How I Helped A Retired Military Vet Go Viral On YouTube (And Get Clients) — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00I retired out of the military. I started
- 0:01thinking about YouTube and I was like,
- 0:02"My goodness, this is a incredible
- 0:04platform."
- 0:05>> He's had over three videos, get over a
- 0:08100,000 views.
- 0:09>> Before that, maybe a,000 views and then
- 0:12all of a sudden it just keeps on
- 0:13growing. Holy smokes, this is the power
- 0:16of YouTube that I was hoping for, and
- 0:19now it's it's a reality.
- 0:20>> What's happening, guys? Welcome back to
- 0:22the channel. Today, I have a very
- 0:24special guest, Weldon Hobbs. And Weldon
- 0:28is someone who has recently had a ton of
- 0:31success on YouTube in the last few
- 0:33months. He's had over three videos uh
- 0:35get over a 100,000 views at least at the
- 0:37time of this interview. Uh and he's one
- 0:40of our community members as well. And he
- 0:42basically helps people who are 50 and
- 0:43above make life transitions specifically
- 0:45when it comes to real estate. and he
- 0:48also helps to refer them to the right
- 0:50type of person uh in and a real estate
- 0:53network network that he has that will
- 0:55actually be able to help them make that
- 0:57life transition. Um and Weldon, thank
- 1:00you so much. Uh thanks for coming on the
- 1:02channel.
- 1:03>> Absolutely. Thanks Shane. Appreciate you
- 1:05having me here.
- 1:06>> Awesome. Awesome. So, Welen, I I kind of
- 1:09explained it a little bit there, but if
- 1:10you wanted to just do a quick
- 1:11introduction and kind of explain to
- 1:13people and maybe in a one-s sentence
- 1:15explainer uh what you do and also keep
- 1:17in mind everybody that Weldon's
- 1:19information will be in the description
- 1:21and the pin comment below if you want to
- 1:22check his stuff out as well.
- 1:24>> Uh definitely. So, I help people that
- 1:26are 50 and older align their life and
- 1:28wealth goals with their real estate
- 1:30decisions at the end of the day. there's
- 1:32so many complexities and so many
- 1:34decisions that they're trying to process
- 1:36and work through. Well, we want to walk
- 1:38alongside them to help them make the
- 1:41most optimal choices uh given their
- 1:43circumstances.
- 1:45>> Awesome. Yeah. So, you know, Weldon, I'm
- 1:47just kind of showing the the screen
- 1:48here. Um here's video right here. Never
- 1:52have this in your house when selling
- 1:54after 50. Nine brutal decluttering uh
- 1:56decluttering tricks that seniors use to
- 1:58clear any house in 48 hours. And baby
- 2:01boomers don't downsi. Don't downsize
- 2:03until you watch this. So downsizing is a
- 2:07very very big topic, especially for
- 2:09people over 50. If they have a house
- 2:10that's too big and it's just kind of a a
- 2:12pain for them to take care of it and
- 2:14they they just like something a bit
- 2:16smaller. So downsizing is a really uh
- 2:19you know very important topic for people
- 2:21over 50 as well. And got a bunch of
- 2:23other really amazing uh stuff. I'm kind
- 2:25of like scrolling through. You guys can
- 2:26kind of take a look here. Um but yeah,
- 2:29so let's talk about how you discovered
- 2:32us and how you ended up uh joining our
- 2:34community. So how did you dis discover
- 2:36my channel in the first place? Where was
- 2:38the first place uh you saw you you made
- 2:40contact with you know the Shane Hummus
- 2:42brand and then deciding to join our
- 2:44community content growth engine.
- 2:46>> Yeah. So it's a bit of a journey and so
- 2:48I retired out of the military and
- 2:50whenever I did that I wanted to do two
- 2:51things. I wanted to walk alongside other
- 2:53people and actually add value to their
- 2:55life. And then two, hopefully get
- 2:57compensated for that knowledge. And I
- 2:59knew if I did the first one that the
- 3:01second one would take care of itself.
- 3:04And so as I was looking and helping
- 3:06people, I went straight into real
- 3:08estate. I realized, you know, folks move
- 3:12for about 12 different reasons. And how
- 3:15could we solve problems at scale to help
- 3:20people do that? and and that way they
- 3:22felt confident in the decisions that
- 3:24they were making in that life
- 3:25transition. And so I started thinking
- 3:28about YouTube and I said, "My goodness,
- 3:30this is an incredible platform to be
- 3:33able to talk through and talk about
- 3:35those decisions that folks are having to
- 3:38make and things that are people are
- 3:39struggling with." And so I started
- 3:42researching how to how to how to
- 3:45actually be have a presence on YouTube.
- 3:47And of course your your channel came up
- 3:50and I started watching it and
- 3:52understanding, oh goodness, there's real
- 3:55opportunity here and I had the courage
- 4:00to just book time there and I ended up
- 4:02talking with uh booking time with one of
- 4:04your teammates, Tanner. And Tanner was
- 4:08great. He just explained the whole
- 4:12process that y'all have as far as
- 4:14training other people to be successful.
- 4:17And it was not an immediate decision
- 4:20because this is an investment. And I it
- 4:24probably took me about 72 hours to do
- 4:26that. And we had talked a couple of
- 4:27times. and Tanner.
- 4:30There was no pressure at any point, just
- 4:33information that allowed me to make the
- 4:37best decision that that we could with
- 4:39with the resources that we had. And so
- 4:43it finally just it clicked. I said,
- 4:45"Yes, this is what I want to invest in.
- 4:46I'm all in." And from that point, Tanner
- 4:50connected me with Murray and then been
- 4:54working with Murray ever since as my
- 4:56coach. And that process has been
- 5:00evolutionary as well because your first
- 5:03video is never your best. And uh he'd
- 5:07give me feedback and we've just been
- 5:09growing ever since. And it's been a
- 5:11positive experience every step of the
- 5:12way.
- 5:13>> Time out. Time out, guys. If you ever
- 5:15thought, "I should be on YouTube, but I
- 5:17never started because of the time or the
- 5:19editing or not knowing what to say or
- 5:21not knowing how to get started," AI just
- 5:23solved all of those problems for you
- 5:25because you can now make money from
- 5:27YouTube working less than 4 hours a
- 5:29week. 15 to 30 minutes a day is all you
- 5:31need. And this works even if you have a
- 5:32full-time job, you run a business,
- 5:34you're already doing YouTube and you
- 5:36failed at it, or you're doing YouTube
- 5:38and you're doing pretty well, but you're
- 5:39struggling with monetization, or you're
- 5:40just a normal person who isn't techy at
- 5:43all. Which is exactly why this week I'm
- 5:45hosting a live training on exactly how
- 5:47to start YouTube step by step for
- 5:50beginners. It is 100% free, no cash at
- 5:53all. And on top of that, I'm going to be
- 5:54handing out even more bonuses at the
- 5:56training. Now, just to give you one
- 5:58example, you'll be getting my niche
- 5:59validator pro that's powered by Claude
- 6:01and we have a chat GBT version as well.
- 6:04And this is a super valuable piece of
- 6:05software where you can finally figure
- 6:07out what the best niche for you is. Or
- 6:10if you already have a niche, it's going
- 6:11to help you make it 10 times better. So,
- 6:12do not sleep on this one. Go and grab
- 6:14your spot down in the description and
- 6:15the pin comment below because the only
- 6:17way to get it is by joining the
- 6:19training. So, if you wait, you might
- 6:21miss out. Now, with that said, at the
- 6:23workshop, you will get to meet me
- 6:24personally. I will be answering
- 6:25questions before, during, and after the
- 6:28workshop directly. So, I'm looking
- 6:30forward to seeing you there. So, go
- 6:31click that link in the description and
- 6:32the pinned comment below. It's happening
- 6:34this week. So, get it on your calendar.
- 6:36And if for some reason you can't make it
- 6:38or you weren't able to be there, still
- 6:40go click that link in the description
- 6:41because it will automatically put you on
- 6:43a wait list to notify you when we'll be
- 6:45running our next live training and you
- 6:47will be the first one to hear about it.
- 6:48So, yeah, looking forward to seeing you
- 6:49there. And now, back to our regularly
- 6:51scheduled programming.
- 6:52>> Got it. Got it. Awesome. Uh first of
- 6:54all, thank you for your service.
- 6:55Appreciate that. And um also, do you
- 6:58happen to remember uh the video that you
- 7:01discovered me from?
- 7:02>> Oh goodness.
- 7:03>> Maybe the topic of the video,
- 7:05>> I think it was it was probably how to
- 7:07make money on on YouTube. U one of those
- 7:10that you've done multiple different
- 7:12versions of because that's always that's
- 7:14what sticks out to you.
- 7:16>> Got it. Okay. Got it. Makes sense. So,
- 7:19okay. So, perfect. So, you discovered me
- 7:21on YouTube. um watched some of my videos
- 7:25and uh booked a call uh got connected
- 7:28with Tanner. Uh you you were saying uh
- 7:31before before we uh jumped on this
- 7:33interview that you know Tanner did
- 7:34amazing job and gave him kudos and a
- 7:37shout out and uh uh wasn't pushy in the
- 7:40sales process at all which we always say
- 7:42like we're we're never pushy. um we we
- 7:44can actually be you know picky if
- 7:46anything in the sales process and um got
- 7:50a lot of value from the call and then
- 7:52eventually ended up uh joining and then
- 7:55um Murray was your coach and tell me
- 7:58about uh the coaching and the program.
- 8:00How how was the coaching? How was the
- 8:02the program in general in terms of
- 8:03learning how to do this?
- 8:05>> Right. So coming from my military
- 8:07background, we I take things one step at
- 8:09a time and that's just I think how we're
- 8:12wired as human beings too. And so Murray
- 8:15never provided too much. Hey, go do, you
- 8:18know, some infinite list of things to
- 8:20do. We just focused on one part of the
- 8:24process and we would get that right and
- 8:27then move on to the next piece. And that
- 8:30made it very digestible and easy to to
- 8:33comprehend and for me to be able to do
- 8:35that. The trade-off there is patience,
- 8:36of course, on my side. Like, it's not
- 8:40always going to be, I'm sure it's the
- 8:42exception, not the norm, for overnight
- 8:44success with a video. And in my case, it
- 8:46took months for that to happen. But I
- 8:49still recognized the growth that was
- 8:52happening in on-screen presence, in the
- 8:56actual view counts of of what was
- 8:58happening with those videos and being
- 9:00able to push value added content out
- 9:04there. And so I I really appreciated
- 9:06that. There's a saying that I I like to
- 9:09reflect back on is if I'm solving the
- 9:11same problem today as I was trying to do
- 9:14yesterday, then that's a problem. And so
- 9:17that's how we measure progress is am I
- 9:20solving something different today than I
- 9:22was yesterday? And if yes, fantastic.
