- 0:00In order for you to become abundant,
- 0:01you're going to have to start thinking
- 0:03differently, learning new information.
- 0:05You're going to have to start making
- 0:05some different choices, and those
- 0:07behaviors better match your intentions.
- 0:09You better get your actions equal to
- 0:11your thoughts, create the experiences,
- 0:13reach your goals, feel the joy, feel the
- 0:16satisfaction, feel the worthiness, so
- 0:18that you do it again, and keep evolving,
- 0:20and then you change to become that
- 0:22person who is abundant.
- 0:24How many times do you have to forget
- 0:25until you stop forgetting and start
- 0:27remembering? That's called the moment of
- 0:29change. And that's catching yourself
- 0:31from defaulting seamlessly back to that
- 0:33old personality that we're has been
- 0:35programmed for us to be victims. This is
- 0:37how greatness is created when you show
- 0:40up to create when you don't feel like
- 0:42it. When you sit with yourself and not
- 0:44allow your mind to go to the past and
- 0:47all the problems and all the things, and
- 0:49instruct your mind to go to that vision
- 0:51of the future, that's a victory.
- 0:52This goes against the program. Like,
- 0:54when my life changes, then I'll change.
- 0:56That's the program. No, no, no. When you
- 0:57change, the experiment is, will your
- 0:59life change? So, then now you attack the
- 1:01belief.
- 1:02think you can actually control reality?
- 1:05Like, something outside of you?
- 1:06I do. I don't think you control people,
- 1:08though.
- 1:09Hey, it's Evan Carmichael, and I watch
- 1:11these videos every day because I need
- 1:13them for motivation. Being around
- 1:14successful entrepreneurs every morning
- 1:16helps me believe that I can do great
- 1:18things, too. It's like your morning
- 1:20coffee, but for your goals,
- 1:21kick-starting your day with a blast of
- 1:23positivity. So, here is a challenge for
- 1:25you. Try watching one video every
- 1:27morning for the next 30 days, and let's
- 1:29find out together if they help you do
- 1:31great things, too. If you're in, leave a
- 1:33#believe in the comments below so I can
- 1:35celebrate with you.
- 1:39So, today, let's get some incredible
- 1:41motivation from the one and only Dr. Joe
- 1:43Dispenza. Believe.
- 1:45We create based on lack.
- 1:48We create based on separation.
- 1:51You see the sports car, you see the
- 1:53wardrobe, you see the scene, you see the
- 1:56vacation,
- 1:57and you see that that experience that
- 2:00you want.
- 2:02Your brain naturally goes, "Oh god, that
- 2:04would be so wonderful to be in that
- 2:06reality, to be in that future." You
- 2:09based on the lack of not having it
- 2:12in the plane of duality and separation,
- 2:15that lack causes us to dream about
- 2:17having it.
- 2:17Mhm.
- 2:18So the natural thing is to dream of a
- 2:22new possibility
- 2:24based on the
- 2:24understanding that you don't have that
- 2:26experience yet. You understand?
- 2:29Yes.
- 2:29So then now
- 2:31that vision of that future, the brain
- 2:33naturally creates
- 2:36for the passionate person
- 2:39that vision where they're seeing that
- 2:41future, they put themselves in that
- 2:43future.
- 2:44And when they do that, they feel the
- 2:46emotion
- 2:48of that future.
- 2:49And they're actually doing that by
- 2:51thought alone.
- 2:53So once they feel the feeling of that
- 2:55future,
- 2:57they can believe in that future cuz they
- 2:58felt it.
- 2:59Interesting.
- 3:00Right? And they'll tell you there's
- 3:01nobody or no one or no circumstances I I
- 3:04know that I could create that. And
- 3:07you've all done it.
- 3:09Everybody in this room has done
- 3:10something great.
- 3:12And
- 3:14you kept that vision alive in your mind
- 3:16and you got your behaviors to match your
- 3:18intentions.
- 3:19You got your actions equal to your
- 3:21thoughts. You got your mind and body
- 3:23work working together.
- 3:25You stopped thinking certain thoughts
- 3:27like I can't, it's too hard, I don't
- 3:29feel like it, I'll never change.
- 3:31You had to make different choices and
- 3:33the hardest part about change is not
- 3:35making the same choices the day before,
- 3:37and that means you're going to get
- 3:38uncomfortable.
- 3:39Mhm.
- 3:40You stopped doing the same things, the
- 3:42same habits, sitting on the couch,
- 3:43whatever it was.
- 3:46You didn't have time to complain, you
- 3:47know, that stuff.
- 3:50You start staying away from the
- 3:52experiences with certain people and
- 3:53certain circumstances. You don't want to
- 3:55live that anymore. And you had to really
- 3:58get beyond your emotional feelings and
- 4:00do it anyway.
- 4:02And we do this all the time. And you
- 4:04know, then you run and all of a sudden
- 4:05the synchronicities start to happen.
- 4:07Everybody's experienced this. And the
- 4:09next thing you know, the experience
- 4:10occurs and you feel the emotion from
- 4:12that experience and it takes away the
- 4:14lack or separation from not having it.
- 4:17So, the emotion is the end product of
- 4:20the experience in three-dimensional
- 4:21reality.
- 4:23Could you say it again? The emotion is
- 4:24what?
- 4:25The end product of the experience. It's
- 4:26the payoff. The payoff from the
- 4:29experience. Having the experience is the
- 4:32emotion that that is the consequence of
- 4:34the experience. And that emotion is all
- 4:37the sensory information that you're
- 4:39perceiving. Everything you're seeing,
- 4:41hearing, and smelling, and tasting, and
- 4:43feeling. All that information is rushing
- 4:45back to your brain in jungles of neurons
- 4:47are organizing into networks. And when
- 4:49they strengthen the place,
- 4:51another part of the brain called the
- 4:52chemical brain,
- 4:54the limbic brain, the emotional brain
- 4:56begins to make chemicals to produce that
- 4:58emotion.
- 5:00And that emotion then takes away the
- 5:02lack.
- 5:04And now you say, "I created that." And
- 5:06then you go to the next one.
- 5:09Now, you can get really good at doing
- 5:10this.
- 5:12You could study. You could get schooled.
- 5:14You can get coached. You can learn from
- 5:16your mistakes. You could get
- 5:18disciplined.
- 5:20And you can accumulate more things. You
- 5:22can get better at doing that.
- 5:25But there is another way to create where
- 5:28you don't have to do so much.
- 5:30And those are laws that transcend just
- 5:34typical Newtonian laws. And And what if
- 5:36you were to feel the emotion of the
- 5:39future before it happened every single
- 5:41day?
- 5:42Remember that feeling and that feeling
- 5:44was for your heart to fall in love with
- 5:46your life, to fall in love with your
- 5:48vision, you'd have to awaken that heart.
- 5:51If you could do that and marry that with
- 5:53a vision of your future, I promise you
- 5:55it'll be easier for me choices
- 5:57to step into that future. I guarantee
- 6:00you'll believe in it and do things to to
- 6:02advance yourself into that future and
- 6:04you step right into it.
- 6:07So then
- 6:08if it doesn't happen when we want it to
- 6:10happen,
- 6:11you know what I mean?
- 6:12Like people stop me and they say, "Well,
- 6:14I've been creating my reality for 3
- 6:16days. Nothing happened."
- 6:21And I say well they I say to them,
- 6:23"You're not that good." Like I don't
- 6:25know what else I don't know what else to
- 6:26tell you.
- 6:27You're not that good. Or they'll say,
- 6:28"How come I'm not living in Mallorca
- 6:30with my my two dogs and my lover?"
- 6:35I'm like because the person who's living
- 6:37in Mallorca looks nothing like you. Like
- 6:39that's not what the person looks like.
- 6:43So when it doesn't happen,
- 6:46the lack becomes greater. Uh-huh.
- 6:49And then what do we do?
- 6:50And because lack
- 6:51is separation
- 6:54and separation is based on time.
- 6:57And so when you imagine that vision of
- 6:59your future, you're putting your
- 7:01attention in a future reality. You have
- 7:04one point of consciousness that's your
- 7:06future and you are making the choice
- 7:08from this point of consciousness that
- 7:10that's where you want to go.
- 7:13And the distance between those two
- 7:16is called time.
- 7:17So time is based on lack or separation.
- 7:19Are you with me?
- 7:20Yes.
- 7:21And when it doesn't happen,
- 7:23we start to feel more lack and more
- 7:25separation so we start to force
- 7:27outcomes.
- 7:28So we try harder.
- 7:29We try harder, we manipulate, we
- 7:30compete, we fight because trying is what
- 7:33you do when you're in lack.
- 7:35Mhm.
- 7:36And so the person's living in separation
- 7:38their whole entire life waiting for the
- 7:41event to occur to take away the feeling
- 7:44of not having it. If you could fall in
- 7:46love with your future.
- 7:49And the heart produces a very strong
- 7:51magnetic signature.
- 7:53And you get your brain coherent and
- 7:55working really well.
- 7:57That intention that you have has a
- 7:59signal in the field.
- 8:02And we've measured this.
- 8:04And so then if you could begin to
- 8:07experiment by changing your energy,
- 8:08could it change my life?
- 8:11That's the experiment. I'm just curious.
- 8:14If you started doing it that you could
- 8:16actually shorten the distance between
- 8:18the thought of what you want.
- 8:21And the experience of having it. And all
- 8:23of the sudden you're no longer going
- 8:24anywhere to do it. It's kind of coming
- 8:26to you.
- 8:27Now if you experiment like that and then
- 8:29you are successful at it and you start
- 8:31seeing the synchronicities, I guarantee
- 8:34you you're going to keep it up.
- 8:35Yes.
- 8:36I guarantee you it's not going to be
- 8:37like, "Oh God, I got to go fall in love
- 8:39with my future."
- 8:43It's not going to be like that. You're
- 8:44going to be like, "Whoa, like it's
- 8:45happening. Like whatever that is that I
- 8:48don't know what it is."
- 8:50But you're changing your energy and so
- 8:52to become a creator in your life and
- 8:54truly
- 8:55truly
- 8:56practice it. If you're feeling the
- 8:58feeling of your future, you can't look
- 8:59for it.
- 9:01How could you look for it if you feel
- 9:02like it already happened?
- 9:05And we cannot
- 9:07attract anything in our life
- 9:10that we feel separate from.
- 9:13And that means you got to maintain that
- 9:14modified state of mind and body to keep
- 9:17your vision alive. And if you do, the
- 9:19experiment should be
- 9:20hey
- 9:22hey, I'm doing this to experiment. Is it
- 9:25the truth? I'm doing it for the truth to
- 9:28take the
- 9:29belief and actually behave that way to
- 9:31to ultimately become the creator of my
- 9:33life.
- 9:35And so that you fall in that zone, you
- 9:36fall into that flow.
- 9:39And now you're going to you're going to
- 9:40want to feel that feeling more than
- 9:41you're going to want to feel your
- 9:42victimization.
- 9:44And that's when you no longer belong to
- 9:46your past. That's when you belong to
- 9:48your future. I believe
- 9:51that all beliefs are created from past
- 9:54experiences.
- 9:55Mhm.
- 9:56And a belief is just a thought you keep
- 9:59thinking over and over again
- 10:01Yes.
- 10:01until you hardwired in your brain. And a
- 10:03hardwired set of circuits
- 10:06is an automatic unconscious program. So
- 10:09we have a lot of beliefs about things
- 10:12that we're not even conscious of.
- 10:14And they're not been tested. We don't
- 10:16know if they're true.
- 10:17You don't know if they're true. We've
- 10:18actually in fact made them up.
- 10:19Yeah.
- 10:20And this happens quite a bit in the work
- 10:22that we do.
- 10:23People see the testimonials, they see
- 10:25the science, they see the data.
- 10:27And they say, "Oh my god, I actually
- 10:30believe
- 10:31that this this stuff works."
- 10:33And they're facing a chronic health
- 10:35condition or serious health condition.
- 10:37And they they come to the realization
- 10:40that they just became conscious that
- 10:42they
- 10:43didn't believe it would work for them.
- 10:45Oh, it works It looks like it works, but
- 10:47I never thought it could work for me.
- 10:48Now this is a this is a big moment
- 10:50because this is the moment where you're
- 10:52stepping out of the bleachers onto the
- 10:54playing field, right? This is now where
- 10:56you got to show up for yourself, right?
- 10:58The person when they sit down and they
- 11:01decide to make a different choice. And
- 11:02this is the hardest part about change.
- 11:05The moment you decide to make a
- 11:06different choice, you're going to feel
- 11:07uncomfortable.
- 11:08Very, yeah.
- 11:08You're going to leave the familiar
- 11:09known, right? And the body which has
- 11:11been conditioned into the past, into the
- 11:13known, which has been conditioned to be
- 11:14the mind, the servant's the master, and
- 11:17it's going to try to talk you out
- 11:20of that future that is unfamiliar,
- 11:23unknown, or unpredictable.
- 11:25And so that's that
- 11:27that's the moment where the beliefs
- 11:28start coming up, you know, you're not
- 11:30good enough, it's this is too hard,
- 11:32you'll never change, you can't create
- 11:34anything, it's this person's fault,
- 11:37there's something wrong with me,
- 11:39I want to quit.
- 11:41And then people say like, oh well, I I
- 11:44have ADD, you know, I can't focus my
- 11:46mind.
- 11:47And it turns out they say I'm not a good
- 11:49meditator or I don't I don't uh um
- 11:52I can't control my mind and and and um
- 11:56meditation's not for me.
- 11:58But really I'm doing it wrong, they'll
- 12:00say, but in in fact they're actually
- 12:01doing it right.
- 12:03Because sitting with yourself and
- 12:04becoming conscious
- 12:07of all of those unconscious thoughts
- 12:09means now you're no longer the program.
- 12:11You're only the program when you're
- 12:13unconscious to that belief.
- 12:16The moment you become conscious of that
- 12:18unconscious belief,
- 12:21the the greater the probability
- 12:24that you won't go unconscious to it
- 12:26again. And that's how you become more
- 12:27conscious
- 12:29is catching yourself going unconscious
- 12:31and it becomes a skill.
- 12:33The more you practice it, the better you
- 12:35get at going like, I'm just not going to
- 12:37believe that any longer.
- 12:39And nerve cells that no longer fire
- 12:41together no longer wire together. So as
- 12:43you attend to that thought and notice it
- 12:46and observe it without actually
- 12:48believing it, it weakens the connections
- 12:51neurologically in the brain.
- 12:54And there's there's a neurological death
- 12:57or a separation that's taking place.
- 13:00Okay, so the person then who blames and
- 13:03complains and makes excuses and feels
- 13:05sorry for themself and behaves a certain
- 13:08way,
- 13:10well, those are habits, right? And those
- 13:12are unconscious programmed behaviors.
- 13:15The only way you're going to change is
- 13:17become conscious that you complain all
- 13:20day long or you blame somebody for your
- 13:22life.
- 13:24A happy person
- 13:26would would never want to be that
- 13:28wouldn't behave that way and would never
- 13:30want to be in a relationship
- 13:33with a person who complains all the
- 13:34time. Why would you, right? So then that
- 13:37person says, "Okay.
- 13:39How many times do I have to forget
- 13:42until I stop forgetting and start
- 13:44remembering? That is my moment of
- 13:45change." So today
- 13:47I'm going to behave in a different way
- 13:49and make a different choice. I'm going
- 13:50to just stay conscious to not do these
- 13:52things.
- 13:54Okay, and then the person says, "Well, I
- 13:56feel unworthy. I feel stressed. I feel
- 13:59unhappy. I feel sad. I feel
- 14:02victimized. I feel grief." Whatever.
- 14:05Is this the emotion that I want to have
- 14:07in my future? Well, no. These are
- 14:09emotions that are connected to
- 14:10experiences of the past. If I truly want
- 14:13love in my life, I I can't feel
- 14:16resentment. Okay, am I willing to trade
- 14:18resentment
- 14:20for this elevated emotion? Okay, let me
- 14:22just remember all the times in my day if
- 14:25I start noticing I feel feeling this
- 14:27emotion, I'm just going to become
- 14:29conscious and not go unconscious to it
- 14:31and and just temper it and work with it.
- 14:34Okay. So that is that overcoming
- 14:36process.
- 14:38That is the becoming process. Now,
- 14:41it would make sense then you would have
- 14:43to ask yourself,
- 14:44"What do I want to believe?
- 14:46What is the thought do I that I do want
- 14:48to fire and wire in my brain?"
- 14:51So with intention and with attention, if
- 14:54you have the person remember what they
- 14:56wanted to believe and keep remembering
- 14:58what they want to believe and keep
- 15:00remembering what they want to believe,
- 15:02they begin to install the hardware. If
- 15:04you keep attending to it, the hardware
- 15:07becomes like a software program and now
- 15:09that's the new belief. I can heal. I can
- 15:11find the relationship. And belief is
- 15:13like pregnancy. Either you are or you're
- 15:15not. I mean, there's no in between. So
- 15:17it's you want to install the circuitry
- 15:19to to a degree that that's the new voice
- 15:23in your head that's saying you come on
- 15:25Jay get up come on Jay let's go come on
- 15:27you can do this come on make the time
- 15:28for it come on this is your vision come
- 15:30on
- 15:30coaching your own head
- 15:31it's it's a voice
- 15:32yeah voice
- 15:33it's the voice is no longer the
- 15:34disbelief the the voice is
- 15:38basically your future self talking to
- 15:40you is what it is it's your future all
- 15:42right so okay so what am I if I start
- 15:45behaving in the old way I know I'm going
- 15:47to I'm going to disbelieve so how do I
- 15:49want to behave how am I going to behave
- 15:52on my next date how am I going to behave
- 15:54on my next zoom meeting with my team how
- 15:56am I going to behave with my children or
- 15:59my family with my partner
- 16:01with my ex
- 16:03how how what
- 16:04what do I how do I want to be in the act
- 16:06of rehearsing mentally in your mind who
- 16:10you want to be the act of just closing
- 16:12your eyes and mentally rehearsing that
- 16:15scene
- 16:16literally causes the brain to look like
- 16:18you already did it it looks like it's
- 16:20already happened right so now you're
- 16:22priming the brain neurologically keep
- 16:25doing it over and over again the
- 16:26hardware becomes more automatic like a
- 16:28software program
- 16:30you naturally get your behaviors to
- 16:31match your intentions and because you
- 16:33installed the circuitry
- 16:35practice feeling the elevated emotion if
- 16:37you feel that emotion and you say when I
- 16:39feel this emotion I can believe in that
- 16:41future then let me just keep remembering
- 16:44to feel this way in every part of my day
- 16:46just let me let me just not this is not
- 16:48about positive thinking this is about
- 16:50conditioning my body emotionally into
- 16:53the future so I got to keep my energy up
- 16:56the entire day and I can't default back
- 16:58to the old part person as long as I'm
- 17:00feeling this emotion I'm going to behave
- 17:02that way as long as I'm feeling this
- 17:04emotion I'm going to believe in that
- 17:06future
- 17:07if I maintain
- 17:09this modified state of mind and body my
- 17:12entire day as an experiment
- 17:15should there be some evidence in my life
- 17:17as a result of my change in state of
- 17:20being, a synchronicity, a coincidence?
- 17:22And if there is, then I'm going to do it
- 17:23again. I'm going to actually do it
- 17:25again. And I think that's how we start
- 17:27stepping into that future.
- 17:29What are some practices and what are
- 17:31milestones in the day that people can
- 17:33use to hardwire
- 17:36those thoughts and beliefs? Like what
- 17:37are some mechanism, what are some
- 17:38tactics that can make a day feel like,
- 17:41okay, that's my game plan for how I'm
- 17:43going to do this? Because as you rightly
- 17:45said, you think about it in the morning,
- 17:48okay, I'm going to try and do this, and
- 17:49then you're late for that meeting, you
- 17:52know, you spill coffee over yourself,
- 17:54something happened, the kids aren't, you
- 17:56know, and then you're stressed. And now
- 17:57all of a sudden you've gone from being a
- 17:59this and a that. What are What are some
- 18:00Yeah.
- 18:01key checkpoints throughout 24 hours?
- 18:02think it's bad to react. I mean,
- 18:04everybody reacts. I react. The question
- 18:06is,
- 18:07how long are you going to react? That's
- 18:09the real question. Like, how long you
- 18:11can keep that going?
- 18:12Because surely if you're feeling that
- 18:14emotion,
- 18:16you're going to behave as if you're in
- 18:17your past.
- 18:19And you're going to believe in that
- 18:20past. You're going to You're actually
- 18:22going to believe that it's valid to
- 18:23behave that way, okay?
- 18:25So, if people just
- 18:28set the intention in the beginning of
- 18:30their day, and we've all done this,
- 18:32and gone unconscious within the first
- 18:34hour,
- 18:35Yeah.
- 18:36whatever it takes for that person with
- 18:39the if if it is before they sit down and
- 18:41eat lunch that they check in with
- 18:43themselves and see if they're still if
- 18:45they've fallen from grace, or if they're
- 18:48still in that state, or where they're
- 18:49at.
- 18:50If what they do it on their break, a
- 18:52person who's possessed in a good way,
- 18:57when they understand like when I change,
- 18:59my life changes,
- 19:01and nothing changes in my life until I
- 19:03change, a person who's really, really
- 19:06committed
- 19:08to that,
- 19:09they will constantly be checking in with
- 19:11themselves because it they're paying
- 19:13more attention
- 19:14Mhm.
- 19:15to their inner world. They're paying
- 19:16more attention to themselves and less
- 19:18attention to everybody else. They're
- 19:20really regulating their state. So,
- 19:23So, any reminder a person has, and I do
- 19:26this sometimes three times a day.
- 19:29I have to break away and remember like
- 19:32I'm losing it. Like I'm my energy's
- 19:35dropping.
- 19:37And in the light of all eternity, this
- 19:39moment matters more than anything else
- 19:40cuz it's never going to be the right
- 19:41time. It's never going to be the right
- 19:43time when you feel that emotion.
- 19:45If I could convert right now, and when
- 19:47it's the hardest it matters the most. If
- 19:49I can just get back into my heart and
- 19:52change my state,
- 19:54synchronize my heart to my brain. If I
- 19:55can do that in 15 minutes and come back
- 19:57out, will I see
- 20:00reality differently? Okay.
- 20:02Let me practice that. I tend to
- 20:07be more patient. I tend to be more
- 20:09aware. I the heart is a different
- 20:11consciousness.
- 20:12I I tend to be more considerate, more
- 20:14present. I think that's the side effect
- 20:17of doing it.
- 20:18So, change is about reminding yourself
- 20:21over and over again. Change is about
- 20:24the overcoming process. The The
- 20:26overcoming process
- 20:28is actually the becoming process. And
- 20:30people all the time that heal in this
- 20:32work,
- 20:34they're doing their meditations, they're
- 20:36not doing their meditations to heal.
- 20:39They're doing their meditations to
- 20:41change.
- 20:43And they discover that when they change,
- 20:46they heal.
- 20:47So, now if you accept that as a new
- 20:50belief that when I change, my life will
- 20:52change. And you got to keep reminding
- 20:54yourself of that belief.
- 20:55to keep saying
- 20:56to keep reminding yourself. If I change
- 20:58cuz this goes against the program. Like,
- 21:00when my life changes, then I'll change.
- 21:02That's the program. No, no, no. When you
- 21:04change, the experiment is, will your
- 21:06life change? Okay, so then now you
- 21:08attack the belief. It's not like, oh my
- 21:11god, this is something that's bigger
- 21:13than me. You attack the belief like,
- 21:15this is no longer serving me.
- 21:18Being complaining is making me unhappy.
- 21:23Living by this emotion, justified or
- 21:25not, is not loving to me. This is
- 21:28down-regulating genes. My body's
- 21:29believing it's living in the same event
- 21:3124 hours a day if I feel the same
- 21:33emotion.
- 21:34Okay, well, let's change that. So when
- 21:37the person is taking on that belief
- 21:40like like if I change, my life changes.
- 21:43And I think most people try to create a
- 21:44new personality as the same personality.
- 21:47It doesn't work. We got to become
- 21:48somebody else.
- 21:50So if you took that on as the truth,
- 21:51okay, I got to remember that if I
- 21:53change, my my health could change, if I
- 21:55change, my life could change.
- 21:57Okay, now it's a different game now.
- 22:00It's not like I have to.
- 22:02This is like I want to change to see my
- 22:04life change. Right? It's more of a want
- 22:06to.
- 22:06Do you think you can actually control
- 22:09reality? Like something outside of you?
- 22:13I do. I do. I don't think you control
- 22:15people though.
- 22:16I think that when we're creating and and
- 22:19it's not happening, you know, it's not
- 22:21working for you.
- 22:23I think that's when people try to
- 22:24control and force and fight and compete
- 22:27and predict an outcome because they're
- 22:29matter trying to change matter. They're
- 22:31they're rushing to get it done to take
- 22:34away the feeling of lack or separation,
- 22:36right? Get to the experience so that it
- 22:37can take away the lack of not having it.
- 22:40So but I do think that if you do
- 22:43practice creating from the field instead
- 22:45of from matter,
- 22:46the coincidences, the synchronicities,
- 22:49the opportunities, the interactions,
- 22:52spontaneity that happens
- 22:55when you're in a different energy,
- 22:57somehow bends reality. And so those
- 23:00synchronicities are there it's feedback
- 23:04from our outer world to say keep doing
- 23:07what you're doing and changing your
- 23:09inner world and I'll keep sending you
- 23:11breadcrumbs
- 23:12to keep creating because the
- 23:14synchronicity actually begins to
- 23:16strengthen your belief a little bit more
- 23:18like hmm What I'm doing in here just did
- 23:22that I'm going to do a little more of
- 23:23this to get a little more of that so
- 23:26that's when you start saying if I change
- 23:28my inner world with my outer world
- 23:29change and that's the experiment right
- 23:31so how it happens
- 23:34and when it happens is none of our
- 23:36business cuz that would be predictable
- 23:38yeah that's the that's the unknown and
- 23:40then we have to lay down the very thing
- 23:42we used our whole life to get what we
- 23:44want for something greater to happen and
- 23:45that's not one leap it's an ongoing
- 23:47process of self-discovery if you could
- 23:50expect it if you can expect it or
- 23:52predict it it would be the known here's
- 23:55a great way to think about it
- 23:57if you get up from your meditation
- 24:00feeling like it's already happened and
- 24:02you can maintain that modified state of
- 24:05mind and body your entire day it's
- 24:07impossible for you to look for it
- 24:09you cannot look for it if you feel like
- 24:12it's already happened you only look for
- 24:14it when you feel like you haven't have
- 24:16that so the person who says how come I'm
- 24:17not healed
- 24:19that's the old personality the new
- 24:20personality would never say that they
- 24:23would be walking in the glory of being
- 24:25healed and practicing teaching their
- 24:27body what it would feel like to be
- 24:28healed
- 24:29that would be the work right so you
- 24:31could have one hour meditation be all
- 24:33holy and all connected and you spend the
- 24:36rest of your day stressed out resentful
- 24:39judgmental
- 24:41how can your body heal the person who's
- 24:44really saying oh my god now I got to get
- 24:47so good at doing it with my eyes closed
- 24:50I got to do it with my eyes open wow now
- 24:52the game changes cuz
- 24:54if I I sustain this state and I'm a
- 24:57creator, well then there should be
- 24:59something new that appears in my life
- 25:01and the energy and the excitement from
- 25:03that coincidence inspires me to want to
- 25:06keep creating and that's the you know,
- 25:07that's the experiment.
- 25:09The youth, young people
- 25:12um have to sooner or later
- 25:15manage the world, right? Sooner or later
- 25:17they're the world will be in their
- 25:19hands.
- 25:20And I don't believe that we can resolve
- 25:22the current problems from the same level
- 25:24of consciousness that in fact
- 25:27on some level we have to go to a greater
- 25:29level of consciousness and so living as
- 25:31a young person in these times there's so
- 25:33much uncertainty
- 25:35that it and uncertainty and
- 25:37unpredictability it usually creates
- 25:38stress and it creates anxiety and it
- 25:41creates depression and that's what
- 25:42chronic stress does.
- 25:44It's hard to see a future
- 25:47when you're living in those states
- 25:48because you're you're you're more than
- 25:51likely going to believe in something
- 25:53other something worse that could happen
- 25:55instead of something better.
- 25:57And so there's this resignation that can
- 26:01take place as a result of not seeing
- 26:04a job or or a possible
- 26:07livelihood that you can you know,
- 26:09embrace because it hasn't even been
- 26:10created yet.
- 26:12Means that on some level that you have
- 26:14to create it. I mean and and I I really
- 26:16believe that. I think
- 26:18young minds if that really look at the
- 26:21current challenges that are taking place
- 26:23in the world
- 26:24and can figure out what better ways to
- 26:27do things.
- 26:28I think that's exactly what creates the
- 26:30jobs
- 26:31that are going to be the jobs that
- 26:34change the future of of the
- 26:36some of the current problems that we're
- 26:38facing today.
- 26:40So
- 26:41if I were to
- 26:43be a 25 year old person or what would I
- 26:45do if I was a 25 year old person? Well,
- 26:48I would be really interested in big
- 26:51topics.
- 26:52Uh and I would be interested
- 26:54in all the things that talk about
- 26:57sustainability,
- 26:58uh uh
- 27:00a better way to to live, uh in
- 27:04you know, both both in in the in the
- 27:06country that's countries that we live in
- 27:07in our in our communities.
- 27:10And and I think information in and
- 27:12learning in your 20s is so important.
- 27:14Like it's I I think it's I think you you
- 27:17learn in your 20s and you
- 27:20you go out and you try it out, you know,
- 27:22you learn it and you apply it, right?
- 27:23That's what you do in your 20s. And
- 27:25well, you learn and experience, you
- 27:27learn and experience, you learn from
- 27:28your mistakes, you experience, you learn
- 27:29and experience. I think that's what your
- 27:3120s really is about. And then your 30s
- 27:33you start getting the wisdom. Like I
- 27:34don't need to do that anymore. I've done
- 27:36that. I've outgrown that.
