How I Helped A CMO Quit Her Corporate Job With YouTube — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00And now that I'm able to leave corporate
- 0:01and do this full-time within like the
- 0:03first 3 weeks, I was like, "Yeah, 100%
- 0:06I'm a YouTuber. I am going to do a
- 0:08YouTube video every single week cuz
- 0:10Shane tells me to is what ended up
- 0:12bringing me to my first 37 clients as of
- 0:15today. I would not have been able to get
- 0:18there if it wasn't for
- 0:20>> All right, welcome back to the channel,
- 0:23guys. Today I have a very special guest
- 0:26coming on the channel, Andrea." And
- 0:29Andrea basically joined our community
- 0:31recently and she basically started her
- 0:33YouTube channel. She has a very amazing
- 0:35and interesting background where she was
- 0:37a CMO uh for many years. She had a great
- 0:40job in corporate and uh she basically
- 0:43wanted to uh start a YouTube channel,
- 0:46start a um content business and help uh
- 0:49other people with her experience uh many
- 0:52many years of experience getting
- 0:53clients. She also had her own business
- 0:55in the past and she got a lot of clients
- 0:57from that business. and uh she joined
- 0:59the program because she wanted to grow
- 1:01on YouTube and grow on social media in
- 1:04general. So Andrea, welcome to the
- 1:07channel. Thank you so much for coming
- 1:08on. I appreciate you. And uh if you
- 1:10could just go ahead and give a quick
- 1:12introduction of yourself, maybe your
- 1:14background a little bit and uh tell
- 1:16everyone kind of how you discovered
- 1:18Content Growth Engine and how you ended
- 1:19up joining.
- 1:21>> Yeah, thanks for having me Shane. So,
- 1:23I've been in marketing for 25 years and
- 1:26I've always worked for corporate. So,
- 1:28I've always had a boss. And um I really
- 1:32decided at one point I'm in my 50s. I
- 1:35need to get off the corporate um hamster
- 1:38wheel. And I really started thinking
- 1:40about like what should I do? What kind
- 1:42of business can I have? Well, I know
- 1:43marketing. So, I was going to do
- 1:45marketing, consulting, specifically
- 1:47LinkedIn and those types of things and
- 1:48how to get a business started. And I was
- 1:52looking around see who was doing what
- 1:54and of course Shane came up with um the
- 1:56YouTube channel and I also got an
- 1:58Instagram ad I believe and I just really
- 2:01loved your presence. Um Shane I one of
- 2:04the things I was really struggling with
- 2:05is I'm kind of serious. Yeah, I like to
- 2:08joke around but I'm pretty serious. I am
- 2:10not going to go you know do circus clown
- 2:14juggling on camera. And I thought maybe
- 2:17I'm not meant to be a YouTuber. Maybe
- 2:19I'm not meant to be somebody that does
- 2:21Instagram reels and those types of
- 2:22things. Um, and
- 2:23>> you want to make Tik Tok dance videos?
- 2:25Come on now.
- 2:27>> They're so cringe. They're so cringe. I
- 2:29like watching them from other people,
- 2:31but seeing me doing them that that I
- 2:33just can't. And so I was going to do the
- 2:35written format and so I started with
- 2:37LinkedIn and just writing.
- 2:39>> Um, but I kept being like, "No, I really
- 2:41want to do something else." And that's
- 2:42when you came up. Um, and I was like,
- 2:44"Wait a minute. You're serious. You
- 2:46still make jokes. um you don't have
- 2:49cringy content in my opinion and um I
- 2:52just really liked your vibe on camera
- 2:54and I was like, "Oh, what does this guy
- 2:55do? Who is this guy?" So, I started kind
- 2:57of looking around a little bit and I
- 2:59ended up jumping on a sales call with
- 3:01you guys. And I have to be honest, I was
- 3:03not I I told myself, I'm not going to do
- 3:06it. I just want to see how he sells. And
- 3:08so, it was a little bit to see what um
- 3:10what sales and like objection handling
- 3:12and all that good stuff that you guys
- 3:14do. And I got on a call with your team
- 3:16and they were so amazing. First of all,
- 3:18they were not pushy at all. It wasn't a
- 3:21sales call. It was really like a what do
- 3:23you want to do? They were even helping
- 3:25me out and giving me advice on something
- 3:27that was not YouTube related. And I left
- 3:29that call being like, damn, these these
- 3:31guys are really like helpful. And um it
- 3:34it felt like a good call, you know. And
- 3:37during that call, I just, you know, was
- 3:40really like, okay, YouTube maybe is my
- 3:42thing and maybe I can do you YouTube.
