12. 0:23view jail hall? Why are my videos just
13. 0:25going up to 30K and staying there? Why
14. 0:27are my videos all of a sudden getting no
15. 0:29views? I'm going to be addressing every
16. 0:31single one of the view gels and how I
17. 0:33escaped them as well. You guys seem to
18. 0:35really, really love these videos. So, I

106. 3:34phase of the zero view gel. And going
107. 3:36back to mindset, you you guys can't give
108. 3:38up. Like this is the first point I want
109. 3:40to make in this video. You can't give
110. 3:41up. No matter if you're in zero view
111. 3:43jail, uh 1 to 15k or 30k view gel,
112. 3:46giving up is not an option and it's
113. 3:49totally normal like for you guys to be
114. 3:51in these view gels. Like I said, if I
115. 3:53would have just stopped here, if I would
116. 3:54have seen this and would have been like,
117. 3:55"All right, you know what? I'm failing.
118. 3:57Let me stop." I would have never seen
119. 3:58this right here. So, this is what you
120. 4:01guys want to like actually think when
121. 4:04you are in these jails. Don't think that
122. 4:06you're failing. just think that you're
123. 4:07getting closer to actually being
124. 4:09successful at this cuz like I said,
125. 4:12every single one of my channels I think
126. 4:13I've started have gone through zero view
127. 4:16jail orif or 30k view gel. Um I have had
128. 4:20some channels where I just like in the
129. 4:22fifth video it just blows up which like
130. 4:24I said can be the case. you guys can
131. 4:26blow up like on your first videos, but
132. 4:29do expect this on your first five
133. 4:31shorts. Like um probably not zero view,
134. 4:34but low views. And then another question
135. 4:36I get a lot is like, "Bro, I started
136. 4:39posting, I got 5K, then I got 10K, then
137. 4:41I got 30K, and then my next videos just
138. 4:44got 0000."
139. 4:46Again, this is completely normal for a
140. 4:48new channel. So, uh now that you
141. 4:50probably heard me say all this, you're
142. 4:51probably like, "All right, so why does
143. 4:52it even happen? I don't care anymore." I
144. 4:54know it's normal. Now, why does it
145. 4:56happen? I made this little sheet right
146. 4:58here explaining the view gels and I'm
147. 5:00going to be giving some points on each
148. 5:02one. So, for example, uh the zero view
149. 5:05gel. First things first, I want to point
150. 5:07out that the zero view gel is clearly
151. 5:09and it's only an algorithm. I can't
152. 5:12talk. It's only an algorithm problem.
153. 5:15So, what this means is that it doesn't
154. 5:17mean that your videos are bad if you're
155. 5:18in zero view jail, especially if it's
156. 5:20your first shorts that you're posting
157. 5:21and you just get a zero view jail out of
158. 5:23nowhere.
159. 5:24This is an algorithm problem. YouTube
160. 5:26just didn't push your content. It
161. 5:28doesn't mean that your content is bad.
162. 5:30You guys will be able to tell if your
163. 5:32content is bad once it gets pushed out.
164. 5:34But if you just started a channel, you
165. 5:35posted, and it got zero views, then
166. 5:38don't think that your content is bad.
167. 5:39Please do not think this because it has
168. 5:41nothing to do why this can happen is
169. 5:44sometimes if you start up a new channel
170. 5:46and then you post, YouTube may think you
171. 5:48are a bot. So, always warm up your
172. 5:50channel for like anywhere from two to
173. 5:53three days is good. Honestly, don't
174. 5:54overthink it. And if you do have a
175. 5:57warmed up channel and the zero view
176. 5:59happened, don't like don't don't worry,
177. 6:02bro. It's completely normal normal and
178. 6:04it's an algorithm problem. And what
179. 6:07happens here is that YouTube just
180. 6:08doesn't post your content. It's more
181. 6:11normal for this to happen after you post
182. 6:14like three shorts and then you get zero
183. 6:16views, zero view, zero view. And let me
184. 6:17explain why that happens. So YouTube,
185. 6:20when you start up a new channel, they
186. 6:21like to test out your content,
187. 6:23obviously, because you have to remember
188. 6:24that YouTube wants good channels on
189. 6:26their platform. They want channels that
190. 6:28are going to keep viewers watching and
191. 6:29watching and watching. So if your first
192. 6:32three shorts got pushed out, YouTube
193. 6:34tested them out. And then for their
194. 6:36fourth one, they were just like, I don't
195. 6:38see any potential in this guy. Let me
196. 6:39just ban him basically and shadowban
197. 6:42him. Now, they don't obviously say that,
198. 6:44but it's just how the algorithm works.
