  1. 0:00My app just crossed 100K of annual
  2. 0:02recurring revenue and in this video I
  3. 0:04kind of want to recap the entire story
  4. 0:06of how I built it, how I got there, and
  5. 0:08at the end talk a little bit about some
  6. 0:09of the key insights and key takeaways
  7. 0:11that I got from building this app to
  8. 0:13this scale. Now, for context, I am not
  9. 0:15an expert. I'm just a random Joe who has
  10. 0:17built over 14 different apps in the past
  11. 0:195 years. With the vast majority of my
  12. 0:21apps, probably the first eight or so
  13. 0:23made $0 and then like nine through 14
  14. 0:26made like low thousands, maybe like
  15. 0:28$2,000 monthly recurring revenue at its
  16. 0:30peak. And then the most recent app that
  17. 0:31I'm building just crossed the 100K ARR
  18. 0:34milestone. So, I've been out here
  19. 0:35slogging away doing this for years and
  20. 0:37this is a huge milestone that I never
  21. 0:39thought I would hit. And before I go and
  22. 0:41take you through the entire timeline of
  23. 0:43how we got there and some of my key
  24. 0:45insights, let me show you the proof that
  25. 0:46I actually hit that milestone and that I
  26. 0:48am not lying. So, for those of you that
  27. 0:49are new here, the app that I'm building
  28. 0:51is called yourby.ai. It's essentially an
  29. 0:54AI native social media marketing tool
  30. 0:56and we're really focused on just
  31. 0:57creating the best social media marketing
  32. 1:00people to create high-quality, good
  33. 1:02content specifically to market their
  34. 1:04apps on social media. And a little bit
  35. 1:06of background about this tool, my
  36. 1:07co-founder and I, we are both social
  37. 1:09media creators. He has actually done a
  38. 1:11lot more social media marketing
  39. 1:12specifically for other brands himself,
  40. 1:14but we've also built our own personal
  41. 1:15brands to pretty large followings. I
  42. 1:17think cumulatively like over a million
  43. 1:19followers. So, we are deep in the social
  44. 1:20media marketing space and we have done
  45. 1:22social media marketing for other
  46. 1:24startups, specifically tech startups,
  47. 1:25ourselves. And we essentially wanted to
  48. 1:27package everything that we do for other
  49. 1:29businesses over the years into a product
  50. 1:31that people can use themselves. So, the
  51. 1:32first tool that we offered to do this is
  52. 1:34an AI content script writer that lets
  53. 1:36you upload any TikTok or Instagram video
  54. 1:38and then you can remix that video to
  55. 1:40change the content to fit your brand,
  56. 1:43your niche of your tool, but still
  57. 1:44maintain that original video's viral
  58. 1:46format. That was the first tool that we
  59. 1:48launched. Then we launched an account
  60. 1:49spy tool where you can like spy on
  61. 1:51competitors and get alerted if any of
  62. 1:53your competitors' accounts are going
  63. 1:54viral with any post that they've made.
