  1. 0:00So, I'm assuming you clicked on this
  2. 0:01video cuz you want to be
  3. 0:04>> [music]
  4. 0:06>> All right, but actually. Maybe you want
  5. 0:07to get shredded, maybe look better in
  6. 0:08the face, or learn how to style your
  7. 0:10clothes, or gain a social media
  8. 0:11following, or maybe actually talk to a
  9. 0:13girl for the first time in 3 years. But
  10. 0:15whatever it may be, I understand that
  11. 0:17you probably want to look better, talk
  12. 0:18better, and just feel better. Well,
  13. 0:20don't worry cuz you've got an absolutely
  14. 0:22expert on this
  15. 0:24All right, but on the actual more
  16. 0:25serious end, I can give you some no-BS
  17. 0:27advice on how I got more attractive in
  18. 0:29just a few short [music] months and the
  19. 0:30steps I took to get there. The diets,
  20. 0:32the products, the ideas, etc. And I
  21. 0:34promise you this is not going to be one
  22. 0:35of those crappy Pinterest picture
  23. 0:37slideshow videos spamming a bunch of
  24. 0:39sponsored products with all the Facebook
  25. 0:41charts and info. Nor is it going to be
  26. 0:43some hopeless black-pilled guide on how
  27. 0:45to perform shoulder width and knee
  28. 0:47surgery at home. It's actually going to
  29. 0:48be the steps that I took over the past
  30. 0:50few months and the steps I took over the
  31. 0:52years to go from this to this.
  32. 0:57But anyways, I'll be including a full
  33. 0:59guide on how I improve my face and my
  34. 1:01skin and how I added a halo to that by
  35. 1:03building an aesthetic physique. And
  36. 1:04finally, how I tied everything together
  37. 1:06by actually learning how to talk to
  38. 1:08people and finding a style that actually
  39. 1:09suit. And additionally, for those
  40. 1:11curious, I'll be going over whether or
  41. 1:12not the tides are worth it. But anyways,
  42. 1:15let's get started on how to actually
  43. 1:16glow up this summer and be the best
  44. 1:18version of you.
  45. 1:27All right, so first things first, your
  46. 1:29face and your skin. And look, everyone
  47. 1:30wants to look better. It's pretty much
  48. 1:32just facts at this point. It's hard not
  49. 1:33to scroll on your For You page and see
  50. 1:35back-to-back Damon Salvatore and David
  51. 1:37Laid. And of course, not start feeling
  52. 1:39some type of way about your own skin and
  53. 1:41your face. But it's important to
  54. 1:42understand that you can always take
  55. 1:44action on that. Looking better is still
  56. 1:45always possible. And I'll show you that
  57. 1:47through the routine that actually made a
  58. 1:48difference for me in just a few months.
  59. 1:51And no, it's not some overcomplicated
  60. 1:5340-step routine on a bunch of random
  61. 1:55products promoted by 10-year-olds trying
  62. 1:57to show their jawline on camera. But
  63. 1:58it's the real things that I did to start
  64. 2:00looking better day by day, which I know
  65. 2:02can work for you, too, as long as you're
  66. 2:03willing to take action on it, which I'll
  67. 2:05help you do with personal steps that you
  68. 2:06can do at the end of each section to
  69. 2:08better yourself. But to start, the
  70. 2:09single most impactful thing you can do
  71. 2:12for your face, and this is something
  72. 2:14people genuinely underestimate, is just
  73. 2:16getting lean. Like before you buy a
  74. 2:18single product, before you touch
  75. 2:19anything else on this list, understand
  76. 2:21that even just dropping a few
  77. 2:22percentages in body fat will do more for
  78. 2:25how your face looks than almost anything
  79. 2:27else you can do. And if you're already
  80. 2:28sub-11% body fat,
  81. 2:31>> [music]
  82. 2:33>> but for everyone else, a simple 2-month
  83. 2:35cut is probably the most important thing
  84. 2:36you can do this summer / spring. But
  85. 2:38I'll go way more in-depth on how to cut
  86. 2:40properly in the gym and fitness section.