- 3:44when we were talking about me being more
- 3:45serious and um I just decided this is
- 3:48it. I'm going to give it a try. I want
- 3:50to see what it's like. I'd love to um
- 3:52learn more and actually get this done.
- 3:54So, I signed up and I was a little
- 3:58nervous because I was like, "Oh, do I
- 4:00want to do YouTube?" And I have to say
- 4:02within like the first three weeks, I was
- 4:04like, "Yeah, 100% I'm a YouTuber. This
- 4:07is awesome. I love this." And um yeah,
- 4:10so then begin my my journey with with
- 4:13your team. I going on the calls and
- 4:16learning all the stuff. I I went through
- 4:18every single training. I know a lot of
- 4:20people don't do all the training. I did
- 4:22every single one of them. And I just
- 4:25learned so much from the training alone.
- 4:26Even without even having spoken with you
- 4:29people yet, you know, and I was just
- 4:31like I I didn't know a lot of this stuff
- 4:32because I was not a YouTuber. I I had
- 4:34YouTube under me as a CMO, but if any of
- 4:38any of anybody listening, CMOs don't do
- 4:40the work. They just tell people to do
- 4:42the work. So, I didn't really understand
- 4:44the ins and outs of YouTube at all. So,
- 4:46I learned that and then I ended up um
- 4:50doing my first YouTube videos and then
- 4:53that's when I ended up working with your
- 4:54team like what's working, what am I
- 4:56doing right, what am I doing wrong, what
- 4:58do I need to optimize and um having the
- 5:01hands-on
- 5:02people actually speaking to me
- 5:06on the calls on um on Discord was so
- 5:10valuable. You know, most of the stuff
- 5:12that you do when you do programs, you
- 5:14just get video trainings and you have
- 5:15nobody to to speak to. And your program
- 5:18was the opposite. And that is what made
- 5:20all the difference for me. Um, and
- 5:23that's when I decided like, okay, this
- 5:25is it. I'm going to be doing this every
- 5:26week. I have no time. I have a full-time
- 5:28business, but I am going to do a YouTube
- 5:31video every single week because Shane
- 5:33tells me to. He really wants me to do
- 5:35three, but right now I'm only doing one
- 5:37because I have like two hours a week.
- 5:39And I stayed with it. And that
- 5:40discipline of doing the YouTube video
- 5:43ended up going into my business. I had a
- 5:46dis I had discipline of posting on
- 5:48LinkedIn as well. I had the discipline
- 5:50of writing still and I ended up just
- 5:53YouTube was my big hero where I would do
- 5:56a YouTube video and then I would
- 5:58repurpose it into written pieces into
- 6:01other content and into smaller videos.
- 6:04And that hero piece and being con
- 6:07consistent is what ended up bringing me
- 6:09to my first um 37 clients as of today,
- 6:13which is amazing if you think about I
- 6:16only had a couple of hours a week to
- 6:18work on it.
- 6:20>> All right, YouTube just got 10 times
- 6:22easier and nobody is talking about it.
- 6:25You used to need an entire film crew and
- 6:27it used to be a full-time job for you to
- 6:29just do any work at all on YouTube. But
- 6:32now you can get work done in as little
- 6:33as 15 to 30 minutes a day and you can
- 6:36actually grow a fulltime YouTube
- 6:37channel. That's exactly what I'm going
- 6:39to be talking about at the live training
- 6:41that we're doing this week. Exactly how
- 6:43to grow your YouTube channel. So click
- 6:45the link in the description in the pin
- 6:46comment below to check that out. Guys, I
- 6:48will be answering questions before,
- 6:49during, and after the live training.
- 6:51It's completely free. Plus, I'll be
- 6:53giving away an AI that is designed to
- 6:55help you pick your niche if you don't
- 6:56have one in the first place or if you
- 6:58already have a niche. It's going to help
- 6:59you make it 10 times better. So, really
- 7:02looking forward to talking with you
- 7:03guys. This is stuff that we've never
- 7:05talked about before. So, click that link
- 7:06in the description comment below and I
- 7:08look forward to seeing you there.
