  1. 0:00What's up, everybody? Welcome back to
  2. 0:01the channel. Today, we're going to be
  3. 0:02breaking down what Micro Ingredients is
  4. 0:05doing to generate $24 million
  5. 0:08in TikTok GMV per year all through
  6. 0:11TikTok Shop. Now, Micro Ingredients is
  7. 0:14the number one supplement brand on
  8. 0:17TikTok Shop. I mean, hands down. Nobody
  9. 0:19is doing uh 24 million. I think like
  10. 0:21some other brands have done similar
  11. 0:23numbers, but um nobody's clearing like
  12. 0:2624 million, you know, like Micro
  13. 0:28Ingredients is. They're just killing it.
  14. 0:30Massive brand. They're doing a a great
  15. 0:33job. So, we're going to be breaking down
  16. 0:34what they're doing right that you can
  17. 0:36implement into your TikTok Shop so you
  18. 0:38can see similar success. Now, this is my
  19. 0:40fifth YouTube channel video ever. So, uh
  20. 0:43make sure to like, subscribe, comment
  21. 0:45down below if you learned anything, and
  22. 0:47if you need any help with TikTok Shop at
  23. 0:49all, feel free to book a call down
  24. 0:50below. I'd be happy to help you out
  25. 0:52whether you're a supplement brand,
  26. 0:53whether you're a beauty brand, or you're
  27. 0:55just looking to launch on TikTok Shop.
  28. 0:56I'd love to connect with you and help
  29. 0:58you out in any way that that I can. So,
  30. 1:00with that being said, let's jump right
  31. 1:01into Micro Ingredients TikTok Shop. All
  32. 1:03right, so this is Micro Ingredients
  33. 1:05TikTok Shop. Now, I know I said 24
  34. 1:07million, but I think they're actually
  35. 1:08doing a lot more than I thought. So,
  36. 1:10they're doing 3 million a month in GMV,
  37. 1:12which is roughly $36 million a year just
  38. 1:16through TikTok Shop, which is, you know,
  39. 1:17way more than 24 million. Like, 24
  40. 1:19million, if you're doing 24 million on
  41. 1:21TikTok Shop, like, you're already
  42. 1:22killing it. You're doing great, but
  43. 1:24they're doing 36 million, which is
  44. 1:26insane. So, they average roughly 87.5
  45. 1:29million views per month, and they
  46. 1:32roughly do around that's insane already
  47. 1:35as is, but I remember we broke down
  48. 1:36Mediacube
  49. 1:40in some other videos. Mediacube's doing
  50. 1:42>> [laughter]
  51. 1:42>> 35,000 posts, I mean, per month, which
  52. 1:45is just insane. Like, Mediacube's just
  53. 1:47crushing on TikTok Shop. So, yeah, let's
  54. 1:49break down what Micro Ingredients is
  55. 1:51doing right. So, first thing they're
  56. 1:52doing right is they got a lot of video
  57. 1:54volume going out consistently, which is
  58. 1:56going to help feed GMV Max, new
  59. 1:58creatives that can allow them to scale
  60. 2:00profitably their ads. That 88 million
  61. 2:03views that they're generated organically
  62. 2:04can help them out with getting more
  63. 2:06sales at their website. If they have
  64. 2:07retail, it's going to have a halo
  65. 2:09effect. Amazon's going to also have a
  66. 2:11halo effect, and it's also connecting
  67. 2:13people to the brand and letting it
  68. 2:14become more of a mainstream well-known
  69. 2:17uh brand in the supplement space. Now,
  70. 2:18let's take a look at some of their
  71. 2:19products. So, it looks like they have a
  72. 2:21magnesium complex for women, 240
  73. 2:25vegetarian capsules, 21 formula
  74. 2:27magnesium blend, vitamin D3 K2,
  75. 2:30ashwagandha, and more. And it looks like
  76. 2:32this SKU generates $832,000
  77. 2:35for them per month and 30.4 million
  78. 2:37views. And so far this month they have
  79. 2:39had uh 1.3 thousand videos posted. So,
  80. 2:42this seems to be like one of their
  81. 2:43winning SKUs. Looks like their top
  82. 2:45creator creating videos for this has uh
  83. 2:4798,000 followers, a 280,000 GMV, which
  84. 2:51is massive. I mean, she's like uh I
  85. 2:53think that's an L6 L7 L8 creator. Uh I
  86. 2:56got to learn like the like the different
  87. 2:57levels of creators a bit better. Like I
  88. 2:59Like you'll obviously know if it's like
  89. 3:01a good creator based on like their track
  90. 3:02record, but I'm just I'm not sure like
  91. 3:04the difference between like L6 L7 L8.
