  1. 0:00Admin actually takes more than one or
  2. 0:02two hours every single day. So, if I
  3. 0:05want to do the listing now, I can do
  4. 0:07[music] that over here with one single
  5. 0:09click. They all use so much money. This
  6. 0:12feature alone saves you thousands of you
  7. 0:14every single year. You save so much of
  8. 0:17your time doing this just fully
  9. 0:20automated. You're wasting 2 hours every
  10. 0:24single day without even noticing. This
  11. 0:26is part two of the Amazon FBA operation
  12. 0:30series. In this video, we're going deep
  13. 0:33dive how you can actually save a lot of
  14. 0:36time since running an Amazon FBA
  15. 0:38business is really time intensive.
  16. 0:40Besides sourcing, we have the admin
  17. 0:42part. Admin actually takes more than one
  18. 0:45or two hours every single day. And if
  19. 0:48you're heavy into online arbitrage,
  20. 0:50retail arbitrage, wholesale arbitrage,
  21. 0:53it can take a lot of time. This is
  22. 0:56actually why we do this video. In this
  23. 0:58video, we're going deep dive actually
  24. 1:00automate your business. We're using one
  25. 1:03of our newer software solutions called
  26. 1:05Profit Desk, and in this video, we will
  27. 1:07automate a lot of annoying steps. The
  28. 1:10first step we actually want to automate
  29. 1:13is the order tracking part. What
  30. 1:15actually means order tracking? Order
  31. 1:17tracking is basically the process that
  32. 1:19you insert specific information such as
  33. 1:22purchase details, how much is my cost of
  34. 1:25goods of a specific item, how many did I
  35. 1:27purchase, where did I purchase them
  36. 1:30from, and so on. And what we basically
  37. 1:32did over the past time is we worked on
  38. 1:35an entire track order part. Track order
  39. 1:38part actually gives you the opportunity
  40. 1:40to track everything in one flow. With
  41. 1:42one single button, you can actually
  42. 1:44track the entire order with all its
  43. 1:46details, quantity, cost of goods, where
  44. 1:49did you actually purchase it from, and
  45. 1:52so on. So, what we have over here inside
  46. 1:54Profit Desk is like we have an entire
  47. 1:56chain from tracking your order to
  48. 1:59actually notify your prep center that
  49. 2:01the items are on the way to actually
  50. 2:03create an Amazon listing and so on. We
  51. 2:06have the entire chain completely
  52. 2:08automated and we will work towards this
  53. 2:11now. And the first thing we are going to
  54. 2:13do is we are checking out our settings
  55. 2:15because the Profit Dash settings will
  56. 2:17automate everything. So, if you
  57. 2:19basically use a prep center, you can
  58. 2:21just add your prep center over here.
  59. 2:22Here we are basically supporting Prep
  60. 2:24Business and Prep Tool. You can
  61. 2:26basically just look for your prep
  62. 2:27center, type it in, and get it added.
  63. 2:29Basically like this. In this case, we're
  64. 2:31using Rebel Prep. We can basically do
  65. 2:34different settings. So, for example, we
  66. 2:35can transfer product name, transfer
  67. 2:38notes, auto announce FBM if we wanted
  68. 2:40it, auto announce FBA. That's basically
  69. 2:43what we could do if we want to do that.
  70. 2:45If we also do return processing through
  71. 2:47them, then we can also like activate it
  72. 2:49later on and the prep center can
  73. 2:51actually handle returns for me. [music]
  74. 2:53So, yeah, what we basically do over here
  75. 2:55is we hop hop to the automations tab and
  76. 2:57here we can see auto create listing. And
  77. 2:59here we can basically enable it. So,
  78. 3:01make sure to enable it and here you
  79. 3:03basically select, [music] okay, delay
  80. 3:05before listing creation. That actually
  81. 3:07means when should we start creating the
  82. 3:10listing? Because maybe you want to wait
  83. 3:121 hour. Maybe you want to double check
  84. 3:14your flip what you actually did if it's
  85. 3:16worth or not. So, in this case, we can
  86. 3:18basically set up 6 hours, 30 minutes, no
  87. 3:20delay at all. We don't want to wait. We
  88. 3:22want no delay. We want it instantly
  89. 3:24created. Then, we basically select all
  90. 3:27the marketplaces where we want [music]
  91. 3:28to list. So, if we want to list in
  92. 3:29Germany, France, Italy, Spain,
  93. 3:31Netherlands, we can just select them
  94. 3:33over here and then we will automatically
  95. 3:35create [music] the listing for the
  96. 3:37desired region. But, what actually
  97. 3:39happens if the region is gated? If the
  98. 3:41region is gated, you will see a pop-up
  99. 3:44inside our UI. So, you can just ungate
  100. 3:46that region and then you can list it
  101. 3:48again. Over here, we can also automate
  102. 3:50the entire thing if we only should
  103. 3:52create listings for the ungated
  104. 3:55marketplaces. [music] That's really,
  105. 3:56really cool. You can actually do that.