- 9:24That's we're moving forward.
- 9:26>> Got it. Awesome. Awesome. So, was there
- 9:30any particular lessons in the program
- 9:32that stick out to you? Like maybe your
- 9:34top three kind of aha moments uh from
- 9:37the program that really stick out to
- 9:39you?
- 9:39So this is where the the art of YouTube,
- 9:42I know you said YouTube is science and
- 9:44that is true, but the opening and the
- 9:49the hook, if you will, when you really
- 9:52start studying that and how to bring
- 9:54somebody in, that was one of those aha
- 9:58moments because you could get that title
- 10:00and then you can start getting a decent
- 10:02click-through rate with the thumbnail,
- 10:05but that hook and what you actually want
- 10:07people to take away from the the video
- 10:09and identifying yourself.
- 10:12What is the art of that? And there was I
- 10:15think you call it the holy trifecta. And
- 10:17so really studying that, that was my um
- 10:21bright light light bulb moment, if you
- 10:22will.
- 10:23>> Got it. Okay. So the holy trifecta, the
- 10:25thumbnail, the title, the intro, kind of
- 10:27how those all intersect with each other
- 10:30and specifically the hook of the video
- 10:32was uh was a big one for you. Awesome.
- 10:34Awesome. Okay, so let's talk about the
- 10:37results you've gotten. So, about 3
- 10:39months ago or so, you had a a video
- 10:41really take off. Uh, I believe the first
- 10:44one, I could be wrong about this, but I
- 10:45believe the first one was baby boomers
- 10:47don't downsize until you watch this. Was
- 10:49was that the first one that took off?
- 10:51>> It was. And it took off about two months
- 10:54after I posted or maybe a month after I
- 10:57posted it.
- 10:58>> And so,
- 11:00you could literally see it in the
- 11:01analytics and you're just, my goodness,
- 11:03what why did this one start taking off?
- 11:05But, but it did. Mhm. Well, that's one
- 11:08thing I I always tell people is, you
- 11:10know, I call it like the popcorn bag
- 11:11effect where, you know, you put a
- 11:13popcorn bag in the microwave and you
- 11:15turn it on and nothing happens at first.
- 11:1730 seconds go by, nothing happens.
- 11:20Sometimes, you know, a minute goes by
- 11:22and then finally you hear one kernel pop
- 11:24and then once that one kernel pops, it's
- 11:26just like a second one just pop pop and
- 11:28the bag just fills up. And so, a lot of
- 11:31the time you'll post a video and at
- 11:32first it's, you know, it looks like it's
- 11:34a dud. It's like, "Oh man, what I put,
- 11:37you know, I put effort into that. That's
- 11:38that's disappointing." But what a lot of
- 11:40people don't realize is later on those
- 11:43videos could just take off on their own
- 11:44or if another video takes off, it'll
- 11:47actually send viewers to your uh catalog
- 11:50of videos in your past and then those
- 11:52will also uh start to take off as well.
- 11:55So that's exactly what happened with my
- 11:56channel. For instance, um there was a
- 11:58video that I posted towards the
- 11:59beginning that was a dud. It maybe got
- 12:01100 views, 200 views max. and uh didn't
- 12:06really do too much for probably about 6
- 12:08months or so. And then another video
- 12:10took off and when that video took off,
- 12:12it sent lots of views to the original
- 12:14video and the original video ended up
- 12:16taking off and and getting over a
- 12:18million views later on. So, and that's
- 12:21that's the great thing about YouTube and
- 12:22I'm sure this is going to happen uh many
- 12:24times uh in the future as well. I know
- 12:26you were mentioning something kind of
- 12:28asking me about uh once once a video is
- 12:30posted, you know, h when's when's its
- 12:32expiration date? And yeah, the
- 12:35expiration dates for videos are
- 12:38we don't know. It's to be determined. It
- 12:40really is. You know, uh we've uh I've,
- 12:43you know, I've had my channel for about
- 12:45seven years now. There's been videos, I
- 12:46think that I posted about six years ago,
- 12:48uh that have gotten six-figure agency
- 12:51clients for us. And the funny thing is
- 12:53is the video had nothing to do with uh
- 12:56our offer. Uh and it um and there was no
- 12:58call to action in the video and people
- 13:00still just found their way to the uh
- 13:02description and clicked it and and we
- 13:04ended up getting a secure agency client
- 13:06from that video. So yeah, we have
- 13:08clients we've worked with that have been
- 13:10on YouTube for 10 15 years. Their their
- 13:12channels and their those videos from 10
- 13:14or 15 years ago are still getting views.
- 13:16And uh so it's really to be determined.
- 13:18there's uh even videos that were posted
- 13:21at the beginning of YouTube are still
- 13:22getting views and um it could be a
- 13:25situation where they're still getting
- 13:26views 20 years from now, 30 years from
- 13:28now, 40 years from now. There's even
- 13:30some um actually a lot of very serious
- 13:33talk. I know some people when when I
- 13:36when I say this, they they don't think
- 13:37I'm telling the truth, but there's some
- 13:39very serious talk about because of the
- 13:42fact that AI is using YouTube videos to
- 13:45kind of train their models.
- 13:47It's a serious um I'm not going to say a
- 13:52probability, but that it is absolutely
- 13:54possible that we might end up getting
- 13:56paid royalties when when it's all all is
- 13:58said and done uh from from YouTube
- 14:00videos because AI, you know, the AI
- 14:02companies are are training their AI
- 14:03based off of YouTube videos. And uh they
- 14:06didn't really ask us for permission to
- 14:08do that. So, they're just uh shooting
- 14:11first and asking questions later. And uh
- 14:14there's a there's a good possibility
- 14:15that uh we might end up getting paid
- 14:17royalties for that down the line. So we
- 14:19could that would even be an extra income
- 14:21stream. So So yeah, basically uh these
- 14:25videos down the line can can definitely
- 14:26continue to get views, continue to get
- 14:28leads, uh subscribers of course, um and
- 14:31most importantly actually generate
- 14:33revenue. So that's awesome. Um, so what
- 14:38would you say to somebody who is on the
- 14:42fence about joining the program, right?
- 14:44They're they're thinking like, "Oh, is
- 14:45YouTube right for me, my business, or my
- 14:47side hustle, or you know what what I'm
- 14:49trying to do?" Like, uh, uh, what what
- 14:51would you say to a person who who's in
- 14:53that situation and they're they're kind
- 14:55of on the fence about joining the
- 14:56program and they're thinking about doing
- 14:57it or not?
- 14:58>> I'm a huge fan of what I say, making
- 15:00purposeful decisions. And for those that
- 15:05believe and have the courage to get on
- 15:07screen and are willing to put in the
- 15:09effort, it's absolutely
- 15:12changed my perspective in how to
- 15:16actually help others. And that if you
- 15:18think about it, the education content
- 15:20that we are creating it, it it continues
- 15:23to live on just like you said there. But
- 15:26you are literally providing information
- 15:29that other people value. And I would
- 15:33just say do it. Like if that is where
- 15:34your heart's at, absolutely
- 15:38do it. Invest in it. It's been more than
- 15:41eye opening for me. It's been it's been
- 15:43gamechanging for me and I I'm thankful
- 15:46that I'm we made the commitment to do
- 15:47it.
- 15:48>> Got it. And um tell me how that felt
- 15:51when that first video took off.
- 15:54[laughter]
- 15:55Finally,
- 15:59it's like this is this is why and it and
- 16:01it it blew my mind and it all comes down
- 16:04to perspective, right? So before that,
- 16:06maybe a thousand views maybe, you know,
- 16:08right around there and then all of a
- 16:10sudden it just keeps on growing and
- 16:11you're like, "Holy smokes, this is the
- 16:14power of YouTube that I was hoping for
- 16:16and now it's it's a reality."
- 16:19>> I love it. I love it. And uh you were
- 16:22telling me that uh basically there were
- 16:25people now again just to reiterate uh
- 16:28for for everybody uh Weldon helps people
- 16:31who are over 50 their you know with
- 16:33their their life choices as you know
- 16:35typically when it when it has to do with
- 16:36real estate. So um you are of course you
- 16:39have your referral network so you can
- 16:41help people all around the United States
- 16:42no matter where they are. you you have
- 16:45somebody who you know uses the methods
- 16:46that you that you talk about to help
- 16:48them with their their life uh choices
- 16:50specifically when it comes to to real
- 16:52estate whether that be selling their
- 16:53house, downsizing, etc., etc. And um you
- 16:57uh basically so you can help people all
- 16:59over, but you actually had one of your
- 17:01viewers who watched your channel
- 17:03basically seek you out and uh they lived
- 17:07several hours away from you, but they
- 17:09they and you were like, "Hey, I know a
- 17:10really good person who who you know is
- 17:12very close to you that I could refer you
- 17:14to, but they loved watching your channel
- 17:16so much that they insisted on working
- 17:19directly with you, which I guess is kind
- 17:21of a good thing and a bad thing at the
- 17:23same time, right? But it but it's mostly
- 17:24a good thing. It's a quality problem to
- 17:26have because they are a few hours away.
- 17:28So I'm sure that you know created some
- 17:30logistical uh issues. But uh yeah, you
- 17:33were telling me kind of about that. So
- 17:34do you want to uh expound upon that a
- 17:36little bit?
- 17:37>> Definitely. So I I smile at it because
- 17:40it was a it was a gentleman 85 years
- 17:43old. His wife was 83. And he called me.
- 17:47He left a message and he said and when I
- 17:49called him back he said is this is this
- 17:51really welding? And I said, "Yes, sir,
- 17:53it is." And he says, "Well, you want to
- 17:56meet at Starbucks where here in
- 17:58Colorado?" And uh so I said, "Sure." Met
- 18:00up with him and I just talked through
- 18:03making sure we our sequence, right? What
- 18:05is your life goal? How do we set that up
- 18:07for success? How do we optimize it for
- 18:09wealth? Right? So life, wealth, and then
- 18:11we focused on the real estate, which was
- 18:13his core question. But I wanted to make
- 18:16sure everything was set up for success
- 18:17with that. And as you alluded to, I
- 18:21said, "Okay, well, we we have a values
- 18:23aligned real estate professional in your
- 18:25city." And he said, "No, time out. I've
- 18:29watched four or five hours of your
- 18:30content. I like your methodology and
- 18:34you're the only one I want to work
- 18:36with." And I said, "Well, okay, fair
- 18:39enough. being that we have this
- 18:41significant distance between the two of
- 18:43us, it's going to take a lot of time and
- 18:45I'm gonna have to charge a different
- 18:47rate than I normally would. And he said,
- 18:50"I don't care. I know you and what the
- 18:54way you presented yourself on YouTube
- 18:56and you're the only one I want to work
- 18:58with, period." And I said, "Okay, fine."
