how i would promote TripBFF with tiktok slideshows — Transcript

- 0:00Hey everyone. In this video, I'm going
- 0:02to be taking the role of Trip BFF, which
- 0:04is a solo travel app, and then kind of
- 0:07going through the process of showing you
- 0:08how I would make some Tik Tok slideshows
- 0:11in order to promote this app. Um, so I
- 0:14already created one. Um, the prompt was,
- 0:17I want three slides. The slides should
- 0:19be about three reasons why I should not
- 0:21be scared to travel alone. And the
- 0:23reason why I hit on this is because the
- 0:25whole point of the app is to be able to
- 0:28travel alone but meet up with people
- 0:30that are in the same position I am in.
- 0:33So I don't have to be like scared of
- 0:36being alone in a new country. Right?
- 0:38That is the main driving factor why
- 0:39would someone would use this app. So we
- 0:42want to use that for that hook. So I
- 0:44said I want the first slide text which
- 0:46is the hook to say I'm but I'm worried I
- 0:50won't be safe. And then I workshopped
- 0:51that a little bit and then I changed it
- 0:53to in quotes, I'm worried I won't be
- 0:55safe when I travel alone. So, it's
- 0:57coming from the perspective of someone
- 1:00that is in the potential customers shoes
- 1:04that would need this app because they're
- 1:06scared to travel alone, if that makes
- 1:08sense. And also I added this image
- 1:10because one it's you know vacation it's
- 1:13has to do with travel but also it has
- 1:15two people in the image holding hands
- 1:17which is honestly a perfect fit for the
- 1:20hook and honestly this is a perfect
- 1:22first hook slideshow for like in the
- 1:24image. Um second I the second slide and
- 1:28I kind of work this a little bit. I took
- 1:30from multiple slides and added it into
- 1:32one but it this is what real farm gave
- 1:35me word for word. I always share my
- 1:38location with friends and stay in public
- 1:39places at first. Plus, there are so many
- 1:41apps now where you can find other solo
- 1:45travelers nearby. That's what that's
- 1:47what Real Farm Gamev gave me. And then I
- 1:50added extra text on top of that that
- 1:51says I use Trip BFF because the
- 1:54community of solo travelers is vetted
- 1:56and super nice. 10 out of 10. Would
- 1:58recommend. And I wanted to pair this
- 2:01with some photo like an iPhone photo at
- 2:04least of a real person that kind of
- 2:08looks
- 2:09like it's them saying it. Now, when I
- 2:13say I want it to look like the person
- 2:15saying it, I don't say I'm not
- 2:17incentivizing you to go out and find a
- 2:19random photo of someone and make it look
- 2:20like a random person saying this. I
- 2:22highly recommend you don't do that. Use
- 2:24a real photo that you are licensed to
- 2:26use. that is just use your photo
- 2:28honestly. Use your photo, upload it to
- 2:29real farm and that'll do the job. All
- 2:32right. Um but I don't have an example
- 2:34right now cuz I have a bunch of images
- 2:36from Tumblr. Um which is a different
- 2:39type of thing, but I'm getting off
- 2:41course. What I'm trying to say is this
- 2:43is a perfect slideshow that honestly
- 2:45could drive sales and conversions. um
- 2:47because when it hit the hook hits on the
- 2:50main pain point that the customer is
- 2:52facing and then the second slide it's
- 2:55kind of like a hook demo slideshow right
- 2:58um it talks about hey you're you'll be
- 3:00okay just do a few of these things and
- 3:02also I use this app I would recommend it
- 3:05too um definitely do that I highly
- 3:08recommend um Trippy FF post something
- 3:10just like this so I created it then from
- 3:13here I can publish it to Tik Tok or
- 3:15schedule it out or save it as the video
- 3:17or download the images itself. Um,
- 3:20whatever I need to. So, let's see. The
- 3:23second slideshow we want to
- 3:25create
- 3:28is this one. So, I originally had a
- 3:32different prompt for something else,
- 3:34which was this one. Then I workshopped
- 3:35that into this prompt, which is the one
- 3:38I just used. But, um, let's do another
- 3:41one. Uh, let's do a different prompt.
- 3:44Same thing. most mostly the same but
- 3:46change a little bit different. So I want
- 3:47to say I want five slides and the slide
- 3:51should be about five reasons
- 3:54why you shouldn't be scared to travel
- 3:57alone. And I want the first text slide
- 4:00to
- 4:02say let's just say I want it to say
- 4:05that. All right. And then let's copy and
- 4:08paste
- 4:08this into the prompt section. We want to
- 4:12have our bit our uh business our product
- 4:15context added in. I just uh took all the
- 4:18text from the website and added it into
- 4:21real farm. And then we're going to have
- 4:22the images set as this one right here.
- 4:25This image collection. From here we can
- 4:27click generate. It's going to generate a
- 4:28new slideshow for us. And then from
- 4:31there we can workshop it, edit some text
- 4:33around, edit the images and add a CTA
- 4:36and kind of soft cell BFF. So, let's see
- 4:39what it comes up with. Five reasons why
- 4:41you shouldn't be scared to travel alone.
- 4:42Let's change this image to something
- 4:45more travel
- 4:46based.
- 4:48Um, we want a good travel image. Nothing
- 4:51nothing like this. Or maybe the Paris
- 4:54image would be good. No, you can't
- 4:55really see the text. Want the text to be
- 4:57kind of there, you know, so you can read
- 5:00it.
- 5:01Um, I think an image like this would be
- 5:05good. Change like this.