199. 6:46and then they'll shadowban your channel
200. 6:49and you'll get zero views. Now, how to
201. 6:52fix this is uh take breaks and let the
202. 6:56channel reset. Think about this zero
203. 6:59view as a girl you're trying to DM, bro.
204. 7:01You're going to DM her a thousand times.
205. 7:03If she doesn't want you, she doesn't
206. 7:04want you, bro. Just wrap it up. Stop
207. 7:06posting. Take a break. Because, like I
208. 7:09said, it has nothing to do with your
209. 7:11content. So, don't think that, oh, maybe
210. 7:12I'm doing this wrong with my content.
211. 7:14Maybe I'm doing this wrong with my
212. 7:15content. No, this is just because
213. 7:17YouTube is not pushing out your content.
214. 7:19So, let it rest. Let YouTube take a
215. 7:22breath. Let that girl like breathe, man.
216. 7:24Stop DMing her. Feel me? So, stop
217. 7:26posting, posting, posting, posting. If
218. 7:29the algorithm doesn't want you, you're
219. 7:31not going to force your way into it. You
220. 7:33are, but by doing it, you know,
221. 7:34cautiously. So, you have to take breaks.
222. 7:36And what I like to do is take a 2 to 7
223. 7:39day break, depending, right? Um, usually
224. 7:42I just take like 3 days and then I try
225. 7:44to post again. Um, usually when you post
226. 7:48again after this little break, um, it
227. 7:50should work and your videos should get
228. 7:52pushed out to the next jails. I'm going
229. 7:53to talk about those in a second. But
230. 7:55before we wrap up zero view, I want to,
231. 7:58uh, share a little rule that I use and
232. 8:00this is the three and done rule, which
233. 8:02is where I'd like to verify first that
234. 8:05three shorts in a row are in the zero
235. 8:07view. So, for example, if you are on
236. 8:09your fourth short, all of them before
237. 8:12got views and then this fourth one
238. 8:13didn't, don't just stop there. Post two
239. 8:15more and verify that you are in zero
240. 8:17view jail because it might just be that
241. 8:19that video got shadowbanned but the
242. 8:21others won't. So, try posting three in a
243. 8:24row. And if all three of those shorts
244. 8:27get zero view, then you are confirmed in
245. 8:29the zero view jail. And this is when you
246. 8:31start taking these breaks and letting
247. 8:32your channel reset and letting your
248. 8:34channel breathe. Um, stay consistent.
249. 8:37Fight through it. Going back to my first
250. 8:39point, you have to be delusional about
251. 8:41this. And this is just proof. Um,
252. 8:43where's it at? I didn't stop when this
253. 8:46short got zero view. I didn't. I just
254. 8:47kept going, bro. I kept taking little
255. 8:49breaks here and there. Boom. And then
256. 8:52obviously you're going to start getting
257. 8:53into this view, which some of you guys
258. 8:56do skip this VJO because your videos are
259. 8:58good. Um, because the 1K to 15K gel is
260. 9:00really just a video quality quality
261. 9:03problem. It's really just you having
262. 9:05poor stats. So, if you're in this jail
263. 9:08right now, I hate to break it to you.
264. 9:10Well, I don't even hate to break it to
265. 9:11you because it's completely normal. It
266. 9:13just means that your video quality is
267. 9:15not the best and you have to improve
268. 9:17your stats. This means that your swipe
269. 9:19ratio is probably horrible. Your AVD is
270. 9:22probably probably bad. There's probably
271. 9:24no likes, no comments, or at least it's
272. 9:27low. It's low. I can't even talk, bro.