  64. 1:56And then last but not least, our latest
  65. 1:57feature that we launched was this AI
  66. 1:59content studio that lets you use AI to
  67. 2:01create high-performing social media
  68. 2:03content like AI UGC content creators and
  69. 2:06more formats to come. So, that is kind
  70. 2:08of what we've been building. And in my
  71. 2:09opinion, I think what we do particularly
  72. 2:11well is that we don't just offer
  73. 2:13software, we offer ourselves as human
  74. 2:16experts in the loop. We don't just offer
  75. 2:18you the tool and let you kind of flail
  76. 2:19around and try to figure out everything
  77. 2:21on your own. We are always involved with
  78. 2:22every customer that comes in, provides
  79. 2:24some strategy, provides some consulting,
  80. 2:25make sure that you succeed cuz our tool
  81. 2:27only succeeds if you succeed. So, that's
  82. 2:29the gist of what we're building and then
  83. 2:30now here is the proof that we actually
  84. 2:32did reach that 100k ARR milestone. As
  85. 2:34you can see here, where our MRR is
  86. 2:36$8,400 a month. And for those of you
  87. 2:38that are out there, you already know
  88. 2:40that $8,333,
  89. 2:42multiply that by 12, that comes out to
  90. 2:43be 100k ARR. You can even see the Stripe
  91. 2:46calculation right here for ARR, 100
  92. 2:48grand. So, I'm not capping, I'm being
  93. 2:50very serious. And that is a proof of the
  94. 2:52tool that I'm building and the Stripe
  95. 2:53dashboards to prove it. So, now that the
  96. 2:55next part of the video is going to be
  97. 2:56separated into kind of two chunks. First
  98. 2:58up is just like the chronological story
  99. 2:59of all the events leading up to this
  100. 3:01mark of hitting 100k ARR in 6 months of
  101. 3:04launching our product. And then after
  102. 3:06that, I'm going to go over just some of
  103. 3:07the key insights that I've had just
  104. 3:09building this product and what made this
  105. 3:11product more successful than all the
  106. 3:12other ones. This isn't advice where I'm
  107. 3:14trying to give blanket advice to anybody
  108. 3:15out there. These are just some thoughts
  109. 3:17that I have. I'm not an expert, I'm just
  110. 3:18a dude on the internet building products
  111. 3:19and tools. So, take it for what you will
  112. 3:21and let's get into it. So, for some
  113. 3:23context, my co-founder and I, we started
  114. 3:25building this tool back in like October
  115. 3:27really. We were kind of all over the
  116. 3:28place. We've been working together since
  117. 3:29early 2024 and we tried a lot of
  118. 3:32different tools. And throughout that
  119. 3:33process, we've built a lot of tools.
  120. 3:34Like number one, we built this AI
  121. 3:36interview prepping tool called Perfect
  122. 3:37Interview. Then we also created an AI
  123. 3:39meeting recording tool called Monty. And
  124. 3:41then we landed on creating Yorvi. And we
  125. 3:43spent probably October through early
  126. 3:45December just heads down building, not
  127. 3:48trying to get any customers or anything
  128. 3:49because we We wanted to build a really
  129. 3:51good product. And then come December,
  130. 3:53when my co-founder and I, we were both
  131. 3:54were independently going on
  132. 3:56two-week-long vacations in Asia. My
  133. 3:58co-founder, who handles all the
  134. 3:59marketing and growth sides of things,
  135. 4:01and I'm the primary builder. And my
  136. 4:02co-founder just said, "Hey, man. I know
  137. 4:03we're trying to start off a big
  138. 4:04marketing push come the new year,
  139. 4:06January 1st, 2026. But in December 2025,
  140. 4:09I'm going to just warm up the accounts,
  141. 4:11play around with some experiments and
  142. 4:12marketing formats that I think could do
  143. 4:14well. And just to warm up the accounts."
  144. 4:15And I said, "All right, cool. Let's do
  145. 4:16it." And then next thing I know, while
  146. 4:18we're both literally traveling
  147. 4:19throughout Asia, I started getting some
  148. 4:20Stripe notifications on my phone. And if
  149. 4:22you see over here, you can see, okay,
  150. 4:23like MRR is slightly growing. Oh, okay,
  151. 4:26it's starting to skyrocket. Whoa, 200,
  152. 4:27300, 400. And then by the time the new
  153. 4:29year started, we were already at $640 of
  154. 4:32monthly recurring revenue. And how my
  155. 4:34co-founder actually did all this
  156. 4:35marketing was by creating this account,
  157. 4:37which is completely AI-generated social
  158. 4:40media post. Like this person is not
  159. 4:41real. It's all AI-generated creator that
  160. 4:43we used, and it's grown to 7,000
  161. 4:45followers. And there are some videos
  162. 4:47that pop off like crazy, like 20K views,
  163. 4:50100K views, 11K views, all that good
  164. 4:53stuff. And this format single-handedly
  165. 4:55grew our product from zero to I think
  166. 4:57almost 5K a month of recurring revenue.