  92. 3:06Like I think it's just like uh whether
  93. 3:08they're doing like a million in GMV,
  94. 3:09500K in GMV, or like 200K in GMV. But
  95. 3:12either way, huge creator. She's done
  96. 3:15four videos. So, let's see. 131,000
  97. 3:18divided by four is 32,000. So, roughly
  98. 3:22per video uh that she creates it
  99. 3:25generates $32,000. So, whenever you have
  100. 3:28a creator like that, you definitely want
  101. 3:30to get them retained. You want to get
  102. 3:31them creating more videos for you
  103. 3:33because there's plenty of profit margin
  104. 3:35to make money. So, I would definitely uh
  105. 3:37retain Bianca and uh give her a
  106. 3:39cash-based retainer because with her
  107. 3:41creating uh $31,000 in GMV per video,
  108. 3:44what that signals to me is there's more
  109. 3:46than enough profit for her to um for us
  110. 3:50to pay her money like our cash-based
  111. 3:51retainer for us make money and for her
  112. 3:54to make money as well. And we want that
  113. 3:55consistency of videos. We want her
  114. 3:57incentivized and we want her making as
  115. 3:59many of videos for us as possible. So, I
  116. 4:01would definitely offer her a cash-based
  117. 4:03retainer. So, um here, let's just take a
  118. 4:05look at some of her videos too for the
  119. 4:07brand. So, we got Bianca. How do we go
  120. 4:10to her videos? Videos. All videos. Let's
  121. 4:14see. Let's see. So, looks like she works
  122. 4:15with some other brands. Positions
  123. 4:17Choice, Microingredients, Array. I'm
  124. 4:20looking for a Microingredients video in
  125. 4:22specific. So, let's see if we can find
  126. 4:23it. Positions Choice. Um we're going to
  127. 4:26circle back to this. Uh I can't find her
  128. 4:28video on here. So, we'll just circle
  129. 4:31back. Uh let's go back to
  130. 4:32Microingredients page. But, yeah, that's
  131. 4:34one of their SKUs that's doing 832,000.
  132. 4:37Let's take a look at their other SKUs.
  133. 4:38So, they got Microingredients Clear
  134. 4:40Protein Plus Powder, 461 g, strawberry
  135. 4:44flavored. So, that's cool. Um it looks
  136. 4:46like 16 g of protein per serving. The 16
  137. 4:50g of pro- Okay, that's interesting. Um
  138. 4:51and it looks like the top creators have
  139. 4:53been, again, their organic has been
  140. 4:55bringing in uh roughly 252,000 in GMV.
  141. 4:58Now, you guys, for creating like an
  142. 5:00organic account for your brand, like it
  143. 5:03can generate a lot of GMV, but you guys
  144. 5:05really have to be careful with having
  145. 5:07your own organic account. Like I think
  146. 5:09Microingredients can get away with more
  147. 5:11with their organic account because the
  148. 5:12amount of money that they're generating
  149. 5:13for TikTok and TikTok Shop, they're
  150. 5:16going to be having like some good reps.
  151. 5:17They're going to be, you know, I think
  152. 5:19it probably post some different videos,
  153. 5:21different styles, and uh they're
  154. 5:23probably going to be brand-friendly.
  155. 5:24They're not going to run to uh many
  156. 5:25violations. But, if you're a newer brand
  157. 5:28and TikTok Shop doesn't know you and
  158. 5:30you're just posting content on your
  159. 5:31organic account, and I'll just say
  160. 5:33you're a supplement and there's some
  161. 5:34medical claims involved, uh it could
  162. 5:37potentially start flagging your account
  163. 5:39and getting you just a couple flags and
  164. 5:42maybe even like your organic account
  165. 5:44taken out. Like I've had this happen
  166. 5:45before where it's um you know, that you
  167. 5:47don't even say anything bad or do
  168. 5:49anything bad, but
  169. 5:50it's just if like in your video you say
  170. 5:52like slight medical claim or something
  171. 5:54like that just they're a lot more strict
  172. 5:57with the brand account versus the
  173. 5:58creator account. Like the brand account
  174. 6:00they're going to be like 10x the
  175. 6:01magnification of like a creator account.