  87. 2:42But something you can do now that works
  88. 2:43way faster than losing body fat, like
  89. 2:46within literal days, so you can actually
  90. 2:48see results and get that sweet release
  91. 2:50of instant gratification. But the number
  92. 2:52one thing when it comes to de-bloating
  93. 2:54is water. I genuinely mean the amount of
  94. 2:56water [music] that I used to make this
  95. 2:57script using ChatGPT. Just kidding,
  96. 2:59guys. I don't use AI. My jokes are all
  97. 3:01homemade. But we're talking about 3 to 4
  98. 3:03L a day, and I know that sounds like a
  99. 3:05lot,
  100. 3:07but just trust the process because the
  101. 3:09effects on your face are actually really
  102. 3:10good. And beyond water, of course,
  103. 3:12there's other aspects to this, like
  104. 3:13sodium and potassium. Ideally, you want
  105. 3:15to get your sodium down to about 1,500
  106. 3:18mg and your potassium up to around 3,000
  107. 3:20mg. And this is the main problem. Most
  108. 3:22people are doing the complete opposite
  109. 3:24of this without even realizing it.
  110. 3:25Because snacks and processed foods are
  111. 3:27basically just sodium hydrogen bombs
  112. 3:30disguised as food. While whole foods
  113. 3:31like bananas and avocados, which are the
  114. 3:33ones that actually have potassium in
  115. 3:35them, nobody really eats. So, simple
  116. 3:37fix, a potassium supplement first thing
  117. 3:39in the morning around 700 to 1,000 mg.
  118. 3:41Drink your water all throughout the day.
  119. 3:43Cardio helps de-bloat as well, and try
  120. 3:45to actually hold real food instead of
  121. 3:47like Walmart brand reproductive harming
  122. 3:49noodles. You're going to notice a
  123. 3:50difference in your face within a week,
  124. 3:52and you'll also start feeling a lot more
  125. 3:53energetic and healthier, too. But, let's
  126. 3:55also talk about the effects that eating
  127. 3:57healthy foods has on your looks as a
  128. 3:59whole. But, it has a real effect on skin
  129. 4:00quality, acne, and the tightness of your
  130. 4:03face, and even your hair. All of that is
  131. 4:04heavily tied to what you're putting in
  132. 4:06your body. So, to help you all optimize
  133. 4:08that, I'm going to list out my whole
  134. 4:09grocery. I set a personal rule where I
  135. 4:11can only eat what I buy myself from the
  136. 4:13grocery store and not whatever random
  137. 4:15stuff my parents have lying around. That
  138. 4:17way, I don't eat a whole apple with kiwi
  139. 4:18[music] and papaya every year. But,
  140. 4:20regardless, my grocery haul is usually
  141. 4:22fajita mix because it goes with
  142. 4:23literally anything and has three
  143. 4:25vegetables in it. Ground beef, chicken,
  144. 4:26salmon, eggs, nuts, berries, bananas,
  145. 4:29avocados, sweet potatoes, [music] rice,
  146. 4:31spinach, sourdough bread, and raw honey.
  147. 4:36For my sauces, I usually do low-sodium
  148. 4:38pasta sauce, buffalo sauce because it's
  149. 4:40super low-calorie and actually it's rice
  150. 4:42vinegar, full-fat Greek yogurt instead
  151. 4:44of sour cream. But, I allow myself a
  152. 4:46little bit of yum yum sauce to keep my
  153. 4:48sanity intact. The overall rule is just
  154. 4:50try and keep fat and sodium to as low as
  155. 4:52you realistically can. Don't overload
  156. 4:54the sauces, though. That's the main
  157. 4:55thing that increases sodium. And try to
  158. 4:57eat whole foods the majority of the
  159. 4:58time. But, don't make your life
  160. 4:59miserable over it because eating seven
  161. 5:01to eight out of 10 healthy meals
  162. 5:03consistently is always going to be 3
  163. 5:05days of being perfect and then spiraling
  164. 5:08back into eating [music] complete
  165. 5:09garbage every single time. If you
  166. 5:10actually want to track how healthy your
  167. 5:12food is with a visual score, you can use
  168. 5:14the CalAI app. For every meal that you
  169. 5:16track, it gives you a rating out of 10.
  170. 5:17Not to mention, tracking meal also shows
  171. 5:19us calories, fats, proteins, carbs,
  172. 5:21etc., which will be useful in the
  173. 5:23cutting section of this video. But,
  174. 5:24before we get into that, let's review
  175. 5:26some face products that I use. And by
  176. 5:27the way, I'm going to keep this section
  177. 5:29a little tighter because you genuinely
  178. 5:31do not need much. The things that
  179. 5:32actually made a difference for me are
  180. 5:34under eye cream because the eye area is
  181. 5:36one of the first things that people
  182. 5:38notice about you. And I usually fix my
  183. 5:39dark circles around my eyebrows with it.
  184. 5:41Castor oil and a lash and brow growth
  185. 5:43serum actually works really well, too,
  186. 5:45cuz who doesn't want fuller eyebrows and
  187. 5:47lashes to look like a Arabian prince?