  167. 4:59Like this account alone, maybe like one
  168. 5:01or two more accounts, but this is by far
  169. 5:02the most successful account that grew
  170. 5:04our tool to 5K a month of recurring
  171. 5:06revenue all the way through, let's say
  172. 5:07March or so. Let's see, February, March
  173. 5:09is when we started crossing the 5K mark.
  174. 5:11And at this point, we were on cloud
  175. 5:13nine. We were at first hand experiencing
  176. 5:15this crazy viral content an AI tool.
  177. 5:17We're like, "Wow, this is incredible."
  178. 5:19And the big hero feature that we were
  179. 5:20selling at this point was this AI
  180. 5:22content script writer, primarily just
  181. 5:24helping like marketing agencies or
  182. 5:26individual creators make content faster.
  183. 5:28And at that point, we were out there
  184. 5:29thinking, "Man, I can't wait to sell
  185. 5:31this for $100 million. Can't wait to
  186. 5:33retire, buy a superyacht, sip on a
  187. 5:35martini every single day of my life,
  188. 5:37sipping on a mai tai, retired in
  189. 5:38Hawaii." Then after March, we started
  190. 5:40plateauing like crazy. We really got
  191. 5:42stuck in this five to six to seven K MRR
  192. 5:45realm. We really just got stuck here for
  193. 5:47almost like two or three months. Then
  194. 5:48you can see come June, early June this
  195. 5:50month, we started growing significantly
  196. 5:52in our MRR to finally hit that $8,400 a
  197. 5:55month of recurring revenue. And the big
  198. 5:57change that occurred there to help us
  199. 5:58really catapult our MRR from that
  200. 6:01plateau, that 6K to where we are right
  201. 6:03now at 8,400K MRR was by going upstream
  202. 6:06and becoming a premium product rather
  203. 6:08than a downstream B2C product. We went
  204. 6:11more upstream to B2B premium market than
  205. 6:14rather than chasing the downstream B2C,
  206. 6:16almost like a race to the bottom type of
  207. 6:18market. And the way that we did that for
  208. 6:19ourselves was by offering this AI UGC
  209. 6:23content studio. This video right here
  210. 6:25actually details what that entire
  211. 6:26process was like, so definitely check it
  212. 6:28out sometime for more details on that.
  213. 6:30And so not only did we create this tool
  214. 6:31that was really useful, but this tool
  215. 6:33was specifically was useful for
  216. 6:35businesses and they were willing to pay
  217. 6:36premium for this. And the actual first
  218. 6:38sale of this product actually occurred
  219. 6:40with one of my good friends who creates
  220. 6:42Magic Patterns. It's an AI design tool,
  221. 6:44they went through YC, they're pretty
  222. 6:45popular these days, you've probably
  223. 6:46heard of them. I was hanging out with my
  224. 6:47friend who is the founder of this. We
  225. 6:49were just talking about how each other's
  226. 6:50startups are going. I showed him this
  227. 6:52account and I was like, yeah, this
  228. 6:53account was our main marketing lever, it
  229. 6:55took us from zero to 5K a month of
  230. 6:56revenue. We were kind of thinking like,
  231. 6:58okay, we know that this format really
  232. 7:00works to market tools on social media,
  233. 7:02and we had our own internal version of a
  234. 7:03tool that handled this entire AI
  235. 7:05generated content workflow. And we were
  236. 7:07on the fence, we were thinking about it,
  237. 7:09my co-founder and I, we were thinking
  238. 7:10about like, oh, maybe we should release
  239. 7:12this out to the public as a product,
  240. 7:13maybe people would like it, we don't
  241. 7:14know. We were going back and forth on
  242. 7:16it. Then when I showed the Magic
  243. 7:17Patterns founder this account, he was
  244. 7:19like, immediately he was like, okay,
  245. 7:20dude, I want this. Give me the Stripe
  246. 7:22checkout link, I'll pay for it right
  247. 7:23now. And we were like, okay, we were