- 19:00And we came to agreement and I'm
- 19:02thankful to be able to serve them.
- 19:04>> That's awesome. That's awesome. Yeah,
- 19:06that I mean that shows the the power of
- 19:09YouTube. And also I think that's that's
- 19:10great. You have kind of like a holistic
- 19:12kind of values aligned uh way of helping
- 19:15people where it's not just like okay
- 19:16let's like get this house sold or
- 19:18whatever but it's actually like let's do
- 19:19what's best uh for the person. And of
- 19:21course, you are the exact type of person
- 19:23that we love to attract to this program
- 19:25because our, you know, my my goal I I
- 19:28could I could retire at this point, but
- 19:30you know, I just I love the power of
- 19:32YouTube and my my goal is to make as
- 19:35many educational YouTubers who simply
- 19:38have a lot of experience. They have a
- 19:40lot of wisdom and they've solved
- 19:42problems in their past and they can
- 19:44basically help other people solve
- 19:46problems uh much more quickly. And and
- 19:48that's really uh I think we can really
- 19:50just make a dent in humanity just by
- 19:53creating a bunch of YouTubers like that.
- 19:55We can just really uh help a ton of
- 19:57people and and kind of improve the the
- 19:59education system which is kind of
- 20:01another topic but the education system
- 20:02which I think is a little bit outdated
- 20:05and a little bit broken in some ways.
- 20:06And I think it's in many ways it's just
- 20:09best to just get educated from directly
- 20:12from other people who have already do
- 20:13the uh who have already done the thing
- 20:15and and can can help you do the thing
- 20:17whatever that whatever that problem is
- 20:19that you're helping people solve. So
- 20:20that's amazing. Um if you had one piece
- 20:23of advice for an aspiring YouTuber out
- 20:26there just one piece of advice for
- 20:28somebody who either wants to do YouTube
- 20:31or they're or they're starting YouTube
- 20:33and uh you know something probably that
- 20:35you learned from the program. What would
- 20:36that one piece of advice be?
- 20:38>> Definitely talk to don't be afraid to
- 20:40book the time with in my case it was
- 20:43Tanner and because of that desire to
- 20:48make sure we y'all have the right people
- 20:50in the program. The mindset that Tanner
- 20:53had was let me answer these questions.
- 20:55Let me add value in that phone call to
- 20:59make sure that this is a right fit
- 21:00because it needs to be both ways. you I
- 21:03know y'all don't want people just invest
- 21:05wasting their money because it's not
- 21:07>> right for them and you don't want to
- 21:09waste your time vice versa and so I
- 21:11would just encourage you to take anybody
- 21:14listening to this to take that step and
- 21:16make the phone call and figure out if
- 21:18it's right for you.
- 21:19>> Absolutely. Yeah. And you know real
- 21:21estate is one of the kind of industries
- 21:24or or niches that uh we have uh worked a
- 21:27lot in. A lot of the people that come to
- 21:29us in real estate they're they're in a
- 21:30specific area. We've even worked with
- 21:32people in commercial real estate, right?
- 21:33So, people in commercial real estate,
- 21:34they're like, "YouTube? How could
- 21:36YouTube possibly help commercial real
- 21:37estate, right?" But we actually worked
- 21:39with one of the biggest uh commercial
- 21:41real estate uh brokerages in the uh
- 21:43Houston area specifically. So, um this
- 21:46absolutely does work whether it's kind
- 21:48of localized type real estate or if it's
- 21:50more, you know, national or you know,
- 21:52type real estate as well. So, um yeah,
- 21:54that's awesome. Yeah, please uh book the
- 21:55call, guys, if if that's some something
- 21:57that sounds interesting to you. I'd also
- 21:59recommend probably just attending the
- 22:00live training just to kind of see if
- 22:01it's something that is is for you as
- 22:03well. We kind of go over on the live
- 22:05training. We we give a lot of value on
- 22:06the live training of course, but we also
- 22:08kind of go over who it's for and and who
- 22:10it's not for and and that kind of thing.
- 22:12So, I'd recommend checking out the live
- 22:13training. All right. YouTube just got 10
- 22:16times easier and nobody is talking about
- 22:18it. You used to need an entire film crew
- 22:21and it used to be a full-time job for
- 22:23you to just do any work at all on
- 22:25YouTube. But now you can get work done
- 22:27in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day
- 22:29and you can actually grow a fulltime
- 22:31YouTube channel. That's exactly what I'm
- 22:33going to be talking about at the live
- 22:35training that we're doing this week.
- 22:37Exactly how to start YouTube step by
- 22:39step for beginners. So click the link in
- 22:41the description in the pin comment below
- 22:42to check that out. Guys, I will be
- 22:43answering questions before, during, and
- 22:45after the live training. It's completely
- 22:47free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
- 22:50that is designed to help you pick your
- 22:52niche if you don't have one in the first
- 22:53place or if you already have a niche.
- 22:54it's going to help you make it 10 times
- 22:56better. So, really looking forward to
- 22:58talking with you guys. This is stuff
- 23:00that we've never talked about before.
- 23:01So, click that link in the description
- 23:02and comment below and I look forward to
- 23:04seeing you there. Uh, with that being
- 23:06said, let's move into kind of like an
- 23:08advice section uh for Weldon. So,
- 23:12basically,
- 23:14let's talk about the next phase for your
- 23:17channel. So, there's a couple things
- 23:18that I'll kind of bring up right away
- 23:20for your channel. great uh niche, great
- 23:23demographic um that you're that you're
- 23:26serving 50 and above uh with with house
- 23:29related issues and and just like very
- 23:31holistic house related issues where you
- 23:34know you're talking about downsizing,
- 23:35you're talking about decluttering,
- 23:37you're talking about things they have to
- 23:38do with their house uh and just helping
- 23:40them holistically and then if they just
- 23:42happen to want to sell a house or or
- 23:44maybe buy a house, something like that,
- 23:46you're the guy that they, you know, gave
- 23:48a lot of amazing housereated advice and
- 23:50and you're the guy they're probably
- 23:51going to come to. So, um really really
- 23:54great demographic here. Um the niche,
- 23:56the demographic is awesome and you're
- 23:59clearly giving a ton of value. Um we've
- 24:01had some great proof of concept there.
- 24:03With that being said, a few things that
- 24:05I noticed when I was watching your
- 24:06channel is the first thing is the calls
- 24:09to action. Now, you did say that you uh
- 24:11I think in one of your more recent
- 24:12videos, you actually integrated this,
- 24:14but I did notice that the calls to
- 24:17action uh in your video um didn't seem
- 24:20to be very uh straightforward. Um I
- 24:25wasn't quite sure what the value was
- 24:27that you were giving. And then even the
- 24:30words in the description, so kind of
- 24:32like the coaching and no regrets
- 24:33certified agent. Um that kind of thing.
- 24:35And then the free real estate playbooks.
- 24:38um it wasn't very specific what the
- 24:41value was for them um that they were
- 24:44getting. So just as an example with our
- 24:45our calls to action, you know, we have
- 24:48like a we have a live training um we
- 24:51have uh that that's that's quite
- 24:53valuable at the live training. We also
- 24:54kind of focus on like helping people
- 24:56pick their niche or if they already have
- 24:57a niche uh they can make it 10 times
- 24:59better. And one thing we give away is an
- 25:02AI that has been trained on us helping
- 25:05thousands of people pick their niche. We
- 25:07worked very hard on this AI, spent
- 25:09hundreds of hours on it, and it is it is
- 25:12quite good. Um, you know, it's not as
- 25:14good as like an actual real life coach.
- 25:16Um, but it is quite good. People play
- 25:19with it for hours and hours at a time.
- 25:20And we've we've gotten hundreds and
- 25:22hundreds of comments from people uh
- 25:24praising uh how good the AI is. And um
- 25:28it kind of helps them pick their niche
- 25:30or if they already have a niche, make it
- 25:3110 times better. So, you'll notice kind
- 25:33of in our descriptions, it's very clear
- 25:35what they're going to be getting. Uh the
- 25:37live training, like click here for for
- 25:40the live training. Um you any other
- 25:43thing like book a one-on-one call uh one
- 25:45or uh apply for one-on-one coaching,
- 25:47that kind of thing. Very clear um what
- 25:50the calls to action are. Um both in the
- 25:53video itself and also the words that are
- 25:57in the description. It's very very
- 25:59clear. So, I think that's something that
- 26:00we kind of want to fix here with uh
- 26:02what's in your description, the coaching
- 26:03and no regrets certified agent. To me,
- 26:06that almost sounds like you're helping
- 26:08someone become a real estate agent or
- 26:10something like that, which is which is
- 26:11not the main thing you're you're doing
- 26:12on the channel. Um, and so it it seems a
- 26:15little bit scattered and it doesn't seem
- 26:16quite clear what the what the value is
- 26:19that the person is going to get. So,
- 26:20another one we do is, you know, if we're
- 26:22doing a Claude related video, we have a
- 26:24Claude skills pack, which are kind of
- 26:26the light versions of our uh coaching
- 26:29program, Claude skills that are not
- 26:31quite as personalized and not
- 26:32necessarily
- 26:34uh to to properly use our Claude skills,
- 26:36you kind of have to know our system. Um,
- 26:38and so they're a little bit different,
- 26:40right? They're not quite as personalized
- 26:41and stuff like that, but they are
- 26:43definitely better than just trying to do
- 26:45it on your own, for sure. and uh they
- 26:47typically go along with whatever the
- 26:49video is that the person uh clicked
- 26:51clicked on as well. So it's very clear
- 26:53what the value proposition is from that
- 26:56uh in that case as well too. So that's
- 26:58one thing you really want to work on is
- 27:00the calls to action, the value
- 27:02propositions on the calls to action,
- 27:04making the value proposition extremely
- 27:06clear in as few words as possible and
- 27:08then also doing what's known as an
- 27:10integrated CTA. So, I will kind of there
- 27:13there's two different types of CTAs that
- 27:14we typically teach people to do. Uh, so
- 27:16one one of them is an integrated CTA.
- 27:18The other one is a cutscene CTA. So,
- 27:21it's basically um the integrated CTA.
