  1. 0:00so I've made over a million dollars
  2. 0:02using Instagram quiz funnels zero ads
  3. 0:05zero complex setups just a simple system
  4. 0:08anyone can copy in fact this system is
  5. 0:11so straightforward that we are
  6. 0:13converting cold Instagram followers into
  7. 0:16high ticket Clans using nothing but a
  8. 0:19basic type form and a small team of sdrs
  9. 0:22and the best part of this whole thing
  10. 0:24while everyone else is killing their
  11. 0:25reputation by pushing hard and
  12. 0:27aggressively on their main accounts
  13. 0:29looking quite frankly desperate this
  14. 0:31system allowed us to quietly qualify and
  15. 0:33close deals in private messages
  16. 0:35protecting my brand while also still
  17. 0:38filling my pockets now I know what
  18. 0:40you're thinking well B man this sounds
  19. 0:41great but U I don't have a mass of
  20. 0:43following like you I can't do this on a
  21. 0:45fresh account I need to be constantly
  22. 0:46visible to make sales but here's the
  23. 0:48thing we did this with a completely
  24. 0:51separate private Instagram account no
  25. 0:53massive following no constant posting
  26. 0:55this account is literally private and
  27. 0:57has no posts only Instagram stories
  28. 1:00which I'll touch on later on in the
  29. 1:01video just a concentrated pool of Highly
  30. 1:03qualified prospects who are ready to
  31. 1:05throw money at you I mean think about it
  32. 1:07would you rather have a 100,000
  33. 1:09followers who never buy or a th000
  34. 1:12highly qualified prospects who are ready
  35. 1:14to throw their card at you because
  36. 1:16that's exactly what the system creates
  37. 1:17it is the easiest way to add an extra
  38. 1:19five or even six figures a month to your
  39. 1:22company's bottom line and better yet I
  40. 1:24built this system because I was just
  41. 1:25sick and tired of watching people
  42. 1:27destroy their brands with desperate
  43. 1:29selling listen you know exactly what I
  44. 1:30mean constant pitching endless story
  45. 1:33spam cringe promotional content to be
  46. 1:35honest I couldn't bear doing that myself
  47. 1:36so here's what makes this different
  48. 1:38instead of looking like every other
  49. 1:39desperate on Instagram blasting their
  50. 1:41offers to anyone with a pulse you are
  51. 1:44selling behind closed doors to people
  52. 1:46who actually want what you offer no more
  53. 1:48destroying your Brand's reputation no
  54. 1:50more looking desperate no more wasting
  55. 1:52hours in your DMs with Tire kickers just
  56. 1:54pure systematic lead generation that
  57. 1:57happens entirely in private messages
  58. 1:59while every everyone else is busy
  59. 2:01spamming their feeds like I'm not going
  60. 2:03to say it so here's exactly what I'm
  61. 2:05going to show you in this video first
  62. 2:06I'm going to show you how to actually
  63. 2:07set up your quiz funnel from scratch the
  64. 2:10same one that's quietly made us Millions
  65. 2:12then I'm going to give you the exact
  66. 2:14qualifying questions that we use the
  67. 2:15ones that filter out the broke Tire
  68. 2:17kickers and attract people who are
  69. 2:19actually ready to invest and then I'm
  70. 2:20going to show you how our SDR team
  71. 2:22converts these qualified leads into book
  72. 2:24calls on autopilot you'll see our
  73. 2:25Complete Care Package strategy that has
  74. 2:27prospects literally begging to work with
  75. 2:29us and finally I'm going to reveal the
  76. 2:31backend systems and metrics that make
  77. 2:33this entire machine run automatically
  78. 2:34and are geared towards lining your
  79. 2:36pockets with more money then quite
  80. 2:38frankly you know what to do with and by
  81. 2:40the way what I am showing you today just
  82. 2:41scratches the surface there is a whole
  83. 2:45another level to this game just like
  84. 2:47internal Ascension malls I've personally
  85. 2:48added an extra 3 million a year to my
  86. 2:51bottom line and this is exactly what I
  87. 2:52help entrepreneurs with inside of my
  88. 2:54private licensing program called 8
  89. 2:55figure license if you want to learn more
  90. 2:57about it I'll leave a link in the
  91. 2:58description for you to book a demo call