- 27:38And then you start kind of looking in a
- 27:40different direction.
- 27:42So,
- 27:43in your 20s, I think it's so important
- 27:46for people to be fully engaged. I was
- 27:48just talking to my son about this just
- 27:50the other night. I said, "It's really
- 27:53cool to be with your friends. It's
- 27:54really cool to hang. But man, if you're
- 27:57not investing in yourself, if you're not
- 27:59making different choices, you're not
- 28:00changing. And you got to That's the
- 28:03challenging part. It's moving in the
- 28:05direction of whatever you're passionate
- 28:07about, whatever that is.
- 28:09Whatever you're passionate about that
- 28:10maybe can contribute in some way to make
- 28:12things easier for people or change the
- 28:14world in some way or do something really
- 28:16that fascinates you or whatever it is
- 28:18that you can do,
- 28:20you got to throw yourself in. Like fully
- 28:23immerse yourself into it and put a lot
- 28:25of time into whatever you're doing so
- 28:28you emerge as an expert in whatever it
- 28:31is that you do, that you know that you
- 28:33know.
- 28:34Whatever you're Whatever you're doing by
- 28:37the time you reach your 30s, well, you
- 28:38you've experimented enough. You've
- 28:41learned enough. You've experienced
- 28:42enough.
- 28:43You've made choices instead of doing the
- 28:46typical things with your friends, you
- 28:48you took time for yourself to teach
- 28:50yourself to learn, to practice, to do
- 28:52those things. Those are the things that
- 28:54make you
- 28:55valuable
- 28:57in in your life and then you when you
- 28:59you feel valued when you're valuable and
- 29:03that there's an exchange that takes
- 29:04place for your competence and you you
- 29:06become an expert or successful in
- 29:08whatever area that you that you find
- 29:10your passion in. And so,
- 29:14it's so much easier to scroll through
- 29:15Tik Tok.
- 29:16It's so much easier to get fascinated
- 29:19by, you know, something on
- 29:21your your device, but if reality
- 29:25becomes about images and stimulation,
- 29:29if that's reality for a person and it's
- 29:32causing them to think
- 29:35and it's causing them to feel and it's
- 29:38consuming their attention,
- 29:41on a more probable not basis, when it
- 29:44comes time for a person to change, it's
- 29:46going to be really hard for them to
- 29:48change or when they face a challenge or
- 29:49problem in their life, it's going to be
- 29:52difficult for them to manage their
- 29:53attention. So, taking time for yourself
- 29:56in your 20s
- 29:58and investing in yourself and being able
- 30:00to set your cell phone down,
- 30:02being able to turn everything off, ask
- 30:04yourself, "What do I know? What do I
- 30:06want? How am I going to get there? What
- 30:08is my weak points in my life?"
- 30:10You do that in your 20s, you have it all
- 30:12worked out by the time you get to your
- 30:1430s. How can I respond differently to
- 30:16the same problem, same conditions? If I
- 30:18change, my life changes.
- 30:20Okay, so you want abundance and you want
- 30:22wealth and that's your goal.
- 30:24That's your dream, that's your vision,
- 30:26and you know exactly what that means,
- 30:29the material things that you would have,
- 30:30and your brain automatically creates
- 30:32that. Now, just reason this with me. And
- 30:35you're aware that you're not abundant,
- 30:37so you have the lack of abundance.
- 30:40In order for you to become abundant,
- 30:41you're going to have to start thinking
- 30:43differently, learning new information.
- 30:45You're going to start making some
- 30:46different choices and those behaviors
- 30:48better match your intentions. You better
- 30:50get your actions equal to your thoughts,
- 30:54create the experiences, reach your
- 30:56goals, feel the joy, feel the
- 30:58satisfaction, feel the worthiness
- 31:01so that you do it again and keep
- 31:03evolving and then you change to become
- 31:05that person
- 31:07who is abundant. So,
- 31:09there are jobs that have not been
- 31:12created yet because of technology, but
- 31:16the people who should be creating them
- 31:19are the young people really more than
- 31:21anybody else. So, immerse yourself
- 31:24in whatever you do. I mean, make time
- 31:26for yourself.
- 31:27Also, to make sure you're actually
- 31:29taking action after watching this video,
- 31:31I designed a special free worksheet just
- 31:34for this video. The worksheet will
- 31:36highlight our favorite lessons from the
- 31:38video that will inspire you to remember
- 31:40what you learned today and actually
- 31:42apply them. The worksheet will also give
- 31:44you space to write down what your key
- 31:46takeaways are and your specific plan of
- 31:49action to make sure you're getting
- 31:51results. If you want the worksheet
- 31:52designed specifically for this video
- 31:54absolutely for free, there's a link in
- 31:57the description below. Go click on it
- 31:59and start building the momentum in your
- 32:00life and your business. I'll see you
- 32:02there.
- 32:03Let's demystify the present moment.
- 32:05Okay. People wake up in the morning and
- 32:07they they think about their problems and
- 32:09those problems are memories that are
- 32:10etched in their brain. They're connected
- 32:12to certain people and objects at certain
- 32:13times and places. The moment they wake
- 32:16up in the morning and they start
- 32:17thinking of their problems, they're
- 32:18thinking in the past.
- 32:20Okay. Now, every one of those problems
- 32:21has an emotion associated with it. So,
- 32:23when they feel unhappy, when they feel
- 32:24bitter, when they feel fearful, now
- 32:26their body's in the past. Thoughts are
- 32:28the language of the brain, feelings are
- 32:29the language of the body. Thought and a
- 32:31feeling, image and emotion, stimulus and
- 32:33response, you're conditioning the body
- 32:35to be the mind of that emotion
- 32:37subconsciously. Now, the body is
- 32:39believing it's living in the same past
- 32:41experience 24 hours a day, 7 days a
- 32:44week, 365 days a year. Why? Cuz the
- 32:46body's so objective, it doesn't know the
- 32:48difference between the real life
- 32:49experience that's creating that emotion
- 32:51and the emotion that person is creating
- 32:53by thought alone.
- 32:54the body doesn't know the difference.
- 32:55And so what would the environment
- 32:57signals the gene, that's epigenetics.
- 32:59The end product from an experience in
- 33:00the environment is an emotion.
- 33:02Mhm.
- 33:03The person's signaling the same genes in
- 33:05the same way and genes make proteins and
- 33:06proteins are responsible for the
- 33:08structure and function of your body and
- 33:09the expression of proteins is the
- 33:10expression of life. And now the person
- 33:12is actually headed for a genetic
- 33:14destiny. And when people labor
- 33:17for the present moment
- 33:19and they take their attention off of
- 33:21their body, off of all the people in
- 33:22their life, all of the objects they own,
- 33:24their cell phone, their computer, their
- 33:26car, their house,
- 33:28they're no longer identifying with where
- 33:29they're sitting, where they need to be,
- 33:31where they live, where they've lived in
- 33:32the past, where they need to go, and
- 33:34they're not thinking about the
- 33:36predictable future or the familiar past,
- 33:38they're dissociating from everything
- 33:40physical and material, everything known,
- 33:43that is the exact moment we call getting
- 33:46beyond yourself. Okay? Now,
- 33:50when we're in that place then, it at the
- 33:52beginning it's uncomfortable because
- 33:54we're survival is the unknown. You
- 33:56better chances of survival in running
- 33:58from the unknown, but that unknown is
- 34:00the perfect place to create from. So, in
- 34:02the process, no different than any
- 34:05rehab. In our first two days of our
- 34:08event, really people are they're
- 34:10basically they're basically rehabbing
- 34:14from their emotional states and their
- 34:16habits.
- 34:17Yeah.
- 34:17And they're sitting in the presence of
- 34:19that discomfort, right? And the
- 34:21discomfort is because the body is
- 34:23leaving the known, but but but
- 34:26the body has been conditioned to be the
- 34:28mind, the moment you take it outside of
- 34:30its familiar territory, it's going to
- 34:31start telling you, "Ed, why don't you
- 34:33quit? You know, you're not really good
- 34:34at this. You know, you're more of a
- 34:35physical person. You don't really want
- 34:37to do this. You're not very this or very
- 34:39that." And most people just get up when
- 34:40they do the meditation, they believe
- 34:41that thought as if it's true. Now, the
- 34:42question is,
- 34:44what's on the other side of that
- 34:45thought?
- 34:46Can you sit there long enough till
- 34:47that's no longer the thought you accept,
- 34:49believe, and surrender to?
- 34:51Well, then
- 34:52Wow. What's on the other side of that
- 34:54thought?
- 34:54the other What's on the other side of
- 34:55that familiar emotion? Can I sit and
- 34:57work with my body and settle it down?
- 35:00Stay.
- 35:01You stay. I'm going to feed you. You're
- 35:03not going to die from this. Your
- 35:05bladder's not going to explode. You're
- 35:06not going to go crazy. And you work with
- 35:09catching those thoughts. It's called
- 35:10metacognition.
- 35:12If you're in that 95%
- 35:15of programming where you're unconscious,
- 35:17then the first step to change is
- 35:19becoming conscious of your unconscious
- 35:21thoughts. So conscious that you would
- 35:23never go unconscious or let that thought
- 35:26slip by you unnoticed.
- 35:27I want to understand. So, you're saying
- 35:28the awareness of the thought thought
- 35:30being conscious of the thought has it
- 35:31somehow lose its power over you?
- 35:33Exactly. Exactly. Because just because
- 35:36you have a thought doesn't mean it's
- 35:37true.
- 35:38And if you're left alone to yourself,
- 35:40you'll start believing every thought you
- 35:41think. And that's the problem.
- 35:44So, then
- 35:45the majority of people's
- 35:47thoughts then are based on what they
- 35:50perceive about themselves from their
- 35:52past or their life, right?
- 35:54And if you catch yourself complaining
- 35:56and blaming and making excuses and
- 35:57judging someone else, and you say, "I
- 35:59want to be a happy person." Well, a
- 36:01happy person would never do that. It
- 36:02would make them unhappy.
- 36:04If you notice that you've been feeling
- 36:07guilty for the last 20 years, you didn't
- 36:08know it was guilt cuz it just felt like
- 36:10you, and you want to feel joy, well, if
- 36:13you can't feel joy, it should tell us
- 36:15volumes
- 36:17about what you've been practicing doing,
- 36:19right? So, then most people give up
- 36:21because
- 36:22they they they don't know that there's
- 36:24anything on the other side of it. So,
- 36:25then the next question is,
- 36:27what thoughts do you want to fire and
- 36:29wire in your brain? Well,
- 36:31and with attention with and with
- 36:33intention,
- 36:34if you keep practicing firing wiring
- 36:37those thoughts, you start installing
- 36:38hardware. Do it enough times and it
- 36:40becomes like a software program, and now
- 36:42that's the new voice you programmed in
- 36:44your head that said, "I can do this. I
- 36:45believe in myself."
- 36:47created to an extent a new personality
- 36:49which can create a new personal reality.
- 36:51we go. So, then the next question is how
- 36:53am I going to behave with my kids today?
- 36:55How am I going to be with my wife? How
- 36:56am I going to be with my partner? How am
- 36:57I going to be at work? How am I going to
- 36:58be on my Zoom calls? How am I going to
- 36:59be by myself? Um how am I going to What
- 37:02What What does greatness look like? What
- 37:03does What would love do today?
- 37:05Now, turns out that if you close your
- 37:07eyes and you start imagining doing that,
- 37:09if you rehearse how you're going to be
- 37:12in those certain situations,
- 37:14the evidence, without a doubt, shows
- 37:16that your brain will start to look like,
- 37:19through the mental rehearsal of the act,
- 37:21that you've already done it. Now, you've
- 37:23installed the hardware. Keep doing it,
- 37:25becomes a software program, and you'll
- 37:27start acting like a happy person. No
- 37:29magic there. If you don't have the
- 37:31circuits, you can't do it. So, the
- 37:32rehearsal then
- 37:34is actually changing the brain just by
- 37:37thinking differently. The brain looks
- 37:39like the experience has already
- 37:41happened. Now, you have hardware to use.
- 37:43Do it enough times, you get good at it,
- 37:45becomes more automatic. Now, here's the
- 37:46hard part.
- 37:49Can I teach my body emotionally
- 37:54what my future will feel like before it
- 37:56happens? Now, this is really important
- 37:58because there's a pandemic going on in
- 38:01the world that has nothing to do with a
- 38:02virus. It has everything to do with
- 38:04people's attention span and learning.
- 38:06People need a rush of dopamine in order
- 38:09to catch their attention or a rush of
- 38:11adrenaline to learn.
- 38:13And so, that they're they're dependent
- 38:14on their outer environment to regulate
- 38:16their emotional state. Now, this is
- 38:18different now. Now, I'm going to say to
- 38:19you,
- 38:21get in that beautiful heart of yours
- 38:23and I want you to feel gratitude for the
- 38:25event before it occurs. Well, I can't
- 38:27feel it because it hasn't happened yet.
- 38:29Yeah, that's the conditioning. That's
- 38:31the hypnosis. When people
- 38:33first thing they have to do is they have
- 38:34to overcome their survival states. They
- 38:36have to over overcome their programs.
- 38:38They have to be willing to sit with
- 38:39themselves long enough to wonder what's
- 38:41on the other side of I can't or it's too
- 38:43hard or I want to give up or this sucks.
- 38:46What's on the other side of those
- 38:47thoughts? Those are just programmed
- 38:48thoughts.
- 38:49What's on the other side of this emotion
- 38:51called guilt or this emotion called
- 38:53frustration? What's on the other side of
- 38:55it, right? So, you get people to a
- 38:56certain point and give them
- 38:58a little bit of help, but the key then
- 39:01is we've done we've done studies on
- 39:02this.
- 39:04If you close your eyes and you place
- 39:05your attention on your heart,
- 39:08turns out where you place your attention
- 39:09is where you place your energy, right?
- 39:11So,
- 39:12if you can put your attention on your
- 39:13heart and not your cell phone
- 39:15and you can keep it on your heart and
- 39:17and feel it and experience it and pay
- 39:18attention to it. By paying attention to
- 39:21your heart, you're actually giving it
- 39:23your energy. Now, your heart tends to
- 39:26feel different emotions than other parts
- 39:28of your body and what emotions it loves
- 39:30to feel is love, compassion, care,
- 39:33kindness, gratitude, inspiration,
- 39:35freedom. These are elevated emotions.
- 39:38So, if you could put your attention on
- 39:40your heart, we see from the technology
- 39:42that we built
- 39:44in time and not a very long amount of
- 39:46time, just a few minutes, you'll start
- 39:47to see this very low frequency of the
- 39:49heart start going up, which means the
- 39:52the energy that's indigenous to the
- 39:54heart, what the heart uses only, you're
- 39:57actually feeding it its its energy,
- 39:59right? So,
- 40:00if you could do that then and then you
- 40:01can slow your breathing down. When you
- 40:03slow your breathing down, you slow your
- 40:05brain waves down. We've measured that
- 40:07thousands of times. So, instead of
- 40:10the short breath or the instead of this
- 40:12kind of shallow breath,
- 40:15you really work on taking long, slow
- 40:17breaths through your heart. Inhale with
- 40:19the intention of relaxing, hold it with
- 40:22the intention of relaxing while you hold
- 40:24it, exhale with the intention of
- 40:26relaxing, blow all the air out, hold it
- 40:28for a few seconds, you're not going to
- 40:30die, relax again, inhale again, and just
- 40:32do a series of three or four or five or
- 40:35six of these depending on working with
- 40:37your body so that it starts to feel safe
- 40:39again. That's what it is. You slow your
- 40:41brain waves down, you slow your
- 40:42breathing down, you slow your breathing
- 40:44down, you can convert from the
- 40:45sympathetic
- 40:46to the parasympathetic. And that's what
- 40:48we see. Then all of a sudden we see the
- 40:50person's parasympathetic nervous system
- 40:51go up and the sympathetic goes down.
- 40:53What does that mean?
- 40:54They're not moving out of stress. Okay,
- 40:55the body is moving into that state of
- 40:57growth and repair. Now, put your
- 40:58attention on your heart. Now, do
- 41:00something really cool.
- 41:01Amplify. That's the amplifier. That's
- 41:04the creative center. So, what do you
- 41:06want to feel? Like what emotion do you
- 41:07want to feel when a future experience
- 41:09happens? Whatever that is. Feel the
- 41:11gratitude, feel the joy, feel the
- 41:13freedom, and breathe and feel and feel
- 41:15and breathe and keep relaxing into your
- 41:17heart, keeping your attention nowhere
- 41:19else out of the millions of things you
- 41:21can put your attention on. That's your
- 41:22target. And you work with your body and
- 41:24your breathing and you feel it. As you
- 41:25start relaxing into your heart, you keep
- 41:27working on relaxing into your heart, and
- 41:29you feel it. You feel that emotion.
- 41:31There'll come a moment where that energy
- 41:33will naturally start moving up to the
- 41:34brain. And when that happens,
- 41:37the survival centers shut down, brain
- 41:40moves into alpha, you see more in
- 41:41pictures and images.
- 41:43You could take it's like a taking a
- 41:44sheet of paper
- 41:45a sheet on a on a on a bed and going
- 41:47like this.
- 41:49The heart sends this propagating wave
- 41:51right into the brain. It just follows
- 41:52boom right after the stroke volume, and
- 41:54it's telling the brain to be creative,
- 41:56to dream, to be, you know, to be
- 41:59unlimited. Uh so, the more you do that,
- 42:02here's the key.
- 42:04The more you do it, the more it becomes
- 42:06a skill. Now,
- 42:09when a person has a panic attack, right?
- 42:11What they do is
- 42:13they mismanage their attention. They
- 42:15they picture the worst scenario that
- 42:17could possibly take place and then they
- 42:20say, "No, what if this happens? What if
- 42:22this happens? What if this happens?" So,
- 42:24they're making it actually 10 times
- 42:25worse because if you prepare for the
- 42:27worst, there's always better chances of
- 42:29survival. The problem is they're
- 42:31combining that image in their mind
- 42:33and they're actually living the
- 42:34experience emotionally.
- 42:37And so, they're taking that thought
- 42:40and that feeling, that image and that
- 42:41emotion, that stimulus and response, and
- 42:43they're conditioning the body
- 42:44subconsciously to become the mind of
- 42:47fear.
- 42:48After a certain point when the body's
- 42:50that out of balance, it will have a
- 42:51panic attack. Try as you may to control
- 42:54it with your conscious mind. Can't.
- 42:56You're programmed it subconsciously.
- 42:57Then it gets worse because after that
- 42:59one, you can't anticipate when the next
- 43:01one's going to happen. So, you start
- 43:03getting ready for the next one and
- 43:05that's what exactly starts the cycle.
- 43:07Okay. So, what we discovered that the
- 43:10more you relax into your heart and feel
- 43:13these elevated emotions, it's exactly
- 43:15like a panic attack. Only it's a love
- 43:17attack.
- 43:18If you're living in stress and you're
- 43:19living in survival and that system is
- 43:21switched on, then everything will be a
- 43:22threat.
- 43:23Mhm.
- 43:23Everything will be a danger. Everything
- 43:25will be a reason to rush, to be
- 43:27impatient, to be frustrated, to be
- 43:29judgmental because that's that's the
- 43:31consciousness, that's the emotion we're
- 43:33living by. So, now you you have a a
- 43:36problem with a coworker, you have a
- 43:37problem with your partner, whatever it
- 43:38is that you use as an example and you
- 43:40have to give a presentation. Now, now,
- 43:42you really have one of two choices. You
- 43:44can be victimized
- 43:46by those conditions in your life and you
- 43:48stay in that emotional state and I'll
- 43:50say to you, "Jay, why are you that way?"
- 43:52Well, I'm this way because of this
- 43:53person, this circumstance. The person or
- 43:55circumstances controlling the way I feel
- 43:57and the way I think. Anything that
- 43:59controls the way I feel and the way I
- 44:00think, I'm victim to. Right? Okay. Or I
- 44:03actually can be a creator for
- 44:05Okay. So, when it's the hardest, it
- 44:07matters the most. Okay, so there's going
- 44:09to be a story, a valid story that's
- 44:11going to go along with those emotions
- 44:14that you're going to have to give up
- 44:15that you can address at another time
- 44:18from a different state.
- 44:20If you're altered in that state and you
- 44:22say something, you do something, you
- 44:24write the email, you send the text,
- 44:26you'll always regret it. You'll always
- 44:27say I should have never said that, I
- 44:29should have never done that. We got to
- 44:30learn that we're in an altered state at
- 44:32that time. So, there's only one of two
- 44:33choices. You either stay there the whole
- 44:35day and tell everybody that story
- 44:38or you say, "Okay, let me take a moment.
- 44:40Remember that this is the experiment
- 44:43called life. Okay, let me practice
- 44:45getting relaxed in my heart. Let me slow
- 44:47the animal down.
- 44:49Let me practice that. It will take a few
- 44:50minutes. Now, let me breathe. Let me get
- 44:52my state back. Let me change everything.
- 44:54Okay, let me remember who I am, who I
- 44:56want to be when I open my eyes, and let
- 44:58me practice that again. Now, even if you
- 45:00had to do that 10 times in one day, I
- 45:03would say it was a day worth living.
- 45:05Mhm.
- 45:05I would say it was a day worth living.
- 45:07And when we do walking meditations
- 45:09uh in our our retreats, we're doing
- 45:11walking meditations so you can practice
- 45:13doing it with your eyes open. Like if
- 45:15you're going to be relaxed in your heart
- 45:16and awake in your brain, and you can do
- 45:18it with your eyes closed, okay, let's
- 45:19take it out for a test drive. Let me
- 45:21open my eyes. Let me pay a little bit
- 45:23more attention to my inner world. Let me
- 45:25practice feeling this feeling. Let me
- 45:27practice feeling this way and let me
- 45:29brain do what it does. Let me get to
- 45:31finally change my physiology. Let me
- 45:33change my state. Let me walk as the
- 45:36healed person. Let me walk as the
- 45:38abundant person. Let me walk as if my
- 45:40prayers are answered. Let me walk in the
- 45:42state. If I keep practicing that over
- 45:44and over, it's going to become a habit,
- 45:45right? So, so we hit it as many ways as
- 45:48we can. We have at least
- 45:50seven or eight different breaths that we
- 45:52do because we see how they all work in
- 45:54the brain.
- 45:56We have all kinds of meditations. We
- 45:57have sitting meditations. We have
- 45:58standing and walking meditations. We
- 46:00have laying down meditations. We we you
- 46:01to be able to do it with your eyes open,
- 46:03with your eyes closed, standing,
- 46:05walking, any way you can, so that you
- 46:06don't default and return back to that
- 46:09person. Now, if you do default, you
- 46:10didn't fail. That's a program. You just
- 46:13went unconscious. And how many times
- 46:16do we have to forget
- 46:18until we stop forgetting and start
- 46:20remembering? That's the moment of
- 46:21change. No one No one cares how many
- 46:24times you fell off the bicycle if you
- 46:25ride a bicycle now. You ride the bike.
- 46:28So, it's it's the constant process
- 46:31uh every single day. And I think that
- 46:33sometimes we look for evidence in our
- 46:35life
- 46:36and it hasn't happened, and I think it's
- 46:38so important that we still show up.
- 46:41Yeah.
- 46:41Yeah, cuz that's the That's where you're
- 46:44changing the most. And when you get to
- 46:46that point where you could care less
- 46:48if it happens or not, cuz you feel so
- 46:50happy, so grateful for who you are, get
- 46:52ready, because your life is going to
- 46:54begin to change in magical ways.
- 46:56A habit is a redundant set of automatic,
- 46:59unconscious thoughts, behaviors, and
- 47:01emotions that's acquired through
- 47:02repetition.
- 47:03A habit is when you've done something so
- 47:05many times that your body actually knows
- 47:07how to do it better than your conscious
- 47:08mind.
- 47:10It's a habit. So, people wake up in the
- 47:12morning and they run through the same
- 47:14routine every single day.
- 47:17And the routine is mapped out
- 47:18neurologically in their brain.
- 47:21If they
- 47:22have the thought of the coffee maker,
- 47:25they make the choice to go over there.
- 47:28They do the thing to make the coffee.
- 47:30They have the experience of drinking it,
- 47:31and they feel the emotion associated
- 47:33with it. That becomes a pattern. It
- 47:36becomes more automatic. It becomes
- 47:37second nature.
- 47:39So, we have a series of these redundant
- 47:41patterns then, and in time
- 47:43we lose our free will
- 47:46to a set of programs, and the body is
- 47:48programmed into the predictable future
- 47:50based on what we've done in the past.
- 47:52And that's how we lose the free will to
- 47:55a set of programs.
- 47:57So, that habituation is the predictable
- 47:59future and that's the known.
- 48:02And other people wake up in the morning
- 48:03and they romance their memories of the
- 48:06past. They they think about the problems
- 48:08that they have in their lives and those
- 48:10problems are connected to certain people
- 48:12and certain objects and certain things
- 48:14at certain times and places and since
- 48:16the brain is a record of the past, the
- 48:18moment they remember that problem,
- 48:20they're thinking in the past.
- 48:23And every one of those problems has an
- 48:24emotion that's associated with it.
- 48:28So, the moment the person feels unhappy,
- 48:30the moment the person feels fear, the
- 48:32moment the person feels unworthy, the
- 48:34moment the person feels sad, now the
- 48:36body's in the past.
- 48:38Because thoughts are the language of the
- 48:40brain and feelings are the language of
- 48:42the body and how we think and how we
- 48:43feel creates our state of being.
- 48:46And so, it's that thought and that
- 48:47feeling, it's that image or that memory
- 48:49and the emotion, it's that stimulus and
- 48:51response
- 48:53that's conditioning the body to become
- 48:55mind of that emotion and now the body is
- 48:58so objective
- 49:00that it does not know the difference
- 49:01between the real-life experience that's
- 49:03creating the emotion and the emotion
- 49:05that person is creating by thought
- 49:06alone.
- 49:08The body's reliving the same past
- 49:10experience over and over again and if we
- 49:13can't think greater than how we feel or
- 49:15feelings have become the means of
- 49:17thinking, then we're thinking in the
- 49:18past. And if we believe that our
- 49:20thoughts have anything to do with our
- 49:21destiny, then our future is going to
- 49:24look a lot like our past.
- 49:27So, that familiar past also is the
- 49:29known.
- 49:32And so, what we discovered is that if
- 49:34you could teach a person
- 49:37to when their body's sitting in a
- 49:40meditation as an example
- 49:43and
- 49:44it's off schedule.
- 49:46It's used to feeling angry at 8:00 in
- 49:48the morning because it watches the news.
- 49:51Uh the person experiences traffic every
- 49:53day. They get 11:00, they check their
- 49:56emails,
- 49:57and they start judging other people. You
- 49:59know, there's a there's a set of
- 50:01familiar emotions that person has been
- 50:03living by.
- 50:04We discovered that if a person can sit
- 50:07past
- 50:08that memory, that they can sit past that
- 50:11emotion that causes them to get aroused,
- 50:13to get frustrated, to get impatient,
- 50:15that's the emotion that causes the
- 50:17person to quit.
- 50:19And they have this conclusion that they
- 50:21can't meditate or they can't focus or
- 50:23they have ADD. It's a story they tell
- 50:25themselves about the past.
- 50:28We discovered though that when a person
- 50:30sits past those
- 50:32those thoughts that say, "I can't. It's
- 50:33too hard. I'll never change. I need a
- 50:36brain scan. There's something wrong with
- 50:38me. It's my mother's fault."
- 50:41And they're curious to see what's on the
- 50:42other side of that thought. When their
- 50:45body gets aroused and frustrated,
- 50:46instead of giving up and saying, "Um,
- 50:50I have too many things to do."
- 50:52That they actually learn a way to settle
- 50:54the body
- 50:56back down into the present moment.
- 50:58And it's David versus Goliath.
- 51:01And every time we can become conscious
- 51:04that we get emotional, get frustrated,
- 51:05get impatient, and we settle the body
- 51:07down,
- 51:08we're executing a will
- 51:11now that's greater than the program, and
- 51:13the body is no longer the mind. The
- 51:15person is now becoming conscious of
- 51:17their unconscious self, and it takes
- 51:19an enormous amount of energy.
- 51:22It takes an enormous amount of awareness
- 51:24to stay present, because to stay present
- 51:26is to be in the unknown.
- 51:28That's when you can't predict the
- 51:29future, and that's not when you're
- 51:31remembering the past. And the unknown in
- 51:34the program that we have as biological
- 51:36creatures is a scary place.
- 51:39It's a It's better to run from the
- 51:41unknown than than to hang out in it. I
- 51:43wanted to listen to the questions that
- 51:44people asked.
- 51:46And the questions were okay,
- 51:48you create your reality, I get it. How
- 51:50do you do it?
- 51:52I thought it was a brilliant question.
- 51:54Next question is okay, your personality
- 51:56creates your personal reality. Your
- 51:58personality is made by how you think,
- 51:59how you act, and how you feel. If I want
- 52:01to change my personal reality, I got to
- 52:03change my personality.
- 52:04Nothing changes in my life till I
- 52:06change. How do we change? Why is it so
- 52:08hard to change? And then the last
- 52:09question was what do you do?
- 52:12And so we started teaching these events,
- 52:13you know, around the world and and
- 52:15giving people some tools and basic
- 52:17neuroscience and epigenetics and brain
- 52:19waves and electromagnetism, building a
- 52:21model.
- 52:22And
- 52:24you know, at the end of an event, people
- 52:26would say, I well, I I feel a little
- 52:27better, you know, I have a better sense
- 52:29of well-being, but we weren't seeing any
- 52:31dramatic changes in people's health.
- 52:34And then it took about a year.
- 52:36And we just I was running these events
- 52:38and every time I'd run an event, someone
- 52:39would say, can you do another one?
- 52:42So we did a more evolved version, and
- 52:43then we did another evolved version, and
- 52:45then I said, I don't know anything else.
- 52:47I don't know anything else. And then I
- 52:49started having profound mystical
- 52:50experiences and that changed my view of
- 52:52the world dramatically. And I remember
- 52:54at one event,
- 52:57this woman with MS, sitting in a
- 52:59wheelchair after one meditation, stood
- 53:02up out of that throne and started
- 53:03dancing around.
