  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to be handing
  2. 0:01you the new method to beat the 2026
  3. 0:03YouTube algorithm with Claude Aai. And
  4. 0:05this is the same method behind community
  5. 0:07members pulling $185,000
  6. 0:10in a single month and brand new channels
  7. 0:12blowing up from zero to making a
  8. 0:13full-time income in less than a month
  9. 0:15under the new rules. And this is coming
  10. 0:16from someone who's made over $10 million
  11. 0:18personally from YouTube and I have over
  12. 0:201.5 million subscribers. And it's
  13. 0:22someone who's watched this algorithm
  14. 0:24shift happen from the inside in my own
  15. 0:26analytics and on my own channels, not
  16. 0:28from guessing. And here's the promise.
  17. 0:30By the end of this video, you will know
  18. 0:31exactly why pick a niche and grind is
  19. 0:33dead. And you're going to know what
  20. 0:35YouTube is actually rewarding right now.
  21. 0:37Plus, you're going to know the simple
  22. 0:38four-step system for building a channel
  23. 0:39that the algorithm literally can't kill.
  24. 0:42A channel that essentially forces the
  25. 0:44algorithm to show your videos. So, I'm
  26. 0:46going to walk you through real channels
  27. 0:47at every level, from total beginners to
  28. 0:49a creator who turned his channel into a
  29. 0:51$37 million payday, plus the exact cloud
  30. 0:54prompts that do the heavy lifting for
  31. 0:56you. Now, quick warning. This space is
  32. 0:58drowning in AI slop. Recycled garbage
  33. 1:00from people with zero results who never
  34. 1:02started a successful YouTube channel
  35. 1:04except for the channel where they're
  36. 1:05teaching other people how to be
  37. 1:07successful at YouTube. But I started a
  38. 1:08successful YouTube channel and business
  39. 1:10based off of YouTube that got to
  40. 1:12multiple seven figures a year before I
  41. 1:14ever taught a single person a single
  42. 1:16thing about YouTube. And I actually give
  43. 1:18a whether you win. So every single claim
  44. 1:20in this video comes with a real name and
  45. 1:22a real number, right? So I'm bringing
  46. 1:24the receipts. So, if you appreciate me
  47. 1:25making this type of content, then let me
  48. 1:27know by gently cheersing that like
  49. 1:29button and let's jump into it right now.
  50. 1:31Okay, let me show you something from my
  51. 1:33own analytics first, right? My main
  52. 1:35channel makes about $400 for every 1,000
  53. 1:38views that it gets. And this is from all
  54. 1:40income streams. Now, just from AdSense
  55. 1:42alone, last year the channel did about
  56. 1:45$477,000.
  57. 1:46And under the new algorithm, it's
  58. 1:48growing faster, not slower. Now, compare
  59. 1:50that to creators crying that the
  60. 1:52algorithm killed their channels. Same
  61. 1:54platform, same algorithm, completely
  62. 1:56different results. So, what actually
  63. 1:58changed? Well, for years, YouTube was
  64. 2:00rigid. You picked a box, the algorithm
  65. 2:02put you in that box, and if you ever
  66. 2:04stepped outside of it, your views fell
  67. 2:05off of a cliff. That is over. The
  68. 2:07algorithm stopped asking, did people
  69. 2:09watch this? And they started asking,
  70. 2:10were people satisfied by this? For
  71. 2:13instance, did the video actually solve
  72. 2:15the thing that the viewer came to solve?
  73. 2:16That's the metric now. And that one
  74. 2:18shift changed everything about which
  75. 2:20channels went. See, I'm not the most
  76. 2:22charismatic person in the world, but
  77. 2:23what I always make sure to do is to
  78. 2:25deliver highquality information on this
  79. 2:27channel. And so, there might be other
  80. 2:28people that beat me in the short term
  81. 2:30because they're really good at
  82. 2:31marketing, they have a lot of flash, but
  83. 2:33in the long run, I know that my channel
  84. 2:35is going to win because I'm actually
  85. 2:36satisfying the viewer, right? I'm
  86. 2:38delivering highquality information
  87. 2:40because two things are suddenly true at
  88. 2:42the same time. Hyperspecific niche
  89. 2:43channels are working better than ever
  90. 2:45because they satisfy a very specific
  91. 2:47viewer very hard. And channels can pivot
  92. 2:50into new topics more easily than ever
  93. 2:52because the algorithm now follows viewer
  94. 2:55satisfaction wherever it goes instead of
  95. 2:57punishing you for leaving the box. So,
  96. 2:59it's much less rigid and much more
  97. 3:00human. And Claude is going to be able to
  98. 3:02help with this a lot. More on that here
  99. 3:03in a moment. Which is why the algorithm
  100. 3:05is killing small channels is complete
  101. 3:07bull because the algorithm has never
  102. 3:08been more willing to blow up a small
  103. 3:10channel that satisfies viewers. But what
  104. 3:12it's killing is unsatisfying content.