- 7:09>> Oh, wow. That's that's incredible. Well,
- 7:11that's a that's an awesome introduction
- 7:13and I really appreciate all the
- 7:15compliments uh for the team as well. We
- 7:17do have a saying on my team. It's called
- 7:20greatness on all surfaces which
- 7:21basically means that every time a
- 7:24client, customer, etc. interacts with my
- 7:27team, whether it's customer service,
- 7:30sales, um, you know, coaches, CSMS, etc.
- 7:35Um, we wanted them to have a a really
- 7:37great experience. So, we hire the
- 7:39absolute best people. We have, you know,
- 7:41what I think is really good training as
- 7:43well to make sure that, you know, we
- 7:45actually get people results. You know,
- 7:47we're also
- 7:49very likable, but at the same time, we
- 7:50hold people accountable. Um, and, you
- 7:53know, that's what what gets the the best
- 7:54results. So, really appreciate that. And
- 7:56one thing I always do tell people, and a
- 7:58lot of people don't even, you know, they
- 8:00don't believe me when I say this, but
- 8:02you know, even on our our sales calls,
- 8:04like we're going to give value, right?
- 8:05We want to give value whether we end up
- 8:07working together or not. And there's a
- 8:09lot of people that get on a sales call,
- 8:11they get a lot of value, they don't buy
- 8:13right away, but then they had a great
- 8:15experience, and then when the time
- 8:16comes, they, you know, call us again and
- 8:18they're like, "Hey, I'm ready to buy
- 8:19now." So, you know, it's it's uh one
- 8:22thing that we we definitely like to do
- 8:23and we'll, you know, a lot of people
- 8:24will actually, you know, pick their
- 8:26niche or dial their niche in on the
- 8:27sales call itself and they'll get a lot
- 8:29of other valuable information out of it
- 8:31as well. So, uh that's really really
- 8:33great to hear. Um so you decided to to
- 8:36jump into the program, you started
- 8:38posting consistently. Um you did the
- 8:41strategy that that we recommend which is
- 8:44basically you treat YouTube as the
- 8:46mother platform and then you kind of
- 8:48syndicate the content to the other
- 8:49platforms. And you can do this with
- 8:50other platforms as well. So you could
- 8:52for instance you could treat kind of
- 8:53LinkedIn as your mother platform. It
- 8:54kind of depends on your niche and then
- 8:55you could syndicate the content to other
- 8:58platforms too. But one thing that's
- 8:59great about uh YouTube and LinkedIn is
- 9:02if you uh on LinkedIn you can post a
- 9:05video up to 15 minutes long I believe
- 9:07last time I checked um unless they
- 9:10change things. And so on YouTube if you
- 9:12post a 15 minute or less video you can
- 9:14actually just repost that same video on
- 9:15LinkedIn. And then you can do the same
- 9:17thing on uh Twitter as well. Twitter X
- 9:20um and you can just automatically repost
- 9:22it. And we do that a lot with with our
- 9:26content. Additionally, if you don't want
- 9:27to just straight up repost it, which you
- 9:29should, but if you don't want to, you
- 9:30could cut it up into smaller video
- 9:32clips, you could turn it into written
- 9:34posts, um, just, you know, take the best
- 9:37parts out of it and turn it into written
- 9:38posts, etc., etc. So, basically just
- 9:39syndicating the content to other
- 9:41platforms. It's much, much more
- 9:43efficient and it works with the specific
- 9:46type of YouTube channel that we
- 9:48recommend that people make, which is a
- 9:50type of YouTube channel where you're
- 9:51helping people solve problems. Now, if
- 9:53you're trying to make like highly
- 9:55entertaining content or educational
- 9:58content that's just kind of like
- 9:59interesting, but it's not actually
- 10:00helping people solve problems, that
- 10:02strategy doesn't work nearly as well.
- 10:04But if you're making content where
- 10:05you're just helping people solve
- 10:06problems, it works perfectly fine. And
- 10:08you can literally just repost on other
- 10:10platforms. We've been reposting on
- 10:12Facebook recently, and even Facebook is
- 10:14doing really well because Facebook is
- 10:15making a a really hard push uh for that.
- 10:18So, that would actually be a
- 10:19recommendation that I'm going to
- 10:20probably give to you a little bit later.
- 10:22Um, but that's awesome. Um, I would say
- 10:25that uh
- 10:27you've gotten 37 clients at this point.