- 53:06And when I saw that happening, I knew
- 53:08something
- 53:09had to be taking place inwardly in her.
- 53:12In other words,
- 53:13there must have been some gene
- 53:15regulation
- 53:17that happened as a result of her inner
- 53:19process, and that's when everything
- 53:20changed for me.
- 53:22That's when I got a team of scientists
- 53:24and neuroscientists and biologists and
- 53:27partnered with HeartMath Institute, and
- 53:28we started building this model of
- 53:30understanding. We have 18,000 brain
- 53:32scans now.
- 53:33Thousands and thousands of HR
- 53:36V measurements. We got gene testing
- 53:38that's done, telomere We're that's done,
- 53:40immune regulation, you know, thousands
- 53:42of different metabolites. At this point
- 53:44I will I wanted to see if that person's
- 53:47subjective experience of whatever that
- 53:48was could be calibrated objectively.
- 53:51And once we understood that information,
- 53:53can we teach transformation better?
- 53:56And if you can do it and capture that
- 53:58information and teach transformation
- 53:59better, you can shorten the distance
- 54:01between really the thought and the
- 54:03experience of what a person wants. And
- 54:05and I think that the science has become
- 54:07the contemporary language to demystify
- 54:09that process. And once you use tradition
- 54:11or culture or religion,
- 54:14divide an audience, but science creates
- 54:16community. And people want to use that
- 54:18as a language now. It's the contemporary
- 54:20language. You communicate with your
- 54:22patients in terms of science. I mean,
- 54:24how many people here run a clinic and
- 54:25the first thing you say to a patient
- 54:27when they start talking about their
- 54:28health condition is, "That's not true."
- 54:31I used to say that every day. That's not
- 54:33true. That is not the truth.
- 54:36So then that information then that
- 54:38people are beginning to understand is is
- 54:41theoretical and philosophical. And now,
- 54:44there's too many testimonials. I mean,
- 54:46we're just talking backstage of every
- 54:48single day we have something that
- 54:49challenges my belief.
- 54:52It challenges my belief in what's
- 54:53possible. And when I see the scientist
- 54:55running
- 54:57the same
- 54:58study over and over again.
- 55:01He's running the same study five times
- 55:03over again, then changing the study and
- 55:04running it a different way and getting
- 55:06the same result. I know he's changing
- 55:08his belief right there. I know she's
- 55:09changing her belief. They're looking for
- 55:11something else to occur and that
- 55:13actually doesn't. This is new
- 55:14information. It's a discovery. I think
- 55:17that, you know,
- 55:18we live in chronic disbelief.
- 55:21Um what if the truth was that you're
- 55:24greater than you think?
- 55:25More powerful than you know, more
- 55:27unlimited than you could ever dream. If
- 55:29that was the truth that you are
- 55:32the creator of your life. You you have
- 55:34to You have to start
- 55:37If you believe that to be the truth,
- 55:39then you have to believe in yourself.
- 55:42And your belief in yourself must be
- 55:44earned.
- 55:45It must be earned and and
- 55:48the only way that we can believe in a
- 55:51future
- 55:53is when we feel the emotion associated
- 55:55with it.
- 55:57Because if you feel the emotion
- 55:58associated with it, your body is your
- 56:02your unconscious mind. It's so
- 56:04objective. It does not know the
- 56:05difference between the real life
- 56:06experience that's creating that emotion
- 56:09and the emotion that you're creating by
- 56:11thought alone.
- 56:12And so you're giving your body a taste
- 56:14emotionally of the future.
- 56:17And the stronger the emotion you feel,
- 56:19the more you
- 56:20remember that future and you literally
- 56:22are embossing the circuitry for you to
- 56:24believe in it more.
- 56:27So,
- 56:29if we default and become the victim of
- 56:31our life
- 56:32and we say that some person or some
- 56:34circumstances or some condition is
- 56:36causing me to feel this way and to think
- 56:39this way.
- 56:40The moment we become angry or frustrated
- 56:43or guilty or unworthy
- 56:45or afraid or anxious, we can't believe
- 56:47in that future any longer.
- 56:50Those emotions are
- 56:52associated with past memories.
- 56:55And those emotions cause us to behave as
- 56:57if we were in our past, make choices
- 57:01that are equal to our past and believe
- 57:03in our past.
- 57:04And more people believe in their past
- 57:06than they believe in their future.
- 57:09And it's so much easier
- 57:11to forget your vision of the future than
- 57:15to remember it.
- 57:17And so if that's the truth, then if you
- 57:19if you understood that this emotion that
- 57:22you're feeling is really a creative
- 57:24emotion.
- 57:26Uh
- 57:27living in fear and living in anger and
- 57:29living in hostility and hatred and
- 57:31judgment, and resentment,
- 57:34that that has nothing to do with your
- 57:36future. It has everything to do with the
- 57:38past.
- 57:40And so, the problem is is that we get
- 57:43addicted to those emotions that keep us
- 57:45connected to the past, and there's a
- 57:46story that goes with that past.
- 57:50And so many people believe in that
- 57:52story, and why not believe in a
- 57:54different story?
- 57:56And it usually takes crisis, or trauma,
- 57:59or disease, or diagnosis, or loss
- 58:02uh for people to finally make up their
- 58:04mind to change. But, that default
- 58:08that takes place
- 58:10so seamlessly when we feel the emotions
- 58:13of our past causes us
- 58:17to think the same way,
- 58:19to act the same way, and to feel the
- 58:21same way.
- 58:23And how you think, how you act, and how
- 58:26you feel is called your personality.
- 58:29And your personality creates your
- 58:30personal reality. That's it.
- 58:33That's it. So, the present personality
- 58:35who's sitting here today called you is
- 58:37created the present personal reality
- 58:39called your life. That's the truth.
- 58:42So, if you wanted to create a new
- 58:43personal reality,
- 58:45a new life, you would have to change
- 58:47your personality.
- 58:48And the first step in that is becoming
- 58:50conscious of your unconscious thoughts,
- 58:52those thoughts that say, "I can't. It's
- 58:54too hard. I'll never change. It's my
- 58:56ex's fault. It's the what you know,
- 58:58whatever."
- 58:59You know.
- 59:01It's all your ex. Or, if you really
- 59:04truly wanted to be a happy person, you
- 59:07would have to stop complaining.
- 59:09You would have to stop blaming. You'd
- 59:10have to stop allowing your environment
- 59:12to control how you're feeling and
- 59:14thinking.
- 59:16And and if you truly wanted to become a
- 59:19new personality, you would have to
- 59:20decide that the emotion of lack
- 59:24cannot belong in an abundant person.
- 59:28This is where the rubber hits the road
- 59:30now.
- 59:31Cuz how could you believe in a future
- 59:33that you haven't seen yet?
- 59:35And the end product of an experience in
- 59:37three-dimensional reality is called an
- 59:39emotion.
- 59:41And so most people wait
- 59:43for their wealth to feel abundant.
- 59:46They're waiting for their new
- 59:48relationship to feel love. They're
- 59:50They're waiting for their success to
- 59:52feel empowerment. They're waiting for
- 59:54their healing to feel wholeness or
- 59:55gratitude.
- 59:57That's the old model of reality.
- 59:59So then you got to trade that emotion of
- 1:00:02your past and that story has got to go
- 1:00:04with it.
- 1:00:06And when you overcome your emotions, you
- 1:00:08you master your creations.
- 1:00:11And that's freeing the body from the
- 1:00:13past. So the So the person who wants to
- 1:00:16become wealthy,
- 1:00:20they got to romance wealth. Romance it.
- 1:00:23They have to romance it. And you have to
- 1:00:25start thinking about how wealthy person
- 1:00:28would think.
- 1:00:29How a wealthy person would act.
- 1:00:32How wealthy person would feel. And you
- 1:00:33would have to become that personality.
- 1:00:35And that personality really should begin
- 1:00:37to create some change in your personal
- 1:00:40reality. You know, the synchronicities
- 1:00:41that are not just parking spaces, you
- 1:00:43know, not that stuff.
- 1:00:46But the bigger stuff that
- 1:00:48would stretch your belief so that when
- 1:00:50you see the synchronicity, all of a
- 1:00:52sudden you're like, "Oh my god.
- 1:00:56I created that.
- 1:00:57Is that possible that I actually created
- 1:01:00that?" Now you start believing more
- 1:01:03that you're the creator of the your
- 1:01:04reality instead of the victim of your
- 1:01:06reality. And that's the truth.
- 1:01:08And you cannot experience that truth
- 1:01:11unless you step in the realm of
- 1:01:13creation.
- 1:01:15And in order for you to arrive at that
- 1:01:17wealth, you have to make it very clear
- 1:01:20decision that that person who wants the
- 1:01:24wealth and who is in lack of having it
- 1:01:26is going to have to make a lot of
- 1:01:28changes
- 1:01:30to finally run into that goal or
- 1:01:31revision of their wealthy.
- 1:01:33You can't create
- 1:01:35a new personal reality as the same
- 1:01:37personality. You got to
- 1:01:40You got to become someone else. That
- 1:01:41means you got to give up
- 1:01:43some aspect of those unconscious
- 1:01:45thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that
- 1:01:47are programmed because we do the so much
- 1:01:50and think that way.
- 1:01:52And that's the hard part of change.
- 1:01:54How long does it take scientifically to
- 1:01:56rewire a belief?
- 1:01:58I don't think I don't think um you could
- 1:02:01actually measure that. Um I think
- 1:02:03there's too many variables.
- 1:02:04The comprehension of the information, um
- 1:02:07how long the person meditates, how
- 1:02:09present they are when they are
- 1:02:11meditating, uh what their past was like,
- 1:02:14and you know, there's a lot of
- 1:02:16variables. I've seen it happen
- 1:02:18uh instantaneously.
- 1:02:19What what appears instantaneous
- 1:02:22to be instantaneous, but that person
- 1:02:24could have been grappling with that
- 1:02:25belief,
- 1:02:26you know, for a long period of time. So,
- 1:02:30it turns out when we're relaxed in our
- 1:02:32heart,
- 1:02:34the body is believing it's living in a
- 1:02:35nurturing environment, and it begins to
- 1:02:38express new genes, and that's exactly uh
- 1:02:40uh how we change.
- 1:02:41Mhm. Because yeah, I uh we always hear
- 1:02:43that, you know, the famous 30 to 90 days
- 1:02:46for a habit, like 60 days for a habit,
- 1:02:48that kind of
- 1:02:49thing to change a habit, but a belief is
- 1:02:51so much more deeper than that.
- 1:02:52Yeah. Well, a belief is a habit of
- 1:02:54thinking.
- 1:02:54Yeah.
- 1:02:55It's just a really unconscious habit of
- 1:02:57thinking.
- 1:02:58I think it I Everybody's belief should
- 1:03:00always be challenged. My belief
- 1:03:02in what's possible is being challenged
- 1:03:04today. I think that's fun. Like I I I
- 1:03:06watch the scientists that are doing the
- 1:03:08studies, the empirical studies. I'm
- 1:03:10watching them run the same experiment
- 1:03:13five times in a row because they're
- 1:03:15really expecting a different outcome. I
- 1:03:16know right in that moment they're
- 1:03:18changing their belief. And I know right
- 1:03:20in that moment they're discovering
- 1:03:21something new. I know in that moment
- 1:03:24they're going, "Oh my this is
- 1:03:24unbelievable." right? So
- 1:03:27So I think the greatest belief that we
- 1:03:28could ever have is our belief in
- 1:03:30ourselves
- 1:03:32and our belief in possibility and I
- 1:03:33think that has to be earned. That's that
- 1:03:37has to be earned. You got to show up for
- 1:03:39you
- 1:03:40enough times where you have that belief,
- 1:03:43you earned it. It's not like you do
- 1:03:45something in one day. You The person who
- 1:03:47heals from a health condition who
- 1:03:48finally says, "Oh my god, I thought this
- 1:03:50could work for me."
- 1:03:52They They show up every day. They're
- 1:03:54showing up every single day because
- 1:03:57if they don't show up, then they don't
- 1:03:58believe it's possible and and they have
- 1:04:01to show up to prove to themselves that
- 1:04:03it is and
- 1:04:04some of those people
- 1:04:06did their meditation for a year
- 1:04:09and they earned that belief in that
- 1:04:11future and of course the effect was they
- 1:04:13they they had that moment that looked
- 1:04:15like "Oh my god, that person just
- 1:04:16healed." Well well they've been they've
- 1:04:18been walking the yellow brick road for
- 1:04:20the last
- 1:04:21year and they never missed a day and
- 1:04:23they'll tell you
- 1:04:24the meditations I remember the most were
- 1:04:26the hard ones, not the easy ones, the
- 1:04:28ones where I had to sit with myself and
- 1:04:30I would not give up. Those are the ones
- 1:04:33that mattered the most because that's
- 1:04:34what got them to that point, right? It
- 1:04:36was the overcoming process. Nobody wants
- 1:04:38to overcome. Amazon Prime just spoiled
- 1:04:41us, you know, they you just want it,
- 1:04:42right? And but it's the overcoming
- 1:04:44process. That 95% that's programmed
- 1:04:48that's what you got to dig deep in and
- 1:04:50and you got to become really conscious
- 1:04:52of it and that overcoming process
- 1:04:54the side effect of that is the actual
- 1:04:56becoming process. The body's liberated
- 1:04:58energy naturally moves to the heart.
- 1:05:00It's not like something that you have to
- 1:05:01do.
- 1:05:03The body's no longer tormented
- 1:05:04emotionally by the past. It's no longer
- 1:05:07habituated into the past. It's no longer
- 1:05:09believing in the past.
- 1:05:10Energy naturally moves into the heart
- 1:05:12when it's not in survival. That's where
- 1:05:14it should be going. And now we're we're
- 1:05:16we're ready to create. So, it's
- 1:05:18important for people to understand that
- 1:05:20that that you always have to give
- 1:05:23something up from your past in order to
- 1:05:25create a new future. The overcoming
- 1:05:28process
- 1:05:29is the becoming process. You know, if
- 1:05:31you think about it, think about it. No
- 1:05:33matter what it is, let's
- 1:05:34But the leap so quick is what's amazing.
- 1:05:36Yeah. Yeah, well, that's because you're
- 1:05:37you're fully immersed. Never a time will
- 1:05:40you sit with you as much as you will to
- 1:05:42know thyself, right?
- 1:05:44So many hours of meditation at these and
- 1:05:46so much time with yourself.
- 1:05:48You have to become so conscious of your
- 1:05:50unconscious thoughts, the ones that are
- 1:05:52hardwired in in the brain as beliefs
- 1:05:54that say I can, it's too hard,
- 1:05:56something's wrong with me, it's my
- 1:05:57mother's fault, I'll never change, it's
- 1:05:59it's my ex's fault, you know, whatever
- 1:06:00that is. You got to become so conscious
- 1:06:03of your unconscious behaviors, how you
- 1:06:05speak, how you act, if you suffer, if
- 1:06:07you complain, if you blame, you make
- 1:06:08excuses.
- 1:06:09That's not the new person you want to
- 1:06:11become. You got to leave that person
- 1:06:12behind.
- 1:06:13And then you got to look at the emotions
- 1:06:16that keep you anchored to the past and
- 1:06:18the story you tell about the past that
- 1:06:20keeps that that memory alive in the body
- 1:06:23in the past.
- 1:06:24too. I'm like, the story I'm telling
- 1:06:25myself is
- 1:06:26Yeah, and it's a lie. 50% of it is a
- 1:06:29lie. That's what neuroscience says. So,
- 1:06:31people are reliving a miserable life
- 1:06:33that they never even had just to
- 1:06:35reaffirm their addiction to that emotion
- 1:06:37to excuse themselves from changing. What
- 1:06:39they're really saying is it was that
- 1:06:41event that happened 10 years ago that
- 1:06:44changed me and I have not been able to
- 1:06:45change since. So, if you want to become
- 1:06:47happy, you got to stop being unhappy.
- 1:06:50So, you got to become so conscious of
- 1:06:52your unconscious thoughts, behaviors,
- 1:06:54and emotions that you don't default when
- 1:06:56you return back into your life and
- 1:06:58return back to the same personality.
- 1:07:00Because that same personality is
- 1:07:02connected to the same personal reality
- 1:07:04that the person's living with. So, they
- 1:07:05have to be able to think, act, and feel
- 1:07:08differently in the same environment. And
- 1:07:10that's when you master your life. The
- 1:07:12fundamental question is, in the 7-day
- 1:07:14process, could you come up against all
- 1:07:16of those things and not say, "Oh, I
- 1:07:17can't meditate. Oh, it's too hard. This
- 1:07:20isn't for me." But, be curious about
- 1:07:23what's on the other side of that
- 1:07:24thought. What's on the other side of
- 1:07:25that emotion? That's the unknown. And
- 1:07:27our data shows that if you get to that
- 1:07:29point where you want to stop and you go
- 1:07:31a little further, that's when the brain
- 1:07:32changes the most cuz that's when you're
- 1:07:33breaking out of the known into the
- 1:07:35unknown.
- 1:07:36Right. Why is it always in that pain
- 1:07:38spot? The higher the level,
- 1:07:40the greater the alchemy within the body.
- 1:07:43Why is that?
- 1:07:44So, relaxing into the present moment is
- 1:07:48relaxing into the unknown.
- 1:07:51And that's our greatest fear.
- 1:07:52That's the That is like the unknown is
- 1:07:54so unpredictable. It's so it elicits
- 1:07:56such a survival response. And yet,
- 1:07:59teaching people how to relax into the
- 1:08:00unknown as they as they labor for the
- 1:08:03present moment, there comes a moment
- 1:08:06where you're conditioning your body to a
- 1:08:08new mind. The body wants to get up, it
- 1:08:10wants to get aroused, it wants to quit,
- 1:08:11it wants to do something. It's used to
- 1:08:12feeling from an experience in the
- 1:08:14environment and you're denying it that.
- 1:08:16It's not eating, it's not smelling, it's
- 1:08:17not tasting, it's not seeing, it's not
- 1:08:19tick-tocking, it's not scrolling, it's
- 1:08:21not doing any of that stuff. And it's
- 1:08:22been habituated to rely on all those
- 1:08:24things to create a feeling. And so, when
- 1:08:26you feel the frustration, the
- 1:08:27impatience, the resentment arise in your
- 1:08:30body, that's when people quit. We
- 1:08:31discovered if you just, like training an
- 1:08:34animal, settle it back down into the
- 1:08:37present moment and tell it it's no
- 1:08:38longer the mind, that you're the mind,
- 1:08:40it will buck back again and and want to
- 1:08:42have its way cuz it's been conditioned
- 1:08:44to feel familiar feelings from the past.
- 1:08:47Good or bad, it doesn't matter. Good or
- 1:08:48bad, right? It doesn't matter. It just
- 1:08:49wants familiar.
- 1:08:50It wants familiar. So, if you work into
- 1:08:52that present moment and and a person
- 1:08:55gets up and runs through the same
- 1:08:57behaviors every single day and they're
- 1:08:58habituated into a predictable future and
- 1:09:00they're used to doing things and getting
- 1:09:02things done, and now you're making the
- 1:09:03body sit and it wants to get up and
- 1:09:05wants to check its emails and its texts
- 1:09:07and social media and you're noticing
- 1:09:10your body wants to do that instead of
- 1:09:11getting up and doing it, bringing your
- 1:09:13body back to the present moment and
- 1:09:15executing a will
- 1:09:17that's greater than the program. It's
- 1:09:18training the animal. And if you can
- 1:09:20train the animal over and over again and
- 1:09:22you're uncompromising
- 1:09:23and you're just not going to give up
- 1:09:25because that's the act. Sooner or later
- 1:09:27the body surrenders to a new mind and
- 1:09:29when it does there's this liberation of
- 1:09:31energy
- 1:09:32and that energy moves right into the
- 1:09:33heart. It's that
- 1:09:35that that energy is stored information
- 1:09:38in the body and the body's being freed
- 1:09:40from the chains
- 1:09:42of the familiar past and the predictable
- 1:09:43future. So to answer your question
- 1:09:46you can't create from the known.
- 1:09:49You got to create from the unknown and
- 1:09:50getting people to understand how to do
- 1:09:52that is the process of overcoming
- 1:09:55yourself.
- 1:09:56We discovered that the overcoming
- 1:09:58process is literally the becoming
- 1:10:01process because the future you that
- 1:10:03already exists in that timeline, you
- 1:10:06have to become it.
- 1:10:08So then you can't you have to overcome
- 1:10:10the old self to become your new self and
- 1:10:11embody it. So then the next fundamental
- 1:10:13question if you're a pragmatist is well,
- 1:10:15if a belief is just a thought I keep
- 1:10:17thinking it over and over again into a
- 1:10:19hard wire in my brain and I'm overcoming
- 1:10:20these beliefs I can't it's too hard. I
- 1:10:22can't meditate I'll never change. And
- 1:10:24what thought do you want to fire and
- 1:10:26wire in your brain like I do believe in
- 1:10:27myself like I can do this and remember
- 1:10:30to think that way and with intention and
- 1:10:32with attention review it in your mind
- 1:10:35repeat it in your mind remember it so
- 1:10:36you don't forget it. Nerve cells that
- 1:10:38fire together wire together. You start
- 1:10:40installing the circuitry in your brain.
- 1:10:42Keep doing it.
- 1:10:44The more those neurons fire the more
- 1:10:45automatically they fire the easier it
- 1:10:47gets. Now you're you're creating a new
- 1:10:49belief. That's the new voice in your
- 1:10:51head that says that I can. Now there's
- 1:10:52no magic there. It's just stop thinking
- 1:10:55this way start thinking this way. Okay,
- 1:10:57if I complain and I blame and I make
- 1:10:59excuses and I feel sorry for myself and
- 1:11:01I judge everyone, happy person, that
- 1:11:03makes me unhappy. I can't I got to stop
- 1:11:05doing that. So, how am I going to be
- 1:11:06with my ex? How am I going to be with my
- 1:11:08co-worker? How am I going to be with my
- 1:11:10partner? How am I going to be with my
- 1:11:11kids? How am I going to be in my life?
- 1:11:14And this is what many people become
- 1:11:16aware of when they are in the process of
- 1:11:18healing. Like, I just had a 1-hour great
- 1:11:20meditation and then I spent the rest of
- 1:11:23the day acting as my old self or feeling
- 1:11:25like my old self. Okay, I got to act
- 1:11:27differently with my ex. I What would
- 1:11:29love do? Um What would greatness look
- 1:11:32like?
- 1:11:32There's a saying that you don't get what
- 1:11:34you want, you get what you believe you
- 1:11:36deserve.
- 1:11:37so, you have to become bigger, better
- 1:11:39than you, right? Because the reason why
- 1:11:41you're stuck in those patterns or those
- 1:11:42loops or those situations is cuz
- 1:11:45subconsciously or consciously, you think
- 1:11:47that's what you deserve because of the
- 1:11:48story you've told yourself.
- 1:11:49Yeah. And the universe only gives us
- 1:11:50what we think we're worthy of receiving.
- 1:11:52So, yes, so it's important then exactly
- 1:11:55for the person then to say, "Well, I am
- 1:11:56worthy of love in my life." Okay, so how
- 1:11:59should I act differently? Could I
- 1:12:01forgive? What would that look like? In
- 1:12:03the act of closing their eyes and
- 1:12:05planning their behaviors, mentally
- 1:12:07rehearsing their actions.
- 1:12:09Yeah.
- 1:12:09When they're truly present, you know
- 1:12:10this, you're you're you're an athlete.
- 1:12:12Your brain doesn't know the difference
- 1:12:13between the real-life experience and
- 1:12:15what you're imagining. And now, you're
- 1:12:17installing the neurological hardware in
- 1:12:19your brain. You got your you're priming
- 1:12:21your brain. You're installing circuits
- 1:12:23to use. So, you behave differently. Keep
- 1:12:26reviewing them
- 1:12:28and then the brain will look like you
- 1:12:29already did it. Now, your behaviors will
- 1:12:32match your intentions in your life and
- 1:12:34you won't default and return back to
- 1:12:35that old personality. Okay, if I've been
- 1:12:37feeling unhappy, if I've been feeling
- 1:12:39resentful, if I've been feeling fearful,
- 1:12:41if I've been feeling unworthy,
- 1:12:44and I want to be abundant, I can't feel
- 1:12:47any of those things or lack. Or I want
- 1:12:49to be happy, I can't feel all these
- 1:12:50emotions. I got to feel new emotions.
- 1:12:52Okay.
- 1:12:53Can I literally teach my body
- 1:12:55emotionally
- 1:12:56what this future me would feel like
- 1:12:59Right, very hard.
- 1:13:00Very hard.
- 1:13:01Very hard. Very hard because we're
- 1:13:02hypnotized
- 1:13:03Yeah.
- 1:13:04and conditioned to believe that
- 1:13:05something out there has to happen to
- 1:13:07take away that lack or separation that
- 1:13:09we feel inside.
- 1:13:09all been there.
- 1:13:10As a young person, I could rally
- 1:13:13and be a jock and I could rally and be
- 1:13:16with the the the smart kids. I could
- 1:13:19rally with with you know, different
- 1:13:21people. Um
- 1:13:23but really my two theories in my 20s
- 1:13:27uh my my late teens and early 20s was uh
- 1:13:30take the value and run. Whatever it is
- 1:13:32Whatever that value is, you take it and
- 1:13:34use it and run with it and make it up as
- 1:13:36you go along. Just make it up and just
- 1:13:38figure it out as you go along. You'll
- 1:13:39figure it out. Just go. Just keep going.
- 1:13:43And so I've I've always been an
- 1:13:44immersive personality. If I did martial
- 1:13:46arts, I did martial arts every day. Like
- 1:13:48that's If I did yoga, I did yoga every
- 1:13:51day. And I was And if I was going to do
- 1:13:53it,
- 1:13:55I was going to do it for the intention
- 1:13:56of getting really good at it. Otherwise,
- 1:13:57why would I do it?
- 1:13:58All in.
- 1:13:59So So for me, I kind of did that
- 1:14:02whatever whatever it was that I that I
- 1:14:03was interested in.
- 1:14:06What what fascinated me more than
- 1:14:08anything else was that from how I was
- 1:14:10raised as a child
- 1:14:12in the in the family and the culture and
- 1:14:14the religion that I was raised in,
- 1:14:18I I was
- 1:14:19mystified
- 1:14:21that there were actually people that
- 1:14:23were that believed in something that I
- 1:14:26secretly believed in as from the time I
- 1:14:28was young that was actually that
- 1:14:30actually were masters of their bodies
- 1:14:33and then they were doing miracles and it
- 1:14:35wasn't in the traditional
- 1:14:37what I was how I was raised.
- 1:14:40And that became a fascination of mine.
- 1:14:42It became a fascination. Well, if they
- 1:14:44did it, how did they do it?
- 1:14:47And
- 1:14:48so my interest in stepping out of
- 1:14:52what I whoever I could rally with was
- 1:14:55just because I wanted I wanted to learn
- 1:14:57more about that and that just was all
- 1:14:59predictable to me. You know, I I
- 1:15:01I I left.
- 1:15:03And and I just started I started this
- 1:15:04kind of immersion process and I wasn't
- 1:15:06afraid then
- 1:15:08to try it out because my parents used to
- 1:15:10say to me if anybody else could do it
- 1:15:13you could do it. And so I would be like,
- 1:15:15okay, well, how did they do this?
- 1:15:17So
- 1:15:21in that way
- 1:15:22when I was in college, I kind of broke
- 1:15:24from the parties after a period of time.
- 1:15:26I just didn't I I
- 1:15:29I was very different in that way. I just
- 1:15:31I was there to learn and and I wasn't
- 1:15:34like an introvert or I wasn't
- 1:15:37unapproachable.
- 1:15:39I I would go to class and be with
- 1:15:41everybody, but I I made other choices,
- 1:15:44you know, and that turned into this kind
- 1:15:47of exploration
- 1:15:48that led to some profound experiences
- 1:15:51and then once you have the experience,
- 1:15:52it's hard to talk you out of not doing
- 1:15:54it again.
- 1:15:55And so
- 1:15:57when I immersed myself, for example, in
- 1:15:59something like yoga, you know, I did a
- 1:16:01lot of yoga and I did it 3 hours a day
- 1:16:03and I never missed a day and I was up
- 1:16:05early in the morning.
- 1:16:07But I was learning anatomy and
- 1:16:08physiology at the time and I think I
- 1:16:09learned more about the body
- 1:16:12through the experience of doing yoga and
- 1:16:13understanding it kind of on this
- 1:16:15intuitive level
- 1:16:17as much as I learned about the textbook.
- 1:16:19So the kind of the two different things
- 1:16:22learning all this information about
- 1:16:24anatomy and physiology and at the same
- 1:16:25time uh
- 1:16:28conditioning my body in a certain way
- 1:16:31with the intention of really seeing if I
- 1:16:33could actually master
- 1:16:35something about myself.
- 1:16:38I mean I both of those worlds were kind
- 1:16:40of merging for me. And so then when I
- 1:16:42think when you do that and you kind of
- 1:16:44leave the pack, you know, and you step
- 1:16:46out, I think
- 1:16:47if you're if you really I I realized
- 1:16:49after a certain point I how much I
- 1:16:51changed. Like I realized in my 20s in my
- 1:16:54early 20s how much I changed.
- 1:16:57And and
- 1:17:00and I and I think, you know, the
- 1:17:01investigation of hypnosis and everything
- 1:17:03else was just kind of a side effect of
- 1:17:05well, I saw people doing hypnosis
- 1:17:09uh and seeing them doing some pretty
- 1:17:11amazing things was it similar to what
- 1:17:13those masters were doing? What is the
- 1:17:14subconscious mind? And you know, then it
- 1:17:16would kind of lead me
- 1:17:18in another direction. So so
- 1:17:21all the time I was changing
- 1:17:24that when I kind of emerged and was
- 1:17:25ready to go out into the world
- 1:17:28um
- 1:17:30I I I I felt like I just
- 1:17:32I put in my time and I knew exactly what
- 1:17:34I wanted and what I and what I was
- 1:17:36doing.
