How I Day Trade From Start to Finish | Trading Course 001 — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00All right, chat. So, you guys love the
- 0:02trading course videos, which we are
- 0:05going to start back up because it is
- 0:07right around uh year. It's been a year
- 0:09since I dropped the first one. And now I
- 0:13think it's time to update pretty much
- 0:16everything and give y'all a 2026 review.
- 0:20Uh so, with that being said, I have in
- 0:23this video three different videos that
- 0:25I've recorded. One's a part one and the
- 0:29second one is a part two, but I honestly
- 0:33thought I wasn't recording.
- 0:35So, it's pretty much two of the same
- 0:37videos and then I'll also have a trade
- 0:39breakdown video that I want you guys to
- 0:41see as well. But, with all that being
- 0:44said, let's get into the video. Uh first
- 0:47one we're going to play is the first
- 0:50session, which is going to be about
- 0:51trends and market structure. After that
- 0:54will be the current trade that I'm in.
- 0:56So, enjoy the video. Remember, you don't
- 0:58have to buy a course.
- 1:01I'll teach everything for free.
- 1:03All right. So, we are back to the
- 1:06basics, back to what we used to do.
- 1:09Uh it's been actually a year now since I
- 1:11dropped the course on YouTube for
- 1:14everyone to just learn from.
- 1:16Um so, yeah, a year later we are
- 1:19starting back up the same thing. Pretty
- 1:21much starting from ground zero to show
- 1:24you how to trade, uh especially in 2026.
- 1:29Uh the videos that y'all watched was
- 1:302025. Even though there hasn't been a
- 1:32significant change, still a good change
- 1:35for me to start going over some things
- 1:37that I do now, some of my psychology, um
- 1:41pretty much my trading in general
- 1:43because that's what you guys are here
- 1:44for, how to learn how to trade. So, with
- 1:46that being said, let's jump into it
- 1:49first. So,
- 1:51pretty much, like I said before, nothing
- 1:53really changed dramatically at all. Um
- 1:56I'm still going to explain it in the way
- 1:57that makes sense for everybody.
- 2:00Um,
- 2:01once again, this is
- 2:04literally the most simplest way to
- 2:06trade.
- 2:07Anyways, let's get into it. So, first
- 2:09thing is first, the biggest thing that
- 2:11matters first is you have to understand
- 2:13that ICC is market structure, right?
- 2:17I'mma say that first
- 2:19because we're just going to stream
- 2:21this stream today cuz I don't feel like
- 2:23typing all that out, but
- 2:25I want you to know that
- 2:30market structure and price action is all
- 2:33you need. ICC is not some special
- 2:34strategy. It's not something that's
- 2:37going to like literally be a lottery
- 2:39ticket for you. It's just me explaining
- 2:41it in a way that you can comprehend. So,
- 2:44when I'm saying this, don't take
- 2:47everything so literally, right? Take it
- 2:49for what it is as in when I say
- 2:52indication, correction, continuation,
- 2:54that's higher high, higher low, higher
- 2:57high.
- 2:58Lower low, lower high, lower low. Market
- 3:00structure, price action. We're looking
- 3:02for price action. All right? So, with
- 3:05this being said, let's get into the
- 3:07first thing that matters, trends, right?
- 3:11Trends is the first thing that matters
- 3:13because this is going to show you what
- 3:16type of market structure you need to be
- 3:19looking for. Now, if you're on an
- 3:21uptrend, you're only going to look for
- 3:24higher highs and higher lows. So, in
- 3:26this scenario, you're going to look for
- 3:28only
- 3:30higher highs.
- 3:32So, if I'm on an uptrend, all I'm
- 3:34looking for is higher highs.
- 3:36And you may be asking, why, right?
- 3:39Because these higher highs provide you
- 3:41with levels that be that can become a
- 3:44indication level,
- 3:46right? These levels can become
- 3:48indication levels, which then you can
- 3:50use to your advantage to see because
- 3:54price moves a zone from zone. Now, I
- 3:56don't want to get too confusing.
- 3:59I'm explain it
- 4:01in a way that you can understand and
- 4:03I'mma leave you with this one
- 4:05so you're not confused. We're just going
- 4:07to talk about trends today. We're going
- 4:08to talk about how to identify them and
- 4:10then what to do a little bit after. But,
- 4:13I don't want to put too much information
- 4:15in your face for like
- 4:18an hour cuz then you might may or may
- 4:20not get it. So,
- 4:22trends matter the most. You need to mark
- 4:25your higher highs and lows. Now, let's
- 4:28put it in this way because a lot of
- 4:29people say they sometimes don't really
- 4:32understand the higher high and the
- 4:34higher low part which I personally think
- 4:36that's the easiest part.
- 4:38Let's just say it like this. You mark
- 4:41your highs and you mark your lows. It
- 4:44You determine if it's the lowest higher
- 4:46than the previous one or the highest
- 4:48previous than the higher than the
- 4:49previous one. You determine that. But,
- 4:51all I want you to do is go on your chart
- 4:56and literally just mark every little
- 4:58pivot you see going
- 5:01in one direction and then it shifts
- 5:03super aggressive, right? So, we're not
- 5:05talking about how it just comes here a
- 5:07little bit and does a little faint and
- 5:09then come down. I'm talking about major
- 5:12visual shifts in the market. You can
- 5:15visually see
- 5:17price moving
- 5:19>> [snorts]
- 5:19>> from that direction that it was just at,
- 5:22right? I can visually see
- 5:24that this went down
- 5:27and then proceeded to come up. I can
- 5:29visually see that.
