 49:24So now when you're selling a 5K plus
- 49:25product, you can see how that starts to
- 49:27add up pretty quickly and you start to
- 49:29make significant amounts of revenue with
- 49:31like a 100red views on a video.
- 49:36And in the case where you have 100 plus
- 49:38views a video,
- 49:40I don't want to get too far away from
- 49:42the subject, but in the case where you
- 49:43have 100 plus views per video and like
- 49:44you're not getting any sort of clients,
- 49:47there's probably some misalignment
- 49:48between what you're offering and what
- 49:50you're talking about and you're probably
- 49:51trying to force things instead of go
- 49:53with like
- 49:55where the market is respon what the
- 49:57market is responding to and create
- 49:58something around that.
- 50:03Let's see.
- 50:11Now, there's a lot of other things I
- 50:13could talk about, but I think
- 50:16this is where business is headed, right?
- 50:19So, I think it would be very smart of
- 50:25you to start looking at your business as
- 50:28a media company.
- 50:31Depends on how far you you are into your
- 50:33business. If you're like doing north of
- 50:3550 50 grand a month, 100 grand a month,
- 50:40I would say start a media leg of your
- 50:42company.
- 50:44But if you're doing anything less than
- 50:46that,
- 50:48you have no like most of your time,
- 50:50especially as a founder, should be spent
- 50:54on creating media
- 50:56and a lot of it, like way more than you
- 50:59think. You should start thinking about
- 51:01your company as a media company.
- 51:04to the point where it feels like that's
- 51:05like the the majority of what you're
- 51:07doing
- 51:10and share it like [laughter]
- 51:13promote your promote yourself, right?
- 51:17So,
- 51:19that's what we're doing. I said this in
- 51:22another video, but I actually actually
- 51:24made a phone call to one of my employees
- 51:28a couple months back and I was just
- 51:29like, "Yeah, like we should we should
- 51:33We should think it was like this Eureka
- 51:34moment. I was in the back of a
- 51:38of a Suburban
- 51:40riding through Toronto downtown. I had
- 51:43this Eureka moment.
- 51:46And so I call one of my employees and
- 51:47I'm like, I think we got to start
- 51:49thinking about our company, not as a
- 51:51consulting company or a marketing
- 51:54education company or an agency, but as a
- 51:57media company.
- 52:02And I just think that's how you win,
- 52:05honestly. Like look at Vayner Veayner
- 52:07Media, Gary Gary Ve's agency. What does
- 52:10Gary Vee do all day? He makes content.
- 52:13The dude's worth a few hundred million.
- 52:15Look at Patrick Bet David.
- 52:19Sold PHP agency for I don't know couple
- 52:22hundred million bucks. I don't know what
- 52:24his stake was.
- 52:27He's bit he's he's working on value
- 52:29tamement now. See see how that works.
- 52:31And he does like private consulting.
- 52:34I'm pretty sure.
- 52:37And so in the last um last month
- 52:42at the time I'm recording this video. I
- 52:43don't know when I'm going to put this
- 52:44video out, but in the last month I've
- 52:46gone from
- 52:48doing private client work. So now we're
- 52:51getting sponsors reaching out
- 52:55and like software reviews getting, you
- 52:57know, getting getting offers to do
- 53:00software reviews and sponsors and brand
- 53:02deals. Ads, you know, ad revenue has
- 53:05skyrocketed from YouTube AdSense because
- 53:08they're getting more in views.
- 53:12Affiliate revenue goes up. You see what
- 53:13I mean? Like the the revenue streams
- 53:17multiply and then they also individually
- 53:19increase.
- 53:21because of this intention to become the
- 53:24hottest entrepreneur in
- 53:27my niche and in my space.
- 53:30Even better is if if you end up creating
- 53:32a niche of your own and that's that's
- 53:33that's
- 53:36a a beautiful technique which I totally
- 53:39forgot to mention but I'm glad I thought
- 53:41of it. So expert secrets is a book by
- 53:43Russell Brunson. This is one of the best
- 53:46business
- 53:48strategies ever is to become category
- 53:52king by creating a category of your own.
