How I Get Over 100,000,000 Views Per Video — Transcript

4. 0:05over 100 million views a video and the

8. 0:14you can enter in any YouTube channel you
9. 0:15want I'm going to put in Mr Beast my
10. 0:17channel boom and when you search a
11. 0:19channel it will pull up their Channel
12. 0:20page which basically allows you to see
13. 0:22the analytics of any channel another
14. 0:25thing you can see on a Channel's
15. 0:26analytics page that I don't think you
16. 0:27can find anywhere else on the Internet
17. 0:29is you can see how many views on that
18. 0:30channel are coming from long form versus
19. 0:32short form let's say a Channel's popping
20. 0:34off and getting a billion views a month
21. 0:36well if they're getting a billion views
22. 0:37a month from short that is completely
23. 0:39different than if they're getting a
24. 0:40billion views a month from long form and
25. 0:41so being able to distinguish the
26. 0:43difference is huge and everything you
27. 0:45see there is just the beginning because
28. 0:47if you hit this videos tab here you can
29. 0:49click on any video on my channel we'll
30. 0:51just do this ages 1 through 100 decides
31. 0:52video you can see the daily viewership
32. 0:55for specifically that video right here
33. 0:58and you can see every time we Swit the
34. 1:00thumbnails with this little icon of ab
35. 1:02thumbnail test on top of that you can
36. 1:04see what it ranked out of 10 no joke you
37. 1:06just click here and then it will show
38. 1:08you that that video is 4 out of 10 so
39. 1:10without view stats if you wanted to see
40. 1:12out of 10 how well a video performed on
41. 1:13a channel you couldn't unless you had
42. 1:15access to their creator Studio but now
43. 1:17you can see any video on all of YouTube
44. 1:19what it ranks out of 10 which I thought
45. 1:21was pretty cool on top of that you can
46. 1:22also see every single AV thumbnail test
47. 1:24ran on that video the next tab is called
48. 1:26similar channels and this is insane this
49. 1:29tab takes your content okay and it looks
50. 1:31at all the titles and the content you're
51. 1:33making and then it Compares it across
52. 1:35our giant data set and shows you other
53. 1:37channels that make similar content to
54. 1:39you that way if you're looking for
55. 1:40someone to collab or you just want to
56. 1:41get some inspiration off of people who
57. 1:42make similar content it is incredibly
58. 1:44easy and we didn't just stop there
59. 1:46basically if you go up to the top of
60. 1:47view stats you can hit Top subscribers
61. 1:50and what it will show you in real time
62. 1:51is the most subscribed to YouTube
63. 1:53channels on the platform and obviously
64. 1:54you can see the most viewed YouTube
65. 1:55channels those are pretty standard but
66. 1:57where it gets very cool you can also see
67. 1:58the top 50 most videos from the previous
68. 2:01day you can also see the most of videos
69. 2:03on the whole platform in the last 7 days
70. 2:05last 28 days even and this is crazy the
71. 2:08last year those are all the top charts
72. 2:10we currently offer and we're working
73. 2:11tirelessly to get more up here we also
74. 2:13have a view stats Chrome extension that
75. 2:15if you go to the Chrome Store and type
76. 2:17in view stats all you have to do is hit
77. 2:19add to Chrome just like any other
78. 2:21extension hit ADD extension and once you
79. 2:23install it whenever you're watching
80. 2:24Youtube you'll have this view stats
81. 2:26overlay to the right of the video and if
82. 2:27you look on the right side of the video
83. 2:29now you you'll see an overlay on the
84. 2:30video that shows you the daily
85. 2:31viewership of the video you can hit
86. 2:33compare compare it to my most recent
87. 2:35video on my channel you can hit ranking
88. 2:37and see what it ranked out of 10 when I
89. 2:39uploaded it you can see the overview of
90. 2:41my channel and so much more all without
91. 2:44having to leave YouTube everything I've
92. 2:46showed you so far is 100% free but we
93. 2:48didn't just stop here we wanted to build
94. 2:50some even crazier tools that we're
95. 2:52putting behind view stats Pro because
96. 2:53these things literally cost millions of
97. 2:55dollars to operate and I can't afford to
98. 2:57give them away for free on the free site
99. 2:58with everything else and view stats Pro
100. 3:00is going to blow your mind and I'm going
101. 3:01to explain it to you now the first tool
102. 3:03I want to show you guys is called
103. 3:04outliers and what outlier means is if
104. 3:06you have a Channel with let's say 10,000
105. 3:08subscribers and they get 100 views on
106. 3:10their first video 100 views on their
107. 3:11second video but their fourth video gets
108. 3:13100,000 views that fourth video got a
109. 3:16thousand times the views of the other
110. 3:17three videos it didn't just go viral
111. 3:19randomly it either was a good title
112. 3:22thumbnail the content something
113. 3:24something about that video was special
114. 3:26that caused it to do multiples better
115. 3:27than the channel average which is why we
116. 3:29label that in outlier and we store all
117. 3:31of them here so you can use them for
118. 3:33inspiration on top of that we built a
119. 3:35very robust filtering system you can say
120. 3:37I only want to see outliers that have
121. 3:39over a million views on channels over
122. 3:41100,000 subscribers that did at least
123. 3:4310x the average views on that channel in
124. 3:46the last 90 days that was a lot of
125. 3:48filters and boom look at how quick that
126. 3:51loaded and all those parameters are now
127. 3:53in place we went all out on this outlier
128. 3:55tool to make it as easy as possible for
129. 3:57you to just brainstorm viral ideas and
130. 3:59grow your viewership now I'm going to
131. 4:01show you the second tool on view stats
132. 4:02Pro and I got to sit up for this one cuz
133. 4:04it's going to blow your mind okay I
134. 4:05don't even know how we built this it's
135. 4:07called thumbnail search and you can type
136. 4:09in whatever you want and it will pull up
137. 4:11thumbnails for you to get inspired off
138. 4:12of okay let's say I'm a farmer and I
139. 4:14want to do a video on my tractor I'm
140. 4:15just going to type in something very
141. 4:17descriptive a person standing next to a
142. 4:22tractor right let's say I filmed a video
143. 4:24of my tractor and I want thumbnail
144. 4:26inspiration all you got to do is hit
145. 4:28enter and then boom this will show you
146. 4:30every thumbnail on YouTube that has a
147. 4:32person standing next to a tractor I
148. 4:33think this thumbnail right here that I'm
149. 4:35hovering my mouse over it's pretty
150. 4:36interesting and so what I'm going to do
151. 4:38is I'm going to hit search by thumbnail
152. 4:40and now it's going to pull up a bunch of
153. 4:42other thumbnails that were similar to
154. 4:44that giant tractor thumbnail in this
155. 4:46hypothetical scenario where I'm role
156. 4:47playing as a farmer making a video on my
157. 4:49tractor I now have good inspiration on
158. 4:51how I could angle the camera to make the
159. 4:52tractor look big and on what would do
160. 4:54well also you don't have to type in
161. 4:56something you can also just search by an
162. 4:58image and if you're ever on YouTube and
163. 5:00you see a thumbnail you like you can
164. 5:02just copy the URL to the video and paste
165. 5:04it there and search with that thumbnail
166. 5:06as well we thought of every single use
167. 5:08case and put it all into here the third
168. 5:10tool behind view stats Pro is called AB
169. 5:12test and what you're looking at now is
170. 5:15every single AB thumbnail test currently
171. 5:17being ran on YouTube we all know about
172. 5:18AB thumbnail tests you upload a couple
173. 5:20thumbnail options YouTube tests them all
174. 5:22out and it tells you which one's the
175. 5:23best and why I think this tool would be
176. 5:25valuable for you guys is instead of you
177. 5:27having to run dozens or hundreds or

