  1. 0:00I'm Jeremy Haynes and I have cracked a
  2. 0:02million dollars a month in MRR. Every 30
  3. 0:04days we're getting paid a million
  4. 0:05dollars a month in recurring revenue.
  5. 0:08That's 12 million ARR. We're doing it in
  6. 0:10education company specifically [music]
  7. 0:12with two different products. Let me show
  8. 0:13you some proof on that. So the first one
  9. 0:15is what's known as Jeremy AI. Jeremy AI
  10. 0:17is a clone of me. That specific clone of
  11. 0:20me is a thousand dollars a month. It's
  12. 0:22an agentic clone of me. So it's not it's
  13. 0:24not just a regular like chatbot thing.
  14. 0:26Um here you can see month-over-month
  15. 0:27growth. Last Last month we're at 857 for
  16. 0:29Jeremy's Inner Circle. This month we're
  17. 0:30at 880,000.
  18. 0:32Uh this particular product is a
  19. 0:33combination of one-on-one, uh weekly
  20. 0:35Inner Circle group coaching, a
  21. 0:36mastermind four times a year. You can DM
  22. 0:39me when they have questions, big old
  23. 0:40course vault, SOPs. That's where we give
  24. 0:42out our million-dollar month trophies,
  25. 0:43three-million-dollar month trophies,
  26. 0:44five-million-dollar month trophies. It's
  27. 0:46a group for rich guys trying to get a
  28. 0:47lot richer than they are currently. If
  29. 0:48you take 880 plus 120, boom, get a
  30. 0:52million dollars a month in recurring
  31. 0:53revenue. So in this video I'm going to
  32. 0:55talk to you about the top lessons that
  33. 0:56got me there. I'm going to talk to you
  34. 0:57about the things that really held me
  35. 0:58back. This was such a long journey to be
  36. 1:01able to get to this specific moment.
  37. 1:03I've uh cried a lot over the last few
  38. 1:05days, like dopamine cries. Uh it's a
  39. 1:07really good genuine hit of dopamine.
  40. 1:08It's a big rush. Again, top lessons that
  41. 1:10got me there, top lessons that held me
  42. 1:11back, offer details and all of what made
  43. 1:12it work. But first, before we get
  44. 1:14started, I just want to give a
  45. 1:15tremendous shoutout to all of my clients
  46. 1:18and customers that have ever worked with
  47. 1:19me to date. Uh obviously a huge shoutout
  48. 1:21to Jeremy's Inner Circle members, both
  49. 1:23current and past members. Thank you so
  50. 1:24much for being with me or have been with
  51. 1:26me in the past. And to all my current
  52. 1:28and future Jeremy AI users, uh man,
  53. 1:30you're in for an unbelievable ride.
  54. 1:31We've got some really crazy stuff in the
  55. 1:32works. We of course ship new features
  56. 1:34and updates literally every single week
  57. 1:35and the product continues to get better.
  58. 1:36But um I'm really excited about both
  59. 1:38offers. Jeremy's Inner Circle we
  60. 1:39recently capped at 250 people. We got a
  61. 1:41few slots left, like literally I think
  62. 1:43we're in the 230s to be transparent at
  63. 1:45the time I make this video. And then
  64. 1:46it'll be capped out from there. So both
  65. 1:48of these offers should get to a million
  66. 1:50dollars a month independently of each
  67. 1:52other recurring. Um I've always thought
  68. 1:54it's cool to hear and see people talk
  69. 1:56about million-dollar a month lessons for
  70. 1:58what got them there, but it's really
  71. 1:59scary to be honest with you. Like I'm I
  72. 2:01coach and I mentor a lot of different
  73. 2:02people. I have a lot of different
  74. 2:03clients where their entire business,
  75. 2:05their million-plus a month in revenue or
  76. 2:06their couple million bucks a month in
  77. 2:07revenue comes from transactional
  78. 2:09dollars. And I I got to be honest, it's
  79. 2:10always really scared me. Um I've had a
  80. 2:11mentor for a very long period of time
  81. 2:13now. His name's Judge Graham. Uh Judge
  82. 2:15has a book. I I don't remember the name
  83. 2:16of the book, but it's a great book and
  84. 2:17it specifically talks about how
  85. 2:19important recurring revenue was. And and
  86. 2:20thank God I learned that at the very
  87. 2:22beginning of my career when I first met
  88. 2:23Judge. So shout-out to Judge as well. Um
  89. 2:25okay. So yeah, without further ado, one
  90. 2:26more thing, quick disclaimer. The odds
  91. 2:28of ever hitting, according to research,
  92. 2:30$10 million a year are 0.1%. The odds of
  93. 2:33ever hitting a million dollars a month,
  94. 2:34obviously, are lower than that cuz
  95. 2:35that's $12 million a year. The odds of
  96. 2:37ever hitting a couple million dollars a
  97. 2:39month, again, even lower probability
  98. 2:41that you ever go on to achieve that. Um
  99. 2:43I genuinely have no idea what the odds
  100. 2:44are of ever hitting a million dollars in
  101. 2:45a month, but I know that it is at a
  102. 2:47bunch of zeros before a one shows up. So
  103. 2:49I'm not making any income claims. I am
  104. 2:51the farthest thing from telling you that
  105. 2:53you have a probability to do what I'm
  106. 2:55about to sit here and talk to you about.
  107. 2:56And this was not in any way, shape, or
  108. 2:58form some kind of overnight success.
  109. 2:59This was a product Jeremy and our circle
  110. 3:01is an example originated in 2019.
  111. 3:04Uh it's a long time, 7 years, that that
  112. 3:06product's existed for it to be able to
  113. 3:08get to the point that it's at today. And
  114. 3:09then in addition to that, Jeremy AI.
  115. 3:11Jeremy AI just recently launched in
  116. 3:13March. So that's only a couple months
  117. 3:14old, to be fair. So seemingly it's got a
  118. 3:16lot more momentum. All right, without
  119. 3:17further ado, let's get started. Um let's
  120. 3:18start with some costs. So what I've got
  121. 3:21here for you to start is a little
  122. 3:22breakdown of my team structure. I spend
  123. 3:25about $213,000
  124. 3:27to $286,000
  125. 3:29a month on the team. Uh start off with a
  126. 3:31CFO. It's a fractional CFO. Uh we have a
  127. 3:34lawyer. These are also my tax guys. Um I
  128. 3:36really use and abuse my lawyer much more
  129. 3:38frequently than I ever thought I would.
  130. 3:39Um CFO is helpful on, you know, monthly
  131. 3:41reports and things like that, uh
  132. 3:43financial questions about the business
  133. 3:44at a high level, but I don't ever find
  134. 3:46the need for a full-time executive CFO,
  135. 3:48to be clear. I found that a lawyer,
  136. 3:50however, I've talked to several times a
  137. 3:52month. Um we have my IG guy, uh guy's
  138. 3:55in-house, 10k a month. He originally
  139. 3:57started at 8k a month, to be clear. He
  140. 3:59sits there and we film shorts on a
  141. 4:01week-to-week basis. He edits those
  142. 4:03shorts. He also makes images. If you go
  143. 4:04to my IG @jeremy, you can see exactly
  144. 4:07what we do on that channel. We just
  145. 4:08recently opened it up. It does about
  146. 4:10163-ish
  147. 4:11a month. Um that includes some of that
  148. 4:13recurring revenue. That's where we
  149. 4:14mainly promote Jeremy AI. We do have
  150. 4:16links down in the description for both
  151. 4:17of these offers, by the way, if you want
  152. 4:18to check them out. But either way, um IG
  153. 4:20guy in-house, sole job is to take clips,
  154. 4:23turn them into shorts, literally film
  155. 4:25shorts with me, edit them, post them,
  156. 4:27comments, CTAs to drive revenue through
  157. 4:28ManyChat automations, uh images like
  158. 4:30tweet carousels, and then the images
  159. 4:32where they take videos like this and
  160. 4:33like capture thumbnails of me and like
  161. 4:35write text over what I'm saying for the
  162. 4:36important points and make a carousel out
  163. 4:37of that. I got a CTO and a tech CSM,
  164. 4:40which is also one of our developers. Um
  165. 4:42these two guys help me with Jeremy AI
  166. 4:44development, and I've historically had
  167. 4:46an agentic AI platform as well that we
  168. 4:48built Jeremy AI on top of when we
  169. 4:50pivoted that to host AI clones. Uh those
  170. 4:52two guys work on that specific product,
  171. 4:54so you could argue that Jeremy AI costs,
  172. 4:56hard costs, are this, this, and then my
  173. 4:58regular CSM down here. Uh but again,
  174. 5:01these are shared roles that work across
  175. 5:02the organization. I have two different
  176. 5:04marketing helpers. They're at two
  177. 5:05different levels, and they do two
  178. 5:06completely different things. So, one of
  179. 5:07them makes 20k a month, technically a
  180. 5:08little bit more than that. So, I paid an
  181. 5:10extra $5,500 on top of this 20k last
  182. 5:13month cuz he's also responsible for
  183. 5:14clips on my new YouTube channel called
  184. 5:17The Haynes Feed, where we take long
  185. 5:19videos like this and clip them down to
  186. 5:20little 2-9 minute videos. And then also,
  187. 5:22I never post shorts on my main channel.
