  1. 0:00Hey guys, in this case today I'm going
  2. 0:01to break down exactly how this one girl
  3. 0:03launched and scaled her astrology app
  4. 0:05starcross to over $60,000 per month in
  5. 0:08less than a year. I will break down the
  6. 0:11onboarding and monetization system that
  7. 0:12turns their frontend $10 subscription
  8. 0:14into over $240 payments. I will expose
  9. 0:18their whole marketing funnel and how
  10. 0:19they're acquiring users from Tik Tok and
  11. 0:21Instagram for absolutely free. And then
  12. 0:23I'll break down the strategy they can
  13. 0:24implement to scale their app to over
  14. 0:26$200,000 in MR the same way Calai and
  15. 0:29Bible Chat AI did. And of course, how
  16. 0:31you can copy all of this and implement
  17. 0:33it into your own business. Now, if
  18. 0:35you've never heard of me, uh my name is
  19. 0:36Sebastian Stef. I've exited my own
  20. 0:38businesses and now I'm helping founders
  21. 0:40and startups figure out their own growth
  22. 0:41and marketing strategies. And I'm
  23. 0:43working with a bunch of different
  24. 0:44companies like Clear 30, Vidi, so Brief,
  25. 0:46Classy, and a bunch of more. Here's the
  26. 0:48results of just a couple of my clients
  27. 0:50and the type of results we kind of
  28. 0:51working with implementing these sorts of
  29. 0:52like marketing systems for them, right?
  30. 0:55From their first million to the first
  31. 0:5610K to even the first like 7K or 100K MR
  32. 1:00uh so on so forth. And so if you're
  33. 1:01building any type of SAS or app and you
  34. 1:04would like to work with me to help grow
  35. 1:05and market it, then click the first link
  36. 1:07under this video and you can book a call
  37. 1:08and learn more about that. And here's a
  38. 1:09few small highlights of my life so you
  39. 1:11kind of maybe get to know me better,
  40. 1:12right? I love traveling, I love uh
  41. 1:13sports, I love the gym, so on so forth.
  42. 1:15Kind of typical stuff. Anyways, that's
  43. 1:17enough yapping. Let's break down
  44. 1:18Starcross and their growth strategy.
  45. 1:20Right. So, I want to get started with
  46. 1:21just meeting the founders. It was
  47. 1:22created by two co-founders. Uh Neta as
  48. 1:25the CMO and Grayson as the CTO. Neta
  49. 1:27acts as like the face and marketer and
  50. 1:29primary growth driver. Uh and then
  51. 1:31Grayson manages the direction of the
  52. 1:32company. And the whole app is just built
  53. 1:34by Sultan, a part-time developer they
  54. 1:36hired off of Pakistan. And with this
  55. 1:38very small and lean team, these guys are
  56. 1:40pulling in over $60,000 per month uh
  57. 1:42with the Starross app. Yeah. And this is
  58. 1:44basically all profit simply because all
  59. 1:47their growth is organic. They don't
  60. 1:48really spend anything on paid media.
  61. 1:50Now, a few small things to note is that
  62. 1:52the app was launched at like the end of
  63. 1:542024. But Neta actually started posting
  64. 1:56on Instagram and validating her content
  65. 1:58since about the end of 2023. As you can
  66. 2:01see here, she started just getting kind
  67. 2:03of couple of views here until eventually
  68. 2:05a couple her videos really blew up and
  69. 2:06she kind of found her fit winning
  70. 2:08formula and ended up getting consistent
  71. 2:10virality. Uh, and obviously I can verify
  72. 2:13this, but in if I had to guess, most
  73. 2:14likely Grayson just found Neta
  74. 2:16organically on Tik Tok, reached out to
  75. 2:17her for a partnership, and then they
  76. 2:18just ported her up and built the
  77. 2:19Starcross app. Their initial MVP was
  78. 2:21very basic and was literally just like a
  79. 2:23link tree style shopping page where they
  80. 2:25sold the same things. They eventually
  81. 2:27ended up moving over to the app like
  82. 2:28your personal readings every month,
  83. 2:30soulmate readings, uh, ultimate soul
  84. 2:32readings, a bunch of different like
  85. 2:33astrology deck themed products basically
  86. 2:35that they were selling. And eventually
  87. 2:36after they validated this on the MVP,
  88. 2:38they moved it and built a whole app
  89. 2:39around the same concept. And that's
  90. 2:41basically kind of how the app came to
  91. 2:42be. Now, after this, I'm going to break
  92. 2:43down the marketing, but first I want to
  93. 2:45talk about uh the actual app and how how
  94. 2:47are they monetizing the app fully and
  95. 2:49what is does the onboarding experience
  96. 2:50look like on the app. And so, this right
  97. 2:52here is the uh Starross app onboarding.
  98. 2:54Uh it's a pretty short onboarding page.
  99. 2:56As you can see here, it starts off with
  100. 2:57a basic login screen, uh phone number
  101. 2:59verification, then your name, then your
  102. 3:02birthday, your birth time because that's
  103. 3:03needed for astrology.
  104. 3:05Then the time you're born in, uh then
  105. 3:07create password loading screen. uh then
  106. 3:09one personalization screen which is like
  107. 3:11what what are you tracked to uh
  108. 3:12notification enabled and and then
  109. 3:14transitions into the payment wall and
  110. 3:16this is a fine onboarding page but if
  111. 3:17you compare that to the a couple other
  112. 3:19apps that I made case study videos on
  113. 3:21like Cali and Bible chat you will see
  114. 3:23how much more uh you know onboarding
  115. 3:25steps they have compared to uh Starross
  116. 3:29right these guys have over 20 page in
  117. 3:30their onboarding and so as you can see
  118. 3:32if I zoom out like they have a lot of
  119. 3:33very like they have graphs they have
  120. 3:35personal questions they have quiz
  121. 3:36questions they have a couple like small
  122. 3:38animations, uh, connectivity stuff, they
  123. 3:40have reviews. Same with this one, they
  124. 3:43have a couple like previews of what the
  125. 3:44app was, describing it, explaining it,
  126. 3:46so on so forth, right? Just extra steps
  127. 3:48to get the users more invested in the
  128. 3:50onboarding, which will help in the
  129. 3:52conversion rate once it hit with the
  130. 3:53payment wall. And especially in my
  131. 3:55opinion, uh there's far too few
  132. 3:57personalization questions, especially
  133. 3:59for an app and niche like astrology,
  134. 4:02right? Uh astrology is all about, you
  135. 4:04know, feeling special. Uh, and so you
  136. 4:06really should focus on expanding this
  137. 4:08step right here, which is like
  138. 4:10personalizing the app basically for
  139. 4:12them, which after I analyzed all their
  140. 4:14videos, I'd say the primary growth
  141. 4:15driver for the app is like romantic and
  142. 4:17soulmate readings. So, I would
  143. 4:19definitely focus in on those specific
  144. 4:21questions, right? Uh, what is your kind
  145. 4:23of relationship status? What kind of
  146. 4:24connections are you manifesting right
  147. 4:25now? Uh, do you believe in fate? What
  148. 4:28was the first thing you look for in a
  149. 4:29partner? Have you ever dated someone
  150. 4:30with a bad sign before? Which signs are
  151. 4:32the most attracted to? uh which zodiac
  152. 4:34size have broken your heart so on and so
  153. 4:35forth. Right? These are all things that
  154. 4:37will kind of really make the user think
  155. 4:39deeply and get them emotionally invested
  156. 4:42in the signup process. Right? After
  157. 4:44that, maybe add a couple self-discovery
  158. 4:46and archetype type questions. What's
  159. 4:48your biggest personality flex? Uh what
  160. 4:50do you struggle with the most in
  161. 4:51relationship? Do you lead with your
  162. 4:52heart or with your head? Which of these
  163. 4:54to describe the best? Right? Mysterious
  164. 4:56one, hopeless, romantic, a wild card,
  165. 4:57therapist, friend, overachiever, so on
  166. 4:59so forth. Uh when you fall, you fall
  167. 5:01instantly, slowly, deeply, cautiously.