  105. 3:15And here's how I want you to think about
  106. 3:16the algorithm. It's an ecosystem, right?
  107. 3:19Because that's literally what it is. And
  108. 3:20the ecosystem just went through a
  109. 3:22climate shift. The food moved, the
  110. 3:24terrain changed, and the old survival
  111. 3:26strategy stopped working. And when that
  112. 3:28happens in nature, it's not the small
  113. 3:29animals that die. It's the ones that
  114. 3:32can't adapt. Which brings me to the real
  115. 3:34problem. The method that everyone taught
  116. 3:35you was built for the old ecosystem.
  117. 3:38Time out. Time out, guys. If you ever
  118. 3:39thought, "I should be on YouTube, but I
  119. 3:41never started because of the time or the
  120. 3:43editing or not knowing what to say or
  121. 3:45not knowing how to get started," AI just
  122. 3:48solved all of those problems for you
  123. 3:50because you can now make money from
  124. 3:52YouTube working less than 4 hours a
  125. 3:54week. 15 to 30 minutes a day is all you
  126. 3:56need. And this works even if you have a
  127. 3:57full-time job, you run a business,
  128. 3:59you're already doing YouTube and you
  129. 4:01failed at it, or you're doing YouTube
  130. 4:03and you're doing pretty well, but you're
  131. 4:04struggling with monetization, or you're
  132. 4:05just a normal person who isn't techy at
  133. 4:07all. Which is exactly why this week I'm
  134. 4:10hosting a live training on exactly how
  135. 4:12to start YouTube step by step for
  136. 4:14beginners. It is 100% free, no cash at
  137. 4:17all. And on top of that, I'm going to be
  138. 4:19handing out even more bonuses at the
  139. 4:21training. Now, just to give you one
  140. 4:22example, you'll be getting my niche
  141. 4:24validator pro that's powered by Claude
  142. 4:26and we have a chat GBT version as well.
  143. 4:28And this is a super valuable piece of
  144. 4:30software where you can finally figure
  145. 4:32out what the best niche for you is. Or
  146. 4:34if you already have a niche, it's going
  147. 4:35to help you make it 10 times better. So,
  148. 4:37do not sleep on this one. Go and grab
  149. 4:39your spot down in the description and
  150. 4:40the pin comment below because the only
  151. 4:42way to get it is by joining the
  152. 4:44training. So, if you wait, you might
  153. 4:46miss out. Now, with that said, at the
  154. 4:47workshop, you will get to meet me
  155. 4:49personally. I will be answering
  156. 4:50questions before, during, and after the
  157. 4:53workshop directly. So, I'm looking
  158. 4:54forward to seeing you there. So, go
  159. 4:56click that link in the description and
  160. 4:57the pinned comment below. It's happening
  161. 4:59this week, so get it on your calendar.
  162. 5:01And if for some reason you can't make it
  163. 5:02or you weren't able to be there, still
  164. 5:05go click that link in the description
  165. 5:06because it will automatically put you on
  166. 5:08a wait list to notify you when we'll be
  167. 5:10running our next live training and you
  168. 5:11will be the first one to hear about it.
  169. 5:13So, yeah, looking forward to seeing you
  170. 5:14there. And now, back to our regularly
  171. 5:16scheduled programming. So, let's start
  172. 5:17with the wild example of this that I
  173. 5:19know. The platform itself. YouTube did
  174. 5:21not start off as YouTube. It started off
  175. 5:22as a video dating site. And I'm not
  176. 5:24making this up. The original idea was
  177. 5:26that you'd upload a video about yourself
  178. 5:28and you'd use it to find a date. And it
  179. 5:30completely flopped. Now, the founders
  180. 5:31were directionally incorrect. They knew
  181. 5:33that video was going to be massive. So,
  182. 5:36they made a video product, but it wasn't
  183. 5:38quite the right one. But the founders
  184. 5:39noticed something. People were uploading
  185. 5:41videos of everything. their pets, their
  186. 5:43trips, random clips, and they were using
  187. 5:46YouTube to either broadcast themselves
  188. 5:47or in some cases as storage. So they
  189. 5:50pivoted and the slogan literally became
  190. 5:52broadcast yourself. And that pivot
  191. 5:54became the biggest video platform in
  192. 5:56human history. So the most valuable
  193. 5:57pivot ever made on YouTube was YouTube
  194. 6:00itself. Now, here's why that matters for
  195. 6:02you. The old method, the one that every
  196. 6:04guru taught for a decade, goes like
  197. 6:06this. You pick a niche, you stay in that
  198. 6:07niche forever, and you never leave. And
  199. 6:09in the old rigid ecosystem, that worked.