  106. 3:58Over here we have a quick switch, okay,
  107. 4:00do I want to actually make a listing for
  108. 4:03all marketplaces or only the
  109. 4:05marketplaces we track in the order?
  110. 4:07Because if we're tracking an order, we
  111. 4:08can actually check, okay, do I only want
  112. 4:10to track this order because it's only
  113. 4:12profitable in Germany, only for Germany?
  114. 4:14That's something you can decide. [music]
  115. 4:17So, if you do only track an order, then
  116. 4:19we're only listening to what you
  117. 4:21actually selected there. If we do all
  118. 4:22selected marketplaces, that will be this
  119. 4:25one. Over here we have pricing rules.
  120. 4:27It's like really, really simple. We have
  121. 4:28a beginner and advanced view. In this
  122. 4:30case, we only use the beginner view. And
  123. 4:32what we usually do is we have a
  124. 4:34reference price, [music] which is in
  125. 4:35this case 30-day buy box average. 30
  126. 4:38days buy box average. This is like the
  127. 4:40average sales price of the desired item.
  128. 4:43And what we can do over here is we can
  129. 4:45set a markup. So, we don't actually want
  130. 4:47to sell directly. We want to sell later
  131. 4:49because maybe we want to activate
  132. 4:51[music] our repricer or whatever you
  133. 4:53want. So, for example, we can take the
  134. 4:55buy box 30 days and we want, for
  135. 4:57example, a markup of 20%. If you want to
  136. 5:00go in an advanced way, you can even
  137. 5:02target profit, for example, 20% margin
  138. 5:06or higher. That's what you can do. Here
  139. 5:07are a lot of tool tips you can actually
  140. 5:09do to actually check that. So, here we
  141. 5:11basically did all the automation part.
  142. 5:13We have the auto create listing directly
  143. 5:15and we actually set the pricing rules.
  144. 5:17So, for what kind of price do we want to
  145. 5:19list? What you should do on top as well
  146. 5:21is, for example, setting up the
  147. 5:22warehouses. [music]
  148. 5:23So, where's actually all your items are
  149. 5:25going? You set it up over here. Then we
  150. 5:27have specific strategies, okay, where do
  151. 5:29I purchase most of my inventory? You can
  152. 5:31set up that. And then we have sheets,
  153. 5:33which you basically do for yourself, for
  154. 5:35example, Luca sheet. So, in this sheet
  155. 5:37we are actually tracking all the profit
  156. 5:39desk order. So, that's something like
  157. 5:41for you. So, once you have that
  158. 5:42configured, you basically have a
  159. 5:44default. And now we can go directly over
  160. 5:46here. For example, we're going inside
  161. 5:48Deal Watch. Deal Watch is like a price
  162. 5:50alerts topic. So here you get all the
  163. 5:52notification once a new item dropped and
  164. 5:55it's profitable. So what we can do over
  165. 5:57here right now, let's imagine we want to
  166. 5:59buy this Bosch item. We can click track
  167. 6:02order. And now it's basically opening up
  168. 6:04a model. And what we did right now over
  169. 6:07here is we have a buying price, we have
  170. 6:08a total price, and then we have a sell
  171. 6:10price. [music] So if we would click
  172. 6:12track order now, everything would run
  173. 6:15for me. The order's tracked, the item is
  174. 6:18announced at my prep center. If I don't
  175. 6:20use a prep center, then the step is
  176. 6:22obviously not included. And then the
  177. 6:24last step is we automatically make the
  178. 6:26Amazon listing. So let's track it. We
  179. 6:28have like the sheet which is for me
  180. 6:30lookup, then we have the strategy which
  181. 6:32is profit path, we have the warehouse
  182. 6:34which is my test prep center, and then
  183. 6:36we have like the purchase. Only one
  184. 6:39quantity for test. [music] Now we can
  185. 6:41track it. And now everything will do its
  186. 6:44way. So now we can [music] go on orders,
  187. 6:46and now we can check. Okay, here we
  188. 6:48created this Bosch item. Total profit is
  189. 6:51minus two because we didn't actually
  190. 6:53check for profit on this one. And now we
  191. 6:55can see the listing is in queue. What
  192. 6:57you can do over here, you can see, okay,
  193. 6:59what kind of status, for what listing
  194. 7:01price, do I want to create a listing now
  195. 7:03if you don't want to wait. And yeah,
  196. 7:05that's basically what you can do. So if
  197. 7:07I want to do the listing now, I can
  198. 7:09[music] do that over here with one
  199. 7:10single click. Here is actually how it
  200. 7:12looks like when a listing is created.