- 1:17:36You knew yourself in other words.
- 1:17:39Yeah, I mean, you know, and then I
- 1:17:40thought I was done, you know, and then
- 1:17:43I mean, I was
- 1:17:44run over by a truck, you know, and then
- 1:17:47I thought I was done then, you know, and
- 1:17:49it's just been kind of these ongoing,
- 1:17:50you know, experiences that kind of lead
- 1:17:53me in different directions. So now, we
- 1:17:55had a guy that would came in a
- 1:17:56wheelchair at an event we did recently.
- 1:17:59He came in that throne. He walked from
- 1:18:01He had ALS. He walked from the back of
- 1:18:04the room
- 1:18:05all the way to the stage, walked up the
- 1:18:07stairs out of that wheelchair on his
- 1:18:09own.
- 1:18:10I asked him. He said,
- 1:18:12"I just I just have to work on staying
- 1:18:15in this emotional state because at the
- 1:18:17longer I stay there, the more I'm
- 1:18:18noticing that my body's responding."
- 1:18:21He's not saying, "Why am I Why am I not
- 1:18:23healed?" He understands that the only
- 1:18:25way he can actually heal is to change
- 1:18:27him, right? And so now that it becomes
- 1:18:30very practical, right? It becomes very
- 1:18:32practical.
- 1:18:33important that practical part of it? I
- 1:18:35think sometimes people think they're
- 1:18:36disqualified if they can't explain
- 1:18:37something they do well. Let me to you
- 1:18:39one of the interesting things on the
- 1:18:40show. Many of the people that do things
- 1:18:42exceptionally well that have been on my
- 1:18:45show, athletes or entertainers,
- 1:18:47really don't do a very good job of
- 1:18:48explaining it.
- 1:18:49Yeah.
- 1:18:50They they embody it. And I think
- 1:18:52sometimes someone listens to somebody
- 1:18:53like you who can explain this and think
- 1:18:55that they're disqualified from becoming
- 1:18:57good at it if they can't explain how
- 1:18:59they're doing it. But the truth is, it's
- 1:19:01a repeated experience that becomes
- 1:19:03familiar for them without the need
- 1:19:05to express how they're doing it, right?
- 1:19:06Again, for me,
- 1:19:07Right.
- 1:19:07this is your This is your life is
- 1:19:09teaching people to do this and giving
- 1:19:11them the tools. But for the vast
- 1:19:12majority of people, it's it's creating
- 1:19:14the experience that they can have.
- 1:19:15everybody everybody has done this at
- 1:19:18least once in their life. What did they
- 1:19:19do? They sat down and they said, "What
- 1:19:21would it be like to be happy? What would
- 1:19:22it be like to be healthy? What would it
- 1:19:23be like to have a new life? What would
- 1:19:25it be like to be in love?" And they
- 1:19:26asked the question instead of getting on
- 1:19:27their cell phone and texting somewhere
- 1:19:29posting, they actually sat there.
- 1:19:31And they actually said, "Let me answer
- 1:19:33the question. Let me get uncomfortable
- 1:19:36here and what is it that I truly want?
- 1:19:38What What would I have to change about
- 1:19:39myself to be healthy, to be happy, to be
- 1:19:41well, successful? What are my bad
- 1:19:43habits?" They get busy writing down
- 1:19:46all the the the choices they want to
- 1:19:49make, all the things they want to do.
- 1:19:51They start writing down all their goals,
- 1:19:52all their experiences. And every goal or
- 1:19:54experience they write down in their
- 1:19:55future, there's an emotion. They get
- 1:19:56inspired, they get optimistic, they get
- 1:19:58grateful, they get energized. And those
- 1:20:01emotions fuel more thoughts. And now
- 1:20:03they're they're they're actually
- 1:20:05changing their biology. And then they do
- 1:20:07something really really really really
- 1:20:10important.
- 1:20:12They start looking at the thoughts that
- 1:20:13they no longer want to think. They write
- 1:20:15them down. I can't, it's too hard, I'll
- 1:20:16start tomorrow, I don't feel good, I
- 1:20:18don't I don't
- 1:20:19Uh they start looking at the choices
- 1:20:21they're going to have to stop making.
- 1:20:23And when they they understand when they
- 1:20:24stop making those choices, it's going to
- 1:20:26be uncomfortable. That's the hardest
- 1:20:28part about change. They start thinking
- 1:20:30about the things they have to stop
- 1:20:32doing. I got to get off the couch. I got
- 1:20:33to stop watching this. I got to stop
- 1:20:34overeating, whatever it is.
- 1:20:36And then we've all done this.
- 1:20:38And there comes a moment where you start
- 1:20:40noticing that like you start saying,
- 1:20:43"Hey, I I believe this is this is
- 1:20:44actually going to happen, right?" And
- 1:20:46that's when you take the foot off the
- 1:20:47gas pedal. And you start really
- 1:20:49realizing, "Wow, I was the resource
- 1:20:52of actually making this happen and that
- 1:20:54I changed. I changed in the process. So,
- 1:20:59the the exciting part about it and you
- 1:21:00talk to people who created wealth, who
- 1:21:02talk to people who created relationships
- 1:21:04that are talk to people who have created
- 1:21:06health, they'll tell you my disease
- 1:21:09my poverty was my greatest teacher. My
- 1:21:11past was my greatest teacher. They look
- 1:21:13back at their past and now there's no
- 1:21:16longer an emotion associated with it.
- 1:21:18The memory without the emotional charge
- 1:21:19is wisdom. Now, you get to go to the
- 1:21:22future. You get to create whatever you
- 1:21:23you free-willed. You you could be
- 1:21:25anybody you want to be in the process.
- 1:21:2786% of the people in the Western world
- 1:21:30the first thing they do when they wake
- 1:21:31up in the morning is grab their cell
- 1:21:32phone.
- 1:21:33That's almost nine out of 10 people. So,
- 1:21:35more than likely there's a good
- 1:21:36percentage of people that are watching
- 1:21:38this podcast or listening to it that do
- 1:21:40that.
- 1:21:41And when they reach for their cell phone
- 1:21:43and they look through their Facebook and
- 1:21:45their Instagram and their Tik Tok and
- 1:21:47their emails and their
- 1:21:49uh Twitter and do all of that, they're
- 1:21:52connecting to everything
- 1:21:54that's known in their life. They're
- 1:21:55actually making sure that they're
- 1:21:57connected in a in a certain way.
- 1:22:00In place of that,
- 1:22:02you can still do that, but before you
- 1:22:05grab unconsciously for your phone and
- 1:22:07start changing your chemicals in your
- 1:22:09body, it would be such a great idea to
- 1:22:12sit down.
- 1:22:13And before you start your day, just
- 1:22:15review the thoughts you don't want to
- 1:22:16think.
- 1:22:18Review the behaviors you really want to
- 1:22:20change about yourself. Just review them.
- 1:22:21Just go over them in your mind.
- 1:22:23Re- review the emotions that you feel
- 1:22:26the most in a day and just remember that
- 1:22:29those emotions aren't loving to you.
- 1:22:30Just Just review them in the beginning.
- 1:22:32Just so that you're aware of them. You
- 1:22:33don't have to change them.
- 1:22:35You'll start becoming aware of them and
- 1:22:37when once you can observe them, you're
- 1:22:38no longer the program. Once you're
- 1:22:40conscious of them, you're no longer
- 1:22:41unconscious, right? You're out of the
- 1:22:42program.
- 1:22:43Before you start the day, ask yourself
- 1:22:47what How do I want to think today? How
- 1:22:48do I want to feel? How do I want to
- 1:22:50behave? I mean, what would greatness
- 1:22:51look like? What would love look like
- 1:22:52today? What could I do
- 1:22:55that would be really cool for me at the
- 1:22:57end of the day say, "Wow, so I had a
- 1:23:00good day today." What it What What would
- 1:23:02make me feel that way?
- 1:23:03And if you can't find an answer to that,
- 1:23:05start reading Who reads anymore? Read a
- 1:23:08book.
- 1:23:08I read so many books a week.
- 1:23:10I know. I'm that way, too. So, read
- 1:23:12something about Do you want to be
- 1:23:14wealthy? Read a book about someone who
- 1:23:17became wealthy and get get real and
- 1:23:19realize they may have failed 50 times
- 1:23:21before they actually pulled it off. Or
- 1:23:22what were their characteristics? What
- 1:23:24were their traits? What made them? So,
- 1:23:26it wasn't about their wealth. It was
- 1:23:28about who they became. That's the key,
- 1:23:30right? So,
- 1:23:31So So, fill your brain with a little
- 1:23:33knowledge and then just start asking
- 1:23:34yourself what's the greatest expression
- 1:23:36of myself that I can be today and and
- 1:23:38and rehearse it. Rehearse how you're
- 1:23:40going to be. And And then if if it leads
- 1:23:43to a different choice, that's the
- 1:23:45unknown. And just know that it's not
- 1:23:47going to be predictable. It's going to
- 1:23:48be a little uncomfortable. That's where
- 1:23:50the magic happens. If you can stay
- 1:23:51relaxed and awake in the unknown,
- 1:23:54things get pretty exciting. When you're
- 1:23:56back to the known, you're back to the
- 1:23:58familiar. Don't expect anything to
- 1:23:59change in your life. And if you say it's
- 1:24:01that person or that circumstance,
- 1:24:03uh you defaulted and went back to the
- 1:24:05program of the victim, allowing your
- 1:24:07outer environment controlling your
- 1:24:09thoughts and feelings. If you truly do
- 1:24:11this well,
- 1:24:12this is what I discovered.
- 1:24:14If I truly feel the feelings of my
- 1:24:16future before they occur and I live in
- 1:24:19that state, I'm no longer looking for it
- 1:24:21to happen. How could I look for it if I
- 1:24:23feel like it already has, right? So, I
- 1:24:25try to stay in that state because then I
- 1:24:26don't I then I'm not separate from it.
- 1:24:29And And that's tends to be when the
- 1:24:31magic happens. There There's no control
- 1:24:33anymore. There's no predicting. There's
- 1:24:35no perfectionism. There's none of There
- 1:24:36all there is is just kind of an
- 1:24:37experiment. Like I'm experimenting to
- 1:24:40see if I changed my thoughts and
- 1:24:42feelings if my life will change. And
- 1:24:44that should be the experiment everybody
- 1:24:45has. And And And do it with with
- 1:24:48curiosity and do it with just seeing if
- 1:24:50if the experiment works. If it doesn't,
- 1:24:52change something else about yourself
- 1:24:54until it starts to work. We teach
- 1:24:56meditation three ways. To become
- 1:24:58familiar with your old self and to
- 1:24:59become familiar with your new self.
- 1:25:01That's what the word meditation means,
- 1:25:02familiarization, to become familiar
- 1:25:04with. So, we use that model for change.
- 1:25:05To slow your brain waves down and get
- 1:25:07beyond your analytical mind, there's
- 1:25:08meditation. And you teach your body how
- 1:25:11to do that. And we've discovered a
- 1:25:12formula that that simply makes it very
- 1:25:15easy for people to do it. You practice
- 1:25:16it, you'll get good at it just like
- 1:25:18anything else you practice.
- 1:25:20So, So, to get beyond the analytical
- 1:25:22mind, there's another way to reprogram
- 1:25:23ourselves. And then meditation is really
- 1:25:26about getting beyond your body
- 1:25:29or disconnecting from your body,
- 1:25:30disconnecting from your environment, and
- 1:25:32forgetting about time. And
- 1:25:34that is that eye of the needle where we
- 1:25:36begin to make the most significant
- 1:25:38changes. So, we're data-driven, you
- 1:25:40know, we're we're really looking to see
- 1:25:41what it is. And And when we see uh
- 1:25:44brains respond in the same way, it helps
- 1:25:46me
- 1:25:47enormously to teach the material better.
- 1:25:50And so,
- 1:25:51the more people understand what they're
- 1:25:53doing
- 1:25:55and the more they understand why they're
- 1:25:56doing it, the more naturally the how
- 1:25:59becomes easier. And nothing is left to
- 1:26:00conjecture.
- 1:26:02If nothing is left to superstition or
- 1:26:04dogma or even in spiritual
- 1:26:06Mhm.
- 1:26:07you know, traditional words.
- 1:26:09Use science as the contemporary language
- 1:26:11to demystify that process.
- 1:26:14You need to give new people numerous
- 1:26:15times to overcome themselves and
- 1:26:18numerous times to connect. Sooner or
- 1:26:21later you'll start watching
- 1:26:22transformation right before your eyes.
- 1:26:24And so
- 1:26:25one of the cool things that we've
- 1:26:26discovered is that we have so much
- 1:26:29compelling data to suggest that you're
- 1:26:31greater than you think.
- 1:26:33More powerful than you know, more
- 1:26:35unlimited than you could ever dream. We
- 1:26:36have compelling data to suggest that
- 1:26:39your nervous system
- 1:26:40is the greatest pharmacist in the world
- 1:26:43that it makes
- 1:26:44drugs that work better than any drug in
- 1:26:47a drug store. A drug study is about 18
- 1:26:50to 25% cause and effect causality.
- 1:26:54Our data is between 75 and 85% cause and
- 1:26:58effect. This is a person creating their
- 1:27:00own pharmacy of anti-inflammatories,
- 1:27:02their own pharmacy of anti-carcinogenic
- 1:27:05chemicals, their own pharmacy of
- 1:27:08pain relievers. So we're seeing this
- 1:27:09over and over again.
- 1:27:11So we have this incredible data that
- 1:27:13says that this is no longer pseudo
- 1:27:16This is the real This is really science.
- 1:27:18The side effect of a person's
- 1:27:20transformation
- 1:27:22is it has changed my belief
- 1:27:24in what's possible. I have seen people
- 1:27:26stand on the stage with stage four
- 1:27:28cancers that were in every single organ
- 1:27:31in their body and that metastasized and
- 1:27:34and they have no sign of cancer in their
- 1:27:36body. And we have data that suggests
- 1:27:38that you put the blood of an advanced
- 1:27:41meditator on a uterine cancer cell, a
- 1:27:43pancreatic cancer cell
- 1:27:4570% of the mitochondrial function in the
- 1:27:48cancer cells diminished. The
- 1:27:49mitochondria is the energy packets of
- 1:27:51the cell. It's taking energy out of the
- 1:27:53cancer cell. Works perfect with what
- 1:27:55we're seeing with
- 1:27:57uh the testimonials that that people are
- 1:28:00telling around the world. We've seen
- 1:28:02blind people see, we've seen deaf people
- 1:28:04hear, we've seen people with spinal cord
- 1:28:07injuries walk again, we've seen
- 1:28:09uh Um, ALS change, we've seen all kinds
- 1:28:12of unbelievable health conditions change
- 1:28:15by a person simply changing the way they
- 1:28:17think,
- 1:28:19the way they act, and the way they feel.
- 1:28:20If you keep thinking the same thoughts,
- 1:28:22if you keep making the same choices, you
- 1:28:23keep doing the same things, you keep
- 1:28:25creating the same experiences, you keep
- 1:28:27feeling the same emotions. I don't know,
- 1:28:28let's be conservative.
- 1:28:30You do that for 10 years.
- 1:28:33You would have to agree with me then
- 1:28:34that it would become more automatic, it
- 1:28:36would become more unconscious.
- 1:28:39So, your personality creates your
- 1:28:41personal reality. That's it. That is it.
- 1:28:45And your personality is made up of how
- 1:28:46you think, how you act, and how you
- 1:28:48feel.
- 1:28:50So, keep thinking the same way, keep
- 1:28:52acting the same way, keep feeling the
- 1:28:53same way,
- 1:28:55your personality is the same, and your
- 1:28:57personality personal reality will be the
- 1:28:59same as well.
- 1:29:00So, if you wanted to change your life,
- 1:29:03if you wanted to change your personal
- 1:29:05reality, you would have to change your
- 1:29:06personality.
- 1:29:08And then you'd have to start thinking
- 1:29:10about what you've been thinking about
- 1:29:11and decide if you really want to believe
- 1:29:13that any longer.
- 1:29:15And when does the story end?
- 1:29:20It's It's that moment that you become so
- 1:29:22conscious of that thought, you're so
- 1:29:24tired of it.
- 1:29:26You're so aware of it that you would
- 1:29:27never let it slip by your awareness ever
- 1:29:30again.
- 1:29:33You catch yourself complaining and
- 1:29:35blaming and making excuses and feeling
- 1:29:37sorry for yourself, and that's been your
- 1:29:39unconscious program.
- 1:29:41Then the moment you become conscious of
- 1:29:43those unconscious behaviors,
- 1:29:47you're out of the program. You're only
- 1:29:49in the program when you're unconscious,
- 1:29:50and so it takes an enormous amount of
- 1:29:52energy and awareness to separate from
- 1:29:55those programs.
- 1:29:56And then there's those emotions that we
- 1:29:58feel every single day that are so
- 1:30:00familiar to us that we don't even know
- 1:30:02what they are.
- 1:30:03We just feel guilty. We don't even know
- 1:30:05know guilt, it's just how we feel.
- 1:30:08And the stronger the emotions that we
- 1:30:09have to
- 1:30:11experiences in our life, the more
- 1:30:13altered we are inside of us when the
- 1:30:15chemistry changes inside of us. The
- 1:30:17brain narrows the focus on the cause and
- 1:30:19takes a snapshot
- 1:30:21or a series of snapshots, and that's
- 1:30:22called a long-term memory.
- 1:30:26And so then makes total sense then that
- 1:30:28a person by every time they relive that
- 1:30:30event in their life, they're making the
- 1:30:32same chemistry in their brain and as it
- 1:30:34and their body and their body's
- 1:30:35literally believing it's living that
- 1:30:37experience over and over again.
- 1:30:40And now the body's so in the past
- 1:30:43that it's the mind of the past.
- 1:30:46So then
- 1:30:48the act of becoming so conscious that
- 1:30:51you don't go unconscious
- 1:30:53is a changing of consciousness.
- 1:30:55How many times do we have to forget
- 1:30:59until we stop forgetting and start
- 1:31:01remembering? That is the moment of
- 1:31:03change.
- 1:31:04You shared that you used to be concerned
- 1:31:06about folks who would criticize you and
- 1:31:09calling your work pseudoscience and that
- 1:31:11at a certain point early on in your
- 1:31:13journey, you would write with the
- 1:31:14critics in mind. I've actually done that
- 1:31:16in my work, too, where I can hear what
- 1:31:18people are going to say and then so my
- 1:31:21creativity starts leaning towards those
- 1:31:23people and then I love that you wrote at
- 1:31:25a certain point you were done with that.
- 1:31:27I I wanted to know if you could talk us
- 1:31:29through that evolution in thinking.
- 1:31:31think if you really want to be a leader,
- 1:31:33you should study great leaders and I
- 1:31:34think all great leaders in history are
- 1:31:36on are are uncompromising.
- 1:31:39I just don't care for what they did it
- 1:31:40for a good effect or a bad effect.
- 1:31:43They just were uncompromising to their
- 1:31:44vision.
- 1:31:46And and when you're young and you write
- 1:31:48your first book and
- 1:31:51you're writing that book and you're
- 1:31:52you're detailed and specific about
- 1:31:54making sure you cross all your T's and
- 1:31:56dot all your I's and your references are
- 1:31:58all in place and you want to go a little
- 1:32:00further
- 1:32:01for that person who's in the back of the
- 1:32:03room or that person who's the critic
- 1:32:05that's going to judge your work.
- 1:32:07And I think it's a healthy place to
- 1:32:09start because it creates a little rigor.
- 1:32:12And then I just had a lot of people that
- 1:32:14hated me and I don't know what I ever
- 1:32:15did to them.
- 1:32:18And and and and I had to really sit down
- 1:32:21with myself and say, "Do you think that
- 1:32:24person's ever going to like you, Joe
- 1:32:25Dispenza?
- 1:32:27They're never going to like you anyway,
- 1:32:29so forget them.
- 1:32:31There's plenty of people that do want to
- 1:32:32hear you. And then when I took my
- 1:32:34attention off those people, I started
- 1:32:36getting happier and then when we started
- 1:32:38seeing the results that were taking
- 1:32:39place, I could care less what they said
- 1:32:41about me. I could care less. How many
- 1:32:44times do you have to forget
- 1:32:47until you stop forgetting and start
- 1:32:49remembering? That's called the moment of
- 1:32:50change.
- 1:32:52And that's catching yourself from
- 1:32:54defaulting seamlessly back to that old
- 1:32:56personality
- 1:32:57that we've been programmed for us to be
- 1:32:59victims.
- 1:33:01If you say to someone, "Why are you so
- 1:33:03unhappy? Why are you so mad? Why are you
- 1:33:06so angry?" Oh, it's that person, it's
- 1:33:08that circumstance that's causing me to
- 1:33:10feel this way and think this way. Well,
- 1:33:12that's an unconscious program. A person
- 1:33:14is saying that someone in their outer
- 1:33:17world or some condition is controlling.
- 1:33:20It's controlling their feelings,
- 1:33:22controlling their thoughts. So, anything
- 1:33:24that's controlling us, we're victims to.
- 1:33:27And that's got to change. So, then to
- 1:33:31overcome victimization is worth more
- 1:33:33than all the wealth in the world.
- 1:33:36Because that's exactly what creates the
- 1:33:37wealth. That's exactly what creates the
- 1:33:39health. It's the overcoming process
- 1:33:43that is the becoming process and that's
- 1:33:44how you arrive at that vision and this
- 1:33:46energy is the energy that takes you
- 1:33:48there and you got to be able
- 1:33:50to bring that up on your own. That means
- 1:33:52you got to come out of your resting
- 1:33:53state.
- 1:33:54And that when coming out of your resting
- 1:33:56state and not allowing her
- 1:33:58waiting for someone or something to do
- 1:34:00it for you,
- 1:34:02but doing it on your own, wow, there's
- 1:34:03sovereignty and there's empowerment in
- 1:34:05that. That's how
- 1:34:07any person arrives at their dream. They
- 1:34:09just don't let their energy drop and if
- 1:34:11they do, they get back into that state
- 1:34:13again. And they earn the belief in
- 1:34:15themselves. It's really an interesting
- 1:34:17thing that I learned just in the last um
- 1:34:20few years
- 1:34:21because I interview
- 1:34:23hundreds of people backstage that
- 1:34:26have had a dramatic change in their
- 1:34:28health.
- 1:34:30I'm talking about significant chronic
- 1:34:32diseases where they have no blood values
- 1:34:35that are abnormal, have no scans that
- 1:34:37show any signs of the disease any
- 1:34:39longer.
- 1:34:41And and I asked them like,
- 1:34:43"How did you do that? Like what what did
- 1:34:45you do?"
- 1:34:46And some of them say like I was doing my
- 1:34:49meditation sometimes three times a day
- 1:34:52uh because the drugs weren't working,
- 1:34:55working, the chemo wasn't working, the
- 1:34:57the drug trials weren't working, the
- 1:34:59surgeries weren't working, the radiation
- 1:35:00wasn't working,
- 1:35:01the diet wasn't working, nothing was
- 1:35:03working, right?
- 1:35:05And so the only thing that they were
- 1:35:06left with was the belief in themselves.
- 1:35:09And when you believe in yourself, you
- 1:35:10got to believe in possibility.
- 1:35:12And when you believe in possibility, you
- 1:35:13have to believe in yourself. So,
- 1:35:16they were doing their meditations three
- 1:35:17times a day because they lost their
- 1:35:20belief that they could heal. They lost
- 1:35:23their belief.
- 1:35:25And so they were doing their meditation
- 1:35:27again to change their emotional state so
- 1:35:30that they could believe in that future
- 1:35:31again instead of believe in their past.
- 1:35:33Mhm.
- 1:35:34If you keep doing that, it's that
- 1:35:36thought and that feeling, it's that
- 1:35:37image, that's emotion, that stimulus and
- 1:35:39response that's conditioning the body
- 1:35:41emotionally into the future.
- 1:35:44And and that's really how you change a
- 1:35:45belief. So, the people were doing the
- 1:35:47work
- 1:35:48to change their belief because they
- 1:35:50defaulted back to the self-doubt and you
- 1:35:52know, that that that of course is
- 1:35:54disbelief and that's chronic, right? So
- 1:35:58So then how many times do we have to do
- 1:36:00that until we stop doing that and start
- 1:36:03doing something else? I think that's
- 1:36:04when our reality begins to change. When
- 1:36:07we
- 1:36:08can disinvest all of our attention and
- 1:36:10energy out of this three-dimensional
- 1:36:12world. When you forget about your body,
- 1:36:14when you forget about all the people in
- 1:36:15your life, when you forget about all the
- 1:36:17objects and things around you, all the
- 1:36:19places you need to go or the places you
- 1:36:20ban or the place you're sitting and
- 1:36:22you're not thinking about the
- 1:36:24predictable future or the familiar past,
- 1:36:26you found the sweet spot of the present
- 1:36:27moment. The moment you get beyond
- 1:36:30yourself, you're passing through the eye
- 1:36:32of the needle from 3D physical reality
- 1:36:35into that quantum reality.
- 1:36:37And in the quantum everything's
- 1:36:38connected. So all you need is a coherent
- 1:36:41brain, which is a function of a clear
- 1:36:44intention.
- 1:36:45Okay.
- 1:36:45And combine that with an elevated
- 1:36:47emotion, heartfelt emotion. And the
- 1:36:50heart produces a profound coherent
- 1:36:52magnetic field.
- 1:36:54And this is the heart-brain coherence
- 1:36:55that you refer to.
- 1:36:57we work really diligently. Yeah. When
- 1:37:00you
- 1:37:01are in that state where you are
- 1:37:03literally feeling the emotion of your
- 1:37:05future before it happens, so many of
- 1:37:07crazy things happen in that field
- 1:37:09because now you're creating a coherent
- 1:37:12signature of information in the quantum
- 1:37:15field.
- 1:37:16The closer you are or the more connected
- 1:37:18you are to that field, the shorter
- 1:37:21amount of time it should appear in
- 1:37:23three-dimensional reality. When we
- 1:37:24create from the field
- 1:37:26instead of from matter, we can shorten
- 1:37:28the distance between the thought of what
- 1:37:30we want and the experience of having it.
- 1:37:33And you just got to get to that place
- 1:37:35where you're not preoccupied by or your
- 1:37:37awareness is no longer invested in this
- 1:37:40three-dimensional world. You got to
- 1:37:41become unaware of everything around you,
- 1:37:44become aware of nothing but you. And in
- 1:37:46that place, if you can combine that
- 1:37:49clear intention, the thought being the
- 1:37:50electrical charge in the quantum field,
- 1:37:53and the elevated emotion, the feeling
- 1:37:55being the magnetic charge, down in the
- 1:37:56Wi-Fi signal. And when you're when
- 1:37:58there's a vibrational match between your
- 1:38:00energy and some potential in the quantum
- 1:38:02field, you no longer have to go do
- 1:38:04anything
- 1:38:04Right. It's not a linear
- 1:38:06You're going to draw the experience to
- 1:38:07you.
- 1:38:08it, it's like goes from point A to point
- 1:38:10B in a linear way, and you flip it on
- 1:38:11its head, and it's all available
- 1:38:13Exactly. At all times. So then the
- 1:38:15possibility will appear in no time cuz
- 1:38:18you created from no time. And then what
- 1:38:20does that prove to you? It proves that
- 1:38:22you're the creator of your life. Oh my
- 1:38:24god, I forgot. I have creator. Well,
- 1:38:26that was really easy when I got out of
- 1:38:28the way.
- 1:38:28Why don't I do this every day of my
- 1:38:30life? It kind of like blows me away
- 1:38:32sometimes.
- 1:38:32It's the experiment, but the person
- 1:38:34who's truly interested in proving to
- 1:38:36themselves that it's the truth, then
- 1:38:39they're involved in the experiment. It
- 1:38:41means they they can't get up from their
- 1:38:43meditation as the same person who sat
- 1:38:45down because if they do, nothing
- 1:38:46happens. You got to transform your
- 1:38:48biology, your neuro circuitry changes,
- 1:38:51your neurochemistry changes, your
- 1:38:53hormones change, your gene expression
- 1:38:55changes, you change in that process. And
- 1:38:58so, we've worked for years to demystify
- 1:39:02the process. What we discovered
- 1:39:05is that it's the simple formula of being
- 1:39:07relaxed in your heart. And the more
- 1:39:08relaxed you are in your heart, the more
- 1:39:10awake you are in the brain. That's just
- 1:39:12the way it goes. Instead of stressed
- 1:39:13out, unconscious and being in a program,
- 1:39:17you can teach people actually how to
- 1:39:19sustain the state. And the heart
- 1:39:21is the creative center.
- 1:39:23We have to fall in love with our
- 1:39:25creation. And when the heart moves into
- 1:39:27coherence, we've measured this
- 1:39:29so many times.
- 1:39:31When energy makes it to the heart, the
- 1:39:33moment it makes it to the heart, it
- 1:39:34tells the brain it's time to create. And
- 1:39:36now the brain gets super creative. It
- 1:39:38moves into these elegant coherent alpha
- 1:39:41patterns.
- 1:39:41So it becomes the tuner.
- 1:39:42It becomes
- 1:39:43You're saying when it says create, it
- 1:39:44goes we're going to tune. We're going to
- 1:39:45dial turn this dial to 98.6.
- 1:39:48And what Exactly. And what it does is it
- 1:39:50naturally starts to dream. It naturally
- 1:39:52starts to imagine. It's not It naturally
- 1:39:54starts to create a new possibility. What
- 1:39:56would it be like to be wealthy, to be to
- 1:39:58be healthy, to be healthy, to be free,
- 1:39:59to be unlimited. And and the from
- 1:40:01forebrain switches on and the thought in
- 1:40:03your mind becomes more real than
- 1:40:05anything else.
- 1:40:07To the passionate person who's in that
- 1:40:09state, they're already falling in
- 1:40:10They're already feeling as if it's
- 1:40:11already happening.
- 1:40:12Yeah.
