1. 0:00You know, it blows my mind how I'm able
2. 0:02to sell the most boring digital
3. 0:04products, PDFs, and sell that using
4. 0:07Claude. And I'm going to show you the
5. 0:09numbers that I'm making every week. It's
6. 0:11It's actually crazy, guys. Check this
7. 0:12out. As you guys can see, in the last 7
8. 0:14days, July 1st to July 7th, 4.8k.
9. 0:17Refresh, so it's real, guys. Pretty
10. 0:19crazy what's possible. So, when I say I
11. 0:21sell boring PDFs, this is what the
12. 0:23business model looks like. Inside these
13. 0:27PDFs that I sell, they are PNG images.
14. 0:31I'm basically selling images packaged
15. 0:34into a PDF. The delivery model to the
16. 0:37customer is via PDF. This business model
17. 0:40is known as a PNG shop. I have an online
18. 0:44shop that sells PNG images delivered via
19. 0:48PDF. I'm going to show an example and go
20. 0:51a bit further what that looks like. And
21. 0:53basically, how this works is take a
22. 0:56look. This is an example of a
23. 0:58successful, really successful store
24. 1:01doing exactly that, making seven
25. 1:04figures. You thought my figures are
26. 1:05good? You know, I'm doing 5k weeks,
27. 1:07sometimes more. This is what a
28. 1:10multi-million dollar store looks like.
29. 1:12It's called North Prints. Take a look
30. 1:14here. They're on the Etsy platform. They
31. 1:16sell on Etsy. And all they sell, as you
32. 1:18can see here, are uh three to
33. 1:20five-dollar digital downloads. So, when
34. 1:24someone buys this art, okay? If we
35. 1:26scroll down here, they are shipping to
36. 1:28the customer a digital file in the form
37. 1:30of a PDF. Meaning, every time a customer
38. 1:33pays three to five dollars for something
39. 1:35on this store,
40. 1:37they're going to get these prints in a
41. 1:39PDF that that they can then go and print
42. 1:42it out themselves and put it in a frame.
43. 1:44There is a huge market for this stuff
44. 1:45where buyers print out files. They buy
45. 1:48the designs from you, and then they go
46. 1:50and print it out themselves. Before you
47. 1:52ask yourself who would do this, the
48. 1:53proof is here, guys. Focus on the fact
49. 1:55that this market exists and how you can
50. 1:58take part in it. And guys, look, every
51. 2:00single day people buy these and they
52. 2:02print it out themselves and they frame
53. 2:04it. It's fun. It's a fun craft hobby. We
54. 2:06are capitalizing on that.
55. 2:08Now, you're wondering, you don't need to
56. 2:10be an artist, you don't need design
57. 2:12skills. All of these stores are actually
58. 2:14leveraging the power of AI technology to
59. 2:17make AI generated arts in the file type
60. 2:20of a PNG and put that into a PDF to
61. 2:23deliver to the customer. So, the end
62. 2:25goal is to have a successful store like
63. 2:27this that makes millions of dollars,
64. 2:29right? That's my goal. That should be
65. 2:31your goal. And the cool thing about this
66. 2:33is, you know, we look here, they have
67. 2:351,700 listings. Your goal is to have
68. 2:39a bunch of listings that make really
69. 2:41good money. So,
70. 2:43you can easily, in one niche, you can
71. 2:46easily have two different types of PNGs,
72. 2:48okay? There's clip art, which is what
73. 2:51people will buy to print out for on
74. 2:53their wedding invitations, their baby
75. 2:55showers, their kids' room, the
76. 2:57wallpaper, tablecloths, cake toppers.
77. 3:00They buy clip art, they print it out.
78. 3:01Or, the example I showed you, art
79. 3:03prints, where they buy your PNG files
80. 3:05and they go print it out themselves to
81. 3:07frame specifically on a wall, okay? Now,
82. 3:10yes, $4 to $5, $5 to $9. It's not much
83. 3:14money, but you have to realize this is a
84. 3:16passive business. When you set
85. 3:18everything up one time, it sells for you
86. 3:21passively as a system. You don't have to
87. 3:22do any work. So, in volume, it's a
88. 3:25numbers game.
89. 3:26You actually end up making a lot of
90. 3:27money. Now, if you have two good
91. 3:30listings like this that are best sellers
92. 3:32passively selling for you every day, 30,
93. 3:3540, 50, 100 units a day at these price
94. 3:37points, you can easily make on on two
95. 3:40good listings 1,500 to 2K a month in
96. 3:43profit.