  168. 5:03uh so on so forth, right? I hope you're
  169. 5:04kind of picking up what I'm pointing
  170. 5:05down here. Obviously, this type of
  171. 5:06things, you can go infinitely here. If
  172. 5:08you need more examples, I'll just kind
  173. 5:09of ask Shaji Biti to come up with a
  174. 5:11bunch of examples here. And so, if you
  175. 5:13add these sort of like personality
  176. 5:14questions, especially for a niche uh
  177. 5:16like astrology where like, you know, the
  178. 5:18emotions are really heightened, this
  179. 5:20will make them really invested and
  180. 5:21really actually want to know the answers
  181. 5:23to all these questions, right? Because
  182. 5:24it's going to feel super personal to
  183. 5:26them. Then, after they go through the
  184. 5:27onboarding, they're obviously hit down
  185. 5:29with the payw wall. And so they're hit
  186. 5:31with a soft payw wall. That means you
  187. 5:33are able to exit out of it. Uh because
  188. 5:35the function of the app is slightly
  189. 5:37different than like Cali which has a
  190. 5:38hard payw wall. Part of the app
  191. 5:40functions is that they share the app
  192. 5:41with their friends. And that's kind of
  193. 5:42why it's premium. And so let's break
  194. 5:44down their kind of payw wall and what it
  195. 5:46looks like is they start with a headline
  196. 5:47and a sub headline. After that they see
  197. 5:50the pricing uh which is about you know
  198. 5:52$45.99 for one year and uh $11.99 for
  199. 5:56weekly. uh you know if they choose
  200. 5:58weekly then yearly they would have to
  201. 5:59pay over $600. So so it's highly
  202. 6:02incentivized to choose the $45 plan
  203. 6:04because you know you save 93%. That's
  204. 6:06kind of just done to you know ramp up
  205. 6:08the earnings per per install. Right
  206. 6:10after that they get a what's included
  207. 6:11type of section which kind of describes
  208. 6:13what they get with the subscription. In
  209. 6:15my opinion it's kind of bad. It's very
  210. 6:17uh thin and very basic. You really
  211. 6:19should like value stack and explain
  212. 6:20things and really show off the value
  213. 6:22that they get in the subscription. After
  214. 6:24that they have reviews which is really
  215. 6:25nice. One thing I would change here is
  216. 6:27definitely just add images or like any
  217. 6:28other type of extra like before and
  218. 6:30afters maybe of people going into being
  219. 6:32single and being in a relationship uh
  220. 6:34them you know photo with them with their
  221. 6:36husband or getting proposed stuff like
  222. 6:37that right this really kind of tug on
  223. 6:39the heartstrings and really speak to
  224. 6:41what the audience is trying to achieve
  225. 6:42by downloading this app. After that
  226. 6:44they're shown the pricing again and at
  227. 6:46the bottom they have a sticky call to
  228. 6:47action which is basically stays as they
  229. 6:49scroll to the page so they can always
  230. 6:50check out at all times. Right? It's a
  231. 6:52very simple minimalist checkout
  232. 6:53experience. They also don't have any
  233. 6:56one-time offer that if somebody start
  234. 6:57checking out and exit out, they don't
  235. 6:58have that, which is a shame. Uh but
  236. 7:00yeah, that's basically it. They have a
  237. 7:02lot of space to improve both the
  238. 7:04onboarding and the payw wall. Now,
  239. 7:06eventually once they go through that,
  240. 7:07you know, if they exit out of it, they
  241. 7:08don't even check out, they're hit with
  242. 7:10the core app functions. And the app
  243. 7:12functions is kind of basic. It's
  244. 7:13basically just it's basically this chart
  245. 7:15where they able to see uh zodiac signs
  246. 7:17and get information about each one. And
  247. 7:19they only have, you know, unlock one,
  248. 7:21which is their own once they sign up.
  249. 7:22And then uh every other sign is
  250. 7:24basically locked and they have to uh
  251. 7:26share the app with their friends and get
  252. 7:28their friends involved and download it
  253. 7:29and have to cross with their friends in
  254. 7:31order to unlock the other signs
  255. 7:33basically, right? Uh and that's kind of
  256. 7:34the word of mouth factor that's the that
  257. 7:37they're trying to use to kind of get
  258. 7:39organic growth and have people
  259. 7:40organically talking sharing the app for
  260. 7:41them. And that's basically the core
  261. 7:43function. Everything else is kind of
  262. 7:44locked behind the shop payw wall which
  263. 7:46I'll explain in a second. And then
  264. 7:47everything else is also locked behind
  265. 7:49the uh subscription to of getting you
  266. 7:51know daily readings and daily horoscopes
  267. 7:53and stuff like that. Right now the real
  268. 7:56smart thing that they're doing is the
  269. 7:57fact that their average order value is
  270. 8:00able to go all the way up to $244.
  271. 8:02Right? And that's not counting the
  272. 8:03subscription and MR stuff as well.
  273. 8:05Right? And that's simply because they
  274. 8:08have over 10 different upsells that
  275. 8:09they're upselling and they're constantly
  276. 8:11adding new upsells and testing that and
  277. 8:13what people converting on. Right? Uh
  278. 8:15they have soulmate drawing for 27 bucks.
  279. 8:18They have unlocking your soulmate
  280. 8:19charts. They have uh the month and year
  281. 8:21you'll meet your soulmate. Uh unlock how
  282. 8:23you will meet your soulmate. Uh where
  283. 8:25your soulmate is from. Uh your next 12
  284. 8:27month road map. Uh like double speed.
  285. 8:29That's the initial uh subscription they
  286. 8:32show on the opening page. They have
  287. 8:34that. Then there is the your career
  288. 8:35success financial abundance upsell. Then
  289. 8:38they have another upsell for receiving
  290. 8:39daily horoscopes. And then you have like
  291. 8:41kind of cheat the systems apps which
  292. 8:43like which is basically that you're able
  293. 8:44to add friends without having to cross
  294. 8:45them which kind of like a barrier. And
  295. 8:47so they're adding all these extra
  296. 8:49upsells and stuff. For example, when I
  297. 8:50started making the video this this thing
  298. 8:52didn't even exist, right? They added
  299. 8:53this kind of after I already started
  300. 8:54recording the video which is why I had
  301. 8:55to update it, right? So they're
  302. 8:56constantly adding other upsells right
  303. 8:58here and they're testing what type of
  304. 9:00offers are performing. And so that's a
  305. 9:02real secret of uh why they're able to
  306. 9:04make so much money off like a very cheap
  307. 9:06app and that they're not even marketing
  308. 9:07that heavily, right? Yeah. And that
  309. 9:09basically kind of covers the whole
  310. 9:10onboarding and app functions. It's a
  311. 9:12very simple app. It's really not super
  312. 9:14duper complex. Most of these the
  313. 9:16deliverables, you know, like all these
  314. 9:17extra features, stuff like that. I think
  315. 9:19most of it is just automated with chat
  316. 9:21GBT APIs, right? Uh the soulmate
  317. 9:22drawings, the charts, stuff like that.