  92. 3:00my team and we also don't work with
  93. 3:01businesses doing less than $250,000 a
  94. 3:03year because at your stage this isn't
  95. 3:04very relevant for you so instead take
  96. 3:06the free game I'm going to show you in
  97. 3:08this video implement it and hopefully
  98. 3:09when you're at that stage we would love
  99. 3:10to work with you and lastly we don't
  100. 3:12work with businesses we don't think we
  101. 3:14can help and quite frankly that's why we
  102. 3:15have the demo call in place so if you
  103. 3:17are none of what I just listed you can
  104. 3:19go ahead and book in a demo call with my
  105. 3:20team using the link in the description
  106. 3:22once this video is done now let me take
  107. 3:23you behind the scenes of how we actually
  108. 3:25built this and how you can too now as I
  109. 3:27alluded to earlier I was sick of
  110. 3:29watching people constantly pitching and
  111. 3:31stuffing their offers down people's
  112. 3:33throats and I couldn't help but think
  113. 3:35that there is a better way of doing this
  114. 3:37so we did something different we created
  115. 3:39a separate Instagram account called @
  116. 3:41talk with Eman now to build this
  117. 3:43account's following all I did was post a
  118. 3:45few Instagram stories on my main account
  119. 3:47about giving direct access to myself
  120. 3:50specifically targeting people who want
  121. 3:52to start and scale an agency and then I
  122. 3:54added a bit of urgency saying I'm only
  123. 3:56letting in the first th000 requests so
  124. 3:58that way I would be able to give
  125. 4:00personalized advice to a lucky select
  126. 4:02few but what's important to note is that
  127. 4:04only letting in a th000 people was a
  128. 4:06strategic decision for keeping lead flow
  129. 4:08strong and allowing my SDR team to hit
  130. 4:10hot leads only now I'll break down this
  131. 4:12follow request strategy later in the
  132. 4:14video but more importantly after the few
  133. 4:16posts I made on my main account the
  134. 4:18account requests exploded and that gave
  135. 4:21us the perfect environment to deploy our
  136. 4:23strategy you see once we hit that
  137. 4:25thousand member Mark I posted a few
  138. 4:27stories congratulating our founding
  139. 4:28members I explain how I'd be using this
  140. 4:30account to answer their questions
  141. 4:32directly through Instagram stories Q&A
  142. 4:34feature giving them pure value that
  143. 4:36would help them scale but more
  144. 4:38importantly this content would nurture
  145. 4:40the smaller more targeted audience
  146. 4:43turning them into highly qualified leads
  147. 4:45I also told them something that got them
  148. 4:47excited how my team would be reaching
  149. 4:49out to every single one of them with a
  150. 4:50custom care package designed
  151. 4:52specifically for their needs this was
  152. 4:54actually our reason to start
  153. 4:56conversations with them to qualify them
  154. 4:58and get them booked on my team calendar
  155. 5:00so when my team does reach out to these
  156. 5:01followers they build opening Rapport and
  157. 5:04transition to sending them a tight form
  158. 5:06that does two critical things first of
  159. 5:08all it helps us understand exactly where
  160. 5:09they are in their business Journey so
  161. 5:11that way we can allocate the correct
  162. 5:12care package to their needs second it
  163. 5:15access a silent qualification tool for
  164. 5:16our Str strs making sure that we are
  165. 5:18only directing our effort towards highly
  166. 5:20qualified ready to buy leads so let me
  167. 5:22break down exactly how this typ form
  168. 5:23works by jumping into the mirror board
  169. 5:25that I built to visualize this for you
  170. 5:27now it all starts with a simple message
  171. 5:28that builds instant trust it states our
  172. 5:31goal is to help you identify your
  173. 5:32current situation and skill set so that
  174. 5:34way we can provide you a custom resource
  175. 5:36to help you achieve your goals by
  176. 5:37providing us with the information our
  177. 5:39success manager will be able to direct
  178. 5:41you to the mentorship and guidance to