97. 3:45Now, your goal is to rinse and repeat
98. 3:47this until you have multiple listings
99. 3:49that net 1,500 to 2K a month, so you can
100. 3:52eventually have a 10K to 20K a month
101. 3:54business cash flowing selling
102. 3:57PNG images in a PDF. That is the
103. 4:00business model I'm showing you here.
104. 4:02Okay? Now,
105. 4:04in this video, just so you guys know, I
106. 4:06don't sell a course. I'm not selling you
107. 4:08anything. I'm just showing you my
108. 4:10workflow how I run this business. I'm
109. 4:11going to show you the tools I use, how I
110. 4:13would go about finding a trending
111. 4:15design, the make making the images with
112. 4:18AI AI, packaging it, putting it into a
113. 4:20PDF, and then going live on Etsy. Okay,
114. 4:23guys, so if you're watching this video,
115. 4:25sit closely, pay attention, and I'm
116. 4:27going to show you guys my workflow how I
117. 4:29do this. And again, there's room for
118. 4:31anyone. It's art. It's been around for
119. 4:33years, and it will stick around for
120. 4:34years to come. That's why I'm making
121. 4:36this video. Why not, right? So,
122. 4:39the first thing you're going to want to
123. 4:40do in this workflow, I call it the
124. 4:43workflow to set up a PNG shop to
125. 4:45eventually sell PDFs, is you're going to
126. 4:47want to visit this site here called
127. 4:49trend to designs.com. I like this site
128. 4:51because it gives you trending designs
129. 4:53that are already trending, and then it
130. 4:55gives you a prompt that you copy paste,
131. 4:57and it makes the images for you for you.
132. 4:59So, 80% of the work, you know, the
133. 5:01product research phase, and the design
134. 5:03phase is done, cuz it's telling you
135. 5:04what's trending. So, you're wondering,
136. 5:07why do I have animals on toilet here?
137. 5:09Because I discovered on Etsy, this is a
138. 5:12a piece of art of a frog on the toilet
139. 5:15reading the newspaper. This one listing
140. 5:18made $22,000. So, I'm like, "You know
141. 5:20what? Let's see what I can find in that
142. 5:21niche."
143. 5:22And upon typing this in, I found a few
144. 5:25different trend ideas, right? So, I was
145. 5:27browsing, and then I came across this
146. 5:30cute one right here. Let's see where it
147. 5:33is.
148. 5:34This cute one right here.
149. 5:36So, I simply copy pasted it into an AI
150. 5:39tool, like so. Uh by the way, guys, the
151. 5:42trend to design tool, this tool, and
152. 5:44this tool will be the link is
153. 5:46description if you want to use those
154. 5:47tools when you when you try this
155. 5:49business yourself but we're using Kittle
156. 5:51literally just copy paste the prompts
157. 5:54from this tool okay so like I said just
158. 5:57copy paste
159. 5:59open any image generator
160. 6:01paste it and then the results are pretty
161. 6:04exciting okay as you can see I'm just
162. 6:07going to put bring this up I I I did
163. 6:08this in advance not so you guys aren't
164. 6:10waiting I generated this cute cottage
165. 6:12core styled design and also guys to make
166. 6:16sure this this tool I'm using here is
167. 6:17legit it's as cottage core it's the type
168. 6:20of design it's trending so what did I do
169. 6:22to verify that this website Trend
170. 6:24Designs actually provides legitimate
171. 6:26stuff I simply opened Google Trends and
172. 6:29I just typed in cottage core to see
173. 6:31I'm cross referencing is the demand
174. 6:34accurate that the tool is predicting so
175. 6:36I typed this in and as you can see here
176. 6:39it's spiking recently so this Google
177. 6:41Trends is very legit for data purposes
178. 6:44this confirms that Trend Designs to data
179. 6:48is correct okay so this is a good niche
180. 6:51it's working so I took this prompt and I
181. 6:54know I have something that here that
182. 6:55could work so I typed this in
183. 6:58and the cool thing about this tool also
184. 7:00I'm using Kittle is it's really smart
185. 7:02the AI this agentic AI I literally told
186. 7:05it without doing it in one sentence
187. 7:07basically make a bunch of different
188. 7:09design size types okay cuz if I were to
189. 7:12sell wall art like this
190. 7:15it needs to be in a bunch of sizes so
191. 7:18as you can see it gave me all sorts of
192. 7:20sizes I can choose from
193. 7:23the reason why I want to have all these
194. 7:24sizes
195. 7:25like I spoke about here for the business
196. 7:27model the PNG shop I in this example I'm
197. 7:30selling the art print version and the
198. 7:33clip art version
199. 7:34so using my AI tool
200. 7:36okay my trend the trend design tool
201. 7:39found this trending niche I have a
202. 7:40design I made a bunch of sizes for wall
203. 7:43art. So, I'm going to use this for my
204. 7:45listing.