192. 5:55looks like Preston ran an a thumbnail
193. 5:56test he tried this Blood Blaze forgot
194. 5:59son blood farm and it looks like
195. 6:02forgotten Sun one so I'm going to type
196. 6:04in Ryan trean my boy Ryan how you doing
197. 6:08his newest video is I tried every seat
198. 6:09on the most expensive Airline these were
199. 6:11his three thumbnail options he had 24/7
200. 6:13service with him laying in a bed he had
201. 6:15sleep pod $54 and then he had economy
202. 6:19slfirst class and the winner was the
203. 6:21economy first class one which the
204. 6:23interesting part about this tool is if
205. 6:24you went to my channel I did a similar
206. 6:26video like this like a year before he
207. 6:28did and if you look at our AB thumbnail
208. 6:29test the split in half economy first
209. 6:32class one also won for me so this is an
210. 6:34example how Ryan could have looked at my
211. 6:36ab thumbnail test saw what worked and
212. 6:38applied it to his channel and saved time
213. 6:40and you can see every single one of
214. 6:41these tests with view stats Pro and
215. 6:43learn from the millions of dollars I
216. 6:45spent making these thousands of
217. 6:46thumbnails and testing them on my

228. 7:05anytime my video gets over a million
229. 7:06views I just want long not shorts and
230. 7:09then I hit create and then what it will
231. 7:11do is it will show me every video on all
232. 7:13of YouTube that has over a million views
233. 7:15with ibuilt in the title currently and
234. 7:17then it will alert me in the future
235. 7:19anytime another video meets that
236. 7:21threshold you can use this so if
237. 7:22something happens in your Niche or
238. 7:24vertical or whatever you're in real time
239. 7:26updated and you don't have to live on
240. 7:27YouTube our fifth tool is collection
241. 7:29which basically ties all the other tools
242. 7:32together in one spot let's say when
243. 7:33you're using the outlier tools you like
244. 7:35an idea you just hit this thing in the
245. 7:36top right of the idea and then you just
246. 7:38hit add new collection title It Whatever
247. 7:41Minecraft and basically whether you're
248. 7:43using alerts thumbnail search outliers
249. 7:45it allows you to store all the data that
250. 7:47you're finding across view stats Pro and
251. 7:49one spot for later and we're not just
252. 7:51stopping with these five tools with view