- 27:24I'll kind of maybe I'll just like kind
- 27:26of show an example. We we can we can put
- 27:28one of those on. Basically, an
- 27:29integrated CTA is what what I've done
- 27:31throughout this video where it just
- 27:32naturally kind of comes up um in the
- 27:35conversation where I say, "Yeah, go go
- 27:36go ahead and click the link in the
- 27:37description, the pin comment below."
- 27:39It's in the video itself. It's typically
- 27:41actually written into the script. Um,
- 27:43and uh, you that comes in the video
- 27:46itself at a place that naturally makes
- 27:48sense. Typically with integrated CTAs, I
- 27:51CTA, by the way, just for anybody
- 27:53confused about this, is call to action.
- 27:54It's basically telling the person what
- 27:56the next step is. And typically, an
- 27:58integrated CTA um, you should you should
- 28:00make it very quick. You shouldn't
- 28:02explain it uh, too much. Uh oftentimes
- 28:05it's a good idea to put an integrated
- 28:06CTA after you've built up um kind of
- 28:10talking about the problem and talk
- 28:12talking about like how you can help
- 28:13people solve the problem. And then at
- 28:15the very end you can just be like so if
- 28:17that's something that sounds interesting
- 28:18to you and you'd like some extra help,
- 28:20maybe a one-on-one call with me, go
- 28:21ahead and click the link in the
- 28:22description, the pin comment below. That
- 28:23kind of thing, right? So that would be
- 28:25kind of an integrated CTA. Now a
- 28:26cutscene CTA would be where you actually
- 28:29film it in a different place typically.
- 28:31So, doesn't have to be a fancy setup at
- 28:33all. It can be filmed with your phone.
- 28:35In fact, that's what I recommend is you
- 28:36just film it with your phone. And the
- 28:39really important thing about a um
- 28:41cutscene CTA is that it actually looks
- 28:45and sounds different than the regular
- 28:47video. And that creates what's known as
- 28:48a pattern interrupt. So, a lot of people
- 28:50that are watching content are watching
- 28:54their TV, they're on their phone,
- 28:56they're doing their dishes, they might
- 28:57be mowing the lawn and listening to it
- 28:59in earphones, that kind of thing. And so
- 29:01they're kind of watching, but they're
- 29:02they're kind of listening slashwatching.
- 29:04And so when you do an integrated CTA,
- 29:07the the audio is going to sound a bit
- 29:08different. It's going to sound like
- 29:10maybe you're outside, for instance, or
- 29:11maybe you're in a different room. So the
- 29:12acoustics of the room is a bit
- 29:14different. And you're recording with
- 29:15your phone, so it's probably a different
- 29:17um audio than you typically record with.
- 29:20And the video itself will also be
- 29:22different because you're in a different
- 29:23location. And a lot of the time, for
- 29:25instance, I like to do these cutscene
- 29:27CTAs um while I'm on vacation, you know,
- 29:30or if I'm in an interesting place, if
- 29:32I'm in a uh maybe I'm up in the
- 29:34mountains or maybe I'm on the beach or
- 29:36or something like that, I'll I'll do
- 29:37the, you know, a quick little cut scene
- 29:38CTA um and uh just film it really
- 29:41quickly and then we put that manually.
- 29:43We edit that manually into the video at
- 29:46at a place that makes sense. Now, we
- 29:48have found through lots of split
- 29:50testing, and this wasn't true a few
- 29:52years ago, but it is true now, that
- 29:54cutscene CTAs actually perform
- 29:57significantly better than integrated
- 29:59CTAs. With that being said, with the
- 30:02integrated CTAs, we do still like to put
- 30:05them in the video in places that make
- 30:07sense, but we want to put them we want
- 30:09them to be very quick. So, it's so quick
- 30:12that the person doesn't even have time
- 30:13to skip ahead essentially, like very
- 30:16very quick. Um, just like, hey, if you
- 30:18want to attend the live training this
- 30:19week, uh, you can learn more about CTAs.
- 30:21You can ask me any questions you want on
- 30:23CTAs because I'll be answering questions
- 30:24before, during, and after the live
- 30:25training. So, click that link in the
- 30:27description, the pin comment below, uh,
- 30:28to attend the live training. So, that
- 30:30would be an example of a integrated CTA
- 30:32very quick, right? So, um, and then you
- 30:35just move on from there. Um, and so we
- 30:38do those throughout the videos as well.
- 30:40You might do those a few times. uh maybe
- 30:42you know in a let's see like a 14-minute
- 30:45video you might do it like one or two
- 30:46times and then you'd have one cutscene
- 30:48CTA where uh you're in a different
- 30:51location um just walking around it's
- 30:54really good to kind of showcase your
- 30:56lifestyle for instance u people
- 30:58oftentimes will be very curious about
- 31:00you know there's the there's your
- 31:02professional side but they might be
- 31:03curious about your personal side like oh
- 31:05they see that you like to do walks in
- 31:07the morning for instance like something
- 31:08like that and so they'll watch it kind
- 31:10of out of curiosity you know, even if
- 31:12they know that it is you are kind of
- 31:14telling them that you're selling
- 31:15something, they'll watch it out of
- 31:16curiosity. And it's actually a bit of a
- 31:19nice thing to do as well because I think
- 31:21they sort of know that you're going to
- 31:23be selling them because they're so used
- 31:25to that sort of CTA when it comes to
- 31:27sponsorships and brand deals. That's
- 31:29kind of the a similar CTA that what
- 31:31people typically do with sponsorships
- 31:33and and brand deals. And so they kind of
- 31:35know they're being sold to. So, it's not
- 31:36like, you know, if if you do an
- 31:38integrated CTA, sometimes people might
- 31:40be like, oh, well, you're you're the
- 31:43whole video is is selling me. Whereas a
- 31:45cut scene CTA is just kind of one of
- 31:47those like, oh, okay, they're they're
- 31:49selling. This is this is their
- 31:50sponsorship like in the video and and
- 31:52they expect to be sold to, and so if
- 31:54they want to, they can just skip ahead.
- 31:55If they don't want to, uh, they can
- 31:57continue watching the video. But that's
- 31:59one of the first ones that I that I
- 32:00noticed. And I think if you get those
- 32:02cut scene CTAs down, you're you're
- 32:04definitely going to get significantly
- 32:06more more clicks. Um, and uh uh like
- 32:10really significantly more. So basically,
- 32:13when it comes to the amount of clicks
- 32:14that you want to get per video, there's
- 32:16many different ways you can measure
- 32:18that. There's a lot of different tools
- 32:19out there you can use. Bitly, uh,
- 32:21Short.io,
- 32:23um, of course, Gohigh Level has has that
- 32:26capability to see how many people are
- 32:27clicking on your video. We we do like,
- 32:29you know, we kind of recommend Go High
- 32:31Level just because it has everything
- 32:32allin-one. It just literally has all of
- 32:34the different features that you can
- 32:35possibly want allin-one. And so GoHigh
- 32:39Level has that as well. And what you
- 32:40want to aim for is at least 10 to 20
- 32:45clicks per 1,000 views um on your link
- 32:48in the description. At least 10 to 20
- 32:50clicks. Um 30 is like is really quite
- 32:53good. And if you get above that, it's
- 32:54it's really really good. But yeah, at
- 32:56least 10 to 20 clicks clicks per 10,000
- 32:59views. We found that people who don't do
- 33:00CTAs might get like one click per 10,000
- 33:03views, sometimes even less than that. If
- 33:05you do kind of a weak CTA, you might get
- 33:07like three clicks per 10,000 views,
- 33:09maybe five max. But what you really want
- 33:11to aim for is about, you know, 20 to 30
- 33:14clicks per 1,000 views. So, you can see
- 33:16that it makes a massive difference. And
- 33:17it's really not just the clicks. It's
- 33:20the fact that you're doing a CTA and the
- 33:22value proposition is extremely clear to
- 33:24them. it not it's not just more clicks,
- 33:27but it's more valuable clicks because
- 33:29you're going to get the types of people
- 33:31who actually want to take action on that
- 33:34on that thing that you're you're giving
- 33:35them, right? And so those are definitely
- 33:38some big ones. And then just make sure
- 33:40like for instance with this free real
- 33:42estate playbook, what what is the value
- 33:45proposition of that free real estate
- 33:47playbook? Make sure you you very clearly
- 33:49state in probably like less than, you
- 33:51know, one sentence, right? just a short
- 33:53sentence what the value proposition that
- 33:55they're going to get out of of that is.
- 33:58Um, so you'll notice that I always state
- 34:00what the value proposition of the live
- 34:01training is, what the value proposition
- 34:03of the niche validator is, and I try to
- 34:06do it in as short of time as possible
- 34:09without having to really, you know, go
- 34:11into too much detail, just very quick
- 34:13like what the value proposition is uh,
- 34:15for taking that action. And um yeah,
- 34:18that's gonna I think that's one of the
- 34:20you know, fixing the CTAs is going to be
- 34:22a really big one for you because you are
- 34:25getting really good amount of views
- 34:27right now, especially for for your
- 34:29niche. I mean that's that's that's a
- 34:30great amount of views and um you know 50
- 34:33and above people that are 50 and above
- 34:35are watching this. Um many of them very
- 34:38very likely are homeowners. And so at
- 34:41this point, you're even with the amount
- 34:43of views you're getting right now, you
- 34:45can you can absolutely, you know, do
- 34:48very very well, but I'm sure you're
- 34:49going to get even more views in the
- 34:51future. But getting views without
- 34:53actually capturing their information,
- 34:55um, so that you actually have their name
- 34:57and their email and maybe a phone number
- 34:59in your case, uh, for for real estate,
- 35:02um, you know, it's kind of it's kind of
- 35:03wasted potential, right? So, it's it's
- 35:05kind of like real um potential value
- 35:09versus like actual value, actualized
- 35:11value, right? You you're uh kind of
- 35:13wasting that potential value of uh
- 35:15connecting with that person and uh uh
- 35:18getting their their information, their
- 35:19their email, their maybe their phone
- 35:21number potentially in your niche and uh
- 35:24their name as well. So, th that would be
- 35:27uh a really big one that I would uh give
- 35:29you advice on. In terms of the actual
- 35:33content itself, I would just say keep
- 35:35doing what's working, right? What's
- 35:37clearly working for you is housereated
- 35:39stuff for people over 50, whether it is
- 35:43um downsizing, decluttering. Um just do
- 35:46more of what works. I think that a lot
- 35:48of people think that, you know, oh, I
- 35:50already did a downsizing video. I can't
- 35:53do another downsizing video. Well,
- 35:55actually you can because and just to
- 35:57give you kind of like a quick um
- 35:59explainer for for why this is uh Alex
- 36:03Heroszi, who's quite well known on
- 36:04YouTube for his business stuff, he was
- 36:06promoting a book and he promoted this
- 36:09book for I I believe he said two to
- 36:11three months straight. All every single
- 36:13post that he put out was promoting this
- 36:14book for about two to three months
- 36:16straight. And then he put out a survey
- 36:19on his Instagram asking people if they
- 36:23knew that this book existed. And I think
- 36:26it was like less than 20% of people even
- 36:28knew that the book existed after he
- 36:30promoted it for 3 months straight to
- 36:33everybody in every single post. Only 20%
- 36:36of people even knew it existed. And I
- 36:37think he also was on a live stream and
- 36:39he asked people and then people would
- 36:40kind of come up to him on the street and
- 36:42ask him, "Hey, oh, you're a big fan.