205. 7:46And
206. 7:47I told it to make me a lifestyle mock-up
207. 7:50because if you see here, another reason
208. 7:53why this is a best-seller is because
209. 7:55their pictures, their lifestyle pictures
210. 7:57showing off the art in a realistic
211. 7:59living room.
212. 8:00I'm not a pro again. I'm not a
213. 8:02photography pro. I'm not a design pro.
214. 8:04So, I just told the AI to make lifestyle
215. 8:07mock-up photos. And as you can see, I
216. 8:09have this stunning living room picture.
217. 8:11So, when I sell the as you see here,
218. 8:14when I sell the art print version of
219. 8:15this frog, I'm going to upload these and
220. 8:18I'm going to put this in my Etsy listing
221. 8:19for sale to show customers, future
222. 8:22customers what this frog on the toilet
223. 8:24would look like in their living room.
224. 8:26Okay? And by the way, guys, for example,
225. 8:28this tool Kittle, I love this cuz when
226. 8:30you're done, simply just press quick
227. 8:31export, export as PNG, each one. Really
228. 8:35simple. I can background remove. I can
229. 8:38upscale. Really simple stuff.
230. 8:40Okay? Once you download all of these,
231. 8:42you're going to want to basically open a
232. 8:44Google Drive account and just have a
233. 8:47folder, I call the clip art, and upload
234. 8:49all the PNGs. So, in this example, it's
235. 8:52all my files.
236. 8:54Uh and if I'm selling a pack of images,
237. 8:57I would put them all here, all sorts of
238. 8:58variations. Okay? I'll explain why in a
239. 9:01minute.
240. 9:03And as you can see here,
241. 9:05if I were to sell the clip art pack,
242. 9:07okay? So, you're wondering, you're like,
243. 9:09Alex, what is clip art? Let me show you.
244. 9:12I'm going to sell also, let's say So,
245. 9:14look, this is what a clip art pack looks
246. 9:16like. It's basically a digital product
247. 9:18with a bunch of individual little icon
248. 9:20characters in the pack. So, you pay $4
249. 9:23and you basically get 59 little
250. 9:24characters included. So, I'm going to
251. 9:27sell a listing like this, a clip art
252. 9:29pack of these frogs. So, I'm giving
253. 9:33variation and options to the customer.
254. 9:35They can buy the wall art version where
255. 9:37it's just a piece of art that they put
256. 9:39in a frame or they can buy like I showed
257. 9:41you there the clip art version where it
258. 9:43basically comes in all different frog
259. 9:45breeds and colors.
260. 9:47Now you're also wondering this
261. 9:49thumbnail, how do I make this if I want
262. 9:51to sell clip art? Well, I simply told I
263. 9:54simply told this kiddo AI tool make me a
264. 9:57thumbnail. I typed it in here. I
265. 9:59literally typed it down here and it
266. 10:01generated me this. I said make me an
267. 10:03Etsy listing thumbnail for my frogs in
268. 10:05different colors and different frog
269. 10:06breeds. As you can see here is my
270. 10:09stunning
271. 10:10thumbnail. So, I can use this to make a
272. 10:12the listing. And I have all the the
273. 10:15color frogs included. As you can see
274. 10:18right here I said
275. 10:20make another color and it did and then I
276. 10:22can keep adding more
277. 10:25and more variations until I have 10 to
278. 10:2720 different frogs and I would put them
279. 10:30in a Google Drive like this. I would
280. 10:32then click up here, go to share, press
281. 10:35share. Always make sure you have anyone
282. 10:37with a link enabled.
283. 10:39Copy link and now here's the part where
284. 10:41this becomes a pedia a boring PDF for
285. 10:44sale. Okay?
286. 10:46You're going to want to go into Google
287. 10:47Docs
288. 10:48and you're going to want to have a thank
289. 10:49you card like this. You can literally
290. 10:51use Claude to make this for you.
291. 10:54And right here
292. 10:56is where you paste that share link.