  179. 5:43start your mission then we ask for the
  180. 5:44name and contact information so we can
  181. 5:46have it on record next we ask for their
  182. 5:49age we are looking for people between 18
  183. 5:51to 25 why because this is the age
  184. 5:53demographic of our target audience who
  185. 5:55best suit our offer we also don't want
  186. 5:57anyone younger than 18 ideally as these
  187. 5:59prospects are typically unqualified
  188. 6:01financially remember all of these
  189. 6:03questions are purely for qualification
  190. 6:05purposes so when you set up yours you
  191. 6:07need to ask yourself what your ideal
  192. 6:09customer profile is your ICP is and
  193. 6:11curate your questions around that then
  194. 6:13we check if they are already one of our
  195. 6:14customers if they are the form ends
  196. 6:16right there I mean there's really no
  197. 6:18point in selling to existing clients
  198. 6:19next we ask them if they are involved in
  199. 6:21the online space and they actually get
  200. 6:23four options yes I have an online
  201. 6:25business yes I have an agency no but I
  202. 6:28want to get into online space and no I
  203. 6:30have no interest each answer takes them
  204. 6:32down a different path for online
  205. 6:34business owners we dig deeper into their
  206. 6:35business type and whether it's their
  207. 6:37main income for agency owners we skip
  208. 6:39straight to asking if it's their primary
  209. 6:41revenue stream and if they are working
  210. 6:43alongside it for those wanting to get
  211. 6:44started the form skips to asking what
  212. 6:46their six-month income goal and
  213. 6:48obstacles are and all the former flows
  214. 6:50lead to and connects this question and
  215. 6:52for those with no interest well they're
  216. 6:53obviously not qualified so the form ends
  217. 6:55there now after identifying where they
  218. 6:58are in their career and what their
  219. 6:59six-month income goal is we test their
  220. 7:01investment Readiness with four options
  221. 7:04the question States how much are you
  222. 7:05willing to invest in yourself and your
  223. 7:07skill set in order to make that become a
  224. 7:08reality they have four options more than
  225. 7:11$1,000 ready to invest right now 500 to
  226. 7:131,000 0 to 500 or I'm not ready to
  227. 7:16invest right now now our offer was
  228. 7:18priced at $1495 hence the options I just
  229. 7:21mentioned you obviously need to tailor
  230. 7:23your options to the pricing of your
  231. 7:24offer so that way you able to identify
  232. 7:26whether they are financially qualified
  233. 7:28or not and the first two answers really
  234. 7:29tells us whether they are financially
  235. 7:31qualified on our end now on the
  236. 7:33prospect's end it unlocks our first care
  237. 7:35package now for the others will the form
  238. 7:37ends there and then they are promoted to
  239. 7:39submit because they are not financially
  240. 7:41qualified now this is where the momentum
  241. 7:42starts to build after they qualify we
  242. 7:44say now based on the answers you've
  243. 7:46given you're actually eligible for the
  244. 7:48second part of our care package which
  245. 7:50isn't available for everyone else would
  246. 7:51you like to claim it this prompts them
  247. 7:53to continue with the form after they
  248. 7:54have received their first free care
  249. 7:56package by the way our first free care
  250. 7:58package was 17 secrets to your first
  251. 7:59million and here's something crucial
  252. 8:01your care package can't just be some
  253. 8:02random PDF you threw together it needs
  254. 8:04to align perfectly with what it is you
  255. 8:06are offering now in our case we were in
  256. 8:08the bizop space which is why 17 secrets
  257. 8:10to your first million worked so well it
  258. 8:12gives them a taste of value but not so
  259. 8:14much so that they're not left wanting
  260. 8:16more and you'll see how we capitalize on
  261. 8:18this emotion later in the process so
  262. 8:19continuing with the type form the next
  263. 8:21question we ask them is which area would
  264. 8:23you say you need the most help with
  265. 8:25within your agency and they actually get
