  1. 0:00I made over $100,000 in eight months on
  2. 0:02school and I did it without a clear road
  3. 0:04map to follow. So through a lot of trial
  4. 0:06and error, I had to figure out
  5. 0:07everything on my own so that you don't
  6. 0:08have to. And now just a few months
  7. 0:10later, I've grown my paid community to
  8. 0:12$18,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
  9. 0:14I've generated over $430,000.
  10. 0:17And I even won the school games. And in
  11. 0:19this video, I'm going to give you the
  12. 0:20exact five steps that I used to hit
  13. 0:22these numbers so that you can just copy
  14. 0:23me. So let's jump in. Now, before we get
  15. 0:25into the framework, I want to actually
  16. 0:26show you something real quick. A lot of
  17. 0:28people think that you need to be in the
  18. 0:29business or the make money online niche
  19. 0:31to make money on school, but that's just
  20. 0:32not true. Let me prove it to you by
  21. 0:34showing a few communities that are not
  22. 0:36in this niche that are crushing it. So,
  23. 0:38here is that pickle ball school. This is
  24. 0:40a guy that is teaching people how to
  25. 0:41play pickle ball and he's making over
  26. 0:43$41,000 a month. Here's a guy teaching
  27. 0:45people how to speak Japanese and he's
  28. 0:47making over $19,000 a month in monthly
  29. 0:50recurring revenue. This is a community
  30. 0:51where this couple is teaching people how
  31. 0:53to salsa dance and they're making over
  32. 0:55$35,000 a month. This guy is teaching
  33. 0:57people how to do photography on their
  34. 0:59phone and he's making over $8,000 a
  35. 1:01month. And this last example, this lady
  36. 1:03is teaching people how to build their
  37. 1:04makeup routine. And she's making over
  38. 1:06$11,000 per month doing this. These are
  39. 1:09real communities making money on school
  40. 1:10right now. So regardless of the niche,
  41. 1:12school is a platform where anybody can
  42. 1:15come and they can share their skills and
  43. 1:16passions and make money doing it. Now,
  44. 1:18let me show you the step-by-step process
  45. 1:19to make that happen. So the first step
  46. 1:21when starting a school community is to
  47. 1:22figure out what your school community is
  48. 1:24going to be about. To do this, I want
  49. 1:25you to ask yourself three questions.
  50. 1:27Number one, what problems can you help
  51. 1:29people solve? Number two, what skills
  52. 1:31and knowledge can you share? And number
  53. 1:33three, what topics are you extremely
  54. 1:34passionate about? There are really two
  55. 1:36paths you can take when you're starting
  56. 1:38a community. Path one is where you're
  57. 1:39already the expert. This is where you've
  58. 1:41built a skill in a certain area and
  59. 1:43you've gotten results for yourself or
  60. 1:44your client. So, here you're the guide.