  188. 5:23I'm convinced that only poor people
  189. 5:25watch shorts. So, as a result of that, I
  190. 5:27I'm still willing to post shorts and
  191. 5:28test my actual opinions in reality, so
  192. 5:30I'm right in reality and not right in
  193. 5:31opinion. So, this this this position's a
  194. 5:33little bit more than this with some
  195. 5:34commissions factored in on a pay per
  196. 5:36clip, and then also some other
  197. 5:37revenue-driven actions. This marketing
  198. 5:39helper's job is exclusively to create
  199. 5:42lead magnets currently. Literally one
  200. 5:44lead magnet per day. You can go and
  201. 5:45watch videos like this, and this
  202. 5:47particular video might not have it yet.
  203. 5:48He might be on the older videos or more
  204. 5:49popular videos right now. However,
  205. 5:51literally one lead magnet a day is this
  206. 5:53guy's job. Um you may find one of those
  207. 5:55down in the description, or you'll see
  208. 5:56them promoting on IG specifically. This
  209. 5:59CSM was mainly hired for helping with
  210. 6:01Jeremy AI. All those users initially uh
  211. 6:03at a thousand bucks a month, they pay a
  212. 6:05lot less than what it makes sense for me
  213. 6:07to personally pay attention to like
  214. 6:08individually. I needed somebody else to
  215. 6:10give way more of a [ __ ] about each
  216. 6:13individual customer and like actually
  217. 6:15talk to them and really hold their hand
  218. 6:16through the product. This has been an
  219. 6:17incredible role. That's Vic for any of
  220. 6:19our users that have talked and worked
  221. 6:21with Vic. He's very helpful, very
  222. 6:22friendly, very jolly guy. I have an
  223. 6:23in-person executive assistant, eight cam
  224. 6:25a month for this particular role.
  225. 6:26Technically, this comes out to about
  226. 6:288,000 a month with uh some change on top
  227. 6:30of it. I This guy's 7,500 a month in
  228. 6:32hard cost and about a thousand dollars a
  229. 6:33month in a car and insurance on top of
  230. 6:35that that we provide for him. This guy I
  231. 6:37use and abuse him for everything under
  232. 6:38the sun that you can imagine.
  233. 6:39Mastermind, help behind the scenes, all
  234. 6:41the way over to like random tasks like I
  235. 6:43just bought a house, setting up water at
  236. 6:44the property, and all all that kind of
  237. 6:45stuff. I have an in-person personal
  238. 6:46trainer that's full-time with me,
  239. 6:48literally walks around 12 hours a day.
  240. 6:49If you watch my old videos, I'm fatter
  241. 6:51than I am today. I'm getting fitter
  242. 6:52again. Um I've lost lost a tremendous
  243. 6:54amount of weight, and this position to
  244. 6:56me is very justified cuz it also helps
  245. 6:58all my staff. We have a gym literally
  246. 6:59right next door to the in-person
  247. 7:00facility here. This guy comes to me in
  248. 7:02person. There's There's a lot of things
  249. 7:03to be very direct with you guys that I'm
  250. 7:05super busy and always justify above
  251. 7:07little things like mobility. Not
  252. 7:08necessarily weightlifting, but like
  253. 7:09mobility, things that have really helped
  254. 7:10me now that I'm in my 30s. But uh
  255. 7:12anyway, this is cool cuz it helps all
  256. 7:13the staff, too. And dials in my meals,
  257. 7:16workouts, walks, you know, etc. Somebody
  258. 7:18to just keep me accountable. And I
  259. 7:19deeply believe that this is a
  260. 7:20revenue-driven position because I will
  261. 7:23have more of you as I continue to get
  262. 7:25fitter that will convert as a result of
  263. 7:27me getting fitter. I can't tell you the
  264. 7:29amount of times I've seen people that
  265. 7:30are their their actual objection to not
  266. 7:32buying from me was that I was too fat to
  267. 7:34be that great at everything that I
  268. 7:35discuss if my discipline and revenue was
  269. 7:37as high as it's been. So, hey, I you
  270. 7:39know, I appreciate feedback, and I love
  271. 7:40money. So, I'm happy to get fitter to
  272. 7:42get richer.
  273. 7:44Uh I have a driver. My driver helps me a
  274. 7:45lot. Um I have a Sprinter van and a
  275. 7:48bulletproof Escalade, give or take which
  276. 7:49one we feel like taking that day. Uh
  277. 7:51this helps save me a lot of time where I
  278. 7:53get to be in the back catching up on
  279. 7:54communication while being driven to and
  280. 7:55from my house and the office or wherever
  281. 7:57else I need to go. My whole YouTube team
  282. 7:58behind the scenes that edits videos like
  283. 8:00this, 8.5k a month. Um my sales team is
  284. 8:02the biggest variable cost. That ranges
  285. 8:04from about 80,000 to 150,000 a month,
  286. 8:07give or take commissions and how many
  287. 8:09deals are actually closed. Uh we have a
  288. 8:10blog guy, part-time agency to be clear,
  289. 8:135k a month. That's all on
  290. 8:14jeremyhayns.com. And then I also have a
  291. 8:16remote EA who does very low-level like
  292. 8:19trench work that nobody else on this
  293. 8:22list would sensibly be able to justify
  294. 8:24cuz it's not the most revenue-driven
  295. 8:25work, but it's work that still needs
  296. 8:27done. Um I say all that because this is
  297. 8:29what it costs to generate that recurring
  298. 8:32revenue consistently. Um I want to be
  299. 8:33fair in saying the one thing I'm not
  300. 8:35disclosing is total revenue of the
  301. 8:36organization factoring in transactional
  302. 8:38on top of this. This video in particular
  303. 8:40is just discussing the recurring revenue
  304. 8:41component. And these these are all the
  305. 8:43positions I have in my organization
  306. 8:44though that again support that specific
  307. 8:46uh revenue. So, from here, I want to go
  308. 8:49through a few different uh key lessons
  309. 8:51with you. Uh the first one is top
  310. 8:53lessons. So, I've had many different
  311. 8:56periods throughout the 7 years of
  312. 9:00working the Jeremy the Jeremy's Inner
  313. 9:02Circle offer that have really taken a
  314. 9:05toll on me, give or take how long I was
  315. 9:06going sideways for and what it was. Some
  316. 9:08of them were really easy. Like let me
  317. 9:10give you an example. One of the literal
  318. 9:11top lessons is YouTube. So, YouTube was
  319. 9:15originally something that I didn't put
  320. 9:17much attention into. It was July It was
  321. 9:19June of 2024, and I like to go back and
  322. 9:21I like to test different opinions that I
  323. 9:23have in reality. I want to I want to be
  324. 9:25right in reality and not right in
  325. 9:26opinion. And I I consistently held a
  326. 9:28thesis for more than a decade that I
  327. 9:31would not get clients, like my ideal
  328. 9:33marketing agency clients, off of
  329. 9:35content. I never had I I'd never used
  330. 9:37ads, I'd never used organic content to
  331. 9:40be able to generate my agency clients.
