  1. 0:00Wow, there he is.
  2. 0:01What's up? What's up? Mr. Mr. number
  3. 0:04six. Yeah, you guys are crazy. That's
  4. 0:07way too generous.
  5. 0:09Man, way too generous. [laughter]
  6. 0:11Oh, you should be top five.
  7. 0:12For real, and that picture you guys used
  8. 0:15Yo, see, you should be top five. You
  9. 0:17made the [ __ ] list, bro. [laughter]
  10. 0:20Yo, [ __ ] you, bro. The pic- the picture
  11. 0:23you guys used for me for announcing the
  12. 0:24stream as well is a violation. I don't
  13. 0:26know where you got that from. I got
  14. 0:28>> [laughter]
  15. 0:29>> I think I only sent that picture to my
  16. 0:31wife. I'm like, "Where did these guys
  17. 0:33get this, bro?"
  18. 0:35>> [laughter]
  19. 0:35>> Wait, I want to see. I don't even I
  20. 0:37haven't even seen it. Look at my screen.
  21. 0:38I have it I have it pulled up.
  22. 0:41>> [laughter]
  23. 0:43>> What the [ __ ] bro? Dude, the only thing
  24. 0:45I understood from that last segment is
  25. 0:47that Claude is reporting all of my
  26. 0:50[ __ ] searches. [laughter]
  27. 0:52It's
  28. 0:53the worst I've got ever.
  29. 0:55>> [laughter]
  30. 0:56>> That was a given though, now like
  31. 0:57>> Greg's a good good brain, bro. We
  32. 0:58expected that. He's a good good brain.
  33. 1:00That's so over, dude. Oh my god. Yeah.
  34. 1:03Well, that was enough thick dense
  35. 1:05content for my [ __ ] pathetic little
  36. 1:08mind to to to
  37. 1:10>> [laughter]
  38. 1:10>> to get through for the next
  39. 1:11>> Number six here here to dumb it down.
  40. 1:13Don't worry. We love it. We love it. So,
  41. 1:15fir- first things first, we didn't
  42. 1:16really get into the list. How do you
  43. 1:18feel about the list? I want you and Z to
  44. 1:20really like kind of go on back and forth
  45. 1:21on this and take it Take Take our
  46. 1:23audience through it step by step one
  47. 1:25through 25. Let's Let's run that. I just
  48. 1:27like to clear I definitely have made it
  49. 1:29in the top five by the Z, pull pull pull
  50. 1:31the [ __ ] I [laughter] appreciate you,
  51. 1:32bro. Z, pull pull up pull up the tweet
  52. 1:35on your thing so you can share you your
  53. 1:37content with him and you guys can kind
  54. 1:39of go through it.
  55. 1:39>> Uh the tweet? Oh, yeah, I got you. Yeah.
  56. 1:41Let's see. I'm going to take my 16th
  57. 1:43piss of the episode and then we'll
  58. 1:46probably hydrate.
  59. 1:46>> [laughter]
  60. 1:46>> might need to go to the doctor, bro.
  61. 1:49It's like five times every [laughter]
  62. 1:51every single episode.
  63. 1:52>> It's just pure liquid coming out, just
  64. 1:55clear as ever. No, [laughter] it's
  65. 1:56actually it's actually thick it's
  66. 1:58actually thick cloudy dense like yellow.
  67. 2:01>> Did you say thick?
  68. 2:02>> [laughter]
  69. 2:03>> You should type in a cloud and see
  70. 2:04what's wrong with you. Every time I
  71. 2:07every time I take a piss I'm in
  72. 2:09agonizing pain. [laughter] Oh my god.
  73. 2:11No, no, no.
  74. 2:12>> they did say they did say chlamydia is
  75. 2:14on the rise in Europe bro. You've been
  76. 2:16in Europe recently? [laughter]
  77. 2:18He got some [ __ ] bro. We don't know.
  78. 2:20>> god.
  79. 2:21>> Gonorrhea is all time high in LA.
  80. 2:23>> There you [laughter] go.
  81. 2:25All right, [snorts] I'll leave it to you
  82. 2:26guys. But yeah yeah we did uh top 25 of
  83. 2:28CT general list. Um it was off the the
  84. 2:31heels of like the top 25 streamers
  85. 2:34uh list that has been going around been
  86. 2:35popping off. Um so yeah I think we did
  87. 2:38okay. I don't think we did too bad on
  88. 2:39it. Um I know Mayne you've been on CT
  89. 2:42for a long time. Uh can you give the
  90. 2:44viewer just like a a little bit about
  91. 2:46you like how you got started with
  92. 2:47crypto? Um how you started on crypto
  93. 2:50Twitter?
  94. 2:51So what's crazy is the only person on
  95. 2:53this list that I think was on CT when I
  96. 2:56first got on was Kobe.
  97. 2:58Um so I think Kobe obviously consensus
  98. 3:00number one. I know he doesn't post as
  99. 3:02much as he used to. I mean he's just had
  100. 3:04so many legendary calls and just kind of
  101. 3:06you know culture and just been the guy
  102. 3:09for such a long time. Um but yeah I got
  103. 3:11on I got on crypto Twitter in April of
  104. 3:142014 bro. Damn. Uh I used to be
  105. 3:16cryptomayne and I thought that I was
  106. 3:19pigeonholing myself to crypto so I
  107. 3:20changed to tradermayne.
  108. 3:22Um I really like Gucci Mane. That's why
  109. 3:25I made my name you know tradermayne
  110. 3:27cryptomayne at the time and I kind of
  111. 3:29got into crypto like you know as many
  112. 3:32people do. I had a friend who was
  113. 3:34telling me about it. You know he was
  114. 3:35like yo like this is the thing. This was
  115. 3:37back in like 2012 2011. So this is the
  116. 3:40future of money and I'm like yeah but
  117. 3:41you also like bring me to multi-level
  118. 3:43marketing meetings every other week. So
  119. 3:45[laughter] I'm not sure I trust your
  120. 3:47judgment. Um
  121. 3:48but sure enough like I kind of like was
  122. 3:51you know of it and then I
  123. 3:54started buying some, using it to like go
  124. 3:56on Silk Road, [ __ ] like that, gamble
  125. 3:58with. And uh then it had that bull run
  126. 4:01to I think it was 1167. So, $1,167 was
  127. 4:05the all-time high in 2013-14
  128. 4:07cycle.
  129. 4:08And I just remember being like, "Hey,
  130. 4:09this thing was like dollars when he told
  131. 4:11me about it. Now it's a thousand
  132. 4:13dollars. Maybe there's something here."
  133. 4:15And so, I kind of caught the very tail
  134. 4:17end of that market and
  135. 4:20lost all of my money.
  136. 4:22Um uh like made a little bit very
  137. 4:24briefly and then gave it all back. And
  138. 4:26then from there it's like you're bitten.
  139. 4:28You know what I mean? Like it's like,
  140. 4:29"Okay, there's got to be a way that this
  141. 4:31works." And that's what got me on my
  142. 4:33trading journey. I started, you know,
  143. 4:34with forex and
  144. 4:37paying for mentorships on how to do
  145. 4:39technical analysis and all this stuff.
  146. 4:41And I had had that Twitter account the
  147. 4:43entire time and I didn't really use it.
  148. 4:46And then kind of 2016-17 rolled around
  149. 4:48and I'd been trading FX kind of actively
  150. 4:50outside of my job. And um I'm just like,
  151. 4:53"I'm wondering if some of this [ __ ] I'm
  152. 4:55doing in these, you know, currency pairs
  153. 4:57will work in crypto." Yeah.
  154. 4:59>> And it did. So, I mean, you can go find
  155. 5:01charts from me from like 2014 to 2017
  156. 5:04with like order blocks and [ __ ] all
  157. 5:07this [ __ ] that everyone's using now.
  158. 5:10Um
  159. 5:11charting coins that don't even [ __ ]
  160. 5:12exist anymore.
  161. 5:14Um and then the rest is kind of history,
  162. 5:16man. Like, you know how it goes, right?
  163. 5:17Like, you just posting. I don't think
  164. 5:19anyone I mean, maybe banks aside, a
  165. 5:21little more intentional. I had no
  166. 5:23thought of growing a social media
  167. 5:25audience with this.