  61. 1:46You've been there, you've done that, and
  62. 1:48now you're teaching people how to get
  63. 1:49the transformation that you've achieved
  64. 1:51for yourself or for other people. Path
  65. 1:53two is where you're passionate about
  66. 1:54something, but you're not yet the
  67. 1:56expert. This is where you're really,
  68. 1:57really passionate about something,
  69. 1:58almost obsessed with it, but you haven't
  70. 2:00yet mastered the skill. And that's
  71. 2:02totally fine. So, the way you approach
  72. 2:04this path is that you're documenting
  73. 2:06your journey to becoming the expert. So,
  74. 2:08as you learn more, as you grow your
  75. 2:09skills, you're sharing that progress and
  76. 2:11you're helping people that are one step
  77. 2:12behind you get closer to their
  78. 2:14transformation. So, for me, before I
  79. 2:16started my school community, I was
  80. 2:17teaching online coaches and course
  81. 2:19creators how to get clients using
  82. 2:21Facebook groups. And over a three and a
  83. 2:22half year period, I generated over
  84. 2:24$800,000 with that business. So when I
  85. 2:27first moved to school, that's what my
  86. 2:28community was about. I was helping
  87. 2:30coaches build their online businesses
  88. 2:32using Facebook groups. But as Facebook
  89. 2:34groups became less and less effective, I
  90. 2:36didn't feel right teaching that strategy
  91. 2:38anymore. So I had to make one of the
  92. 2:39hardest decisions in my entire life. I
  93. 2:41had to make a pivot. Now over that three
  94. 2:43and a half years, I had learned a lot of
  95. 2:44skills and gained a lot of knowledge
  96. 2:46around how to get clients using online
  97. 2:48communities. So I had skills and
  98. 2:50expertise in this area. But because I
  99. 2:52really didn't have any experience in
  100. 2:53doing it on school, I kind of took the
  101. 2:55documentarian approach to growing my
  102. 2:58business. So both of these paths can
  103. 2:59work. The key thing is to pick something
  104. 3:01where you can actually help people solve
  105. 3:03a real problem that they're willing to
  106. 3:05pay for. So always be thinking about
  107. 3:07what is the problem that I'm going to
  108. 3:09help them solve. Once you figure out the
  109. 3:10problem that you solve, then you need to
  110. 3:13identify the ideal person that you can
  111. 3:15solve that problem for. And this is
  112. 3:17where most people go wrong. They try to
  113. 3:18go too broad with the people that they
  114. 3:20help. And that is a sure recipe for
  115. 3:22failure. You need to get really specific
  116. 3:24with who you help. So going back to my
  117. 3:26example, I knew that getting clients
  118. 3:28through Facebook groups worked really,
  119. 3:30really well for online coaches and
  120. 3:32course creators. So a common problem
  121. 3:34with online coaches and course creators
  122. 3:35is that they're really good at what they
  123. 3:37do, but they struggle when it comes to
  124. 3:39getting clients. Most of them don't have
  125. 3:41a reliable way to bring in clients
  126. 3:44consistently every single month. And so
  127. 3:46they have very unstable income. And the
  128. 3:48thing that they really, really want and
  129. 3:49desire is a predictable client
  130. 3:51acquisition system that's going to help
  131. 3:53them to bring in clients consistently.
  132. 3:55And I know that a community funnel is
  133. 3:57perfect for that. And once I nail down
  134. 3:59the problem that I solve and the ideal
  135. 4:00customer that has that problem and
  136. 4:02desperately wants to solve it,
  137. 4:04everything else becomes a whole lot
  138. 4:05easier. How to structure my offer, what
  139. 4:07content to create, what to put on my
  140. 4:10about page copy, what to post inside of
  141. 4:12my community. It all came back to
  142. 4:14knowing exactly what problem I solve and
  143. 4:16who is the ideal audience that I can
  144. 4:19solve that problem for. I actually have
  145. 4:20an AI prompt that will help you to
  146. 4:22figure this out and help you to pick
  147. 4:23your ideal audience. It basically you
  148. 4:26put in exactly what you do and it will
  149. 4:28give you a bunch of different segments
  150. 4:30of people that have that problem and
  151. 4:31that'll help you to identify who is the
  152. 4:33best target audience for the problem
  153. 4:35that you solve. Once you know the
  154. 4:36problem that you solve in the ideal
  155. 4:38customer, the next thing you want to do
  156. 4:39is get really clear on the
  157. 4:41transformation that you can help them