  332. 9:41Every single agency client I've ever had
  333. 9:43came from one or two places. A majority
  334. 9:45of them by far, like more than 90% were
  335. 9:47us directly pitching them with video
  336. 9:49pitches and weekly value-driven
  337. 9:51follow-up. No exaggeration, that's where
  338. 9:52damn near every single one of our agency
  339. 9:54clients has originated. The other 10% is
  340. 9:56referrals. That is where we get all our
  341. 9:58deals. Every time I've ever tried to do
  342. 9:59content for my types of clients or run
  343. 10:01ads, I don't get them because my type of
  344. 10:03client usually comes in already making
  345. 10:05high couple hundred grand a month.
  346. 10:07Sometimes, if it's a really good offer,
  347. 10:09we'll take them on at a low couple
  348. 10:10hundred grand a month, and they need to
  349. 10:11spend a lot right off the bat. They need
  350. 10:13to be a charismatic leader. I have a
  351. 10:14whole video, by the way, dedicated just
  352. 10:16to my perfect client traits on the
  353. 10:17agency side, so I won't make that I
  354. 10:18won't make this video that. You can go
  355. 10:20watch that one if you're interested, but
  356. 10:21more of the story is June of 2024, I
  357. 10:23said, "Time to test that against reality
  358. 10:25again. Let's try it out." And so, I
  359. 10:27committed to twice-a-week YouTube
  360. 10:28videos. Originally, it was about a
  361. 10:3090-day test for how long I was going to
  362. 10:31be willing to commit to it. It's a lower
  363. 10:33cost than the 8.5k that it is today. It
  364. 10:35was about 4k a month at that time, and I
  365. 10:38just wanted to see if it worked. I
  366. 10:39started talking about million dollar a
  367. 10:40month from the lessons of people that
  368. 10:42have been there, done that. Our ideal
  369. 10:44agency clients have to net a million
  370. 10:47dollars a month on actions trackable
  371. 10:49back to us to get paid what we want to
  372. 10:51get paid, 100k a month per deal through
  373. 10:53the rev shares that we have on each
  374. 10:54client relationship. So, that to me
  375. 10:56felt, you know, near impossible on
  376. 10:58YouTube, but nonetheless, I wanted to
  377. 10:59find out if I was right. And instead of
  378. 11:01getting any kind of traction on the
  379. 11:03agency side, I got all the traction on
  380. 11:05the education company side. So, at this
  381. 11:07point, really started to create a lot
  382. 11:09more demand for education company
  383. 11:10products. My education company products
  384. 11:12being Jeremy's Inner Circle and at the
  385. 11:14time, a transactional offer that we
  386. 11:15still do today. We update it on an
  387. 11:17annual basis. And by the way, there's an
  388. 11:18upcoming annual cohort that's about to
  389. 11:20begin. Make sure you check the link down
  390. 11:22in the description for Master Internet
  391. 11:23Marketing. Those two programs were my
  392. 11:25flagship programs, and they're they're
  393. 11:27for very different demographics. One is
  394. 11:29the most extensive digital marketing
  395. 11:31course literally you'll ever get. You
  396. 11:33pay one time, we consistently train you
  397. 11:34on an annual basis with the latest and
  398. 11:36greatest best practices. Jeremy's Inner
  399. 11:37Circle on the other hand was for rich
  400. 11:39people trying to get way richer than
  401. 11:40they are right now. There were income
  402. 11:41restrictions for how much somebody had
  403. 11:42to make. In addition to that, the costs
  404. 11:44went from 1,500 a month to 2K a month to
  405. 11:463K a month to 4K a month to 5K a month
  406. 11:48to 6K a month to 10K a month where they
  407. 11:50are today. Um that's another one of the
  408. 11:52top lessons by the way is gaining
  409. 11:55leverage to raise prices.
  410. 11:59Uh this is actually a very interesting
  411. 12:00lesson that I don't ever hear anybody
  412. 12:02really talk about, which is when you get
  413. 12:05close to being maxed out, you gain more
  414. 12:07leverage to get paid more money to
  415. 12:09continue doing what you're doing that
  416. 12:11you're close to being maxed out. Usually
  417. 12:13when you're close to being maxed out and
  418. 12:14you get paid more money, you end up
  419. 12:16finding more capacity. Your capacity
  420. 12:18ceiling raises coincidentally when you
  421. 12:20get paid a lot more money to continue
  422. 12:22raising your capacity ceiling. So
  423. 12:24initially in this specific Jeremy's
  424. 12:25Inner Circle offer, I thought to myself,
  425. 12:27"Well, there's not that many one-on-ones
  426. 12:28that I'm willing to do because of what I
  427. 12:31get paid to do them. There's not as I
  428. 12:33look, I don't want to have to do these
  429. 12:34masterminds forever, right? Until I
  430. 12:36started getting paid a tremendous amount
  431. 12:38more to do them. And as I get paid a
  432. 12:40tremendous amount more as time goes on,
  433. 12:42I continue to invest more into making
  434. 12:44the entire offer better and I literally
  435. 12:46become better as time goes on too, which
  436. 12:47has been awesome. In the process of
  437. 12:50documenting what I do in Jeremy's Inner
  438. 12:53Circle, and I want to be really clear on
  439. 12:54this, it started to create a huge amount
  440. 12:57of training data which also gave me a
  441. 12:59lot of leverage to be able to create the
  442. 13:02other product that got me to hit a
  443. 13:03million in recurring, which was Jeremy
  444. 13:05AI. So every time that I do a one-on-one
  445. 13:07call, it's training data for Jeremy AI.
  446. 13:10Every weekly group call I do for my
  447. 13:11paying members is another piece of
  448. 13:13material that goes into the training
  449. 13:15bucket of Jeremy AI. Every single DM,
  450. 13:18every single voice note with all my
  451. 13:19members either in the group chat or
  452. 13:21literally one-on-one, which happens so
  453. 13:23many times a day, again, training data
  454. 13:25for Jeremy AI. Every mastermind talk, uh
  455. 13:28every single private conversation, all
  456. 13:30of it is training data for Jeremy AI.
  457. 13:33Now, it's important you understand this
  458. 13:34because the leverage that I've
  459. 13:36accumulated along the way, I wouldn't
  460. 13:38have known at the time, like I wasn't
  461. 13:39sitting there like a master plan
  462. 13:41thinking, "Ha ha ha, like I'm doing all
  463. 13:43this to gain a digital clone of me one
  464. 13:45day." Like I wouldn't have thought that
  465. 13:46when I first got started with this. I
  466. 13:48became aware of it as time continued to
  467. 13:49go on and as AI continued to progress
  468. 13:51and allowed me to think in this creative
  469. 13:52way. Um so, I get paid to create the
  470. 13:55training data for Jeremy AI, which in
  471. 13:57turn is a clone of me, which gets
  472. 13:59literally better and better as time goes
  473. 14:00on, and already is awesome, and I get
  474. 14:03paid on that, too. You see what I mean?