273. 9:29But 1K to 15K gel, like I said, is just
274. 9:33a poor stats video quality problem. So,
275. 9:36what you want to do is try to aim to
276. 9:38improve your engagement and retention.
277. 9:40So, engagement is really just um your
278. 9:42AVD, your average view duration.
279. 9:45Make sure that your hooks are good. I
280. 9:47talk about how to make good good quality
281. 9:49shorts on other videos, but the 1K to
282. 9:5115K Joe is really just your video
283. 9:53quality and you want to improve the
284. 9:56viewers, you know, enjoying that. I
285. 9:58can't talk. You want to improve how the
286. 10:00viewers enjoy your content. Basically,
287. 10:02like YouTube is just telling you that
288. 10:05they're trying to push your content out,
289. 10:06but you're not giving them a good reason
290. 10:08to because your your engagement is just
291. 10:11bad. Like, no one's really [ __ ] with
292. 10:12your content, you know? So, what you
293. 10:15want to do if you're in this jail, look
294. 10:17for ways to better your hook. Make just
295. 10:19better videos overall using all of the
296. 10:22tips that I have g given you guys on
297. 10:23this channel. you know, ending that
298. 10:25video off straight away so your AVD is
299. 10:27high. Just make sure that you make good
300. 10:30quality content that people enjoy.
301. 10:32Because what YouTube is telling you here
302. 10:34is that they're trying to push you out,
303. 10:36but you're not giving them enough
304. 10:37engagement, so they just stop. That's
305. 10:39why you'll see a lot of your videos stay
306. 10:41like this one right here, which is 4K.
307. 10:44Look, it only got me three subs, which
308. 10:46is not bad, but it's also not high. And
309. 10:48I bet the engagement on this video is
310. 10:50pretty low as well. Um, yeah. Look at
311. 10:52this 55% uh swipe rate. Horrible. So
312. 10:57that's why YouTube just decided to stop
313. 11:00and this uh short basically has zero com
314. 11:03comments, I'm pretty sure. [sighs]
315. 11:05So yeah, um that basically explains the
316. 11:071 to 15k jail. Uh you're on the second
317. 11:10step to starting to go viral. Now the
318. 11:14last jail before going viral is the 30k
319. 11:16jail, which is a blessing in disguise on
320. 11:20honestly. And it it does suck because um
321. 11:24you know it it's annoying getting 30k
322. 11:2630k 30k but what 30k means is that your
323. 11:30videos are good they just don't have
324. 11:32enough enough engagement. Like your
325. 11:34videos are good but they're not top
326. 11:35tier. And obviously the ones that go
327. 11:37viral are top tier. Um what you want to
328. 11:40do here is just stay consistent and look
329. 11:42for ways to improve your metrics. Like
330. 11:45what this means is, for example, if you
331. 11:47have a short with 30K and let's say it
332. 11:49has 200 likes and three comments, you
333. 11:52want to try to get that to 1k likes and
334. 11:5430 comments. And if your AVD was 85%,
335. 11:57you want to get that to over 100% or at
336. 11:59least like 90 plus. You know what I
337. 12:01mean? So, you just want to make sure
338. 12:02that you max out your metrics right now
339. 12:04that you're in 30K. Some tips I have for
340. 12:06you guys, bro, is stay consistent. Stay
341. 12:09consistent. Try different things when
342. 12:10you're in 30K. Um because right now it's
343. 12:13really just that little push of
344. 12:14engagement that you need and then boom,
345. 12:16you'll go viral. Which is what happened
346. 12:18to this channel right here. Um this
347. 12:21channel like I showed you guys, it has
348. 12:22been through the zero view, the 4K uh it
349. 12:25got 4K views, which is the zero the 1K
350. 12:28to 15K jail. And then it also got into
351. 12:31the 30K gel, which this channel still
352. 12:33gets into the 30K jail. But like 30K Joe
353. 12:37is like you're good. You're basically
354. 12:39set. All you need is that extra
355. 12:40engagement. Like I said, like don't
356. 12:41think that if you're in 30K jail, your
357. 12:43channel is flopping cuz it's not. Um
358. 12:46because at at any given moment you can
359. 12:48go viral. And for example, this one
360. 12:51right here went viral because it had
361. 12:53super good metrics, had super high AVD,
362. 12:56good swipe rate. Um a lot of people ask
363. 12:58me about swipe rate. And my my honest
364. 13:01opinion is just swipe rate doesn't have
365. 13:03to be like 100% swipe rate. Usually for
366. 13:06my viral videos, it's like 80 83 85%.
