- 0:00I have honestly never had this much hair
- 0:02in my life.
- 0:03Praise to the hair goddesses.

- 0:13>> Let's start from the before and after
- 0:15photos. I never actually took photos of
- 0:18my scalp until I noticed that my hair
- 0:20started growing. Around 10 years ago or
- 0:23so, I noticed that my hair was a bit
- 0:25sparse in my parting specifically. Now,
- 0:28cuz I have very dark hair and lighter
- 0:30skin, the contrast is very obvious. So,
- 0:33I felt like it was very noticeable. I
- 0:36tried various things to try to improve
- 0:38it. I tried oiling my scalp. I tried
- 0:42serums and things like that. And the
- 0:44oiling was really nice, but it did not
- 0:46actually grow any hair. Now, fast
- 0:48forward many years and I had my facial
- 0:50symmetry journey. That honestly taught
- 0:53me so much about shifting the body in a
- 0:56way that feels sustainable and healthy
- 0:58and quite effortless, honestly. And when
- 1:01about that, I understood the principles
- 1:04of neutrality, surrender, working with
- 1:07the body, and having a strong intention
- 1:09for what I wanted. At that point, I just
- 1:12decided, like, you know, I have full
- 1:14hair. Like, my hair is this. Not from a
- 1:17place of delusion or ego, but just from
- 1:20a place of knowing what this reality
- 1:22really is and what my body is, which is
- 1:24just a form of light that I'm
- 1:27interpreting with my senses. And
- 1:29honestly, I just completely forgot about
- 1:30my desire. Then, a year and a half ago,
- 1:32I found Ayurveda, which I will forever
- 1:35be grateful for.
- 1:37It was honestly life-changing. And that
- 1:39actually Ayurveda is what led me to
- 1:42research Vedic philosophy, too. So, it's
- 1:44almost like I was supposed to find it at
- 1:46that time, which is another reason that
- 1:48you shouldn't stress about how you get
- 1:50your desires. It's always going to
- 1:52unfold on your path in the most perfect
- 1:55way for you, in a way that will aid
- 1:57other areas of your life, too. So, I
- 1:59found Ayurveda. I learned that my body
- 2:01was extremely out of balance. So, what
- 2:04Ayurveda teaches is that we all have a
- 2:06combination of doshas in the body. Vata,
- 2:09which is air, pitta, which is fire, and
- 2:11then kapha, which is water. Now, these
- 2:13elements are all supposed to be very
- 2:15balanced in the body.
- 2:17Remember, the body is a reflection of
- 2:19the cosmos, and the cosmos is always
- 2:21trying to maintain equilibrium and
- 2:23balance. And our bodies also want to do
- 2:25the same if they're going to thrive as
- 2:27best as they can. When we come into this
- 2:29earth, we tend to have one or two
- 2:31elements of our body which are more
- 2:34prominent than the others. So, for me,
- 2:36my prominent elements were vata and
- 2:38pitta dosha. And some of the things that
- 2:40you do in your lifestyle can aggravate
- 2:43those further. So, it could lead to you
- 2:45becoming more imbalanced, which then
- 2:47shows up in your body as various
- 2:49ailments, feeling like you don't look as
- 2:51good. You can see it especially in like
- 2:53the skin, the hair, and the eyes, I've
- 2:55noticed. When I learned about that, I
- 2:57started going on the protocol, which was
- 2:59quite intense at first. I adapted my
- 3:02lifestyle, the things I was eating. I
- 3:04was taking various herbal supplements.