- 1:40:13The stronger the emotion you feel in
- 1:40:15that moment, the more you remember that
- 1:40:18vision. And now you're programming it
- 1:40:20neurologically in the in conditioning it
- 1:40:23to the body and the body's getting a
- 1:40:25taste.
- 1:40:25essentially that's what a trauma is is
- 1:40:27when something negative happens, there's
- 1:40:28an emotion attached to it. So, if you
- 1:40:30can do that on the flip side of
- 1:40:32something so positive and have an
- 1:40:33emotion, it etches that in as a positive
- 1:40:36experience and it does the same thing.
- 1:40:38That's brilliant. It's exactly what it
- 1:40:40is. So, then the stronger the emotion we
- 1:40:42feel from from trauma, some shock, some
- 1:40:44betrayal, some loss, the more altered we
- 1:40:46are inside of us. That moment where
- 1:40:48we're out of normal chemical continuity,
- 1:40:51the brain freezes that frame right in
- 1:40:53front of you and takes a snapshot and
- 1:40:55that's called a long-term memory and
- 1:40:56that that information from your
- 1:40:58environment is being embossed
- 1:41:00holographically into networks in the
- 1:41:03brain. So, the person not knowing this
- 1:41:05keeps reviewing the event 50 100 times a
- 1:41:08day, keeps telling the story. And the
- 1:41:10body so objective, it's reliving the
- 1:41:12experience of the thought and the
- 1:41:13feeling, the image, the emotion, the
- 1:41:15stimulus and response is conditioning
- 1:41:17the body to become the mind of the past.
- 1:41:19Okay, so theoretically then, if it was a
- 1:41:22strong shock or strong betrayal, then it
- 1:41:25would have to mean that in order to move
- 1:41:26the brain and body out of the past, you
- 1:41:29would have to feel an emotion with such
- 1:41:32a quotient of energy that it would be
- 1:41:34greater than the trauma and the
- 1:41:35betrayal. But in 7 days, many people hit
- 1:41:39that moment where they're so in love
- 1:41:41with their future that they forget about
- 1:41:43their past. And they're literally
- 1:41:45dragging their brain and body out of the
- 1:41:47past into the present moment. And the
- 1:41:49side effect of that
- 1:41:51is a healing.
- 1:41:52Because your your body's no longer being
- 1:41:54abused by the event that it thinks it's
- 1:41:57in emotionally.
- 1:41:58So then So then yes, you can also chisel
- 1:42:01away at it every day and keep working on
- 1:42:03the elevated emotions of your future and
- 1:42:05stop feeling the emotions of your past.
- 1:42:07And your your chemistry will actually
- 1:42:09change. And then there'll come a moment
- 1:42:11where you're so in love with your future
- 1:42:13and you can see the vision so clear in
- 1:42:15your mind
- 1:42:16that is greater than the the quotient of
- 1:42:18the betrayal in the past. And that's the
- 1:42:20moment your life changes, right? And
- 1:42:22nothing changes in our life until we
- 1:42:24change.
- 1:42:25First of all, I think any time's a good
- 1:42:27time to change.
- 1:42:29And I don't need I don't believe that
- 1:42:31you have to go to any sacred place in
- 1:42:32order to do it.
- 1:42:34Um but I do think there's a really
- 1:42:36strong um
- 1:42:38uh significant extreme that's being
- 1:42:42created for people. We're living in a a
- 1:42:44time of polarity, extreme polarity, and
- 1:42:46extremes.
- 1:42:47And I think we're seeing kind of the
- 1:42:50the emergence of a lot of things that
- 1:42:53need to come to the surface around
- 1:42:55people becoming aware of the way the
- 1:42:56world is run has been run.
- 1:42:59And so that's potentially challenging
- 1:43:02because so much information's pointing
- 1:43:04the finger at Wow, there are there there
- 1:43:06are things could be kind of
- 1:43:08could be in trouble, you know, the
- 1:43:09future could be troublesome.
- 1:43:11And at the same time, you're seeing
- 1:43:13great things emerge in terms of wonder
- 1:43:16in you know, in in intelligence and
- 1:43:19health and healing. And And so I think
- 1:43:21we're just living in this this time of
- 1:43:23extremes.
- 1:43:25And it can really divide cultures uh and
- 1:43:27divide people.
- 1:43:29And I think it's really a an important
- 1:43:30time for us to do just the opposite of
- 1:43:32that. Instead of living in survival and
- 1:43:35and uh to come together and start
- 1:43:38emerging as one as one mind and one
- 1:43:40heart and and I think
- 1:43:42um sometimes systems have to break down
- 1:43:46uh in order for something new to emerge
- 1:43:48or there has to be so much
- 1:43:51disorder, so much chaos that sooner or
- 1:43:53later that has to be re- reorganized to
- 1:43:55into a greater level of order. So,
- 1:43:58um I this time of extremes challenging
- 1:44:00everybody's, you know, belief and we're
- 1:44:03living in this time of uncertainty, too.
- 1:44:05So much seems uncertain to so many of
- 1:44:07us.
- 1:44:07If you're not being defined by a vision
- 1:44:10of your future,
- 1:44:12then you're left to the memories of your
- 1:44:13past and you'll be predictable in your
- 1:44:15life.
- 1:44:17And and wow, it's so much easier to
- 1:44:19forget that vision than to remember.
- 1:44:21That means you got to make time to
- 1:44:22remember it.
- 1:44:24You got to make time to decide who
- 1:44:25you're no longer going to be.
- 1:44:28And you got to make time for who you are
- 1:44:30going to be.
- 1:44:32And so the experiment can continue.
- 1:44:35And you should be facing adversity.
- 1:44:38You should be.
- 1:44:38You should be facing adversity in the
- 1:44:40midst of change.
- 1:44:42It shouldn't be easy.
- 1:44:46Should be earned.
- 1:44:48Should be earned. Should be earned.
- 1:44:53Because that means you put your time in.
- 1:44:56And that means that if you This is how
- 1:44:58greatness is created when you show up to
- 1:45:02create when you don't feel like it.
- 1:45:04Ah.
- 1:45:06When you sit with yourself and not allow
- 1:45:10your mind to go to the past and all the
- 1:45:13problems and all the things and instruct
- 1:45:15your mind to go to that vision of the
- 1:45:17future, that's a victory.
- 1:45:19Come on.
- 1:45:19That's that is the overcoming process.
- 1:45:24We discovered that when you're sitting
- 1:45:25with yourself and you go past the point
- 1:45:28where you
- 1:45:29would normally stop because of your
- 1:45:31disbelief, you go past that point,
- 1:45:33that's when the brain changes the most.
- 1:45:35That's when you're stepping into the
- 1:45:36unknown.
- 1:45:37What is blocking us from manifesting
- 1:45:40love?
- 1:45:41I really think that the majority of
- 1:45:43people spend most of their time
- 1:45:46in a state of readiness in their life.
- 1:45:48They're always ready for whatever is
- 1:45:50going to take place.
- 1:45:52And it's like an idle. So, the hormones
- 1:45:55that are associated with getting up and
- 1:45:58going and reacting stressfully,
- 1:46:01those hormones are hormones that create
- 1:46:03a primitive mechanism us where we go
- 1:46:06into survival, right?
- 1:46:08And living in stress and living in
- 1:46:09survival is not a time for us to open
- 1:46:11our hearts, right? So,
- 1:46:14get bruised, get damaged, get injured in
- 1:46:16your life,
- 1:46:18the stronger the emotion you feel
- 1:46:20towards that event in your life, the
- 1:46:21more altered you feel from that
- 1:46:23experience. Uh the brain freezes a frame
- 1:46:26and takes a snapshot and that's called a
- 1:46:28long-term memory.
- 1:46:30So, people
- 1:46:31think about the problems that happened
- 1:46:33in the past and they produce the same
- 1:46:35chemistry
- 1:46:36in their brain and body as if the event
- 1:46:38was happening. So,
- 1:46:40what happens is the body gets
- 1:46:41conditioned emotionally into the past.
- 1:46:44So,
- 1:46:45now the trauma or the the the betrayal
- 1:46:48is not just in the brain now, it's in
- 1:46:49the body. So, the body in a sense gets
- 1:46:52programmed or conditioned to stay in
- 1:46:54survival.
- 1:46:55And when you're in survival, it's not a
- 1:46:57time to be vulnerable. It's not a time
- 1:46:59to open our hearts. It's not a time to
- 1:47:01create.
- 1:47:02It's in a state of arousal where we have
- 1:47:05to keep our attention on things that
- 1:47:07matter, the
- 1:47:09the things in our environment, the way
- 1:47:10our body is feeling and how we're
- 1:47:12managing ourselves.
- 1:47:14And in time in and of itself. So, to
- 1:47:16change is to be greater than your body,
- 1:47:19to be greater than your environment, and
- 1:47:21to be greater than time. And so when
- 1:47:23we're stressed, it's really hard to
- 1:47:25change. When we're stressed, it's really
- 1:47:27not a time to change, it's not a time to
- 1:47:29create, and it's not a time to learn.
- 1:47:31So then, this is a mechanism that's
- 1:47:34primitive in our biology.
- 1:47:36And to be able to tame the animal, so
- 1:47:40that it the animal self, so it's no
- 1:47:42longer in a state of readiness, trying
- 1:47:45to always predict the worst-case
- 1:47:47scenario, and just so you could be ready
- 1:47:51if it happens.
- 1:47:52Turns out that that's that's the
- 1:47:55conversion of those survival states into
- 1:47:59a state of creation. We've discovered
- 1:48:02some really important things about it.
- 1:48:03And if you teach people
- 1:48:06how to convert from that sympathetic
- 1:48:08nervous system to the parasympathetic
- 1:48:10nervous system, if you teach them how to
- 1:48:13trade resentment,
- 1:48:15and impatience, and frustration,
- 1:48:18justified or not, that's doing no good
- 1:48:20for you,
- 1:48:21uh for an elevated emotion, and
- 1:48:24practice, uh
- 1:48:26actually practice making the chemistry
- 1:48:29that is associated with love. And in the
- 1:48:31beginning, it's difficult, and so
- 1:48:34if you place your attention on your
- 1:48:35heart, we discovered that there's a very
- 1:48:38low frequency that you can measure that
- 1:48:39actually goes up that's indigenous
- 1:48:42to what the heart needs in terms of a
- 1:48:44life force to beat. So,
- 1:48:47where you place your attention is where
- 1:48:48you place your energy, and
- 1:48:50of all the things you can place your
- 1:48:51attention on, place it on your heart.
- 1:48:53Now, slow your breathing down, and if
- 1:48:56you can slow your breathing down, uh you
- 1:48:58can take your body out of that state of
- 1:49:00readiness. And when you slow your
- 1:49:02breathing down, you slow your brain
- 1:49:04waves down, and your body starts to move
- 1:49:06out of that state of sympathetic
- 1:49:07arousal.
- 1:49:09Practice feeling elevated emotions with
- 1:49:12your heart, kindness, care, love, uh
- 1:49:15appreciation, gratitude,
- 1:49:17and you'll get good at feeling that way
- 1:49:19Uh if you keep doing it.
- 1:49:21So then
- 1:49:23when a person's in that state, the heart
- 1:49:24in and of itself, when it's activated
- 1:49:26like that, gets super organized. It gets
- 1:49:29coherent and it sends a signal to the
- 1:49:31brain.
- 1:49:32Literally, in the form of information to
- 1:49:35tell the brain that survival system to
- 1:49:37shut down. That the amygdala, literally,
- 1:49:40the lights go out. It resets the
- 1:49:41baseline
- 1:49:43for the trauma in the brain in the body
- 1:49:45moves out of survival.
- 1:49:46And now it wants to create. And the
- 1:49:48heart informs the brain to get creative
- 1:49:50and the brain goes into these beautiful
- 1:49:53organized alpha brain wave patterns. In
- 1:49:55an alpha, we tend to imagine, we tend to
- 1:49:57create, we tend to dream. So, the heart
- 1:49:59informs the brain it's time to create.
- 1:50:02That's I think when we're in that state
- 1:50:04of inspiration where
- 1:50:06we're actually falling in love with what
- 1:50:07we're creating. We're bonding to that
- 1:50:10creation. And the stronger the emotion
- 1:50:12we feel,
- 1:50:14the more we remember that future. And I
- 1:50:16think that's how people really begin to
- 1:50:18make those changes. Now,
- 1:50:20now getting there is a daily practice.
- 1:50:24Getting there is something that you have
- 1:50:25to keep doing. So, the block for us to
- 1:50:28feel love is that if we're living in
- 1:50:30survival,
- 1:50:32you have to make up your mind that that
- 1:50:34that state
- 1:50:36is not a state to create in and break
- 1:50:39away from the people in your life and
- 1:50:40your, you know, your schedule and your
- 1:50:42phone and all the obligations you have
- 1:50:45long enough to reset
- 1:50:47just for a little period of time and to
- 1:50:49remember.
- 1:50:50Yeah.
- 1:50:50Uh so, you don't forget. I think that's
- 1:50:52where it becomes super valuable.
- 1:50:53Chronic health conditions, which is the
- 1:50:55majority of health conditions, are
- 1:50:57created from lifestyle, behavior, and
- 1:51:00choices. So, if you're going to change
- 1:51:02And
- 1:51:0275 to 90% of every person
- 1:51:04there's drinking, smoking, not sleeping,
- 1:51:07thinking negative thoughts. I mean,
- 1:51:09these are all buckets, right?
- 1:51:10those things knock you out of
- 1:51:12Right.
- 1:51:12But 75% to 90% of every person that
- 1:51:15walks into a doctor's office in the
- 1:51:17western world walks in because of
- 1:51:19emotional and psychological stress.
- 1:51:20That's eight or nine out of 10 people
- 1:51:22are or showing up in a doctor's office
- 1:51:24because of their own psychological or
- 1:51:26emotional stress. They're making
- 1:51:27themselves sick by responding reacting
- 1:51:30to someone or something or their own
- 1:51:31thoughts, right? So, physical stress is
- 1:51:34traumas and injuries and accidents and
- 1:51:36falls and loss of sleep and chemical
- 1:51:38imbalances, deficiencies and blood sugar
- 1:51:40levels and toxins and viruses and
- 1:51:43bacterias and blood sugar levels. And
- 1:51:45then there's emotional psychological
- 1:51:47stress, which is, you know, betrayals,
- 1:51:49family tragedies, losses, job stress,
- 1:51:51whatever it is. And all of those things
- 1:51:54take the body out of normal regulation
- 1:51:55and balance knock it out of balance. The
- 1:51:57stress response is what the body
- 1:51:59naturally does to return itself back to
- 1:52:01order. Okay. Think about this. You can
- 1:52:03get a person doing interval training,
- 1:52:07high-intensity workouts.
- 1:52:09Yeah.
- 1:52:10Massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, you
- 1:52:12know, Pilates, you know, foundation
- 1:52:15training.
- 1:52:16Um they can take all their peptides, all
- 1:52:18their vitamins, their minerals. Um
- 1:52:21they can do intermittent fasting. They
- 1:52:23can do all this stuff.
- 1:52:25Eat organic, eat raw, eat vegan, but if
- 1:52:28they're living in constant emergency, in
- 1:52:31fear and anxiety and anger and
- 1:52:33resentment, they're never going to be in
- 1:52:36balance. Because all the work they do to
- 1:52:38become chemically balanced and
- 1:52:41physically balanced
- 1:52:42Derailed.
- 1:52:42is going to be derailed because of their
- 1:52:44emotional response. So, emotional
- 1:52:47regulation, I mean, it's not Look, I
- 1:52:49react. Everybody reacts. The question is
- 1:52:51how long are you going to react? That's
- 1:52:53the real question. Teaching people how
- 1:52:55to convert and switch out of that
- 1:52:57sympathetic response into something
- 1:52:58else. Justified, valid or not, the only
- 1:53:01person that that's hurting is ourselves,
- 1:53:04right? It's like drinking poison and
- 1:53:06hoping someone else dies. It's the only
- 1:53:08your emotional response is only
- 1:53:10weakening the organism, right? So, I
- 1:53:12think when people get the information
- 1:53:13and they reason with it, they're like,
- 1:53:15"Oh my god, I'm not going to hold on to
- 1:53:16that past event any longer and then feel
- 1:53:18I'm just going to let it go." And as a
- 1:53:20result of it, their simple choice to do
- 1:53:23that with the understanding
- 1:53:25actually changes something in their
- 1:53:26life. And that's the experiment. I
- 1:53:28change, my life changes. So, overcome
- 1:53:31and become. Break the habit of being
- 1:53:33yourself, shorten the refractory period
- 1:53:35of your emotional responses, and you'll
- 1:53:37keep your body and brain out of the
- 1:53:38past. And in when it's the hardest, it
- 1:53:41matters the most.
- 1:53:42What's the difference between stress and
- 1:53:44anxiety?
- 1:53:45Stress um is when the brain and body are
- 1:53:47knocked out of homeostasis. One of the
- 1:53:50emotions that are created from the
- 1:53:53stress response is fear.
- 1:53:55And fear is connected to anxiety and
- 1:53:58anxiety to worry and insecurity, right?
- 1:54:00So, then when we're feeling fear, what
- 1:54:02we're typically doing, and this is an
- 1:54:04unconscious process in our mind, we're
- 1:54:06selecting in stress and in when we're
- 1:54:08out of balance, out of the infinite
- 1:54:10possibilities that we can think about in
- 1:54:12the quantum field, we're choosing the
- 1:54:15worst-case scenario.
- 1:54:16Done it.
- 1:54:17And and and then we embellish it. Oh my
- 1:54:19god, what what if this happens and what
- 1:54:20if that Oh, this could happen.
- 1:54:22Literally the worst-case scenario.
- 1:54:23is a creative process.
- 1:54:25It is a creative process because what
- 1:54:27you're doing
- 1:54:28is you're actually feeling the emotion
- 1:54:31Mhm.
- 1:54:32of that event if it happens and your
- 1:54:34body
- 1:54:35is becoming conditioned emotionally
- 1:54:38Yeah.
- 1:54:39into anxiety. So, it's that image and
- 1:54:43that emotion, that thought and that
- 1:54:45feeling, that stimulus and response
- 1:54:47that's conditioning the body to become
- 1:54:49the mind of anxiety. Do it over and over
- 1:54:52again, and make some bad lifestyle
- 1:54:53choices,
- 1:54:55and then your body's going to have a
- 1:54:56panic attack.
- 1:54:57Try as you may to control it with your
- 1:54:59conscious mind, you can't. You
- 1:55:01programmed it subconsciously. So many
- 1:55:03people say, "Oh, it's a chemical
- 1:55:04imbalance in your brain." Well, yeah,
- 1:55:06it's true. It's a chemical imbalance in
- 1:55:08your brain. You You have a panic attack.
- 1:55:10If you're in the supermarket and you
- 1:55:12have a panic attack, you look around,
- 1:55:14your heart is racing, you're you know,
- 1:55:15you're you're you're seeing flashes of
- 1:55:17light, you can't breathe, and you think
- 1:55:19it's something going on in the
- 1:55:20supermarket. You're correlating the
- 1:55:22outer world with what's going on in your
- 1:55:24inner world, and now you'll avoid
- 1:55:25supermarkets or open spaces, right?
- 1:55:28Take the pharmaceutical. The
- 1:55:30pharmaceutical will help to create some
- 1:55:32chemical balance. Yeah, it's hardware,
- 1:55:33it's circuits, it's chemistry. But, more
- 1:55:36than likely, you'll still avoid open
- 1:55:37spaces. Or if it happens in an airplane,
- 1:55:39you won't get on an airplane. No, you
- 1:55:41won't do that. So, so you really healed?
- 1:55:43I don't know. Then is it a software
- 1:55:45problem? Are you a perfectionist? Was
- 1:55:47your father a perfectionist? Was he
- 1:55:48overbearing? Okay, does the insight and
- 1:55:51understanding that it's a software
- 1:55:52problem change behavior? No. If you were
- 1:55:55going to the psychic and the psychic
- 1:55:57said, "Oh, you were burned at the stake
- 1:55:58in Carcassonne. You were charismatic
- 1:56:01Christian in the Salem
- 1:56:02but yeah.
- 1:56:02Salem. The memory of your
- 1:56:05uh of your traumas burned in your soul,
- 1:56:07and that's why you have anxiety." That
- 1:56:09doesn't change the anxiety. It actually
- 1:56:10reaffirms it. You just go to the
- 1:56:12cocktail party and say, "I was burned at
- 1:56:14the stake." And then you have a laugh.
- 1:56:15Then you go to the astrologer, and the
- 1:56:16astrologer says, "Mercury's in the wrong
- 1:56:18house, you know.
- 1:56:20Burned at the stake.
- 1:56:20Yeah. None of those things really help a
- 1:56:23person to understand that. We discovered
- 1:56:25it's that process of sitting with
- 1:56:27yourself. And we've hundreds of actually
- 1:56:29thousands of brain scans of people with
- 1:56:31anxiety. Really high beta brain wave
- 1:56:33patterns. They change in 7 days, 4 days
- 1:56:35because they're catching themselves
- 1:56:37going to that automatic future scenario
- 1:56:41It's that refractory period.
- 1:56:42And and bring themselves back to the
- 1:56:44present moment. And yeah, and the only
- 1:56:45way you become conscious is catching
- 1:56:49yourself going unconscious. And it's a
- 1:56:51it's a
- 1:56:51It's like meditation.
- 1:56:52It's exactly what it is.
- 1:56:53Meditating is the act of bringing
- 1:56:55yourself back, right?
- 1:56:56Over and over again.
- 1:56:57That's exactly what changes the anxiety.
- 1:56:59We perceive
- 1:57:01a very, very small percentage of
- 1:57:03reality. Probability that we're seeing
- 1:57:06the truth of reality is actually zero.
- 1:57:08We're looking at if you look at the
- 1:57:10whole electromagnetic spectrum, the all
- 1:57:12the frequencies from the slowest to the
- 1:57:13very fastest,
- 1:57:15that whole spectrum,
- 1:57:17if you look at it, you'll see there's a
- 1:57:18small band
- 1:57:20of frequencies that that are the
- 1:57:22rainbow, red, orange, yellow, blue,
- 1:57:24green, indigo, violet. That small
- 1:57:26spectrum of frequency that the sun is
- 1:57:28creating is bouncing off the most stable
- 1:57:31form
- 1:57:33of energy called matter and it's and
- 1:57:34it's causing us to be aware that we're
- 1:57:36local as a consciousness separate from
- 1:57:40everything around us. Every person, I'm
- 1:57:42separate from every object, every place,
- 1:57:44everything.
- 1:57:46Causes us to all of a sudden be immersed
- 1:57:48in this hologram and all of our
- 1:57:49attention then
- 1:57:51tends to be on the material world and
- 1:57:53our senses plug us into this
- 1:57:56three-dimensional reality.
- 1:57:59And everything is made of atoms.
- 1:58:02And atoms are 99.99999%
- 1:58:05information and nothing that you could
- 1:58:07perceive with your senses. We're looking
- 1:58:09at 0.0000001%
- 1:58:12of reality.
- 1:58:14And that's that frozen state of energy
- 1:58:16called matter, right? And so our brains
- 1:58:20are not wired to perceive the other
- 1:58:2299.99%
- 1:58:23of reality. So if if everything is made
- 1:58:25of atoms and atoms mostly nothing and
- 1:58:27energy and information and frequency,
- 1:58:30then I'm perceiving a very small
- 1:58:31percentage of you. And so are you
- 1:58:33perceiving a small percentage of you.
- 1:58:36So if you were to blow up
- 1:58:39nucleus of an atom to the size of a
- 1:58:41Volkswagen bus,
- 1:58:44where that electron, the field where
- 1:58:47that electron could exist would be the
- 1:58:49size of Utah.
- 1:58:51So there's a lot of space in atoms,
- 1:58:53right? But, it's not empty. There's
- 1:58:54energy and frequency in there.
- 1:58:56So, if everything is made up of atoms,
- 1:58:59and it's mostly energy and information,
- 1:59:01and we're putting narrowing our focus on
- 1:59:03the material world,
- 1:59:05if you ask people to open their
- 1:59:06awareness and open their attention to
- 1:59:09nothing, to stop thinking about the
- 1:59:11people in life, get beyond their body,
- 1:59:13not think about the place they are,
- 1:59:15uh the the objects they own, the the
- 1:59:18object they possess, where they need to
- 1:59:19be uh in the next moment, to predict the
- 1:59:22future, remember the past, to kind of
- 1:59:23slip into that place where they are just
- 1:59:26pure consciousness, aware of nothing
- 1:59:29but them.
- 1:59:30The act of sensing space and opening
- 1:59:32your awareness is putting your attention
- 1:59:34on all that energy and frequency.
- 1:59:36If you teach people then to pay more
- 1:59:38attention to the wave function of energy
- 1:59:42in quantum physics and less of the
- 1:59:43particle,
- 1:59:45put more attention on energy and less on
- 1:59:46matter, if you keep doing that and
- 1:59:49become more of it and less of you, they
- 1:59:51pay more attention to it, less attention
- 1:59:53to you. Where you place your attention
- 1:59:55is where you place your energy.
- 1:59:56Teach people to stay present with it,
- 1:59:59stay aware of it, feel it, experience
- 2:00:01it, relax into it, become more of it and
- 2:00:03less of them, lose their sense of self,
- 2:00:06their sense of separation to nothing.
- 2:00:09Somehow the act of doing that,
- 2:00:12over and over again,
- 2:00:13causes the autonomic nervous system's
- 2:00:16tuning fork, if you will, of the body,
- 2:00:20to begin to start to
- 2:00:22resonate and oscillate to that different
- 2:00:24frequencies in that field. It creates
- 2:00:27more coherence, more order in the
- 2:00:29autonomic nervous system, regulating to
- 2:00:32greater and greater levels of order.
- 2:00:34And so, when we talk about that quantum
- 2:00:37field,
- 2:00:39it's an invisible field of energy that
- 2:00:41exists beyond our senses. Now, what does
- 2:00:43that mean? You cannot see it.
- 2:00:47It's beyond our ability to see it. You
- 2:00:48can't hear it, you can't smell it, you
- 2:00:50can't taste it, you can't feel it. You
- 2:00:51do all that in three-dimensional
- 2:00:53reality. So, the only way you can
- 2:00:55experience it is become conscious of it.
- 2:00:57And somehow, when you have a thought of
- 2:00:59it or you become conscious of it, it
- 2:01:02changes its frequency and energy. So,
- 2:01:04get get people to pay more attention to
- 2:01:06that that nothing
- 2:01:09that quantum field, take away everything
- 2:01:11physical, take away everything material,
- 2:01:13and you're left with nothing, right? And
- 2:01:15so, that nothing we've discovered is
- 2:01:18rich in a lot of something when people
- 2:01:20begin to pay more attention to it and
- 2:01:21less attention to them. Somehow, there's
- 2:01:24dramatic shifts in their nervous system,
- 2:01:26in their biology, in their cells, in
- 2:01:29their immune system, and their gene
- 2:01:30expression.
- 2:01:32Somehow, this field is in training
- 2:01:34their nervous systems to greater level
- 2:01:36of of order. And And the more coherent
- 2:01:38the nervous system, the more coherent
- 2:01:40the information all the cells and
- 2:01:42tissues are getting. So,
- 2:01:44having a moment where you feel like my
- 2:01:46god, I just went into this blackness,
- 2:01:49like what the hell? That's it.
- 2:01:51There's no easy answer for the person
- 2:01:53who's lost everything except
- 2:01:56get over the emotion.
- 2:01:58Cuz if you can't get over the emotion,
- 2:02:00you can't get past that problem.
- 2:02:03And justified or not,
- 2:02:05valid or not, the the only person that
- 2:02:08that those chemicals, those emotions are
- 2:02:10hurting are you.
- 2:02:12And it's dysregulating your autonomic
- 2:02:14nervous system.
- 2:02:15And people become addicted to the
- 2:02:17arousal of those emotions.
- 2:02:19And just like anything, you can have a
- 2:02:21bad trip or an overdose.
- 2:02:24And you can actually knock your brain
- 2:02:26and body out of balance just by
- 2:02:28thinking.
- 2:02:29Literally, you become addicted to your
- 2:02:31own thoughts.
- 2:02:33And the long-term effects of that push
- 2:02:35the genetic buttons that create disease.
- 2:02:38So, thinking
- 2:02:39influences our genetics, which could
- 2:02:42either create disease or could create
- 2:02:45healing.
- 2:02:46That's what exactly what we discovered.
- 2:02:47We discovered that if you teach a person
- 2:02:49how to stop thinking that way and
- 2:02:52producing those feelings, you're no
- 2:02:53longer
- 2:02:54you're no longer weakening the body by
- 2:02:58your own thinking.
- 2:02:59How weak are we making our bodies with
- 2:03:02low-level thinking? How like how much
- 2:03:04does it actually impact us biologically?
- 2:03:07I don't know what low-level thinking is,
- 2:03:09but I can tell you that the emotions
- 2:03:11that are associated
- 2:03:13Not abundant thinking, you know.
- 2:03:15Stressed thinking, stressed thinking.
- 2:03:17those
- 2:03:19those emotions that
- 2:03:21you're feeling like anger
- 2:03:25and
- 2:03:26aggression and frustration and
- 2:03:28impatience
- 2:03:30and fear and anxiety and resentment and
- 2:03:32jealousy and envy and insecurity
- 2:03:36guilt and shame, hopelessness,
- 2:03:38powerlessness.
- 2:03:40All of those emotions are the emotions
- 2:03:42that are derived from the hormones of
- 2:03:44stress.
- 2:03:46The biological effects
- 2:03:49keep
- 2:03:51every cell in the body in an emergency
- 2:03:53mode.
- 2:03:54Wow.
- 2:03:55Every cell is using, squandering all of
- 2:03:57its energy for the threat or danger in
- 2:04:00its outer world.
- 2:04:01So, keep that up for a period of time,
- 2:04:04there's no energy to heal.
- 2:04:06There's no energy to create, there's no
- 2:04:07energy for long-term building projects
- 2:04:10in the body because when you're living
- 2:04:11in emergency, it's not a time to create.