  248. 7:24kind of internally floating around a
  249. 7:26price point of like 300 bucks a month,
  250. 7:27would you be down for that? He agreed to
  251. 7:29it, no hesitation, didn't even ask. He's
  252. 7:31like, absolutely, let's do it. So that
  253. 7:32was the first sign like, oh, we are
  254. 7:34solving a problem for businesses that
  255. 7:36they are willing to throw money at. We
  256. 7:37didn't wait too much on that one
  257. 7:39singular instance, we just wanted to
  258. 7:41see, okay, can we replicate this sales
  259. 7:42process again? So, we reached out to a
  260. 7:43couple of other founder friends, we
  261. 7:45showed them the same thing, and they
  262. 7:46said, "Oh my god, wait, give me the
  263. 7:48Stripe checkout link." Same exact thing,
  264. 7:49the sales process was so easy. So, that
  265. 7:51was when a big light bulb kind of went
  266. 7:53off in our heads like, "Oh, we have a
  267. 7:55tool that businesses are willing to pay
  268. 7:57a premium for, pay a good chunk of
  269. 7:59money, 300 bucks a month for, and the
  270. 8:00sell was really easy because we were
  271. 8:02essentially saying, you pay us 300 bucks
  272. 8:04a month and you could potentially create
  273. 8:05an social media marketing account like
  274. 8:07$1,000 of MRR, $2,000 of MRR extra. And
  275. 8:10with that logic, it's like, okay, I put
  276. 8:12300 bucks in and potentially get 1K
  277. 8:14back, that's a pretty good deal in my
  278. 8:15opinion. So, that was a really big shift
  279. 8:17in our strategy where we realized,
  280. 8:19"Whoa, businesses want this tool and
  281. 8:21they're willing to pay extra for it if
  282. 8:23the tool really is good." And with us
  283. 8:25being the human experts in the loop,
  284. 8:27guiding them through the whole marketing
  285. 8:28process, helping them make the content,
  286. 8:29providing critiques and feedback on the
  287. 8:31content, and just giving them general
  288. 8:32social media marketing tips to use our
  289. 8:34tool and see the success that we have
  290. 8:36experienced marketing our own tool using
  291. 8:38our own internal version of our AI
  292. 8:40content studio, which is now fully
  293. 8:41productized and available within your
  294. 8:43beat for other people to use. So, that's
  295. 8:45kind of the whole chronological story of
  296. 8:46it all. So, really when you look at this
  297. 8:47entire story of how we went from zero to
  298. 8:50100K ARR, pretty much 99% of the growth
  299. 8:53was all done via organic social media
  300. 8:55videos from Instagram and TikTok, and I
  301. 8:57wouldn't lie, probably my own YouTube
  302. 8:58channel as well as I document my entire
  303. 9:00process. This is all content-related
  304. 9:02growth. And then that last 1% of growth
  305. 9:05kind of came from that initial cold
  306. 9:07outreach to other people, to our founder
  307. 9:09friends saying like, "Hey, would you be
  308. 9:10interested in testing out this product
  309. 9:11with us?" And they were interested. And
  310. 9:13then once we got that initial
  311. 9:14validation, we then reinvested it to go
  312. 9:16all into that organic social media and
  313. 9:19making content to drive eyeballs and
  314. 9:21marketing for our tool, both the B2C
  315. 9:24like AI content scriptwriter tool, as
  316. 9:25well as this more expensive B2B offering
  317. 9:28of this AI content studio for the users.
  318. 9:30So, that kind of goes over the whole
  319. 9:31chronological timeline and the story of
  320. 9:33how we got here and everything that we
  321. 9:35did to get to this point from our
  322. 9:37marketing and products and point of
  323. 9:39view. And now I kind of want to
  324. 9:40transition over to just rapid-firing
  325. 9:41some of the key insights that came to my
  326. 9:43mind when I kind of reflect on this
  327. 9:44journey. So, the number one, the first
  328. 9:46big unlock is removing the free tier.