  168. 5:26>> Bro, me neither. Nothing. No, what do
  169. 5:28you mean? I I I arguably couldn't like
  170. 5:31had the least expectation of what was to
  171. 5:33come. Like, I was [ __ ] I made a
  172. 5:34YouTube video in 2008 before I even knew
  173. 5:37that you can make a single dollar on
  174. 5:38social media. Before anybody knew you
  175. 5:39can make money. Before clout was a
  176. 5:41thing. Before Instagram existed, you
  177. 5:43know? Like It was it just kind of
  178. 5:45happens, you know? Like, you're just
  179. 5:46posting and then after a while it's
  180. 5:48like, oh [ __ ] like I have a few
  181. 5:49thousand followers and then 10,000 and
  182. 5:51then it just kind of snowballed like
  183. 5:53crazy. And so
  184. 5:54the rest is history, man. I've been
  185. 5:56known by many things as on, you know,
  186. 5:58online, the neck and all these different
  187. 5:59things. But really it's
  188. 6:02I think I was one of the early kind of
  189. 6:03TA guys, I would say for
  190. 6:05for a crypto where it was like, hey,
  191. 6:07this stuff that works in traditional
  192. 6:09markets, it works in crypto as well. I
  193. 6:11had a huge Discord back in the day with
  194. 6:13many of the huge massive accounts. Like
  195. 6:16if Hasu was still active, you know, he
  196. 6:18would be on this list. Loma's on this
  197. 6:20list. Loma was in my Discord back in the
  198. 6:22day.
  199. 6:23Um, and these guys became obviously
  200. 6:25beasts to their own right. And it's just
  201. 6:27crazy to see what's become of this
  202. 6:29industry and
  203. 6:30you know, all that stuff since then.
  204. 6:32>> Hasu Hasu was number one number one on
  205. 6:34friend tech, right, for a minute?
  206. 6:36Oh, yeah. Yeah.
  207. 6:38Yeah.
  208. 6:39I don't know. He just disappeared, bro.
  209. 6:40I don't know. Some people just like
  210. 6:42I'm sure you get this too all the time,
  211. 6:44Z, like
  212. 6:45you'll like think of someone and you're
  213. 6:46like, what happened to that guy? And
  214. 6:48then you'll go to their page and like
  215. 6:49they haven't tweeted in five years and
  216. 6:51you're like, damn, like either they made
  217. 6:52it or
  218. 6:53>> Or they went bust and [ __ ] jumped off
  219. 6:55a building, right? Yeah, God forbid in
  220. 6:57Minecraft. in GTA in GTA
  221. 6:59>> Minecraft, yeah.
  222. 7:00>> [laughter]
  223. 7:00>> There's there's a few people like that.
  224. 7:01A lot of the a lot of people that I
  225. 7:03learned from. There was this one guy,
  226. 7:05his name is SFS Crypt. He made a lot of
  227. 7:08indicators on TradingView. He has some
  228. 7:10of the the best like custom indicators
  229. 7:12on TradingView. A lot of them are still
  230. 7:13up. And he was around in like 2017 and
  231. 7:16he just like stopped stopped posting one
  232. 7:18day. But his indicators, I still use
  233. 7:20indicators, so it's still kind of cool.
  234. 7:23It's like, yeah, but I think that I
  235. 7:25think the list is good, dude.
  236. 7:27I think Kobe consensus Yeah.
  237. 7:30I think ThreadGuy's like the rookie of
  238. 7:32the year, you know? Or like the MIP, you
  239. 7:35know, most improved. Like he's the new
  240. 7:37up-and-coming, like he's the guy.
  241. 7:40So love ThreadGuy.
  242. 7:42Um,
  243. 7:43I think flood, you know, is above me.
  244. 7:46The hype trade, the conviction on the
  245. 7:48hype trade.
  246. 7:49>> bro.
  247. 7:50>> recency bias though, maybe, and you're
  248. 7:51being humble cuz you're a [ __ ] you're
  249. 7:53you're the goat. Flood's been doing the
  250. 7:55thing for a long time, man. I used to be
  251. 7:57in the BitMEX troll box with Flood and
  252. 8:00like someone be talking [ __ ] and he'd be
  253. 8:01like, "Hashtag or [ __ ] {forward
  254. 8:03slash} position, bro."
  255. 8:04>> Position.
  256. 8:06>> [laughter]
  257. 8:06>> Show me like just like show me your
  258. 8:08money, bro. And you get Uh, Flood is the
  259. 8:11Flood's easy in my top three. I love the
  260. 8:13kid to death and honestly I love I love
  261. 8:14him on a personal level, too. We spent
  262. 8:16some time in St. Barts and he's 100% the
  263. 8:18reason I was I'll give him 80% of the
  264. 8:20reason why pretty much ported
  265. 8:23hype at the beginning of the year, which
  266. 8:24I asked both of you guys I asked you two
  267. 8:26are part of the [ __ ] starting five
  268. 8:28lineup of where I go anytime I'm
  269. 8:30thinking about making a move in crypto.
  270. 8:32Yeah, I'll always ask Mayne, I'll always
  271. 8:34ask Z, and
  272. 8:36I find myself pulling trigger when you
  273. 8:38guys are all generally aligned.
  274. 8:41The hype trade seemed obvious, right?
  275. 8:44But to do it with the size and level of
  276. 8:47conviction and doubling down that Flood
  277. 8:49did it with is
  278. 8:50is something I think beyond what most
  279. 8:52people think. Like a lot of people are
  280. 8:53like, "Oh, dude, I have a bunch of spot
  281. 8:54hypes." Like this guy was like he's got
  282. 8:56a family office. He's like 80% hype.
  283. 8:59He's got an options play on hype. You
  284. 9:01know, he's farming the airdrop on hype.
  285. 9:03He's like he was he was on every
  286. 9:06possible avenue and way to be bullish on
  287. 9:08this asset class like I've never seen
  288. 9:10before.
  289. 9:11Uh, and I think it will go down as one
  290. 9:13of the greatest trades, you know, in
  291. 9:15crypto for a very long time. Like it
  292. 9:17>> With size, dude. This bro was already
  293. 9:19filthy [ __ ] rich. I know.
  294. 9:20>> [laughter]
  295. 9:20>> That's why he's six. It's [ __ ] up.
  296. 9:22It's disgusting, dude. It's disgusting.
  297. 9:24But I I think the list is good. I think
  298. 9:26at the end of the day, right, it's like
  299. 9:28this kind of stuff is subjective. Yeah.
  300. 9:30Um, but, you know, I'm not I'm not
  301. 9:31complaining about number six. I'm not
  302. 9:33complaining at all. If you had to make
  303. 9:34any changes, uh, remove three people
  304. 9:37from this list and add three.
  305. 9:39Well, first of all, Z's got to be in
  306. 9:41there.
  307. 9:42Where's he going? Where's he going?
  308. 9:43>> Appreciate you. I got you I got you in
  309. 9:45my in my top five for sure. Uh for a
  310. 9:48couple of reasons. Like one, the Solana
  311. 9:50trade equally is epic, right? Um the
  312. 9:53meme coin somewhat of a supercycle, but
  313. 9:56like the memes moved, man. We had a meme
  314. 9:58coin cycle and you were early to it. And
  315. 10:00also just being someone who has a large
  316. 10:02audience on Twitter, I've had a fraction
  317. 10:04of what you've experienced on the
  318. 10:06negative side um this cycle. And uh it's
  319. 10:10got to be like a Black Mirror episode
  320. 10:11for you, I'm sure, being like, "What the
  321. 10:13hell is going on, dude?"
  322. 10:14>> Black Mirror at least three times in an
  323. 10:16episode, by the way.
  324. 10:16>> Yeah, like it did And like I get it I
  325. 10:18get like a little bit. You know, I get
  326. 10:20the occasional death threat, like
  327. 10:22whatever, like you're bald, fat piece of
  328. 10:23[ __ ] And I'm like, "Ow, fat? Really?
  329. 10:25Like other two things probably true."
  330. 10:27But like you were getting assault and
  331. 10:30you just kept showing up, bro, and doing
  332. 10:31your thing. And I got a lot of respect
  333. 10:32for that. Um and I know you're a good
  334. 10:34trader. Like that's what I think got
  335. 10:37lost in the sauce a little bit with like
  336. 10:39oh I just want Z to you know shill my
  337. 10:41ticker. So I'm like, "Bro, this guy used
  338. 10:42to write these threads on on CoinZemp,
  339. 10:46right? Not even on the main." [laughter]
  340. 10:48Yeah, where where where where bro went
  341. 10:50deep and like, you know, thoughtful
  342. 10:52thesis analysis TA blend with FA. And
  343. 10:55like this guy cares and he's clearly
  344. 10:57smart. Um but you know And listen, I'm
  345. 10:59I'm going to take an additional victory
  346. 11:01lap for for my boy because he's
  347. 11:03incredibly well-mannered and humble, but
  348. 11:05I am not. Um yeah, look at the look at
  349. 11:08this tweet. We posted this tweet before
  350. 11:09the episode with all the clips attached.
