  1. 0:00What we achieved in the past month is
  2. 0:02just groundbreaking. You can see it.
  3. 0:04>> [music]
  4. 0:05>> And yeah, that's like really, really
  5. 0:07cool and it's completely automated. You
  6. 0:09shouldn't waste so much time on those
  7. 0:12little things. I really want to go deep
  8. 0:14dive into this single module because it
  9. 0:16saves hours every single week. If you're
  10. 0:20doing Amazon to Amazon, make sure to
  11. 0:22watch this video. In this video, we're
  12. 0:24going full force how to actually track
  13. 0:27an order, announce it at your prep
  14. 0:28center, create an Amazon listing all
  15. 0:31automated. We see it every single day. A
  16. 0:34ton of you do Amazon to Amazon and
  17. 0:36actually do everything manual. They
  18. 0:38track the order in the actual sheet
  19. 0:39complete manual. They do an announcement
  20. 0:41at their prep center if they use it and
  21. 0:43they create a listing all manual. And
  22. 0:46what we achieved in the past month is
  23. 0:48just groundbreaking. We've been working
  24. 0:50at the Profit Desk automatic A2A auto
  25. 0:54track flow for months and we finally
  26. 0:57found an amazing version which gives you
  27. 0:59the opportunity to insert your Amazon
  28. 1:02business account. We automatically fetch
  29. 1:04your orders and then we start to make
  30. 1:07the prep center announcement. We start
  31. 1:09to make the Amazon listings all in one
  32. 1:12software. Just imagine everything is
  33. 1:15automated. You just need to purchase an
  34. 1:17item on Amazon business and everything
  35. 1:19will get tracked completely correct. So
  36. 1:22yeah, let's dive directly in. Inside
  37. 1:24Profit Desk, we have the orders tab. You
  38. 1:27guys know it from the previous video,
  39. 1:28but we also have a second tab which is
  40. 1:30called A2A orders. Inside here, we can
  41. 1:33basically add new Amazon accounts. The
  42. 1:36most important thing is that you can
  43. 1:38actually add multiple accounts. I
  44. 1:40already have one account added. I will
  45. 1:43add a second one in a few minutes. We
  46. 1:44can see all Amazon to Amazon orders what
  47. 1:47we did on the business account. We have
  48. 1:48a full table of informations such as the
  49. 1:51product, the unit price, total. We
  50. 1:54directly see, okay, is it order, is it
  51. 1:56shipped, is it received? We have the
  52. 1:58ability to actually see okay, when did
  53. 2:01the item got shipped, when is it arrived
  54. 2:03and so on. We have a full overview of
  55. 2:05everything. We directly see okay, is the
  56. 2:08order linked? That means is it actually
  57. 2:11link driven purchase? Did it actually
  58. 2:13got tracked correctly? And yes, it did.
  59. 2:16It's fully linked over here. What we can
  60. 2:18do in this table is [music] we have a
  61. 2:20full overview of shipped items, of
  62. 2:22received items, products with maybe have
  63. 2:25a problem such as cancelled. And we also
  64. 2:28can see okay, what kind of items got
  65. 2:30returned? Returned just means okay,
  66. 2:32which got returned by me, maybe Amazon
  67. 2:34returned them and so on. And we can
  68. 2:36directly see everything over here. Here
  69. 2:38we can directly download the invoice
  70. 2:40from the Amazon to Amazon and get it
  71. 2:42ready for our accounting. If we see an
  72. 2:44order is not linked here, we can also
  73. 2:47just track the order automatically. So
  74. 2:49we can basically just click on the plus
  75. 2:51package over here and then track it
  76. 2:53accordingly. For example, this. So now
  77. 2:55we can track it over here, have the sell
  78. 2:57price on this and then track an order.
  79. 2:59What actually happens in the background
  80. 3:01now is we announce the item at your prep
  81. 3:04center if you have it activated. I will
  82. 3:06show you that in a moment. And we create
  83. 3:08the Amazon listing on top. We link the
  84. 3:10purchase. And that's something really
  85. 3:11cool. We link it once we tracked an
  86. 3:14order for example manually if you didn't
  87. 3:16actually activated it, then we can link
  88. 3:18it based on the price, based on the
  89. 3:20item, based on the time frame. And
  90. 3:21that's something really cool. [music]
  91. 3:23There's no actual sheet you need to
  92. 3:25maintain. There are no manual process
  93. 3:26and you have everything in one single
  94. 3:29view. We have different actions for
  95. 3:31example, we can also set tasks over here
  96. 3:33for specific A2A order. So let's imagine
  97. 3:36we want to assign something for our VA,
  98. 3:38for example, run A2A search for this
  99. 3:40one. Okay, yeah, then you can basically
  100. 3:42create task as well. You can link the
  101. 3:44tracked order, you can see the invoice,
  102. 3:46you can basically pick a date when you
  103. 3:49want to check it, you can have specific
  104. 3:51[music] presets and also filter. Want to
  105. 3:53filter for specific items, for specific
  106. 3:55brands, you can do that all over here.