  201. 7:14[music] Here's your see listing
  202. 7:15completed, SKU, and so on. That's also
  203. 7:18like really cool because you can
  204. 7:20actually do your own SKUs directly.
  205. 7:22[music] So go to Profit Desk, and then
  206. 7:24scroll down, and here we have an SKU
  207. 7:26builder. So the SKU number is basically
  208. 7:29an identifier for your own Amazon
  209. 7:31listing. And here you can insert
  210. 7:33everything. You can insert your buy net,
  211. 7:35[music] the brand, ASIN, date, whatever
  212. 7:39you want. You You basically build it by
  213. 7:41your own Because the SKU will be
  214. 7:43something for you. You will identify the
  215. 7:46product with your own kind of
  216. 7:48identifier. And here you can basically
  217. 7:51insert up to 40 characters. So that's
  218. 7:54really, really important. Here we have a
  219. 7:55single preview how that could look like.
  220. 7:57And then under this SKU we will create
  221. 8:00the Amazon listing for you. The good
  222. 8:02thing is what we can also do is we have
  223. 8:04this track order inside Profit Desk,
  224. 8:06inside Profit Path and inside Profit Go.
  225. 8:09So if you have it set up once, which is
  226. 8:12super, super easy, you also have a
  227. 8:13onboarding down down here, you can run
  228. 8:16towards all and then everything is set
  229. 8:18up. The good thing is you can go to
  230. 8:19Profit Go, go inside here. Let's say
  231. 8:21like my buying price is 10 [music] euro.
  232. 8:24I want to insert 10 quantity. And now we
  233. 8:26can just track this order directly from
  234. 8:28Profit Go. It was one single click, the
  235. 8:31listing is created and also by prep and
  236. 8:33we can [music] just click here, orders
  237. 8:35and there we go. It's directly inside
  238. 8:37here. Listing is in queue. If we want to
  239. 8:40check that, we could do the create
  240. 8:41listing now. And the cool thing of well
  241. 8:43on the orders part is that you can also
  242. 8:46like filter towards the specific status,
  243. 8:48what did I order, what is shipped, what
  244. 8:50is received, [music]
  245. 8:51what is forwarded and so on. It gives
  246. 8:53you like a clear overview. If your prep
  247. 8:55center would actually ship the order
  248. 8:57directly, you can also like see the
  249. 8:59status. Your prep center will
  250. 9:00automatically mark it as received.
  251. 9:02[music] So that can happen if your
  252. 9:04Amazon order shipped directly, you can
  253. 9:06also like insert a tracking number over
  254. 9:08here. That's like really cool. And then
  255. 9:10you can also see directly if [music] you
  256. 9:12work with prep center if they forwarded
  257. 9:14it to Amazon. So you have a real time
  258. 9:17status over here. If you work with auto
  259. 9:19prep center, obviously you need to do it
  260. 9:21by yourself. But trust me, it's really
  261. 9:23nice. You should track on [music] them.