- 2:04:15So, the body begins to break down. So,
- 2:04:17so
- 2:04:19breaking that conditioning process and
- 2:04:21having a person sit with themselves for
- 2:04:23a period of time
- 2:04:25where they're not thinking about their
- 2:04:26cell phone or their Tik Tok or their
- 2:04:30social media or their texts and their
- 2:04:32they could be on
- 2:04:34all the people in their life
- 2:04:37all the things they have to think about,
- 2:04:39all the places they need to go. If they
- 2:04:41get quiet down their brain and stop
- 2:04:45thinking in that way after a period of
- 2:04:46time, their biology begins to change and
- 2:04:49they naturally
- 2:04:51no longer activate those same hormonal
- 2:04:54centers
- 2:04:55that make them feel those emotions. And
- 2:04:57if they inhibit that, energy actually
- 2:04:58naturally moves into their heart.
- 2:05:00It just whoop, just goes right up in
- 2:05:02there. And the heart's the creative
- 2:05:03center.
- 2:05:04And the heart, the moment energy moves
- 2:05:07into the heart, it starts beating
- 2:05:08orderly instead of disorderly. When it's
- 2:05:10in stress, it's resentment, impatience,
- 2:05:12it's beating disorderly. Now the heart
- 2:05:13can beat. Now it's it's got energy. And
- 2:05:16it begins to inform the brain. It resets
- 2:05:19the baseline.
- 2:05:21In the chemical brain, the limbic limbic
- 2:05:23brain, it tells the brain the trauma's
- 2:05:25over.
- 2:05:27It's past. It's over.
- 2:05:29And it tells it tells the brain to
- 2:05:31create.
- 2:05:32Mhm.
- 2:05:32Stop living in survival. Now start
- 2:05:33creating. And the person starts thinking
- 2:05:35in different brainwave patterns.
- 2:05:37They're naturally creative.
- 2:05:40Turns out if you do that for a period of
- 2:05:41time, you can upregulate genes.
- 2:05:45Just like you downregulated genes from
- 2:05:47feeling those other emotions. Trade
- 2:05:49those emotions for those elevated
- 2:05:51emotions
- 2:05:52and you actually change your gene
- 2:05:54expression ahead of the environment.
- 2:05:56And if the environment signals the gene,
- 2:05:58and it does,
- 2:05:59and the end product of an experience in
- 2:06:01environment is an emotion, you're
- 2:06:03feeling that emotion, you're signaling
- 2:06:06genes ahead of your environment.
- 2:06:09And the And the body's literally
- 2:06:10changing in that moment. Do that for 7
- 2:06:12days and your body will look like it's
- 2:06:14living in a whole new environment.
- 2:06:15As I said, genes make proteins and
- 2:06:17proteins are responsible for the
- 2:06:18structure and function of your body. The
- 2:06:20expression of proteins is the expression
- 2:06:22of life.
- 2:06:23So, react and respond to conditions that
- 2:06:27cause you to feel the emotions of
- 2:06:28survival.
- 2:06:30Your reaction
- 2:06:32or your response to that condition, to
- 2:06:35that challenge, will actually weaken
- 2:06:37your body if you keep doing it over and
- 2:06:39over again. Stress is consumes enormous
- 2:06:42amounts of energy for the body.
- 2:06:44So, the the repetition of that begins to
- 2:06:47down-regulate genes and create disease.
- 2:06:51And so,
- 2:06:53if you can turn on the stress response
- 2:06:56just by thinking about that problem,
- 2:06:59your thoughts can make you sick.
- 2:07:01So, the question is, can your thoughts
- 2:07:04make you well? And so, we said to
- 2:07:06people, "Okay,
- 2:07:08trade resentment and impatience and
- 2:07:11frustration for an elevated emotion like
- 2:07:14gratitude or appreciation, kindness, and
- 2:07:16care. We'll hook you up
- 2:07:18to a heart rate monitor. We want to make
- 2:07:20sure that your heart is coherent, so we
- 2:07:22know that you're actually feeling these
- 2:07:24emotions.
- 2:07:26And we're going to we're going to
- 2:07:27measure an an immunoglobulin called
- 2:07:30immunoglobulin A, which is really the
- 2:07:32primary
- 2:07:33defense against bacteria and virus in
- 2:07:35your body. It's the body's natural flu
- 2:07:37shot.
- 2:07:39And it it it's suppressed when cortisol
- 2:07:41levels go up because
- 2:07:44stress hormones shut down the immune
- 2:07:46system.
- 2:07:47So, could a person then create an
- 2:07:49elevated emotion, and the body is so
- 2:07:52objective
- 2:07:53that it does not know the difference
- 2:07:55between a real-life experience that's
- 2:07:57creating that emotion and the emotion
- 2:08:00that that person is fabricating by
- 2:08:01thought alone. To the body, it's the
- 2:08:03unconscious mind, it's the same.
- 2:08:06So, if the person feels the elevated
- 2:08:08emotion,
- 2:08:10will they begin to signal new genes
- 2:08:13uh that will make new proteins? And we
- 2:08:15discovered that that particular
- 2:08:18immunoglobulin A went up by 50%
- 2:08:21in in the subjects that we measured. So,
- 2:08:25feeling elevated emotions causes the
- 2:08:28body to upregulate genes and and allow
- 2:08:31the immune system to repair and
- 2:08:33regenerate. Now, that study was our
- 2:08:36first study, but when we when we started
- 2:08:39looking at the plasma of advanced
- 2:08:42meditators right around the time COVID
- 2:08:44happened and one of some of our first
- 2:08:46experiments that we did with the
- 2:08:48University of California, San Diego, we
- 2:08:50had all this plasma and they closed the
- 2:08:52lab down.
- 2:08:53And uh closed the university down and
- 2:08:55the lab was was was minimized.
- 2:08:58But we had all this great plasma from
- 2:09:00advanced meditators. So, we there was a
- 2:09:01little bit of time, so we just started
- 2:09:03messing around with
- 2:09:05creating a pseudovirus like a SARS-CoV-2
- 2:09:08virus.
- 2:09:09And we picked the first subject and we
- 2:09:13did what's called an adoptive transfer.
- 2:09:14We used his plasma
- 2:09:17and put the pseudovirus near an ACE2
- 2:09:19receptor, which would, you know, what
- 2:09:22what the spike virus attaches to.
- 2:09:25And we discovered
- 2:09:27that there was an immunity in the plasma
- 2:09:30of the advanced meditator where the
- 2:09:32virus did not could not enter the cell.
- 2:09:35Like it was like like stuck on the
- 2:09:37outside of the cell.
- 2:09:39We saw that in novice meditators, there
- 2:09:41were some that were stuck to the outside
- 2:09:43of the cell and and others that made it
- 2:09:46into the cell. And then we saw
- 2:09:48with the controls that they all were in
- 2:09:50the cell.
- 2:09:51And so, we went through a series of
- 2:09:54scientific experiments and we isolated
- 2:09:56that it was a protein.
- 2:09:59And then we isolated the exact protein
- 2:10:02that the body in advanced meditators
- 2:10:04make and it's called serpin A5.
- 2:10:07And if you look online for serpin A5,
- 2:10:09it'll tell you that it has a profound
- 2:10:11effect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. And
- 2:10:15so, the plasma of advanced meditators
- 2:10:18were naturally creating an elevated
- 2:10:21level of serpina5
- 2:10:23that inhibited the virus from entering
- 2:10:27the cells. In other words, the body is
- 2:10:29greater than the environment. And And
- 2:10:31so, we've replicated the study a few
- 2:10:33times, and we see the same outcomes. We
- 2:10:35published a paper on it.
- 2:10:37I think gratitude is just such a
- 2:10:39powerful emotion because when you
- 2:10:41receive something favorable or something
- 2:10:43favorable or wonderful just happened to
- 2:10:45you, you you feel gratitude. So, the
- 2:10:47emotional signature of gratitude is
- 2:10:50something wonderful just happened or
- 2:10:51something wonderful's happening to me
- 2:10:53right now.
- 2:10:54When you feel gratitude, you're in the
- 2:10:55ultimate state of receivership because
- 2:10:57the body's so objective, it's believing
- 2:10:59it's happening when? Now. And so,
- 2:11:03so people who who experiment with
- 2:11:05gratitude see so many reasons in their
- 2:11:09life in the self-reflective universe to
- 2:11:12have more reasons to be grateful.
- 2:11:15Be really unhappy, be really judgmental,
- 2:11:17and you will see through that lens all
- 2:11:18the time, and that's the only reality.
- 2:11:20We don't see things
- 2:11:21how they are. We see things how we are,
- 2:11:23right? So, that's the only reality the
- 2:11:25person sees through that lens. So, if
- 2:11:28the emotion is bitterness, they'll see
- 2:11:30through the lens of bitterness. If their
- 2:11:31emotion If the If the thought and the
- 2:11:33hardwired belief is judgment and the
- 2:11:35behavior is judgment, then they'll judge
- 2:11:37everything in their life. You know, so,
- 2:11:39transform them into gratitude, then
- 2:11:41there's they're grateful for a glass of
- 2:11:43water. They're grateful to be sitting
- 2:11:45with you. Prosocial networks turn on the
- 2:11:47brain. We move closer to each other. We
- 2:11:50trust one another more. We appreciate
- 2:11:52the moment more. That is the natural
- 2:11:53state of being when we're not in stress,
- 2:11:56when we're not in survival, when the
- 2:11:57animal self has been tamed, the divine,
- 2:12:00the creative self kind of is birthed.
- 2:12:01So, then, it is that taming process of
- 2:12:04the animal of the animal self that takes
- 2:12:07the work make makes the work valid
- 2:12:09because I've seen this. I've discovered
- 2:12:11this that at the end of 7 days, you
- 2:12:13know, after four walking meditations,
- 2:12:15after 4:00 a.m. meditations, me
- 2:12:18stretching them way past where they
- 2:12:19normally go, and they're showing up for
- 2:12:21themselves, they're showing up, they're
- 2:12:23showing up. Sooner or later, they start
- 2:12:25feeling really worthy of their future.
- 2:12:26But, without trying, they just feel
- 2:12:29worthy. Like, I did I put in my time,
- 2:12:31like universe, like I'm worthy. And I
- 2:12:33think that's when the universe responds.
- 2:12:34So, get basking in that feeling is
- 2:12:37basking in the present moment cuz the
- 2:12:38body's living in that future, and it
- 2:12:40does it's not going to it's not going to
- 2:12:42try to forecast it.
- 2:12:43place.
- 2:12:43Yeah, that's right.
- 2:12:44It's a stressful place.
- 2:12:45Let the details work out. Now, the
- 2:12:47experiment though is that and and this
- 2:12:49has happened to me and many people. So,
- 2:12:51what if it doesn't happen in two times?
- 2:12:53What does it What if it doesn't happen
- 2:12:54in three times? You're going to give up
- 2:12:55and say it didn't work? Or you're going
- 2:12:57to say, "What is it about me
- 2:13:00that I need to change in order for my
- 2:13:01life to change?" I think that's the
- 2:13:02really important important point. So, if
- 2:13:05it doesn't work for 2 weeks, you keep
- 2:13:07going. You keep going and you keep
- 2:13:09learning and you keep applying and you
- 2:13:11keep getting better. And And then when
- 2:13:13it starts to happen and happens in 3
- 2:13:15weeks or 4 weeks, you'll say those 3
- 2:13:17weeks or 4 weeks are the best use of my
- 2:13:18time. So, the experiment has to continue
- 2:13:21and and we have to make time
- 2:13:23to be creators in our life. When we see
- 2:13:25these very, very high degrees of energy
- 2:13:28in the brain at the same time,
- 2:13:30we're seeing a high level of order.
- 2:13:33Now, not just a little order, not a lot
- 2:13:35of order, like a supernatural amount of
- 2:13:37order.
- 2:13:38When you say order, Joe, do you mean the
- 2:13:40the coherence between the brain and the
- 2:13:41heart? Or what do you mean by order when
- 2:13:43you say that?
- 2:13:43Okay, so so um
- 2:13:46if you're late for an appointment, you
- 2:13:48got to pick your kid up, there's 10
- 2:13:51texts you have to answer, and something
- 2:13:52went wrong at the office,
- 2:13:55the arousal of the stress hormones
- 2:13:57causes us to move into that primitive
- 2:13:59nervous system of survival. And when
- 2:14:01we're in stress, we're trying to
- 2:14:02control, we're trying to predict, we're
- 2:14:04trying to organize our life because that
- 2:14:08that unknown is something can go wrong,
- 2:14:10it's unpredictable.
- 2:14:11So, we shift our attention to one
- 2:14:13person, to another meeting, to another
- 2:14:15place we have to go, another time,
- 2:14:17another thing we have to do, and every
- 2:14:19single one of those elements
- 2:14:21has a neurological network in our brain,
- 2:14:23because you've experienced your wife,
- 2:14:25you've experienced your co-worker, you
- 2:14:26experienced your, you know, your pain in
- 2:14:28your back, your cell phone, whatever.
- 2:14:29You have a relationship with everything
- 2:14:31physical or material.
- 2:14:33And it's mapped neurologically in the
- 2:14:34brain. In fact, the the neocortex is
- 2:14:37really a record of the past, right? So,
- 2:14:39the arousal of the stress hormones
- 2:14:41causes us to shift our attention to all
- 2:14:42of these different elements, and we
- 2:14:43activate those circuits, and like a
- 2:14:45lightning storm
- 2:14:46in the clouds, the brain starts firing
- 2:14:49very incoherently. And when the brain is
- 2:14:50incoherent, we're incoherent.
- 2:14:53When the brain isn't working right,
- 2:14:54we're not working right. At the same
- 2:14:56exact time, you're sitting in traffic,
- 2:14:58you can't really run, there's nowhere to
- 2:15:00run, you can't really fight, there's no
- 2:15:02one to fight, and uh you know, you can't
- 2:15:04really hide. And so, the arousal of this
- 2:15:07primitive nervous system causes the
- 2:15:09heart its rate to increase, and a
- 2:15:11respiratory rate to increase, because
- 2:15:14that was the mechanism of survival if
- 2:15:16you were being chased by T-Rex,
- 2:15:18you better
- 2:15:20uh increase your heart rate and your
- 2:15:21respiratory rate. So, now, the heart
- 2:15:23rate and the respiratory rate are
- 2:15:24increasing, but you're not running,
- 2:15:26fighting, and hiding. There's a
- 2:15:27physiological change in your body for
- 2:15:29emergency,
- 2:15:30Yeah.
- 2:15:31and you're taking all this vital energy
- 2:15:33that you would use for growth and
- 2:15:35repair, for long-term building projects,
- 2:15:36and you're tapping all the body's
- 2:15:38resources, and you're turning it and
- 2:15:40converting it into chemistry, right? So,
- 2:15:42now, the heart is racing,
- 2:15:44Mhm.
- 2:15:44but you're not using that energy, so
- 2:15:46it's pumping against a closed system. It
- 2:15:49causes the heart to start firing very
- 2:15:52incoherently. And that's when you stop
- 2:15:54trusting. That's when you stop loving.
- 2:15:56That's when you stop communing. That's
- 2:15:58when you stop cooperating.
- 2:16:00Uh that's when you stop really creating
- 2:16:02or thinking about possibilities. Not a
- 2:16:04time to learn, not a time to go within.
- 2:16:07And so, people spend the majority of
- 2:16:08their time living in the state. And in
- 2:16:10that aroused state,
- 2:16:12those chemicals heighten our senses.
- 2:16:14Mhm.
- 2:16:15And we narrow our focus on the material
- 2:16:17world, because that's where the danger
- 2:16:19is. If something's behind the big rock
- 2:16:23and you hear it moving and it's dark at
- 2:16:25night
- 2:16:25Mhm.
- 2:16:26and you're walking, you're going to
- 2:16:27freeze and you're going to narrow your
- 2:16:29focus and the arousal's going to
- 2:16:31heighten your senses.
- 2:16:33And that kind of narrow focus becomes
- 2:16:35habituated when people live
- 2:16:37Mhm.
- 2:16:38in constant stress.
- 2:16:39I think there's two components
- 2:16:41uh to disease. Really, I think there's a
- 2:16:44genetic component, you know, and
- 2:16:46sometimes that gene is signaled in utero
- 2:16:49and it's expressed from birth. Those are
- 2:16:51tough,
- 2:16:53you know, uh juvenile onset genetic
- 2:16:54conditions, they're tough health
- 2:16:56conditions.
- 2:16:56say that those tend to be onset early
- 2:16:58on, if that's the case?
- 2:16:59They onset early is is early on and
- 2:17:01they're more hardwired in a sense,
- 2:17:03they're harder to change.
- 2:17:04Perhaps not really something that you
- 2:17:05see at 45, but like
- 2:17:08two.
- 2:17:08Or one.
- 2:17:09One.
- 2:17:09Or birth.
- 2:17:10Or three.
- 2:17:11It's juvenile onset, it's genetically
- 2:17:13signaled and those are tend to be a
- 2:17:15little bit more difficult, cuz they're a
- 2:17:17little bit more hardwired, like a type 1
- 2:17:19diabetes, right? It's it's it's it's an
- 2:17:22early onset condition. Those are about 5
- 2:17:24to 1% of the population, small percent
- 2:17:26with Tay-Sachs disease or sickle cell
- 2:17:28anemia or type 1 diabetes.
- 2:17:30The other 95 to 99% really, as I said,
- 2:17:33is is lifestyle.
- 2:17:34And the the big thing, of course,
- 2:17:37is trying to keep your body
- 2:17:39physically,
- 2:17:41chemically,
- 2:17:42and emotionally in balance. And when it
- 2:17:44if if if your autonomic nervous system
- 2:17:46is what regulates homeostasis and
- 2:17:49balance, every response that you have
- 2:17:52emotionally to your environment is
- 2:17:54moving you out of normal homeostasis and
- 2:17:57balance and that's where health exists,
- 2:17:58right? Keep knocking the body out of
- 2:18:00balance, that imbalance becomes a new
- 2:18:03balance and now we're headed for
- 2:18:04disease, but let's go a step further.
- 2:18:07What if you start anticipating the worst
- 2:18:08case scenario in your mind, you start
- 2:18:10feeling the anxiety of that event
- 2:18:12occurring, you're knocking your brain
- 2:18:13and body out of balance by thought
- 2:18:14alone. And now this is where your
- 2:18:16thoughts can literally make you sick
- 2:18:18because the long-term effects of the
- 2:18:19hormones of stress
- 2:18:21push the genetic buttons that create
- 2:18:22disease.
- 2:18:24And my response to my co-worker, my
- 2:18:27response to traffic, my response to my
- 2:18:30ex is actually weakening
- 2:18:33my organism because my body can't live
- 2:18:35in emergency mode
- 2:18:37for an extended period of time in
- 2:18:39the response causes the brain to fire
- 2:18:42incoherently, causes the heart to fire
- 2:18:45incoherently, and now the autonomic
- 2:18:47nervous system is out of order and out
- 2:18:49of regulation and it controls and
- 2:18:51coordinates all other systems in the
- 2:18:53body. Cardiovascular system, the
- 2:18:55reproductive system, the digestive
- 2:18:57system,
- 2:18:58it
- 2:18:59the immune system it controls it's the
- 2:19:01major player in sending information to
- 2:19:04all the cells and tissues in the body,
- 2:19:05so it needs a cadence. It needs a
- 2:19:08rhythm, it needs an order. So if you
- 2:19:09teach people how to change their
- 2:19:11brainwaves and learn how to create more
- 2:19:13coherent brainwaves and our data is
- 2:19:16fabulous around this. Like really
- 2:19:19fabulous. Our fMRI studies and our QEEG
- 2:19:21studies that people can do it. That
- 2:19:24the brain becomes more holistically,
- 2:19:27globally synchronized. And what syncs in
- 2:19:29the brain links in the brain, right? So
- 2:19:33so getting a person back in into
- 2:19:35autonomic regulation, teaching them to
- 2:19:37slow their brainwaves down, energy
- 2:19:39leaves the thinking neocortex and it
- 2:19:41moves right into the limbic brain, the
- 2:19:43seat of the autonomic nervous system.
- 2:19:45Get some coherence in there and now the
- 2:19:48autonomic nervous system is regulating
- 2:19:50back to order and when it's in cadence
- 2:19:53and it's there's a coherence to it, it's
- 2:19:55sending clear information to the cells
- 2:19:58and tissues in the body. It's getting
- 2:19:59the right information.
- 2:20:01the environment for the operation of the
- 2:20:03body to be fully functional in its
- 2:20:06ability to heal?
- 2:20:08Yes.
- 2:20:08Or is it the actual frequency that
- 2:20:11you're creating that doesn't allow
- 2:20:13anything to sort of resonate at a
- 2:20:15frequency that creates
- 2:20:16That's a That's a great question.
- 2:20:18The answer is absolutely both.
- 2:20:21First and foremost, get the body into
- 2:20:24homeostasis and balance.
- 2:20:27We've seen this thousands of times.
- 2:20:29Tachycardias, arrhythmias, food
- 2:20:32sensitivities,
- 2:20:34acid reflux, constipation,
- 2:20:37you know, name it that has to do with
- 2:20:39any of those systems, they they start
- 2:20:41writing themselves back to order and the
- 2:20:44innate intelligence of the body can do
- 2:20:46something really amazing and that is
- 2:20:48repair and restore the body back to
- 2:20:50health. That's what the intelligence is
- 2:20:51about. Now, that happens a lot in this
- 2:20:53work, but we discovered when people get
- 2:20:55really relaxed in their heart and awaken
- 2:20:57their brain and they slow their brain
- 2:20:58waves down into these very, very slow
- 2:21:01theta brain wave states. Theta is a
- 2:21:04hypnotic state and in that hypnotic
- 2:21:06state, that's when you're suggestible to
- 2:21:08information.
- 2:21:09How does it go? Beta,
- 2:21:11alpha, theta,
- 2:21:12delta, delta,
- 2:21:14gamma,
- 2:21:14gamma, higher than beta.
- 2:21:16crazy cuz it's like a super high
- 2:21:17frequency.
- 2:21:18Super high.
- 2:21:18Okay, but it's basically the next It's
- 2:21:21like
- 2:21:21Yeah.
- 2:21:22you know, okay, go ahead.
- 2:21:23So if you can get the person into theta,
- 2:21:24Theta is the wake up's go to sleep.
- 2:21:26when you're half awake and half asleep.
- 2:21:28Right.
- 2:21:28That's when your body's asleep and your
- 2:21:29mind is awake. That's when you're
- 2:21:30relaxing your heart and awaken your
- 2:21:31brain.
- 2:21:32Right.
- 2:21:32There's a door right there.
- 2:21:33Right.
- 2:21:34And you're real suggestible to
- 2:21:35information. What a hypnotist does when
- 2:21:36they hypnotize somebody,
- 2:21:38they're giving them suggestions and
- 2:21:39they're accepting those suggestions.
- 2:21:41They're believing in them. They're
- 2:21:42surrendering to them without analyzing
- 2:21:43them and it's actually causing them to
- 2:21:45subconsciously change.
- 2:21:46really thinking about the past or the
- 2:21:47future. You're just kind of
- 2:21:49taking whatever's coming in. Right.
- 2:21:51But the person sitting in the meditation
- 2:21:53has their eyes closed.
- 2:21:55The music is filling the room. They're
- 2:21:57not eating, they're not smelling,
- 2:21:58they're not feeling, they're not
- 2:21:59touching, but they're still suggestible
- 2:22:01to information, and their brain is in
- 2:22:03beautiful level of coherence. When that
- 2:22:05occurs, we can predict what's going to
- 2:22:06happen next. We can predict it. Now, if
- 2:22:08I see that on a brain scan, I can say to
- 2:22:10any scientist, she's going to pop right
- 2:22:12now. She's going to pop in 5 minutes.
- 2:22:14What does that mean? And all of a
- 2:22:15sudden, energy is moving right out of
- 2:22:17thinking brain, right into the limbic
- 2:22:18brain, and that person connects
- 2:22:22to energy. That person is connecting to
- 2:22:24frequency, and all frequency carries
- 2:22:26information. And that's not information
- 2:22:29coming
- 2:22:29the field, a frequency
- 2:22:30In the field, exactly.
- 2:22:31own, but
- 2:22:32Not their Not the frequency coming from
- 2:22:34information from their environment, you
- 2:22:36know, what they're seeing, light
- 2:22:38bouncing off of objects.
- 2:22:39Quantum field.
- 2:22:39Yeah, this is the They're interacting
- 2:22:41with a frequency that's faster than the
- 2:22:43speed of light, and there is an
- 2:22:44immediate arousal that takes place in
- 2:22:47the autonomic nervous system, and it
- 2:22:48goes into
- 2:22:50super super natural high levels of
- 2:22:53gamma. The autonomic nervous system is
- 2:22:55is resonating in a very high state of
- 2:22:59coherence.
- 2:23:00Uh-huh.
- 2:23:01Gamma brain wave frequencies, and gamma
- 2:23:05frequency is super consciousness, and
- 2:23:06every now single cell
- 2:23:09in the body that the autonomic nervous
- 2:23:11system is touching, its energy is
- 2:23:13informing matter, and the body in some
- 2:23:16level gets an automatic upgrade. Like
- 2:23:19Like there's the blindness, now they're
- 2:23:21seeing. There There's the deafness, now
- 2:23:23they're hearing. There's the stage four
- 2:23:24cancer in the bones, in the organs, it's
- 2:23:26gone. You know, there's whatever chronic
- 2:23:29health condition,
- 2:23:31tumors, whatever it is, it's there, and
- 2:23:32now it's not. Somehow, the body gets an
- 2:23:34upgrade. The body is lifted by a greater
- 2:23:36frequency. And that kind of regulation
- 2:23:39in that gamma state is way outside of
- 2:23:42normal, and
- 2:23:44the frequency is so fast that it's
- 2:23:46causing the cells to get electrically
- 2:23:48activated. And in a sense, the brain and
- 2:23:51body move right into the present moment.
- 2:23:52And that's when autonomic nerve the
- 2:23:54autonomic nervous system delivers in no
- 2:23:57time. That's when the person goes, "Oh
- 2:23:59my god, the arousal wasn't fear.
- 2:24:02The arousal wasn't pain. The arousal
- 2:24:04wasn't aggression or anger. The arousal
- 2:24:06was ecstasy. Like, whatever that was
- 2:24:10was profound. That I never felt anything
- 2:24:13like this. I never felt the level of
- 2:24:14love."
- 2:24:15And they don't have language to be able
- 2:24:17to explain
- 2:24:19what it was, right? So,
- 2:24:22So, that is what Source, the
- 2:24:24documentary, is about. Cuz when we take
- 2:24:26the blood of people who have had those
- 2:24:29experiences,
- 2:24:30Oh, wow.
- 2:24:31and we put them in the presence of a
- 2:24:32SARS-CoV-2 virus,
- 2:24:34there's information in the plasma of an
- 2:24:36advanced meditator that causes the virus
- 2:24:40to to it can't enter the cell. There's a
- 2:24:42resistance.
- 2:24:43Right. Like, almost like a frequency
- 2:24:44that it just can't get in.
- 2:24:46the cell is greater than the
- 2:24:47environment. We've isolated the protein
- 2:24:49as information in the blood that
- 2:24:50inhibits the virus from entering the
- 2:24:52cell. Take that plasma of an advanced
- 2:24:54meditator that has that experience and
- 2:24:56put it in the presence
- 2:24:58of a cancer cell, a uterine cancer cell,
- 2:25:00a breast cancer cell, a pancreatic
- 2:25:02cancer cell. 84% of the population at
- 2:25:05the end of 7 days, 84% is taking 70% of
- 2:25:10the mitochondrial function out of cancer
- 2:25:12cells. There's no energy for
- 2:25:14reproduction in the cancer cell. There's
- 2:25:16no energy to move or grow. The cancer
- 2:25:19cell is the lights are out. That's
- 2:25:21information in the plasma that's there's
- 2:25:23more wholeness. There's more life.
- 2:25:25There's more order.
- 2:25:27The same thing happens, as I said, with
- 2:25:29neurogenesis. There's chemicals in there
- 2:25:31that cause neurons to grow.
- 2:25:33There's There's chemicals in there that
- 2:25:35cause pain to be reduced. There's
- 2:25:37information in the blood that changes
- 2:25:39the microbiome, that changes breast
- 2:25:40milk. Their interaction
- 2:25:43with energy, their interaction with
- 2:25:45frequency when the brain and heart are
- 2:25:47coherent, when there's a when there's a
- 2:25:49coherence between the autonomic nervous
- 2:25:51system in the field, it can read
- 2:25:53information.
- 2:25:54And the information
- 2:25:56is a greater level of consciousness, a
- 2:25:58greater level of order, and somehow the
- 2:26:01brain and body are changed
- 2:26:03immediately, and
- 2:26:04there's magic in the plasma of those
- 2:26:07people. There's information in their
- 2:26:08blood that did not come from their
- 2:26:09senses. It came from their interaction
- 2:26:11with frequency and energy.
- 2:26:13It takes crisis for most people
- 2:26:16to change. It's got to get be so
- 2:26:17uncomfortable that nothing's making that
- 2:26:19feeling go away.
- 2:26:21That's what most people wait for.
- 2:26:24In the end, you don't have to wait for
- 2:26:25that.
- 2:26:26You actually could say I am want to be
- 2:26:28defined by a vision of the future every
- 2:26:30day. That's what I want.
- 2:26:32Uh but but for most people, it takes
- 2:26:34that crisis or that uh something where
- 2:26:36all of a sudden they can see themselves
- 2:26:38for the first time. Nothing's making
- 2:26:40that feeling go away, and they don't
- 2:26:41feel like themselves, and they can see
- 2:26:43how they thought, they can notice um
- 2:26:46how they were acting, they can feel how
- 2:26:48they have spent their whole life
- 2:26:49feeling, and they objectify their
- 2:26:51subjective self, they become conscious
- 2:26:53of their unconscious self.