  351. 11:12I mean, brother
  352. 11:13I guess this is a general question to
  353. 11:14you too, like how you feel about the
  354. 11:15show, but I mean, Z still got it, bro.
  355. 11:18You saw you saw the timeline after
  356. 11:20episode one. It was it was all no
  357. 11:22Bitcoin, no Solana, [ __ ] whatever
  358. 11:25whatever, the naysayers.
  359. 11:27Um and Z went on to, you know, go in
  360. 11:29depth about his positions in hyperliquid
  361. 11:31and VVB and Zcash and
  362. 11:34I mean
  363. 11:36Bro, what what what's even better than
  364. 11:38than this was I think it might have been
  365. 11:40after episode one
  366. 11:42cuz you would ask Z
  367. 11:43>> You own you own
  368. 11:45When did you get in a
  369. 11:47soul and like when did you get out and
  370. 11:50you know he's like I bought it like at a
  371. 11:51a buck 50 and I sold it like 200 plus. I
  372. 11:54was like no you [ __ ] didn't and he's
  373. 11:55like time stamp time stamp.
  374. 11:57>> [laughter]
  375. 11:59>> There you go.
  376. 12:00Like I posted on the main channel too.
  377. 12:03>> And Vinnie Vinnie's like oh my fault my
  378. 12:04bad. I'm going to keep it cool though.
  379. 12:06Yeah. Yeah, so but that's that's crypto
  380. 12:08Twitter bro. Like it's just like you can
  381. 12:10just say things on the internet. Like
  382. 12:12you can just make up anything about
  383. 12:14anyone
  384. 12:15>> it's very Black Mirror ask like people
  385. 12:16will always air to the side of like
  386. 12:19what's going to engage the most with
  387. 12:21with the audience what's going to farm
  388. 12:23the most likes the most engagement it's
  389. 12:24this dopamine [ __ ] thing that you see
  390. 12:26like
  391. 12:27You know, have you ever seen it like an
  392. 12:28average person like a mom or dad like go
  393. 12:31slightly viral on the internet? Have you
  394. 12:33ever seen that happen? Yeah, oh yeah.
  395. 12:35And the way they react
  396. 12:37the way they react to it is always the
  397. 12:38same and it's very odd. It is very Black
  398. 12:41Mirror ask you'll see them almost like
  399. 12:44get a little bit manic about it. They'll
  400. 12:45start tweeting more and they'll start
  401. 12:47[ __ ] you know what I mean it's it's
  402. 12:48it's really weird. It
  403. 12:50Trying to hold on to sand, you know what
  404. 12:52I mean? Like it's like it's fleeting you
  405. 12:54get your 15 minutes and you know to stay
  406. 12:56relevant for as long as Z has you know
  407. 12:58there's there's more there than it is
  408. 13:00meme coins and stuff but the you know
  409. 13:02crypto Twitter is
  410. 13:04I think Twitter's probably the most
  411. 13:05toxic of the social media platforms. I
  412. 13:08mean without a question yeah.
  413. 13:09>> And then you combine that with crypto
  414. 13:11it's just like
  415. 13:12>> We've created this [ __ ] And now we're
  416. 13:14stacking AI on top of it. We're stacking
  417. 13:16AI on top of it too. It's it's a [ __ ]
  418. 13:17it's insane. It's my cesspool so I don't
  419. 13:20give a [ __ ] man. Like I'm [ __ ] I'm
  420. 13:22out of the sewer from here anyways. I'm
  421. 13:23not leaving.
  422. 13:25>> [laughter]
  423. 13:25>> Yeah, same way bro. I know you talked a
  424. 13:28little bit about how when you first
  425. 13:30started on on Crypto Twitter, there was
  426. 13:32a lot I felt a lot more of a focus on
  427. 13:34like TA and charts and all that. I feel
  428. 13:36like when I started, which I started in
  429. 13:38crypto around like 2017,
  430. 13:41um is when I hopped on CT. But I feel
  431. 13:42like back then the like general vibe on
  432. 13:46like crypto and Crypto Twitter was a lot
  433. 13:48more positive than it is now. I mean, it
  434. 13:51was like even the people who had no idea
  435. 13:54about any thing they were like, "Yeah, I
  436. 13:55know I don't know anything about
  437. 13:56anything. Who How can I learn? Who do I
  438. 13:58learn Like what do I What do I look at?"
  439. 14:00Um and everybody was like very free with
  440. 14:03sharing information, sharing their
  441. 14:05ideas, and it didn't really matter as
  442. 14:07much if you were wrong on stuff. Cuz I
  443. 14:08know there were There were so many coins
  444. 14:10back then that people were wrong on and
  445. 14:12went to [ __ ] zero. Like the first
  446. 14:14altcoin I bought was Digibyte and some
  447. 14:16some other random [ __ ] like Patient
  448. 14:17Portal. Some other [ __ ] Digibyte sounds
  449. 14:19like it's going to zero. Digibyte, bro.
  450. 14:21Digibyte on Digibyte on Bittrex was the
  451. 14:23first altcoin I ever bought. Um but I
  452. 14:25feel like now the general sentiment on
  453. 14:27Crypto Twitter is a lot more negative
  454. 14:30and I kind of do take some of the
  455. 14:31responsibility for that. I feel like a
  456. 14:33lot of the meme coin stuff like, yeah, I
  457. 14:34knew that Solana was going to do well
  458. 14:36and because I knew Solana was going to
  459. 14:38do well, that there was going to be
  460. 14:39things on chain that did well. Given
  461. 14:41Doge did what the [ __ ] 80 billion the
  462. 14:44cycle before, I know there's going to be
  463. 14:45some meme coins that do well. But it's
  464. 14:46like just generally I feel like meme
  465. 14:48coins did detract from the general just
  466. 14:51like I don't know. It might have lowered
  467. 14:53the IQ of CT cuz people were just like
  468. 14:56>> I think it's fair to say also misery
  469. 14:57misery loves company and like we said
  470. 14:59like the stock market has outperformed
  471. 15:01crypto over the last 2 years. Crypto
  472. 15:03hasn't been
  473. 15:04on
  474. 15:04>> Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Exactly like the
  475. 15:06most fun place to be. You know, people
  476. 15:07We also became a little more mainstream,
  477. 15:09too, right? And there's more There's
  478. 15:11more people who felt like CT was a
  479. 15:13community back in the day. Like it felt
  480. 15:15like we were the homies. It's like,
  481. 15:17"Okay, I'm going to go and I know this
  482. 15:19guy posts good stuff and I'm going to do
  483. 15:20my research." Like, yeah, there was
  484. 15:22scamming going on and [ __ ] but it
  485. 15:23wasn't like
  486. 15:25everything got institutionalized. Even
  487. 15:26the grifting got institutionalized.
  488. 15:28Like, you have VCs, right, who are
  489. 15:30effectively like ICO shillers like from
  490. 15:33back in the day. Like, they're going to
  491. 15:34scam you on this meme coin that they
  492. 15:36have a better entry on than you and
  493. 15:37they're just going to sell it to
  494. 15:38oblivion, but now they're doing it in a
  495. 15:40suit behind the name of a fund. And um
  496. 15:43I think um
  497. 15:45that part changed. I miss it, dude,
  498. 15:47because I used to learn a lot on
  499. 15:49Twitter. Where now I'm just kind of like
  500. 15:52I post and I don't really look at anyone
  501. 15:54else's [ __ ] to be honest with you,
  502. 15:55which is a little bit sad. And I don't
  503. 15:57even post like I used to do. I used to
  504. 15:59do like infographics and I'd do all this
  505. 16:00like
  506. 16:01>> I do that stuff on YouTube now cuz the
  507. 16:03YouTube audience, dude, we love these
  508. 16:05videos. Please don't stop. Like, a 100%
  509. 16:07like to dislike ratio.
  510. 16:09>> you fix it? Meanwhile, on Twitter I post
  511. 16:11something, they're just like, "You're
  512. 16:12[ __ ] bald, ugly, gay." I'm like,
  513. 16:14"What?"
  514. 16:14>> [laughter]
  515. 16:16>> "Oh, dude, you posted this trade 6
  516. 16:18months ago and I lost my ass on it."
  517. 16:20Like, "Fuck you, I'm going to kill you."
  518. 16:21It's like, "Whoa, dude." So, it's just
  519. 16:24it's just lost a bit of that. It's
  520. 16:25unfortunate. I don't know how we get
  521. 16:27back or if it's possible, but I I I
  522. 16:29agree it was different, it was better.