  200. 6:12the same way a highly specialized animal
  201. 6:14works. Think about a creature that's
  202. 6:16perfectly evolved for one environment,
  203. 6:18right? It dominates that little pocket
  204. 6:20of the world, but you move it to a
  205. 6:21different environment or you change the
  206. 6:22climate on it and it dies. It has no
  207. 6:25other moves, right? If you take a snake
  208. 6:27and you bring it to Antarctica, it's
  209. 6:29probably not going to survive. And
  210. 6:31that's a niche locked channel. It's
  211. 6:32perfectly adapted to one ecosystem with
  212. 6:35zero ability to survive a shift. And
  213. 6:37here's the brutal part. Most businesses
  214. 6:39die exactly this way. You open a gym,
  215. 6:42you get 99 out of a 100 things right,
  216. 6:44one thing goes wrong and it fails and
  217. 6:46unfortunately you can't pivot. You can't
  218. 6:48turn a gym into a dental office. And
  219. 6:50unfortunately, the lease or how much
  220. 6:52money invested in the business doesn't
  221. 6:53care how hard that you worked. YouTube,
  222. 6:55on the other hand, is the only business
  223. 6:57that I know where pivoting is basically
  224. 6:59free. But only only if you set up a
  225. 7:02channel the right way from the
  226. 7:04beginning. Set it up wrong and you've
  227. 7:05built the specialist animal. One
  228. 7:07algorithm update away from extinction.
  229. 7:09Set it up right and you've built
  230. 7:10something else entirely. So, a good
  231. 7:12example of where this is all going is
  232. 7:13Alex Herozi. Hormoszi started as the guy
  233. 7:17for one hyperspecific audience.
  234. 7:19Basically, he was teaching sales and
  235. 7:21marketing for gym owners and that was
  236. 7:22it. That was his whole niche. And look
  237. 7:24at his channel now. He talks about
  238. 7:26whatever he wants, business, money,
  239. 7:28hiring, mindset, content, his book
  240. 7:30launches, etc. Anything. How to work
  241. 7:32out, how to stay fit, anything, right?
  242. 7:34And it all works. But the point is he
  243. 7:35niched down first. He won that niche
  244. 7:38completely and then he transcended it.
  245. 7:40And he's even said it himself. Your
  246. 7:41follower number is literally irrelevant.
  247. 7:44What matters is who's watching and how
  248. 7:46much they trust you. And it's not just
  249. 7:48him. Love him or hate him, look at Elon
  250. 7:50Musk. The man runs like 17 different
  251. 7:52companies in 17 completely different
  252. 7:54industries, right? Okay, I think it's
  253. 7:55like seven, but you get the point. The
  254. 7:57point is he doesn't have a niche. He is
  255. 8:01the niche. And that's the new method.
  256. 8:03It's called the hybrid personal brand.
  257. 8:05And to start with the hybrid personal
  258. 8:06brand, you need to start with what's
  259. 8:08known as a niche 2.0. So you still niche
  260. 8:11down at first, right? That part hasn't
  261. 8:13changed. But you build the channel in
  262. 8:15such a way so that over time you rise
  263. 8:18above the niche until you're not a
  264. 8:20channel about X anymore. You're you and
  265. 8:23people show up for you. Now you remember
  266. 8:24the ecosystem. Some animals only survive
  267. 8:27in one environment. And then there's the
  268. 8:29crocodile. So crocodiles or
  269. 8:30crocodile-like animals have been around
  270. 8:32for something like 250 million years.