  475. 14:04Like it's a lot of leverage in here. Um
  476. 14:06in addition to that, ads are an absolute
  477. 14:09no-brainer in terms of a top lesson. We
  478. 14:11just use them a lot differently than we
  479. 14:12do organically. So, like organically,
  480. 14:14you could be watching this video, this
  481. 14:15could be the first thing you've ever
  482. 14:16seen from me, and you'd be wise to go
  483. 14:19and look at the other videos on my
  484. 14:20channel, both old and new. I make them
  485. 14:21in a very timeless way. And when you go
  486. 14:23consume them, you'll see, like this is a
  487. 14:24very unique channel. I talk about
  488. 14:25million-dollar month lessons from people
  489. 14:27that have been there, done that, whether
  490. 14:28it's the first million a month or the
  491. 14:29next million a month. You get a lot of
  492. 14:30value from this being somebody who makes
  493. 14:31like a couple hundred grand a month or a
  494. 14:33couple million bucks a month is trying
  495. 14:34to get way richer. You'll notice that
  496. 14:35you might take like 3 to 6 months before
  497. 14:37you finally get to the point, and you
  498. 14:38might be right there in that journey
  499. 14:40right now. Depending on where you're at,
  500. 14:41try to be self-aware with me real quick.
  501. 14:43You either enter in and then take like 3
  502. 14:44to 6 months, or you're around that 3 to
  503. 14:466 month time frame where you're finally
  504. 14:48considering going down in the
  505. 14:49description and joining in on one of my
  506. 14:50offers. And realistically, what did it
  507. 14:52is you tried something that I said, you
  508. 14:55made more money because of it, or you
  509. 14:56got a better result in your business
  510. 14:57because of it, and then you're willing
  511. 14:58to use that house money that you earned
  512. 15:00to officially spend with me. That is the
  513. 15:03organic sales cycle that I've seen. The
  514. 15:05advertising sales cycle that we've seen
  515. 15:06is completely different. That's why I
  516. 15:08have an entire marketing helper
  517. 15:09dedicated just to creating one lead
  518. 15:10magnet per day. I will generate
  519. 15:12somebody, I have an AI agent inside of
  520. 15:14our CRM that will contextually
  521. 15:16communicate with people for more
  522. 15:17value-driven communications that send
  523. 15:19them, let's say somebody opts in for a
  524. 15:20lead magnet on IGDM ads, we know they're
  525. 15:23interested in that. We know what
  526. 15:24strategy they're likely running or want
  527. 15:25to run. The AI agent will contextually
  528. 15:27find other free stuff like videos,
  529. 15:29blogs, LinkedIn content as an example,
  530. 15:31send it over to the person. Boom. Now we
  531. 15:33have a higher probability to sell that
  532. 15:35individual. Entire AI agent's job in the
  533. 15:37CRM is to work the leads to a point
  534. 15:39where they get further along in the
  535. 15:40pipeline to create sales opportunities.
  536. 15:42Um the other side of the advertising
  537. 15:43that we've seen and had success with is
  538. 15:45webinars. No doubt it's webinars.
  539. 15:47Webinars are one of the best content
  540. 15:48mechanisms right now in direct response
  541. 15:50advertising that works undeniably and
  542. 15:52unbelievably well. It's awesome what you
  543. 15:54can get as results uh when you choose to
  544. 15:56run paid ads. Call funnels for us don't
  545. 15:58work as well. Uh Jeremy's Inner Circle
  546. 16:00is an example on the advertising side,
  547. 16:01doesn't work as well. That's a long-term
  548. 16:04organic play and that's the big reason
  549. 16:06why that offer has as much success as it
  550. 16:09does. Ads we do really well with the
  551. 16:10transactional offers like Master
  552. 16:12Internet Marketing um and Jeremy AI. On
  553. 16:14the back end of each lead magnet is a
  554. 16:16scaling plan from Jeremy AI that people
  555. 16:18can fill out an enrichment form where we
  556. 16:21get a ton of data on the person's
  557. 16:22business that we get to have that AI
  558. 16:24agent leverage for more free valuable
  559. 16:26things that it can contextually follow
  560. 16:27up with the person to add real value
  561. 16:29that actually has meaning for their
  562. 16:30business, but it also demonstrates the
  563. 16:31actual power of Jeremy AI, so we get a
  564. 16:33lot of people to convert off that. Um to
  565. 16:35be clear, A players, uh I've run my
  566. 16:37business with a higher staff count in
  567. 16:39the past. I've had all the way up to 27
  568. 16:41staff at the in the past, uh all agency
  569. 16:43staff, and I had a lot of donkeys. I had
  570. 16:45a lot of B&C players. Now, as you can
  571. 16:47see my payroll, uh cheapest people are
  572. 16:49getting paid like what like seven
  573. 16:50something thousand dollars a month all
  574. 16:51the way up to twenty thousand dollars a
  575. 16:52month. We have individual sales people
  576. 16:54making in between eighty and a hundred
  577. 16:56and fifty thousand dollars a month. Um
  578. 16:57there's a tremendous amount of A player
  579. 17:00concentrated talent within my
  580. 17:01organization at this point. The people
  581. 17:03that are working in the business make it
  582. 17:05better. Also, the way the business runs,
  583. 17:07even though I will be very fair in
  584. 17:08saying from a business perspective,
  585. 17:10obviously it's very contingent on me. Um
  586. 17:11I've had an absolute blast. I've evolved
  587. 17:13tremendously. I have I feel like I've
  588. 17:16shed so many different old identities
  589. 17:18and old selves to evolve into the man
  590. 17:20that I I stand before you as today. And
  591. 17:23it's incredible. It really is. And I
  592. 17:25want to say this. Uh the people that I
  593. 17:27have in my organization, uh they get
  594. 17:29better as time goes on as well, which is
  595. 17:30again another sign that you have
  596. 17:32A-player talent. Everybody wants to get
  597. 17:33richer and everybody wants to make more
  598. 17:35money. Um I also think that offers
  599. 17:38being aligned to current narratives is a
  600. 17:42huge top lesson. Uh what I mean by this
  601. 17:45is I'm going to I'm going to give you
  602. 17:47the example for why Jeremy Jeremy's
  603. 17:49Inner Circle is as successful as it is
  604. 17:50today. Is and it's and it's got more
  605. 17:52growth if I could sustain the growth
  606. 17:53past 250 members. I won't, but to be
  607. 17:55clear, once we hit that cap, like, you
  608. 17:57know, that's it. That offer has as much
  609. 17:59success as it does because business
  610. 18:01owners are tired of getting [ __ ] over
  611. 18:02by agencies. Nobody wants the
  612. 18:04done-for-you work anymore. What happened
  613. 18:06is is this type of business owner that
  614. 18:08historically would have hired our
  615. 18:09marketing agency, they got smoked too
  616. 18:11many times by terrible businesses that
  617. 18:14claim they could generate them the exact
  618. 18:16outcomes that they're trying to generate
  619. 18:18and learn to generate themselves through
  620. 18:19Jeremy's Inner Circle. They always
  621. 18:20wanted more financially qualified leads.
  622. 18:22They always wanted more consistency.
  623. 18:24They always wanted more ROAS. They
  624. 18:25always wanted to scale way bigger than
  625. 18:27they are now. They always wanted organic
  626. 18:28to work better than they are now. They
  627. 18:29always also wanted to be led by somebody
  628. 18:32instead of having to know everything
  629. 18:33themselves. And as a result of that,
  630. 18:34they hired marketing agencies to do it.
  631. 18:36And they didn't just hire one, they
  632. 18:37probably hired a handful and they got
  633. 18:39burnt by every one of them. Then, some
  634. 18:41of them hired in-house. And when they
  635. 18:43hired in-house, they realized they don't
  636. 18:45know anything that they need to know to
  637. 18:47actually have success, to hold somebody
  638. 18:49accountable, to train a person. They
  639. 18:51couldn't even really ideate with the
  640. 18:53person cuz you only know what you know.