  523. 16:32And um I think a lot of the people, you
  524. 16:35know, like we're also to blame. Not you
  525. 16:37and me necessarily as much as we're part
  526. 16:39of it, but like we got the culture
  527. 16:41became more like you're only as good as
  528. 16:43your last trade. Yeah. This guy was
  529. 16:45bearish and it went up, let's [ __ ]
  530. 16:47nuke this guy. It's like awesome dude
  531. 16:49awesome dude who's contributed like a
  532. 16:50lot of great stuff to the site and he
  533. 16:53was short Bitcoin, God forbid, and it
  534. 16:55went [laughter] up. It's like, "Oh, this
  535. 16:56guy sucks." The average person also is
  536. 16:58really quick to forget like who aided
  537. 17:00them and helped them in in a good trade
  538. 17:02or making you know
  539. 17:04I'm not. No,
  540. 17:05neither am I, but the average person's
  541. 17:06like hits a good trade, they're a
  542. 17:08[ __ ] genius and they miss it they
  543. 17:10miss a trade and
  544. 17:11it's all your fault. Bro, I have anytime
  545. 17:14someone talks [ __ ] to me, the first
  546. 17:15thing I do is I click on our DMs, and I
  547. 17:18just see if they've been in my DMs
  548. 17:20groveling, asking me for stuff, if I've
  549. 17:22helped And sometimes it's like, "Dude, I
  550. 17:24have a 50 back-and-forth DM with you
  551. 17:26where you're asking me what an order
  552. 17:27block is." Yeah. I got a half million
  553. 17:29followers, and I answered you, and I
  554. 17:31took the time to do [laughter] it. And
  555. 17:32now I post something you don't like, and
  556. 17:34you're yelling at me. It just doesn't
  557. 17:35make any sense, but it is unfortunate,
  558. 17:38and I do think like other platforms,
  559. 17:40there's a little bit more of like a
  560. 17:42Like, bro, if you don't like it, like,
  561. 17:44[ __ ] don't follow. But Twitter,
  562. 17:46anyone can say anything, right? Anyone
  563. 17:47can have a voice. Whereas like the
  564. 17:49comment section on YouTube doesn't
  565. 17:50really work the same way. You know what
  566. 17:51I mean? Yeah.
  567. 17:54No, it's it's interesting. I mean, I'm
  568. 17:55I'm grateful for it, but I I learned a
  569. 17:56lot from you. I learned a lot from the
  570. 17:58other people on on CT in the early days.
  571. 18:00That's honestly how I taught myself how
  572. 18:01to trade. So, I feel like we just kind
  573. 18:03of have to brute force it. Like, I feel
  574. 18:04like if you are just putting out good
  575. 18:06Like you do, you put out great content
  576. 18:08consistently all the time. The people
  577. 18:10who have a ton of followers are pretty
  578. 18:12consistent and and transparent with like
  579. 18:14the information that they're putting
  580. 18:15out. I can't I feel like it'll shift
  581. 18:16back towards that direction. At least I
  582. 18:18hope so.
  583. 18:19>> I think I think what what Banksy said is
  584. 18:21super accurate, too. It's like we we
  585. 18:22kind of been like the ugly stepchild for
  586. 18:25a minute now. Like a year, basically,
  587. 18:27we've been getting [ __ ] kicked by
  588. 18:29everything, bro.
  589. 18:30Everything is kicking our ass, man. It's
  590. 18:32really sad. But that's why I think
  591. 18:34content like this, what you're doing,
  592. 18:35man, what we're trying to do, I think
  593. 18:36it's so important. You guys know I'm no
  594. 18:39I'm no stranger to like the sentiment or
  595. 18:42trying to push this narrative agenda of
  596. 18:43more people creating content in this
  597. 18:45type of format. Um I've pilled both of
  598. 18:48you guys separately on doing more [ __ ]
  599. 18:50like this several different times over
  600. 18:52the course of of me and you guys. I feel
  601. 18:53like I have such a unique like
  602. 18:55relationship with crypto, and even the
  603. 18:57way that I came
  604. 18:58I came along after you guys. And um what
  605. 19:00dragged me to kind of the center of CT
  606. 19:02was NFTs. And that clicked for me just
  607. 19:04because of my history with gaming and
  608. 19:06Counter-Strike skins and like
  609. 19:07CryptoPunks, really like the history of
  610. 19:09it. I got super pilled on it. Classic
  611. 19:12Gary called me, Logan Paul, [ __ ] Mr.
  612. 19:14Beast. You guys have all heard the story
  613. 19:15a million times. And I just remember
  614. 19:17like
  615. 19:18if I could sum up like that NFT meta
  616. 19:20wave, like that that that period of
  617. 19:22time, it's wagmi. Remember like it was
  618. 19:24just wagmi, we're all going to make it.
  619. 19:26And I just remember being celebrated and
  620. 19:28championed and like feeling super
  621. 19:30welcomed and embraced. And I would make
  622. 19:32all these like culture plays and just go
  623. 19:34[ __ ] ape into these mints and like
  624. 19:35join these discords and you know, I was
  625. 19:37getting my own [ __ ] little dopamine
  626. 19:39high off all of it, but like I don't
  627. 19:41know, I would never do that now. I would
  628. 19:43never go like go like support I'm just
  629. 19:45not doing [ __ ] for the culture because
  630. 19:47like the culture is so shitty. Someone
  631. 19:48like you has a unique problem and
  632. 19:50there's a few things. First of all, the
  633. 19:51wagmi thing, like I think Pump Fun is is
  634. 19:53partly to blame. Shout out to Elon. Was
  635. 19:56he number 25?
  636. 19:57He just [laughter] barely made it on
  637. 19:59there. But because Pump Fun changed the
  638. 20:02psychology of altcoin traders, in my
  639. 20:05opinion. Like altcoin traders used to
  640. 20:07all be Murad. Like I'm riding and dying
  641. 20:10for my [ __ ] coin. I'm Chainlink
  642. 20:12Marine. I'm XRP Marine or I'm Chainlink
  643. 20:14Marine. I'm an XRP Army. This is my
  644. 20:17[ __ ] coin. I'm I'm I'm I'm Cardano
  645. 20:19till I die. Whereas Pump Fun now, it's
  646. 20:21like, dude, what is the runner for the
  647. 20:23next 12 hours?
  648. 20:24>> Trenches, PvP, drawing charts, [ __ ] it,
  649. 20:27slit people's throats. That that I think
  650. 20:29has affected this we're all going to
  651. 20:31make it. It's like, no, the trenches is
  652. 20:33such an appropriate name. Everyone
  653. 20:35[ __ ] died in the trenches, bro. If
  654. 20:36you study the war, the trenches were the
  655. 20:38worst place to be, bro. Barely anyone
  656. 20:40[ __ ] survived. But like for you
  657. 20:42specifically, like cuz you're
  658. 20:44mainstream coming to crypto, much like,
  659. 20:47you know, other celebrities that we've
  660. 20:48had, you know, come to crypto and
  661. 20:50usually end up like they launch coin,
  662. 20:52everyone's like, [ __ ] you. Initially,
  663. 20:54your intentions are good. The problem
  664. 20:57that everyone makes, in my opinion, from
  665. 20:59the celeb side coming to cryptos, if you
  666. 21:01attach yourself to a coin, you're going
  667. 21:03to get [ __ ] Cuz the moment that coin
  668. 21:04doesn't go up, they're blaming you. Like
  669. 21:07that's just it's just how it is. No
  670. 21:09matter what you did, you could never
  671. 21:10sell. It does not matter. You could take
  672. 21:13You could [laughter] take a You could
  673. 21:13take a six-figure loss on it.
  674. 21:15>> Yeah. It's your fault, no matter what.
  675. 21:18Yeah, you just You should just never
  676. 21:19attach your name to something so
  677. 21:20volatile and something that you have
  678. 21:22such little like um
  679. 21:24control over, bro.
  680. 21:25>> Control over, yeah. You have no control
  681. 21:27over the price of the token, and so
  682. 21:28>> Trump came in Trump came in, dropped
  683. 21:30Trump, dropped Melania, every [ __ ]
  684. 21:31culture coin that entire meta got sucked
  685. 21:33out and and swept. Yeah, it's Yeah, it's
  686. 21:36what have you done for me lately? And so
  687. 21:37there's people say, "Well, if FaZe Banks
  688. 21:38talks about my bags, that's good for me.
  689. 21:41I'll make money. The moment my bag's not
  690. 21:43going up, it's his [ __ ] fault."