  158. 4:42achieve. What is the dream outcome that
  159. 4:44they want as a result of solving this
  160. 4:46problem? So in my example before joining
  161. 4:49my community, they were struggling with
  162. 4:50unstable income because they don't have
  163. 4:52a predictable way to consistently bring
  164. 4:54in clients every single month. So the
  165. 4:56transformation that they want is they
  166. 4:58want a predictable client acquisition
  167. 5:00system that's going to help them to
  168. 5:01build 10K plus in monthly recurring
  169. 5:04revenue in just 90 days. So that is a
  170. 5:06very clear and specific transformation
  171. 5:08and this transformation becomes the
  172. 5:10backbone of all of my copy. My about
  173. 5:12page, my content, my ads, my offer. All
  174. 5:15of it goes back to that before state
  175. 5:17where they have the problem and the
  176. 5:18after state where they achieve the
  177. 5:20transformation. I help specific person
  178. 5:22go from having problem to achieving
  179. 5:25transformation in certain number of
  180. 5:27days. If you can't say it simply where
  181. 5:29your target audience has an emotional
  182. 5:31reaction to it, you haven't nailed it
  183. 5:32yet. So once you have the problem, you
  184. 5:34have your ideal customer and you have
  185. 5:36the transformation that you help them
  186. 5:37achieve. Now you know what your
  187. 5:38community is about, the next step is
  188. 5:40turning that into something that people
  189. 5:42will actually pay for. So step two is
  190. 5:44you need to figure out what you're going
  191. 5:45to sell. In other words, you need to
  192. 5:47create an offer. Now, you don't have to
  193. 5:49have your offer figured out the second
  194. 5:50that you launch your community. This can
  195. 5:52be done after you start getting a few
  196. 5:53members coming into the community and
  197. 5:55you really start to understand exactly
  198. 5:56what they want. But once you're ready,
  199. 5:58the offer creation process is broken
  200. 6:00down into two parts. First, you want to
  201. 6:02map out exactly what you're going to
  202. 6:04deliver. And then secondly, you're going
  203. 6:05to package that up into a no-brainer
  204. 6:07offer that your ideal customers can't
  205. 6:09say no to. So, the first thing that you
  206. 6:11want to do is you want to map out all of
  207. 6:12the steps that your ideal customer needs
  208. 6:14to take to go from the problem that they
  209. 6:16want to solve all the way to the
  210. 6:18transformation that they want to
  211. 6:19achieve. What is the journey? What do
  212. 6:21they need to learn, build, or do along
  213. 6:23the way to achieve that transformation?
  214. 6:25And we call that the product roadmap. If
  215. 6:27I zoom out of this picture, you're
  216. 6:29actually looking at one of the steps in
  217. 6:31my product road map. So, this is the
  218. 6:33product road map of our 10K community
  219. 6:35blueprint. It's literally the
  220. 6:37step-by-step process that we take all of
  221. 6:39our customers through to go from not
  222. 6:41having a monthly recurring revenue and
  223. 6:43kind of struggling with unstable income
  224. 6:45all the way to having a 10K plus
  225. 6:48community. So, the first thing I did
  226. 6:49when I built this was I actually mapped
  227. 6:52this all out. So, I mapped all of the
  228. 6:54steps out that my ideal customers need
  229. 6:56to take in order to get that result that
  230. 6:59they're after. So, don't overthink this.
  231. 7:01You don't need to build out this big
  232. 7:02graphic like I did. All I want you to do
  233. 7:04is take out a sheet of paper, a Google
  234. 7:06doc, and then just start outlining all
  235. 7:08of the steps, the many steps that people
  236. 7:10have to take to go from having the
  237. 7:12problem in their current situation to
  238. 7:14achieving the dream outcome that they're
  239. 7:15after. And you can always add more to
  240. 7:18this as you learn more and more for your
  241. 7:20customers and what they need. All right.
  242. 7:21So, now you've mapped out your product,
  243. 7:23but your product is not your offer. Your
  244. 7:25offer is the way that you package that
  245. 7:27up or bundle it with other things to
  246. 7:29increase the perceived value and to make
  247. 7:31it a no-brainer for your target
  248. 7:33audience. And you're going to bundle
  249. 7:34that up with things like other
  250. 7:36trainings, uh, tools and resources,
  251. 7:39support from you, and that's how you're
  252. 7:41going to increase the value of your
  253. 7:43product to make people want to buy it.
