  1. 0:00I landed my first ever $6,000 per month
  2. 0:02appointment setting position in 2024
  3. 0:04while previously having no experience in
  4. 0:06this industry. Landing this role allowed
  5. 0:07me to quit my 9-5 that I absolutely
  6. 0:09hated working as a server at a
  7. 0:10restaurant. Appointment setting allowed
  8. 0:12me to unlock complete remote freedom and
  9. 0:13make money from pretty much anywhere in
  10. 0:15the world. I've logged my entire journey
  11. 0:16on this YouTube channel from when I
  12. 0:17first quit my 9-5 to start appointment
  13. 0:19setting, which started my entire
  14. 0:20high-ticket sales journey. Since that
  15. 0:22point, I've been a top setter in the
  16. 0:23space, I've been a top closer in the
  17. 0:24space making 30 to 40,000 dollars per
  18. 0:26month in pure commissions, and also
  19. 0:28started a seven-figure recruitment
  20. 0:29company that trains and hires
  21. 0:30high-ticket sales reps for some of the
  22. 0:32biggest offers in the space. So, in this
  23. 0:33video, I'm going to show you guys how to
  24. 0:34land your first appointment setter role
  25. 0:35in 2026 even if you have no experience
  26. 0:37or pretty much no idea what you're doing
  27. 0:39because I did it myself. I've also
  28. 0:40helped hundreds of people that had no
  29. 0:41idea what appointment setting was land
  30. 0:43their first role and quit their 9-5 to
  31. 0:44do it full-time. I'm going to give you
  32. 0:45guys an exact 14-day roadmap on what you
  33. 0:48need to do step-by-step to do this with
  34. 0:49no experience. Step one is going to be
  35. 0:51acquiring the skill set of appointment
  36. 0:53setting. Step two is going to be finding
  37. 0:54an influencer or online business to work
  38. 0:56for. Step three is going to be nailing
  39. 0:57the interview and what you need to do
  40. 0:59for next steps a top performer in that
  41. 1:01role. I've gotten hundreds of DMs from
  42. 1:03people that have watched my YouTube
  43. 1:04channel saying free videos on this
  44. 1:05channel alone have allowed them to land
  45. 1:06their first job opportunity and make
  46. 1:08their first dollar online. So, the only
  47. 1:09thing I ask from you guys is take this
  48. 1:10video seriously, get caffeinated, take
  49. 1:12notes, and actually watch this video
  50. 1:14till the end. A lot of people in the
  51. 1:15high-ticket sales space spread
  52. 1:16misinformation because they never
  53. 1:17actually were high-ticket closers or
  54. 1:19setters. They're just selling you a
  55. 1:20lifestyle in order to sell you a course
  56. 1:22or something like that online. So, get a
  57. 1:23pen and paper out, let's get into it.
  58. 1:25All right, step one, acquiring the skill
  59. 1:26set. Everybody overcomplicates it, but
  60. 1:28this is what you actually need. First,
  61. 1:29you have to understand what a setter
  62. 1:31really does. As a setter, your entire
  63. 1:32job is just being a filter. You qualify
  64. 1:35the leads that have showed interest in
  65. 1:36an online product. Your job isn't to
  66. 1:38close them, it's to get them to a six
  67. 1:39out of 10 so the closer can close them
  68. 1:41and collect the payment. You're making
  69. 1:42sure the people you book on the closer's
  70. 1:44calendar have money and they're ready to
  71. 1:45go. Now, the skill set itself comes down
  72. 1:47to two things, starting conversations
  73. 1:49and asking the right questions. You're
  74. 1:50not memorizing a 40-page script or
  75. 1:52learning 19 different objection handles.
  76. 1:54You're opening a conversation with a
  77. 1:56warm lead that already showed interest
  78. 1:57in a product and you're trying to get
  79. 1:58these three things out of them. You're
  80. 1:59trying to find out if they have money, a
  81. 2:01problem that you can solve with the
  82. 2:02product, and a real desire to buy. So,
  83. 2:04how you're going to learn the skill sets
  84. 2:05and how to know what questions to ask on
  85. 2:06these calls, I'm going to give you a
  86. 2:07step-by-step. First is find a setting
  87. 2:09script that you can reliably use and go
  88. 2:11over with hundreds of times. I'm going
  89. 2:13to give you guys a free gift down below.