  329. 9:48I've said this before in many videos in
  330. 9:49the past for all the other past products
  331. 9:51I've built. I don't know why I treated
  332. 9:52Your Beat any differently, but when we
  333. 9:54first launched with just the AI content
  334. 9:56script writer tool, we launched with a
  335. 9:57freemium tier where free users could get
  336. 9:59100 credits for free. And then if they
  337. 10:01liked it, they can then pay for the
  338. 10:03tool. I don't know why I did that. I
  339. 10:05mean, obviously it worked. It took us to
  340. 10:065K a month of recurring revenue. But in
  341. 10:08hindsight, I don't know why we did that
  342. 10:10because we realized we were losing a lot
  343. 10:11of money on that and then we got rid of
  344. 10:12it completely and just paywalled the
  345. 10:14entire app. And immediately our MRR
  346. 10:16increased by like 1K. It went from like
  347. 10:185K to 6K within like 2-3 weeks or so
  348. 10:20because we were getting consistent
  349. 10:22volume and eyeballs to the app and users
  350. 10:24signing up. And because we paywalled the
  351. 10:25entire app to use tool, they had to pay
  352. 10:27for it. So, pro tip, I've said this
  353. 10:29before, I have forgotten my own lessons,
  354. 10:31my own words, my own teachings, but I
  355. 10:32really really recommend you remove the
  356. 10:35free tier if you are a free tool. If you
  357. 10:37are an indie hacker, a solo developer,
  358. 10:38someone building this in after their 9-5
  359. 10:41job, remove the free tier. Make people
  360. 10:43pay for it. That is the best way to make
  361. 10:44money. Another big takeaway I think
  362. 10:46about is to not reinvent the wheel. I
  363. 10:48think we spent so much time, my
  364. 10:49co-founder and I, thinking about
  365. 10:51reinventing the wheel for like, "Oh, how
  366. 10:52do we do billing? Should we do a credit
  367. 10:54basis? Should we do product-led growth?
  368. 10:55Should we do sales-led growth?" And at
  369. 10:57the end of the day, these are such
  370. 10:58inconsequential decisions that we
  371. 11:00shouldn't spend so much time and energy
  372. 11:02wasting because we should be spending
  373. 11:03all that time and energy actually
  374. 11:05building the core product. So, don't
  375. 11:06reinvent the wheel. Just look at what
  376. 11:08other products are doing and just use
  377. 11:10the same models as them. Use the same
  378. 11:11billing models as them. Use the same
  379. 11:13landing pages. Use the same sales
  380. 11:14tactics. Don't reinvent the wheel. My
  381. 11:16personal belief is that a lot of the
  382. 11:18bigger venture-backed startups, they're
  383. 11:20the ones that dictate how like pricing
  384. 11:22and business models work. They're the
  385. 11:23ones that kind of take big swings of
  386. 11:25changing how billing is done. Like with
  387. 11:26when OpenAI and Claude started to do
  388. 11:28like a pay per usage of all their API
  389. 11:30stuff or offering this $200 a month
  390. 11:33subscription for like their most maximum
  391. 11:35usage and rate limiting for their
  392. 11:36models, they kind of set the bar for
  393. 11:38what people expect to be billed for with
  394. 11:40AI tools. So, just copy what they're
  395. 11:42doing. This is specifically pertaining
  396. 11:44to billing models and all that stuff,
  397. 11:45but also do the same for UI, UX, user
  398. 11:47experience, all that stuff. Don't
  399. 11:49reinvent the wheel, especially if you're
  400. 11:50a small team, early startup, indie
  401. 11:52hacker, just look at what the big
  402. 11:54players are doing. They set the taste,
  403. 11:55they set the standards for what's normal
  404. 11:57and accepted in the industry, and I
  405. 11:58think if you're just following what
  406. 12:00they're doing, makes your product more
  407. 12:02frictionless, and people are already
  408. 12:03used to how these certain flows work,
  409. 12:05how these certain business models and
  410. 12:07billing works. Next big insight that I
  411. 12:08had is kind of more for the sales
  412. 12:11process and the marketing process. I'm
  413. 12:12not a B2B sales expert in the slightest.