  691. 21:45>> Yeah. Yeah. Um but that's like, you
  692. 21:46know, part of the
  693. 21:48the you know, society, you know, in
  694. 21:50general and that's this victimhood
  695. 21:52mentality. No one can take
  696. 21:53responsibility for their own [ __ ] Like
  697. 21:54back in the day And a neg- And a
  698. 21:56negative hate farm will always be more
  699. 21:58liable to like bang and just the way
  700. 22:00engagement works on Twitter. Like
  701. 22:01Twitter, obviously, we've talked about
  702. 22:02this is is um kind of a naturally very
  703. 22:05place. Look at this Local guy, bro.
  704. 22:07Everyone's [ __ ] on this guy cuz he's
  705. 22:09down 30 mil. I'm like, he has the
  706. 22:11ability to be down 30 mil is what I'm
  707. 22:13thinking about, bro.
  708. 22:15He literally has like his a lifetime P&L
  709. 22:18is like 100 million or something. I'm
  710. 22:20like, wait, wait, we're bagging this guy
  711. 22:21for probably taking profit on stake
  712. 22:23type. He's up nine [laughter] figures.
  713. 22:25Yeah, but it's at all-time high and he's
  714. 22:27short, dude. [ __ ] this guy. It's so
  715. 22:29detached, too, and it really is very
  716. 22:31Black Mirror-esque. It's like, what kind
  717. 22:32of sick [ __ ] human could look at
  718. 22:34somebody in person to their face who
  719. 22:36just lost 30 million dollars and like
  720. 22:38laugh at them or like parade them? Like
  721. 22:40>> [laughter]
  722. 22:40>> It would never happen in real life.
  723. 22:42It wouldn't happen. If somebody If
  724. 22:43somebody told me that face to face, I'd
  725. 22:45[ __ ] Oh my god, are you [ __ ]
  726. 22:47>> same room as that guy, bro. That's what
  727. 22:49the beauty of Twitter is. It's like I
  728. 22:51try and tell these people, I'm like, you
  729. 22:52have the ability to tweet at
  730. 22:53billionaires. There's anons with
  731. 22:55hundreds of millions of dollars that you
  732. 22:57could be getting info from. Instead,
  733. 22:59you're [ __ ] on people cuz you're
  734. 23:01negative and you're just like butt hurt.
  735. 23:02Like that's why guys like I think Kobe,
  736. 23:05GCR, they don't post anymore because
  737. 23:07it's like what's the [ __ ] point? Oh,
  738. 23:09GCR said ETH was going to 10K. It's
  739. 23:12like, okay, maybe he's wrong on that
  740. 23:13call. That 90 other ones that he laid up
  741. 23:16for you were all bang on, but like, oh,
  742. 23:18he was bullish on ETH and it didn't go
  743. 23:20up. [ __ ] him, he's washed. Yeah.
  744. 23:23Yeah. What do you What do you think on
  745. 23:24um like markets right now? Do you have a
  746. 23:26a strong opinion on on crypto or like
  747. 23:28crypto versus stocks in general? So, I
  748. 23:31look at the stock market and I don't
  749. 23:32understand what's going on at all. I'll
  750. 23:34be completely [laughter] frank with you.
  751. 23:35Like I I shorted that move that we had
  752. 23:39uh a few months ago down to like 6,300
  753. 23:42or whatever it was on the S&P. And I
  754. 23:44thought I'd caught the top cuz it looked
  755. 23:46very similar to the prior top like in
  756. 23:482022. And I was like, all right, this
  757. 23:50finally it. Like the economy is now
  758. 23:52catching up or the stock market's now
  759. 23:54going to catch up to what the economy's
  760. 23:55actually doing, which is [ __ ] all. Yeah.
  761. 23:58>> Um and uh I did not expect this V bottom
  762. 24:01full reversal. I know that this is
  763. 24:03massively overweighted to a few
  764. 24:05companies and it just kind of seems like
  765. 24:06this incestuous [ __ ] of AI, data
  766. 24:09centers, and chips, and blah blah blah.
  767. 24:11But I've like
  768. 24:13as a trader, it's in an uptrend. Anytime
  769. 24:16there's a bullish opportunity, you just
  770. 24:18have to take it and you do that until
  771. 24:19you're wrong. And you might get five
  772. 24:22trades in a row right and then you long
  773. 24:23the top. It's like, who cares? So,
  774. 24:25that's kind of where I'm at with
  775. 24:26equities like long and strong until I'm
  776. 24:28proven wrong. Like there's no signs of
  777. 24:30this slowing down yet. Uh
  778. 24:32do I think that this is sustainable and
  779. 24:35X Y Z? No, but I'm not nearly like I'm
  780. 24:38smart enough to know that I'm not smart
  781. 24:40enough to Right. make that call. You
  782. 24:43know what I mean? I'm not trying to be
  783. 24:44Michael Berry calling the the top like
  784. 24:46an infinite amount of times. Like you
  785. 24:47hear guys like Paul Tudor Jones being
  786. 24:49like,
  787. 24:50yo, like this is the music slowing down
  788. 24:53whether it's stopped or not. Like we're
  789. 24:55in a scary place. Buffett's in more cash
  790. 24:57than ever before. Uh But who knows, we
  791. 25:00could go to 10,000 before that actual
  792. 25:02correction happens. Right. And then
  793. 25:03let's say we correct 40% we're at 6,000.
  794. 25:07Like we're where we are we're a month
  795. 25:08ago. So I don't really know. As for
  796. 25:11crypto, I think we're through the lion's
  797. 25:13share of the downside both in time and
  798. 25:16price.
  799. 25:17Um I think there's going to be a bottom
  800. 25:20sometime Q3 Q4 of this year assuming
  801. 25:23everything remains the same with a
  802. 25:24four-year cycle. It's just a question of
  803. 25:26whether or not that's a lower low to 50k
  804. 25:29or it's a higher low, you know, we go up
  805. 25:31to 90 here and that higher low is, you
  806. 25:33know, in the 70s. So like I want to be
  807. 25:36deployed in Bitcoin end of this year
  808. 25:38100%. Got you. Got you. Got you. Got
  809. 25:41you. Word. Yeah, bro. Stocks are crazy.
  810. 25:43>> [laughter]
  811. 25:43>> They just don't stop.
  812. 25:46Bro, I told my brother my brother's a
  813. 25:48dentist so he's like
  814. 25:49>> pop? When do when when do we go down?
  815. 25:52Dude, my brother's a dentist so he's
  816. 25:53just like money in the retirement
  817. 25:54account every month, right? And he's
  818. 25:56been playing with a little bit and he's
  819. 25:57watching guys on YouTube who are like
  820. 25:58just buy these semiconductor companies
  821. 26:00and I told him I was like dude this
  822. 26:01thing's getting overheated. He's up a
  823. 26:03lot on his retirement portfolio. I'm
  824. 26:05like take some profit. I tell him to
  825. 26:06take profit we rip another 30%. He's
  826. 26:09like what the [ __ ] dude? I'm like dude
  827. 26:11like I can't win. Like I don't know what
  828. 26:12to say like
  829. 26:13>> Bro, it's crazy.
  830. 26:14>> make any sense to me so I guess you just
  831. 26:16hold forever. Yeah. This is [ __ ]
  832. 26:18insane this this this chart that I have
  833. 26:21up. Oh, it's not to This is [ __ ]
  834. 26:23crazy.
  835. 26:25It's nasty.
  836. 26:25>> the interesting thing that's happening
  837. 26:27right now that is like has never been
  838. 26:30happening before is like how much AI is
  839. 26:34changing how people work and how how
  840. 26:37more efficient at least on a software
  841. 26:38side for sure the past like year or so.
  842. 26:40So that's like the interesting piece is
  843. 26:43that there are like revenues attached to
  844. 26:45it. Um Yeah. Honestly what I think is
  845. 26:48going to what I think could possibly top
  846. 26:51stocks in the AI trade. Can we kind of
  847. 26:52about it a little bit with the last um
  848. 26:55guest, Greg. He was saying like he
  849. 26:56thinks open-source AI is going to win.
  850. 26:58So, if you think open-source AI is going
  851. 27:00to win, which means like the models that
  852. 27:02are much cheaper for everybody to access
  853. 27:04are as good as the closed-source models
  854. 27:06that Anthropic, OpenAI are putting out,
  855. 27:08then it's like, "Okay, OpenAI and
  856. 27:09Anthropic are at like $1 trillion
  857. 27:12valuations." Like they're going to IPO
  858. 27:14They may IPO like $2 trillion. SpaceX is
  859. 27:16going to IPO around like 2.something
  860. 27:18trillion. So, like if those IPOs happen
  861. 27:21at the same time as like the open-source
  862. 27:24AI is getting really, really good, and
  863. 27:26China starts ramping up their
  864. 27:27investments on the energy side, and all
  865. 27:29those things are happening,
  866. 27:31then it's like, "Okay, are the tech
  867. 27:33companies as strong or are their
  868. 27:35revenues as durable in that situation?"