- 36:44That's awesome." You know, like, "Have
- 36:45you heard of this book?" They're like,
- 36:46"Oh, no. I had no idea you had a book
- 36:48coming out." Right? So, even though he
- 36:50was promoting it in every single video,
- 36:52every single time, most people did not
- 36:54know that the uh that the book existed.
- 36:57So, this is just an illustration of you
- 37:00can absolutely make, you know, similar
- 37:02videos and kind of like tell the same
- 37:04message over and over again. And a lot
- 37:07of the times that's what people want to
- 37:09hear. They they come to you because they
- 37:11want that that message reinforced.
- 37:13Another great example of this I think is
- 37:15Dave Ramsey, right? Dave Ramsey has been
- 37:17saying the same thing for 40 plus years
- 37:21now. Like very simple principles that he
- 37:24that he lives by when it comes to, you
- 37:26know, financial advice. Uh stay out of
- 37:28debt, beans and rice if you're in debt
- 37:30until you get out of debt. Like very
- 37:32very simple stuff. It's really it really
- 37:34hasn't changed that much over time. And
- 37:37he's been saying the same thing for 40
- 37:38years. and he's one of the biggest names
- 37:40in all of um I'd say, you know, I I
- 37:44don't want to use the word influencer,
- 37:45but you know, he he's one of the biggest
- 37:47influencers. There's probably a better
- 37:49word for it, but he's probably one of
- 37:50the biggest influencers uh ever. And I I
- 37:53think he makes over $300 million a year,
- 37:55and he's he's he's not even trying that
- 37:57hard to monetize. And he's he's just
- 37:58built this big audience, same message,
- 38:0040 years straight. People don't get
- 38:02tired of it. They just want to hear the
- 38:04same message over and over again. And so
- 38:06that's another thing that I would say
- 38:07is, you know, you've you've uh you're
- 38:09clearly giving some great advice here.
- 38:10People are loving this content. Um
- 38:12especially on the, you know,
- 38:13decluttering after 50 and uh uh
- 38:17downsizing and that kind of thing. So
- 38:19just make more content on that. Of
- 38:21course, you can change it up a little
- 38:22bit, like make it a little bit better,
- 38:23make it a little bit different, use
- 38:24different examples, different analogies,
- 38:26change it up just to make it more fresh.
- 38:28Um but you can absolutely uh post the
- 38:31same content. In fact, you could, you
- 38:32know, every few months, for instance,
- 38:34you could kind of post almost the same
- 38:35video. And uh we we do kind of the same
- 38:38thing where a lot of the time we we post
- 38:40similar videos and uh it has the same
- 38:43core message because I mean there's
- 38:46there's fundamentals about what works
- 38:48and I don't want to tell you something
- 38:50that sounds good but it doesn't actually
- 38:52work. I just want to tell you what works
- 38:54and I'll kind of use different
- 38:55analogies, different metaphors,
- 38:56different examples and you know that
- 38:58kind of thing. But at this at the end of
- 38:59the day, there's fundamentals about what
- 39:01works, you know, with our system. And,
- 39:03you know, one of the biggest things is
- 39:04just making sure that you're solving a
- 39:06problem, right? Educating people and
- 39:08making sure that you're you're solving
- 39:09their problems rather than kind of being
- 39:12an entertainment YouTuber, for instance.
- 39:14Um, and when you're when you're focusing
- 39:16on doing that, it's everything else
- 39:17downstream of that is going to get a lot
- 39:19easier, basically. So, that's another
- 39:22one that I'd say for you for sure when
- 39:23it comes to advice is just do more uh of
- 39:26what's working. you know, you have
- 39:27really good proof of concept for what's
- 39:29working on your channel. So, just do
- 39:30more of that. Um, you know, clearly the
- 39:33the 50 and above in the title or the
- 39:35baby boomers in the title, um, or
- 39:38seniors in the title, that kind of thing
- 39:39is working very very well. Um, you know,
- 39:43I think out of your top five videos,
- 39:46four out of five have either 50 and
- 39:48above, um, seniors, baby boomers. Um,
- 39:54yeah. Or after 50. Yep. after 50 in the
- 39:57title. So, there's only one that didn't
- 39:59have kind of an age related modifier in
- 40:02the title. And so, that's definitely
- 40:03something you'd want to do more of, you
- 40:05know, is keep putting those age related
- 40:07modifiers in the in the titles. You
- 40:09could even make the almost the same
- 40:10video, but instead of saying for baby
- 40:12boomers, you could say, uh, don't
- 40:15downsize until you watch this if you're
- 40:17after if you're above the age of 50. you
- 40:20could make almost the same video. Just
- 40:21kind of like don't downsize if you watch
- 40:23this or or don't don't downsize until
- 40:25you watch this if you're above the age
- 40:26of 50, that kind of thing, right? And so
- 40:28that's my my second piece of advice. And
- 40:31um yeah, I think I think overall uh it's
- 40:35a great niche. You're attracting uh
- 40:37great people and um you just kind of
- 40:39just got to keep doing doing what you're
- 40:41doing. Um and just be a bit more clear
- 40:44on on the value proposition that you're
- 40:47giving and what your offer is. You just
- 40:49want to be very very crystal clear on
- 40:50your offer when it comes to the content
- 40:52that you can make. You know, you were
- 40:54mentioning Trojan horsing before we kind
- 40:56of started the video. Trojan horsing is
- 40:58basically a method of, you know, you you
- 40:59attract a type of person with a certain
- 41:02type of video. Um, and maybe 10% of that
- 41:05audience is actually your your target
- 41:07demographic or maybe, you know, 20 or
- 41:0930% of that audience is your target
- 41:10demographic. and you um you make the
- 41:13video to where the the viewer you
- 41:15attract uh in general isn't necessarily
- 41:18um going to be 100% a person that's part
- 41:21of your target demographic. Maybe only
- 41:2210 or 20% of those viewers are actually
- 41:25the the people that would be buyers, but
- 41:28because of the topic you're you're
- 41:30targeting, you're going to attract a
- 41:31much larger amount of people. And so
- 41:34you're overall you're going to attract
- 41:35more people that are, you know, actual
- 41:38buyers by doing that. Um, and that's
- 41:41that's one thing that we we kind of tell
- 41:43people to do, especially in certain
- 41:44niches. It works especially well. And
- 41:47uh, you know, really good example of
- 41:49that would be these guys that do these
- 41:52um big real estate uh, house tours like
- 41:56uh, Ryan Sir Hunt, right? So Ryan
- 41:59Sirhunt, I I'll kind of pop them up on
- 42:01the screen really quick here. So Ryan
- 42:03Sirant, you know, he's he's selling
- 42:04these houses that some they're $188
- 42:06million. there. Um, you know, uh, $280
- 42:11million listing in Colorado, the $18
- 42:15million New York City mega home, $169
- 42:19million penthouse, you know, that kind
- 42:21of thing. Um, and so, [clears throat]
- 42:23you know, clearly there's maybe$10,000
- 42:26people in the world that can afford to
- 42:28buy a house like that, right? And so
- 42:30he's getting 19 million views on a video
- 42:32like this. So, what he's doing here,
- 42:33this is a pretty extreme version of
- 42:35Trojan Horsing because out of those 19
- 42:38million views, like 0.00001%
- 42:42of those people could afford to buy this
- 42:43house. And but because he's getting so
- 42:47much exposure, maybe the aunt of a uh
- 42:51billionaire might see it or the
- 42:53executive assistant or the chief of
- 42:54staff or or or something like that might
- 42:57see his video and then just mention him
- 42:59like, "Hey, did you see that awesome
- 43:00mansion that's available in California
- 43:02right next to where you live?" And the
- 43:04person like, "Oh, I didn't see that. Let
- 43:06me let me take a look." And they watch
- 43:07the video and then they just end up
- 43:09booking with him cuz he's he's the real
- 43:10estate agent there for the for the
- 43:12mansion. And so, you know, this is kind
- 43:14of an extreme version of Trojan horsing.
- 43:16And I I don't typically recommend doing
- 43:18that extreme of a version, but um you
- 43:20can do it a little bit less where um you
- 43:23know, maybe 10% of the audience or 20%
- 43:26of the audience are going to be
- 43:27potential buyers. Um but you still will
- 43:30get way more views. You might get a 100
- 43:32times more views in order to reach that
- 43:34that 10%. And so overall, you reach more
- 43:36potential buyers by making videos like
- 43:39that. So I think that is definitely
- 43:40still a direction that you can go and I
- 43:43think on some parts of your channel what
- 43:45you can do is you can have a little bit
- 43:48more kind of like top off ofunnel,
- 43:49middle of funnel and bottom ofunnel
- 43:50content. And so there can be some videos
- 43:53on your channel where you maybe send
- 43:54people to those videos that are a little
- 43:56bit less mass market and they're a
- 43:58little bit more conversion focused. So
- 44:00they could be, you know, a guide to
- 44:03selling your house if you're 50 plus for
- 44:04instance, that kind of thing. And that
- 44:06would be a bit more conversion focused.