  176. 6:04Like this is just like me personally
  177. 6:06like what I've seen. So what I like to
  178. 6:08do instead of having like a brand
  179. 6:10account is like have your brand account
  180. 6:11that's connected to TikTok shop, right?
  181. 6:14And then have also
  182. 6:16like just kind of treat that account as
  183. 6:17like kind of like a ghost account. Like
  184. 6:19don't really post on it or touch it too
  185. 6:20much and have like a second account like
  186. 6:22micro ingredient and that's registered
  187. 6:24as like a creator account, but it's
  188. 6:26under a brand account. It's under a
  189. 6:28creator account, but it's your brand
  190. 6:30account and from there you can post
  191. 6:31videos, tag TikTok shop products and
  192. 6:34basically instead of being under 10x the
  193. 6:36magnification and running the risk of
  194. 6:38losing your organic, you basically get
  195. 6:40you know the same freedom as a creator.
  196. 6:42So you can kind of get away with like
  197. 6:43more different content styles without
  198. 6:45being penalized. So just some tips that
  199. 6:47I've seen, but yeah, looks like their
  200. 6:49organic account is 332,000 generating
  201. 6:52332,000 GMV. So that's honestly pretty
  202. 6:55cool that their organic is responsible
  203. 6:57for about 10%. Is that fair to say 10%
  204. 7:00of their total GMV per month? So you
  205. 7:04guys also do not sleep on organic.
  206. 7:06People buy from the organic creators.
  207. 7:08Like of course 90% of it, 95% and 99% of
  208. 7:11it is going to come from creators, but
  209. 7:13don't sleep on organic as well. So Looks
  210. 7:15like their organic account generating
  211. 7:16252,000. Holistics GLP Curley is
  212. 7:20generating 54,000 with this queue across
  213. 7:23five videos. So again, that's roughly
  214. 7:2510,000 dollars per video. So I would
  215. 7:28definitely have her on a cash base
  216. 7:29retainer. Even her like 30,000 divided
  217. 7:32by seven. Let's see the math on that.
  218. 7:3530,300 divided by seven. Yeah, she's
  219. 7:37roughly averaging 4,300 per video. So
  220. 7:41yeah, with those kind of numbers, I
  221. 7:42mean, she's absolutely killing it. I
  222. 7:44don't have her retained. Even this guy
  223. 7:47as well, he looks like he's generating
  224. 7:48like a thousand per GMP per video. So,
  225. 7:50I'd contact all these top creators, see
  226. 7:52what they're doing right, and blast that
  227. 7:54across all the creators, so all of our
  228. 7:56creators can see success with the
  229. 7:57creatives that are doing well. And I
  230. 7:59would also get them on cash-based
  231. 8:00retainer, so we can have them
  232. 8:02consistently creating videos for us.