  414. 12:15My co-founder handles a lot of that, a
  415. 12:16lot more of that than I do, but even
  416. 12:18then, during this whole process of kind
  417. 12:19of pivoting away from the B2C downstream
  418. 12:21market and going more upstream to these
  419. 12:23more B2B teams and products and
  420. 12:25potential customers, what I realized is
  421. 12:27the sales pitch is easier is if you
  422. 12:30frame it in the sense of you will make
  423. 12:31more money using our tool rather than
  424. 12:33you will save money using our tool. For
  425. 12:35example, with our AI content studio, we
  426. 12:37have two ways of marketing it. We could
  427. 12:39say, "Oh, make high-performing social
  428. 12:41media content 10 times faster." Okay,
  429. 12:43that's an interesting one, but then we
  430. 12:45can also switch the marketing angle to
  431. 12:46be, "Use our social media marketing tool
  432. 12:48to make more money for your product."
  433. 12:50The make more money angle is a lot more
  434. 12:52compelling than the cost-saving angle.
  435. 12:54So, I think you can always kind of pivot
  436. 12:55the way you sell, and when we
  437. 12:56specifically have asked some of our B2B
  438. 12:58customers what made them pay this $300 a
  439. 13:01month fee to use this B2B AI UGC content
  440. 13:04studio tool, they said, "Well, honestly,
  441. 13:06the math is pretty simple. 300 bucks a
  442. 13:07month is relatively small in terms of
  443. 13:10B2B tools in the world, specifically
  444. 13:12marketing tools. If I can only pay 300
  445. 13:14bucks a month and potentially get a
  446. 13:15return of an additional 1,000, 2,000,
  447. 13:183,000 dollars a month of revenue by
  448. 13:20marketing my tool on social media,
  449. 13:21that's arbitrage right there. That's a
  450. 13:22no-brainer. $300 in, potentially $1,000
  451. 13:25out, or worst-case scenario, just three
  452. 13:27hundred dollars in and three hundred
  453. 13:28dollars out with additional brand
  454. 13:29awareness as well. I think we have found
  455. 13:31a lot more success in terms of marketing
  456. 13:33our product with the angle of make more
  457. 13:35money. Just tying it to an actual dollar
  458. 13:38amount. That's made the sales process
  459. 13:39really, really easy on our end when
  460. 13:41we're pitching somebody about
  461. 13:42potentially using our tool. Next key
  462. 13:44insight that I think a lot about now is
  463. 13:45there's no upper limit for a premium
  464. 13:47product, and I would much rather not
  465. 13:49compete in a race to the bottom.
  466. 13:51Especially in a world where AI tools are
  467. 13:53pumping out apps like crazy. I'll be
  468. 13:55honest, there are very few things that
  469. 13:57are going to make one product stand out
  470. 13:58from the other, and there will always be
  471. 14:00somebody willing to undercut you and
  472. 14:02offer your product, your tool, your
  473. 14:04outcome for cheaper. So, don't compete
  474. 14:06in that realm. You should go upstream
  475. 14:08instead. I mean, you can even see this
  476. 14:09in actual physical products as well.
