Full transcript
- 0:00How TF do I get a house? I know you will
- 0:03answer, why do you want a house? And
- 0:05yeah, I want one.
- 0:08>> So, uh interesting cuz the assumption
- 0:10that you had about my response is uh to
- 0:13question your desire. Um I think it's
- 0:16good to question our own desires, but
- 0:17less productive to question someone
- 0:18else's, right? Um
- 0:20that being said, uh you want what you
- 0:22want. So, if you want a house, you want
- 0:24a house. Um I would say it is probably
- 0:26viable to break apart the uh un- under-
- 0:29underlying needs that you're trying to
- 0:30satisfy. Is it a status thing for you?
- 0:31Is it because you want shelter? Is you
- 0:33want an investment? What is it that you
- 0:34want? Is it because you want a nest for
- 0:35a family? Whatever it is. That being
- 0:37said, um
- 0:39the question that you ask is a financial
- 0:41question of like, how do I save up the
- 0:42amount of money to make a down payment
- 0:44on a home?
- 0:45And then, uh how do I make the monthly
- 0:46payment going on thereafter?
- 0:49Which then reverses to, how do I make a
- 0:51certain amount of money?
- 0:52Uh and how do I save a certain amount of
- 0:53money? And so, the saving comes from not
- 0:54spending and making more than that for
- 0:55an extended period of time. And I think
- 0:57the rest of my content covers how to
- 0:58make money.
- 0:59So, I think the house is actually kind
- 1:01of a
- 1:02a um
- 1:05a placeholder for an income and saving
- 1:07goal.
- 1:08Which if you want an income goal,
- 1:11do more that that makes money.
- 1:13Um
- 1:14uh and spend less of it when you make
- 1:16it.
- 1:17And I know that's probably not the
- 1:18answer you wanted, but also, what answer
- 1:19would you be looking for?
- 1:21It just comes down to money. If you like
- 1:22this video and you're a business owner
- 1:23who wants to break through your current
- 1:24revenue ceiling, I just sold every
- 1:26lesson from scaling 10 businesses past
- 1:2710 million and three businesses past 100
- 1:30million into completely free scaling