  271. 8:34They survived ice ages. They survived
  272. 8:37dinosaurs going extinct. The entire
  273. 8:39planet changed around them over and over
  274. 8:41again. And they just kept going. And
  275. 8:43that is not luck. That is a build that
  276. 8:45works almost everywhere. So here's the
  277. 8:47real question. Do you want to be the
  278. 8:49niche channel that dies the moment the
  279. 8:51algorithm updates? Or do you want to be
  280. 8:53the crocodile, the apex predator
  281. 8:56that stays around no matter what
  282. 8:58happens? And the build works in almost
  283. 9:00any ecosystem. Well, a hybrid personal
  284. 9:02brand does just that. It's good because
  285. 9:04it adapts to changing environments. For
  286. 9:07instance, it works with almost any
  287. 9:08monetization method. In fact, it usually
  288. 9:10runs several income streams at once.
  289. 9:13Because the truth is, just about every
  290. 9:14side hustle out there, every business
  291. 9:16out there, they all work, but what they
  292. 9:18need is traffic and distribution. And
  293. 9:20YouTube offers the highest level of
  294. 9:22traffic and distribution on the entire
  295. 9:24internet. The leads that you get from
  296. 9:26YouTube are going to be better than the
  297. 9:27leads you get from any other platform.
  298. 9:28And it's not even close. One of my sales
  299. 9:31guys right now is closing over 60% from
  300. 9:33the leads that he's getting from
  301. 9:34YouTube. And that's at a high volume. A
  302. 9:36hybrid personal brand works really well
  303. 9:37when the competition is high. And it
  304. 9:39works really well when the competition
  305. 9:40is low. It works when demand explodes or
  306. 9:42when demand dries up. And when the
  307. 9:44ecosystem shifts, it shifts with it.
  308. 9:47Right? If your niche gets too
  309. 9:48competitive, you can just switch to a
  310. 9:49new niche. You can expand your niche.
  311. 9:51You can niche down further. you can
  312. 9:53pivot to a completely different niche
  313. 9:54altogether. And one of the most
  314. 9:56important things and this is one of the
  315. 9:57biggest reasons that businesses die that
  316. 10:00nobody ever talks about is you are going
  317. 10:02to change because yes the marketing
  318. 10:04environment can change whatever you sell
  319. 10:06can change so your product can change
  320. 10:07your customers can change but also you
  321. 10:10can change as well. You are a growing
  322. 10:12breathing changing human being and you
  323. 10:15want to build a business that can grow
  324. 10:16and evolve and change with you and this
  325. 10:19is the only channel structure that can
  326. 10:20allow you to do that. So here are the
  327. 10:22four steps to build it. So step one is
  328. 10:24the niche hypothesis statement. Now if
  329. 10:26you want help choosing your niche or you
  330. 10:29already have a niche but you want to
  331. 10:30make it 10 times better, we have an AI
  332. 10:32called the niche validator AI and it has
  333. 10:34been trained on thousands of hours of us
  334. 10:36helping our community members pick their
  335. 10:38niches or dial their niches in. And we
  336. 10:40are giving away that niche AI at a free
  337. 10:42training that I'm doing this week. Click
  338. 10:44the link in the description, the pin
  339. 10:45comment below. Should be the first link
  340. 10:47there. And in this free training, we're
  341. 10:48going to be teaching you exactly how to
  342. 10:49grow your hybrid personal brand and grow
  343. 10:51a YouTube channel step by step. We're
  344. 10:53going to teach you how to do it in less
  345. 10:54than four hours a week. And we're going
  346. 10:55to be giving away this niche AI and it's
  347. 10:58all completely free. Do not miss out on
  348. 11:00it. Click that link in the description
  349. 11:01in the pin comment below. There are
  350. 11:02limited seats. Last time we did this, we
  351. 11:04completely ran out. So, make sure you
  352. 11:06click that link and check it while you
  353. 11:07still can. And if you're seeing this in
  354. 11:08the future, still click that link
  355. 11:10because it will automatically redirect
  356. 11:11you to whenever our next free live
  357. 11:13training is. So, a community member of
  358. 11:15mine, Isaiah, is a perfect example of
  359. 11:17this step done right. So, he came in as
  360. 11:19a beginner and he locked in on one
  361. 11:22crystal clear statement about exactly
  362. 11:24who he helps and what he helps them do.
  363. 11:26Right? He helps intermediate level
  364. 11:27singers get to a professional level of
  365. 11:29competence. And he did nearly $30,000 in
  366. 11:32a single month when he first started
  367. 11:34with us. Not because he's special, but
  368. 11:36because the target was clear. So, here's
  369. 11:38step one. You write a niche hypothesis
  370. 11:40statement. And it's one sentence. I help
  371. 11:42X do Y by Z or I help X overcome Y by Z.