293. 10:59Okay?
294. 11:00You have your shop name, you have any
295. 11:02questions the customer needs. So,
296. 11:04when customers pay you money
297. 11:07on the Etsy platform
298. 11:09they're going to be delivered cuz you're
299. 11:10going to export from Google Docs this
300. 11:13document as a PDF. We're going to upload
301. 11:15this PDF for sale
302. 11:18on Etsy like this. You're going to want
303. 11:20to have an Etsy account and you're going
304. 11:21to want to make a listing like this
305. 11:23and you're going to want to upload here
306. 11:25in the digital file section that PDF.

308. 11:30Now you're wondering, okay, so how do we
309. 11:33have the SEO, the marketing? How do we
310. 11:35get nice titles,
311. 11:36nice descriptions?" Well, that's where
312. 11:37Claude comes into place.
313. 11:39I simply asked Claude,
314. 11:41"Give me Etsy title suggestions for a
315. 11:44cottagecore frog clip art pack." As you
316. 11:46can see,
317. 11:47gave me simple title suggestions. I can
318. 11:50choose any one, and I can just
319. 11:53paste that into
320. 11:56my title.
321. 11:58Okay? All I'm doing with Claude is
322. 11:59copy-pasting what it's telling me to.
323. 12:02Here's my description.
324. 12:05I can simply
325. 12:07copy this, go back to Etsy,
326. 12:09go to description, paste.
327. 12:12Right? Same thing with these tags to
328. 12:14rank and get organic traffic because in
329. 12:16this business, you want to have organic
330. 12:18traffic, and you want to basically have
331. 12:20free sales. You don't want to run ads
332. 12:21because there's so much traffic already.
333. 12:23Tags over here, same process.
334. 12:26I can just
335. 12:28copy all these tags,
336. 12:30paste them into here.
337. 12:33And basically set up the set up the
338. 12:34listing like so.
339. 12:36You know, I can price it for $2, $3.
340. 12:40Set the quantity. And when I'm ready, I
341. 12:42can press publish. One more thing I want
342. 12:44you guys to mention

344. 12:48How is this digital content created? So,
345. 12:51you have to be compliant with
346. 12:53regulations and and let people know, let
347. 12:55Etsy know it is made with an AI
348. 12:56generator.
349. 12:57Even if it's made with an AI generator,
350. 12:59this market doesn't care. They're going
351. 13:01to buy from you anyway because this
352. 13:02market, they pay for convenience. Before
353. 13:05you run to the comment section and say,
354. 13:06"Oh, they can make it themselves," this
355. 13:08market of creative buyers and crafty
356. 13:10people, they don't want to do all that.
357. 13:12They want to just pay you for the
358. 13:14convenience of you already making it for
359. 13:16them. That's what this whole business is
360. 13:18based on, and it's been around for
361. 13:19years. So, don't overthink and not start
362. 13:22the business because of that. People are
363. 13:24still buying even though you are
364. 13:26literally saying at the bottom of your
365. 13:28descriptions, it's made with AI. You're
366. 13:30being compliant. People understand that
367. 13:32they're paying it's a win-win. Okay? So,
368. 13:34that's how you can easily make listings
369. 13:38like these to make a clip art pack and
370. 13:42an art print print pack. Okay? It's
371. 13:44pretty crazy what's possible. And all
372. 13:46we're doing is uploading this boring
373. 13:48PDF. They pay for it and then when they
374. 13:51pay for it and they press on this Google
375. 13:53Drive link, they get all the files they
376. 13:56needed. So, if they need files for clip
377. 13:58art, they can access them them here and
378. 14:00print them out for their craft projects.
379. 14:03If they bought a wall art print, they
380. 14:05open this file, they download the PNGs,
381. 14:07they go to their local Walgreens,
382. 14:09Walmart, and they print it out to then
383. 14:11frame it in a nice, you know, frame and
384. 14:14put it in their living room.
385. 14:16Pretty crazy what's possible. And all of
386. 14:18this workflow is what I do to run my
387. 14:20business to do 5K a week. Now, mind you,
388. 14:23I'm posting a lot. It's a numbers game.
389. 14:26You're going to have to post a lot. I'm
390. 14:27making it easier showing you guys the
391. 14:29workflow, right? So, this AI tool makes
392. 14:32it so much easier and Trendy Design does
393. 14:3480% of the work. It tells you what's
394. 14:36selling and it gives you the prompt.