- 3:06One main thing I would say really,
- 3:08really like stuck with me, and I think
- 3:10everyone needs to know, is the power of
- 3:13rest and slowing down. Especially if
- 3:15you're a woman and you're trying to
- 3:16increase your beauty and your glow and
- 3:18your radiance,
- 3:20your body needs adequate rest and
- 3:22slowing down, mentally, physically. You
- 3:26need to have overflow of available
- 3:27energy to send for that purpose. Because
- 3:31otherwise, your body is only using
- 3:32energy for survival. Now, when you teach
- 3:35your body like, "Okay, you don't have to
- 3:36just survive, you can thrive," it sends
- 3:39resources to producing positive shifts
- 3:42in your body for your health and your
- 3:44beauty. So, after a while of the
- 3:46intensity, I kind of dialed it down to a
- 3:48more simple protocol that's more
- 3:50sustainable in my daily life. I do not
- 3:52by any means live a perfect Ayurvedic
- 3:54lifestyle, but I do my best. I've
- 3:56learned the things that aggravate me the
- 3:58most and I stay away from them. And I
- 4:00learn about the things that nourish me
- 4:02most and I incorporate more of them into
- 4:04my life. And at some point towards the
- 4:05end of last year, I started noticing
- 4:07like, "Oh, hey, my hair's actually
- 4:09growing in. Like, I don't actually see
- 4:10as much of my scalp as I as I used to."
- 4:13All of the things I was doing for my
- 4:15body chose to reflect on my hair. I also
- 4:17changed the oils I was using to
- 4:20Ayurvedic oils instead. But it's like,
- 4:22was it the Ayurvedic oils I was using on
- 4:24my scalp and was it the different things
- 4:26I was eating? Uh were those things the
- 4:28cause? Was Ayurveda the cause or the
- 4:31effect? I believe it was the effect. I
- 4:33believe that when I chose that I'm going
- 4:36to live a life of honoring myself and my
- 4:38body in the best way I can and I have an
- 4:40intention for beauty and my higher self
- 4:43knows exactly what that beauty looks
- 4:45like for me personally.
- 4:48Those are the things that even revealed
- 4:49Ayurveda to me in the first place. I
- 4:51live in London. I'm very much a part of
- 4:54the Western world and I have Persian
- 4:55heritage. So, Ayurveda was not something
- 4:59anyone around me told me about. Like,
- 5:00it's something that I just found for
- 5:02myself. That is how it happens
- 5:04sometimes. There is always a path to
- 5:06what you want and it might look the way
- 5:08you want, it might not look the way you
- 5:10want, but there is always a path to
- 5:11fulfillment. And that's what I want you
- 5:14to know and trust and your body is more
- 5:16than capable of change. I have shifted
- 5:18actually so many things on my body. And
- 5:20sometimes when I look back, I'm like,
- 5:22I'm almost like trying to convince
- 5:23myself, like, "Did I really look like
- 5:25that? Like, was that really a thing? Did
- 5:27my bone structure really change?" But
- 5:29then after I'll be like, "Yeah, it did."
- 5:31And it seems kind of miraculous
- 5:34sometimes or it seems like, "Oh, yeah,
- 5:35it's cuz I did this thing. It happened."
- 5:38But no, you are always the cause. It's
- 5:40the divinity in us all that is even able
- 5:42to help us manifest. I remember I had a
- 5:45a
- 5:45I who I was working with on WhatsApp.
- 5:47After we talked for like a week or two,
- 5:49she mentioned like, "Oh my god, when I
- 5:51look in the mirror now, I look
- 5:52different. Like, I look slimmer. I look
- 5:54more glowing." And I'm like, "Yeah,
- 5:57sometimes things just change in a weird
- 5:59way, and you don't even expect it, but
- 6:01it just shows up for you, and it's
- 6:03absolutely amazing." I hope this
- 6:04inspires you. Even if you want something
- 6:07that you haven't seen anyone do,
- 6:09doesn't matter. You be the change that
- 6:11you wish to see. But, remember, we don't
- 6:12rely on our bodies shifting. We don't
- 6:14rely on things outside of us. They're
- 6:17just bonuses. They're just things that
- 6:18fulfill our aesthetic senses, but the
- 6:21deep fulfillment is always going to come
- 6:23from within you. Let me know if you want
- 6:24me to talk more about Ayurveda because I
- 6:26love it, and also Vedic philosophy. A
- 6:28few of you have mentioned that you want
- 6:29me to talk more about that. So, please,
- 6:32if you have suggestions for topics, let
- 6:34me know. Okay, thank you for watching my
- 6:36video. Bye.