  318. 9:24Just get a couple data on the birth
  319. 9:25chest years and just kind of they have a
  320. 9:28they probably have a very specific
  321. 9:30prompt for chat GPT and just kind of
  322. 9:31link it up and they that's kind of what
  323. 9:33they deliver. So overall, it's a very
  324. 9:34simple app. Nothing super duper complex
  325. 9:36or crazy here. uh but very you know
  326. 9:39strategically placed and that kind of
  327. 9:41brings us to the core concept of the
  328. 9:42video which is you know the marketing
  329. 9:44breakdown. How are they actually
  330. 9:45growing, promoting and scaling this app,
  331. 9:47right? Uh how are they driving traffic
  332. 9:48and user acquisition? That goes beyond
  333. 9:50just like the internal uh sharing
  334. 9:53feature which I talked about right
  335. 9:54initially, right? Because that's not
  336. 9:55really how they're growing in my
  337. 9:56opinion. Uh so far I haven't seen that
  338. 9:59much success with this for them at least
  339. 10:00from the analysis I've done. Uh most of
  340. 10:02their marketing is going through short
  341. 10:04form, right? Instagram, Tik Tok. They
  342. 10:06also had a YouTube but I would say the
  343. 10:08YouTube kind of flopped for them. It
  344. 10:09didn't really perform that well. So they
  345. 10:11have been focusing solely on Instagram
  346. 10:13and Tik Tok. Any as you can see uh on
  347. 10:15Instagram she has over 40k followers and
  348. 10:17then on Tik Tok she has over 200k
  349. 10:19followers. She has over like 650 videos
  350. 10:21on Instagram and over 450 videos on Tik
  351. 10:23Tok. On Tik Tok she has you know
  352. 10:25significantly way more views. She's you
  353. 10:27know total views of almost 200 million
  354. 10:29and on Instagram she's only got like 50
  355. 10:31million views. Uh and in total she's
  356. 10:33averaging about 40 to 80k views per
  357. 10:35video on Instagram and she's all doing
  358. 10:37almost like double or triple that uh at
  359. 10:38around 200 400k average views uh per
  360. 10:41video on Tik Tok. And one thing that's
  361. 10:43very um interesting of note here, right,
  362. 10:45is she's really going over quality over
  363. 10:47quantity approach, right? Uh unlike many
  364. 10:49other apps or SAS growing through
  365. 10:51organic, uh Star doesn't have dozens of
  366. 10:54alt accounts, all mass posting content,
  367. 10:56right? It's just Neta and her main
  368. 10:58Instagram and Tik Tokish pages, right?
  369. 11:00If you watch my other case study
  370. 11:02breakdowns, then you would know like
  371. 11:03Cali or Bio Chat or any of the other
  372. 11:05apps, they often times have like
  373. 11:07multiple bulk accounts all mass posting
  374. 11:10content and reposting stuff on multiple
  375. 11:12different accounts, multiple different
  376. 11:13profiles. And that kind of brings me to
  377. 11:14the other far because all these accounts
  378. 11:16is a cool strategy, right, volume-wise.
  379. 11:19But the issue with it is that if you
  380. 11:21take a look at some of these accounts,
  381. 11:22right, most of them are averaging only,
  382. 11:24you know, 3K views, 9K views, uh 1K
  383. 11:26views, 1K views, 5K views, right? the
  384. 11:28view count view counts on these videos
  385. 11:30and all these profiles are usually very
  386. 11:32very low and they're just banking that
  387. 11:34eventually if they just mass post like
  388. 11:35you know a hundred videos one of them
  389. 11:37will go viral and that's kind of how
  390. 11:39they make back their money right and I
  391. 11:41mean the economics of this does make
  392. 11:42sense I mean Cali and are both you know
  393. 11:44very successful apps so definitely does
  394. 11:46work but starcross and that definitely
  395. 11:48went for a more consistent approach of
  396. 11:50just finding a formula and really you
  397. 11:52know building a brand around the whole
  398. 11:54thing and that's kind of how they're
  399. 11:56growing right now if you take a look at
  400. 11:58their analytics. Uh this is the
  401. 12:00Instagram analytics and this is the Tik
  402. 12:01Tok analytics. She's posting, you know,
  403. 12:03about 2.5 times per day. Uh as you can
  404. 12:05see here and on Instagram, like I said,
  405. 12:08she's very few videos that went like
  406. 12:09omega viral on over overall she's she's
  407. 12:12averaging very like consistent growth
  408. 12:14and and viewership. It kind of just
  409. 12:15means that she's building a real loyal
  410. 12:17fan following. Uh daily posting wise as
  411. 12:20you can see she is posting you know
  412. 12:21usually once or multiple times per day
  413. 12:23beyond the couple days that she skipped
  414. 12:25but it's very very consistent as you can
  415. 12:27see here uh same thing on Tik Tok but
  416. 12:29the difference on Tik Tok is like I said
  417. 12:31she's going viral uh a lot more often as
  418. 12:34you can see here right so whenever she
  419. 12:36posts her videos are exposed to the for
  420. 12:37you page and like broader audience a lot
  421. 12:39easier on Tik Tok than they are on
  422. 12:41Instagram and so that brings us down to
  423. 12:43let's break down her most viral video
  424. 12:45and kind of analyze what she's doing
  425. 12:47correctly and what what lesson you can
  426. 12:49take from it, right? Because in her
  427. 12:51videos, she's doing something very
  428. 12:52unique and uncommon uh that most other
  429. 12:56apps and like people growing organically
  430. 12:57are not really doing because she's not
  431. 12:59posting, you know, viral memes. She
  432. 13:01doesn't try to hide her promotion. She's
  433. 13:03not doing really any of that. She's
  434. 13:04posting really long form videos which
  435. 13:06are like 6 minutes plus giving real uh
  436. 13:09advice like astrology advice. Uh and
  437. 13:10then all the her call to actions are
  438. 13:12very direct, right? It's like if you
  439. 13:14want to use so and so, click the link in
  440. 13:16the bio and get the app yada yada yada.
  441. 13:17Right? So, a very different approach
  442. 13:20compared to most other apps. So, I have
  443. 13:21this like octopus breakdown of each part
  444. 13:23of the video, but let's first play the
  445. 13:25video so you kind of get the idea of how
  446. 13:27this whole thing looks like.
  447. 13:28>> This is the toxic partner you
  448. 13:29subconsciously crave based on sign. If
  449. 13:31you want a full soulmate reading and
  450. 13:31when you're going to meet your soulmate
  451. 13:32based on your entire chart, I have that
  452. 13:33link in my bio. Aries, you
  453. 13:34subconsciously go for the emotionally
  454. 13:35unavailable. You never go for the easy
  455. 13:36target. You love chasing what's out of
  456. 13:37reach. Your toxic trait is you like when
  457. 13:38someone pushes back a little bit. You
  458. 13:39fall for those that excite you. They
  459. 13:40give you just enough to keep you hanging
  460. 13:41on. They give you the world and then
  461. 13:42they pull back in an instant. You were
  462. 13:43initially drawn to them because of the
  463. 13:44freedom space they provide. But as time
  464. 13:44goes on, they don't show any progress.
  465. 13:45When you can't conquer and win their
  466. 13:46love or you have a very hard time
  467. 13:47processing that you keep hope alive to
  468. 13:48try to gain control of the situation.
  469. 13:49You keep romanticizing someone that's
  470. 13:50never going to emotionally commit to
  471. 13:50you. Trust me, I can tell you everything
  472. 13:51about your future spouse. And this is
  473. 13:52not it. Taurus, your subconscious falls
  474. 13:54for the familiar manipulator. You want a
  475. 13:55long-term partner. So, someone to build
  476. 13:56a home in future with you. You take your
  477. 13:57relationship responsibilities very
  478. 13:58seriously. You see them as an
  479. 13:58investment, but you have a very hard
  480. 13:59time choosing partner that's right for
  481. 14:00you. You set your sights on someone for
  482. 14:01the challenge or for the security more
  483. 14:02than the suitability. Once you make your
  484. 14:03mind committing to someone, you don't
  485. 14:04know when to let go. You're a creature
  486. 14:04of habit who hates change. You're loyal
  487. 14:06and loving with the soft.