  233. 8:04Let's go back here. So, that's just some
  234. 8:06of their top products, right? It looks
  235. 8:07like they have another one here as well,
  236. 8:09a collagen. Let's go, and let's break
  237. 8:11down their creators and what their
  238. 8:12creators are doing and what their
  239. 8:14creators are making. So, it looks like
  240. 8:15they have Holistic GLP Gurly
  241. 8:18under some kind of retainer, you know,
  242. 8:20for 49 videos because she's generating
  243. 8:23roughly 159k in GMV. So, they probably
  244. 8:26definitely have like a good deal in
  245. 8:27place where she's getting a good
  246. 8:28commission and
  247. 8:30a good retainer where it's like, "Hey,
  248. 8:31she's creating consistent amount of
  249. 8:32videos for us." So, that's great. Micro
  250. 8:35Ingredients, like their own
  251. 8:36seller-operated organic accounts are
  252. 8:39generating roughly $535,000
  253. 8:42in shop GMV for them, so that's huge as
  254. 8:44well. So, again, don't sleep on organic,
  255. 8:46guys, but try to use that tip that I I
  256. 8:48showed you guys where it's like, "Hey,
  257. 8:50keep your brand account empty, but
  258. 8:51create like a secondary account. Post
  259. 8:53all your stuff on there, just so you
  260. 8:54don't run the risk of losing your
  261. 8:56organic account connected to TikTok
  262. 8:59Shop." So, Bella Bianca, looks like they
  263. 9:00have her on a retainer as well. She's
  264. 9:02done nine videos so far. She's probably
  265. 9:04going to do a lot more, but again,
  266. 9:06generating 130,000 in GMV. So, she's
  267. 9:08killing it as well. Selfless
  268. 9:10Entrepreneur, 106,000 in GMV across 13
  269. 9:14videos. It's roughly 10,000 in GMV per
  270. 9:17video. I would definitely retain all of
  271. 9:19these people, all of them, all of them,
  272. 9:20all of them, because with the budget
  273. 9:21that they have, they can definitely
  274. 9:22afford it, and you want your top
  275. 9:24creators retained. So, you always want
  276. 9:26to retain your top creators, whether
  277. 9:27it's commission-based retainer or
  278. 9:29cash-based. So, make sure you're
  279. 9:31calculating and making sure that you're
  280. 9:33giving them the right model that they
  281. 9:35want, and making sure that the model of
  282. 9:37incentivizing your creators is
  283. 9:39profitable for your brand because you
  284. 9:40know, you can pay your creators well,
  285. 9:42but don't let it come at the cost of
  286. 9:44losing your brand. Try to there's always
  287. 9:46a healthy medium where your brand can
  288. 9:47keep growing and profiting and you're
  289. 9:49also giving something to your creators
  290. 9:51so they can win as well. There's always
  291. 9:53room for both. So, don't make it like,
  292. 9:55oh, it has to be one or the other. No,
  293. 9:56there's room for both and it might come
  294. 9:58with some pain, you know, you might lose
  295. 9:59some creators here and there, but as
  296. 10:01long as it doesn't come at the cost of
  297. 10:02your brand, you know, like cuz that's
  298. 10:04the most important thing is just keeping
  299. 10:05the business alive and keeping your
  300. 10:07TikTok shop profitable. Like uh don't
  301. 10:09let it come at the cost of your brand.
  302. 10:12Um and just make sure that you're uh
  303. 10:15like you're uh setting up all these
  304. 10:16different um
  305. 10:18deals and retainers in a way that's
  306. 10:20profitable for your brand because the
  307. 10:21most important thing is growing the
  308. 10:23brand profitably first and then
  309. 10:26incentivizing the creators to create
  310. 10:27more content for you. But, there's
  311. 10:29always a middle ground, so don't worry
  312. 10:30about that and try to find the best
  313. 10:32middle ground for you and do these
  314. 10:34calculations and make sure they're
  315. 10:35profitable before
  316. 10:37paying any cash-based retainers and just
  317. 10:39finding the the best model for you guys.
  318. 10:41So, yeah, I would get all these people
  319. 10:43retained.
  320. 10:44Uh next thing, let's break down their
  321. 10:46videos.
  322. 10:48Uh day 64 of house arrest. This has
  323. 10:51generated $290,000
  324. 10:54in GMV and 2.5 million views from Queen.
  325. 10:57Let's see. So, let's see. Day 64 of
  326. 10:59making the best of my life on house
  327. 11:01arrest. Okay.
  328. 11:06So, um I don't know if you guys can hear
  329. 11:08it, but um yeah, she has like an ankle
  330. 11:10monitor on and um it's uh it's basically
  331. 11:14saying like like she's charging her
  332. 11:15ankle monitor.
  333. 11:20And it looks like she's making her uh
  334. 11:21multi-collagen peptides for the brand.