- 10:29Big congrats on that. Um, you also I
- 10:32believe you you post in the school group
- 10:34that you quit your job as well. So,
- 10:36congrats on that as well. So, you're now
- 10:37going full-time on um your business,
- 10:40which is super exciting. You're still in
- 10:42the early days of course of the
- 10:44business. So, it is kind of the the
- 10:46hustle time, hustlebustle time, but
- 10:48that's super exciting. So, congrats on
- 10:50that. And um I would say uh a question
- 10:53that I would ask you is what was your
- 10:56favorite part of the program?
- 10:59>> My favorite part of the program was the
- 11:02one-on-one attention that I got. So a
- 11:05lot of the stuff that I did on YouTube
- 11:06is just testing, right? I've been in
- 11:08marketing for 25 years. I can literally
- 11:10teach anything in marketing. And when
- 11:12you teach everything, you're teaching
- 11:14nothing. And so I was really trying to
- 11:16test like what works on on YouTube, what
- 11:19doesn't. So, I had a lot a lot of
- 11:21one-on-one conversations in Discord with
- 11:23my personal coach. Um, check this out.
- 11:26Help me with this. Why did this not
- 11:28work? Help me, you know, improve my
- 11:30hooks and my intros and all that good
- 11:32stuff. And I got immediate attention.
- 11:35Um, again, you know, when you kind of
- 11:37when you get that in programs, it's so
- 11:39extremely rare. And that was my favorite
- 11:41part because she also the um the coach
- 11:43that I have now, she made me she pushed
- 11:46me with things like testing things that
- 11:48I didn't want to do just because I was
- 11:49like I don't know if I like this. She
- 11:51was well just try it out. You're in a
- 11:52testing mode. Let's just test it. And so
- 11:55um there was a couple of content that I
- 11:56did because of her that I didn't think
- 11:59was going to work and they did. So I was
- 12:01like, "Okay, obviously she knows what
- 12:02she's talking about." And then she had
- 12:04me do some things like instead of
- 12:06speaking on camera with this background
- 12:08that you see now that I maybe I do it
- 12:10walking down the street. I didn't like
- 12:12it. She was like, "Okay, let's not do it
- 12:14again." But she pushed me, right? And
- 12:16some of the things worked really well,
- 12:18which I wouldn't have done on my own.
- 12:20>> So that one-on-one attention really made
- 12:23all the difference. And I just
- 12:24absolutely love that.
- 12:25>> Awesome. Yeah. You know, when it comes
- 12:28to recording videos, everyone kind of
- 12:30has their own thing. You know, we have
- 12:32recommendations for people. There's
- 12:34several different ways you could do it.
- 12:35You could do it word for word with a
- 12:37teleprompter, for instance. There's a
- 12:38lot of different teleprompter apps. I
- 12:39have the Elgato teleprompter in front of
- 12:41me right now, for instance. Um, so
- 12:43that's an option. I really like the
- 12:45Elgato teleprompter. There's also really
- 12:46good teleprompter apps on the phone. So,
- 12:48you can literally just set your phone up
- 12:49and there's really good teleprompter
- 12:50apps on there. Um, and you can just
- 12:52record on the phone while you're, you
- 12:54know, while you're reading from the
- 12:55teleprompter. Um, additionally, a lot of
- 12:58people like to just use flashc cards. I
- 13:00have one client who likes to use sticky
- 13:02notes. She puts the sticky notes behind
- 13:04the camera and she kind of just glances
- 13:06up um whenever it's time to go to the
- 13:08next uh subject. Um there's some people
- 13:12that just like to put a Google doc and
- 13:13just kind of look at their computer a
- 13:15little bit while they're, you know,
- 13:16going through their Google doc. Um
- 13:18there's some people that like to do it
- 13:20walking with their phone. There's some
- 13:22people that like to do it, you know,
- 13:23sitting down. Um everybody has their own
- 13:26preferences when it comes to to making
- 13:27content. And really the only way, you
- 13:29know, we can give you all the best ways
- 13:30to do it, but the only way for you to
- 13:31really figure out what which way feels
- 13:33right to you is just to try them all
- 13:35out, you know. So, um, definitely, you
- 13:37know, I'm I'm guessing that was Tina who
- 13:39gave you that advice. So, definitely,
- 13:41uh, good advice for sure. What would you
- 13:43say in terms of the,
- 13:46uh, the content that you went through?