  266. 8:27four options to pick from again these
  267. 8:29options relate to problems our offers
  268. 8:30solves but more importantly pains we
  269. 8:33noticed that our target audience
  270. 8:34struggle with the options we had were
  271. 8:36setup which includes Niche offer picking
  272. 8:39service system taxes Etc Outreach and
  273. 8:42lead generation sales and Clan
  274. 8:44acquisition delivering the service or
  275. 8:46product or other which is something we
  276. 8:48may not have mentioned yet now why do we
  277. 8:50ask this because it lets us tailor our
  278. 8:52entire approach to their specific needs
  279. 8:55and allows us to identify their specific
  280. 8:57pain which we can leverage when we're
  281. 8:58doing our p pitch and this gives us
  282. 9:00everything we need to ensure the
  283. 9:02prospect is as qualified as can be which
  284. 9:04will directly affect our closeth rate
  285. 9:06now you should know exactly what pains
  286. 9:08your ideal Prospect struggles with and
  287. 9:10list them there because this is actually
  288. 9:11going to give you the ammo you need
  289. 9:13later on in the setting process when it
  290. 9:15comes to pitching them your offer now
  291. 9:17finally to ensure there's no stone left
  292. 9:19unturned we close with one powerful
  293. 9:21question on a scale from 1 to 10 how
  294. 9:23important is this to you to make this
  295. 9:25work and achieve your life's goals now
  296. 9:27we obviously asked us to gauge how
  297. 9:29serious the prospect is about making a
  298. 9:30change and achieving their goals when
  299. 9:32they rank their commitment on a scale of
  300. 9:341 to 10 it gives us insight into their
  301. 9:36mindset and urgency if they respond with
  302. 9:39a high number we know that they are
  303. 9:40likely motivated and ready to take
  304. 9:42action making them a stronger fit for
  305. 9:44our program lastly to end the
  306. 9:46qualification process over the type form
  307. 9:48we say thank you for completing the
  308. 9:50agency acceler care package form we now
  309. 9:52know what the best step is towards your
  310. 9:54Ambitions according to your skill set we
  311. 9:56have assigned you a personal Student
  312. 9:57Success manager to dive deep into your
  313. 9:59situation now this submission then
  314. 10:01triggers our HubSpot SDR allocation flow
  315. 10:04and as you can see on the screen once a
  316. 10:05lead qualifies through the type form
  317. 10:07they are automatically assigned to the
  318. 10:09next available SDR which we frame as a
  319. 10:11Student Success manager this builds
  320. 10:13their Authority places them on a
  321. 10:15pedestal in the prospect's mind and
  322. 10:17removes all sales resistance now I'm not
  323. 10:19going to go into the specifics of these
  324. 10:21sequences here because they are
  325. 10:22exclusive to our a figure licensing
  326. 10:24Clans but you can take what you can see
  327. 10:25on the screen as an indication of how to
  328. 10:27build out this flow on what whatever CRM
  329. 10:30that you are using now back to the sdrs
  330. 10:32they then continue the qualification
  331. 10:34process and dive deep into the specifics
  332. 10:36of each prospect's unique situation as
  333. 10:39outlined in the final scene of the type
  334. 10:41form now after exploring they then say
  335. 10:43the following so I think You' be a great
  336. 10:45fit for the second part of our care
  337. 10:46package now unfortunately I can only
  338. 10:48give this out a few times per day but I
  339. 10:50can actually set you up with a oneon-one
  340. 10:52call with one of ean's best coaches and
  341. 10:54he'll actually help you with a game plan
  342. 10:56on getting started with your specific
  343. 10:58need now obviously our coaches are super
  344. 11:00busy so we asked that one you're serious
  345. 11:02and ready to start ASAP and two open to
  346. 11:05discussing investing in yourself if they
  347. 11:07think that you might be a good fit to
  348. 11:08work with us now notice how we also
  349. 11:10position our closers as coaches this
  350. 11:11instantly builds respect and authority
  351. 11:13and removes any sales resistance once
  352. 11:15more as mentioned before it is a small