  262. 9:25If you want to track the orders, just
  263. 9:27insert the order number from the
  264. 9:28carriers [music] and then we will do the
  265. 9:30job. For example, at A2A orders, it can
  266. 9:32look like this. Here we see we got
  267. 9:34[music] this way directly uh delivered
  268. 9:36to Luneburg and here we have wallet. The
  269. 9:39coolest thing for our Amazon to Amazon
  270. 9:41seller is our Amazon to Amazon [music]
  271. 9:43order. What you can do over here to
  272. 9:45automate the entire tracking process,
  273. 9:47you can just link your Amazon business
  274. 9:49account. Go over here, go connect Amazon
  275. 9:51to your account and now we're basically
  276. 9:53filling up all the Amazon orders what
  277. 9:56you did. [music] That means if you do
  278. 9:57Amazon to Amazon, insert the account
  279. 10:00over here, we will fetch live what kinds
  280. 10:02of orders you did. So, let's imagine you
  281. 10:04did a purchase on Amazon. What Profit
  282. 10:06Desk is doing is we're fetching the
  283. 10:07orders, then we make the prep center
  284. 10:09inbound, we make the Amazon listing for
  285. 10:12you, and everything is tracked. So, now
  286. 10:14we have all the data here. We have, for
  287. 10:16example, shipment status and so on. Here
  288. 10:19we can see, okay, is [music] an order
  289. 10:20linked or not. We can check the tracking
  290. 10:23progress and so on. For the Amazon to
  291. 10:25Amazon business, we will do an entire
  292. 10:27video because it's so huge. But, if you
  293. 10:29want to use it now, you can just go to
  294. 10:31Profit Desk, go to automation, and here
  295. 10:34is the new tick, which is called A to A
  296. 10:37auto tracking. Just enable this button
  297. 10:39and then all the Amazon business orders
  298. 10:41will get tracked instantly on Profit
  299. 10:44Desk. I showed you now how to actually
  300. 10:46track an order, how to track an order
  301. 10:48for Amazon to Amazon. And one of the
  302. 10:50nicest things in our software is
  303. 10:53obviously also the Amazon FBA shipment
  304. 10:55part because with the new update, you
  305. 10:57can actually make your Amazon shipments
  306. 11:00directly out of Profit Path, and that
  307. 11:02saves you a lot of time. So, let's take
  308. 11:04the items from our first video as
  309. 11:06example. Leon actually showed PS5
  310. 11:09controllers and another game. So, let's
  311. 11:12imagine we want to list [music] those
  312. 11:13items now. What we can do over here is
  313. 11:16like we hop in Profit Desk FBA
  314. 11:17shipments, go on new shipment. Here we
  315. 11:20have an entire shipment view. The
  316. 11:22warehouse we actually did in our
  317. 11:24settings, we can basically select. So,
  318. 11:26let's select. And now we basically can
  319. 11:28look for PlayStation 5 controller. Let's
  320. 11:31just take this DualSense we want to ship
  321. 11:34back to Amazon. Okay, and then the next
  322. 11:36product is Clement Tony. For example,
  323. 11:39here we can do the return. So, let's
  324. 11:41imagine [music] this add this to our FBA
  325. 11:44shipment. And now we are adding this.
  326. 11:46Okay, and what we do over here is now we
  327. 11:48get asked, "Okay, what kind of units?" I
  328. 11:50have one unit, one unit. Prep category
  329. 11:53is none. Prep is by myself. Label is by
  330. 11:56myself. So, now we can click FBA
  331. 11:58shipment. And now everything is getting
  332. 12:00validated in the background. We're
  333. 12:01checking for everything. Are you
  334. 12:02eligible to actually ship it or are you
  335. 12:04still gated? If you're still gated,
  336. 12:06you're also like getting a warning. So,
  337. 12:07now we're creating the entire shipment.
  338. 12:09The cool thing over here is for everyone
  339. 12:11who's self-prepping. This is a huge,
  340. 12:14huge benefit because inside Profit Desk,
  341. 12:16if you have multiple boxes, you can even
  342. 12:18do a 3D scan. So, let's imagine we want
  343. 12:21to pack those two items in one group.