  477. 14:11Like a designer handbags, designer
  478. 14:12watches, luxury clothing brands. Are the
  479. 14:14clothes that much better than the
  480. 14:16cheaper ones? Mm, probably not. But,
  481. 14:18really it's just the branding and the
  482. 14:19pricing and the experience that they
  483. 14:21provide allows them to warrant this
  484. 14:23higher price point. Because for some
  485. 14:24people they're willing to pay that extra
  486. 14:26higher price point for a better
  487. 14:27experience. And that kind of leads into
  488. 14:29my next point as well is in the world of
  489. 14:31AI tools where there are millions of
  490. 14:32tools out there where people can
  491. 14:34generate thousands of pieces of content
  492. 14:36in a snap of a finger. You can generate
  493. 14:37thousands of apps in a snap of a finger
  494. 14:39with just one line of code, with just
  495. 14:41one prompt. I think in the world of AI
  496. 14:43tools, humans and experts in the loop
  497. 14:45that have and provide that taste is what
  498. 14:48lets you warrant charging those higher
  499. 14:50prices. I think one of the big reasons
  500. 14:51why we're still able to grow and build
  501. 14:53our product in a pretty competitive
  502. 14:55market because we're not the only ones
  503. 14:56doing this. I think the big reason why
  504. 14:58we're able to find some success still is
  505. 14:59the fact that myself and my co-founder,
  506. 15:01we are experts in the social media
  507. 15:03marketing space, specifically for tech
  508. 15:05startups, specifically for SaaS startups
  509. 15:08as well. And because we are not just
  510. 15:10offering a tool and just leaving our
  511. 15:11users to fail and figure out the tool on
  512. 15:13their own, figure out their marketing
  513. 15:14strategy on their own. Yes, we are a
  514. 15:16tool and we think our tool is better
  515. 15:18than everyone else out there. What makes
  516. 15:19us really different is that we don't
  517. 15:20just talk the talk. We literally walk
  518. 15:22the walk. We use our own tool to market
  519. 15:24our tool and we have built up so much
  520. 15:27knowledge and experience playing this
  521. 15:29social media marketing games ourselves
  522. 15:30that we're not just some rando kid
  523. 15:32living in their mom's basement building
  524. 15:33a tool that have actually never done the
  525. 15:35social media marketing ourselves. And I
  526. 15:37think people are going to be willing to
  527. 15:38pay more higher premiums when they know
  528. 15:41they have real humans and experts in the
  529. 15:43loop helping them out providing them
  530. 15:45that white glove VIP service. I think
  531. 15:47what really makes us stand out is that
  532. 15:48we provide users a really great
  533. 15:50experience when they onboard. We
  534. 15:51constantly hop on calls with them. We
  535. 15:52respond to all their messages anytime of
  536. 15:54day truly treating them white glove VIP
  537. 15:57clients. In addition to providing them
  538. 15:59with a killer tool to achieve the
  539. 16:00outcomes that they want to achieve. All
  540. 16:02right, so that's kind of it for this
  541. 16:03video. That wraps up the entire timeline
  542. 16:06of how we got to this point of 100k ARR
  543. 16:09and also some of the key insights that I
  544. 16:11think a lot about these days about what
  545. 16:13helped us get us here. I kind of just
  546. 16:14wanted to end this video saying thanks
  547. 16:16so much for kind of joining me on this
  548. 16:18journey. It's honestly crazy that we hit
  549. 16:19this milestone. I remember when we were
  550. 16:21just stuck in the plateaus even in 2025,
  551. 16:242024 just stuck at like a 1k, 2k monthly
  552. 16:27recurring revenue. I was like am I ever
  553. 16:29going to hit 100k ARR? I have I don't
  554. 16:31know. It just seems impossible. Then in
  555. 16:32this year with Yorbi as well when we
  556. 16:34were plateauing at 5, 6k a month of
  557. 16:36recurring revenue and just not moving at
  558. 16:38all. Started getting stressed out. I was
  559. 16:39like are we ever going to break out of
  560. 16:41this plateau? How are we going to break
  561. 16:43out of it? And then I finally did it,
  562. 16:44hit 100k ARR. It's pretty small in the
  563. 16:46world of businesses and startups and
  564. 16:48stuff like that. But you know what? To
  565. 16:50me is a huge accomplishment and I'm
  566. 16:52really proud of it and I'm really happy
  567. 16:53that I can share this accomplishment
  568. 16:55with everyone else that's watching this
  569. 16:56video and has been watching my videos no
  570. 16:58matter how long or how short. Just want
  571. 17:00to say thanks you guys for all the
  572. 17:01support. Check out Yorbi if you want to
  573. 17:03and stay tuned for more updates on the
  574. 17:05product and the business. Hopefully we
  575. 17:07have some more exciting updates to come.
  576. 17:08That's all I got for today. Thanks so
  577. 17:09much for watching and I'll see you in
  578. 17:10the next one.