  488. 14:06>> So, yeah. Hopefully, you guys kind of
  489. 14:07got the idea of what the video is about.
  490. 14:09Obviously, I'm gonna play the whole
  491. 14:10thing, but uh that snippet should be
  492. 14:12enough to kind of get the idea. If you
  493. 14:14guys want to watch it, then you can just
  494. 14:15find the video yourself and watch the
  495. 14:16full thing. So, first off, let's break
  496. 14:18down her hook of the video, right? Her
  497. 14:20video starts off with this is a toxic
  498. 14:22partner you subconsciously crave based
  499. 14:24on your zodiac sign, right? Uh so, right
  500. 14:25off the bat, you got the word toxic,
  501. 14:27which is a emotional trigger word. Then
  502. 14:29you have you subconsciously crave makes
  503. 14:30it personal and mysterious. And then
  504. 14:32zodiac sign is an algorithm magnet and
  505. 14:34kind of call out what the video is going
  506. 14:36to be about, right? The most important
  507. 14:37thing, there's no like, "Hey guys,
  508. 14:38welcome to my channel." There's no like
  509. 14:40long winded intro. It just kind go
  510. 14:42straight to the clickbay type of hook to
  511. 14:44attract attention and, you know, get
  512. 14:45people invested into watching it, right?
  513. 14:46That's the first 3 seconds. After the
  514. 14:48hook, she does an immediate call to
  515. 14:50action where if you want a full soul
  516. 14:52reading, click the link in my bio, which
  517. 14:53in my opinion, you know, is a little bit
  518. 14:54risky. And so, if you watch my other
  519. 14:56case videos, you'll know that most app
  520. 14:58posting organically specifically try to
  521. 15:00avoid being direct with their call to
  522. 15:03actions. I would much rather try to hide
  523. 15:04and like make it seem organic and kind
  524. 15:06of flow it into the content just you
  525. 15:08know nonchalantly right and Neta
  526. 15:10partially keeps that strategy alive
  527. 15:12because she never directly tells her
  528. 15:13like go and download the app right uh
  529. 15:16she frames it as more of a benefit aka
  530. 15:18get your own personalized reading right
  531. 15:20she's going to do a reading right now in
  532. 15:21the video but if you want to personalize
  533. 15:22with more details and personalize to you
  534. 15:24then click the link in the bio doesn't
  535. 15:25really say much more than that right but
  536. 15:27overall it still is kind of a risky
  537. 15:28strategy but it's proof that as long as
  538. 15:30you're providing enough value in the
  539. 15:31videos then you don't really have to
  540. 15:32rely ly on gimmicks and hacks and memes
  541. 15:34and like to get people to trick them
  542. 15:36into converting. Right? You can direct
  543. 15:38directly ask them uh as long as you're
  544. 15:40providing the correct amount of value.
  545. 15:41Right? After that, she goes into like
  546. 15:42the actual core concept of the video
  547. 15:44which is kind of like a 12 mini Tik Toks
  548. 15:46in one uh where she goes on because the
  549. 15:49video you know is almost 10 minutes long
  550. 15:50and she goes through every single zodiac
  551. 15:52sign and that gives you about 12 chances
  552. 15:54to make someone feel personally
  553. 15:55attacked. Each call out hits a very
  554. 15:57specific emotional wound which is like
  555. 15:58Aries the chaser, Cancer the overgiver,
  556. 16:00scor Scorpio the control freak so on so
  557. 16:03forth. And this style of personality
  558. 16:04call out works because it's very
  559. 16:06relatable and personalized to the
  560. 16:08viewer, their family, their friends,
  561. 16:09their ex, their boyfriend, so on and so
  562. 16:10forth, right? They obviously, you know,
  563. 16:12zodiacs, everybody has heard of the
  564. 16:13zodiac sign. Anybody who's obsessed with
  565. 16:15zodiac signs will know the zodiac signs
  566. 16:16of each type of person in their life. H
  567. 16:18and so they want to hear the full video
  568. 16:20so they can, you know, match each one of
  569. 16:22the zodiacs to all the people in their
  570. 16:23lives. And so that results in you get
  571. 16:25high watch time because people wait for
  572. 16:26their own signs and the signs somebody
  573. 16:28they know and obviously also get a lots
  574. 16:29of shares because they want to share uh
  575. 16:32if the signs are correct you know with
  576. 16:33their friends like oh this is totally
  577. 16:34you this is totally my boyfriend this
  578. 16:36totally my ex so on so forth right and
  579. 16:37you know you might think that this is
  580. 16:39strategy that only will ever work for
  581. 16:40astrology and that's wrong because we
  582. 16:42actually copied this strategy for one of
  583. 16:44my clients uh and we we've been crushing
  584. 16:46with it and it's in a completely
  585. 16:47different niche. She'll actually I'll
  586. 16:48actually expose that ad h after this
  587. 16:50segment. And lastly, I really want to
  588. 16:52also tell you about the kind of the
  589. 16:53psychology of why the video works,
  590. 16:55right? The emotional trigger she's
  591. 16:56playing with is that every sign is
  592. 16:58framed around a toxic pattern the viewer
  593. 17:00probably already suspects they have but
  594. 17:02hasn't heard put into words yet, right?
  595. 17:05Everybody knows they're toxic some ways,
  596. 17:06yada yada yada. She calls out something
  597. 17:08people already know, but she's just kind
  598. 17:09of framing it into like a clickbait type
  599. 17:11of package. And so with that, like she's
  600. 17:13not doing a broad, yo, this is what
  601. 17:14astrology is, right? She's not
  602. 17:16explaining astrology. the viewer already
  603. 17:17knows what that is. She's exposing the
  604. 17:19viewers love dysfunction, right? Which
  605. 17:20is a core emotion that everybody had.
  606. 17:22And so that kind of moves it from being
  607. 17:24educational content to being identity
  608. 17:26content and something that's, you know,
  609. 17:27uh something that has, you know, more
  610. 17:29drama and spice and emotion filled into
  611. 17:31it, you know. And then obviously all of
  612. 17:32that leads into people commenting, "How
  613. 17:34do you know? That's so interesting.
  614. 17:35That's really relatable." yada yada
  615. 17:37yada, which I can show you an example of
  616. 17:38right here. These are so accurate. I'm
  617. 17:40an Aries. My jaw dropped. How accurate
  618. 17:42this is. Aries was too a little too
  619. 17:44specific. So forth, right? because the
  620. 17:46calls were so personal, uh, it gets the
  621. 17:48viewers again like their dopamine and
  622. 17:50their emotions involved and that kind of
  623. 17:52what gives them this kind of like shock
  624. 17:53value, right? And that's kind of what
  625. 17:54leads to go viral. Now, the final thing
  626. 17:56I want to leave you with is kind of like
  627. 17:57the breakdown of the whole format of how
  628. 17:59you kind of copy it. So, I want to start
  629. 18:00off the hook of the video with some kind
  630. 18:02of trigger question or accusation, which
  631. 18:04for example would be here's to talk to
  632. 18:06pattern you're stuck with. This is what
  633. 18:07you crave but want to admit so on so
  634. 18:09forth. Then I want to give them like a
  635. 18:10small diagnosis of kind of what the
  636. 18:12problem is which should be based on
  637. 18:13their identity like would be their
  638. 18:15zodiac sign their personality type their
  639. 18:17habits their hobbies so on so forth
  640. 18:19after that you want to include an
  641. 18:20emotional trigger language like
  642. 18:22manipulator overgiver emotional vampire
  643. 18:24right you don't want to use basic words
  644. 18:26like sad happy whatever really want to
  645. 18:28stab them with a knife right you want to
  646. 18:30use sharp language that really gets
  647. 18:32people you know aware and awake after
  648. 18:33that you want to add the twist of the
  649. 18:34knife which kind of makes them feel seen
  650. 18:36but also really heard so for example
  651. 18:37it'll be you keep giving to somebody who
  652. 18:39won't give back. You think it's passion,
  653. 18:40but it's control. So on so forth. You
  654. 18:42already extrapolate uh their diagnosis.