  90. 2:14I'm going to drop my appointment setting
  91. 2:15script that I've personally used to
  92. 2:17close over $10 million in the
  93. 2:18high-ticket sales space and it's what
  94. 2:19all my students use inside of my paid
  95. 2:21program. This has the best openers and
  96. 2:23exactly what you're supposed to say to
  97. 2:24qualify these prospects. So, instead of
  98. 2:26going online and trying to find some
  99. 2:27random script, I'm just going to give
  100. 2:28you guys the best script known in the
  101. 2:30game. Step two is go to ChatGPT and open
  102. 2:32up a new chat. Paste in the prompt
  103. 2:34something similar to this. I want to do
  104. 2:35some mock appointment setting calls with
  105. 2:37you. I want you to act like a lead who
  106. 2:38showed interest in an offer and run a
  107. 2:40mock setting conversation using my
  108. 2:41script.
  109. 2:42>> [music]
  110. 2:42>> Push back, go cold, get busy, and all
  111. 2:44the stuff that a real lead would do to
  112. 2:45help me master the setting script. Now,
  113. 2:47there's an option where you can
  114. 2:48literally talk to ChatGPT, go back and
  115. 2:50forth, do 20 of these per day until you
  116. 2:52know the script like the back of your
  117. 2:53hand. That's it. Once you can run a
  118. 2:55qualifying conversation without sounding
  119. 2:56like a robot, you have now acquired the
  120. 2:58skill set of setting. Most people charge
  121. 3:00$2,000 online to teach appointment
  122. 3:02setting, and it's literally the easiest
  123. 3:03thing in the entire world. Also, if you
  124. 3:05guys want to hear a live appointment
  125. 3:06setting call so you can know what a top
  126. 3:07performer actually sounds like on the
  127. 3:08phone, I have a free 2-hour course where
  128. 3:10I talk about everything appointment
  129. 3:11setting. I go super in-depth and you
  130. 3:13guys can watch that after this video.
  131. 3:14I'll put it in the description. All
  132. 3:15right, step two is finding an offer or
  133. 3:17influencer to work for. Once you have
  134. 3:18the skill set, all you need is an
  135. 3:20influencer to work for and a list of
  136. 3:21leads to call. The first thing you have
  137. 3:22to understand is where do most of these
  138. 3:24influencers find appointment setters in
  139. 3:25the first place? And as someone that has
  140. 3:27hired hundreds of these appointment
  141. 3:28setters for my own offers and other info
  142. 3:30offers, I can [music] confidently tell
  143. 3:31you that 90% of hires come from
  144. 3:33word-of-mouth referrals. There are so
  145. 3:34many people that are not good at sales
  146. 3:36DMing random influencers, sending their
  147. 3:37resumes out to thousands of places, and
  148. 3:39almost 90% of the time they always get
  149. 3:41ignored. Rather than if I go to dinner
  150. 3:42with one of my buddies who's in business
  151. 3:44and ask for an appointment setter, I can
  152. 3:45directly place one of my reps inside of
  153. 3:47my program onto his offer. But, that
  154. 3:48doesn't mean it's not impossible. So, if
  155. 3:50you want to try it on your own, I'm
  156. 3:51going to teach you guys exactly how.
  157. 3:52First thing is if you have no
  158. 3:53experience, it makes sense if you
  159. 3:55already have knowledge about the
  160. 3:56industry that you're about to work into.
  161. 3:57So, if you already know about fitness,
  162. 3:59try to apply to a fitness role. If you
  163. 4:00already know about AI, try to apply to
  164. 4:02AI influencers. The offer you actually
  165. 4:04work for matters a lot more than your
  166. 4:05skill set because if you already have
  167. 4:06prior knowledge in the industry, you'll
  168. 4:07probably do well as a sales rep even if
  169. 4:09you aren't the best at sales yet. So,
  170. 4:11what does a great offer actually look
  171. 4:12like so you can identify it before you
  172. 4:13start sending applications? Here's the
  173. 4:15criteria that I use. Number one is
  174. 4:16they're doing real revenue. You want an
  175. 4:18offer that's already doing at least
  176. 4:19200,000 per month because that tells you
  177. 4:21that they actually know what they're
  178. 4:22doing and they have enough lead flow to
  179. 4:23keep you busy and for you to actually
  180. 4:25make commissions. As a sales rep, you're
  181. 4:26only making like 5 to 15% commission, so
  182. 4:28if they're doing less than 200 grand a
  183. 4:30month, that doesn't leave you a lot of
  184. 4:31money to work with. Number two, the
  185. 4:32offer owner has a really good personal
  186. 4:34brand. The best offers are with people
  187. 4:35and influencers that have a cult-like
  188. 4:37audience because that audience is
  189. 4:38producing warm leads every single day
  190. 4:40and warm leads are the best leads to
  191. 4:41sell especially as a beginner. You do
  192. 4:43not want to be cold messaging strangers
  193. 4:45selling something that they don't want
  194. 4:46to buy. You want to be having inbound
  195. 4:47leads come to you. You can call them up
  196. 4:49and qualify them easily. And then number
  197. 4:50three, it's in a niche that's actually
  198. 4:51growing. The offers that I'm most
  199. 4:53bullish on right now are B2B AI, peptide
  200. 4:55and hormone optimization, content
  201. 4:57agencies, ghostwriting, short-form
  202. 4:59agencies, personal branding coaching.