  869. 27:38That's kind of what I'm I like the one
  870. 27:40thing I could think of of like topping
  871. 27:42the market. Also, I think like
  872. 27:44how much
  873. 27:45um the tech companies are spending on
  874. 27:47like the investment in AI is also
  875. 27:49inflationary at the time. Like that's
  876. 27:50affecting other other inputs for other
  877. 27:52people.
  878. 27:53>> Sure. Um so, that's an interesting
  879. 27:55piece. Um
  880. 27:57But yeah, I don't know. I Like I said,
  881. 27:58it's If you're a TA trader, you don't
  882. 27:59really care. Like you just like it's an
  883. 28:01uptrend. You keep You keep ripping it.
  884. 28:02Just long Just long until
  885. 28:04>> [laughter]
  886. 28:05>> It is kind of crazy. I never I I would
  887. 28:08never have thought I would be longing in
  888. 28:09the S&P 500 at $7,400
  889. 28:12or 7,400 here, but I am. And I remember
  890. 28:15COVID. I remember those numbers. Didn't
  891. 28:17seem like that long ago. Yeah. But I
  892. 28:19mean, I think you're also seeing America
  893. 28:22kind of reindustrialize on the fly and
  894. 28:25become this AI superpower
  895. 28:27um cuz they have to. Cuz otherwise
  896. 28:30Yeah, you have you have no other choice.
  897. 28:32China wins. And I'm
  898. 28:35as a Canadian, bro, like
  899. 28:37I'm still up into the right on America.
  900. 28:39Like I know a lot of people are like,
  901. 28:41"It's the fall of the American empire."
  902. 28:43It's like, you know, the fall of ancient
  903. 28:44Rome. I'm like, you know, the fall of
  904. 28:45the Rome took like 200 years. Like you
  905. 28:48know what I mean? Like even if America's
  906. 28:49done and topped, like you're going to be
  907. 28:51dead before it even matters. So I'm
  908. 28:54still bullish on America and I'm bullish
  909. 28:56on the most bullish chart of all time,
  910. 28:59which is the S&P 500 to just go up into
  911. 29:01the right over my lifetime. And like
  912. 29:04what else do you do?
  913. 29:06Yeah.
  914. 29:07Um you talked a little about Canada
  915. 29:09versus the US. Have you been watching
  916. 29:11any of the uh the NHL playoffs? Of
  917. 29:13course, man. I I We got one team left.
  918. 29:16You know a Canadian team has not won the
  919. 29:18Stanley Cup since 1993. Wait, for real?
  920. 29:21[laughter] Since 1993? 1993. Wait, isn't
  921. 29:24it isn't it like half and half on um
  922. 29:27on like US teams versus Canadian teams
  923. 29:29or how how does it
  924. 29:30>> But But it's like it's like basketball.
  925. 29:31Like you know back in the day the
  926. 29:32Celtics and Lakers won all the chips.
  927. 29:35Like back in the day the Montreal
  928. 29:36Canadiens won all the [ __ ] Stanley
  929. 29:38Cups. So the Montreal Canadiens, which
  930. 29:39are the last team still in for Canada,
  931. 29:43they last won a cup 1993. That's the
  932. 29:45last Canadian team. Vancouver went to
  933. 29:47the final in '94, lost, we rioted.
  934. 29:51Uh Calgary Edmonton went to the final in
  935. 29:532006, Vancouver in 2011, we lost, we
  936. 29:56rioted.
  937. 29:58And uh then Edmonton lost the last 2
  938. 30:00years to [ __ ] Florida, bro. Like
  939. 30:02imagine losing to a place where it don't
  940. 30:03even snow. Wait, they lost Wait, they
  941. 30:05lost back-to-back to Florida? To Florida
  942. 30:08back-to-back, yeah.
  943. 30:08>> a Florida's hockey team?
  944. 30:11Florida [snorts] has two hockey teams,
  945. 30:12bro. Tampa Bay [laughter] and and my
  946. 30:14Tampa Bay Lightning. I did not Tampa Bay
  947. 30:16Lightning. Yeah.
  948. 30:16>> Yeah, and the Florida Panthers out of
  949. 30:17Fort Lauderdale. But yeah, so I'm I'm
  950. 30:19cheering for the Canadians, bro, cuz you
  951. 30:22know
  952. 30:23>> Please.
  953. 30:24Yeah, we got we got the poly market
  954. 30:25>> L's, dude. We've been taking L's. We
  955. 30:27lost the World Series. Yeah. We're
  956. 30:29losing in the NHL. Yeah. We lost the
  957. 30:32gold medal game in hockey.
  958. 30:34We're not the 51st state. Like all the
  959. 30:36boomers won't allow it.
  960. 30:38>> That that game. Nasty team, bro. But
  961. 30:40yeah, I'm on Montreal. I'm on Montreal
  962. 30:42heavy. Carolina is a better team, uh but
  963. 30:45Montreal is scrappy.
  964. 30:46We got They actually play They play
  965. 30:48tonight, right? We got the Yeah, they
  966. 30:49play it They play I think in 2 hours or
  967. 30:51something like that. So, we're going to
  968. 30:52ride with Maine and trade Montreal,
  969. 30:54yeah? Eat Montreal. This is good value.
  970. 30:57And the again, my favorite part about
  971. 30:59Poly Market is the market part of it.
  972. 31:01So, like I bet on the Spurs early on in
  973. 31:03the playoffs cuz everyone had OKC
  974. 31:06winning. When the Spurs went up 1-0 in
  975. 31:09the Western Conference Final, I cashed
  976. 31:11out some of my position.
  977. 31:13So, even though I the Spurs to win the
  978. 31:15championship, I'm able to make money
  979. 31:17because I'm basically in profit on that
  980. 31:19trade.
  981. 31:19>> pull out.
  982. 31:21Can we talk to the people about
  983. 31:22>> that, too. We have the same one. We took
  984. 31:24So, we took the Spurs to win because
  985. 31:27when Tristan was on, he was like, "Yo,
  986. 31:28it's either going to be the Spurs or
  987. 31:30it's going to be OKC. It's not going to
  988. 31:32be the East. It's going to be one of
  989. 31:33those two." So, we actually also have
  990. 31:35the Spurs
  991. 31:37>> from 17. Yeah, your your
  992. 31:39>> We're in the Spurs from 22% and now it's
  993. 31:41at 31%. Bro, let's just ride with Wemby,
  994. 31:44bro.
  995. 31:44>> Yeah, I was about to say, so we just
  996. 31:46added So, we double down? He's a free.
  997. 31:48>> they lost last night, bro, and he had an
  998. 31:50off game.
  999. 31:52Yeah, I mean, he's he's been playing out
1000. 31:54of his mind. He's playing like he has a
1001. 31:55chip on his shoulder, too, though. Like
  1002. 31:57he's he's actually mad.
1003. 31:58>> about him and Chet Holmgren?
1004. 32:00No, what No, what is it? So, they played
  1005. 32:02in like a U18 kind of like international
1006. 32:04tournament, and Wemby like both
1007. 32:077-footers, you know, plus, so they get
1008. 32:09compared. Wemby fouled out of the
1009. 32:12championship game that they lost to
  1010. 32:13America,
1011. 32:15and Chet won the MVP with like 11
1012. 32:17points. Meanwhile, Wemby fouled out with
  1013. 32:19like 25, 10, and 10 kind of thing. And
1014. 32:23you can just see him. He's been angry.
1015. 32:24And so, you know, Chet's won the chip
  1016. 32:26last year. Everyone's hyping him up.
1017. 32:28Wemby was like training with Shaolin
  1018. 32:30monks.
  1019. 32:31>> [laughter]
  1020. 32:31>> Going all sorts of crazy [ __ ] bro. Like
  1021. 32:34I don't know. I like Wemby be I think
  1022. 32:35could be a freak. really crazy. I've
1023. 32:37seen some crazy takes like best
1024. 32:38basketball player of all time and
  1025. 32:40[ __ ] Let's let's not disrespect my
1026. 32:42goat LeBron LeBron remain LeBron James
  1027. 32:44here, but
1028. 32:46he's up there. I think he could be an
1029. 32:47all-time great and which is crazy to say
  1030. 32:49about a guy who's 20.