  188. 5:49Sunscreen every single day is also
  189. 5:51non-negotiable because UV damage
  190. 5:53compounds over time and you're not going
  191. 5:55to notice it now, but you're going to
  192. 5:56notice in your 30s when you start to
  193. 5:58look like this lady from Monsters Inc.
  194. 6:00So, just start now. It'll benefit you a
  195. 6:01lot. Whitening strips are actually super
  196. 6:03underrated for how easy they are to use
  197. 6:05and how much they do for you. Lumify if
  198. 6:07your eyes are always red for whatever
  199. 6:09reason. Vaseline on the lips if they get
  200. 6:12dry. And I know some of this may seem a
  201. 6:14little girly, but just taking care of
  202. 6:15yourself and grooming isn't something to
  203. 6:17be ashamed of. But for actual skin care
  204. 6:19instead of just accessory products, I
  205. 6:21personally don't have a lot of acne, but
  206. 6:23I found that literally just washing my
  207. 6:25face with cold water twice a day worked
  208. 6:27better for me than literally anything
  209. 6:28else because layering way too many
  210. 6:30products was actually making my acne
  211. 6:32[music] three times worse. But for most
  212. 6:34people who have mild acne, I would
  213. 6:36consider trying to get Tretinoin.
  214. 6:37Tretinoin is like a prescription-based
  215. 6:39acne product that you usually pair with
  216. 6:41a cleanser and a hydrator. It's usually
  217. 6:42meant for people with mild acne. And if
  218. 6:44you go to a dermatologist, you should be
  219. 6:46able to get prescribed with it. It
  220. 6:47worked really well for my friends who
  221. 6:49got on it and their acne went away in
  222. 6:50about three to four months. If you have
  223. 6:52severe acne like one of my friends did,
  224. 6:54you can also go to a dermatologist and
  225. 6:55try and get a prescription for Accutane.
  226. 6:57Now, Accutane will pretty much clear
  227. 6:59every bit of acne you have up, but it
  228. 7:01may have some side effects. But for my
  229. 7:03friend, he definitely said it was worth
  230. 7:04the risk and it cleared up almost
  231. 7:06everything on his face. And acne really
  232. 7:07isn't about complicated 40-step routines
  233. 7:10with a bunch of products. It's about
  234. 7:11going to a dermatologist, finding what
  235. 7:13type of acne you have and how to fix it.
  236. 7:15And if you really don't have bad acne
  237. 7:17like me, but you see sudden flare-ups,
  238. 7:19it's more about [music] your diet and
  239. 7:20maybe you're overloading your face with
  240. 7:22too much product. But moving forward
  241. 7:23into hair and mainly the foundation of
  242. 7:25it in general like texture and quality,
  243. 7:27castor oil is your friend for hair
  244. 7:29texture and growth. Use a natural
  245. 7:31shampoo and conditioner, too. I use Base
  246. 7:33Body Works. I filed a lawsuit against
  247. 7:35Base Body Works. But anyway, and it
  248. 7:37doesn't have ingredients sourced from
  249. 7:39like, I don't know, Breaking Bad's
  250. 7:40laboratory or like, what even is this?
  251. 7:42And if you're already noticing early
  252. 7:44thinning, then try and get on minoxidil
  253. 7:46sooner rather than later. Trust me on
  254. 7:48that, please. And honestly, the most
  255. 7:49underrated thing on this entire list is
  256. 7:52just going outside. Like actually just
  257. 7:54touch grass and get some sun. A week of
  258. 7:56real sunlight will do more for how you
  259. 7:58look than half of what I just listed.
  260. 8:00Just wear your sunscreen and you should
  261. 8:01be good. Sunlight makes your hair
  262. 8:03lighter and healthier, [music] your skin
  263. 8:04brighter and less blemishes, helps up
  264. 8:06your mood, and there's just so many
  265. 8:08benefits. Sorry to get off topic with
  266. 8:09the sun, but moving back to hair in
  267. 8:11general. Some extra products you can use
  268. 8:13for your hair type, whether or not you
  269. 8:14have curly, wavy, or straight hair are
  270. 8:17Curly guys usually want curl cream or
  271. 8:19milk. Wavy guys grab sea salt spray and
  272. 8:21a light mousse. And straight hair guys
  273. 8:23go sea salt spray, texture powder, or
  274. 8:25clay. No, not that type of clay, you
  275. 8:26idiot.
  276. 8:28But overall, that's pretty much it when
  277. 8:30it comes to your face. But there's some
  278. 8:31important extra things you can do like
  279. 8:33cold showers in the morning, which can
  280. 8:35debloat your face and reduce puffiness,
  281. 8:36and prioritizing your sleep as well.