  655. 18:45And then lastly, you want to become a
  656. 18:46savior and offer them fix, which is I
  657. 18:47can tell you who your actual soulmate
  658. 18:49is. Click the link in bio to have a full
  659. 18:51reading. So on so forth, right? And so
  660. 18:53that's basically it. There's no Mr.
  661. 18:54Beast editing gimmicks. There's no
  662. 18:56tricks. There's no hacks. There's no
  663. 18:57memes. It's very directly visualizing
  664. 19:00problems and selling solutions. So it's
  665. 19:01very like how to sell 101, I would say.
  666. 19:03Right. And so yeah, this whole format
  667. 19:05got her 4.5 million views and is the
  668. 19:07most watched video on her page. Now, as
  669. 19:09promised, I want to give you examples of
  670. 19:10the exact same format being used in
  671. 19:13different niches and having tremendous
  672. 19:15results. Like, for example, here in the
  673. 19:16golf niche and here in the gym niche of
  674. 19:18the same, again, same format. Obviously,
  675. 19:20they're not really selling an app here,
  676. 19:21but this is proof that these videos are
  677. 19:23going viral as long as you're following
  678. 19:24the same framework. So, I'll play a
  679. 19:26short segment of the video. Now,
  680. 19:27>> here are the four types of golfers
  681. 19:28within your golf group. Number one, the
  682. 19:29dire. Every single golf group has this
  683. 19:30guy. He lives for the Saturday round
  684. 19:31with the boys. He's pushing everybody to
  685. 19:32have a couple more drinks than they
  686. 19:32should. He's setting up all of the
  687. 19:33gambling before you even get the course.
  688. 19:34He kind of gets on your nerves, but you
  689. 19:35couldn't live without it. Number two,
  690. 19:36the dude who can't separate. He told you
  691. 19:37he got to clear with his wife or his
  692. 19:38girlfriend. No, he sure didn't because
  693. 19:38he's doing everything he can on the
  694. 19:39front nine to diffuse the sit sit sit
  695. 19:40sit sit sit sit sit sit situation or he
  696. 19:40said he was done with the work for the
  697. 19:41day and he's constantly taking meetings
  698. 19:42on the court but he's a pretty good
  699. 19:43golfer he's a guy we all love and
  700. 19:44appreciate the t time guy you don't have
  701. 19:48ever
  702. 20:02>> and so as you can tell both these videos
  703. 20:04right they're not talking about
  704. 20:05astrology science it's not something
  705. 20:07super personalized is, but it's still
  706. 20:09following the same framework of calling
  707. 20:11out like and uh segmenting users into
  708. 20:13into an identity which causes it to go
  709. 20:16viral. And so that's kind of the
  710. 20:17psychological trick that we're playing
  711. 20:18here. And so for one of my clients,
  712. 20:20Clear 30, which is like a cannabis
  713. 20:22smoking, quitting app, which kind of
  714. 20:24helps you quit smoking basically weed.
  715. 20:26uh which again like it has zero
  716. 20:28relationship to zodiac signs but what we
  717. 20:30did is just kind of break down to
  718. 20:32different type of cannabis users which
  719. 20:34is like the first time smoker, the
  720. 20:35creative spark seeker, the fadeaway
  721. 20:37smoker, the me the the memory blanker,
  722. 20:39the avoidance smoker, like so forth kind
  723. 20:41of broke into different categories. Then
  724. 20:43again, these charts, we just pulled them
  725. 20:45out out of our ass. There's nothing
  726. 20:46special about them. And not only that,
  727. 20:47it's an image. We didn't even bother
  728. 20:49making a video just because we wanted to
  729. 20:50validate if the concept will work. And
  730. 20:52this ad absolutely crushed for us,
  731. 20:53right? Uh and again totally different
  732. 20:56niche, totally different market, totally
  733. 20:57different like, you know, uh segments of
  734. 20:59of identities of people, but it still
  735. 21:01performed, right? And now that we
  736. 21:02validated, we want to expand and turn
  737. 21:04turn this into like other image ads,
  738. 21:06make videos about it, make skits about
  739. 21:08it, right? Make the same type of like
  740. 21:09kind of personalized videos like these
  741. 21:11and lol them, right? There's a lot of
  742. 21:13different movement we can go through
  743. 21:15after we validated it. And it took, you
  744. 21:17know, almost zero effort to make this
  745. 21:18type of ad. So hopefully that kind of
  746. 21:19gives you inspiration that you know you
  747. 21:21can study your competition and copy what
  748. 21:23they're doing both directly and
  749. 21:24indirectly now the last thing I want to
  750. 21:26leave you with is a repeatable viral
  751. 21:28formula. Right? Once you figure out what
  752. 21:31format works on your store for content
  753. 21:32that consistently is getting views, you
  754. 21:35want to milk that format every single
  755. 21:37day for everything it's worth. That's
  756. 21:38exactly what Neta did. That's exactly
  757. 21:39what Kelly did. That's exactly what
  758. 21:41every successful app or SAS doing
  759. 21:43currently right now. Right? So as you
  760. 21:45can see Neta did exactly that. producing
  761. 21:46consistent daily content about astrology
  762. 21:48predictions, readings, advice, insights,
  763. 21:51so on so forth. Everything to do about
  764. 21:53astrology, emotions, relationships,
  765. 21:55soulmates, so on and so forth.
  766. 21:56Everything that they're, you know, her
  767. 21:57users want. And she obviously she's
  768. 21:59reading the comments and she's, you
  769. 22:00know, adjusting the content based on the
  770. 22:01feedback she's getting.
  771. 22:03And she's doing all of it in the same
  772. 22:05kind of like uh aesthetic casual style
  773. 22:07where she's just kind of just talking
  774. 22:08straight to the camera in her bedroom.
  775. 22:10So, it kind of just feels natural like
  776. 22:11she's talking to a friend and people are
  777. 22:13able to relate to that. And so, as you
  778. 22:15can see here, all her videos look
  779. 22:16basically identical. She just changes
  780. 22:18the caption and kind of what the topic
  781. 22:19of the video is about and changes the
  782. 22:20hooks and the call out to what you're
  783. 22:22doing and the identities she's calling
  784. 22:23out inside the video. Right? If you guys
  785. 22:25want more like clear examples, feel free
  786. 22:26to check out her profile and look at it.
  787. 22:28I'll play a couple examples of her
  788. 22:30videos now just kind of so you get an
  789. 22:31idea.