  641. 18:55You don't know what you don't know. So,
  642. 18:56what people realized is they needed to
  643. 18:58know more. They needed to download new
  644. 19:00data. They needed to become aware of all
  645. 19:02the strategies themselves. They needed
  646. 19:04to train. That means that the narrative
  647. 19:07aligned perfectly to the Jeremy's Inner
  648. 19:09Circle offer. Jeremy's Inner Circle is
  649. 19:11twice a month one-on-one calls, weekly
  650. 19:12group calls. We got an incredibly
  651. 19:14in-depth library of all those weekly
  652. 19:16group calls, mastery-level pieces of
  653. 19:19content on every single topic that they
  654. 19:21individually cover. I always say this,
  655. 19:23YouTube's 10 to 20% of what I know, so
  656. 19:25if you like my videos here, you would
  657. 19:26love the videos behind my paywalls
  658. 19:29because that's where I actually talk at
  659. 19:30the most depth that I can with the most
  660. 19:32examples that I can and make things way
  661. 19:34easier to understand as well to actually
  662. 19:35go do. Okay? So anyway, SOPs, very
  663. 19:39active community. Extremely active
  664. 19:40community. You'll love it. We don't got
  665. 19:42to force anything to make it active. We
  666. 19:43don't got to do any weird [ __ ] It's a
  667. 19:44natural thing. We have four times a year
  668. 19:46masterminds in person here at our
  669. 19:48facility in Miami, Florida. That's where
  670. 19:50we do our trophy ceremonies for a
  671. 19:51million dollars a month, three million a
  672. 19:52month, five million a month. You have to
  673. 19:53understand this, that offer aligns
  674. 19:55perfectly to what the business owners
  675. 19:56currently want. And then again, if you
  676. 19:58look at Jeremy AI, Jeremy AI just came
  677. 20:00out in March, again, it aligns perfectly
  678. 20:02to what business owners and people who
  679. 20:04are our buyers want. They want an AI
  680. 20:06model to talk to instead of having to
  681. 20:09watch a course. They want an AI model to
  682. 20:11literally help them. Ours is agentic,
  683. 20:13meaning it can literally do stuff for
  684. 20:15you instead of you just talking to it.
  685. 20:17It You can connect it to your ad
  686. 20:18account. It can do stuff. You can
  687. 20:20connect it to your CRM. It can do stuff.
  688. 20:22It can build website. You know, it can
  689. 20:23do stuff cuz it's agentic. Business
  690. 20:25owners want that right now. They want AI
  691. 20:26that they can talk to to get questions
  692. 20:28answered in real time. Message me.
  693. 20:29Message Real Jeremy. Dude, you're not
  694. 20:31getting a response for hours. It might
  695. 20:33be like 10 to 12 hours before you get a
  696. 20:34response from me cuz I'm busy as [ __ ]
  697. 20:37AI Jeremy will answer a question just as
  698. 20:39good as Real Jeremy. It's actually
  699. 20:40really cool and scary how it is. Just as
  700. 20:42good as Real Jeremy. You can talk to it
  701. 20:44on the phone and it sounds just like
  702. 20:45Real Jeremy if you want to or via text.
  703. 20:47You can connect it to ad accounts, CRMs.
  704. 20:49In some instances, it can definitely
  705. 20:51[clears throat] get more of a contextual
  706. 20:53set of advice and action plan for you to
  707. 20:55go and do because it can do things that
  708. 20:57Real Jeremy just doesn't have time or
  709. 20:58capacity to go do. I can't analyze all
  710. 21:00your data every time I make a decision.
  711. 21:02AI Jeremy can and can respond in
  712. 21:03minutes. That's what they currently
  713. 21:05want. This is a top lesson matters so
  714. 21:07much for you to understand cuz it's an
  715. 21:08offer that actually aligns to what
  716. 21:10people in my demographic actually want.
  717. 21:12One of the other top lessons is selling
  718. 21:14to rich people, okay? I don't sell to
  719. 21:16poor people. I help rich people get
  720. 21:17richer. That is literally my job. That
  721. 21:19is what I do best. I do not in any way,
  722. 21:22shape, or form with my business sell to
  723. 21:24poor people. I have what's called the
  724. 21:26Haynes Foundation. The Haynes Family
  725. 21:28Foundation is my philanthropic charity.
  726. 21:32Here at the facility as an example on an
  727. 21:33annual basis, we do a massive toy drive.
  728. 21:35I usually contribute about 20 to 30,000
  729. 21:37dollars in toys. I have to send my staff
  730. 21:39out with Penske trucks where we
  731. 21:41literally go buy out toy stores. And we
  732. 21:43come and fill up with a gigantic pile in
  733. 21:44the middle of the office. We go hand out
  734. 21:46thousands of flyers to the local
  735. 21:48community. We get them all to come in
  736. 21:49person. We give out a bunch of toys.
  737. 21:50They leave like Santa Claus with
  738. 21:51enormous trash bags worth of toys, okay?
  739. 21:54We do charity for giving back in the
  740. 21:58form of school supplies every time the
  741. 21:59school comes up. We help mothers in need
  742. 22:01cuz my wife is pregnant with our first
  743. 22:03child. I can't stress enough it's so
  744. 22:04important you understand this. I help
  745. 22:06poor people. I help through our charity.
  746. 22:09I help with a tremendous amount of free
  747. 22:11content. But I don't ever, ever in any
  748. 22:13way, shape, or form talk or sell to poor
  749. 22:15people in the business. I exclusively
  750. 22:17talk to rich people. That's all I ever
  751. 22:19talk to. You're doing a couple hundred
  752. 22:21grand a month or a couple million bucks
  753. 22:22a month if you're in my target
  754. 22:23demographic in every single video I
  755. 22:24literally ever make talks to you. I do
  756. 22:26not talk to the people less than that.
  757. 22:28The people less than that still pay
  758. 22:29attention. That's the most important
  759. 22:31part to understand that most people
  760. 22:32really break when they're trying to sell
  761. 22:34to a higher demographic. I help rich
  762. 22:37people get richer and we do that job
  763. 22:39extremely well. It's not just some talk
  764. 22:41track to try to get more money out of
  765. 22:43each person. It's a very genuine thing.
  766. 22:45It's who I actually help the most. It's
  767. 22:47who I get the most results for compared
  768. 22:48to everybody else. Um I also want to say
  769. 22:50this. This might be an undermined lesson
  770. 22:52by a lot of people. I bet some people
  771. 22:53would actually skip past this lesson,
  772. 22:55but I wouldn't if I were you is morale
  773. 22:57management, okay? Morale management, I'm
  774. 23:00I'm to tell you this lesson in a very
  775. 23:01visual way that I've seen and
  776. 23:02experienced recently. I I believe it was
  777. 23:04game five. It was the uh the New York
  778. 23:06Knicks versus the San Antonio Spurs in
  779. 23:08the uh 2026 NBA finals, okay? And in
  780. 23:11that specific game, the Knicks are up in
  781. 23:14the series. I think it's like three to
  782. 23:15one in the series. And people had paid
  783. 23:17so much money to go to this particular
  784. 23:20game. It was It was I think it was game
  785. 23:21four, maybe. I I don't remember. It was
  786. 23:22one of these games at MSG in particular,
  787. 23:24at Madison Square Garden in New York.
  788. 23:26Dude, nosebleeds were $8,000 a seat,
  789. 23:29okay? The floor seats were literally
  790. 23:30like on the court, 250,000 to 500,000 a
  791. 23:33seat, okay? This [ __ ] was insane. Uh
  792. 23:35however, coming into the third quarter,
  793. 23:37the Knicks are down by like 30 points.
  794. 23:39In the context of a basketball game in
  795. 23:41the NBA, that's such a wide point
  796. 23:43discrepancy. That's like territory for
  797. 23:45you're going to get up and leave. But
  798. 23:46people paid so much, they didn't leave.
  799. 23:48Instead, the entire arena was just flat.
  800. 23:50Everybody's dead. Just totally silent.
  801. 23:53Nobody had any any kind of this team's
  802. 23:56going to come back, okay? However, the
  803. 23:58Spurs, they were up 99% of the game.
  804. 24:02Literally in the lead 99% of the game.