  344. 12:23Let's continue with this option. And now
  345. 12:25we're confirming all the packaging
  346. 12:27options in the background. Can we ship
  347. 12:28them together? How much space do we need
  348. 12:30in the box? We can even add our own
  349. 12:33boxes directly into the system. And now
  350. 12:35we're getting thrown into our 3D viewer.
  351. 12:38So, over here we have one box which is
  352. 12:40directly by us. And now here we can do
  353. 12:43an animation control. So, let's imagine
  354. 12:45we want to actually check how do the
  355. 12:48items even look inside the box and how
  356. 12:50can we even store them? So, let's say,
  357. 12:52"Okay, this lay like this and this is
  358. 12:54only PlayStation 5 controller should be
  359. 12:56like this." And here we can double-check
  360. 12:58it. Obviously, with two items, it's
  361. 13:00really easy. But if you do, for example,
  362. 13:0210 items, we can directly see how you
  363. 13:04should stack the items together. So,
  364. 13:06we're basically good with this. If you
  365. 13:09want to manage your cartons, you can do
  366. 13:11that directly over here. Here you can
  367. 13:13basically enter the length, width,
  368. 13:15[music] and height. And yeah, that's
  369. 13:16basically what you can do. Max weight,
  370. 13:18empty weight, the kind of stock you
  371. 13:20have, and then you can track everything
  372. 13:22over here. So, if you don't want the 3D
  373. 13:24view, you can also like do manual boxes.
  374. 13:26That's really easy. [music] So, yeah,
  375. 13:28here you can also like print labels.
  376. 13:30It's really, really easy. And let's say
  377. 13:32we want to ship them. Let's go on
  378. 13:33confirm shipment. And in the confirm
  379. 13:35shipment, we're actually checking,
  380. 13:37"Okay, can we do the shipment like this
  381. 13:39with this entire flow?" So, now we're
  382. 13:41generating the placement options. Okay,
  383. 13:43and now we're basically on the select
  384. 13:45carrier shipment. So, let's imagine we
  385. 13:47want to ship tomorrow, 15 September.
  386. 13:50We're checking now for the partner
  387. 13:52Amazon carriers because we want to make
  388. 13:54sure you actually get the best rate
  389. 13:56because sometimes we have a discrepancy
  390. 13:58between UPS, DHL. [music]
  391. 14:00And now we can look for the best rate.
  392. 14:03Where do you save most of the money? So,
  393. 14:05now we're checking that in the
  394. 14:06background, looking for the best
  395. 14:07carrier. It kind of takes with a cool
  396. 14:09animation in the background. And now
  397. 14:11we're checking [music] that. Okay, now
  398. 14:12we basically have UPS. And here you can
  399. 14:14see it's way cheaper than DHL. Here we
  400. 14:17actually save 81 cents. You can also see
  401. 14:20that with a little batch, you save this.
  402. 14:22And now we can confirm the shipment. We
  403. 14:24basically making the shipment ready. And
  404. 14:26at the end of the entire FBA shipment
  405. 14:28process, we will see everything. We will
  406. 14:30see like the labels, what do we need to
  407. 14:32[music] pack, entire boxing list, and so
  408. 14:34on. So, you can actually print it
  409. 14:36directly out and start packaging [music]
  410. 14:38everything to get it sent to Amazon.
  411. 14:40Okay, now the shipment is successfully
  412. 14:43created. We can see all the information
  413. 14:45here. So, where do we actually ship
  414. 14:46from? Where do we actually ship to? We
  415. 14:49can see the items. We can print the
  416. 14:50labels. We have the packaging list and
  417. 14:52the view shipments. Now, we can for
  418. 14:54example, check how it looks like to
  419. 14:56print the labels. Check that up. So, now
  420. 14:58we have all the labels here. You can
  421. 15:00basically print them out. Same thing for
  422. 15:02the packaging list is now we have
  423. 15:04everything over here. We have his
  424. 15:06signature. And yeah, that's good.
  425. 15:08Perfect. Now we can finish the step and
  426. 15:10we are done with the FBA shipments. The
  427. 15:12most [music] important and coolest
  428. 15:13feature also like on FBA shipments like
  429. 15:15is the discrepancy part. I mean like you
  430. 15:17basically saw it in another video, but
  431. 15:19you can see, "Okay, is there any item
  432. 15:22missing from what I actually shipped?