- 2:26:55So, for most people then, it it takes
- 2:26:57that person or that circumstance or that
- 2:27:00condition to to
- 2:27:02uh to finally make up their mind to
- 2:27:04change. And and and the last part about
- 2:27:07that is the person who's
- 2:27:08who's not changing, they're not
- 2:27:10choosing.
- 2:27:12They're just comfortable in the known.
- 2:27:15They're just comfortable being in the
- 2:27:16known.
- 2:27:18And the unknown is when you're at your
- 2:27:20best
- 2:27:21because there's uncertainty, there's
- 2:27:23unpredictability,
- 2:27:24there's chaos.
- 2:27:26That's the energy that you have to
- 2:27:28organize to create with.
- 2:27:30And if you react and you respond and you
- 2:27:33do all of that, you're caught up in the
- 2:27:34chaos and you're you're thinking,
- 2:27:36acting, feeling equal to the
- 2:27:38environment. Your your person your
- 2:27:40personal reality is creating a
- 2:27:41personality now.
- 2:27:44Your environment is controlling the way
- 2:27:45you think and feel and
- 2:27:47as a program we got to be able to turn
- 2:27:49that around. When the brain and the
- 2:27:50heart are coherent, my goodness, there's
- 2:27:53a feeling where you can call it the zone
- 2:27:55or whatever you want to call it or just
- 2:27:57you feel like you have enough time
- 2:27:58Mhm.
- 2:27:59to get things done and no person, no
- 2:28:00circumstance is going to break you from
- 2:28:03your state, right? That that that zone
- 2:28:05or whatever you want to call that is
- 2:28:07actually teachable. So,
- 2:28:09do you have to reach gamma to do that?
- 2:28:10No. We're just knowing that the people
- 2:28:12that hit gamma, they had an
- 2:28:14instantaneous biological upgrade.
- 2:28:15There's the eczema.
- 2:28:17Mhm.
- 2:28:1837 years of eczema, the next day it's
- 2:28:20gone. Back to your original question.
- 2:28:23We have great evidence
- 2:28:26and testimony.
- 2:28:27And we have great evidence in our
- 2:28:30scientific studies.
- 2:28:31Mhm.
- 2:28:32And evidence is the loudest voice and
- 2:28:33you can't tell me you're too old to do
- 2:28:35this. You can't tell me you're too sick
- 2:28:37to do this. I've seen people with 50
- 2:28:39brain tumors
- 2:28:40Mhm.
- 2:28:41that were emaciated, couldn't walk,
- 2:28:42couldn't speak on the stage talking in
- 2:28:44front of an audience. Can't tell me
- 2:28:46you're too sick to do this. Now,
- 2:28:49if you examine that person,
- 2:28:51you know, who comes to the event
- 2:28:54and there's no hope.
- 2:28:55You know, they
- 2:28:56you have 3 months to live, you have 6
- 2:28:58months to live
- 2:28:59and they're not accepting that or
- 2:29:01believing that or surrendering to that.
- 2:29:02They're actually saying there's got to
- 2:29:04be some other way. There's got to be
- 2:29:05some other way. If I created this, is it
- 2:29:08possible that I that I can uncreate it?
- 2:29:11So, then the person who's who's on the
- 2:29:13stage telling that story and and it it
- 2:29:16may have taken them
- 2:29:1818 months,
- 2:29:21but they never missed a day.
- 2:29:23Mhm.
- 2:29:23Why is that essential?
- 2:29:25Because there were days where they felt
- 2:29:26so bad
- 2:29:28in their body, so sick that they didn't
- 2:29:30feel like doing their meditation, but
- 2:29:31they did it anyway.
- 2:29:32Mhm.
- 2:29:33There were days they had so much doubt
- 2:29:35because their condition was actually
- 2:29:37worsening
- 2:29:38Mhm.
- 2:29:38and they could have succumbed to their
- 2:29:39doubt, but they they did their
- 2:29:41meditation anyway. There There were days
- 2:29:44that they were in such an incredible
- 2:29:46fear cuz the doctor told them it was 3
- 2:29:48months and it would be over and it was
- 2:29:50the 3-month period and they had every
- 2:29:52reason to not do their meditation, but
- 2:29:54they did anyway. They could have said,
- 2:29:55"I don't have enough time. I have kids.
- 2:29:56I I got schedules." They found time to
- 2:29:59do it and it was the overcoming.
- 2:30:02The overcoming.
- 2:30:04The overcoming that was the becoming
- 2:30:06process.
- 2:30:07Overcoming becoming.
- 2:30:08And and when they became that person,
- 2:30:11what is the side effect of your own
- 2:30:14personal transformation? For example,
- 2:30:16most people they when they have a
- 2:30:18physical health condition,
- 2:30:20the moment they notice there's a change,
- 2:30:22like in pain,
- 2:30:24in something in their sleep, you know,
- 2:30:26whatever it is, there's some change,
- 2:30:28they they make the connection right away
- 2:30:31and that's when it's the dog on the
- 2:30:32bone. Now they're they're doing it twice
- 2:30:35a day not because they have to, because
- 2:30:36that's their medicine. And and I have
- 2:30:39sat with the this the scientists that
- 2:30:42have come to our events. I asked them to
- 2:30:44participate in a week-long event. And
- 2:30:46the one guy who's looking at
- 2:30:48the virus outside the cell, I said to
- 2:30:51him, "One,
- 2:30:52well, how does this going to change
- 2:30:54Mhm.
- 2:30:54How is this going to change the way you
- 2:30:56do research?" He said,
- 2:30:57"This is This is my medicine. This I see
- 2:31:00I've seen what it does." And people say,
- 2:31:02"Oh, are you saying meditation actually
- 2:31:04can cause your body be resistant to
- 2:31:06viruses?" I said, "No, no, no, no.
- 2:31:08I'm not saying that. The data is saying
- 2:31:10that. I'm not That's just This is not
- 2:31:12what I'm saying. The data is actually
- 2:31:14saying that. So,
- 2:31:16what a great time in history to be alive
- 2:31:18because you could be young. We have
- 2:31:20people that are 8 years old, 9 years
- 2:31:22old. We have uh usually about between 70
- 2:31:24and 100 kids
- 2:31:26that come to our event that are under
- 2:31:28the age of 25 and under. We have kids
- 2:31:31that are 7, 8, 9 years old that
- 2:31:32participate all the way. I got down on
- 2:31:35my knees with one of those one of these
- 2:31:37kids and we were we were doing a
- 2:31:40um a specific meditation and I leaned
- 2:31:42over and I said to him, "How was that?"
- 2:31:45And he said, "That felt really good."
- 2:31:47And why do I want that to be a normal
- 2:31:50feeling for him? Because I want to know
- 2:31:51who he's going to be.
- 2:31:53Yeah.
- 2:31:53Yeah, we're changing his we're changing
- 2:31:55his gene expression at that age, right?
- 2:31:57And so
- 2:31:58So So
- 2:31:59it's an amazing time. This is the time
- 2:32:01in history where it's not enough to
- 2:32:02know. This is time in history to know
- 2:32:03how. So my interest, to answer your
- 2:32:05question,
- 2:32:06is to demystify the process. No
- 2:32:08different than learning how to hit a
- 2:32:10golf ball. Everybody that's has a skill
- 2:32:14that can do anything really well has
- 2:32:16done the exact same thing that I'm
- 2:32:17talking about. There's nothing different
- 2:32:20about it. The amount of emotion
- 2:32:23that comes with
- 2:32:25Yes.
- 2:32:25thought. Cuz every time you have a
- 2:32:26thought, you make a chemical. All right?
- 2:32:28If you have a good thought, it make you
- 2:32:29have a chemical that makes you feel
- 2:32:30good. You have an arousing thought that
- 2:32:34causes you to feel angry.
- 2:32:36Uh short-term, that's okay.
- 2:32:39But
- 2:32:41the long-term effects of that keeps
- 2:32:43knocking the brain and body out of
- 2:32:44balance. So
- 2:32:47when we turn on that primitive nervous
- 2:32:48system called the fight or flight
- 2:32:49nervous system, we're mobilizing
- 2:32:52enormous amounts of energy in our body's
- 2:32:55resources that we would typically use
- 2:32:57for healing, digestion, reproduction,
- 2:33:00whatever, assimilation. We're taking
- 2:33:02We're robbing those systems and we're
- 2:33:03saying, "There's a threat. There's a
- 2:33:06danger. There's something really really
- 2:33:08needs all of your attention in your
- 2:33:10outer environment." And that that
- 2:33:11arousal causes us to feel fear or any
- 2:33:15derivative derivative of it, aggression
- 2:33:17or anger or pain. So
- 2:33:20when we respond to the environment like
- 2:33:22that, our body's knocked out of balance
- 2:33:24because we're mobilizing all that
- 2:33:25energy. Pupils dilate, respiratory rate
- 2:33:27goes up, heart rate goes up up,
- 2:33:29digestive juices shut down, blood is
- 2:33:31sent to the extremities, body's ready to
- 2:33:33run, fight, or hide.
- 2:33:35All organisms in nature can tolerate
- 2:33:37that short-term.
- 2:33:39If you turn on that stress response and
- 2:33:40you can't turn it off, now you're headed
- 2:33:42for a disease cuz no organism can live
- 2:33:44in emergency mode mode without a moment
- 2:33:47for for regeneration or growth and
- 2:33:49repair.
- 2:33:50All right, so the arousal for some
- 2:33:52reason feels good to human beings.
- 2:33:56And that arousal gives us a rush of
- 2:33:58energy, and then we need the bad news.
- 2:34:02We need the problems in our life. We
- 2:34:03need the poor relationship. We need
- 2:34:05whatever it is
- 2:34:06to cause us to feel this kind of arousal
- 2:34:09and
- 2:34:09Cuz we're addicted to it.
- 2:34:10Well, we become addicted to the life we
- 2:34:11don't even like. So then
- 2:34:13That's the biggest aha moment. It's
- 2:34:15like, you actually become addicted to
- 2:34:18the life you don't want.
- 2:34:20Right. So then so take it a step
- 2:34:21further. Then when you think about that
- 2:34:23life,
- 2:34:24you produce the same chemistry in your
- 2:34:26brain and body
- 2:34:28in the same exact way as if it you were
- 2:34:29actually re-experiencing it. So now the
- 2:34:31thought
- 2:34:33is turning on the stress response.
- 2:34:36And it's a scientific fact that the
- 2:34:38long-term effects of the hormones of
- 2:34:40stress push the genetic buttons and
- 2:34:41create disease. Well, if you can turn on
- 2:34:43that stress response just by thought
- 2:34:45alone,
- 2:34:46then your thoughts can make you sick.
- 2:34:49So because you're knocking your brain
- 2:34:51and body out of balance over and over
- 2:34:52again and depleting your body's
- 2:34:54resources that you could be used using
- 2:34:56for healing. And it just turns out the
- 2:34:58stronger the emotion you feel, the more
- 2:35:01you pay attention to the person or the
- 2:35:03problem. And that's our vital life force
- 2:35:05we're giving to that person or that
- 2:35:06problem. If your personality creates
- 2:35:08your personal reality,
- 2:35:10and your personality is made up of how
- 2:35:11you think,
- 2:35:13how you act, and how you feel. If you
- 2:35:15keep thinking the same way, you keep
- 2:35:16acting the same way, you keep feeling
- 2:35:18the same way, your life is going to stay
- 2:35:20the same because you're the same. So,
- 2:35:22the experiment is, okay, let me begin to
- 2:35:25think differently. So, I got to remind
- 2:35:27myself how I do want to think, and I
- 2:35:28have to remind myself of how I no longer
- 2:35:30want to think, so I don't default and go
- 2:35:32unconscious.
- 2:35:33Let me remind myself how I'm going to
- 2:35:34behave so that I could actually get my
- 2:35:36behaviors to match my intentions, and
- 2:35:38let me remind myself of how I'm going to
- 2:35:40feel. If I'm able to succeed in that
- 2:35:42day, then there should be some change in
- 2:35:44my life that is experiment. The the and
- 2:35:46and and if it doesn't change, that
- 2:35:48doesn't mean the law doesn't work for
- 2:35:50you. It's just you're not that good yet.
- 2:35:52It's just you just got to keep
- 2:35:53practicing, right? So,
- 2:35:54the act of disconnecting from your life
- 2:35:56long enough to remind yourself of who
- 2:35:58you do want to be and who you no longer
- 2:36:00want to be. That experiment then is the
- 2:36:02experiment called life. Now,
- 2:36:04it's not that you react.
- 2:36:07The question is, how long are you going
- 2:36:09to react? That's the real question. Like
- 2:36:11cuz I mean, I react all the time. I
- 2:36:13mean,
- 2:36:13everybody does. But, if you're going to
- 2:36:16stay there, and you're going to live in
- 2:36:18that emotional state, you will see life
- 2:36:20through that lens of that emotion,
- 2:36:22right? So, now, it gets complicated
- 2:36:24because the stronger the emotion you
- 2:36:27feel towards certain people or problems
- 2:36:29in your life,
- 2:36:30the more you pay attention to them. And
- 2:36:32where you place your attention is where
- 2:36:34you place your energy. So,
- 2:36:36from a purely biological as well as
- 2:36:38quantum state, we could say then
- 2:36:41you're using that person
- 2:36:43or that circumstance to reaffirm your
- 2:36:46dependence on feeling that emotion. So,
- 2:36:49you have to hate your enemy.
- 2:36:51And if your enemy dies, you'll find
- 2:36:52another person to hate because that is
- 2:36:55that is the response, right? So, the
- 2:36:56body
- 2:36:57is is the animal. It's been conditioned
- 2:37:00a certain way, and it's and if it's been
- 2:37:02doing something and feeling something
- 2:37:04for an extended period of time, there's
- 2:37:06a modification of its receptor sites.
- 2:37:08It's it's needing those emotional
- 2:37:10states.
- 2:37:11So, in the process of change,
- 2:37:15just be ready because you're going to
- 2:37:16feel uncomfortable a lot of the time.
- 2:37:18Now, the question is,
- 2:37:20do you want to stay there? So, then most
- 2:37:23people think they they don't have any
- 2:37:24control over their emotional state. They
- 2:37:26think, "I'm just this way and I feel
- 2:37:28this way." Well,
- 2:37:29we we actually can show people that
- 2:37:31that's not the truth that
- 2:37:34when it's the hardest, it matters the
- 2:37:36most. And if you're able to really work
- 2:37:39and train your body like you're training
- 2:37:41an animal
- 2:37:43to stop feeling one way and start
- 2:37:45feeling another way. If you believe that
- 2:37:47you're an eternal being, let's just say
- 2:37:49that I mean, just most religions talk
- 2:37:51about we're eternal. And most sects of
- 2:37:54thought, there are only a few that
- 2:37:55don't. Whether you're going to heaven or
- 2:37:56hell or nirvana or on the wheel, you're
- 2:37:59pretty much going to be around for a
- 2:38:00long time.
- 2:38:02That that moment matters so much in the
- 2:38:05light of eternity because that's the
- 2:38:07moment you make up your mind to no
- 2:38:10longer be defined by your past. Why are
- 2:38:13you being defined by your past? Because
- 2:38:14emotions are a record of the past.
- 2:38:17And so, then if you're feeling that
- 2:38:18emotion, your body is believing it's
- 2:38:21back in that same experience of the
- 2:38:23past. So,
- 2:38:24the more knowledge that we have and
- 2:38:26understanding
- 2:38:28that justified,
- 2:38:30valid or not, those emotions are hurting
- 2:38:33no other person but you because
- 2:38:35the long-term effects of living by those
- 2:38:38emotional states, those survival states,
- 2:38:40are actually down-regulating genes and
- 2:38:42creating diseases. Sooner or later,
- 2:38:44you're going to have to ask yourself,
- 2:38:46"Is this loving to myself?"
- 2:38:48And forgiveness is just when you
- 2:38:50overcome the emotion, you take your
- 2:38:51attention off that person or that
- 2:38:52problem, and you're you're freeing
- 2:38:54yourself and you're freeing them.
- 2:38:56So, people do the best with what they
- 2:38:58think is available. That's my belief.
- 2:39:01And if you're unaware that you can
- 2:39:03control your emotional states, you'll
- 2:39:05rely on something outside of you to do
- 2:39:07that, whether it's a
- 2:39:09computer game, whether it's a Netflix
- 2:39:11show, whether it's a drug, whatever
- 2:39:13whatever it is that you need to make
- 2:39:15that feeling go away, you're dependent
- 2:39:17on your outer world. And I think that's
- 2:39:19a hypnosis, that's a conditioning. Teach
- 2:39:21people that you can actually regulate
- 2:39:22and change your emotional states, you
- 2:39:25give them the tools to literally step
- 2:39:27into a new future. So, that process, of
- 2:39:30course, is extremely uncomfortable. And
- 2:39:32And it is The question is, how long
- 2:39:35are you going to stay in that emotional
- 2:39:36state? And 50% of the story
- 2:39:40that most people tell about that past
- 2:39:41experience isn't even the truth.
- 2:39:44Cuz
- 2:39:45they're making things up, and they're
- 2:39:46doing that so that they can justify why
- 2:39:49they haven't changed since some past
- 2:39:51event.
- 2:39:52Most people reach a point in their life
- 2:39:54where they reach crisis or disease or
- 2:39:57diagnosis or loss or betrayal where they
- 2:39:59finally go, "Gosh, I It's time to
- 2:40:00change."
- 2:40:01I think change is an ongoing process,
- 2:40:03and the more we change, the more we
- 2:40:05should see evidence in our life. That
- 2:40:06makes it exciting.
- 2:40:07This is the hard part for most people.
- 2:40:11Can you teach your body emotionally
- 2:40:15what the future will feel like before it
- 2:40:17happens?
- 2:40:19That means you're not waiting for your
- 2:40:20wealth to feel abundant, you're not
- 2:40:22waiting for your success to feel
- 2:40:23empowered, you're not waiting for your
- 2:40:25new relationship to feel love, you're
- 2:40:27not waiting for the mystical experience
- 2:40:29to feel awe, you're not waiting for your
- 2:40:32healing to feel gratitude.
- 2:40:34That's the old model of
- 2:40:36reality of cause and effect. Wait for
- 2:40:38something outside there to change to
- 2:40:40take away this lack or separation or
- 2:40:42emptiness that I feel inside me.
- 2:40:45But if you begin to condition your body
- 2:40:48into the emotion of that future,
- 2:40:51and you could become familiar with that
- 2:40:53emotion cuz you could bring it up every
- 2:40:54day,
- 2:40:56and you could keep becoming more
- 2:40:58familiar with the way you're thinking
- 2:41:00and the way you're acting and the way
- 2:41:01you're feeling. If you actually feel the
- 2:41:03emotions of your future before they
- 2:41:05happen, you'll never look for it.
- 2:41:09Why would you look for that future if
- 2:41:10you if it felt like it already happened?
- 2:41:12Get ready.
- 2:41:13I'm telling you get ready because weird
- 2:41:15things are going to happen in your life.
- 2:41:17The side effect of that is the
- 2:41:19synchronicity, the serendipity, the
- 2:41:20coincidence,
- 2:41:22the opportunity, the unusual event that
- 2:41:24causes you to do the
- 2:41:30And I'm not talking about a parking
- 2:41:32space, either. I'm talking about a real
- 2:41:33life event
- 2:41:36where your world is rocked.
- 2:41:39And somehow you come to the awareness,
- 2:41:42the consciousness, the understanding
- 2:41:44that somehow you're creating this.
- 2:41:48And we move from being the victims of
- 2:41:50our lives to being the creator of our
- 2:41:51lives. And I want people
- 2:41:53to experience that to prove to
- 2:41:55themselves how powerful they really are.
- 2:41:57And people have done all kinds of things
- 2:41:59as a result of it.
- 2:42:00Fear is not the opposite of love, it's
- 2:42:02the separation from it.
- 2:42:03Yeah.
- 2:42:04And um you know, pain and suffering is
- 2:42:06not the opposite of love, it's a
- 2:42:07separation from it. Anger, hatred,
- 2:42:10hostility, violence, it's not the
- 2:42:12opposite of love, it's the separation
- 2:42:14from it. So, then a person who begins to
- 2:42:17transform themselves, and we you know,
- 2:42:19we work with prisons.
- 2:42:21Uh you know, thousands and thousands of
- 2:42:22prisoners uh
- 2:42:24and these these are people that can't
- 2:42:26even close their eyes
- 2:42:29and meditate because their their
- 2:42:31instinct tells them that something
- 2:42:33really horrible will happen to them
- 2:42:34because they've had a turbulent past.
- 2:42:37You see, prisoners come together, right?
- 2:42:40And and move out of stress.
- 2:42:42The absence
- 2:42:44of the addiction to the stress hormones
- 2:42:48is called joy. The body is free. It's no
- 2:42:51longer out of balance.
- 2:42:54And people come back into the balance of
- 2:42:56their true self. They feel like
- 2:42:58themselves again. Like, "I don't feel
- 2:43:00like myself again. I got my life back."
- 2:43:02And
- 2:43:02we I just read a testimonial from one of
- 2:43:04the veterans. I was that we did we did a
- 2:43:06study on PTSD just last week and and a
- 2:43:09retreat that we did.
- 2:43:10These are people that had some
- 2:43:12pretty turbulent pasts, you know, and
- 2:43:14they were suicidal and they This guy
- 2:43:16said, "I was ready to take my life, you
- 2:43:18know, I I was ready. I had the pills to
- 2:43:21end my own misery and uh I feel
- 2:43:24completely different now. I I've got my
- 2:43:25life back. I got my family back. I got
- 2:43:28everything's different, right? I'm
- 2:43:29different. I feel it. I I I can't stop
- 2:43:31crying." Like, so so
- 2:43:35the war ended.
- 2:43:36The war ended for him, you know, it
- 2:43:38ended. Like, yeah, he's he's not an old
- 2:43:40soldier now. He's a new soldier, right?
- 2:43:42He's a It ended. It ended. So,
- 2:43:45that person who
- 2:43:48tells the story of their
- 2:43:50mental health change, the person who
- 2:43:53tells the story of their change from
- 2:43:56their physical health condition, the
- 2:43:57person who tells the story that's gone
- 2:43:59from bankruptcy to abundance, the person
- 2:44:01who tells the story of how the
- 2:44:03synchronicity of them running into the
- 2:44:05person that would become the love of
- 2:44:07their life happened. When they stand on
- 2:44:09the stage and they tell the story to the
- 2:44:10collective,
- 2:44:12there's a change in consciousness
- 2:44:14because the person's becoming aware
- 2:44:16there's there's truth
- 2:44:18standing right on the stage. This is an
- 2:44:20example of truth that's telling them
- 2:44:23that somehow this person has changed and
- 2:44:25their life and their health has changed,
- 2:44:27their their future changed in some way.
- 2:44:30And that formen of milden, the person
- 2:44:32that's speaking it is breaking through a
- 2:44:34certain level of consciousness or
- 2:44:36unconsciousness, and surely someone in
- 2:44:39the audience is going to relate with
- 2:44:40them. They're going to see, "My
- 2:44:42goodness, if that person can do it, I
- 2:44:44can do it as well, right?" And And
- 2:44:46that's when it gets really fun because
- 2:44:49that's when the person believes in
- 2:44:51themselves a little bit more, right? And
- 2:44:53their belief in possibility is enhanced
- 2:44:56and they're able to make their change in
- 2:44:58a shorter amount of time.
- 2:45:00In other words, they're shortening the
- 2:45:02distance
- 2:45:03between the thought of what they want
- 2:45:05and the experience of having it.
- 2:45:08When they do it properly, right? So,
- 2:45:10get enough people together
- 2:45:12uh in a in a in a an immersive
- 2:45:15experience, and someone has that change
- 2:45:18or that breakthrough,
- 2:45:20you start seeing like five people step
- 2:45:22out of a wheelchair in one event, two
- 2:45:24people blind, two people came to event
- 2:45:27blind seeing at the end seeing at the
- 2:45:30end of 7 days. It's unbelievable.
- 2:45:33So,
- 2:45:35the evidence and testimony is that
- 2:45:36four-minute mile moment and people do
- 2:45:38the best with what they think is
- 2:45:39available.
- 2:45:40So, if you don't know or if you're not
- 2:45:43conscious of that of possibility, you'll
- 2:45:46make the same choice.
- 2:45:47Yes.
- 2:45:48And so, when people become conscious of
- 2:45:50it, now they can begin to make a
- 2:45:51different choice and I think
- 2:45:53for as many crazy things that are going
- 2:45:55on in the world and that's a whole
- 2:45:57'nother conversation, there's a lot of
- 2:45:59amazing, great, unbelievable things
- 2:46:02happening as well, like really amazing
- 2:46:05things. And so,
- 2:46:07yeah, we just got to hold on.
- 2:46:08Can I teach my body emotionally
- 2:46:13what my future will feel like before it
- 2:46:15happens? Now, this is really important
- 2:46:17because there's a pandemic going on in
- 2:46:19the world that has nothing to do with a
- 2:46:21virus. It has everything to do with
- 2:46:22people's attention span and learning.
- 2:46:25People need a rush of dopamine in order
- 2:46:28to catch their attention or a rush of
- 2:46:30adrenaline to learn.
- 2:46:32And so, that they're they're dependent
- 2:46:33on their outer environment to regulate
- 2:46:35their emotional state. Now, this is
- 2:46:36different now. Now, I'm going to say to
- 2:46:38you,
- 2:46:40get in that beautiful heart of yours
- 2:46:42and I want you to feel gratitude for the
- 2:46:44event before it occurs. Well, I can't
- 2:46:46feel it because it hasn't happened yet.
- 2:46:48Yeah, that's the conditioning. That's
- 2:46:49the hypnosis.
- 2:46:51So, then when you teach purple people
- 2:46:52how to create heart coherence and
- 2:46:54self-regulate,
- 2:46:56then it makes sense then with a coherent
- 2:46:57brain they can hold the image of their
- 2:46:59future.
- 2:47:00They can actually then rehearse who
- 2:47:02they're going to be. They can bring up
- 2:47:04the emotions of their future. Now,
- 2:47:06here's the cool part.
- 2:47:07Awesome.
- 2:47:08If they can feel their gratitude before
- 2:47:10their healing, their healing begins.
- 2:47:13If they feel their abundance or their
- 2:47:14worthiness
- 2:47:16before they have their wealth, it will
- 2:47:19start generating abundance.
- 2:47:21If they start being in love with
- 2:47:23themselves and being in love with life,
- 2:47:24they'll create an equal. That's the law.
- 2:47:27If they're in awe of life or in awe of
- 2:47:29the moment, they're going to have a
- 2:47:30mystical experience. If they're
- 2:47:32empowered, they're going to start
- 2:47:33stepping towards their success success.
- 2:47:35So, then when we wait for the outer
- 2:47:37world to change our internal state,
- 2:47:39that's a conditioning process cuz some
- 2:47:41people will live in lack and separation
- 2:47:43their entire life cuz they're not
- 2:47:44creating anything. When this happens,
- 2:47:46then I'll feel happy. That's the
- 2:47:48illusion of three-dimensional reality.
- 2:47:50That's cause and effect, but feeling the
- 2:47:52emotion ahead of the experience is
- 2:47:54causing an effect. So, the heart, when
- 2:47:56it's coherent, tends to produce
- 2:48:00an external magnetic field that's up to
- 2:48:023 m wide. Now, you got a Wi-Fi signal.
- 2:48:05Now, when you have a coherent brain,
- 2:48:08the brain could actually lay the
- 2:48:10information
- 2:48:11on that signal. And the thought of your
- 2:48:15wealth or your health can be carried on
- 2:48:18the frequency of that heart emotion.
- 2:48:21Emotions are the end product of an
- 2:48:22experience, right?
- 2:48:25Epigenetics says it's the environment
- 2:48:27that signals the gene. If the
- 2:48:29environment signals the gene and the end
- 2:48:31product of an experience in the
- 2:48:32environment is an emotion,
- 2:48:34that person's signaling genes ahead of
- 2:48:36the environment.
- 2:48:38And now they're biologically
- 2:48:40believing, behaving, and actually
- 2:48:42becoming that person. So, if the person
- 2:48:45sustains that Satan state, and we look
- 2:48:47at novice meditators that come for a
- 2:48:48week,
- 2:48:49Mhm.
- 2:48:50and 90% of them and and the metabolites,
- 2:48:52not just a few, the majority of the
- 2:48:54metabolites in novice meditators suggest
- 2:48:57that their body's in a different life.
- 2:49:03There's so much great data on how to
- 2:49:05heal trauma.
- 2:49:07And what what we know and what the
- 2:49:08research shows
- 2:49:10is that once energy moves into the heart
- 2:49:12and the heart starts sustaining a
- 2:49:14certain level of coherence, the heart
- 2:49:16will tell the brain, will tell the
- 2:49:18amygdala
- 2:49:19the trauma's over. It'll say, "The event
- 2:49:22is over." Because now the the heart is
- 2:49:24moving out of the emotion of shock or
- 2:49:28betrayal or loss.
- 2:49:29And so, there's nothing wrong with
- 2:49:31feeling those emotions
- 2:49:33uh when we have them.
- 2:49:35But the question is how long are we
- 2:49:36going to feel them for, right? Cuz we
- 2:49:38have to heal.
- 2:49:40Is it the longer we think of them, the
- 2:49:41worse it gets, or no?
- 2:49:43Well, if we ruminate over the same
- 2:49:45experience, it becomes our identity.
- 2:49:48And that's when it becomes a problem
- 2:49:49because now it's very hard to confront
- 2:49:52the identity when it's you, right? So,
- 2:49:54so, but many people learn from the
- 2:49:57experience cuz the moment they feel
- 2:50:00that feeling that they've never felt
- 2:50:02before
- 2:50:03and they're so altered, I really think
- 2:50:06it's a moment where they can finally see
- 2:50:08themselves
- 2:50:10through the eyes of someone else. They
- 2:50:12Not Not those email, no dinner, no
- 2:50:14social media, no movie, no drug, no
- 2:50:17drink is taking away that feeling,
- 2:50:20right? So, this is the moment where they
- 2:50:22start observing how they've been
- 2:50:24thinking. They start looking at
- 2:50:25themselves, how they've been acting and
- 2:50:27speaking, and looking how they've been
- 2:50:29feeling. They're They're They're They're
- 2:50:30objectifying their subjective self. In
- 2:50:33In neuro science, it's called meta
- 2:50:34cognition. So, the person who's been
- 2:50:36wounded from the experience, if they're
- 2:50:38interested in evolving and getting past
- 2:50:42the emotion of that experience,
- 2:50:44Yeah.