  335. 11:24So,
  336. 11:25um this kind of creative style is tricky
  337. 11:28because out of all your creators, um
  338. 11:31to find other creators that are on house
  339. 11:34arrest is, um,
  340. 11:36I guess a little bit tricky cuz, uh, you
  341. 11:39know, most creators aren't, um, on house
  342. 11:41arrest, per se, but I mean, if you find
  343. 11:43some other ones, you know, get them to
  344. 11:44do
  345. 11:45uh, this same creative style. So, what I
  346. 11:47would do for, uh, Queen C specifically,
  347. 11:49since this is very like unique to her
  348. 11:51situation, um, I would contact her
  349. 11:54specifically and just have her
  350. 11:55consistently make for us like these, uh,
  351. 11:58day 64, day 65, um,
  352. 12:01see if any creators who are like a good
  353. 12:03fit,
  354. 12:04you know, potentially for the bread,
  355. 12:06that are on house arrest, and see if
  356. 12:08they want to create some videos, uh, for
  357. 12:10us as well. But, it it's tricky with
  358. 12:11this one because, uh, most creators,
  359. 12:13like, you know, they aren't on house
  360. 12:15arrest, they're just, um,
  361. 12:16you know, just creating some videos,
  362. 12:17creating some content. But, for her and
  363. 12:19her unique situation, I would contact
  364. 12:21her and try to get her to do a day 65,
  365. 12:23day 66, day 67, and, um, I would still
  366. 12:27share this format with, um, the
  367. 12:29creators. Maybe they can, uh, find a
  368. 12:31different creative angle to do something
  369. 12:32similar, but, um, just since this is so
  370. 12:34unique and winning, uh, I would just
  371. 12:37have her do more variations of it, and I
  372. 12:39wouldn't look to, uh, replicate it
  373. 12:41across other creators, because again,
  374. 12:43other creators aren't probably not going
  375. 12:44to be on house arrest, but this is a
  376. 12:46good format because it allows you to,
  377. 12:49um, maybe create different creative
  378. 12:51iterations of it. Maybe, um,
  379. 12:53instead of house arrest, it's like day
  380. 12:5565 of, um,
  381. 12:57like postpartum, like a like a pregnancy
  382. 12:59journey, and maybe they're taking
  383. 13:00supplements, or day 65 of like, um,
  384. 13:04working out, maybe they're like trying
  385. 13:05to reach their dream body, and, uh,
  386. 13:08they're using these collagens, they're
  387. 13:09using the protein powder that they had.
  388. 13:11Um, yeah, there's different, um,
  389. 13:13what's the word I'm looking for? Like,
  390. 13:14different series that they can make. So,
  391. 13:16I would try to find some different
  392. 13:17series. Um, let's go down here and see
  393. 13:20if, uh, we can find any other creative
  394. 13:21styles.
  395. 13:27This is interesting. So, basically it
  396. 13:29has like two
  397. 13:31um girls that are like basically saying
  398. 13:32like, "Hey,
  399. 13:34um this is my magnesium supplement. It
  400. 13:36has XYZ in it." Okay, but it doesn't
  401. 13:38have this ingredient? Does it also have
  402. 13:39this ingredient? Does it also have this
  403. 13:40ingredient? And the other side is
  404. 13:42basically saying, "Uh no, it's just a
  405. 13:43magnesium supplement." And they're using
  406. 13:45that as kind of like a way to uh promote
  407. 13:47it. And I think this is their uh number
  408. 13:49one or number two creator, Holistic GLP
  409. 13:51Girlie. So, again, I would reach out to
  410. 13:53her.
  411. 13:54You know, she's generating 15,000 in GMV
  412. 13:57and 1.3 million views. I would reach out
  413. 13:59to her, be like, "Hey, let's create 50
  414. 14:01formats of these. How much do you need?"
  415. 14:03And figure out some kind of like style
  416. 14:05where we could work with her.
  417. 14:07Um like whether it's commission-based or
  418. 14:09paid or paid and commission-based. Um
  419. 14:11figure out the best model for her, but
  420. 14:13also have her create more of these. And
  421. 14:15then also send that out to all of our
  422. 14:16other creators and have them create kind
  423. 14:18of like skits as well.
  424. 14:20Uh that's pretty cool. So, let's see.
  425. 14:22Natural Boosters of Testosterone from
  426. 14:24Cancer Researcher.
  427. 14:29So, yeah, she's breaking down to some of
  428. 14:30the ingredients in uh Micro Ingredients.