  433. 15:23Because this is really really important.
  434. 15:25You should actually see if Amazon lost
  435. 15:27something. In our first video you can
  436. 15:29actually see how do we actually create a
  437. 15:31case for that. [music] So definitely
  438. 15:32watch this. But how do we actually
  439. 15:34automate our entire business? We did
  440. 15:36like order tracking, we did FBA
  441. 15:38shipments, we did Amazon to Amazon
  442. 15:40orders. But one of the biggest parts is
  443. 15:42also reimbursements. In our first video
  444. 15:45we did an entire deep dive how to
  445. 15:48actually handle every single return. How
  446. 15:50to get your money back from Amazon. They
  447. 15:52owe you so much money. Please do me a
  448. 15:55favor, check out the first video. It's
  449. 15:58so important that you can handle them.
  450. 16:00We developed the best technology how to
  451. 16:02work towards all returns and you should
  452. 16:05actually do that. So here you can see
  453. 16:08all the stats of reimbursements, returns
  454. 16:10and how to actually get your money back.
  455. 16:11This feature alone saves you thousands
  456. 16:14of euro every single year. And yeah, I
  457. 16:17talked a lot about single features, but
  458. 16:19we have a few cool features which make
  459. 16:21your life so much easier. So let's go on
  460. 16:23the dashboard and here we have a full
  461. 16:25performance board. So if you track an
  462. 16:27order you can actually see okay, how
  463. 16:28much is my purchase volume? A few days
  464. 16:30ago it was 629, 412. And here you can
  465. 16:34actually set yourself goals. I want to
  466. 16:36have a monthly spending goal from like
  467. 16:385,000 euro, I want to have a monthly
  468. 16:40revenue goal from like 100,000 euro and
  469. 16:43here you can map everything out. You set
  470. 16:45your own goals and you can achieve them
  471. 16:47and that's really cool. We have a full
  472. 16:48overview of the purchase volume,
  473. 16:50expected profit, ROI, margin, units and
  474. 16:54so on. And you can customize everything.
  475. 16:56You have a live order status preview,
  476. 16:58you can see how much ordered, how much
  477. 17:00is shipped, received, forwarded and if
  478. 17:03there's any problems with it. Because
  479. 17:05that's really cool. Here you can
  480. 17:07actually automate your entire Amazon
  481. 17:09payouts. A lot of people don't know
  482. 17:11that, but what you can do inside Profit
  483. 17:13Desk is you can automate the Amazon
  484. 17:15payouts. So let's imagine we want to
  485. 17:18click on auto payout settings. And now
  486. 17:20we [music] can select do I want to have
  487. 17:21a payout every single day with a
  488. 17:23specific thresholds for all
  489. 17:25marketplaces, in this case 100 euro. And
  490. 17:27what happens if my threshold at
  491. 17:29available payout is 100 euro at a
  492. 17:31specific marketplace, we will pay it
  493. 17:33out. You can also set an interval of
  494. 17:36every 2 days which should get paid out.
  495. 17:38It doesn't matter what kind of payout is
  496. 17:40available, or should it be just daily?
  497. 17:42And then we will process the payout
  498. 17:44[music] for every single region
  499. 17:45directly. This is like really, really
  500. 17:47cool. Here you can measure your goals,
  501. 17:49if you're on track, how much is the
  502. 17:50revenue, spending. A cool thing as well
  503. 17:53is here we can check all the
  504. 17:54restrictions. So, what kind of ASINs did
  505. 17:56I track, but I'm still not ungated. And
  506. 17:59you can basically work towards them. So,
  507. 18:01let's imagine we want to get accepted
  508. 18:03for big. We can basically click over UK,
  509. 18:07request it, and then we can say, "Okay,
  510. 18:09mark as requested." So, in this list you
  511. 18:11can use our to-do [music] list. You can
  512. 18:13use it as to-do list, okay, I want to
  513. 18:15get ungated for Spain, for France, I
  514. 18:17request, and then okay, requested. You
  515. 18:19work towards them and get them all
  516. 18:21ungated because ungating is still the
  517. 18:23biggest problem, and you should work
  518. 18:24since day one on it. Here we have a bit
  519. 18:27more data such as Amazon inventory. So,
  520. 18:29what kind of inventory do I have right
  521. 18:31now in FBA, in FBM? You will see the
  522. 18:34[music] SKUs, units, the average SKU
  523. 18:37price, average unit. Here we have top
  524. 18:39brands, what are my top brands? Samsung,
  525. 18:42Bosch, Bosch Professional, and so on.