- 13:47What was, uh, one concept or one, um,
- 13:51maybe breakthrough moment that you had
- 13:53when it when you, when it comes to the
- 13:54actual content that you went through?
- 13:55Because you said you really enjoyed the
- 13:56course. you went through the entire
- 13:58course as well. Uh do you remember one
- 14:00thing that was like uh something that
- 14:02was um maybe an epiphany or a
- 14:04breakthrough moment or just something
- 14:05that really stands out to you?
- 14:08>> Yeah. Well, since I was completely new
- 14:09to YouTube, I I didn't really know what
- 14:12matters to YouTube. And um the trifecta,
- 14:15right, was the um the thing at the very
- 14:18beginning that I learned where I was
- 14:19like, "Okay." And that really stuck with
- 14:21me. Um and I don't know if I'm allowed
- 14:23to say what the trifecta means.
- 14:24>> Totally fine. Yeah, totally fine. Yep.
- 14:26the thumbnail, title, and
- 14:27>> intro. Yeah.
- 14:28>> Yeah. So, the thumbnail, the title, the
- 14:30intro. Um, and I I don't I thought maybe
- 14:34it was more the content of the entire
- 14:36video. All 15 minutes were most
- 14:38important, but it wasn't. It's the holy
- 14:40trifecta. And I got that all wrong when
- 14:42I first started. And then I started
- 14:44learning and you guys started helping me
- 14:46with it. And I ended up having um my
- 14:50first 30 seconds of watch time ended up
- 14:52getting higher and higher and higher
- 14:54because of the trainings that I was
- 14:55learning. And I wouldn't have known that
- 14:57on my own. I would have just probably
- 14:59kept making the same mistake over and
- 15:00over again because I didn't know. But
- 15:02knowing that was really like the
- 15:04epiphany where I was like, "Okay, I got
- 15:06to nail that every single time. That's
- 15:09going to be the most important." And
- 15:11then minute 15, that's not as important
- 15:14as this beginning stuff. And that was
- 15:16one that stuck with me. And then later
- 15:18on um some of the content was really um
- 15:22and that is something that um Sheen and
- 15:24I talked about personally is that um
- 15:26high ticket is it is important and how
- 15:29to sell high ticket and how to have
- 15:31sales calls and that was later on in the
- 15:33training after the YouTube stuff. You
- 15:35know I I figured that out and that is
- 15:38what I'm working on right now as we
- 15:39speak. Um, so something that I've been
- 15:41thinking about a lot. And so I feel like
- 15:43what was cool about the training is that
- 15:45it's for the total beginner and it's for
- 15:47the person that's already further along.
- 15:49It's already making money. It just needs
- 15:50to make more money. And you know, we
- 15:52want to scale, we want to get to the
- 15:54next level. So I felt like nobody was
- 15:56left behind and and you could just plug
- 15:58in wherever you were at in your business
- 16:00in the training. So it was a really cool
- 16:03um experience too where I was like,
- 16:05"Okay, here's my beginner stuff I don't
- 16:06know anything about." and then I was
- 16:08able to hop to the advanced stuff um at
- 16:10the end.
- 16:11>> Love it. Love it. Is there one piece of
- 16:14advice that you would give to somebody
- 16:16watching this who's thinking about
- 16:18starting on YouTube or maybe they
- 16:20already started on YouTube and they're
- 16:23um you know having trouble with it? Is
- 16:25there one piece of advice that you would
- 16:26give to them to basically like a tip to
- 16:29help them uh with success on YouTube?
- 16:31Yeah, the one advice I would give to
- 16:35anybody that's watching this is first of
- 16:36all, start your YouTube. It is so
- 16:39valuable. It's not like a post that goes
- 16:42away and you'll never see again. Those
- 16:44those things are sticking with you. Like
- 16:46some of the videos that are really doing
- 16:49well right now or videos that I did at
- 16:51the very beginning with Shane, which was
- 16:53about January, February, so a lot of lot
- 16:55of months ago, those are the ones doing
- 16:57good right now. So start your YouTube
- 16:59one. And then the second advice I'd give
- 17:01you, I think joining a program like this
- 17:05is so valuable because you're just not
- 17:09going to throw stuff at the wall and
- 17:10hope to see what sticks. You're getting
- 17:13the step by step and that stepby-step
- 17:15advice is going to make you go faster.