  203. 5:00These are the waves that people are
  204. 5:01going to spend the next five years
  205. 5:03chasing, which means the demand isn't
  206. 5:04going anywhere. Now that you understand
  207. 5:05which offers are the best and how to
  208. 5:07identify good offers, you're going to
  209. 5:08want to create a video resume before you
  210. 5:10start sending it out to influencers.
  211. 5:11This basically just explains to the
  212. 5:13business why you're going to be a good
  213. 5:14fit. It can also show them how well you
  214. 5:15speak on camera. They're looking for a
  215. 5:1730-second to 1-minute video going over
  216. 5:19this. Why you're going to be a good fit
  217. 5:20for this role, what you've done in the
  218. 5:21past that relates to the role, and just
  219. 5:23overall letting them know that you're
  220. 5:24not going to be a risk to their business
  221. 5:25if they put you on the team and give you
  222. 5:27a chance. Like I said earlier, it's not
  223. 5:28going to be impossible to get a job.
  224. 5:30I'll give you guys an example of a good
  225. 5:31Loom right here.
  226. 5:32>> Well, my name is and I'm going to save
  227. 5:33you the corny intros and the overdone
  228. 5:34slideshows and just get right into it.
  229. 5:36My primary focus is building a full-time
  230. 5:38career in sales, specifically
  231. 5:39appointment setting.
  232. 5:41I do run a small online consulting
  233. 5:42business, however, it is designed to run
  234. 5:44with minimal day-to-day involvement,
  235. 5:46meaning my professional availability
  236. 5:47will not be interfered with. Running my
  237. 5:49own online business as well as selling
  238. 5:51my services has equipped me with
  239. 5:52fundamentals in qualifying people,
  240. 5:54handling objections, and moving
  241. 5:56conversations forward efficiently, all
  242. 5:58of which I am now applying to full-time
  243. 6:00sales. I've also invested multiple four
  244. 6:02figures in sales education as well as
  245. 6:04coaching. I'm both reliable and
  246. 6:06coachable, and when I commit to a
  247. 6:07schedule, I show up and I execute. Thank
  248. 6:09you for taking the time to watch, and if
  249. 6:11you feel like I would be the right fit
  250. 6:12for you, please feel free to reach out.
  251. 6:13I'd love to connect.
  252. 6:14>> you understand what offers are good to
  253. 6:16work for and you have your video resume
  254. 6:18ready, where do you actually find
  255. 6:19influencers to reach out to? The best
  256. 6:20thing you can do is pick like four to
  257. 6:22five influencers that you really want to
  258. 6:23work for and start sending them your
  259. 6:25resume and hope and pray that they see
  260. 6:26it. So, out of the niches that I went
  261. 6:28over, you're going to pick one. I'm
  262. 6:29going to do AI for an example. You're
  263. 6:30going to search up on YouTube how to
  264. 6:31start AI in 2026, click most recently
  265. 6:34uploaded, and you're going to see a
  266. 6:35bunch of creators that are most likely
  267. 6:36selling something to their audience. You
  268. 6:38can write down those names and then try
  269. 6:39to find their emails and Instagrams,
  270. 6:41which is most likely going to be in
  271. 6:42their YouTube bio. From there, you're
  272. 6:43going to want to say something like, "Do
  273. 6:44you have a mentorship?" so they open up
  274. 6:46the first initial message and you get
  275. 6:47put into priority and then send your
  276. 6:49resume after that. Like I said, it's not
  277. 6:50impossible to get a job this way. It's
  278. 6:52just going to take a lot more time,
  279. 6:53effort, and energy to do. Now, if you do
  280. 6:54want to skip all of that and get hired
  281. 6:56from one of the offers that I manage,
  282. 6:57I'll put some examples of some roles
  283. 6:59that I've had people reach out to me
  284. 7:00asking for setters and closers for. I
  285. 7:02run a software that literally updates
  286. 7:03every single day with some of the best
  287. 7:04high-ticket sales offers in the space.