- 53:55So Russell Brunson invented I don't know
- 53:58if he invented but like he became the
- 54:00category king of funnels versus you know
- 54:02prior to that it was like website
- 54:04builders and then
- 54:06all this other stuff he combined
- 54:08everything into one and he named it
- 54:09funnels and then with that he used that
- 54:13to market Clickfunnels.
- 54:16You want to think about how you can
- 54:19become category king and the easiest way
- 54:21to become category king is by creating a
- 54:23category of your own. And so when I was
- 54:24scaling Vince to scale, I was just like,
- 54:25you know what, screw lead generation.
- 54:28I'm going to call this deal generation
- 54:29and focus on the deal flow, the
- 54:32pipeline, and the deal flow.
- 54:35AI deal generation. Boom. Immediately
- 54:39became the biggest, hottest entrepreneur
- 54:40in my niche because I was the category
- 54:42king. I literally made the category. See
- 54:45how that works?
- 54:48So, I'm always I'm always I'm always
- 54:49thinking about that. I'm always thinking
- 54:51about how I can how I can do something
- 54:53that literally operates in a silo
- 54:57in a category of its own. I'm always
- 54:59think like every single day I'm thinking
- 55:01about that. Not not consciously every
- 55:04single day, but you get what I mean. It
- 55:06drives all of my actions,
- 55:09especially on the media side.
- 55:14And so that's something that you may
- 55:15want to think about. And I was doing
- 55:17this early too, right? Like again, I
- 55:19didn't have a following. I was getting
- 55:20maybe eight views a video, 10, 20 views
- 55:22a video when I was talking about deal
- 55:25generation.
- 55:29So, think about
- 55:35like think consider looking at what
- 55:38you're doing from that lens of like,
- 55:39okay, we're building a media company.
- 55:41You might have an agency. You might have
- 55:42an education business. You might have a
- 55:44lifestyle business. But just think about
- 55:46it from a media side, a media company
- 55:49point of view. Because when you do,
- 55:50you'll start thinking about PR and all
- 55:53the things that will allow you to build
- 55:54trust and attract more clients. And then
- 55:56you'll also just literally get more
- 55:57clients because you're more focused on
- 55:59creating good media and the branding and
- 56:01your image and your appearance. All
- 56:03these things matter and compound.
- 56:10Another great tactic
- 56:15is and this is more of this is more of a
- 56:16tactic this this comes from copywriting.
- 56:18So there's these so the fundamentals of
- 56:21copywriting.
- 56:23One of the fundamentals of
- 56:24copyrightiting is to communicate the
- 56:26fact that this thing that you're selling
- 56:28or offering or presenting or even even
- 56:31if it's you and your brand that you can
- 56:33you are doing something new or novel
- 56:36easy or something anyone can do safe or
- 56:39predictable and then big or fast big
- 56:44slashfast right so I got that if you
- 56:47want to know where I got that I got that
- 56:49from a book called take their money by
- 56:51Kyle Milligan
- 56:53probably the best copywriting book that
- 56:55I've come across. Maybe really good at
- 56:58copyrightiting. So like a little PDF.
- 57:04And so the reason why I bring that up is
- 57:06because
- 57:09when you see these viral videos on
- 57:11YouTube, you want to understand why they
- 57:13became viral. There's the big idea. Yes,
- 57:15that's the most important thing. The big
- 57:16idea, like the general concept, right?
- 57:18But there's different ways to title that
- 57:19big idea,
- 57:21right? How to become the hottest
- 57:22entrepreneur in your niche in 90 days.
- 57:26How to become viral in 90 days. Like
- 57:28there's different ways to title, but the
- 57:30big idea is become notorious in in time
- 57:32frame, in short time frame, right?
- 57:34That's the big idea.