367. 13:09For example, this one, let's go ahead
368. 13:11and see. Has an 80% swipe rate. So, I'm
369. 13:13telling you, swipe rate isn't that like,
370. 13:15don't think that if you have a 80% swipe
371. 13:18rate, your video can't go viral. It can.
372. 13:20Um, but we're getting off track. Um, 30K
373. 13:23gel is really just maxing out your
374. 13:25engagement. Like I said, man, stay
375. 13:28consistent. And to, you know, wrap up
376. 13:31these three gels, the key to these three
377. 13:33gels, bro, is just to stay consistent,
378. 13:35man. Stay consistent. and apply these
379. 13:38little tips I gave you guys and be
380. 13:41delusional, bro. Like this game of
381. 13:44shorts is so honestly it's like you just
382. 13:47have to have that mindset that like for
383. 13:49example the guy in the private community
384. 13:52um he said that he's not going to stop
385. 13:54no matter what. He doesn't care. I
386. 13:57remember picking out the niche with him.
387. 13:58We literally just picked out the niche.
388. 14:00He kept going, kept going, and boom, now
389. 14:02he's monetized. You just have to be so
390. 14:04delusional and you have to keep going. I
391. 14:06didn't hear him complain once when his
392. 14:08videos were in 30k jail. Not a single
393. 14:11time. He just kept posting. He knew what
394. 14:12he had to do. And don't let it ruin your
395. 14:16future. Like the like I've seen so many
396. 14:19people quit because of zero view jail or
397. 14:21even just low view jail. Like a lot of
398. 14:24people are constantly getting uh 15k
399. 14:27views and then they get 30k and then
400. 14:29they get zero view and then they just
401. 14:31quit, you know. And you can't be like
402. 14:33that. You have to keep going. Um, you
403. 14:35can even look at some big channels that
404. 14:38still get videos with 30K. Like, it's
405. 14:40completely normal. You just have to keep
406. 14:42going. Keep going on that next one. For
407. 14:45those who are in 30K jail, you guys are
408. 14:47basically right there. You guys are
409. 14:49super close to going viral or making a
410. 14:51ton of money if you're already
411. 14:52monetized. Just keep going. Your next
412. 14:54video can blow up. For those in this
413. 14:56jail right here, just keep going,
414. 14:57improving your videos, and try to get to
415. 14:59the 30K jail. A lot of people are like,
416. 15:01"Bro, what do you mean when I say that
417. 15:04aim for going to 30k gel?" A lot of
418. 15:07people are confused because they're
419. 15:08like, "Why would I want to be in 30k
420. 15:10gel?" But 30k gel, like I said, is not
421. 15:12bad at all. It's really just YouTube
422. 15:14looking for that extra engagement. And
423. 15:16then if you're in zero view jail, keep
424. 15:18grinding to get those views. Just that's
425. 15:21your just make it your whole goal. Don't
426. 15:23start like getting mad if you don't go
427. 15:25viral in your first few shorts. Your
428. 15:28whole goal in the beginning is just to
429. 15:30get any type of engagement, any type of
430. 15:32views in the beginning. That's that
431. 15:34should be your whole goal. And then you
432. 15:35can start optimizing for getting out of
433. 15:37these two gels. So yeah, I hope this