- 5:11appear save. I think that's good. You
- 5:13know, five reasons why you shouldn't be
- 5:14travel shouldn't be scared to travel
- 5:16alone. And the image that is on that
- 5:18first slide kind of
- 5:21reemphasizes that point that you're
- 5:23trying to make. And the first one says
- 5:26you're never actually Oh, I thought they
- 5:28said you should not you should actually
- 5:29never travel alone. I misread that. But
- 5:31let's change that
- 5:33to We can honestly use the same image
- 5:36over and over and over, but I might not
- 5:39want to do that. Um, I think iPhone
- 5:43images would be better for this. Maybe
- 5:47an image of a bunch of people like this.
- 5:48You're never actually
- 5:50alone. And then change this a little bit
- 5:54like that.
- 6:02That's fine. I mean, I don't like the
- 6:04location of it just because the text is
- 6:07kind of being blurred in. So, maybe not
- 6:10this image. Maybe a different one. But
- 6:11you can kind of get what I'm trying to
- 6:14do.
- 6:26Um, maybe more images like this. So,
- 6:28let's make it really small. You're never
- 6:30actually alone. I've learned that if you
- 6:32have aesthetic images, having small text
- 6:35really helps with
- 6:37that. I like that you're never actually
- 6:40meet so many people on the way. Builds
- 6:42crazy confidence.
- 6:46was shot for my first solo trip. And
- 6:48that's good. Save that text and then
- 6:50change the image to honestly we could
- 6:53just could Oh, I like this actually. I
- 6:56like the way this is going. Probably
- 6:58just use the same image over and over
- 6:59and over for the the text content or
- 7:01like the the slide
- 7:03content. Um, same image. Let's just do
- 7:06all the images like
- 7:09this. Little crazy confidence. Freedom
- 7:12to do whatever you want.
- 7:14You don't have to compromise with
- 7:15anyone. Change points whenever because
- 7:17it feels like whenever you feel like it
- 7:20is the best thing
- 7:22ever. Vocals treat you
- 7:26differently. And I think I'm trying to
- 7:28think about the
- 7:29CTA of how I would sell tripff in a
- 7:34slideshow like this.
- 7:52I like this. I like the way this is
- 7:53going. Now, I think the best way to
- 7:57um promote trip BFF is to do a soft
- 8:01cell. I don't think a hard C I mean a
- 8:03hard CTA could definitely work. Last at
- 8:05the very last slide. Actually, that
- 8:07might that might work. Um, you can do
- 8:09both. I'll give you an example of both.
- 8:11So, if you want to do a hard CTA, add a
- 8:13new slide at the end. Let's change that
- 8:15image to the same
- 8:17image. And then,
- 8:20um, since I'm trip BFF and taking the
- 8:22role of them, I can say I'm making an
- 8:27app to help,
- 8:30um, bring solo travelers together so
- 8:34you're not alone out there.
- 8:39and then a new text element that
- 8:42says it's
- 8:46called trip bff. You can find it on the
- 8:51app
- 8:55store. I think that's good. Honestly,
- 8:58that's that's a a good um CTA because a
- 9:02CTA should not just say check out my
- 9:05app, right? It should a good CTA relates
- 9:07to the actual message of the slideshow
- 9:10or the narrative, the story that you're
- 9:11trying to tell, which is five reasons
- 9:12you shouldn't be scared to travel alone.
- 9:14Gives you a bunch of reasons to not be
- 9:15scared to travel alone. And then at the
- 9:17end, it's like, hey, I'm also making an
- 9:19app. Um it's to bring solo travelers
- 9:21together so you're not alone out there.
- 9:23And not only this, but the whole um
- 9:27what's it called? Like the way the words
- 9:30are being structured and formatted and
- 9:31the the the word choices.
- 9:35um especially coming from the first
- 9:37person perspective really sells the
- 9:39point that I'm a real person even though
- 9:41AI made this. Um and then it says it's
- 9:44called Trippy Fab. You can find on the
- 9:45app store with a smiley face. Adding the
- 9:46hearts and the smiley face goes a long
- 9:48way when you're trying to make something
- 9:50sound like the first person and sound
- 9:51like authentic and real and organic. So
- 9:55honestly, this is something that I think
- 9:58would help a lot. And honestly, you can
- 9:59even change the image to be a screenshot
- 10:02of the app in the app store, which could
- 10:04probably up conversions. Um, because
- 10:09using the same image as all the other
- 10:10slides might not uh be good. I mean, you
- 10:14can definitely do it, but um I think
- 10:16adding an image of the actual app that
- 10:18you're making would be more beneficial.
- 10:21But I don't have that image on me right
- 10:22now. But this is another slideshow I
- 10:24would create. So, we're going to create
- 10:26that and it's going to be pumping out in
- 10:28a second. It's going to be generating
- 10:30and from there we can schedule it to be
- 10:32posted today, tomorrow, in a month or we
- 10:36can just publish it immediately. But
- 10:38this is an example of how real farm can
- 10:39help Trip BFF and what Trip BFF can do
- 10:42and the slideshows they can make in
- 10:44order to um get more conversions and get
- 10:48traffic to their app. So, that's a quick
- 10:51little example of what I would do. And I
- 10:55think I'm going to make a few more
- 10:56videos of this uh me taking the role of
- 10:58a specific business or app or product
- 11:00and then kind of explaining what I would
- 11:02do if I was in their position to do Tik
- 11:05Tok marketing. So that's it. If you like
- 11:06the video, give it a thumbs up, but you
- 11:08can't give it a thumbs up because this
- 11:09is on uh Twitter. Um but if you like
- 11:12this video, let me know and I'll I'll
- 11:15keep making these. Pex.