- 57:37Now, if you look at people's thumbnails,
- 57:39if you look at like my old thumbnails,
- 57:41one of the things that I was doing was
- 57:42trying to like I was trying to showcase
- 57:45a big result or a faster result. Like I
- 57:47was trying to comm, you know, introduce
- 57:49those copyrightiting elements. I'm not
- 57:50saying go learn copyrighting. I'm just
- 57:52saying big result. Anytime you can
- 57:55introduce the idea of like a big result
- 57:57and or even even better in a fast a big
- 58:00result in a fast time frame or something
- 58:03predictable like step by step clockwork
- 58:05works like clockwork. Like anytime you
- 58:06can introduce especially a big result
- 58:11into what it is that you're doing.
- 58:15That stuff helps you cut through.
- 58:17So, how to become the hottest
- 58:19entrepreneur in your niche,
- 58:22right? Great. That's that's a big
- 58:24result. Now, even better than that is a
- 58:26big result fast. How to become the
- 58:27hottest entrepreneur in your niche in 90
- 58:29days. See? See how I did that? I had a I
- 58:32had a outlier video that was like how to
- 58:36if I had to
- 58:38how I would scale to 50K a month in 90
- 58:40days.
- 58:42how I would guarantee that I scale to
- 58:4450k a month in 90 days guaranteed if I
- 58:47had to start over again. It was
- 58:49something like that, right? Like how how
- 58:50I would do it and how I would guarantee
- 58:52I hit it
- 58:5650k a month a big result. You know what
- 58:58I mean? Um,
- 59:02so when I was when I was when I was
- 59:04putting out my thumbnails with my
- 59:06agency,
- 59:07I tried like the takeaway for you here
- 59:09is try and find the biggest result that
- 59:11you can you can possibly find or like
- 59:13the biggest number you can find in
- 59:15whatever it is that you're doing and
- 59:17then promote use that to promote
- 59:18everything else. So, for example, if I
- 59:20had no clients,
- 59:25whatever the niche is, but like I was
- 59:27getting maybe some Tik Tok views, I
- 59:30would look at like the biggest way to
- 59:31frame that. So, maybe I'm getting a
- 59:33hundred views per video, but like over
- 59:36the course of 10 videos, I had
- 59:38accumulated,
- 59:39you know, a thousand views or something
- 59:41like that. I'd be talking about how to
- 59:43get your first thousand views or how I
- 59:45got a or even better how like how can I
- 59:48get how to get a thousand people to
- 59:50watch you,
- 59:52you know, as a plumber or something or
- 59:54like as a coach or something like that.
- 59:55How to get a your first thousand clients
- 59:58to watch you. Like I'd be trying to find
- 1:00:00the biggest way to frame it the way that
- 1:00:02it sounds the biggest. That's marketing
- 1:00:05101. That's copyrightiting 101. I hope
- 1:00:07that makes sense.
- 1:00:12So a lot of like this is why you would
- 1:00:14see me do a lot of like oh here's here's
- 1:00:16how I got this much in deal flow and
- 1:00:18pipeline it sounds big because it is big
- 1:00:20but also how's what's the biggest way
- 1:00:22that you can frame what you're doing
- 1:00:24this is how you want to start thinking
- 1:00:26as a marketer because number one no one
- 1:00:28if you don't do this no one else is
- 1:00:29going to do it for you and then number
- 1:00:32two this is what all of your competition
- 1:00:33is doing like this is the standard of
- 1:00:35good marketing
- 1:00:37right is understanding how to frame
- 1:00:39things in your favor.
- 1:00:42Cool. Because this like stuff just isn't
- 1:00:45going to market itself. I hope I hope
- 1:00:46that makes sense.
- 1:00:48See if there's anything else that we
- 1:00:49should cover.