  254. 7:45Now, if this is your first offer and you
  255. 7:46have not created your full program yet,
  256. 7:48you don't have to create an offer around
  257. 7:50the full program. You can actually pull
  258. 7:52out a small slice of that program and
  259. 7:54create an offer around that. So, to do
  260. 7:56this, you would look at all the steps in
  261. 7:58your program and you would identify
  262. 8:00which of the steps of this outline are
  263. 8:02the biggest pain points that my ideal
  264. 8:04customers experience as they go through
  265. 8:06this process. And you can pull that step
  266. 8:08out and now you can create a mini road
  267. 8:10map for that step. And then that be can
  268. 8:12become your first offer that you use to
  269. 8:15launch your program. Let me show you how
  270. 8:17this works from my example. Now, when I
  271. 8:19first mapped out my entire program, I
  272. 8:21didn't sell the whole thing at first. I
  273. 8:24basically pulled out one of the steps
  274. 8:26that I know that people struggle with
  275. 8:27the most, and that is around offer
  276. 8:29creation. And because I know that people
  277. 8:31struggle so much with offer creation, I
  278. 8:34built a bunch of AI prompts and tools
  279. 8:36that would help them to create their
  280. 8:38offers faster and with less effort. So,
  281. 8:40basically, my offer was, it was a 4-week
  282. 8:43program where every single week, we
  283. 8:45would walk step by step through how to
  284. 8:47create an irresistible offer. And we
  285. 8:49would use the AI tools and prompts that
  286. 8:51I had created to do that a lot and
  287. 8:53easier. And that is exactly how I
  288. 8:55launched my community builders elite,
  289. 8:57which is my paid community, and got my
  290. 8:59first 25 members. And I sold this as an
  291. 9:02annual membership to my paid community.
  292. 9:04So, not only did they get the four-week
  293. 9:06boot camp, but they also got 12 months
  294. 9:08access to our Community Builders Elite,
  295. 9:10which is our paid community. So, they
  296. 9:12got the training, the coaching calls,
  297. 9:14everything that came with Community
  298. 9:15Builders Elite. They got 12 months
  299. 9:17access to a GoHighle account, which in
  300. 9:20by itself is $97 a month or $997 for the
  301. 9:24year. Plus, they got a done for you
  302. 9:26community snapshot inside of their
  303. 9:28GoHighle account, which I built and I
  304. 9:30also sold for $997 by itself. So, if you
  305. 9:34just looked at what I was offering
  306. 9:35around go high level alone, that far
  307. 9:38outweighed the $497 price which I was
  308. 9:41charging for that boot camp. And that
  309. 9:43was a absolute no-brainer offer. And
  310. 9:46that's what gave me the confidence and
  311. 9:47momentum that I needed to keep growing.
  312. 9:50Plus, through that process, I was able
  313. 9:52to get a bunch of testimonials and case
  314. 9:54studies that helped me to get even more
  315. 9:56members. So, my advice is if you're
  316. 9:58creating a founding member offer, don't
  317. 10:00be afraid to give away the farm and also
  318. 10:02give a deeply discounted price to the
  319. 10:04first 25 members or so. This is how you
  320. 10:06overcome the resistance to people buying
  321. 10:09something for the first time and also to
  322. 10:11give you proof to yourself that this
  323. 10:13will actually work. All right, so step
  324. 10:15three, you've got your offer. Now, you
  325. 10:17need a way to get that offer in front of
  326. 10:19as many of your ideal customers as
  327. 10:21possible. And the best way to do that is
  328. 10:23by creating a free community. But when
  329. 10:25you're setting up this free community,
  330. 10:26it's important to optimize your
  331. 10:28community in a way that's going to help
  332. 10:30you to sell your offer. And the easiest
  333. 10:32way to present your offer and actually
  334. 10:34get your new members to buy from you is
  335. 10:36by booking one-on-one sales calls. So,
  336. 10:39if you're just starting out with a brand
  337. 10:40new community, you should 100% be
  338. 10:43getting people on a one-on-one call.