  282. 8:38Also, the gym can have a positive effect
  283. 8:40on your looks, too. And the final step
  284. 8:42for this section, and of course with
  285. 8:43what I said earlier, I want you to
  286. 8:45actually do something with [music] this
  287. 8:46video and not just let it be more
  288. 8:48dopamine slot. So, the actionable step
  289. 8:50for this section is to make a skin care
  290. 8:52{slash} facial routine and or hair
  291. 8:53routine. I'll go ahead and give you all
  292. 8:55a sample one real quick. Feel free to
  293. 8:56just take a glance at this or pause the
  294. 8:58video if you need. [music]
  295. 9:01All right, I hope you like the skin care
  296. 9:02and facial routine. You can edit this,
  297. 9:04make your own skin routine, do whatever
  298. 9:06with it. But now, it's time to add that
  299. 9:08physique halo and angle max all of your
  300. 9:10gym pics so you can look five times
  301. 9:12bigger than you actually are. And I'm
  302. 9:13also going to be dropping my supplement
  303. 9:15stack in this section, and we're going
  304. 9:16to be going over all the spicy hyped
  305. 9:19methods of getting shredded, lean, tan,
  306. 9:21[music] and looking better nowadays. And
  307. 9:22I'm going to tell you my opinion on them
  308. 9:24personally. But anyways, let's hop into
  309. 9:26getting jacked this summer so you can
  310. 9:28match that new and improved face card.
  311. 9:30>> [music]
  312. 9:38>> Hey guys, so before we start this
  313. 9:39section, I'd like to go ahead and say
  314. 9:41something real quick that might change
  315. 9:42the pace of things on this video. So as
  316. 9:44you know, I'm a high school student
  317. 9:46trying to manage making videos with my
  318. 9:48school itself. And the main problem with
  319. 9:50that is time constraints. As you can
  320. 9:52see, I'm nearly averaging 4 months
  321. 9:54between every upload. And right now, I'm
  322. 9:56currently only finished with this part
  323. 9:57of the video. Mainly because ACT prep
  324. 10:00and AP classes are really just kicking
  325. 10:02my butt right now. So of course, I don't
  326. 10:03want to disappoint you guys or leave the
  327. 10:05channel dying by not uploading for at
  328. 10:07least another 4 months, which is how
  329. 10:09long it'll take before I get the other
  330. 10:10part of the video finished. So I think
  331. 10:12I'm going to leave this part as a
  332. 10:14standalone section of how to improve
  333. 10:16your face. And I'll upload the second
  334. 10:18parts of the video once I'm complete.
  335. 10:20Let me know if I should upload that as a
  336. 10:21whole video or I should upload it in
  337. 10:24sectional parts for each section. But
  338. 10:26anyways, thank you all for your
  339. 10:27continued support and just help me get
  340. 10:29through these tough times where it's
  341. 10:30kind of hard to manage the channel
  342. 10:32[music] and manage my school and soccer
  343. 10:34at the same time. And of course, seeing
  344. 10:35your social life stuff. And if y'all
  345. 10:37could do me a favor, just subscribe and
  346. 10:39like the video and just show interest in
  347. 10:41maybe my coaching or my community since
  348. 10:43it helps me out and helps me make these
  349. 10:44videos [music] a lot more popular. And
  350. 10:45if I ask y'all one thing and also you
  351. 10:47probably get cool benefits out of it as
  352. 10:49well, you can follow my personal and my
  353. 10:51new gym Instagram. You can get a look
  354. 10:53into my personal life and also my life
  355. 10:55at the gym. And also to a random three
  356. 10:56followers that follow my personal
  357. 10:58account, I'll DM you a free chance to
  358. 11:00have a fitness and or self-improvement
  359. 11:02coaching call and or a habit tracker and
  360. 11:05full blueprint to glowing up your face,
  361. 11:07body, style, social life, and [music]
  362. 11:09social media and more. And you can also
  363. 11:11find that in the comment section and
  364. 11:13description of this video. And also my
  365. 11:14channel bio, which has my community and
  366. 11:16other links in it, too. And thank you
  367. 11:17all for watching the video up to this
  368. 11:19point. It really means a ton to me
  369. 11:21[music] and I just cannot express how
  370. 11:22much I thank y'all for helping me blow
  371. 11:24up and spread my ideas [music] to so
  372. 11:26many people. I love all y'all and the
  373. 11:28number one thing I love doing is reading
  374. 11:30positive comments and people [music] who
  375. 11:32I've helped, so just feel free to drop