- 1:00:51I think if you maybe got to watch this
- 1:00:54again, but I think if you just digest
- 1:00:56this, you'll naturally understand how to
- 1:00:57think because business is a sport, my
- 1:01:00friend, and people don't like you're
- 1:01:01going like part part of what you're
- 1:01:03doing is finding the holes and the gaps,
- 1:01:06right? and seeing like where to throw
- 1:01:08your jabs
- 1:01:11and understanding how to become a good
- 1:01:13marketer. And a good marketer is able to
- 1:01:14survey the landscape and seeing what
- 1:01:16nobody else is talking about and then
- 1:01:17fra taking this and framing it in this
- 1:01:18way and then becoming a category king
- 1:01:20and then speaking about something longer
- 1:01:22and more in depth. Those are just that's
- 1:01:25how you do
- 1:01:27right. But if I like the the short and
- 1:01:29sweet answer of how I'd do this in 90
- 1:01:32days if I were you is I would just
- 1:01:34because sometimes you can't see all this
- 1:01:35stuff. How you see all this stuff and
- 1:01:37how you get gather perspective is by
- 1:01:39gathering information. How you gather
- 1:01:41information is by putting out a plethora
- 1:01:43of content, a lot of content so that you
- 1:01:46can become better at it in the process,
- 1:01:48but also you get a lot of information
- 1:01:49about what the market cares about and
- 1:01:51doesn't care about. Because you might
- 1:01:52care about something, but the market
- 1:01:53just doesn't respond.
- 1:01:56You think you are making a good video
- 1:01:59or you think you have a good offer, you
- 1:02:00put it out into the market and nobody
- 1:02:02bites. I've had that happen. I can't
- 1:02:03tell you how many times. It's been a
- 1:02:05lot.
- 1:02:08You read $100 million offers, you're
- 1:02:09like, "Okay, got a $100 million offer.
- 1:02:11You put out into the market, nobody
- 1:02:13cares."
- 1:02:17And so now that you just you just start
- 1:02:19to understand that like the the best
- 1:02:21thing to do if you want to start from
- 1:02:22scratch or even take a business from
- 1:02:24wherever you're at and double it is to
- 1:02:26just get out into the market as quickly
- 1:02:28as possible and get market feedback as
- 1:02:30quickly as possible.
- 1:02:32Like if I didn't have an offer, I
- 1:02:33wouldn't like I wouldn't be trying to
- 1:02:35think of an offer. I would just be
- 1:02:37speaking about a lot of stuff until one
- 1:02:39of those things hit and then I
- 1:02:40understand what I do that tells me what
- 1:02:42I do well and what the market cares
- 1:02:43about. And I would do that, right? And
- 1:02:46if I I I would try and in that process,
- 1:02:48I would try and become the category
- 1:02:50king. I don't know what the new category
- 1:02:52is that I'm going to invent yet. I
- 1:02:54figure that out naturally. It's almost
- 1:02:56like these one of you one of these
- 1:02:57Eureka moments by natural
- 1:02:59experimentation of titles and all these
- 1:03:02ideas that I end up in the right place.
- 1:03:03I get to that point of experimentation
- 1:03:04because I've tried a lot of other
- 1:03:06things. I've tried a lot of other things
- 1:03:08because I've put out a lot of content,
- 1:03:12right? And typically like your your
- 1:03:15category is going to be at the
- 1:03:18intersection of something like at the
- 1:03:19intersection of let's just say business
- 1:03:21and personal development at the
- 1:03:23intersection of AI and cold email right
- 1:03:26at the intersection of this and that.
- 1:03:29That's typically where you find yourself
- 1:03:31naturally and and
- 1:03:34thinking about this stuff will cause
- 1:03:35your brain to naturally find these these
- 1:03:37areas. But like it's not something that
- 1:03:38I I think you should sit down for 6
- 1:03:40hours and try and strategize cuz it's
- 1:03:42not how you're going to find it. It's
- 1:03:44actually going to run away from you.
- 1:03:45Don't chase it. Just focus on putting
- 1:03:48out a lot of content and you will gather
- 1:03:50you will get the clarity you want along
- 1:03:51the way.
- 1:03:53I hope that helps. That's how you do it.
- 1:03:55That's how you become the hottest
- 1:03:56entrepreneur in your niche in 90 days.
- 1:03:59It's quite simple. It's just no one else
- 1:04:01in in your niche is going to do it. So
- 1:04:02it's all free game. It's a it's a
- 1:04:08Like if if you if you want it, it's
- 1:04:10yours, right? It's open season. Anyway,
- 1:04:13hope that helps. See you in the next
- 1:04:14video. I'm out. Peace.