- 2:50:44the memory
- 2:50:46of that event without the emotional
- 2:50:47charge is called wisdom, right? And
- 2:50:49that's the name of the game, right?
- 2:50:51That's the name of the game.
- 2:50:52And so, then think about this. What is
- 2:50:53forgiveness?
- 2:50:55Forgiveness is not like, "Hey, I'm going
- 2:50:57to forgive you. Just
- 2:50:59know that I'm going to forgive you. I'm
- 2:51:01not I'm not keeping track, but
- 2:51:03I forgave you."
- 2:51:04yeah.
- 2:51:04Right? It's not like that. It's when you
- 2:51:06really feel your heart open.
- 2:51:08Yeah.
- 2:51:09Oxytocin levels go up dramatically.
- 2:51:12That's what our research shows, too.
- 2:51:13Oxytocin signals nitric oxide. Nitric
- 2:51:16oxide signals another chemical to cause
- 2:51:18the arteries in your heart to engorge
- 2:51:20with blood. So,
- 2:51:21blood moves right into your heart. And
- 2:51:23in that state,
- 2:51:24it's impossible to hold a grudge. The
- 2:51:26research on on oxytocin is a person
- 2:51:29who's been betrayed cannot hold a grudge
- 2:51:31anymore. Forgiveness, then,
- 2:51:34is when the emotion is transformed into
- 2:51:37a greater level of consciousness. And
- 2:51:39now you're you feel so good
- 2:51:41Into wisdom?
- 2:51:42Yeah, into wisdom. And you feel so good
- 2:51:45that when the
- 2:51:46you don't even want to think about that.
- 2:51:47You're You've already forgiven them.
- 2:51:49the lesson.
- 2:51:50Yeah, cuz you learned the lesson. Like,
- 2:51:51I'll never do that again. It was great.
- 2:51:52I My life is great. I'm on to the next
- 2:51:54thing. Yeah, I I Yeah, sure. I I was
- 2:51:57part of that.
- 2:51:58Hold the emotional weight from it.
- 2:51:59Yeah, but but transmuting the emotion,
- 2:52:02right? You don't say, "Oh, my heart is
- 2:52:03empty, so I'm not going to fill it with
- 2:52:05something outside of me." Like, "Oh, let
- 2:52:07me heal this thing." So, what is the How
- 2:52:09do I do that? Okay, so I got to work
- 2:52:11with my body.
- 2:52:13I got to work put my attention in my
- 2:52:15heart. Where I place my attention is
- 2:52:16where I place my energy. We discovered
- 2:52:18that that's exactly the truth. You put
- 2:52:21your attention on there, and there's a
- 2:52:22very low frequency that naturally goes
- 2:52:24up in just in a few minutes. And that's
- 2:52:26the energy that's indigenous to the
- 2:52:28heart. That's what the heart feels out.
- 2:52:30That's of the meditations, too, of going
- 2:52:31into which is so great. 1 2 3 1 4 6,
- 2:52:35right? When you go through the chakras
- 2:52:37and you put energy to them is to get
- 2:52:39them to move.
- 2:52:40Yes, so great. Exactly. Get coherent.
- 2:52:43The function of getting the heart in
- 2:52:45that state where they can sustain that
- 2:52:47level of heart coherence is literally
- 2:52:50the magic because it resets the
- 2:52:52baseline. So now you get the the body's
- 2:52:54in the sympathetic response. Okay, so
- 2:52:55what how do we get the body out of that
- 2:52:57shock? It's it's in protective mode.
- 2:53:00This the protective network was switched
- 2:53:02on and it doesn't want to feel that
- 2:53:03again cuz you know, it would hurt more.
- 2:53:06So then we got to get
- 2:53:07will do your ego, your body, whatever
- 2:53:09you call it, will do everything it can
- 2:53:10to not go to that same deep wound again.
- 2:53:12let's heal the body. So now let's get
- 2:53:14the body out of fight or flight. So you
- 2:53:16slow your breathing down, you slow your
- 2:53:18brain waves down. You slow your
- 2:53:19breathing down, you get closer to the
- 2:53:21autonomic nervous system. You slow your
- 2:53:23breathing down and gives your heart to
- 2:53:25move out of that damaged state and start
- 2:53:28to relax. Teach a person to relax into
- 2:53:31their heart. Relaxing into the heart
- 2:53:33goes against being in survival and
- 2:53:35feeling the emotions of anger and hatred
- 2:53:37and fear and anxiety and all the other
- 2:53:39ones. So so converting and transmuting
- 2:53:41that emotion and staying with it and
- 2:53:43breathing working with your heart is is
- 2:53:44very loving to you. I can't let this
- 2:53:46moment be my identity that I take into
- 2:53:49my future for the rest of my life. How
- 2:53:51am I going to do this? I got to start
- 2:53:52feeling these emotions and I got to work
- 2:53:54with my body and work with feeling love.
- 2:53:57That's what it really wants to feel. So
- 2:53:58if you see the body as an animal and
- 2:54:00you're training the animal, you're like,
- 2:54:02okay, you got traumatized. Okay, let's
- 2:54:04work with you. I'm going to be patient
- 2:54:05with you. I'm going to be kind to you.
- 2:54:07I'm going to I can care again. I What am
- 2:54:09I grateful for? Let me Let me just stop
- 2:54:13focusing on that event and let me just
- 2:54:15work with you. It turns out that when
- 2:54:17you do that really well, your body
- 2:54:19starts making a host of different
- 2:54:21chemicals that it really help it to move
- 2:54:23back into health and balance. It's
- 2:54:25moving back into homeostasis. So, the
- 2:54:28the broken heart is an event that was so
- 2:54:31shocking, so traumatic that the
- 2:54:33protective networks switch on in the
- 2:54:35brain and it closes down. It literally
- 2:54:37closes down. There's There's a loss of
- 2:54:38energy in the heart.
- 2:54:40Okay, so yeah, you can use
- 2:54:42pharmaceuticals and yeah, you can
- 2:54:45exercise and do all those things, but
- 2:54:48sooner or later, you're going to have to
- 2:54:50get beyond that past experience and turn
- 2:54:53it into wisdom and the brain may think,
- 2:54:56but the heart knows and we got to find
- 2:54:59that place where we heal our hearts.
- 2:55:01I think the first thing is to learn.
- 2:55:02Mhm.
- 2:55:03Uh every time you learn, you make new
- 2:55:04connections in your brain and learning
- 2:55:06is making those connections and uh I was
- 2:55:08joking with my staff this week. I said,
- 2:55:10"Nobody reads anymore. Nobody reads.
- 2:55:12Nobody reads anything. Learn
- 2:55:15information. Why?"
- 2:55:17Because we found out
- 2:55:19that in our events, if you can be
- 2:55:21present and not look at your cell phone
- 2:55:23or not talk about your past, but be
- 2:55:25present with the content and I can
- 2:55:27combine quantum physics with
- 2:55:28neuroscience with uh neuroendocrinology
- 2:55:31with uh psychoneuroimmunology, mind-body
- 2:55:34connection, epigenetics,
- 2:55:36electromagnetism, you can really get it.
- 2:55:38Like you could give me the nod and then
- 2:55:40I say, "Okay, you" I'm looking at an
- 2:55:41audience of 1,500 600 people. "Okay,
- 2:55:44well, turn to the person next to you and
- 2:55:45teach it back to them." If you can't
- 2:55:46explain that,
- 2:55:47Mhm.
- 2:55:49it's not wired in your brain and you'll
- 2:55:50doubt
- 2:55:51Mhm.
- 2:55:51that it's possible and you'll do
- 2:55:52something differently. Okay, if you can
- 2:55:54explain it, then you're causing your
- 2:55:56brain to fire in new sequences and new
- 2:55:58patterns and new combinations. Whenever
- 2:55:59you make your brain work differently,
- 2:56:01you're changing your mind. Why?
- 2:56:03Cuz mind is the brain in action. So, you
- 2:56:04keep reminding yourself in this Now,
- 2:56:06this it's easier to forget this than
- 2:56:08remember it, you know, it takes
- 2:56:10practice. It really You can't get it in
- 2:56:11one bite. It's a learning process,
- 2:56:13right? So, now you're installing the
- 2:56:15neurological hardware in your brain in
- 2:56:17preparation for the experience. So,
- 2:56:19knowledge is the a
- 2:56:20to the experience, right? Without the
- 2:56:22knowledge and the information, it's
- 2:56:25conjecturous, right? So, the more you
- 2:56:27understand the what in the terms of what
- 2:56:29you're doing and the why you're doing
- 2:56:30it, the application, the practical
- 2:56:32aspect, the how becomes exciting like,
- 2:56:34"Oh, I'm going to get it." As an
- 2:56:35example, you can take someone and throw
- 2:56:37them in an ice bath.
- 2:56:39They have no knowledge of ice but what
- 2:56:40that can do. And then because they have
- 2:56:42no knowledge, the ice bath is actually
- 2:56:44going to is going to cause them harm.
- 2:56:47Right.
- 2:56:47Right? You take that person, you can
- 2:56:48teach them a few things
- 2:56:51and put them in an ice bath and actually
- 2:56:53be instrumental, will actually gain
- 2:56:54value from it. Well, the prefrontal
- 2:56:56cortex, the one that said, "Now do you
- 2:56:58got to make this You got to make this
- 2:56:59valuable."
- 2:57:00Mhm.
- 2:57:01You can take a person
- 2:57:02and you can you can put them in in an
- 2:57:04environment and they can perceive the
- 2:57:06environment as a problem and you can
- 2:57:08measure their autonomic response and
- 2:57:10it'll weaken their autonomic response.
- 2:57:12You can take that person and have them
- 2:57:14perceive it as a challenge and it'll
- 2:57:15actually strengthen their autonomic
- 2:57:17response. Okay, so now what's the What's
- 2:57:20the What's the What's the reason behind
- 2:57:21this? Well, you got to You got to put as
- 2:57:23much tension on your inner world
- 2:57:26of how you're thinking and how you're
- 2:57:27feeling and how you're going to behave
- 2:57:31as much as your outer world of
- 2:57:32three-dimensional reality. And
- 2:57:34meditation is just a way to say, "Okay,
- 2:57:35let me get my brain and body right. I'm
- 2:57:38going to present Ed Mylett to the world
- 2:57:40today. I got one lifetime, one Groundhog
- 2:57:42Day, one day.
- 2:57:44I just want something different,
- 2:57:45something unusual, something mystical,
- 2:57:46some sign from the universe that I
- 2:57:48created and I want it to come in a way
- 2:57:50that I would never think of that would
- 2:57:52be the unknown cuz if I can predict it,
- 2:57:53it's the known. Okay, let me before I
- 2:57:55get up and grab my phone
- 2:57:57and do all my things and get plugged
- 2:57:59back into my known world, let me just
- 2:58:01say, "Okay, who do I no longer want to
- 2:58:03be?" I want to become so conscious that
- 2:58:05I won't go unconscious again. The
- 2:58:06fundamental question is, "How many times
- 2:58:10am I going to forget
- 2:58:11until I stop forgetting and start
- 2:58:13remembering?" That is the the There's
- 2:58:15nothing mystical about this.
- 2:58:18This is the work.
- 2:58:20And then you're going to say, "Okay, who
- 2:58:21do I want to be when I open my eyes?
- 2:58:23Okay, let me think about this. How would
- 2:58:25greatness live?" You don't know? Read a
- 2:58:26book on greatness. Read a book on Nelson
- 2:58:28Mandela. You want to be wealthy? Read
- 2:58:30about wealthy people. And you're going
- 2:58:31to see that they didn't just make their
- 2:58:32wealth. They lost a ton of money and
- 2:58:34failed a million million times. It was
- 2:58:36And that's reality. Okay, well, let's
- 2:58:38What were What were What were the
- 2:58:39qualities they were
- 2:58:40They They had perseverance. They had
- 2:58:42determination. They They cut their
- 2:58:44losses. They forgave. They forgot about
- 2:58:46it. They went on. Okay. So, how am I
- 2:58:48going to behave? Let me rehearse how I'm
- 2:58:49going to behave.
- 2:58:51I'm going to do Let me take my time. I
- 2:58:53have
- 2:58:53I have plenty of time to do this. Let me
- 2:58:54just behave. Let me think about how I'm
- 2:58:56going to behave differently in this
- 2:58:57situation. How am I going to change my
- 2:58:59emotional response? When did I fall from
- 2:59:01grace yesterday and went back to my old
- 2:59:03self? Let me just I'll set a I'll set an
- 2:59:05alarm on my phone every 3 hours. I'm
- 2:59:08going to just going to go off and I'm
- 2:59:09going to go take a moment and get back
- 2:59:10into the feelings of my future. Okay?
- 2:59:13If I can do that
- 2:59:15over and over again, well, what What do
- 2:59:17you think could happen in my life as a
- 2:59:19result of it? So, knowledge being the
- 2:59:21forerunner, the application, simple
- 2:59:24stuff. Simple stuff. Practice heart
- 2:59:26coherence. There's plenty of stuff that
- 2:59:28we can, you know, we can talk about.
- 2:59:30Practice brain coherence. It's We know
- 2:59:32We know I asked the brain scientists,
- 2:59:34"What percentage of people at the end of
- 2:59:36a week-long event What percentage of
- 2:59:38people will have their brains changed
- 2:59:40for the better?" They said, "100%."
- 2:59:42100%. 1 week. Fully immersed in into the
- 2:59:45experience. You practice it every day.
- 2:59:47Now,
- 2:59:49you can't do it once or twice and say,
- 2:59:50"Why isn't my bank account full?" You
- 2:59:52know what I'm going to tell you? You're
- 2:59:53not that good. That's the only reason
- 2:59:55why. If you were that good, it would
- 2:59:56happen. You're not that good. So, show
- 2:59:58up again. And show up again and keep
- 3:00:00showing up. And I just was talking to a
- 3:00:01staff member today.
- 3:00:03The universe only gives us what we think
- 3:00:05we're worthy of receiving. Right? So,
- 3:00:07then people who show up for themselves
- 3:00:09every day
- 3:00:11They They They start feeling pretty damn
- 3:00:13worthy. Like they're like, "I'm worthy
- 3:00:15for this." Not like in an entitlement
- 3:00:17way. Like it's something They just like,
- 3:00:19"I'm I'm really I'm I feel like it's
- 3:00:22going to happen. I'm worthy for it."
- 3:00:23I think it's more important to have fun.
- 3:00:25I think it's I play with this, you know,
- 3:00:27like it's not that you react. I mean, we
- 3:00:29all react. The question is how long?
- 3:00:32And so so like
- 3:00:34learning how to shorten the refractory
- 3:00:37period of your emotional responses is
- 3:00:39worth more than all the gold in the
- 3:00:41world.
- 3:00:41Mhm.
- 3:00:42Because if you can't control your
- 3:00:44emotional reactions to conditions in
- 3:00:46your life, they turn into moods. Those
- 3:00:48are one long emotion and the
- 3:00:50temperaments and ultimately personality.
- 3:00:52And so then learning how to do that and
- 3:00:54catching yourself is the learning
- 3:00:56process. And that's so important for a
- 3:00:58perfectionist to see it as like, "Hey, I
- 3:01:01did pretty good. I did I fell off the
- 3:01:03horse. I got back on. Not a big deal.
- 3:01:05I'm going to keep going."
- 3:01:05Yeah.
- 3:01:06The person who says, "Oh, I fell. I'm
- 3:01:08I'm been not good at this, you know, I'm
- 3:01:09going to get sick again." That's that's
- 3:01:11a huge default. And that's kind of
- 3:01:14talking ourselves out of change. It's so
- 3:01:16important for us
- 3:01:18to realize that this is a very
- 3:01:21uh intense process. It takes an enormous
- 3:01:24amount of awareness
- 3:01:26an enormous amount of energy to master
- 3:01:28yourself in that moment because valid
- 3:01:32justified or not
- 3:01:35the only person that it's hurting is
- 3:01:36you. And when you finally figure that
- 3:01:39out, as my daughter would say, "Living
- 3:01:41by this emotion isn't loving to me." And
- 3:01:43and and we have to really decide is this
- 3:01:45loving to me. So so it turns out when
- 3:01:49you teach people how to feel elevated
- 3:01:50emotions
- 3:01:52um they make some so many wonderful
- 3:01:54chemicals that make them feel good
- 3:01:56that they're no longer dependent on
- 3:01:58anything outside of them to take away
- 3:02:01their emptiness, their lack, their
- 3:02:02separation, their pain, their fear.
- 3:02:04They're actually learning how to do it
- 3:02:05without any exogenous substance, without
- 3:02:07anything outside of them, without any
- 3:02:09scrolling through any like they're this
- 3:02:11feels way better than any of that. Now,
- 3:02:14that's the moment
- 3:02:16where we're all of a sudden free from
- 3:02:18our environment. And and and people
- 3:02:20self-regulate. And when that happens,
- 3:02:22their health gets better. They have a
- 3:02:24headache, it improves. They have pain,
- 3:02:26it changes. They learn that they can do
- 3:02:28it by thought alone. How valuable is
- 3:02:30that? I don't know. If we could teach
- 3:02:32our kids that, it would be amazing.
- 3:02:34If you could learn how to rest your
- 3:02:36attention in your heart, and where you
- 3:02:38place your attention is where you place
- 3:02:39your energy,
- 3:02:41regulate your breath, start slowing your
- 3:02:43breathing down, even if you did it for 1
- 3:02:45minute,
- 3:02:47you could actually begin to change your
- 3:02:48brain waves.
- 3:02:50And you could actually cause your heart
- 3:02:52to start functioning more regulation and
- 3:02:54more or order.
- 3:02:56If you said, "Okay,
- 3:02:59I'm going to work with my body,
- 3:03:01and I'm going to start breathing, and
- 3:03:02I'm going to start feeling emotions that
- 3:03:04I do want to feel."
- 3:03:06Yes, it may take you a few minutes to
- 3:03:08get there, but if you keep practicing it
- 3:03:10over and over again,
- 3:03:12the heart starts producing a very
- 3:03:15profound signal. It starts to produce an
- 3:03:17external magnetic field. It's It's It's
- 3:03:20measurable.
- 3:03:21So, now you have a coherent brain, which
- 3:03:24means you can get
- 3:03:25very intentional,
- 3:03:27and you have a coherent heart, which
- 3:03:29means you can feel the emotions of your
- 3:03:32future
- 3:03:33before it happens.
- 3:03:35Somehow you have this broadcasting of
- 3:03:37this Wi-Fi signal.
- 3:03:39Uh in the brain tends to be electrical
- 3:03:42in nature, so it's sends out an
- 3:03:44electrical charge into the field. The
- 3:03:46heart is the magnetic charge. It's what
- 3:03:49draws things to us.
- 3:03:51It's the It's the magnetic field. And
- 3:03:53now,
- 3:03:55you actually by changing the way you
- 3:03:56think and the way you feel, you're
- 3:03:58changing the signal in the field. And if
- 3:04:01you're able to maintain that state for
- 3:04:04an extended period of time, I say
- 3:04:06something magical is going to happen in
- 3:04:08your life.
- 3:04:09Something unusual, some unknown
- 3:04:11experience is going to occur.
- 3:04:14If you keep thinking the same way and
- 3:04:15feeling the same way, your life should
- 3:04:17stay the same.
- 3:04:18When we find coherence, when we find
- 3:04:20alignment between brain and heart, then
- 3:04:23we can we can steward whatever we're
- 3:04:25reality we want to us in in record time.
- 3:04:27Yeah, so one of the things that we we do
- 3:04:30is we we we will when you're agitated at
- 3:04:33someone in the on a Zoom call
- 3:04:36and you know you're doing the
- 3:04:39and you're thinking about five ways to
- 3:04:40throttle them, you know.
- 3:04:42I'm joking, but you get the idea. You're
- 3:04:44aroused by something that knocks you out
- 3:04:46of balance
- 3:04:48and you're sitting there, you know, your
- 3:04:49heart's beating against the closed
- 3:04:50system.
- 3:04:52It's pumping blood, but you're not
- 3:04:53running, you're not fighting, you're not
- 3:04:54hiding and it starts it starts creating
- 3:04:56problems. The heart starts beating out
- 3:04:58of order, out of rhythm.
- 3:05:01And so, we discovered when we started
- 3:05:04see teaching people
- 3:05:06how to place their attention on their
- 3:05:08heart. When they Where you place your
- 3:05:10attention is where you place your
- 3:05:12And out of all the things that you feel
- 3:05:15with, you know what I'm talking about
- 3:05:17with your body,
- 3:05:18we ask people to feel with nothing but
- 3:05:20their heart.
- 3:05:21And where you place your attention is
- 3:05:23where you place your energy and we
- 3:05:25we started seeing we started hooking up
- 3:05:27heart the the E C G monitors with the
- 3:05:31brain and every time the heart would
- 3:05:33flux into coherence, you would see this
- 3:05:36wave of alpha. Just this beautiful
- 3:05:38coherent wave of alpha. The heart was
- 3:05:40telling the brain create and alpha's the
- 3:05:42creative state. When we're in alpha,
- 3:05:44we're seeing pictures, we're seeing
- 3:05:45images, we're imagining.
- 3:05:47When we're in beta, we're thinking,
- 3:05:48we're analyzing, it's the voice in your
- 3:05:49head.
- 3:05:50So, we saw that when the person dropped
- 3:05:52into their heart really well,
- 3:05:54there was this kind of wave of
- 3:05:56information that that went to the brain
- 3:05:58caused the brain to become very coherent
- 3:06:00and it was always after the heart doing
- 3:06:02I was in that state.
- 3:06:04And so we were started realizing that
- 3:06:06the heart was the creative center. It
- 3:06:07was it's it's when we move out of these
- 3:06:09first three centers and we move into our
- 3:06:11heart, when we move into that center,
- 3:06:13the heart starts telling the brain,
- 3:06:15starts informing the brain. So we
- 3:06:17started building instruments
- 3:06:19with in with our brain scientists and
- 3:06:21our and our scientific team
- 3:06:23where we could actually see how this
- 3:06:25kind of phenomena worked. And so
- 3:06:28when a person starts putting their
- 3:06:29attention in their heart, we start
- 3:06:31seeing this
- 3:06:32uh low frequency, this very low
- 3:06:34frequency in the heart that's only
- 3:06:35indigenous to the heart start to fill up
- 3:06:38like a gas tank. Just The person's just
- 3:06:40putting their attention on their heart
- 3:06:42and they're giving their heart
- 3:06:44the energy it needs to beat. That's what
- 3:06:46that frequency is about. So you're
- 3:06:48feeding it on energy.
- 3:06:50So we see it kind of go up like a gas
- 3:06:51tank and then we see the parasympathetic
- 3:06:53nervous system come up with it and what
- 3:06:55does that mean?
- 3:06:57The person's relaxing.
- 3:06:59Right? So now they're relaxing but then
- 3:07:00all of a sudden we see the
- 3:07:01parasympathetic nervous system about to
- 3:07:03drop down and here comes the sympathetic
- 3:07:05nervous system
- 3:07:06and now the person's having a little
- 3:07:08arousal.
- 3:07:09And we started discovering that when
- 3:07:12this occurs, when a person is relaxed in
- 3:07:14their heart, uh there's energy that
- 3:07:16moves through the brain. The person
- 3:07:17starts seeing possibilities that they
- 3:07:19they never saw before.
- 3:07:21And so
- 3:07:23getting really good at relaxing in your
- 3:07:25heart and awakening your brain
- 3:07:28causes this kind of synchronization that
- 3:07:31takes place between the two. They're
- 3:07:33they're dancing together in this really
- 3:07:35beautiful way. And when they're
- 3:07:37uh in the same or similar frequency,
- 3:07:39uh if you're sharing the same frequency,
- 3:07:41you're sharing the same information. Now
- 3:07:42the brain may think but the heart knows.
- 3:07:46And I'm telling you it is a straight
- 3:07:49shooter.
- 3:07:50It does not beat around the bush at all.
- 3:07:53And now the heart starts telling and
- 3:07:55informing the brain, giving it the
- 3:07:58information that the person needs for
- 3:08:00themselves in their lives.
- 3:08:02We can do this. We take people that we
- 3:08:04can train them to do this, and they can
- 3:08:06do it in 15 minutes.
- 3:08:08And when when they start getting really
- 3:08:09good at relaxing more in their heart,
- 3:08:12and more energy begins to move into
- 3:08:13their brain, we start seeing this very
- 3:08:16crazy thing happen in the brain where
- 3:08:18delta waves are now carrying theta
- 3:08:21waves, and theta waves are carrying
- 3:08:23alpha waves, and alpha waves are
- 3:08:24carrying beta waves, and beta waves are
- 3:08:26carrying high beta waves, and high beta
- 3:08:27waves carrying gamma waves, and the
- 3:08:29whole entire brain
- 3:08:32is functioning in resonance. There are
- 3:08:33patterns within patterns within patterns
- 3:08:35within patterns. And that person is
- 3:08:37having a very profound uh transcendental
- 3:08:41moment. So, we work with getting really
- 3:08:44relaxed in our hearts and awaken our
- 3:08:45brain. We do it so much that when people
- 3:08:48get so good at doing it with their eyes
- 3:08:50closed,
- 3:08:51they can do it with their eyes open.
- 3:08:53Because relaxing the heart and awaken
- 3:08:55the brain is so much better than
- 3:08:56stressed out, unconscious, and living in
- 3:08:59a program.
- 3:08:59I think the greatest relationship that
- 3:09:01you could ever have is with yourself.
- 3:09:04Uh and taking time to be in the presence
- 3:09:07of yourself and ask yourself important
- 3:09:10questions like, "Are you happy? Who am
- 3:09:12I?"
- 3:09:13And instead of getting up and getting on
- 3:09:14your cell phone and getting distracted,
- 3:09:17sit with your triple filtered water or
- 3:09:19glass of wine or whatever you're into.
- 3:09:20Sit down and answer the question without
- 3:09:22being distracted. The contemplation
- 3:09:23process is the building process
- 3:09:26neurologically.
- 3:09:28And for me, I was
- 3:09:30I was just a guy. I'm a guy who loves
- 3:09:32God. I'm a guy who loves the divine. I'm
- 3:09:34a guy who loves mystery. I I I'm I'm the
- 3:09:36guy who just never stops dovetailing
- 3:09:38information. I'm That's just me.
- 3:09:40And I never really planned on doing any
- 3:09:41of this.
- 3:09:43I mean, my theories on life is make it
- 3:09:44up as you go along and take the value
- 3:09:46and run. and and uh What the Bleep
- 3:09:48became a sensation,
- 3:09:50and and all of a sudden I went from a
- 3:09:51normal guy to being a rock star.
- 3:09:54And I was traveling around the world and
- 3:09:56doing conferences all over the place,
- 3:09:57and I reached this point where I
- 3:09:59realized that I wasn't living the work.
- 3:10:02And that really bothered me. I was
- 3:10:04disturbed by that. I was really
- 3:10:06uncomfortable. And when you get
- 3:10:07uncomfortable, and nothing's making that
- 3:10:09discomfort go away, it's time to evolve.
- 3:10:12It's time to make a different choice.
- 3:10:14And I I clearly heard in my head during
- 3:10:17one meditation, "Stop making the same
- 3:10:20choices in pause."
- 3:10:22I didn't know what that meant.
- 3:10:24Except that I knew that I was relying on
- 3:10:27all of this external stimulation to
- 3:10:29build an identity that I really wasn't.
- 3:10:32And then I had to show up for people and
- 3:10:33look a certain way and act a certain
- 3:10:35way, and that that wasn't me.
- 3:10:37And it got disturbing for me.
- 3:10:40And I had this gap between the way I
- 3:10:42appeared and the way I really was.
- 3:10:44And I didn't make time for myself and
- 3:10:46make time to be the example.
- 3:10:48I mean, my motive is always be the
- 3:10:50example of everything that I teach. If
- 3:10:52I'm not, I'm not I shouldn't be up here.
- 3:10:54Uh I shouldn't be leading in my clinic
- 3:10:56if I if I don't live those principles
- 3:10:58myself, if I don't live my life that
- 3:11:00way. And
- 3:11:01and and so
- 3:11:03um
- 3:11:04you know, and the at the height
- 3:11:06of uh my popularity, I disappeared. I
- 3:11:10canceled all my
- 3:11:12That's what my friends thought I was on
- 3:11:14crack or something. They thought I lost
- 3:11:15my mind. Cuz you know what? They were
- 3:11:17saying you could make so much money, and
- 3:11:19I said, "I don't really I know how to
- 3:11:20make money. I really don't care about
- 3:11:22money. I really don't care about how
- 3:11:24happy I'm going to be with myself."
- 3:11:26And I broke from the world for 6 months
- 3:11:29and retreated.
- 3:11:31And I really decided that if I presented
- 3:11:33myself back to the world, that I wasn't
- 3:11:35going to be seduced by it in the same
- 3:11:36way.
- 3:11:37That I really wanted to be the example
- 3:11:39of everything that I taught, and I
- 3:11:40wanted to lead events in a way that
- 3:11:43empowered people. I never wanted it to
- 3:11:45be about me.
- 3:11:46I want it to be about you. For some
- 3:11:48incredible Bruce Lipton motivation,
- 3:11:50check the video right there next to me.
- 3:11:51I think you'll love it. Continue to
- 3:11:53believe, and I'll see you there.
- 3:11:55The ancient people weren't talking
- 3:11:57quantum physics, but they obviously knew
- 3:11:59quantum physics because they understood
- 3:12:01the nature of the vibration. Even though
- 3:12:03they live in a world like we live in a
- 3:12:05world that appears to be physical, this
- 3:12:07ancient