  372. 11:45Now the byz part, the actual method that
  373. 11:48barely matters at all at this point. So
  374. 11:49don't obsess over it. In fact, a lot of
  375. 11:51companies don't even talk about their
  376. 11:52method, right? They just keep their
  377. 11:53method under the wraps because they want
  378. 11:55to keep it secret. But notice the word
  379. 11:56that I use though. It's a hypothesis.
  380. 11:59It's not a life sentence. You're not
  381. 12:01marrying this, right? It's not your
  382. 12:02brand identity carved into stone, right?
  383. 12:04A hypothesis is a starting point that
  384. 12:06you fully expect to update. And chances
  385. 12:09are this will not be your final niche.
  386. 12:11And that's not a failure. That is
  387. 12:13literally the system working. And this
  388. 12:14works in basically any niche, right?
  389. 12:16Community members of mine are running
  390. 12:18this exact play everywhere. For
  391. 12:19instance, Antoine built his channel
  392. 12:20helping black professionals advance
  393. 12:22their careers to over $100,000 a month.
  394. 12:24Alex went from an absolute standing
  395. 12:26start to $15,000 a month, helping people
  396. 12:29graduate from college faster. Bill helps
  397. 12:31accounting professionals level up to
  398. 12:33become financial controllers, which is a
  399. 12:35very high level accounting career where
  400. 12:37you can make multiple six figures a
  401. 12:38year. And he made it to 70,000 in a
  402. 12:40single month. R.J. helps retirees
  403. 12:42unretire into work that they actually
  404. 12:44love. And he made it to nearly $30,000
  405. 12:46in a single month just a few months
  406. 12:48after starting. And then there's Jud's
  407. 12:49channel. He got to over 500,000
  408. 12:51subscribers and he's crushing it. And it
  409. 12:52just keeps going, right? Financial
  410. 12:54controllers, retiree, realtors, nurses,
  411. 12:56doctors, etc. Different niches,
  412. 12:58different ages, but the same first step.
  413. 13:00And this is one of the places where the
  414. 13:01tool genuinely matters. Now, I use
  415. 13:03Claude for this because Claude is just
  416. 13:05way better for creative work. And we
  417. 13:07have a light version of the Claude
  418. 13:08skill, which again, you can click the
  419. 13:10link in the description, the pin comment
  420. 13:11below to check that out. It will be the
  421. 13:13third link down there. And then you can
  422. 13:14go ahead and copy and paste this prompt
  423. 13:16into Claude and just talk back and forth
  424. 13:18with it. So, here's how to start. Open
  425. 13:20Claude. The free plan is fine to start.
  426. 13:22Pro is $20 a month if you want more
  427. 13:23room. Paste the prompt on the screen and
  428. 13:25then give it 10 honest minutes about
  429. 13:27your skills, your experience, and who
  430. 13:28already comes to you for help in real
  431. 13:30life. And then pick the one hypothesis
  432. 13:32that you could talk about for a 100
  433. 13:34videos. Write it as a single sentence. I
  434. 13:36help X do Y or I help X overcome Y. And
  435. 13:38then at the top of your channel doc,
  436. 13:40that sentence is the filter for every
  437. 13:42video idea that you have this month.
  438. 13:44Now, if you're thinking, "Sure, but I'm
  439. 13:45not a natural at this stuff." Well, let
  440. 13:47me tell you about my brother. Zach is in
  441. 13:48his 50s. He has a bluecollar background.
  442. 13:50And I say this with love, he is not a
  443. 13:52techsavvy guy. And he ran this exact
  444. 13:55step, locked in a hypothesis around
  445. 13:57helping people pick the right skilled
  446. 13:58trade for them. And by day 29, his brand
  447. 14:01new channel went from zero to a
  448. 14:02full-time income. He made $214 in
  449. 14:04AdSense in a single day. Right? So he
  450. 14:06literally went from zero to a full-time
  451. 14:08income in less than one month. And just
  452. 14:09last month, he had an over $18,000
  453. 14:12month. And I'm actually going to go over
  454. 14:13exactly how we helped him grow his
  455. 14:15channel this week in the live training
  456. 14:16that I'm doing. So click the link in the
  457. 14:18description in the pin comment below.