  339. 10:45Trust me, if you can't sell someone on a
  340. 10:46one-on-one call, it's going to be very
  341. 10:48difficult for you to try to sell someone
  342. 10:50through automated systems. So, until you
  343. 10:52start making some sales and you gain
  344. 10:54some momentum, just do the one-on-one
  345. 10:55calls. And then once you kind of get
  346. 10:57that momentum, then you can start to try
  347. 10:59to figure out ways to automate your
  348. 11:01sales process. All right. So, now that
  349. 11:02we're clear on the fact that you should
  350. 11:03be doing one-on-one calls, let's talk
  351. 11:05about how to set up your community so
  352. 11:07that it's optimized to drive every new
  353. 11:09member to book a call. So, inside of our
  354. 11:11free community, we have six different
  355. 11:12mechanisms that are all driving new
  356. 11:14members to jump on a call with us. The
  357. 11:16first thing that happens when people
  358. 11:17join our free community is they have
  359. 11:19membership questions that they need to
  360. 11:21answer. On these membership questions,
  361. 11:23we are collecting their email and their
  362. 11:25phone number. We're pushing that
  363. 11:26information into our CRM where we can
  364. 11:29follow up and try to book calls with our
  365. 11:31first two methods, which is email
  366. 11:32follow-up and text message follow-up.
  367. 11:34The third method we're using to book
  368. 11:36calls is the autodm that goes directly
  369. 11:38through school. And so in that DM, we're
  370. 11:40basically have really strong positioning
  371. 11:42for the call and then a calendar to book
  372. 11:44that call. Also, in our classroom, every
  373. 11:46single course lesson that we have in
  374. 11:48there has a call to action to book a
  375. 11:50call with us. So, that's method number
  376. 11:52four. Method number five is our power
  377. 11:55positioning post. This is basically a
  378. 11:56pin post that lives inside of our
  379. 11:58community that has really, really
  380. 12:00compelling copy on why and builds the
  381. 12:03value of why they should book that
  382. 12:04one-on-one call. And I think this is
  383. 12:06probably one of the reasons that we book
  384. 12:08so many calls is because we have
  385. 12:10positioned our call so valuable that I
  386. 12:12honestly think people would pay for it
  387. 12:14if we wanted to charge for it. So really
  388. 12:15when you're creating the positioning for
  389. 12:17your calls, make sure it's really
  390. 12:19compelling uh positioning. And then
  391. 12:21finally, in some of our posts inside of
  392. 12:23our community, we also embed call to
  393. 12:25actions to get people to book a call.
  394. 12:26So, these are the six different methods
  395. 12:28that we're using and we're optimizing
  396. 12:30our community for to get people to book
  397. 12:32a call with us where we can present that
  398. 12:34offer and then we can get people to buy
  399. 12:35from us. So, early on, this is going to
  400. 12:37be your primary sales mechanism. It's
  401. 12:39the best way that we found when you're
  402. 12:40first getting started to get your first
  403. 12:4220 or 30 members. And those early
  404. 12:43members are going to be the foundation
  405. 12:44of everything. All right. So, now that
  406. 12:46you have your community set up and
  407. 12:47optimized to book calls, we need a
  408. 12:49reason for people to join. And this is
  409. 12:50what I call the ultimate lead magnet. So
  410. 12:53earlier we showed you how to outline
  411. 12:54your product or your curriculum that
  412. 12:56you're going to take people through from
  413. 12:58the problem that they want to solve to
  414. 12:59the transformation they're after. And by
  415. 13:01showing them that you have this clear
  416. 13:03process and path that they can follow to
  417. 13:05achieve that transformation, you're able
  418. 13:07to build trust and authority with your
  419. 13:08audience and also create desire and
  420. 13:11demand for your paid stuff, which is
  421. 13:13going to help them to solve that problem
  422. 13:15faster and with less effort. And this
  423. 13:16free course, Ultimate Lead Magnet, then
  424. 13:18becomes one of the core assets that
  425. 13:20you're going to promote on YouTube, on
  426. 13:21social media, and on your paid ads to
  427. 13:24get people to come and join your
  428. 13:25community, go through your funnel so
  429. 13:27that you can present your offer and get
  430. 13:28them to buy your paid stuff. All right,
  431. 13:30so that brings us to step number four.