  805. 24:04The Knicks, at the very final seconds of
  806. 24:06the fourth quarter, were up for less
  807. 24:08than 1% of the game. But they came back
  808. 24:10and they won the game. The Knicks
  809. 24:12players had really good morale
  810. 24:14management. While they were playing in
  811. 24:15their home arena, dead quiet, nobody
  812. 24:18rooting for them, likely everybody
  813. 24:19really pissed off. And this is New
  814. 24:20Yorkers, who are typically a far more
  815. 24:22aggressive Eastern United States type
  816. 24:25attitude, which is a very like sassy,
  817. 24:26mean attitude. They They were mad, okay?
  818. 24:29The players didn't give a [ __ ] They
  819. 24:31kept their morale high. There were
  820. 24:33periods of times in this journey where I
  821. 24:35would just go sideways for months, okay?
  822. 24:38And in those sideways periods, I would
  823. 24:40take actions, you know, trying to break
  824. 24:43the cycle, and trying to break out of
  825. 24:45it. And by actions, as an example, like
  826. 24:47it originated Jeremy AI in March as a
  827. 24:49test to see as an action if that could
  828. 24:51break out of it, which it did. It helped
  829. 24:53a lot. Other actions I've taken I'd
  830. 24:55consider to be low impact because they
  831. 24:57didn't really do much for me. Um I'm
  832. 24:58going to give you an example of this
  833. 24:59because I've always heard of the 80/20
  834. 25:01system and no no disrespect to the
  835. 25:04person who created the 80/20 system. I
  836. 25:06deeply agree in the logic. I just don't
  837. 25:08see it as like 20% of what I do creates
  838. 25:1080% of the results. I see it much more
  839. 25:12exaggerated than that. There is a less
  840. 25:14than 10% of what I do in total that
  841. 25:16creates 90 plus percent of my results
  842. 25:18and there's 90% of what I've done that
  843. 25:20creates like little 10% results. And I
  844. 25:23try always to cut out doing anything in
  845. 25:25the 90% category. Sometimes I'll take a
  846. 25:28new action in an attempt of creating
  847. 25:30another 10% action that produces 90% of
  848. 25:33the result, but I I don't get that
  849. 25:35outcome. It just ends up being another
  850. 25:3690% action. So through trial and error I
  851. 25:38find what works and what doesn't work
  852. 25:40and I had to accumulate a lot of very
  853. 25:42key actions that were actually working
  854. 25:44well. One of the biggest of which was
  855. 25:47ads in YouTube, mainly YouTube to be
  856. 25:48clear. Ads in second place for sure.
  857. 25:51Some of those 90% actions that just
  858. 25:53didn't work and produced barely 10% of
  859. 25:55the results, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  860. 25:57Instagram's growing, but right now
  861. 25:59Instagram Instagram being the top out of
  862. 26:01any of those in terms of impact and
  863. 26:02potential to grow way beyond where it is
  864. 26:04now. Um different staff roles over the
  865. 26:06years. I mean, dude, you name it.
  866. 26:08Different video topics, different times
  867. 26:10where I've had more podcasts and less. I
  868. 26:11can't stress enough though morale
  869. 26:13management through this entire process
  870. 26:14has made such a key difference. Another
  871. 26:16one of the key differences and this
  872. 26:17one's actually kind of surprising to me
  873. 26:19was networking. So different networks
  874. 26:23it's it's very simple. It's an
  875. 26:24evolutionary lesson. We trust pods of
  876. 26:27people who already trust one another.
  877. 26:28It's easier. It just It just It's an
  878. 26:31efficiency play for expediting trust.
  879. 26:33Cuz if you think about it, if you're
  880. 26:34just raw dogging your way through life
  881. 26:36isolated and by yourself and you just
  882. 26:38occasionally try to penetrate a very
  883. 26:40financially qualified network of people
  884. 26:41that are connected and you're not
  885. 26:43connected to any of them in that group,
  886. 26:44you're going to be an outsider. You're
  887. 26:45going to be an outcast. One thing that's
  888. 26:47actually really helped is word of mouth.
  889. 26:49So in this entire process of gaining
  890. 26:50momentum, thank you to you if you've
  891. 26:53ever talked highly about me to anybody,
  892. 26:55cuz you're an example of what I'm
  893. 26:56talking about. I have met different
  894. 26:57people that I have impressed or done
  895. 27:00well with or helped that in turn talk
  896. 27:02highly of me. And as a result of them
  897. 27:04talking highly about me, their entire
  898. 27:06network through authority bias will just
  899. 27:08naturally start to trust me more, which
  900. 27:11in turn helps more people watch my
  901. 27:13content, which in turn helps more people
  902. 27:15buy. As a great example is to think in
  903. 27:17like a very literal way, I remember one
  904. 27:19of the times that I met Ryan Cloag. And
  905. 27:22Ryan does, I don't know if he wants me
  906. 27:23to disclose this to be clear, but
  907. 27:24nonetheless, I've given him a $5 million
  908. 27:26a month trophy, so I can at least say
  909. 27:27that. He does more than 5 million bucks
  910. 27:29a month, and I've never met Ryan in my
  911. 27:31life up until I got on his YouTube
  912. 27:33channel. He invited me on to do a kind
  913. 27:36of like makeshift podcast, and we just
  914. 27:37sat there, met each other, started
  915. 27:39talking strategy and tactics. People who
  916. 27:41watched it like the video a lot. I think
  917. 27:43I'd gone on Ryan's channel more than
  918. 27:45like three or four times at least. Ryan
  919. 27:47and I are great friends now. I think
  920. 27:48Ryan's awesome. He just needs to move
  921. 27:50away from the Arby's and Taco Bell. But
  922. 27:52either way, long story short,
  923. 27:54through getting in front of networks
  924. 27:56that have somebody who's already proven
  925. 27:58that says like, "Hey, this guy's good,
  926. 27:59too." I think it expedites the whole
  927. 28:01process, cuz believe it or not, this is
  928. 28:02one of the most insane things out of
  929. 28:04everything I could sit here and talk
  930. 28:05about. There's somebody out there
  931. 28:06foaming at the mouth like, "Ah, Jeremy
  932. 28:08makes a million dollars a month. Like,
  933. 28:09I'm going to copy the offer and do the
  934. 28:10same thing." What's really, really hard
  935. 28:12to copy and is an actual moat is first
  936. 28:15of all, being genuinely helpful and
  937. 28:16actually being able to get people richer
  938. 28:18with the things that you talk about. But
  939. 28:19second of all, is the network. There is
  940. 28:22in every single deal that we've closed
  941. 28:25for Jeremy's Inner Circle, a word of
  942. 28:27mouth influence on it. Nobody has ever
  943. 28:29closed who's isolated and coming through
  944. 28:32on their own. There's such a tiny, tiny
  945. 28:34amount of people, I'm talking like
  946. 28:35single digits, not to make a generalized
  947. 28:37statement to be clear. A single digit
  948. 28:38amount of people that have literally
  949. 28:39just watched videos and bought. Most
  950. 28:41people will talk to somebody about a
  951. 28:43specific problem, get put on game to me,
  952. 28:45then they go watch my videos, and then
  953. 28:47they end up buying as a result. Or the
  954. 28:48opposite, they see my videos, they bring
  955. 28:50them up to people and they're like, "Yo,
  956. 28:52this guy's talking some hot [ __ ] Like,
  957. 28:53does this work?" I I tried it out and it
  958. 28:55worked for me. Are you trying this? And
  959. 28:56as a result, they realize that they both
  960. 28:58know me and then they're like, "Oh yeah,
  961. 28:59I actually know a guy who gets great
  962. 29:00results with this guy." And then the
  963. 29:02word of mouth happens and then the
  964. 29:03transaction occurs. That is insane if
  965. 29:04you really think about it in terms of a
  966. 29:06top lesson. Um in terms of the bottom
  967. 29:09the bottom lessons, the things that have
  968. 29:11really really held me back um that have
  969. 29:14put me in tough spots as time has gone
  970. 29:17on. Uh the first of which is mindset.