  458. 14:19Plus, I'll be giving you an update on
  459. 14:20how his channel is doing now. All right,
  460. 14:22so step two is to earn the right to
  461. 14:24expand. And a good example of this next
  462. 14:26step is my community member Josh. So
  463. 14:28Josh built his channel in the IT and
  464. 14:30cyber security niche. And this is one of
  465. 14:32the most locked in specific niches that
  466. 14:33you can imagine. And he went deep, real
  467. 14:36skills, real walkthroughs, real career
  468. 14:38results for his viewers. And he
  469. 14:39satisfied that one specific viewer
  470. 14:41harder than anyone else was willing to,
  471. 14:44right? And he was basically helping
  472. 14:45people in the IT niche get better jobs.
  473. 14:47And that satisfaction turned into
  474. 14:49something that the algorithm can't
  475. 14:51measure directly but absolutely rewards
  476. 14:53which is trust. Because once his
  477. 14:56audience trusted him on cyber security,
  478. 14:57they wanted his take on the adjacent
  479. 14:59stuff like career moves, income, skills,
  480. 15:02and the channel expanded with them. And
  481. 15:03by working with us, we helped him get
  482. 15:05all the way up to $185,000 in a single
  483. 15:08month. So that's step two. You earn the
  484. 15:10right to expand. Now, here's the thing
  485. 15:12about viewer satisfaction. It compounds,
  486. 15:14right? Goodwill compounds far faster
  487. 15:17than money does. So if you give someone
  488. 15:18a genuine result, even a small one,
  489. 15:20they'll listen to you on the next topic
  490. 15:22and then the one after that and before
  491. 15:24you know it, you have a lifelong fan.
  492. 15:26And that's the actual mechanism behind
  493. 15:28transcending the niche. It's not a
  494. 15:30trick. It's just trust stacked over
  495. 15:32time. Now, most people get this
  496. 15:33completely backwards. They try to talk
  497. 15:35about everything on day one before
  498. 15:37anyone trusts them on anything. And then
  499. 15:40they wonder why nothing sticks. But
  500. 15:41you're not going to do this, right? No.
  501. 15:43Nail the niche first. serve that one
  502. 15:45viewer so hard that they would feel dumb
  503. 15:47for not subscribing. Then expand to one
  504. 15:50adjacent step at a time. So here's the
  505. 15:52Claude prompt. I'm going to put it up on
  506. 15:54the screen. You can copy this just like
  507. 15:55literally screenshot it and then paste
  508. 15:57into Claude. And I highly recommend you
  509. 15:58use our Claude skills as well. So again,
  510. 16:00links in the description in the pin
  511. 16:01comment below. But here's how to start.
  512. 16:02Pull the five most common questions that
  513. 16:04your ex as in the iHel X actually asks
  514. 16:08from Reddit threads, Facebook groups, or
  515. 16:10the comments of your competitor's
  516. 16:12channels. and then make your next five
  517. 16:13videos answer one question each
  518. 16:16completely. No teasing, no fluff, full
  519. 16:19answers. Then run the prompt on screen
  520. 16:21against every video that you publish to
  521. 16:23find what viewers say that they still
  522. 16:24need. And that list is your next five
  523. 16:26videos. Now, the best example of this
  524. 16:28step might be Doug Demiro. Doug spent
  525. 16:30years reviewing cars on YouTube and
  526. 16:32became the most watched car reviewer in
  527. 16:34the country. Then the world shut down
  528. 16:36and in-person car auctions basically
  529. 16:38froze. But people still wanted to buy
  530. 16:40and sell cool cars. So Doug launched an
  531. 16:42online auction site, carsandbids.com,
  532. 16:44and he plugged straight into the
  533. 16:46audience's trust that he'd been building
  534. 16:48for years. And he later sold a majority
  535. 16:50stake of that business for what was
  536. 16:52reportedly at the time over $80 million,
  537. 16:54but he ended up getting $37 million for
  538. 16:57himself. Now, here's the question. When
  539. 16:59Doug uploaded his very first car review,
  540. 17:01do you think that he knew the endgame
  541. 17:03was a car auction website? There was a
  542. 17:050% chance. Zero. Okay. And that's the
  543. 17:08entire point of step three. You are not
  544. 17:10Doctor Strange, right? You can't look at
  545. 17:121 million possible futures and pick the
  546. 17:15one winning outcome from your couch,
  547. 17:17right? Nobody can. Calling it perfect
  548. 17:19from day one is a one ina- million
  549. 17:21fluke. Here's what actually happens in
  550. 17:23the other 9990,999
  551. 17:25cases. You get in the trenches. You make
  552. 17:28content. You try selling things. You
  553. 17:30watch what people respond to. You notice
  554. 17:32what's working for other creators. You
  555. 17:34modify. You test. You adapt. You adjust.