  432. 13:32So, you can have the best, most amazing
  433. 13:34community in the world, but if nobody is
  434. 13:36joining it, then you're not going to
  435. 13:38make any money. So, you need to have a
  436. 13:40traffic strategy that's going to help
  437. 13:41you to consistently bring new members
  438. 13:43into your free community. Now if you
  439. 13:45look at all the top communities in the
  440. 13:46school platform, there is definitely
  441. 13:48some trends around which traffic
  442. 13:50channels work best. So you've got
  443. 13:52Instagram as the number one traffic
  444. 13:53channel followed closely by YouTube and
  445. 13:56then a lot of people are also also
  446. 13:58seeing a lot of results around going
  447. 13:59live on Tik Tok. So all channels can
  448. 14:02work, but my advice is to pick one
  449. 14:04channel, get really really good at that
  450. 14:06and then you can expand to others. So
  451. 14:08identify the channel where your ideal
  452. 14:09customers hang out the most and start
  453. 14:11there. But here's the key. The best way
  454. 14:13to get the people that are consuming
  455. 14:15your content on these channels to join
  456. 14:16your free community is not to promote
  457. 14:18the community itself. It's to promote
  458. 14:20the resources inside of your community.
  459. 14:23Remember that ultimate lead magnet that
  460. 14:24we created just a few minutes ago, that
  461. 14:26free course? That's one of the core
  462. 14:28resources that you're going to use to
  463. 14:30get your viewers to become your free
  464. 14:32community members. You'll include a call
  465. 14:34to action promoting that free course,
  466. 14:36which they can access by joining your
  467. 14:38free community. So, if you'd like to get
  468. 14:39access to our community launch secrets
  469. 14:41course that shows you the step-by-step
  470. 14:43process for launching a brand new
  471. 14:45community and getting your first 100
  472. 14:46members in just 10 days, I'll drop a
  473. 14:48link in the description so you can join
  474. 14:50our free community and get instant
  475. 14:52access. But it doesn't just stop with
  476. 14:53the free course. You can also create
  477. 14:56smaller lead magnets that align with
  478. 14:57each piece of content that you put out.
  479. 14:59things like cheat sheets, checklists,
  480. 15:01plug-and-play templates, AI prompts,
  481. 15:03something very quick and specific that
  482. 15:05solves the exact problem that you're
  483. 15:07talking about in that piece of content.
  484. 15:08And here's a secret little hack. You can
  485. 15:10take that piece of content, that YouTube
  486. 15:12script, that Instagram script, take it
  487. 15:13to AI, and have it turn it into a cheat
  488. 15:16sheet, a checklist, a plug-and-play
  489. 15:18template, or an AI prompt that you can
  490. 15:20use as a lead magnet inside of that
  491. 15:21piece of content. Now you have a
  492. 15:23relevant lead magnet for each piece of
  493. 15:25content that you put out that gives
  494. 15:26people a compelling reason to come join
  495. 15:28your free community. And when you find
  496. 15:29one of these resources that performs
  497. 15:31really well organically, that's absolute
  498. 15:33gold because now you can take that same
  499. 15:35resource and you can use it with paid
  500. 15:37ads and there's a high probability that
  501. 15:40it will perform because it already
  502. 15:41worked organically. Which brings us to
  503. 15:43the next part, paid ad. Once your
  504. 15:45community funnel is converting, that
  505. 15:46means people are joining the community.
  506. 15:48They're consuming your content, booking
  507. 15:50calls, and buying your stuff. That's
  508. 15:52when you can start to layer in paid ads.
  509. 15:54So, you take the revenue that you're
  510. 15:55generating and you reinvest that into
  511. 15:57meta ads. And just like with your
  512. 15:59organic content, you're not promoting
  513. 16:00the community itself. You're promoting
  514. 16:02the resources inside of the community.