  353. 11:17optimization but it makes all the world
  354. 11:19of a difference so once the prospect
  355. 11:21agrees and I mean why wouldn't they
  356. 11:22they're getting oneon-one with one of
  357. 11:24the best coaches they then move forward
  358. 11:26to book the appointment and this is
  359. 11:27where it gets interesting we actually
  360. 11:28create a WhatsApp group with three
  361. 11:30people the prospect the SDR and the
  362. 11:32closer but here's the twist the SDR
  363. 11:34actually logs into the closer's account
  364. 11:35to maintain efficiency then they ask two
  365. 11:38critical questions first what are you
  366. 11:40mainly looking to get from the call Now
  367. 11:42by asking this we give the prospect an
  368. 11:43opportunity to clarify their goals and
  369. 11:45needs which lets our team tailor the
  370. 11:47conversation directly to their specific
  371. 11:49pain points and desires now this
  372. 11:51question not only allows us to reinforce
  373. 11:52that we are genuinely invested in their
  374. 11:54success but also helps us set a strong
  375. 11:56foundation for a meaningful discussion
  376. 11:59that will naturally guide them towards
  377. 12:00seeing our offer as a solution to their
  378. 12:02needs lastly we ask okay great and let's
  379. 12:05say I answer all the questions you have
  380. 12:06and help with a plan moving forward are
  381. 12:09you ready to get started with whatever
  382. 12:10your offer is straight away we ask this
  383. 12:12to pre-qualify their intent and
  384. 12:14Readiness by prompting them to consider
  385. 12:16taking action immediately it encourages
  386. 12:17a serious mindset and filters out those
  387. 12:19who may just be browsing without genuine
  388. 12:21interest now they could answer in one of
  389. 12:23two ways first they could be 100% sure
  390. 12:26in which case you would move on to book
  391. 12:27the call and then ask something along
  392. 12:29the lines of amazing so the oneone call
  393. 12:31is free however the purpose of the call
  394. 12:33is to give you some actionable steps to
  395. 12:35get your business moving in the right
  396. 12:36direction typically 90% of the people we
  397. 12:38speak to need much more help than just a
  398. 12:40couple tips so then we take in the
  399. 12:41direction of what it would look like to
  400. 12:43work with us does that sound fair second
  401. 12:45they could show some sort of hesitation
  402. 12:46in which case you would need to
  403. 12:47financially qualify once more and we
  404. 12:49usually say something along the
  405. 12:50following perfect sounds good now in
  406. 12:52terms of potential investment we ask
  407. 12:54that people have access to at least $775
  408. 12:56that they are open to discussing
  409. 12:58investing in the eles if everything
  410. 13:00makes sense would you have access to
  411. 13:01that for the call now 775 is the price
  412. 13:03of our offer when doing a split pay now
  413. 13:05if they say yes we book the call on the
  414. 13:07calendar if not we help them where we
  415. 13:08can over DM or voice notes and then
  416. 13:10leave it there so once the prospect is
  417. 13:12booked into the calendar they get fed an
  418. 13:14entire system of pre-built vsls and call
  419. 13:16reminders to ensure that our show rate
  420. 13:18is skyh high just to add to the
  421. 13:19effectiveness of the system and that's
  422. 13:21it that's the endtoend process of
  423. 13:23setting highly qualified appointments to
  424. 13:24a quiz funnel this process has made well
  425. 13:26over a million do now what I've just
  426. 13:28explained is the initial launch process
  427. 13:30for the account and not how we operate
  428. 13:31the system from a daily point of view
  429. 13:33daily operations involve slight
  430. 13:35adjustments to maintain structure so I
  431. 13:37would like to leave you with some final
  432. 13:39notes instead of letting in another
  433. 13:41thousand members and repeating the
  434. 13:42process our sdrs manage 50 new requests
  435. 13:44daily each now each SDR messages these
  436. 13:47new leads from the talk with Eman
  437. 13:48account to bring them into a type form
  438. 13:50now from that point onwards The Hub Spa