  971. 29:19So, as I talked about a little bit when
  972. 29:21it comes to morale management, mindset
  973. 29:22is its own category. Um I've
  974. 29:24consistently through this entire period
  975. 29:25of time had to think bigger. Um I
  976. 29:28surprised I have to say this, but
  977. 29:29putting intentional thought into what I
  978. 29:32actually need to do is a top lesson. And
  979. 29:35through periods of times where I'm kind
  980. 29:37of just like in an autonomous mode, I'm
  981. 29:39trying to ride the momentum of what I've
  982. 29:40already done, I'm trying to like just
  983. 29:43not proactively think, and I'm not
  984. 29:45trying to like proactively stay on top
  985. 29:46of myself and like keep myself really
  986. 29:48psyched up, uh you can just go into
  987. 29:49slumps really easily. And if anybody
  988. 29:52knows me sitting here watching this
  989. 29:53video, you know that you never seen me
  990. 29:54in a slump. And I don't get in a slump
  991. 29:56behind the scenes either. I really stay
  992. 29:58on top of my mindset. But I've seen an
  993. 30:00unbelievable amount of people just have
  994. 30:01catastrophic failure and meltdowns as
  995. 30:04they go from different events. And I've
  996. 30:05endured a lot of those same events and I
  997. 30:07don't get [ __ ] up. Uh but nonetheless,
  998. 30:09I've still had periods where I remember
  999. 30:11something like catastrophic happening
1000. 30:13and thinking to myself, man like you
  1001. 30:15know, I I I too much financial
1002. 30:16responsibility to even sit here and like
1003. 30:18try to be sad or grieve or like, you
1004. 30:20know, have have uh some time to really
1005. 30:22endure like the loss of stuff. And that
1006. 30:24those specific moments like those have
1007. 30:25kind of weigh on me a bit um and they'd
1008. 30:27make me think like, uh am I being like
1009. 30:29abnormal? Should I set aside to grieve?
1010. 30:31You know, like what do I do to kind of
1011. 30:32naturally heal? I ended up just hiring
1012. 30:34better coaches. I hired my hypnotist to
1013. 30:35hypnotize me more often and that always
1014. 30:37got me through literally every slump on
1015. 30:39top of just reading books and being in
1016. 30:40best self and surrounding myself with a
1017. 30:41great network of people. Um some of the
1018. 30:43other bottom lessons are inconsistency.
1019. 30:46Uh as an example of this, I sure as hell
1020. 30:48wish I would have ran weekly live
  1021. 30:49webinars and eventually twice a week
1022. 30:51live webinars and eventually just had
1023. 30:53the opportunity that exists now to put
1024. 30:54an automated webinar into existence, not
  1025. 30:57a just-in-time webinar right now, an
  1026. 30:59automated webinar where it's staged once
1027. 31:00per day or twice per day, and people
1028. 31:02show up and they watch it at those
  1029. 31:03specific times. I wish I was far more
1030. 31:04consistent, mainly on the advertising
  1031. 31:06side. I wish I would have taken the
1032. 31:07advertising side much more seriously,
1033. 31:09much more sooner. Uh especially as a guy
1034. 31:11who consistently preaches and talks
  1035. 31:13excessively about advertising. I just
1036. 31:15had so much momentum so consistently for
1037. 31:18so long on the organic side that
  1038. 31:20eventually, you know, I was still
1039. 31:22working in ads through that period of
1040. 31:23time, it's just tough to justify the
1041. 31:25time and effort towards something that
1042. 31:27has a losing amount of revenue or
  1043. 31:30specifically an amount of revenue that's
1044. 31:31just not substantial yet. Now that it's
  1045. 31:33becoming more substantial, obviously
1046. 31:35becomes far easier to make it far more
1047. 31:37consistent. But I struggle with the same
1048. 31:39things that almost everybody will
  1049. 31:40struggle with when they're already
1050. 31:41making a large sum of money somewhere
1051. 31:42else and they try to bring a new channel
1052. 31:44to life. That specific period of time is
1053. 31:45when you need to push through the most
1054. 31:47and when you need to be the most
1055. 31:48consistent compared to any other time.
  1056. 31:49Um I'd also say I actually wish I would
1057. 31:52have hired more sooner. Uh so the
1058. 31:55opposite of this lesson would be the
  1059. 31:56bottom lesson where I didn't hire enough
1060. 31:58people soon enough. Um there were plenty
1061. 32:00of things that were very obvious, like
  1062. 32:02clearly revenue-driven actions that
1063. 32:05would have justified themselves, paid
1064. 32:06for themselves many times over that I
1065. 32:09absolutely should have hired sooner.
1066. 32:10I've had my in-person facility here for
1067. 32:12a little more than a year at this point,
1068. 32:14and I could have stuffed it full of
  1069. 32:15people a hell of a lot sooner than I
  1070. 32:16did, and I'm always enthusiastic about
  1071. 32:18hiring another revenue-driven role now
1072. 32:20that I'm really dialed in on staff, on
1073. 32:22culture alignment, and also just having
1074. 32:23great people in the network to pull
1075. 32:25from. I sure as hell wish I would have
1076. 32:26hired a lot more people sooner. And not
1077. 32:28bad people, but again, great people. Uh
1078. 32:30some of the other things that have
1079. 32:31really held me back, I would say is
1080. 32:34tolerance, believe it or not. And
1081. 32:35tolerance is a very interesting one to
1082. 32:37talk about in this context. So, during
1083. 32:39sideways periods of times, I think the
1084. 32:41longest period of time I'd gone sideways
1085. 32:43was being stuck between about like 800
  1086. 32:45and 850k a month in recurring. And I was
1087. 32:47stuck there for good like six almost
1088. 32:49almost seven months ongoing, but for
  1089. 32:51sure six months. And dude, I wouldn't
1090. 32:54say this at the time cuz I was
1091. 32:55definitely taking actions to try to
1092. 32:57break it. But in reality, just I
1093. 33:00remember at one point I just got fed up
1094. 33:01and I was like, "Man, I just got to take
1095. 33:03way more action than what I'm taking
1096. 33:05now. Like I got to do a whole lot more
  1097. 33:07stuff." That's when I started
1098. 33:08originating things like new products,
1099. 33:09new offers. I doubled the content here
1100. 33:11on YouTube from twice a week to three
1101. 33:13times on the main channel, once a week
1102. 33:15on the Jeremy Haynes Lessons for the
  1103. 33:16Kids channel. I introduced a clipping
  1104. 33:18channel for the Haynes feed. I
  1105. 33:19introduced Instagram as a channel and
1106. 33:21really started going hard with posting
1107. 33:22five times a day on IG. Uh I told
1108. 33:24everybody else from blogs to Twitter to
  1109. 33:25LinkedIn. I just amplified the [ __ ] out
  1110. 33:27of everything. I hired a lot more
  1111. 33:28people. I did a lot more. Naturally, I
  1112. 33:29made a lot more money as a result. Uh I
  1113. 33:30think I tolerated uh more like
1114. 33:32comfortable version of how everything
  1115. 33:34was, but have I wouldn't have
1116. 33:35articulated at the time like I was
1117. 33:37trying to be comfortable or I was I was
1118. 33:39trying to like hold back the business. I
  1119. 33:40I definitely wouldn't have articulated
1120. 33:42that. I for sure was very convinced that
  1121. 33:44I was trying things, but I wasn't trying
  1122. 33:46significant enough things. And that's
  1123. 33:49what I wish I wouldn't have tolerated. I
  1124. 33:50wish I wouldn't have tolerated going
1125. 33:52sideways for more than two months in a
1126. 33:53row. I should have just audited my
  1127. 33:54behavior a little better um than I did.
  1128. 33:56But nonetheless, I'm not perfect. So,
1129. 33:58anyway, these top lessons and these
1130. 34:00bottom lessons are some of the things
1131. 34:01that really made it work. Now, to just
1132. 34:03close this out, let me talk about the
  1133. 34:04actual offers themselves because they're
1134. 34:06two they're two very different things in
1135. 34:08terms of how they work. So, both of
1136. 34:09these particular offers were under the
1137. 34:11education company specifically, and both
1138. 34:14of these particular offers are very
1139. 34:16different in terms of who they cater to.