- 17:17You're going to learn faster. You're
- 17:18going to go faster. You're going to make
- 17:20sales faster or you're going to make
- 17:22money on YouTube faster. So that is just
- 17:25something that's so valuable and doing
- 17:26it on your own. Yeah, I'm sure you can
- 17:28Google and research it, but honestly,
- 17:31it's going to take you months, years,
- 17:34while instead of the program like this,
- 17:36you can get it right away and you can
- 17:37get like step one, step two, step three,
- 17:39and do it in the right order so you can
- 17:41be successful.
- 17:43>> Got it. Yeah. And I would say that, you
- 17:45know, let's just say there's like a
- 17:47hundred things you have to nail to be
- 17:48successful on YouTube. There's some
- 17:51people that are that are really good at
- 17:53like 97 out of a hundred, but they're
- 17:55just missing three things. they either
- 17:56overlooked it or they don't think it's
- 17:59important or something along those
- 18:01lines. And what a coach in like
- 18:04one-on-one coaching will do is they'll
- 18:05immediately recognize the three things
- 18:07that you're missing. And you might be
- 18:08putting a ton of effort on the other 97
- 18:11things. You might think that those are
- 18:12the things that you don't you're not
- 18:13doing right and you're putting a lot of
- 18:15effort into those things and those
- 18:16things actually you're you're already
- 18:18good on those. Like you don't need to
- 18:19put any more effort into those. It's
- 18:20just these three things that you need to
- 18:22focus on. And once you have those three
- 18:24things dialed in, you know, everything
- 18:26works perfectly, right? And so that's
- 18:28uh, you know, blind spots. People have
- 18:30blind spots. Um, and a lot of the times,
- 18:33you know, they'll be doing a lot of
- 18:34things right, but they're just missing
- 18:35like one or two little things they need
- 18:37to dial in, and we help them dial it in
- 18:39and everything works perfectly. So
- 18:41that's awesome. Um, what would you say
- 18:43to somebody who's, you know, kind of,
- 18:45uh, uh, is considering joining the
- 18:48program, maybe they're in a similar
- 18:49situation to you? I think what's unique
- 18:51about your situation, you're very high
- 18:53level professional. Um, you're a CMO.
- 18:56You can probably look up on glass door
- 18:57what CMOs make, right? So, you don't
- 18:59have to say how much you were making,
- 19:01but you know, you can look up on glass
- 19:02door how much CMOs make. Multiple six
- 19:04figures a year uh for sure or even more.
- 19:07And um so you're very busy, very high
- 19:09level professional. You only literally
- 19:11only had a couple of hours a week to
- 19:13work uh uh on your on your side business
- 19:17and you made this work. So, what would
- 19:19you say to somebody else who's in a
- 19:20similar situation to you? They're a busy
- 19:22professional. They've only got a few
- 19:24hours a week uh to actually do this. Um
- 19:26they're considering joining the program,
- 19:28but they're they're thinking that, you
- 19:29know, I just don't have time to do this.
- 19:31What would you say to somebody who has
- 19:32that issue?
- 19:33>> That was one of the reasons where I was
- 19:34like, do I have time? Do I even want to
- 19:36do this right now? Is this the right
- 19:37time because of that? So, I'm glad that
- 19:39you asked that. Um, the reason that I
- 19:42join and the reason that you should join
- 19:44basically if you're listening is because
- 19:46this is going to help you not waste time
- 19:50because you get what works. You get all
- 19:53the right instructions and so you're not
- 19:56going to go spinning and not knowing
- 19:58what you're doing because that's what's
- 19:59going to waste your time which the time
- 20:00is you don't have it. So, this is really
- 20:03a timesaver because you're going to have
- 20:05somebody walking you through for six
- 20:07months, letting you know what you need
- 20:10to do, how you need to do it, and then
- 20:11optimize it. And at the end, like now
- 20:13that I'm leaving the program, I'm done
- 20:15with my six months. I I don't I'm I'm
- 20:18ready to go. I am ready to blow this
- 20:20thing up. And I would not have been able
- 20:22to get there if it wasn't for the
- 20:24program. I bet you I'd still be spinning
- 20:26and not knowing what I was doing if I
- 20:28hadn't joined. So, this is really a
- 20:29timesaver in that regard. Um, and you
- 20:33can go as little or as you can go slow
- 20:35or as fast as you want to in the
- 20:37program. That is totally up to you. Um,
- 20:39you know, one of the one of the things
- 20:41that I wanted to do is three times a
- 20:43three times a week videos. I couldn't do
- 20:45it. I just didn't have the time. So, I
- 20:46did it once a week. Still got 37
- 20:49clients, so that worked. And now that
- 20:51I'm able to leave corporate and do this
- 20:53full-time, I'm going to go back to doing
- 20:55three days three days a week videos. Um,
- 20:58and then I'm I I know I'm going to see
- 21:00this blow up. I'm gonna take all the
- 21:01learnings that I that I received and I'm
- 21:04going to implement it. I'm going to do
- 21:06be able to do it more often. And who
- 21:08knows, would I be able to do this if it
- 21:10wasn't for this program, right? Um so I
- 21:12definitely think get off that fence and
- 21:14and go join the program.