  515. 16:04You're running ads to that ultimate lead
  516. 16:06mag at your free course and the other
  517. 16:07resources that have proven to work
  518. 16:09organically to get people to join your
  519. 16:11community. Then scale those winners with
  520. 16:13ads. So if you do this consistently
  521. 16:14enough and you're driving a lot of
  522. 16:16traffic, eventually your community is
  523. 16:18going to get to a certain point where
  524. 16:20you can implement this next strategy
  525. 16:22which is going to help you to take your
  526. 16:23revenue to the next level. There are
  527. 16:25three main types of one to many
  528. 16:26conversion events that we run inside of
  529. 16:28our community. And so basically what
  530. 16:30this is is this is a series of posts and
  531. 16:32emails that we send to our email list
  532. 16:34and post inside of our free community
  533. 16:36that promotes our offer. And so these
  534. 16:38work really really well. They're great
  535. 16:40for low ticket offers and we've even
  536. 16:42sold offers that are like $997,
  537. 16:45but to do that higher priced offer, the
  538. 16:48offer itself has to be amazing. The next
  539. 16:50type of campaign that you can run is a
  540. 16:52webinar. And so webinars are typically
  541. 16:54more effort, but also more reward. So
  542. 16:56these work really well for low ticket
  543. 16:58offers all the way up to about $1,000.
  544. 17:01And you can sell higher price offers
  545. 17:02through webinars, but you have to be a
  546. 17:05really skilled presenter and you have to
  547. 17:07have a killer offer. So the idea here is
  548. 17:09we have promotion which we do through
  549. 17:11email and through community based posts
  550. 17:13and also social media posts to get a
  551. 17:15bunch of people on the webinar. You
  552. 17:16deliver value on that webinar and then
  553. 17:18you present the offer at the end and
  554. 17:20then you have a follow-up with the
  555. 17:22deadline to get people to buy. So a
  556. 17:24certain percentage of the people that
  557. 17:25attend the webinar and get your emails
  558. 17:27are going to actually buy your offer.
  559. 17:28And then the final conversion event is a
  560. 17:30workshop. And workshops are probably one
  561. 17:32of my favorite conversion events because
  562. 17:33you can charge upfront for these and
  563. 17:35then you can actually get paid to pitch
  564. 17:37your core offer. Also, with workshops,
  565. 17:39people are getting to spend a little bit
  566. 17:41more time with you and you're actually
  567. 17:42helping them implement a step in your
  568. 17:44process. So, you're able to build trust
  569. 17:46and authority a lot faster with the time
  570. 17:48that you spend with them. And because of
  571. 17:50that time that you're spending and the
  572. 17:51trust and authority that you're building
  573. 17:53with them, you can use workshops to sell
  574. 17:55higher ticket offers. So these are the
  575. 17:57three different types of one to many
  576. 17:58conversion events that you can use to
  577. 18:00scale your revenue once your community
  578. 18:01gets to a certain point. And I've given
  579. 18:03you three different types so you can
  580. 18:04kind of decide which of the types of
  581. 18:06conversion events is best for you based
  582. 18:08on what offer and what price point
  583. 18:10you're selling at. So once your
  584. 18:11community gets to this point, you can
  585. 18:13start running these one to many
  586. 18:14conversion events every single month. So
  587. 18:16what's cool is now you can sit down and
  588. 18:18look at your 12-month calendar and you
  589. 18:20can start to plan out all these
  590. 18:21promotions. And then once you know
  591. 18:22exactly what you're promoting every
  592. 18:24single month, all of your other content
  593. 18:25kind of falls into place. So those are
  594. 18:27the exact five steps that I used to go
  595. 18:29from zero to $100,000 on school in just
  596. 18:328 months. Now, if you want to get your
  597. 18:33community set up the right way from the
  598. 18:35very start, just like I described in
  599. 18:37this video, again, I'll drop a link in
  600. 18:39the description so you can join our free
  601. 18:40community and get instant access to our
  602. 18:42community launch secrets course where I
  603. 18:44show you exactly how to launch a brand
  604. 18:45new community and get your first 100
  605. 18:47members in just 10 days. And we'll see
  606. 18:49you next time.