  1031. 32:50Yeah.
  1032. 32:51Yeah.
  1033. 32:52It's been a great It's been a I think
  1034. 32:54it's
  1035. 32:54a great a great series honestly.
  1036. 32:56>> your Knicks, bro?
  1037. 32:58Bro, I'm I'm Sixers, bro. Why does
  1038. 32:59everybody
1039. 33:00Why does everybody think that? I think
1040. 33:01they live in New York.
  1041. 33:04Rem New York [ __ ] That game was [ __ ]
1042. 33:05insane by the way. That was
1043. 33:08Wow. unbelievable comeback and it was
1044. 33:10basically just Brunson cooking James
  1045. 33:12Harden one-on-one for 10 minutes
  1046. 33:13straight. Yeah, I think I think they're
1047. 33:15going to take James Harden was CEO
1048. 33:17Polymarket was courtside and I was like
  1049. 33:18in real time swiping up and he [ __ ]
1050. 33:21that was probably that had to have been
1051. 33:23one of the best games to So you know you
  1052. 33:25know Chiefing's right Z, so we
  1053. 33:28we would be at
1054. 33:30on from Twitter uh Yeah. Yeah, so we
1055. 33:33would be at a Miami Heat games.
  1056. 33:35And um
1057. 33:37on Polymarket, right? And the Heat are
  1058. 33:38down and we're like [ __ ] now's the
  1059. 33:40time to ape. Like that's when it's the
1060. 33:41most fun, you know what I mean? Like the
1061. 33:42game's happening. The other team goes on
  1062. 33:44a 10-0 run, you're like okay, I'm
  1063. 33:45betting now. Yeah. I I do think it's the
  1064. 33:48advantage of
1065. 33:49like Polymarket versus the traditional
1066. 33:52ways to to trade it because you can get
1067. 33:54in and out of positions a lot easier
1068. 33:56live. Like that is the one the one
1069. 33:57differentiator which I think is cool. We
1070. 33:59talked We talked about a phase deal with
  1071. 34:01Polymarket a year and a half ago with
1072. 34:03the guys and one of the concepts running
1073. 34:05concepts that I had was um live trading
  1074. 34:06courtside.
  1075. 34:08Yeah, I got I saw you with a good good
  1076. 34:10It's like a laptop yeah.
1077. 34:11It's also just like viral content.
1078. 34:14>> I'm down to start that idea again.
  1079. 34:16>> [laughter]
1080. 34:17>> With these with these three guys right
1081. 34:18here. Just let me know where to go.
1082. 34:20Let's go. Shane, get us get us tickets
  1083. 34:21courtside. We'll sit down with laptops
  1084. 34:23and trade on Polymarket.
  1085. 34:24>> What's the new house called? [ __ ] 'em.
  1086. 34:26Whatever they're called.
  1087. 34:27>> [laughter]
  1088. 34:29>> We'll also too we'll [ __ ] we'll [ __ ]
1089. 34:31rig it and and take both sides.
1090. 34:33So we [laughter] win no matter
  1091. 34:34See, this guy's a natural for CT, man.
1092. 34:37You long and short and then you only
  1093. 34:38post a winner. Exactly.
  1094. 34:40Exactly. That's CT 101, man.
1095. 34:44But like you I know you were
1096. 34:46we we talked about like the the growth
  1097. 34:48of CT a lot.
1098. 34:49I know you started on on CT as like a
  1099. 34:52trader, but also now you're a builder as
  1100. 34:53well. I know you're a founder.
1101. 34:55Can you talk a little bit like what
1102. 34:57you're the your business Breakout how
1103. 34:59that's been doing trading and building
1104. 35:01and like your insights there. I know you
  1105. 35:03work Kraken, right?
1106. 35:05Yeah, Kraken acquired us in September.
1107. 35:09And dude, honestly so much more fun
  1108. 35:13>> [laughter]
1109. 35:13>> Really? than trading or at least trading
  1110. 35:15lately, I guess. I used to find trading
1111. 35:20very exciting cuz I was learning. There
  1112. 35:22was a lot going on. I felt like we're in
1113. 35:24this cool new space that was growing. I
  1114. 35:26feel like lately my trading's very
  1115. 35:28boring. I don't know if you get that
  1116. 35:29vibe, but like
1117. 35:30I'm my the trades that I take that do
1118. 35:32well are not like exciting crazy sexy
  1119. 35:35trades. It's like it's just like bread
1120. 35:36and butter. Like this is what's going to
1121. 35:38happen. I took like a trade on hype last
1122. 35:41week. I'm like, "Hey, this is my bread
1123. 35:42butter setup. Take the trade." Yeah.
1124. 35:44>> Obviously it's nice when it works out,
1125. 35:45but good trading like legit trading is
  1126. 35:48quite boring. It's systematic. It's
  1127. 35:49process oriented.
1128. 35:51And after you do it for so many years,
1129. 35:53you kind of lose the luster a little
1130. 35:55bit. You know what I mean? And I used to
1131. 35:58trade a lot more. Now I'm much more high
1132. 36:00time frame, way less assets.
1133. 36:03And so when the opportunity came for
  1134. 36:05Breakout, you know, I approached my
1135. 36:07business partner Alex who you know.
  1136. 36:10And
1137. 36:11I saw this proliferation of prop firms
  1138. 36:14going on.
  1139. 36:15And
1140. 36:16it to me was like, "Hey, this is a tool
1141. 36:18that exists for traders that should
1142. 36:20exist for crypto." It was as simple as
1143. 36:21that. This is not like reinventing the
  1144. 36:23wheel. It's like bringing this wheel
  1145. 36:24over to our industry.
1146. 36:26So we launched it and we kind of
1147. 36:28couldn't have timed it better. I mean,
1148. 36:29we launched the business when Bitcoin
  1149. 36:31was at 25,000
1150. 36:32and we sold it when it hit 125,000.
1151. 36:36So, uh, we kind of caught the entire
  1152. 36:38bull run,
1153. 36:40uh, and uh, all the things in between.
  1154. 36:42And it's just like a different
  1155. 36:44experience. I know you're dealing with
1156. 36:45Bull Pen Five, like it's just having
  1157. 36:47employees, having
1158. 36:49like your day is not determined is not
  1159. 36:51driven by your P&L. You know what I
  1160. 36:53mean? Like it's just different things
  1161. 36:55are motivating you, different
  1162. 36:56challenges, different problems, getting
1163. 36:58to work with awesome people, like I, you
1164. 37:00know, Crypto Cred, Abe Trade, like my
  1165. 37:02whole founding team is cracked. They're
  1166. 37:03all awesome people. They're my friends.
  1167. 37:06And, um,
1168. 37:07it was just sick. I mean, getting
  1169. 37:09acquired by Kraken, it's funny. I wrote
1170. 37:10down in my little diary, my little gay
  1171. 37:12journal,
1172. 37:13uh, that, uh, I'm going to sell this
  1173. 37:15business to a centralized exchange cuz
1174. 37:16I'm like, this is the perfect add-on
  1175. 37:18business for a centralized exchange. You
1176. 37:20have spot, perps, options, prop. Um, and
1177. 37:25it just kind of worked out that way. Uh,
1178. 37:27you know, shout out to the Alchemist, my
1179. 37:28boy, uh, for helping me get that
1180. 37:30connection with Kraken. And, you know,
1181. 37:32we went there, we pitched, and like they
1182. 37:34offered to buy the company like same
1183. 37:35day, basically. It was crazy. Um,
  1184. 37:38but we're still involved. That's what I
1185. 37:39like about it, too, right? Is they
1186. 37:40didn't want to change what we were doing
1187. 37:41and be like, "Hey, now we own this.
1188. 37:43We're going to blow it up and make it
  1189. 37:44ours." Like we're still Break Out. I'm
1190. 37:46still working on the business every day.
1191. 37:48We just launched our new terminal. We
1192. 37:49got some other really exciting stuff I
1193. 37:51can't leak quite yet that we're going to
1194. 37:52be coming with, uh, you know, in the
1195. 37:54next couple of weeks here. And it's just
1196. 37:56been a fun new challenge. And the idea
1197. 37:58that this came from me making a random
1198. 38:00Twitter account, like all the stuff
1199. 38:02that's happened since then, and the
  1200. 38:03ultimate thing being like, I sold a
1201. 38:05company for like a crazy sum of money
  1202. 38:07to, uh, soon-to-be publicly traded
  1203. 38:09company is fully nuts.