- 44:08It may not get as many views, but it
- 44:10would be more conversion focused. And
- 44:12then you can send people from the other
- 44:14videos to that video. Um, so you could
- 44:17have that in your description. You can
- 44:18mention it um and and that kind of
- 44:21thing. And then YouTube will just
- 44:22naturally start promoting it to people
- 44:24who have watched your videos after
- 44:25enough people kind of click on it in the
- 44:27description or that you mention it
- 44:28halfway through the video and then it it
- 44:30shows up in the card or or something
- 44:32like that. And you know, more and more
- 44:34it'll just start getting suggested to
- 44:35people more and more. uh people that are
- 44:37actual buyers and they'll kind of self-
- 44:38select, right? Because, you know, they a
- 44:42lot of the people may not be ready to
- 44:43sell their house, but they might think,
- 44:45"Oh, maybe in the future I'll watch that
- 44:46video when I am ready to sell my house
- 44:48or something like that." So, they'll
- 44:49kind of self- select uh as as being uh
- 44:52in market for you, which which is really
- 44:54nice. Time out. Time out, guys. If you
- 44:56ever thought, "I should be on YouTube,
- 44:58but I never started because of the time
- 45:00or the editing or not knowing what to
- 45:02say or not knowing how to get started,"
- 45:04AI just solved all of those problems for
- 45:06you because you can now make money from
- 45:08YouTube working less than 4 hours a
- 45:10week. 15 to 30 minutes a day is all you
- 45:13need. And this works even if you have a
- 45:14full-time job, you run a business,
- 45:16you're already doing YouTube and you
- 45:18failed at it, or you're doing YouTube
- 45:19and you're doing pretty well, but you're
- 45:21struggling with monetization, or you're
- 45:22just a normal person who isn't techy at
- 45:24all. Which is exactly why this week I'm
- 45:26hosting a live training on exactly how
- 45:29to start YouTube stepby step for
- 45:31beginners. It is 100% free, no cash at
- 45:34all. And on top of that, I'm going to be
- 45:36handing out even more bonuses at the
- 45:38training. Now, just to give you one
- 45:39example, you'll be getting my niche
- 45:41validator pro that's powered by Claude
- 45:43and we have a chat GBT version as well.
- 45:45And this is a super valuable piece of
- 45:47software where you can finally figure
- 45:49out what the best niche for you is. Or
- 45:51if you already have a niche, it's going
- 45:52to help you make it 10 times better. So,
- 45:54do not sleep on this one. Go and grab
- 45:56your spot down in the description and
- 45:57the pin comment below because the only
- 45:59way to get it is by joining the
- 46:01training. So, if you wait, you might
- 46:03miss out. Now, with that said, at the
- 46:04workshop, you will get to meet me
- 46:06personally. I will be answering
- 46:07questions before, during, and after the
- 46:10workshop directly. So, I'm looking
- 46:11forward to seeing you there. So, go
- 46:12click that link in the description and
- 46:14the pin comment below. It's happening
- 46:16this week. So, get it on your calendar.
- 46:17And if for some reason you can't make it
- 46:19or you weren't able to be there, still
- 46:22go click that link in the description
- 46:23because it will automatically put you on
- 46:25a wait list to notify you when we'll be
- 46:26running our next live training and you
- 46:28will be the first one to hear about it.
- 46:30So, yeah, looking forward to seeing you
- 46:31there. And now, back to our regularly
- 46:32scheduled programming. And I think
- 46:34another thing with with this particular
- 46:36niche is, you know, the sales cycles in
- 46:38these types of niches, of course, are
- 46:39very large. People who work in real
- 46:41estate, sometimes they build up a
- 46:43reputation and a and a brand for 10 or
- 46:4620 years. And, you know, people that
- 46:48they met 10 or 20 years ago, eventually
- 46:50they end up selling their house and
- 46:51they're like, "Oh, well, I'm going to go
- 46:52with that person." So, this is one of
- 46:54those niches where the sales cycles can
- 46:56be quite long, but just know that, you
- 46:59know, you're you're you're kind of
- 47:00farming here, right? you're you're
- 47:02planting the seeds and uh the the crops
- 47:06will will start popping up, you know,
- 47:08when when it when the season comes and
- 47:11uh you know, you're you're you're just
- 47:12getting started here. So, you're you're
- 47:14awesome. This is this channel's awesome.
- 47:16It's going in the right direction. It's
- 47:17helping a lot of people and uh yeah,
- 47:19that's uh that's the advice that I would
- 47:21give you uh right off the bat. Do you
- 47:23have any follow-up questions after that,
- 47:24Weldon?
- 47:25>> Thank you, Shane, for every all the
- 47:27inputs there. I do have a couple of
- 47:30questions. The first one is we talk
- 47:33about in in the training the psychology
- 47:35behind a YouTube video. Does the
- 47:39psychology change for the call to action
- 47:43for based on the demographic or who
- 47:46you're talking to or what are some
- 47:48techniques that you would suggest to
- 47:50better relate to and and make it easy
- 47:53for the viewer in this case in my case
- 47:5550 plus.
- 47:58Honestly, when it comes to the calls to
- 48:00action, the biggest thing is just to be
- 48:02extremely direct and extremely
- 48:04straightforward about about what the
- 48:06value proposition is for them taking
- 48:09that action that you want them to take.
- 48:11Whether that action is going to a VSSL
- 48:13or downloading some free resources or,
- 48:15you know, booking a call, what whatever
- 48:17that may be. Um, just be very, very
- 48:20direct about whatever your um whatever
- 48:24the value that they're going to get out
- 48:25of that is. It's that's the biggest
- 48:27thing. Um, when it comes to calls to
- 48:29action, I recommend being very direct.
- 48:32Um, don't don't beat around the bush or
- 48:34anything like that, you know. Um, just
- 48:36just be very direct. Um, you know, what
- 48:40we like to do in our videos, and this
- 48:42isn't perfect for everybody, but what we
- 48:44like to do in our videos is, you know,
- 48:45we'll uh we don't sell anything in our
- 48:48videos until the very end typically. And
- 48:51so, and then at the very end, we sell in
- 48:52a very kind of like
- 48:55I'll kind of show you what I mean, but
- 48:56basically all of our calls to action
- 48:59throughout the video except at the very
- 49:01very end of the video are download this
- 49:04free resource, attend the live training,
- 49:06that that kind of thing. And it's very
- 49:08clear that we're just giving value to
- 49:10them for free. And then at the very end
- 49:12of the video, I I'll typically say
- 49:14something along these lines. I'll say,
- 49:15"Hey, listen. I know that 99% of you
- 49:18watching this are just going to take all
- 49:20the free. You're going to watch my
- 49:21videos, get a ton of value out of them,
- 49:23get all the free resources, get a ton of
- 49:24value out of those. Attend the live
- 49:26trainings, which I, you know, I do for
- 49:27free. My team and I put hundreds and
- 49:29hundreds of hours of effort into these
- 49:31live trainings. Those are also
- 49:32completely free. I'll answer any
- 49:33questions that you have uh at the live
- 49:36training as well before, during, and
- 49:37after. And it's all for free. And I know
- 49:39that 99% of you, you know, are never
- 49:41going to work with my team. And that's
- 49:42completely fine, right? But for the 1%
- 49:44of you out there that are very serious
- 49:46about growing and making money on
- 49:48YouTube, right? And you want one-on-one
- 49:50mentorship, we do have a program that
- 49:52offers one-on-one mentorship. We also,
- 49:55for uh rare circumstances, will actually
- 49:57just do the work for you. So, we have a
- 49:58done for you uh options as well. So, if
- 50:01that sounds like you, go ahead and click
- 50:03that link in the description and the pen
- 50:05comment below to book a call. Okay. So,
- 50:07we'll we'll say something kind of like
- 50:08that. And that's usually at the very end
- 50:09of the video when we do a little bit of
- 50:11uh actual direct selling. But throughout
- 50:14the rest of the video, it's just all
- 50:15free value, give free stuff, free value,
- 50:18free value. And then at the very end,
- 50:20one of the reasons we kind of do that is
- 50:22because there are people that are uh a
- 50:25lot of people who are actual buyers are
- 50:27quite busy. And so they don't really
- 50:30want to have to go through like they
- 50:32they're ready to buy already and they
- 50:34don't really want to have to go through
- 50:36like a like a live training or a webinar
- 50:38before they buy. And so typically what
- 50:41I'll what I'll do at the end is I
- 50:42qualify really hard.
- 50:45And um because of the fact that I'm
- 50:47qualifying so hard, they don't really
- 50:50need to go through the live training
- 50:51because it's only people who are kind of
- 50:53just ready to buy are going to book a
- 50:54call. And so I'm not going to, you know,
- 50:56my team's not going to be showing up on
- 50:57a call with people that are not really
- 51:00interested in you. Almost like trick
- 51:01them onto getting on a call. You know
- 51:02what I mean? The only people that book a
- 51:05call directly are, you know, cuz I
- 51:06qualify so hard. You know, don't do it
- 51:08if you're this, this, and this. Only do
- 51:10it if you're this, this, and this. That
- 51:12kind of thing. The only people that book
- 51:13a call are people that are very very
- 51:15interested in joining the program. Um,
- 51:18and they just basically have some
- 51:19questions and and that's it. in and so
- 51:22uh that's that's kind of what I do
- 51:25personally and I we found that that's
- 51:26the best for like your your your sales
- 51:30team and and it's and it's just the the
- 51:32best in in general for just getting the
- 51:35right people in the program just being
- 51:36very direct when I when I do a call to
- 51:38action like that about like these are
- 51:40the types of people we work with XYZ ABC
- 51:43um you know we only work with you know
- 51:45we don't work with this type of person
- 51:47we only work with people who are very
- 51:48serious about growing and making money
- 51:49on YouTube treating it like a business
- 51:51uh helping people solve their problems.
- 51:53We don't work with entertainment
- 51:54channels, that kind of thing. Just being
- 51:55very straightforward about that so that
- 51:58uh you know you don't waste your time on
- 51:59the phone, you don't waste other
- 52:00people's time as well. And uh yeah, just
- 52:03that that's the biggest thing about
- 52:04calls to action is just be very very
- 52:07straightforward about exactly what the
- 52:09value proposition is. And try to say it
- 52:11whenever you do these things, just try
- 52:13to say it in one sentence. Just if
- 52:15possible, just one sentence. the moment
- 52:17you're having to kind of like explain
- 52:19things and like, you know, beat around
- 52:20the bush, it it's just it's not really
- 52:22good. You you know, people have short
- 52:24attention spans these days. Plus, a lot
- 52:26of people are probably uh, you know,
- 52:28doing the dishes. They're they're not
- 52:30really fully paying attention. They're
- 52:31kind of halfway paying attention, right?
- 52:32And so, you really want your value
- 52:34proposition to just be exceptionally
- 52:36clear in one sentence. Uh, and, you
- 52:40know, and then just tell them exactly
- 52:41what they're going to get if possible.