  526. 18:45And this is like really, really nice. We
  527. 18:46have a lot of data you can analyze for
  528. 18:48your own Amazon [music] shop over here.
  529. 18:51If you want to customize anything, you
  530. 18:52can just click over here, and then add
  531. 18:54the desired charts in the way you want.
  532. 18:57The cool thing what we also have on the
  533. 18:59dashboard is our estimated inventory
  534. 19:01value. Here we [music] can see the
  535. 19:03inventory value what we have for example
  536. 19:05as open orders, in transit, in
  537. 19:08processing, in FBA inbound, and at
  538. 19:10[music] the Amazon inventory. So, it
  539. 19:12gives you like a clear overview about
  540. 19:14all your estimated inventory. If you
  541. 19:16have any orders which actually didn't
  542. 19:19ship yet, so you have the entire
  543. 19:21estimated inventory [music] value over
  544. 19:23here. Because you can also check, for
  545. 19:25example, if it has any [music] problem,
  546. 19:28if anything got returned, received, and
  547. 19:31so on. It gives you a clear picture of
  548. 19:33what's going on with all your orders.
  549. 19:35And just imagine you would need to do
  550. 19:37that manually, inserting into an Excel,
  551. 19:40checking the shipment ID if it's even
  552. 19:42processed, going to the prep center to
  553. 19:44make the announcement, making the
  554. 19:45listing, maintaining the listing,
  555. 19:47calculating actually the markup what you
  556. 19:50want to put on top of the buy box price,
  557. 19:52and so on. And this is such a game
  558. 19:54changer. It will save you hours of your
  559. 19:57time. And you should actually work with
  560. 20:00it. One of the latest automations is our
  561. 20:02export and import. You guys know it by
  562. 20:03yourself, we don't have a profit and
  563. 20:05loss yet and a repricer. So, what we
  564. 20:08offer here is we have an export and
  565. 20:10[music] import feature. So, if you want
  566. 20:11to get your cost of goods for Seller
  567. 20:13Board, Seller Toolkit, any repricer such
  568. 20:16as BQool, Arbitrage IO, Profit Protector
  569. 20:19Pro, Seller Logic, you can just export
  570. 20:21it directly over here and insert it at
  571. 20:24BQool, for example. So, you have the
  572. 20:26cost of goods directly in your desired
  573. 20:28repricer, [music] profit and loss. And
  574. 20:30this is like really cool because you
  575. 20:31have them all in one place, do one
  576. 20:33single export, insert them, [music] and
  577. 20:35then you're good. I hope you enjoyed
  578. 20:37this video. We basically showed you two
  579. 20:40ways how you can automate your entire
  580. 20:42Amazon business with tracking orders,
  581. 20:44with doing FBA shipments, and
  582. 20:46reimbursements, how to actually automate
  583. 20:48your Amazon payouts, and so much more. I
  584. 20:51can just tell you, utilize this tool.
  585. 20:53You save so much of your time doing
  586. 20:56this, just fully automate. In my
  587. 20:59opinion, it's a complete must-have. Even
  588. 21:01if you have five SKUs, five [music]
  589. 21:03purchases a day, you save 1 hour every
  590. 21:07day. If you purchase more, obviously
  591. 21:09more. And online arbitrage is about
  592. 21:12scaling. You actually want to purchase
  593. 21:14more. You want to make more profit. And
  594. 21:15you should have a sustainable automated
  595. 21:18pipeline for all your operations. That's
  596. 21:20exactly why we founded Profit Desk, and
  597. 21:22we will show you even more use cases in
  598. 21:25the coming days. So, make sure to
  599. 21:27subscribe this channel, comment down
  600. 21:28below, and if you want Profit Desk for
  601. 21:31the release, sign in to our website. You
  602. 21:33will get an insane offer at the release
  603. 21:36of the 30th September. So, stay tuned.
  604. 21:39It's me. I'm out.