  107. 3:58And that's the good thing. So, we can
  108. 3:59directly click over here and then we
  109. 4:01see, okay, what kind of order is tracked
  110. 4:03with this purchase. And now we see this
  111. 4:05pedal is tracked with this. We can
  112. 4:07search it and then we see it's fully
  113. 4:09linked. The good thing as well is that
  114. 4:11you can also check for linked orders,
  115. 4:13not linked, and then you can assign them
  116. 4:15as well if anything went wrong or you
  117. 4:16didn't automate it instantly. We first
  118. 4:19go into our settings to automate this
  119. 4:21entire [music] process. Go to
  120. 4:22appearance, then on Profit Desk
  121. 4:24settings. At the automation settings, we
  122. 4:26automate [music] everything. We do the
  123. 4:27listing creation completely. We check
  124. 4:29for A2A settings. So, over here in our
  125. 4:31previous videos, we talked about it, how
  126. 4:33to actually set up specific flows, for
  127. 4:36example, for the Amazon create listing
  128. 4:39automation. So, for example, over here,
  129. 4:41I wanted the Amazon listing gets created
  130. 4:426 hours later [music] for specific
  131. 4:44marketplaces and so on. In this video,
  132. 4:46it's only about A2A. So, what we're
  133. 4:48going to do here is auto track Amazon
  134. 4:50Business purchase. That means you have
  135. 4:52to get that enabled. Once a purchase is
  136. 4:55logged into your Amazon Business
  137. 4:57account, we will track an order for you.
  138. 4:59We will track it with the specific price
  139. 5:01you paid, all for you. And we can
  140. 5:03instantly calculate the profit on your
  141. 5:05desired region. What we can do over here
  142. 5:07as well, match warehouse by ship to
  143. 5:08address, assign each auto track purchase
  144. 5:11to the warehouse matching its Amazon
  145. 5:12ship to address. Until the order ships,
  146. 5:14it stays not fully imported and it's
  147. 5:16listed. You can also have your own sheet
  148. 5:17depending on the Amazon Business
  149. 5:19account. Let's imagine you have two
  150. 5:20different Amazon Business accounts. What
  151. 5:22you can do is you can have one sheet for
  152. 5:24John and one for Leon's stock. And
  153. 5:26inside this, those are two separated
  154. 5:28sheets only for the desired Amazon
  155. 5:30Business account. So, if you run
  156. 5:31multiple accounts and you want to keep
  157. 5:33it clean, you can use this setting and
  158. 5:35always get a default sheet for that.
  159. 5:37Let's imagine you import an Amazon
  160. 5:39Business account and it got history of 5
  161. 5:41years. So, we have a lot of orders,
  162. 5:43private orders 5 years ago. You can
  163. 5:45decide when should we actually start
  164. 5:48importing orders. For example, for this
  165. 5:50way it's the 1st of February. From 1st
  166. 5:52of February on, we will track all the
  167. 5:54orders automatically. What we can also
  168. 5:56do is add all of the favorites, that's
  169. 5:58something also what you can do. So, we
  170. 6:00have that saved and now we can basically
  171. 6:02go over here to orders, A2A orders and
  172. 6:04now we can bind my Amazon to Amazon
  173. 6:07account. Let's bind that and then it's
  174. 6:09loading. And what it's doing now is
  175. 6:10everything is loading. We have a live
  176. 6:12status bar over here and now it's
  177. 6:14importing all the orders from Atmos all.
  178. 6:17So, now it's loading, you can see it
  179. 6:1823%, [music]
  180. 6:1955% and so on. It keeps loading. And in
  181. 6:23the background, what's happening right
  182. 6:24now is we checking for all the products.