  790. 22:32>> I am exposing your turns and turn offs
  791. 22:33and those of whoever you're with based
  792. 22:34on your zodiac sign. If you want to know
  793. 22:35everything about your soulmate, your
  794. 22:36future spouse, I have that reading in

  796. 22:38sign is. Aries, your turnons, passionate
  797. 22:40kissing, being the boss and being baby,
  798. 22:41having a playlist made for them, someone
  799. 22:42who talks a lot about books,
  800. 22:43intimidating looking softies, sweet
  801. 22:44smelling perfume, lip biting, and
  802. 22:46randomly getting memes from you. Their
  803. 22:47turn-offs, being compared to your ex,
  804. 22:48mixed signals, saying you need to chill,
  805. 22:49people that whine or ignorance, someone
  806. 22:51who doesn't like to cuddle, forced
  807. 22:52conversation, being ridiculed for
  808. 22:53hobbies, and if you're not experimental,
  809. 22:54Taurus, your turnons, being offered your
  810. 22:56hoodie, a dark, cozy, starting in just 2
  811. 22:57days, we are entering an extremely lucky
  812. 22:59year according to astrology. Certain
  813. 23:00zodiac signs are about to experience
  814. 23:01life-changing blessings without having
  815. 23:02to do anything. These are the six lucky
  816. 23:03zodiac signs, plus two honorable
  817. 23:04mentions who will feel the effects the
  818. 23:05most. To track exactly what day these
  819. 23:06blessings are going to come into your
  820. 23:07life, you have to use star cost. It's
  821. 23:08the most accurate astrology app. Has
  822. 23:09your entire daily horoscope for free.
  823. 23:10Pisces, the north node is moving into
  824. 23:11your sign on January 11th, literally so
  825. 23:13soon. Neptune is going to continue to
  826. 23:14amplify your intuitive power. You are
  827. 23:15stepping into a year of faded
  828. 23:16opportunities, soulmate connections,
  829. 23:17creative breakthroughs. This is a time
  830. 23:18for profound spiritual growth and
  831. 23:19aligning with your destiny. You're going
  832. 23:20to feel this by my magical moments in
  833. 23:20love, career advancements in creative
  834. 23:22fields, and a renewed sense of purpose.
  835. 23:23Cancer, I am ready for January 2025. I
  836. 23:25haven't been this excited to tell you
  837. 23:26guys what's going to happen in your love
  838. 23:27life for a while. Let me explain all the
  839. 23:28crazy, intense, emotional, exciting, and
  840. 23:29surprising things happening in your love
  841. 23:30life in January. Based on your zodiac
  842. 23:31sign, don't forget to download Star
  843. 23:32Cross, the most accurate I've ever seen.
  844. 23:33It literally puts you on the right path
  845. 23:34based on your astrology. Starcross is
  846. 23:35the only app that has free daily
  847. 23:35horoscopes and you unlocked your
  848. 23:36soulmate subject every time you add a
  849. 23:38friend. Completely free. Aries, January
  850. 23:39is all about awakening secrets and
  851. 23:40finding clarity in your life. Venus and
  852. 23:41Pisces on January 2nd is activating your
  853. 23:4212th house of secrets and your
  854. 23:43subconscious desires. Love is taking on
  855. 23:45a dreamy mystical quality. Hidden
  856. 23:46feelings either yours or someone else's
  857. 23:47are going to push you to confront truths
  858. 23:48that you've been avoiding. Mars
  859. 23:49retrograde moves into Cancer on January
  860. 23:506th impacting your fourth house of
  861. 23:51emotional security.
  862. 23:52>> Hopefully that kind of made sense. And
  863. 23:53then also inside her videos, she's very
  864. 23:55often using a couple like, you know, uh,
  865. 23:56retention hacks where like, for example,
  866. 23:58she's forgetting to mention a specific
  867. 24:00zodiac sign or she tells people to kind
  868. 24:01of watch the part two of the video and
  869. 24:03go on her profile, right? And all of
  870. 24:04that kind of just builds extra
  871. 24:06attention, likes, comments, interest,
  872. 24:07and so on so forth, right? Kind of basic
  873. 24:09stuff, but thought I'd mention it. And
  874. 24:11so, yeah, I mean, that kind of just
  875. 24:12finishes up their whole current 60k
  876. 24:15funnel, uh, which is again TLDDR. She's
  877. 24:17posting one to four videos per day on
  878. 24:19both Instagram and Tik Tok, as you can
  879. 24:20see here. uh in each side of the video
  880. 24:22she drips a little bit of value and uh
  881. 24:24and advice which she then follows up
  882. 24:26with a direct call to action which gets
  883. 24:27them people to uh go and install the
  884. 24:29app. Once the people install the app, go
  885. 24:31through the onboarding and get hit with
  886. 24:33a self-pay uh and ideally you convert
  887. 24:35they're then hit with the core app
  888. 24:36functionality which gets people to share
  889. 24:38the app with their friends so forth to
  890. 24:40you know you want to cross the phones
  891. 24:41together. Once user are addicted to like
  892. 24:43the daily horoscopes and insight so on
  893. 24:45so forth she upsold them the extra
  894. 24:46services to get that lifetime value up
  895. 24:48and then I at the end you know obviously
  896. 24:50that just kind of prints them money you
  897. 24:52know TLDDR now that's great but I feel
  898. 24:55like we can really expand this and grow
  899. 24:57this to you know start making over 200k
  900. 24:59per month and you know grow beyond that
  901. 25:01and uh build like more enterprise value
  902. 25:03for this uh for this app and so with all
  903. 25:05my clients the first thing I always do
  904. 25:06uh is that we want to double down what
  905. 25:08is already working and so neta's case
  906. 25:10that's going to be a organic outreach
  907. 25:12and we're going to do that by number one
  908. 25:14doing Instagram profile optimization.
  909. 25:15The same way there's, you know, website
  910. 25:17conversion rate optimization, we want to
  911. 25:18do the same thing but for their
  912. 25:19Instagram profile. And so to do that,
  913. 25:21obviously there's another three main
  914. 25:22things that we want to fix up is number
  915. 25:24one, write a better bio. I mean, right
  916. 25:26now she has a uh email here. She has a
  917. 25:2822K on Tik Tok and she gets a call to
  918. 25:31action in the bio. That's about it. We
  919. 25:32want to really fix that up. Want to
  920. 25:34remove the business email. Why would you
  921. 25:35be asking people to like contact you for
  922. 25:37brand deals if you're already promoting
  923. 25:39your own product on your page? doesn't
  924. 25:40really make sense. After that, you want
  925. 25:42to write a better description kind of
  926. 25:43explaining who you are, what you do,
  927. 25:45astrology with 50K plus souls, soulmate
  928. 25:47readings and toxic truths. Find out when
  929. 25:49and how you're going to meet uh who you
  930. 25:51want to meet, so on and so forth. Get
  931. 25:52and then lastly, you want to have a call
  932. 25:54to action which like get your chart
  933. 25:55decoded, a star cross, yada yada yada,
  934. 25:57right? Obviously, you want to change it
  935. 25:58up. This is just kind of a basic example
  936. 26:00what you want to do. After that, we
  937. 26:02really want to have a highlight reel
  938. 26:03right here, which is going to be our
  939. 26:05kind of like which will be kind of like
  940. 26:07our stories, which helps sell the
  941. 26:08product basically because everybody
  942. 26:09wants to kind of snoop around, do a
  943. 26:11little bit of research, feel like, you
  944. 26:12know, they kind of know what they're
  945. 26:13getting into, that's what they're going
  946. 26:15to allow them to do, right? When I have
  947. 26:16a story highlight reel like this, which
  948. 26:18goes after, you know, testimonials,
  949. 26:20reviews, research, FAQs, so on so forth.
  950. 26:22Here's a couple examples of what you can
  951. 26:24go after. All of this kind of just works
  952. 26:26like a section on your homepage when
  953. 26:27it's on your sales page where it kind of
  954. 26:29breaks down different parts and kind of
  955. 26:30builds trust and authority so that once
  956. 26:32they actually go on the app page and
  957. 26:34they actually install it and start doing
  958. 26:35the onboarding, they already know what
  959. 26:36they're getting into and they already
  960. 26:37trust you. They already like you.