- 52:42So, that's that's kind of the biggest
- 52:44thing when it comes to psychology is
- 52:45just be very very straightforward. One
- 52:47thing I one other thing I will say about
- 52:49um the calls to action when it comes to
- 52:51psychology is uh one thing you can do
- 52:54that is kind of it's kind of like the
- 52:56leadup to the call to action. It's not
- 52:58the call to action itself, but it's more
- 52:59of a leadup is a good thing that you can
- 53:01do right before the call to action is
- 53:03just talk about problems that people
- 53:06have and talk about kind of like the
- 53:08traditional solutions and how those
- 53:10solutions are wrong and then how you
- 53:12know your method is kind of different
- 53:15and then do the call to action, the
- 53:17actual call to action itself, right? But
- 53:19what a lot of people will do is they'll
- 53:20do the call to action and they'll try to
- 53:22explain all those things afterwards and
- 53:25it's they're kind of just like you're
- 53:26kind of you're really just like
- 53:28stretching it out and it's hard to keep
- 53:30people's attention doing that. So it's
- 53:31better to actually explain those things
- 53:33before and then just be like, "So if you
- 53:36want to solve this problem, if you don't
- 53:38want to have those problems anymore and
- 53:40use our method so you can avoid the
- 53:42traditional issues that people have when
- 53:44they try to solve those problems with
- 53:45other methods, then go ahead and book a
- 53:47call by clicking the link in the
- 53:48description, the pin comment below."
- 53:49Something like that. So it's kind of
- 53:50like talking about the pain, the
- 53:52problem, and your solution to the
- 53:54problem. and then maybe even you know
- 53:56other methods that they might have
- 53:57already tried or what people typically
- 53:59say and why those things don't work or
- 54:00or why they need to be modified and then
- 54:04you actually do the the call to action.
- 54:05So I think like the setup to the call to
- 54:07action can be um really uh really
- 54:10important as well. So hopefully that
- 54:11helps.
- 54:12>> It definitely does and you actually
- 54:14answered my second question as well is
- 54:16very thorough response and thank you so
- 54:18much for that. So you talk a lot about
- 54:21the psychology of YouTube behind a video
- 54:23if you will. Is there anything different
- 54:27with a demographic that is 50 plus their
- 54:30psychology?
- 54:32Because
- 54:33what I found doing I did that split
- 54:37commercial in my latest video and there
- 54:40is a and that it was I finally you know
- 54:43did one well that I thought I would be
- 54:45proud of. Um
- 54:48there's a significant drop off in the
- 54:50analytics right where I split onto that
- 54:54call to action
- 54:56>> and
- 54:58>> yeah it it's not necessarily that you
- 55:00lost people. It's just that they skipped
- 55:02ahead. That's it. So yeah. Yeah. It's
- 55:06like you you didn't necessarily lose
- 55:07people from the video. They just skipped
- 55:08ahead. And that's totally fine. Like I
- 55:11if people don't want to hear it, that's
- 55:12fine for that's fine with me now. Um,
- 55:15so, so basically what you're saying here
- 55:16is you you did a cutscene
- 55:19uh called to action where you uh went
- 55:22away from the the normal video and you
- 55:24you did a cut scene. Um, which I didn't
- 55:26see in any of the videos, but this must
- 55:28be a new thing. I I didn't see in any of
- 55:29your top performing videos. Um, but that
- 55:33and that is what we recommend. We
- 55:35recommend doing the split scene called
- 55:36actions. I'll kind of put up on the
- 55:38screen like just b-roll of what it kind
- 55:40of looks like when we do it. Um, so you
- 55:42could just record it with your phone,
- 55:43record, you know, but the the big thing
- 55:45is you want to record it in a different
- 55:47uh with different audio and different uh
- 55:49visuals than your than your typical
- 55:51video. And one of the biggest reasons
- 55:52for that is because it's just a bit of a
- 55:54pattern interrupt, right? It's it's
- 55:56different than your normal video. A lot
- 55:57of people might put your video on in the
- 55:59background while they're washing dishes
- 56:00or while they're kind of walking around
- 56:03or while they're um even driving a lot
- 56:05of the time. And if you have a a cut
- 56:08scene, you know, that that is a, you
- 56:10know, the video is different and the
- 56:11audio is different, it's going to get
- 56:12their attention and they're going to
- 56:13they're going to pay attention. But a
- 56:15lot of people are not going to want to
- 56:16hear it. They're going to want to skip
- 56:17ahead. Totally fine. So, we see the same
- 56:19exact thing on our uh retention graphs
- 56:22when we do those. And very, very few
- 56:24people you're going to actually lose
- 56:26from the video. They're just they're
- 56:27just skipping ahead. That's it. That's
- 56:29it. So, so yeah, it's it's uh not not a
- 56:32bad thing at all. Um, still highly
- 56:34highly recommended. We have split tested
- 56:36this so much. Um, it used to be that
- 56:39integrated calls to action actually
- 56:41worked better. And what an integrated
- 56:43call to action is is you just naturally
- 56:46kind of put it into the script in such a
- 56:48way where um, you know, you it just
- 56:52makes sense for you to kind of just do a
- 56:53quick call to action like, hey, click
- 56:55the link in the description. Um, and it
- 56:57used to be that those worked better and
- 56:58we still do those from time to time. Um,
- 57:01we splice those into the video. We
- 57:03typically when we do those, we do them
- 57:05very quickly. Very, very quickly. I
- 57:07don't want to like, you know, dwell on
- 57:08it for very long. We do it very quickly.
- 57:10And there's usually a setup. So, with
- 57:12the integrated calls to action, we kind
- 57:14of talk about uh the people that we've
- 57:16helped, the the pain that we've helped
- 57:18them solve, etc., etc. And then we'll be
- 57:20like, and if you would like help with
- 57:22that as well, like a free thing or a,
- 57:25you know, if you want to book a call,
- 57:26etc., etc., you can click the link in
- 57:27the description in the pin comment
- 57:28below, which is what you guys can do.
- 57:30So, if you need help with YouTube, click
- 57:31that link in the description, the pin
- 57:32comment below. But, um, so that would be
- 57:35an example of an integrated call to
- 57:36action right there. That still works. We
- 57:39still do it, but we have found that the
- 57:41cutscene calls to action work
- 57:43significantly better. And like I said,
- 57:45the biggest thing is just uh this is
- 57:47something that changes over time, right?
- 57:49But the biggest thing is just it's a
- 57:51pattern interrupt. It's it's a pattern
- 57:53interrupt. And uh it's different than
- 57:55the rest of the video. It just looks
- 57:57different. It's it even sounds
- 57:58different. And that's actually quite
- 57:59important that it sounds different as
- 58:01well because more and more people are
- 58:02just putting YouTube on their TV.
- 58:04They're putting YouTube on their phone.
- 58:06It's on in the background as they're
- 58:07doing other stuff. And so it's very
- 58:09important that it actually sounds
- 58:10different um when you are uh when you
- 58:14are uh doing the uh the call to action.
- 58:16And and that really makes a huge
- 58:18difference. So let me just give you a
- 58:19quick little story uh as well here um
- 58:23just to illustrate this. So, my team uh
- 58:26there was a video that we did where
- 58:29videos that we do like that make at
- 58:31least $10 to $30,000. Like minimum
- 58:33they're going to make $10 to $30,000. It
- 58:36was a case study video of a client who
- 58:38gotten really really good results and uh
- 58:41we interviewed them and you know it was
- 58:42awesome, right? It was an awesome video.
- 58:44It was going to do minimum $10 to
- 58:46$30,000 and that video ended up doing
- 58:49$47. Um, now it still has more time to
- 58:52to kind of, you know, mature and stuff
- 58:54like that, but it did not it totally
- 58:57bombed, right? It did $47 in sales. And
- 59:01I I looked into it. I'm like, what in
- 59:03the world is going on here? How in the
- 59:04world could this video not do so well?
- 59:06And so I watched the video and I
- 59:07realized there's no integrated calls to
- 59:10action. There's no call to action at
- 59:11all. Right? And so basically what I what
- 59:14I realized is like like that's just a
- 59:17perfect example of how important these
- 59:19calls to action are, right? You know, I
- 59:21did the interview and I just expected my
- 59:23team to splice in the integrated calls
- 59:26to action and they didn't. And so I
- 59:28don't think there were any calls to
- 59:29action at all or maybe if there was it
- 59:31was like really really far into the
- 59:33video and it was just a very kind of a
- 59:34weak integrated call to action. And
- 59:37that's the difference, right? It's $10
- 59:39to $30,000 versus $47. And this is
- 59:42something that even veteran YouTubers
- 59:45mess up on, right? This is, you know, I
- 59:47was just uh on a call with a veteran
- 59:50YouTuber, has 1.2 million subscribers.
- 59:53He's been on YouTube for over 10 years.
- 59:55And uh, you know, 10 years ago, you
- 59:57could just put put a link in the
- 59:59description and people would find their
- 1:00:00way to it, right? You didn't have to
- 1:00:02tell them even. And uh, you know, I I
- 1:00:05very quickly diagnosed what the problem
- 1:00:07with his channel was because his channel
- 1:00:08was going down. Basically, it wasn't
- 1:00:09doing nearly as well as it used to. And
- 1:00:11I very quickly uh diagnosed the issue is
- 1:00:15it was calls to action. I mean he just
- 1:00:16wasn't doing calls to actions at all.
- 1:00:18Right. So it's like no surprise at all
- 1:00:21that he wasn't making money. And you
- 1:00:22know that was only a week or two ago. So
- 1:00:25we'll we'll see what happens once he
- 1:00:26once he starts implementing this. But I
- 1:00:28I expect him to uh probably triple or
- 1:00:30maybe even quadruple the amount of money
- 1:00:32he's making just with that one change.
- 1:00:34So So yeah, these calls to action are
- 1:00:36very very important. They also need to
- 1:00:38be extremely um precise in terms of the
- 1:00:42value that you're giving the person,
- 1:00:44right? So when you do the call to
- 1:00:46action, you want to be exceptionally
- 1:00:49precise in your words in terms of the
- 1:00:52value that the person is going to get by
- 1:00:54doing that thing, right? So that's
- 1:00:57another thing is, you know, you want to
- 1:00:59make sure that you you kind of, you
- 1:01:00know, sell them on on whatever it is. If
- 1:01:02it's a free thing like a free training
- 1:01:04or a free free resources or whatever,
- 1:01:07you got to emphasize like, hey, what
- 1:01:08what is the value of these res of these
- 1:01:11free resources that they're going to get
- 1:01:12as well? And as long as you do that,
- 1:01:14you'll you'll get a lot. I mean, the
- 1:01:16clicks will go probably you'll probably
- 1:01:18get 10 times as many clicks and
- 1:01:20downloads uh or if it's like a free
- 1:01:22resource and if it's, you know, pretty
- 1:01:24pretty similar stats when it comes to
- 1:01:26getting somebody to book a call or
- 1:01:28something like that. So, hopefully that
- 1:01:29answers your question.