  439. 13:52allocation flow is activated and they
  440. 13:54follow the exact same system I explained
  441. 13:56in this video additionally to keep lead
  442. 13:58flow steady from current followers I run
  443. 14:00a weekly Q&A on Instagram stories
  444. 14:02followers submit questions and I respond
  445. 14:04with brief writeups or short videos to
  446. 14:06nurture them and keep them engaged I
  447. 14:08also occasionally add ctas in these
  448. 14:10answers to encourage more conversations
  449. 14:12in the DMS feeding new leads into our
  450. 14:14qualification process this strategy
  451. 14:17creates a constant stream of
  452. 14:18conversations driving more prospects
  453. 14:20into our funnel and combined with our
  454. 14:23sdrs handling 50 new requests each this
  455. 14:25keeps our pipeline consistently full of
  456. 14:27qualified leads Prime for conversions
  457. 14:29lastly each Str also has two key metrics
  458. 14:32which we like to call Bam and reach bam
  459. 14:34means bareass minimum this a
  460. 14:36non-negotiable minimum of three
  461. 14:37appointments per day reach is an
  462. 14:39individual goal that each SDR sets at
  463. 14:41the beginning of the week aiming for a
  464. 14:43stretch goal above bam to keep motivated
  465. 14:45and push for better results our rule is
  466. 14:47simple everyone has to hit their bam as
  467. 14:49a minimum standard now have an SDR sets
  468. 14:51a personal reach of six appointments a
  469. 14:53day they're accountable for reaching it
  470. 14:55with a team support and encouragement
  471. 14:57and with our closers maintaining a 50 %
  472. 14:59conversion rate you can see how this
  473. 15:01system quickly scales to seven figures
  474. 15:03now one last tip I'm going to give you
  475. 15:05something we noticed after running the
  476. 15:06system for a while is the biggest
  477. 15:08objection we found was that Prospect
  478. 15:10sometimes question whether our sdrs
  479. 15:12actually work for us or not now there's
  480. 15:13a couple ways to handle this after being
  481. 15:15allocated as Student Success manager our
  482. 15:17sdrs individually message prospects from
  483. 15:19their personal accounts now we found
  484. 15:21that prospects sometimes question
  485. 15:22whether our sdrs actually work for us or
  486. 15:24not so there are actually a couple ways
  487. 15:25to handle this first make sure that you
  488. 15:27follow your sdrs on your main as well as
  489. 15:29other relevant accounts so that way the
  490. 15:31prospects can see the connections second
  491. 15:33provide each SDR with a screenshot of a
  492. 15:35meeting or call with you so that way
  493. 15:36they can send it to prospects to
  494. 15:38reinforce their connection with the main
  495. 15:39brand now if they get a question like
  496. 15:41this they can respond with something
  497. 15:42like I'm going to call with Eman right
  498. 15:44now and he asked me to reach out on his
  499. 15:46behalf and then they popped the
  500. 15:47screenshot now this approach has helped
  501. 15:48overcome most doubts that our prospects
  502. 15:50have had so there you have it I hope you
  503. 15:52have found real value in this video and
  504. 15:54that it's giving you a clear picture of
  505. 15:55how this system can work for anyone
  506. 15:57whether you're a high ticket service
  507. 15:59provider an agency owner a course
  508. 16:00creator or a digital product seller now
  509. 16:02if you're an entrepreneur who feels
  510. 16:04ready to take the next step and scale
  511. 16:05with a system similar to this one
  512. 16:07amongst others as I mentioned earlier
  513. 16:09this is precisely what I help
  514. 16:10entrepreneurs with inside my private
  515. 16:11licensing program 8 figure license now
  516. 16:14we are very selective with who we work
  517. 16:16with to ensure that we can deliver the
  518. 16:17best results so I've already explained
  519. 16:19early in the video the sort of people
  520. 16:20that we do not work with so if you don't
  521. 16:22fall in that category please go ahead
  522. 16:23and book in a demo call my team and with
  523. 16:25that being said I look forward to seeing
  524. 16:27you inside AFL