  288. 7:06So, if you guys want to skip all that
  289. 7:07and just apply to work with me
  290. 7:08one-on-one to get placed on one of these
  291. 7:10roles, you can click the second link in
  292. 7:11my bio. Please only apply to this if you
  293. 7:13have no other obligations and want to do
  294. 7:15this full-time. All right, so you
  295. 7:16finally have the skill set and finally
  296. 7:17landed your first interview. What are
  297. 7:19you supposed to do from here? Once you
  298. 7:20nail this interview and you get them to
  299. 7:22say yes, your entire life could change.
  300. 7:24You literally now have the freedom to
  301. 7:25make money from anywhere in the world.
  302. 7:27You can quit your 9-to-5 and literally
  303. 7:28just spawn money in thin air from just
  304. 7:30calling people on the phone. So, this
  305. 7:31part is so, so important to get right.
  306. 7:33It's really just like any other
  307. 7:35interview, okay? You show up on time,
  308. 7:36you have high energy, and you just come
  309. 7:37across as coachable. That word is
  310. 7:39everything. Offer owners aren't looking
  311. 7:41for someone that already knows it all,
  312. 7:42especially as an appointment setter.
  313. 7:43They're looking for someone that they
  314. 7:44can train up and they know for a fact
  315. 7:46that this person will be coachable and
  316. 7:47do the work, which brings me to the
  317. 7:48stuff that will guarantee that you won't
  318. 7:50get hired onto an offer. And you need to
  319. 7:51hear this because I've seen it multiple,
  320. 7:53multiple times. Number one is ego. I've
  321. 7:55had people come to me, pay me for
  322. 7:56placement. They're like, "Oh, I'm the
  323. 7:57best sales rep in the world. I literally
  324. 7:59am ready. I don't need training." And
  325. 8:00almost every time those are the people
  326. 8:02that struggle to get past the interview
  327. 8:03stage. The second someone acts like they
  328. 8:05know everything, they're done. Nobody
  329. 8:06wants to manage a know-it-all that won't
  330. 8:08take coaching. Number two is
  331. 8:09inconsistent availability. If you're
  332. 8:11flaky, you don't show up to the meetings
  333. 8:12on time, you don't hit leads in a timely
  334. 8:14manner, you are useless to an offer
  335. 8:15because leads don't wait for you. If a
  336. 8:17lead shows interest, you have to be
  337. 8:18there to hit them up and call them and
  338. 8:20put them on the closer's calendar. And
  339. 8:21then another thing is you just overall
  340. 8:23have bad packaging. You're super nervous
  341. 8:24on the call. You're not groomed when you
  342. 8:26show up. You look like you're in a
  343. 8:27college dorm room. When I showed you
  344. 8:28guys that Loom video example, I want you
  345. 8:30to show up to the interview in that
  346. 8:31exact same mentality. Same way he
  347. 8:32speaks, same way he comes across, same
  348. 8:34confidence, everything. I'll also put a
  349. 8:35list of questions that most likely the
  350. 8:37interviewer is going to ask you so you
  351. 8:38can prepare for those questions. Now,
  352. 8:40here's the part that actually matters.
  353. 8:41Once you get hired, you want to
  354. 8:42immediately show them that you were a
  355. 8:44good choice for their business. This is
  356. 8:45exactly what I personally did to go from
  357. 8:47absolutely zero experience to the top
  358. 8:49performer within two months. And there's
  359. 8:50no way that you could possibly lose with
  360. 8:52it. First thing you do is when you
  361. 8:52finally join the offer, you're going to
  362. 8:54want to find the person who's the top
  363. 8:55performer and making the most amount of
  364. 8:56money in your position. So go to the top
  365. 8:58appointment setter and call them up. You
  366. 8:59guys are now working together, so you
  367. 9:01should probably get to know them. Now
  368. 9:02you want to study everything about them.
  369. 9:03Listen to some of their call recordings,
  370. 9:05their tonality, the way they speak, the
  371. 9:06specific script they're using. Replicate
  372. 9:08their process to a T. Don't try to
  373. 9:10reinvent it. Don't try to be clever. The
  374. 9:12questions they ask, all of it, because
  375. 9:13that's the best model that is working on
  376. 9:15this offer. Once you replicate what
  377. 9:17they're doing, you're going to want to
  378. 9:18double the volume. If they're doing 100