- 1:01:30>> It does. It's super helpful. The the
- 1:01:34part that we have and one of the lines
- 1:01:36that I use is we give the the free
- 1:01:38playbooks for selling, but you don't
- 1:01:41it's really comes down to your
- 1:01:42teammates, right? So, you don't need a
- 1:01:44big team, you need the right team in
- 1:01:46order to be able to be successful. And
- 1:01:48so, I can give you that playbook, but at
- 1:01:51the end of the day, you need the right
- 1:01:52guide. And that's where our referral
- 1:01:54piece comes in. Um but going to the
- 1:01:59second question is I switched to a VSSL
- 1:02:02probably about three weeks ago, a month
- 1:02:04ago and leads tanked after that.
- 1:02:09>> So I and this is goes back to that
- 1:02:12demographic question and the and the
- 1:02:14psychology there. somebody that's and
- 1:02:17when I look at who's watching and where
- 1:02:19they're watching 50 55% of my folks are
- 1:02:22watching on TV on YouTube TV
- 1:02:25>> and so for them to click and go have to
- 1:02:29watch another video do you see any
- 1:02:32>> friction
- 1:02:33>> in that and should that be static
- 1:02:36instead like what is can you tell me
- 1:02:38about that?
- 1:02:38>> Yeah. Yeah. Great question. So, uh,
- 1:02:41first of all, with the amount of people
- 1:02:43watching on TV for for your demographic,
- 1:02:45um, and you also did mention, of course,
- 1:02:47that your demographic's over 50, um, you
- 1:02:49would definitely want to do a QR code
- 1:02:51for that. Definitely put a QR code on
- 1:02:54the screen. Um, and and then mention it
- 1:02:56as well, like, hey, uh, if you're
- 1:02:58watching this on TV, you can scan this
- 1:03:00QR code with your phone as well, and
- 1:03:02it'll take you to the same exact place.
- 1:03:04And, uh, that's definitely something
- 1:03:07that you'd want to you'd want to mention
- 1:03:08as well for that. So, um definitely uh
- 1:03:12something you'd want to do. Um 50 and
- 1:03:15above love loves watching TV. They've
- 1:03:17been watching TV their whole life. Uh
- 1:03:20and so, you know, you definitely want to
- 1:03:22make your content TV friendly for for
- 1:03:24them. Uh and scanning a QR code is the
- 1:03:26easiest way uh to do that on a TV. And
- 1:03:29it's pretty pretty easy to uh to make
- 1:03:31one of those. There's about a million
- 1:03:32sites out there now that'll that'll do
- 1:03:34that. So, yeah.
- 1:03:36>> Score. Okay. That is what we did in the
- 1:03:39last video that got it.
- 1:03:42>> So that thanks for affirming that
- 1:03:45>> you mentioned maturity of a video with
- 1:03:48the latest changes of within YouTube.
- 1:03:51What how did how is maturity defined
- 1:03:54today versus yesterday or has that
- 1:03:56changed at all?
- 1:03:58>> The maturity of a video um
- 1:04:01>> the algorithm socializing it or when
- 1:04:04does it expire? What does it say? No,
- 1:04:06we're not pushing this anymore.
- 1:04:08>> They they don't really like if you're
- 1:04:10making content where you're helping
- 1:04:12people solve problems, uh it doesn't
- 1:04:14really expire that much. Um it we have
- 1:04:17gotten sales from videos that we posted
- 1:04:19over 5 years ago. And uh the funny thing
- 1:04:22is is these videos actually had nothing
- 1:04:24to do with our offer and there was no
- 1:04:26call to action and we still got sales
- 1:04:28from them, ones we posted 5 years ago.
- 1:04:30So now that we, you know, we started
- 1:04:33getting pretty good when it comes to the
- 1:04:35the calls to action and and um, you
- 1:04:38know, we we we know exactly the types of
- 1:04:40videos to make now, it's like the videos
- 1:04:43now are going to be doing even better 5
- 1:04:45years from now. So yeah, definitely uh
- 1:04:49uh you know, o over time the the videos
- 1:04:51will just keep making more and more
- 1:04:52money for you, which is great. Keep
- 1:04:54getting more views, get more leads, make
- 1:04:56more money. And that's the beauty of
- 1:04:57making this uh uh education content.
- 1:05:00That's really the beauty of it is people
- 1:05:03aren't going to stop having problems 5
- 1:05:05years from now, right? The problems they
- 1:05:06have now are going to be very similar to
- 1:05:09the problems people have 5 years from
- 1:05:11now. And they're going to look up on
- 1:05:12YouTube how to solve those problems. And
- 1:05:14you're going to be right there with a
- 1:05:16video that you know, a lot of your
- 1:05:18videos have gotten 100,000 views,
- 1:05:20178,000 views on this one. A lot of your
- 1:05:22videos have gotten like 10, 20, 30,000
- 1:05:24views. So yeah, that you're going to be
- 1:05:26right there to help them solve their
- 1:05:28problem. So
- 1:05:29>> cool. Thanks for answering that. And the
- 1:05:31last one, and I think this is whenever
- 1:05:34you ask me about why and who I talk to
- 1:05:36as far as buying into content growth
- 1:05:38engine,
- 1:05:40your closer's name, do you know who that
- 1:05:43guy was that I talked to by chance? Is
- 1:05:45that a part of my profile?
- 1:05:47>> Oh, um,
- 1:05:50let's see. because he was good and I
- 1:05:53want to just and if not you can tell me
- 1:05:55whoever you want me to say I don't care
- 1:05:57but I think that was an important part
- 1:05:59of your process is you had the right
- 1:06:01person there
- 1:06:03>> Tanner Yep Tanner he's great he's still
- 1:06:06with us too Tanner is awesome Yep
- 1:06:09good deal so I like Tanner he did the
- 1:06:11right followup he let me contemplate I'm
- 1:06:13a analytical person
- 1:06:15>> and so there was no pushing whatsoever
- 1:06:18it was just allowing me to go through my
- 1:06:20process
- 1:06:21is very respectful of it.
- 1:06:23>> And that's one thing I'll say is, you
- 1:06:25know, and a lot I think a lot of people
- 1:06:27say this, but we we really try to
- 1:06:30actually do this. We we have this saying
- 1:06:32in our business called greatness on all
- 1:06:34services, which basically means every
- 1:06:36time a customer, a client, a prospect
- 1:06:39interacts with anybody from our team, we
- 1:06:42want them to have a good experience,
- 1:06:44right? And so
- 1:06:47our sales team, anything like that, we
- 1:06:49don't do pushy sales. We don't do
- 1:06:50anything like that. Um, and you know,
- 1:06:53part of it is we don't have to because
- 1:06:55you know, we're we're not relying on
- 1:06:57paid ads. We're not relying on, you
- 1:06:59know, uh, something where you're you're
- 1:07:02paying for a lead, right? We we we get
- 1:07:04our leads from organic content. And so,
- 1:07:06we don't have to um, be pushy in the
- 1:07:10sales process. We can we can actually be
- 1:07:12quite picky in in the sales process,
- 1:07:14which it which we do. We turn the vast
- 1:07:17majority of people who want to work with
- 1:07:18us, we turn them away. And so, um, and
- 1:07:22that's nice for the sales team to know,
- 1:07:24right, that they they don't have to sell
- 1:07:26anybody or or their jobs in in jeopardy,
- 1:07:29right? So, they can have a a really
- 1:07:31great sales process with people when
- 1:07:33they talk to them. Um, and that's
- 1:07:35something that you can look forward to
- 1:07:37uh when you uh once you're starting to
- 1:07:40really get your your your the whole
- 1:07:42engine fired up on on this. So,
- 1:07:45>> right on. I I appreciate it. And
- 1:07:48that's been the case every step of the
- 1:07:50way. I mean, going from Tanner to
- 1:07:51Murray, I can't I don't know if you can
- 1:07:53ask for a better combo and then to get
- 1:07:55to talk to you.
- 1:07:56>> Yeah.
- 1:07:57>> Awesome. Awesome. I love to hear that.
- 1:07:59That makes me so happy. Yeah. Because we
- 1:08:01work very hard on making everything
- 1:08:04about the program as as good as
- 1:08:06possible. But of course, we're always
- 1:08:07we're always open to feedback on how we
- 1:08:08can make it better. So, love it. Thank
- 1:08:10you so much. Appreciate that. and I will
- 1:08:12pass that on to Tanner and Murray as
- 1:08:14well. So, awesome. And was that uh Did
- 1:08:17you have another question for me?
- 1:08:18>> Nope, that was it.
- 1:08:19>> Well, well, thank you so much for coming
- 1:08:21on the channel. This has been a great
- 1:08:23conversation. Um, thank you for coming,
- 1:08:25sharing your story and uh was awesome
- 1:08:28helping you in the future. And I think
- 1:08:30uh I don't know, maybe like a few months
- 1:08:32from now, a year from now, something
- 1:08:33like that, maybe we'll have you back on
- 1:08:34the channel to share an update on your
- 1:08:37progress. And I think that would be
- 1:08:39awesome to see an update in the future.
- 1:08:40So maybe maybe we'll get that from you
- 1:08:42potentially. So um yeah, so with that
- 1:08:46being said, um guys, I I kind of did all
- 1:08:49the calls to action already, but uh you
- 1:08:51know, click that link in the description

- 1:09:08we will be doing it this week. And uh
- 1:09:11but still click the link in the future
- 1:09:13to check because uh we will likely be
- 1:09:15doing live trainings in the future and
- 1:09:16it will automatically redirect you um to
- 1:09:19uh the weight list for those ones in the
- 1:09:21future. And uh for those people who are,
- 1:09:24you know, in that specific situation
- 1:09:25where they know that they want to grow
- 1:09:28on YouTube and they want one-on-one
- 1:09:29mentorship, they want um uh or
- 1:09:33potentially they want us to just
- 1:09:34literally do the work for them, then go
- 1:09:36ahead and click the link to book a call
- 1:09:37in the description, the pin comment
- 1:09:38below. only book a call if you're very
- 1:09:40serious about growing and making money
- 1:09:41on YouTube. If you're kind of wondering
- 1:09:43if it's the right thing for you, then
- 1:09:44just go ahead and attend the live
- 1:09:45training and I think that'll answer your
- 1:09:47question for you. With that being said,