  183. 6:27We have also like an estimation how long
  184. 6:29it takes. If you have a lot of orders,
  185. 6:30it can take some time and you can just
  186. 6:32run it in the background. You just
  187. 6:34synchronized all your Amazon business
  188. 6:36accounts in once, you can just leave it
  189. 6:38running, you can close the tab and just
  190. 6:40wait. Every refresh now, we can see
  191. 6:42maybe we have some orders. Now we have
  192. 6:44it. We directly can see, okay, we have
  193. 6:46this book which directly uh tracked and
  194. 6:49purchased for me. We have also another
  195. 6:51book and so on. And now it's actually
  196. 6:53starting to make purchases for me and
  197. 6:56everything is linked. And now we can
  198. 6:58see, okay, there's an A2A purchase on
  199. 7:00this and now we have this linked
  200. 7:01purchase order shipped, received
  201. 7:03forward. Everything is automatically.
  202. 7:05You guys saw how easy it is. And now we
  203. 7:07can see, go, we can see what's returned,
  204. 7:10we can see what's received and we can
  205. 7:12filter that. For example, for this book,
  206. 7:14we can see, okay, it got delivered in
  207. 7:16Cologne, all the details on that, so you
  208. 7:19can also see, okay, what's up,
  209. 7:20announced, in transit, out of delivery,
  210. 7:22ready for pick up. Let's imagine we
  211. 7:24didn't find anything for this order.
  212. 7:26What we can do over here is we can just
  213. 7:28track order manually. For example, this
  214. 7:30was something for my girlfriend, you can
  215. 7:31just go on here, track it directly on
  216. 7:33Germany, let's say it's in on 20 euro
  217. 7:36and now we can basically track the
  218. 7:38order. It was my buying price because we
  219. 7:40got it also like out of the Amazon
  220. 7:42business account. You don't need to do
  221. 7:43that. And now we can track it. And
  222. 7:45what's happening right now, it's fully
  223. 7:46linked. This got fully linked. You can
  224. 7:48see it's filling up. It's filling up.
  225. 7:50And yeah, that's like really, really
  226. 7:51cool. And it's completely automated.
  227. 7:54Just imagine how much time you're saving
  228. 7:56with this feature alone. Imagine you
  229. 7:58would actually need to do that for every
  230. 8:00single item you purchase on Amazon
  231. 8:02business. And we know a lot of people
  232. 8:04which do. They have sometimes two or
  233. 8:06three accounts. And we have everything
  234. 8:08automated inside here. Now we can go
  235. 8:10over here. What's linked so far? And
  236. 8:12then you can see, okay, linked, linked,
  237. 8:14linked. We also can see, okay, it's
  238. 8:15[music] received zero, etc. It's
  239. 8:18returned minus two. And so on. [music]
  240. 8:20Everything is doing on its own. If you
  241. 8:22want the full onboarding as well, if you
  242. 8:24didn't understand it maybe [music]
  243. 8:25towards the video, you can also click on
  244. 8:27this and it automatically showcases you
  245. 8:29how to set it. But what we also offer
  246. 8:31is, for example, if you want any session
  247. 8:33how to actually understand this [music]
  248. 8:34entire product Profit Desk later, you
  249. 8:37can also book a call with Alex. There's
  250. 8:39no problem for it. Let's make a test
  251. 8:41purchase. I think it's something really
  252. 8:43nice if we just go on Amazon. Let's say
  253. 8:45like we want to order this Elo Trans. So
  254. 8:47let's go over here. We order that
  255. 8:50directly. We make a purchase. Obviously,
  256. 8:52we need to blur all that info. Now we
  257. 8:54purchase it. And now it's purchased. So
  258. 8:57basically, now we instantly got this
  259. 8:59order from Amazon business. So what we
  260. 9:02can do over here now is now we're going
  261. 9:04on A2A orders. And now we're waiting
  262. 9:06until the purchase is instantly tracked
  263. 9:09inside Profit Desk. Because we're
  264. 9:10waiting right now to get the order
  265. 9:12confirmed, and then we can fetch
  266. 9:13everything, and then everything starts.
  267. 9:16So what you can imagine now, we track
  268. 9:18this order. And what happens now is
  269. 9:19Profit Desk will automatically get all
  270. 9:22the data from this item and
  271. 9:23automatically announce it at our prep
  272. 9:25center if we want [music] to use a prep
  273. 9:27center, and then it makes the listing
  274. 9:29automatically for me. And that's
  275. 9:31something really, really [music] nice.