  429. 14:32See what product that is specifically.
  430. 14:34So, it looks like she's pushing the um
  431. 14:36testosterone booster men over 40,
  432. 14:39Shilajit. It looks like they have a
  433. 14:40Shilajit supplement, a testosterone
  434. 14:42booster supplement from Micro
  435. 14:43Ingredients. So,
  436. 14:45yeah, this is a cool format as well. I
  437. 14:47would send this out as well to like all
  438. 14:49of our creators if they want to create
  439. 14:50like a more research-driven style video.
  440. 14:53Uh but again, it's tricky to find like
  441. 14:55another cancer researcher. It's kind of
  442. 14:56like with the house arrest video where
  443. 14:58it's it's tricky to find another creator
  444. 15:00who's doing that. So, I would make it
  445. 15:01specific to uh drew.review and get her
  446. 15:04to make like another 10 to 20, 30, 40,
  447. 15:0750 iterations of this video uh as well.
  448. 15:10And then I'll send it out to our other
  449. 15:11creators to create similar styles. But
  450. 15:13yeah, that's a that's a great video. Um
  451. 15:15let's go down here. Elaine.
  452. 15:18Which magnesium is best?
  453. 15:22So, it's basically listing out all the
  454. 15:23different pain points and saying how
  455. 15:26magnesium, I think it's called magnesium
  456. 15:28glass glycinate, is uh the solution. So,
  457. 15:31I would send this one out to all the
  458. 15:32creators as well. Be like, "Hey, utilize
  459. 15:34these pain points. Try this video style
  460. 15:36where you list the pain point and then
  461. 15:38just be like, 'Hey, try this.'"
  462. 15:40Cuz look, it it just
  463. 15:42Oh, I see what she's doing. So,
  464. 15:44basically she's Okay, so I think what
  465. 15:46they have is like a magnesium product
  466. 15:47with like 10 different magnesiums in the
  467. 15:50product. So, basically what she's doing
  468. 15:52is um if you have XYZ problem, grab this
  469. 15:55type of magnesium. And if you have this
  470. 15:57type of problem, grab this type of
  471. 15:58magnesium. If you have this type of
  472. 15:59problem, grab this type of magnesium.
  473. 16:01And she's kind of like stacking all
  474. 16:02these different things to be like, um
  475. 16:04"And we have this one has all-in-one uh
  476. 16:0710 ingredients in uh just this one
  477. 16:09product of magnesium. Get it down below
  478. 16:11in the TikTok shop." Something like
  479. 16:12that. So, I would send out those format.
  480. 16:14I would send out uh I would probably
  481. 16:16like extract like what she's saying the
  482. 16:18script and send that out to all the
  483. 16:19creators as well, the pain points, and
  484. 16:21have them create similar styles like
  485. 16:22this or create their own iteration of
  486. 16:25this style because it's working for
  487. 16:26them. And also, I've noticed this uh
  488. 16:28style works on TikTok shop uh across the
  489. 16:30board here. I might even save it cuz I
  490. 16:31kind of gave me some uh ideas for uh one
  491. 16:34of my clients. So, um yeah, I'm going to
  492. 16:35save that.
  493. 16:37All right, let's keep going.
  494. 16:39And then at the end,
  495. 16:41"Try this." Yep, perfect. Perfect,
  496. 16:44perfect, perfect. Looks like they got
  497. 16:46Drew review retained and now she's
  498. 16:48creating more content for them. Again, I
  499. 16:50would do the same thing uh and then have
  500. 16:52her create like another similar video
  501. 16:54where she's pushing Yep, the same skew.
  502. 16:57Throw in some um
  503. 16:58What's that called? Social proof in
  504. 17:00there as well. Just have her keep
  505. 17:01creating more of these formats and uh
  506. 17:03sending it over to other creators and
  507. 17:05getting them to create those other
  508. 17:06formats.
  509. 17:08Interesting. So, here we have a Spanish
  510. 17:10video. So, it looks like they also have
  511. 17:12some Spanish creators creating some
  512. 17:13Spanish-based videos for them as well.
  513. 17:17Uh Spanish is huge on TikTok Shop.