  556. 17:37And through plain old trial and error,
  557. 17:39you eventually find the one thing that
  558. 17:42fits you perfectly, right? The one thing
  559. 17:44that fits you and your audience
  560. 17:46perfectly. And then you make a ton of
  561. 17:48money doing it. And you have no idea
  562. 17:50what your winner is yet. And neither did
  563. 17:52Doug. and neither did 99.9%
  564. 17:55of other successful entrepreneurs. And
  565. 17:57that is normal. That is the process.
  566. 18:00YouTube started off as a dating app.
  567. 18:02Slack started off as a video game. And
  568. 18:04Mr. B started off making gaming videos.
  569. 18:07So the hybrid personal brand is what
  570. 18:08makes the process possible because the
  571. 18:11channel is built around you, not around
  572. 18:13a box. So every pivot keeps your
  573. 18:16audience instead of abandoning it. All
  574. 18:17right, so I'm going to put the Claude
  575. 18:19prompt up on the screen. You can again
  576. 18:20screenshot it, copy and paste into
  577. 18:22Claude. And here's how to start. Once a
  578. 18:23month, export your YouTube Studio
  579. 18:25numbers. We're talking the views, the
  580. 18:27average view duration, and the
  581. 18:28click-through rate for the last 10 to 20
  582. 18:29videos. And then paste them into Claude
  583. 18:31with the prompt on the screen. Ask for
  584. 18:32the three strongest signals and one
  585. 18:35adjacent topic to test. Make one test
  586. 18:37video on that topic within two weeks.
  587. 18:39And this will be a small bet, but it'll
  588. 18:41be real data. There's no guessing. All
  589. 18:42right, so let's talk about how to become
  590. 18:43the niche, cuz one of my favorite
  591. 18:44examples is a community member of mine
  592. 18:46named Craig. So Craig is a realtor in
  593. 18:48Montana. He's in his 70s and he has one
  594. 18:50of the biggest realy businesses in
  595. 18:52Montana. And he is about as far from a
  596. 18:54YouTube native as a human being can
  597. 18:56possibly get. And one of his very first
  598. 18:58videos that he did with us got to over a
  599. 19:00100,000 views. And he literally recorded
  600. 19:02it on his webcam laptop.
  601. 19:03>> There are some very large land owners in
  602. 19:05Montana who handled this the right way.
  603. 19:08Now, let me give you a good example.
  604. 19:10Charles Schwab. Schwab owns thousands of
  605. 19:13acres along the Bitterroot River bottom.
  606. 19:15>> And here's what's interesting. People
  607. 19:16don't show up to that channel for real
  608. 19:19estate content. They show up for Craig,
  609. 19:20right? His experience, his stories, and
  610. 19:22his way of seeing things. So, the niche
  611. 19:25got him discovered, but he is what they
  612. 19:27actually stay for. And that's step four.
  613. 19:28You become the niche. And this is the
  614. 19:30end state of the hybrid personal brand.
  615. 19:32The point where the channel stops being
  616. 19:34about channel X and starts being your
  617. 19:37platform. And at that point, look at
  618. 19:39what you're actually holding. Right?
  619. 19:40It's a channel that works with almost
  620. 19:42any monetization method and usually runs
  621. 19:44several at once. So, no single income
  622. 19:47stream can kill you. It's a channel that
  623. 19:48works whether the competition is brutal
  624. 19:49or non-existent, whether demand is
  625. 19:51exploding or drying up. And it's a
  626. 19:53channel that evolves when the ecosystem
  627. 19:55evolves, including when you evolve. New
  628. 19:57interests, new skills, new seasons of
  629. 19:59your life, the channel morphs with you.