  961. 26:38They're already pre-committed into
  962. 26:40actually, you know, hitting that
  963. 26:41purchase button. After that, a very
  964. 26:43important thing you really want to focus
  965. 26:44on is creating a VSSR, right? A video
  966. 26:47sales reel. And so and what a VSSR is is
  967. 26:50basically a real which that explains
  968. 26:53exactly what's the app is you know
  969. 26:54Starross is how it works who it's for
  970. 26:57and what they'll get right it does not
  971. 26:59need to go viral it only needs to
  972. 27:01convert called viewers because you know
  973. 27:03maybe she'll post some kind of video
  974. 27:04maybe a meme maybe a joke or just you
  975. 27:06know some random video tends to go viral
  976. 27:08and inside the video she doesn't fully
  977. 27:09explain what the app is but as long as
  978. 27:11they're interested they'll visit the
  979. 27:13profile and that's when they'll watch
  980. 27:14this video which will then sell them on
  981. 27:17the actual thing right that way can uh
  982. 27:19stop really having to push or sell
  983. 27:21anything inside your own videos and you
  984. 27:22can just make viral content and once
  985. 27:24they visit your profile that's when you
  986. 27:25can sell them and so it should be always
  987. 27:27kind of just pinned at the very top
  988. 27:28right here and so that you know people
  989. 27:30always see it immediately and so most
  990. 27:31important part of the video is it's
  991. 27:33going to be the thumbnail right you want
  992. 27:34to have a clear thumbnail you know some
  993. 27:36kind of image here have an arrow so it's
  994. 27:38kind of just signifies that they should
  995. 27:40watch this video and you can have it
  996. 27:41kind of title right here you can also
  997. 27:43just have a title so watch this video
  998. 27:44now or like you make something feel
  999. 27:46really like time sensitive Right after
1000. 27:48that, you want to have, you know, good
1001. 27:49hook and grab attention and kind of get
1002. 27:51people invested into watching the full
1003. 27:52thing. After that, you want to build uh,
1004. 27:54you know, authority and trust
  1005. 27:55explaining, "I'm Neta. I'm an astrologer
1006. 27:57with so and so. I make content that
1007. 27:59calls out your XYZ problems and helps
1008. 28:00you find who you're actually meant to be
1009. 28:02with, yada yada yada." Then you kind of
1010. 28:04explain what the app is. What is
  1011. 28:05Starcross? Show the app promise. I
1012. 28:07created so and so app so you can get
1013. 28:09real soulmate insights and not generic
  1014. 28:11horoscopes. You'll get custom XYZ, your
1015. 28:13love ABC, and detail one two three based
1016. 28:15on your charts, yada yada yada. just
1017. 28:17kind of fill in the blank. Obviously,
1018. 28:18I'm not going to write the whole thing
1019. 28:19out. I'm kind of just kind of conveying
1020. 28:21the idea for you here. Then, you want to
1021. 28:22have proof and benefits uh to build kind
1022. 28:24of emotional connection and show social
1023. 28:26proof. Uh girls tell me every day uh
1024. 28:28that the app changed their life. Some
1025. 28:29met their match. Uh others finally
1026. 28:31walked away from toxic situations. They
1027. 28:32knew they were in a something along
1028. 28:34those lines. You can also add some
1029. 28:36images on here, some before and afters,
1030. 28:37some success stories, so on so forth.
1031. 28:39Really build that trust up. Make
1032. 28:41yourself seem like an authority. And
1033. 28:43then last, you want to finish it off
1034. 28:44with a very strong call to action. tell
1035. 28:46them exactly what to do. Like if you're
1036. 28:48even a little bit curious about XYZ,
1037. 28:49then you're ready to learn the secrets
1038. 28:51of APC, blah blah blah. Click the link
1039. 28:53in my get one, two, three. Right? Like I
1040. 28:55said, a couple tips. Be sure to overlay
  1041. 28:57testimonials, viral comments,
1042. 28:58screenshots, videos of the app being
1043. 29:00used and users being happy, so on so
1044. 29:02forth. Right? All of that is going to
1045. 29:04help increase conversion rate. So
1046. 29:05hopefully that kind of gives you an idea
1047. 29:06what to do. This is going to be really
1048. 29:08powerful. Uh and this alone will kind of
1049. 29:10I feel like will really increase
1050. 29:11conversion rate and help scale things a
1051. 29:13lot. Uh and the next step after
1052. 29:15optimizing Instagram profile is to just
1053. 29:17replicate it, right? You want to
1054. 29:18depersonalize and multiply the content
1055. 29:20agent. Like I said, we already know what
1056. 29:22works. Organic is crushing for these
1057. 29:24guys. So let's just expand it. Right
1058. 29:26now, Star and Neta are the same entity,
1059. 29:28right? But if you want to scale or sell
1060. 29:30the company later on, we need to
1061. 29:31separate these two. All the growth for
1062. 29:33the company is only driven by Neta, then
1063. 29:36nobody would want to, you know, acquire
  1064. 29:37the company because they aren't Neta,
1065. 29:38right? If you can't be Neta, then you
1066. 29:40can't drive further growth because you
1067. 29:41can't post these videos. And so the main
1068. 29:43thing we want to focus on is having one
1069. 29:44uh Tik Tok Instagram profile that is
  1070. 29:46purely a starcross brand and onset
1071. 29:49account we really want to focus on
1072. 29:50reposting existing content that was
1073. 29:52already performing on uh the main
1074. 29:54account on another account and the
  1075. 29:55multiple accounts we're going to create
1076. 29:56in a moment right and eventually want to
1077. 29:58transition to just having its own like
1078. 29:59kind of brand content as well on the
1079. 30:01profile uh its own brand content and
1080. 30:03brand voice uh so it's seen as bigger
  1081. 30:05than just one creator basically that's
1082. 30:06kind of the goal here once that's set up
1083. 30:08we want to bring in more creators right
1084. 30:10we want to hire two to four other
1085. 30:11astrology based creators to film videos
1086. 30:14using the, you know, proven viral
1087. 30:15format. You can very easily find
1088. 30:17thousands of astrologers online on
1089. 30:19Upwork, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc. Reach
1090. 30:21out to them, offer them a retainer with
1091. 30:23a performance incentive and bonuses,
1092. 30:25right? As long as the videos get views.
1093. 30:26This kind of the same format that Bible
1094. 30:28chat AI uh scale with multiple creators
1095. 30:30and same brand voice. As you can see
1096. 30:32here, this kind of what it would look
1097. 30:33like where you would have different
1098. 30:34creators with the, you know, star cross
1099. 30:36or Bible chat name in the brand and they
1100. 30:38would all post the exact same format. Uh
1101. 30:41and eventually, you know, some of them
1102. 30:42will blow up like this one and some of
1103. 30:44them maybe, you know, will not perform
1104. 30:45as well as this one. You just cut out
1105. 30:46the ones that don't perform. Uh scale up
1106. 30:48the accounts and the creators that
1107. 30:50perform well and have, you know, create
1108. 30:51good content consistently and that are
1109. 30:53easy to work with. And then from there,
  1110. 30:55like I said, build a creative system
1111. 30:56that you can run kind of like a
1112. 30:57dictator, right? Uh give each of the
1113. 30:59creators a proven format. Let them film
1114. 31:0110 to 20 videos up front. Test them. If
1115. 31:03they hit, keep them. If they flop, fire
1116. 31:05them and replace with other creators. Uh
1117. 31:06once this is set up, this really removes
1118. 31:08Neta from needing to film every single
1119. 31:10day, every single video and start turns
  1120. 31:12starcross into a content studio that
1121. 31:14makes scaling and exiting much easier.