  514. 17:20There's a lot of and I have to make a
  515. 17:21separate video for this and even some
  516. 17:23posts, but Spanish is huge on on TikTok
  517. 17:26Shop. Like you got to remember that in
  518. 17:28the US there's 60 million
  519. 17:30Spanish-speaking Americans, right? So
  520. 17:33it's a ginormous market. So if you take
  521. 17:35a look at all these different TikTok
  522. 17:37Shops, like if you were to take a look
  523. 17:39at the top 100 TikTok Shops and break
  524. 17:40down what percentage of their creators
  525. 17:42are Spanish-speaking creators, I would
  526. 17:44say a good 30-40% of them are
  527. 17:46Spanish-speaking creators. So looks like
  528. 17:48they have some Spanish videos going.
  529. 17:50Again, I would take these Spanish
  530. 17:51videos, translate them to English, and
  531. 17:53send them over to our English-speaking
  532. 17:55creators. And then also importantly, I
  533. 17:57would take the Spanish-based videos,
  534. 17:59send them to my Spanish-based creators,
  535. 18:01have them create similar formats to
  536. 18:02this.
  537. 18:03Oh, that's cool. It looks like
  538. 18:06they Either they Either this guy just
  539. 18:08naturally creates like skit videos or
  540. 18:11they sent over the skit video of that
  541. 18:14English-speaking creator and said, "Hey,
  542. 18:16skits are doing really well. Up here are
  543. 18:18some pain points that you can cover like
  544. 18:20in a skit video. Create one for us here
  545. 18:23in Spanish and let's see how that goes."
  546. 18:25And looks like that's what he did
  547. 18:26what he's doing.
  548. 18:28And looks like it's the
  549. 18:28testosterone-based one.
  550. 18:31Yep, here it is, testosterone base. So
  551. 18:33that's great.
  552. 18:34Um, let's see here.
  553. 18:37Um, I've seen this before where
  554. 18:40creators will sometimes take like Joe
  555. 18:42Rogan podcast clips or Shark Tank clips.
  556. 18:45And yeah, she's filming that format.
  557. 18:47Again, I would Man, this kind of
  558. 18:48format's like on one hand it's like,
  559. 18:50"Okay, yeah, you can generate 5,000 in
  560. 18:52GMV from it." And then also 358,000
  561. 18:56views, but the problem with it is it
  562. 18:59could get copyright striked. It can run
  563. 19:01into all these flags. So it's like I
  564. 19:03recommend people just kind of stay away
  565. 19:05from it. But if it works, it works, you
  566. 19:06know.
  567. 19:08And I guess you could do like a reaction
  568. 19:10style, but um,
  569. 19:11I probably wouldn't send over this
  570. 19:13format to be honest with you guys
  571. 19:15because I wouldn't want more creators
  572. 19:17creating it cuz it runs the risk of
  573. 19:19violations on their accounts from a
  574. 19:21copyright. So,
  575. 19:23yeah, that's
  576. 19:24that's pretty much it for that one.
  577. 19:26And then let's take a look at some of
  578. 19:27their top hooks. What if I told you
  579. 19:29there's one molecule inside your brain?
  580. 19:30If you smell it, it smells like rotten
  581. 19:32eggs. Grab this. Yeah, so I would send
  582. 19:34out all the top selling pain points, all
  583. 19:36the top performing hooks to our creators
  584. 19:38so they consistently create more
  585. 19:39creative iterations of that. But yeah,
  586. 19:41so that's what I would do
  587. 19:43like when it comes down to just the
  588. 19:45creatives that we're creating, sending
  589. 19:47out those winners to other creators so
  590. 19:49we can get more winners, what pain
  591. 19:51points I'd connect them with, what hooks
  592. 19:53I would connect them with, how I would
  593. 19:54retain our our top creators, whether
  594. 19:57it's commission based or paid, and yeah,
  595. 19:59just some of the products of what
  596. 20:01they're doing and just getting more
  597. 20:02video volume out there so they can
  598. 20:04continue to see success. But yeah,
  599. 20:06that's been the breakdown of Micro
  600. 20:07Ingredients and what they're doing to
  601. 20:08win. I hope you guys learned something
  602. 20:10here. Let me over here. So yeah, I hope