1204. 38:11>> Sick. Brother, you deserve it. If if
1205. 38:13there's anybody that I've met in CT and
  1206. 38:15through this whole experience that I
1207. 38:16feel like deserves it, it's you. You put
1208. 38:18in the time, you put in the effort,
  1209. 38:19you're [ __ ] You provided a ton of
  1210. 38:21value, and you're a great guy. Thank
1211. 38:23you, bro. I appreciate that. All right.
  1212. 38:26Appreciate you coming on. I I feel like
1213. 38:27this needs to be a regular occurrence,
1214. 38:29right? Anytime, man. I'd love to come on
1215. 38:31here and chop up some charts sometime.
1216. 38:32Next time you got me many guests heavy,
1217. 38:34we could do like a chart chart half hour
1218. 38:36or some. Just rip through the big ones.
  1219. 38:38That'd be fun.
1220. 38:39>> I'm going to tell you last time I hopped
1221. 38:41in hopped in you guys' head I'll tell
1222. 38:43you guys to buy Zcash. [laughter]
1223. 38:45Dude, so you know you know you know a
  1224. 38:48guest, real quick before I go, a guest
1225. 38:50I'm going to get you guys on here. I
1226. 38:52have a friend. This is my Indian quant,
1227. 38:54okay? And I say this with the utmost
1228. 38:56level of respect. This is one of This is
1229. 38:59one of those guys who's on has been on
1230. 39:01every leaderboard and on. Like you don't
  1231. 39:03know who you're like who's this guy? Uh
1232. 39:06ungodly sums of money. Yeah. FTX, every
1233. 39:09every trading, every exchange, every
  1234. 39:12trading like he's
  1235. 39:13on the leaderboard, okay? This guy's
  1236. 39:15like Solana from pennies.
  1237. 39:18He's
1238. 39:19god tier behind the scenes and he's
1239. 39:21cooking up something cool that I think
1240. 39:22when it goes live, it will be very
  1241. 39:24interesting to talk about. The company's
1242. 39:25called Rails if you want to look into it
1243. 39:26already, but when it's ready with the
1244. 39:28next thing that they're doing, he would
1245. 39:31be a very fun person to interview cuz
1246. 39:32he's first of all he's like a god tier
1247. 39:34GCR level trader in my opinion. Like
1248. 39:36he'll just message me, he'll be like
  1249. 39:38Zcash. That's it. And it's at like a
1250. 39:40hundred. And I'm like what like what do
1251. 39:42you mean? Like where where where are you
  1252. 39:44wrong? Stop sizing. And he's like I
  1253. 39:46bought like a gross eight-figure amount.
1254. 39:50And like it triples. I'm like it must be
  1255. 39:52topping here. He's like doubling down.
  1256. 39:54>> [laughter]
  1257. 39:55>> And it's like closing here. It's like
1258. 39:57the peak of tops. So he would be a fun
1259. 39:58guy to chat to cuz he's a killer on the
1260. 40:00trading side. And he's doing some really
1261. 40:02cool stuff on the infrastructure side
1262. 40:04behind a lot of the companies you see in
  1263. 40:07TradFi coming to crypto. He's building
1264. 40:09literally the rails for these companies
1265. 40:11to work with crypto now. He would be
1266. 40:13super fun to talk to.
1267. 40:14Fire. No, definitely want to have him
1268. 40:16on. He sounds like a sounds like a chad.
1269. 40:17There's so many of those like low-key
1270. 40:19people that you would never know and are
1271. 40:20just like crushing it like out of
  1272. 40:22nowhere.
  1273. 40:24Bro,
1274. 40:25Bro, I like I met this guy in person and
  1275. 40:27like I'm just like like
  1276. 40:30Like no way.
  1277. 40:31>> What? He's like, "Dude, I'm a big fan of
  1278. 40:32you." I was like, "Dude, I'm a fan of
1279. 40:34you. Like what are you talking
  1280. 40:35[laughter] about? Like what's your
  1281. 40:36Twitter?" He's like, "I don't have one."
1282. 40:39He's got like an egg Twitter with three
1283. 40:40followers on there and he follows like
1284. 40:42me, you, and like Flood. Like it's just
  1285. 40:44like
  1286. 40:45It's insane, dude. It's insane. But
1287. 40:47gigachad, there's so many. So be nicer
1288. 40:49to people on Twitter. You never know who
1289. 40:50has nine figures and could be, you know,
1290. 40:53giving you some actual good intel. It's
  1291. 40:55true. It's It's definitely true, bro.
  1292. 40:58It's true.
1293. 40:58>> of advice. But yo, um man, yeah, we have
  1294. 41:01We talked a little bit about I mentioned
  1295. 41:03Bull Pen. We're actually doing a
  1296. 41:04competition around trading comp. I don't
1297. 41:06know if you have like how much free time
1298. 41:07you have. Um but would love to have you
1299. 41:09involved with it. Um I'm doing it.
1300. 41:12Um yeah, we just started it today, but
  1301. 41:14you can still We're still have a open
1302. 41:16open uh You can still join.
  1303. 41:18Um
1304. 41:19yeah, bro, I'd love to have you on if
1305. 41:20you if you want to hop in. Is it one of
1306. 41:22those ones where I join and I take zero
1307. 41:24trades and I end up winning cuz everyone
  1308. 41:26[laughter] blows up? No, I'm I'm not
1309. 41:28going to be negative, so you're not
  1310. 41:30going to win if I'm if I'm in it. Let's
  1311. 41:32go. [laughter] Okay, I'll finish I got
1312. 41:34to finish top six. I got to do my rank
1313. 41:36well. Okay, cool. Cool, cool, cool. Oh,
  1314. 41:38yeah.
1315. 41:40Wired. I'm winning or coming in dead
1316. 41:42last. I'm going to keep it a buck. Yeah,
  1317. 41:44Benxis also winning.
1318. 41:45Bro, it's the only way to do it. It's
1319. 41:47the only way to do it. Oh, the prize
  1320. 41:49pool is 100 Gs, bro. Yeah, exactly. 100
  1321. 41:52Gs.
  1322. 41:52It's some money. It's some money. I
  1323. 41:54always have fight people like, "I don't
1324. 41:55want to do these trading competitions."
1325. 41:56It's like, "Well, like dude, it's like
  1326. 41:58these are those things It's like
  1327. 41:59airdrops, bro. It's like it's money on
1328. 42:00the floor. You can get lucky, hit one
1329. 42:02trade, and end up winning this thing."
  1330. 42:04Exactly.
  1331. 42:05Exactly.
  1332. 42:06>> That's what I'm banking on, baby.
  1333. 42:07>> [laughter]
  1334. 42:08>> Hell yeah. Let's see. Let's see.
1335. 42:11Well, cool, man. Um yeah, appreciate you
1336. 42:14coming on. Definitely want to have you
  1337. 42:15on again. Anytime, boys.
1338. 42:17>> We got to link up soon, bro. I We still
1339. 42:19need to hit a hockey game. We need to go
1340. 42:20to a hockey game. I know we say it like
1341. 42:22multiple times, but we need to go to
1342. 42:24one. How many How many games are in the
1343. 42:25Montreal series left? Are they
  1344. 42:27>> It's best of seven. First game's
1345. 42:29tonight. That would be a fun game to go
  1346. 42:32to
1347. 42:33if Paul [clears throat] Maurice wanted
1348. 42:33to get us some tickets or something.
  1349. 42:35You know, that would be a sick [ __ ]
  1350. 42:37game to
1351. 42:38>> game seven? Where is game seven? Let's
1352. 42:39get one of the It'll be in
1353. 42:41It'll be in Carolina, but a game in
1354. 42:43Montreal's barn, like in their arena,
1355. 42:45will be absolutely nuts. The French
  1356. 42:47Canadians are insane, bro.
1357. 42:50Bro, we need to do that. That would be
1358. 42:51That would be live. That would actually
1359. 42:53be sick. Is there Is there a game Is
1360. 42:55there a game Is there a game by chance
1361. 42:57on a Thursday? It'd be kind of sick if
  1362. 42:59we did a [ __ ] live show with Maine on
1363. 43:01There definitely There probably is game
  1364. 43:04three or four next Thursday. I wouldn't
  1365. 43:06be surprised in Montreal.
  1366. 43:08>> That'd be crazy.
  1367. 43:10We'll see if [ __ ] lines up. I I wouldn't
  1368. 43:11be opposed to it. It'd be cool. I'll
1369. 43:13catch a flight. You let me know.
  1370. 43:15Cool.
1371. 43:16All right, fellas. Appreciate the time,
  1372. 43:17y'all. Man, you're the goat, brother.
1373. 43:19Later, brother. Later. The six.
  1374. 43:22Love.