  630. 20:01Now, remember that crocodile? 250
  631. 20:03million years of the whole planet
  632. 20:05changing and it's still here. And look,
  633. 20:07if a realtor in his 70s can build this,
  634. 20:10what's your excuse? No, seriously, say
  635. 20:12it out loud. Too old? Just look at
  636. 20:14Craig. Not technical. Look at my
  637. 20:16brother. Too late. The algorithm
  638. 20:17literally just reset the game in your
  639. 20:19favor. So, you are early. So, you are
  640. 20:21the only variable left. So, here's the
  641. 20:23next Claude prompt. Again, I'm going to
  642. 20:24put on my screen. You can just
  643. 20:25screenshot it, put it into Claude. And
  644. 20:27here's how to get started. Add one
  645. 20:28personal video per month alongside your
  646. 20:30niche content. Could be a story, a
  647. 20:32lesson, an opinion that shows how you
  648. 20:34think. And watch whether your regulars
  649. 20:36stick around for it. Right? Average view
  650. 20:38duration is the tell here. And when your
  651. 20:39personality videos holds the same
  652. 20:41retention as your niche videos, that's
  653. 20:43going to be the green light to widen
  654. 20:45out. Okay, so let's bring this home. The
  655. 20:46algorithm is not a boss fight that you
  656. 20:48beat once. It is an ecosystem that you
  657. 20:50evolve with. And it just shifted in
  658. 20:52favor of exactly the kind of channel
  659. 20:54that I showed you how to build today.
  660. 20:56Niche down, deliver, pivot, transcend,
  661. 20:59be the crocodile. The gurus can keep
  662. 21:01arguing about upload schedules and
  663. 21:03posting frequency and all these little
  664. 21:04things that make a tiny difference but
  665. 21:06don't really matter all that much. And
  666. 21:07that's the fight for people that don't
  667. 21:08know what you know now. And listen, I
  668. 21:10know 99% of you are just going to watch
  669. 21:12my YouTube videos, get a ton of value
  670. 21:14out of them. You're going to download
  671. 21:15the free AIS that we made for you in the
  672. 21:17description, the pin comment below. Get
  673. 21:18a ton of value out of that. You're also
  674. 21:20going to show up to the free live
  675. 21:21training, which is in the description,
  676. 21:22the pin comment below, and get a ton of
  677. 21:24value out of that as well. And it's all
  678. 21:25completely free. And you're never going
  679. 21:27to end up working with myself or my team
  680. 21:29one-on-one. And that's completely fine.
  681. 21:31We give the information away for free,
  682. 21:32and we sell the implementation. But
  683. 21:34there's going to be 1% of you out there,
  684. 21:36maybe 0.1% of you out there that want
  685. 21:38that one-on-one mentorship experience,
  686. 21:40that one-on-one handholding experience,
  687. 21:43or you want us to literally just do the
  688. 21:44work for you when it comes to building
  689. 21:46your hybrid personal brand and growing
  690. 21:47your YouTube channel. So, if that sounds
  691. 21:49like you, go ahead and click the second
  692. 21:50link in the description in the pin
  693. 21:52comment below to book a call with us. On

  696. 21:56We'll make a plan to get there, and
  697. 21:57we'll see if we're a good fit to work
  698. 21:59together or not. Only book the call if
  699. 22:01you are very serious about growing and
  700. 22:03making money on YouTube. This program is
  701. 22:04essentially the Harvard of YouTube
  702. 22:06training. We only accept about 18% of
  703. 22:08people who even apply to talk to us. And
  704. 22:10these are the types of people we
  705. 22:11typically work with. Highlevel
  706. 22:12professionals that either have 10 plus
  707. 22:14years of experience or they are
  708. 22:16overachievers in whatever their industry
  709. 22:18is. And most importantly, they have a
  710. 22:20lot of value to share with the world.
  711. 22:22Successful business owners who want to
  712. 22:23get more leads, get more sales, or grow
  713. 22:26their brand on YouTube. YouTubers who
  714. 22:28are getting a lot of views, but they're
  715. 22:29struggling with monetization. YouTubers
  716. 22:31who are crushing it, but they want to
  717. 22:32crush it even harder. and people that
  718. 22:33are big on other social media platforms
  719. 22:35or they're well-known experts, like they
  720. 22:37have a book written for instance, that
  721. 22:38want to bring their audience over to
  722. 22:40YouTube because they know that YouTube
  723. 22:41is the best when it comes to actually
  724. 22:44making money. So, if that sounds like
  725. 22:45you, go ahead and click that link in the
  726. 22:46description, the pin comment below to
  727. 22:47apply to work with us one-on-one, and we
  728. 22:49look forward to talking to you. And
  729. 22:50also, check out this video right here
  730. 22:52where I go over exactly how he helped my
  731. 22:54brother Zach go from zero to full-time
  732. 22:56income in less than one month on YouTube