  276. 9:33So as you can see over here, it got
  277. 9:35instantly tracked as an order. So you
  278. 9:38can see the A to A trans is instantly
  279. 9:40inside here. It's ordered on desire
  280. 9:42date. And now we can basically [music]
  281. 9:44see, okay, it's shipped, is it received,
  282. 9:46is it forwarded? We can also see that
  283. 9:49there is no current or historical prices
  284. 9:51available. I'm also probably I'm
  285. 9:53ungated, for example, for Germany. And
  286. 9:55now the listing is in [music] queue. So,
  287. 9:58with our settings, the listing will be
  288. 9:59created like 6 hours. We can also see
  289. 10:02the order number. We can see the sheet,
  290. 10:04the warehouse is strategy. We see that
  291. 10:06it's not in our lost yet at our prep
  292. 10:07center, and so on. And now, if Amazon
  293. 10:11would actually ship the item, everything
  294. 10:13would get synchronized instantly by the
  295. 10:15module itself. You can also see like my
  296. 10:17book, for example, I purchased. You can
  297. 10:19see I shipped. Obviously, my book is not
  298. 10:21profit at all. It's for me personally.
  299. 10:23It's not a resale item. But we can see
  300. 10:25over here we are ungated for all the
  301. 10:27region, and now it's listing. I don't
  302. 10:28want to list that, so we can delete it.
  303. 10:30If you would say, for example, let's
  304. 10:32imagine you deleted by accident, you can
  305. 10:34just click on the plus and do the
  306. 10:36listing by yourself. That's like really
  307. 10:37easy. Then we can see that, and now you
  308. 10:40do all the settings. For example, if you
  309. 10:42want 10% margin, you put it on top, and
  310. 10:44then we can relist for all the
  311. 10:46marketplaces. That's something really,
  312. 10:48really cool. So, yeah. So, we have the A
  313. 10:50to A orders. We see them all over here.
  314. 10:52You guys can also see, okay, it's fully
  315. 10:54linked now. We have all the data over
  316. 10:57here. That went really, really smooth.
  317. 10:59We can see on all orders. We can also
  318. 11:00like check for a specific business
  319. 11:02account. Multiple orders also working.
  320. 11:04For example, you can see that, that. We
  321. 11:06will obviously block the listing in
  322. 11:08queues because this is like a test. But
  323. 11:10now we see everything. We can also see,
  324. 11:12okay, what kind of supplier is cheaper?
  325. 11:13Maybe you also like found the cheaper
  326. 11:15supplier on another side, all inside
  327. 11:18here. Shipped, received, and yeah. This
  328. 11:20is like the true power of actually
  329. 11:22automating your entire business. And
  330. 11:24that's something we really want to teach
  331. 11:26with those videos. We really want to
  332. 11:28showcase every single step what you can
  333. 11:30automate because you shouldn't waste so
  334. 11:32much time on those little things. Just
  335. 11:35imagine what it costs you in time if you
  336. 11:37purchase the item, track it in Excel,
  337. 11:39put it to prep center, actually list it
  338. 11:42again, list it on multiple regions, make
  339. 11:44sure that everything goes correct, is
  340. 11:46even your profit correct, is the profit
  341. 11:47margin correct, and so on. And that's
  342. 11:49exactly why we built this [music] tool,
  343. 11:51and we really hope you love it. One
  344. 11:53really nice thing what you can do over
  345. 11:55here for your accounting is you can go
  346. 11:57to export and import, and now scroll
  347. 12:00down, and here we have the Amazon
  348. 12:01business invoices. So, what we can do
  349. 12:03over here now is we can export all
  350. 12:06Amazon business invoices what we did.
  351. 12:08So, let's imagine you want to make your
  352. 12:09bookkeeping for the past month or for
  353. 12:13the past year, for example, for all
  354. 12:15those or let's say the last 9 months.
  355. 12:17You're going to go to file name
  356. 12:18invoices, and then you can basically
  357. 12:20select, okay, I want to have the
  358. 12:22invoices from January till today. I
  359. 12:25select all marketplaces where I want to
  360. 12:27have the invoices from, and now I export
  361. 12:30them as a zip. And what's happening
  362. 12:31right now, it just exported me all the
  363. 12:33invoices. And now I can have them ready,
  364. 12:35give them to my accounting, and
  365. 12:37everything is done for me. So, what we
  366. 12:40basically have here is with the full
  367. 12:42automated A2A flow how to actually track
  368. 12:45it, and we also like help you with your
  369. 12:47accounting. So, just imagine you need to
  370. 12:49log in into your accounts, pick up every
  371. 12:52single invoice, it takes so much time.