1122. 31:16Right? Because like I said, the core is
1123. 31:18kind of separate the face from the brand
1124. 31:20and keep them two separate, right? Once
1125. 31:22that is set up, now we've already kind
1126. 31:24of uh achieved the most important stuff.
1127. 31:26Next step after that is kind of
1128. 31:27experimenting with more formats because
1129. 31:29right now all the content is still very
1130. 31:31much kind of the same, right? It's all
1131. 31:33kind of the same format being rinsed
1132. 31:35over and over again. And as long as it
1133. 31:36works, that's great. But uh now that we
1134. 31:38have more accounts, we can start
1135. 31:40experimenting more and doing kind of
1136. 31:41riskier things, right? We can do meme
  1137. 31:43formats, slideshows, voiceover formats,
1138. 31:45mashup of fun fan comments, so on and so
1139. 31:48forth, right? Just test a bunch of
1140. 31:49things. We can, you know, steal ideas
1141. 31:51from other niches, from other creators,
1142. 31:52uh other viral sounds, so on so forth,
1143. 31:54and see if we can find another like
1144. 31:56golden viral formula that we can keep
1145. 31:58replicating with other creators. Now,
1146. 31:59all that combines, now we have a good
1147. 32:01content agent. We have a bunch of
1148. 32:02different types of content. we have
1149. 32:04multiple creators going uh we can start
1150. 32:06addressing different ICPs beyond just
1151. 32:08like soulmate people and maybe we can
1152. 32:10find you know some other niches that are
1153. 32:11people passionate about it and once we
1154. 32:13have that then we can start going into
1155. 32:14paid advertising because right now they
1156. 32:16haven't ran a single ad on Facebook
1157. 32:17which is kind of crazy to me so yeah in
1158. 32:19my opinion we should just kind of take
1159. 32:20out all the top performing organic
1160. 32:22videos uh put them into uh Instagram and
1161. 32:24Facebook ads and just scale them right
1162. 32:26uh because it's very easy to scale if
1163. 32:28it's already been proven uh you know
1164. 32:30scaling with organic is a lot more
1165. 32:31difficult and kind of annoying and
1166. 32:33tedious than with paid ads. Because with
  1167. 32:34paid ads, if something's working, you
  1168. 32:36just change the budget from $100 to 500,
  1169. 32:39then to a,000, then to 2,000, then
1170. 32:413,000, and just keep scaling until, you
1171. 32:42know, uh you find the breaking point.
1172. 32:44Then you just kind of add more
1173. 32:45creatives, basically. Right from there
1174. 32:47also uh beyond just the um viral formats
1175. 32:50there we want to obviously also want to
1176. 32:51make dedicated creative formats uh for
1177. 32:53paid ads you know retargeting formats
1178. 32:55promo formats yada yada yada kind of
1179. 32:56explain the feature set more of the app
1180. 32:58kind of to retarget people uh to help
  1181. 33:00them convert if they didn't fully
1182. 33:02understand what the app was on the
1183. 33:03initial touch point uh and with that
1184. 33:05after setting up this whole system that
1185. 33:07should really basically kind of put them
1186. 33:08on the map to scaling to 200k plus in MR
1187. 33:11and beyond that uh and you know kind of
1188. 33:13give you hopefully give you some insight
1189. 33:15as on what you should be focusing inside
1190. 33:17of your own business. Now, if you take a
1191. 33:19look at the scale your app funnel,
  1192. 33:20right, I kind of mapped out what they're
1193. 33:22already doing and uh you know, which is
1194. 33:24in the green one and grade out the
  1195. 33:26things they're not doing currently kind
1196. 33:27of to visually um help you understand
1197. 33:30what they're missing out on, what they
1198. 33:31should be focusing on. Right? So, right
  1199. 33:32now, like I said, they're doing on
  1200. 33:34Instagram. They're doing uh they have
1201. 33:35two viral content formats, which is
  1202. 33:37educational content and psychological
  1203. 33:38content, right? That's kind of what
1204. 33:40they're going after. Uh after that, that
1205. 33:42lends them into the conversion funnel.
1206. 33:44And inside of that, they only really
1207. 33:45have the app page. Like I said,
1208. 33:47initially the onboarding flow is pretty
1209. 33:48weak and could be improved heavily. Uh
1210. 33:50from there, their offer is still in my
1211. 33:53opinion kind of weak. Starcross as an
1212. 33:54app isn't fully explained what it does,
1213. 33:57what the benefit is. I feel like the
1214. 33:58offer can be really improved. Uh on the
1215. 34:01back end, they obviously they also don't
1216. 34:02have any retargeting ads set up. They
1217. 34:04don't have any retargeting emails, SMS
1218. 34:06flows, organic. Actually, they do have
  1219. 34:07organic re-engagement content. Uh this
1220. 34:09one is correct. uh but they're missing
1221. 34:11out on these two parts which will bring
1222. 34:13uh back the cold leads into the sales
1223. 34:15funnel. Right? So those are kind of the
1224. 34:17main issues there. Then after that
1225. 34:18obviously they go into the app which is
1226. 34:20great and they are kind of mastered this
1227. 34:21part right here. They use the user
1228. 34:22growth system inside the app itself is
1229. 34:24pretty great. They have the shar
1230. 34:26sharability function to kind of keep
1231. 34:27unlocking extra astrology things uh by
1232. 34:30sharing the app and getting other
1233. 34:31friends to install it. Uh that kind of
  1234. 34:33built a verality loop and engagement
1235. 34:35loop which sends everybody back to the
1236. 34:36top of the funnel which is great. Uh
1237. 34:38they also on the other side profit
1238. 34:40growth wise they have a lifetime value
1239. 34:42segment here with by having the insane
1240. 34:44amount of upselles and extra services
1241. 34:46they can buy inside the app which drives
1242. 34:48up the lifetime value to over $240 which
1243. 34:51is amazing. Uh and yeah and that's kind
1244. 34:53of and then the lastly the the main
1245. 34:54parts of the funnel that I think they
1246. 34:56should be expanding on is uh paid ads
1247. 34:58and also social media which is on social
1248. 34:59media part you know having more profiles
1249. 35:01made with other creators and then on the
1250. 35:03paid ad side we want to start
1251. 35:04experimenting with Tik Tok ads meta ads
1252. 35:07maybe even Google ads sponsorship stuff
1253. 35:08like that see what performs what type of
1254. 35:10metrics we get and then also lastly you
1255. 35:12know content types we want to start
1256. 35:13start testing out other types of content
1257. 35:15formats see if anything else really
1258. 35:16takes off and goes viral if we do all of
  1259. 35:18that I feel like that's really going to
1260. 35:20drive up the enterprise value of the app
1261. 35:22bring a lot more value uh and really
1262. 35:24scale it. Yeah, I mean hopefully that
1263. 35:25kind of gives you a visual mental image
1264. 35:27of where they are and where they should
1265. 35:28be going. Hopefully that kind of also uh
1266. 35:30gives you a plan on ideas on what you
1267. 35:32should be doing inside your own
  1268. 35:33business. And but yeah, that's basically
1269. 35:34kind of wraps up this whole breakdown
1270. 35:36case study. Uh lastly, if you want to if
1271. 35:38you got some value out of this, right,
1272. 35:39and you want to work with me to help you
1273. 35:40break down what your strategy should be,
1274. 35:42how you should be implementing it, how
1275. 35:43you should be growing your app or SAS,
1276. 35:44uh and you know, getting amazing results
1277. 35:46like my other clients, then be sure to
1278. 35:48click the first link under this video uh
1279. 35:49and reach out to me. And and that's
1280. 35:51about it. Have a good one. Bye.