- 21:16>> Love it. Love to hear it. Awesome. Well,
- 21:18hey guys, uh go check out uh Andrea's
- 21:21channel. Um you can also check out her
- 21:23LinkedIn. I'll go ahead and put both of
- 21:25them in the description uh below. and uh
- 21:28definitely check them out, support her,
- 21:29and you know, also if you're interested
- 21:31in growing on LinkedIn, of course, we
- 21:34teach people to kind of syndicate the
- 21:35content from YouTube to LinkedIn, but
- 21:36there's definitely a specialized skill
- 21:39set to growing on LinkedIn, and there
- 21:40are certain niches that work very, very
- 21:43well uh on LinkedIn as well. So, if
- 21:46you're interested in uh growing on
- 21:47LinkedIn, that's what uh Andrea is
- 21:49helping people with. So, definitely
- 21:50check her stuff out. So, there's a
- 21:52secret side of my business that most of
- 21:53you have no idea exists. And I actually
- 21:56have a coaching program on personal
- 21:57branding and growing on YouTube and
- 21:59making money on YouTube. This is good
- 22:00for complete beginners, maybe even
- 22:02people who just want to get a job by
- 22:04growing their personal brand, as well as
- 22:05business owners, all the way up to
- 22:07people who are very advanced on YouTube.
- 22:09And they get to work directly with
- 22:10myself and my team to help them reach
- 22:12their goals. Now, we are opening up
- 22:14three to five spots. And this is pretty
- 22:15rare. We usually don't have these open.
- 22:17We usually only limit them to a select
- 22:19amount of people as well, but we're
- 22:20opening up three to five spots, and you
- 22:21can check those down in the description
- 22:23and the pin to comment below. And in
- 22:24this program, you will get to work
- 22:25directly with myself and other people
- 22:27who are highly successful on YouTube.
- 22:29Everyone in our program has 100K plus
- 22:31subscriber plaques. Just as an example,
- 22:33Shawn was able to go all the way from
- 22:35being stuck, not making very much money
- 22:36on his channel to making over $500,000
- 22:39in a single month. Now, that's an
- 22:40example of one of my more advanced
- 22:41students, but there are lots of examples
- 22:43of people starting off from scratch and
- 22:44they got to 5K a month or 10K a month,
- 22:47etc. So, check that out down in the
- 22:48description and the pin comment below.
- 22:50And I look forward to working with you
- 22:51and see if we're a good fit to work
- 22:52together.
- 22:53>> And uh thank you so much for uh coming
- 22:54on the channel, Andrea. And uh I have a
- 22:57feeling that you'll be back on the
- 22:59channel pretty soon because you're
- 23:00you're going full-time on this. You have
- 23:03significantly more time to dedicate to
- 23:04it. Probably about 10 or 20 times more
- 23:06time. So, I think you're going to get
- 23:07results, you know, significantly faster.
- 23:09So, I have a feeling you're going to be
- 23:11back on the channel. So, uh let's just
- 23:13say, uh when you hit certain milestones,
- 23:16are we are we going to see you back on
- 23:17the channel here in a few months?
- 23:19>> It's that's literally going to be my
- 23:21goal now. My goal is to be back on this
- 23:23channel so I can so I can tell you all
- 23:26the stuff that I've done since since
- 23:27since today.
- 23:29>> Love to hear it. Love to hear it. All
- 23:30right. Thank you so much for coming on,
- 23:31Andrea. Appreciate you.
- 23:34>> Thanks.