1140. 34:18So, the first of which is Jeremy AI.
1141. 34:20Jeremy AI is an agentic clone of me. An
1142. 34:23agentic clone meaning anything you can
1143. 34:25do with a computer, an agent can do. And
1144. 34:27give or take what agent you're using,
1145. 34:29that dictates the permission level that
1146. 34:31it has and what all it can do. Jeremy AI
1147. 34:33is great at marketing and sales actions
1148. 34:35that it can actually do. And on top of
  1149. 34:37that, it's really good at answering
1150. 34:38questions I would otherwise ask. You can
  1151. 34:40connect it to over 10,000 different
1152. 34:41tools, softwares, and connections to
1153. 34:43enable it to have real-time context into
1154. 34:46team chats, sales call transcripts, ad
  1155. 34:48accounts, CRMs, etc. Uh it's a very
1156. 34:50powerful thing. Uh again, that specific
  1157. 34:52offer is at 1,000 a month. Uh it gets a
1158. 34:56handful of people that sign up per day.
1159. 34:58The main driver of growth for it is on
1160. 35:00the Instagram with the secondary channel
1161. 35:02being YouTube. You as an example right
1162. 35:04here on the channel can go find a link
  1163. 35:05for it down in the description. It's a
1164. 35:06hell of an offer and it easily pays for
1165. 35:07itself when you talk to it about
1166. 35:09revenue-driven actions. Uh the other
1167. 35:11offer, which we've talked about here, is
  1168. 35:14Jeremy's Inner Circle. So, Jeremy's
1169. 35:15Inner Circle is one-on-ones. Uh we do
  1170. 35:18that twice a month. Those are 30 minutes
1171. 35:20a pop. We do a weekly group call. That's
  1172. 35:24on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
1173. 35:25Standard Time. Members will request
1174. 35:27topics or, as an example, I'll cover
1175. 35:30topics like this, but way more in-depth
1176. 35:32than what I'll ever cover here on
1177. 35:33YouTube. So, as an example here on the
  1178. 35:34channel, I'm talking about 10 to 20% of
1179. 35:36what I actually know. Inside of that
  1180. 35:37specific offer, Jeremy's Inner Circle,
  1181. 35:39dude, I talk at the greatest lengths I
  1182. 35:41could. I reveal literally anything and
1183. 35:42everything that I know about the offers.
1184. 35:44Um in this particular case, outside of
1185. 35:46that, we do four times a year we do a
1186. 35:47mastermind. Those are at the top of
1187. 35:49every quarter. So, January, April, July,
  1188. 35:51and October. They're a weekend, so on a
1189. 35:54Saturday and a Sunday. People come out
1190. 35:55here in person in Miami, Florida. Uh we
1191. 35:57have a very active group chat. Uh also,
1192. 35:59for anybody that comes in at a million a
1193. 36:01month or hits a million a month, we have
1194. 36:02a a million a month group chat as well.
1195. 36:04That's exclusive to those higher
1196. 36:05earners. Uh we got 35 plus different
1197. 36:08SOPs. We have a massive course vault. Uh
1198. 36:11it's really awesome. And out of all this
1199. 36:13stuff that comes with it, the one thing
1200. 36:16that I want to be really clear is the
  1201. 36:18price. So, $10,000 a month. Uh we do
1202. 36:21have fast action bonuses. Uh we do also
1203. 36:24have PIF discounts. If somebody pays for
1204. 36:26the entire annual upfront. Uh we also
  1205. 36:29have what's called Jeremy's half circle
  1206. 36:30which strips the in-person mastermind.
1207. 36:33They can watch it remote live or they
1208. 36:35can watch the recordings of course. And
1209. 36:36there's no one-on-one calls but they can
1210. 36:37DM me anytime which is one of the other
1211. 36:39things. So, anyway, this also includes
  1212. 36:43Jeremy AI. So, Jeremy's Inner Circle
1213. 36:45also comes with uh with all of what I
1214. 36:46just described there. So, these two
  1215. 36:48offers
1216. 36:49uh got me to the million dollars a month
  1217. 36:51in revenue. I actually deeply believe
1218. 36:53that Jeremy AI can hit a million a month
  1219. 36:55in recurring by itself because a
1220. 36:57thousand dollars uh per person per
1221. 36:59month, thousand people sounds sounds
1222. 37:01easy and fair enough to me. Um and then
1223. 37:03this this is really close to the million
1224. 37:05a month in recurring by itself. It'll
1225. 37:07hit that when we hit the 250 person cap.
1226. 37:10Like I said right now we're in like the
1227. 37:11230 person range. So, once we hit the
1228. 37:13250 person cap, poof, finito. We'll call
1229. 37:16it the end of the day there. Um in terms
1230. 37:18of, you know, future pacing on all this
1231. 37:20and trying to think like sometimes
1232. 37:21people ask me like, "Hey, where where
1233. 37:22are you going to go next?" We're just
  1234. 37:23going to amplify the [ __ ] out of this.
1235. 37:25We're not going to take our attention
1236. 37:26off of it. We're going to amplify the
1237. 37:27hell out of it. Batten down the hatches
1238. 37:28and make sure that we have consistency
1239. 37:30in these things. Um of course, each one
1240. 37:32of these programs continue to get better
1241. 37:33as time passes. Each one of these
1242. 37:34particular offers uh we continue to
1243. 37:36reinvest into. We continue to make
1244. 37:37better. We continue to improve our
1245. 37:39ability to turn money into more money.
  1246. 37:41It's a it's a really fun thing. So, I'm
1247. 37:42really excited and enthusiastic about
1248. 37:43this on an ongoing basis. Again, I just
1249. 37:45want to give a huge shout out and a
  1250. 37:46massive thank you to everybody that's
1251. 37:48ever done business with me for any offer
1252. 37:49that I've got. Thank you very much for
  1253. 37:50your trust. Uh we've done well and we've
1254. 37:54managed to safeguard reputation and
1255. 37:56deliver at a very high level at a very
1256. 37:58consistent level as we continue to
1257. 38:00accumulate more and more responsibility.
1258. 38:01And we look forward to the additional
  1259. 38:03responsibility and the additional
1260. 38:04opportunities to help people in their
1261. 38:06journey of getting richer. I'm truly uh
1262. 38:08so grateful. I look forward to all of
1263. 38:10what's to come. Thank you for watching
1264. 38:12this. Share it with somebody that could
1265. 38:14use some of these lessons here in this
1266. 38:15particular video or some inspiration.
1267. 38:17Subscribe to the channel if you haven't
1268. 38:18done so already. And of course, check
1269. 38:19out the other videos on the channel.
1270. 38:20There's every video here talking about
1271. 38:22lessons from people that have been
1272. 38:23there, done that on hitting a million
  1273. 38:25dollars a month or a couple million
  1274. 38:26bucks a month. There's no earning
  1275. 38:27potential, there's no income claims. All
1276. 38:28this is just information, which is the
1277. 38:30other and very important thing to
  1278. 38:31understand. That's all these offers do,
1279. 38:33is they literally just provide
1280. 38:34information and then a bit of access to
1281. 38:36the community in this particular offer.
1282. 38:38I can't in any way, shape, or form
1283. 38:39guarantee that people actually make
  1284. 38:40money with this. I'm not saying you're
1285. 38:41going to turn money into more money when
1286. 38:43you buy these things. You have to
1287. 38:44actually go do the work if you ever take
1288. 38:46a risk on either one of these things,
1289. 38:47but if you do choose to take the risk,
1290. 38:48there's links down in the description. I
1291. 38:50look enthusiastically forward to the
1292. 38:52opportunity to help you in your journey
1293. 38:53in getting richer, but either way, go
1294. 38:55check out some of the other videos and
  1295. 38:56subscribe if you haven't done so
  1296. 38:57already. Talk soon.