- 5:31And then comes here and I can visually
- 5:33see it went to this level and then
- 5:35started heading back in this direction,
- 5:37right? Just take it for what it is.
- 5:39Don't try to be so technical in looking
- 5:42at this and these candles and this
- 5:44candle. Look at what you're visually
- 5:46seeing because what you're seeing in
- 5:47front of you is what you need to see.
- 5:49The first thing you see is what you need
- 5:52to mark. When you start overthinking,
- 5:54that's when you start adding stuff
- 5:56that's not even supposed to be there,
- 5:58right? So, next after I mark this one, I
- 6:00can visually see it go down.
- 6:03It's going down. It's going down. And
- 6:04then it boom, right here, it visually
- 6:07goes back up into a different direction.
- 6:11Right? Now that it's going back up in a
- 6:12different direction, I can once again
- 6:15visually see it hits this level and then
- 6:18starts to head down.
- 6:21Now, the reason I'm saying all this is
- 6:23because right now, we need to identify
- 6:26the trend, but you also need to make
- 6:28sure that you're marking your highs and
- 6:29lows because this will help you with
- 6:32what I'm going to say next.
- 6:34Now, with what we just marked up, I can
- 6:37see
- 6:38my highs.
- 6:40Right? I can see when price goes up.
- 6:42When price is buying, when price is
- 6:44green, when you see these green candles,
- 6:46that means price is buying. And then
- 6:48when it stops, that means sellers kicked
- 6:50in.
- 6:51Highs equals sellers, right? Let's just
- 6:54put it like this.
- 6:56Highs
- 6:58equal sellers.
- 7:01Lows
- 7:03equals
- 7:05buyers. In simple words,
- 7:09buy high I mean buy low, sell high.
- 7:13Simple.
- 7:14Buy low, sell high.
- 7:16You want to buy something for the lowest
- 7:18price and sell it for the highest price.
- 7:21That's all. That's it. Nothing else.
- 7:23Keep it just like that. So, whenever
- 7:24you're looking at your charts, every
- 7:26time you mark a high, that's a seller.
- 7:29That's a seller.
- 7:30This is a seller, right?
- 7:33Sellers are strong here.
- 7:36Sellers are strong here.
- 7:39Sellers are strong here.
- 7:43Now, the reason why this is important is
- 7:45because
- 7:47you need to identify are the sellers
- 7:49getting lower and lower
- 7:52or they going higher? In this case, you
- 7:54really wouldn't see any sellers.
- 7:57Uh
- 7:58I guess you would say it
- 7:59I
- 8:00Ah, how do I explain that in a way that
- 8:02you can understand? The sellers, if
- 8:04you're on a downtrend, is your best bet
- 8:06that you need to look for because this
- 8:08is your protection level. We're going to
- 8:10call it protection levels.
- 8:12Right? If we're selling price,
- 8:15these are the levels that we don't want
- 8:17to see price go back above. Once we've
- 8:19came here already
- 8:21and price is sold down, it's going to
- 8:23make a lower high.
- 8:25This lower high is our protection. So,
- 8:27anything can happen under here, but we
- 8:30don't want to see anything above here if
- 8:32we're on a downtrend.
- 8:34Does that make sense?
- 8:36So, with this being said,
- 8:38in a downtrend, the only thing that you
- 8:41need to focus on is if price is making
- 8:43lower lows and lower highs.
- 8:46Lower lows, lower highs.
- 8:48Lower lows. Now,
- 8:50it's the same thing as
- 8:53it's the same thing as an uptrend.
- 8:56How an uptrend I said to look at the
- 8:58highs,
- 9:00in a downtrend, you would be looking at
- 9:02the lows because the lows provide you
- 9:04information of where price is heading.
- 9:08So, basically, what that means is I'm
- 9:10going to delete all this.
- 9:12This low,
- 9:15any
- 9:16action, price action, any action under
- 9:20here
- 9:21is signaling you
- 9:24that price is going to go
- 9:27from that level that it went under
- 9:29to the level that it stops at.
- 9:32So, if you see price move,
- 9:35you you visually can see that price came
- 9:38to this level. Let's go ahead and mark
- 9:39it this way.
- 9:43See if I can find my tool.
- 9:47Right? If you can visually see
- 9:50price come down to this level,
- 9:54have a rejection and go back up in a
- 9:56different direction,
- 9:57anything under that level is telling you
- 10:00it's going to go from that level that it
- 10:02broke to wherever it did it this again.
- 10:06Wherever you visually see that low
- 10:07again.
- 10:08Right?
- 10:09So,
- 10:11in all cases,
- 10:14this is what it's going to be.
- 10:20Keep it as simple as this.
- 10:22When price breaks this low, it creates
- 10:24an indication, shows us where that
- 10:27indication is going to end, corrects,
- 10:29and comes back down.
- 10:31Price is going to move zone from zone.
- 10:34Let's explain it like that. Zone to
- 10:36zone. So, if it breaks out of this zone,
- 10:40it's going to the next zone.
- 10:42And if it breaks this zone, it's going
- 10:44to the next zone, which I'll get into
- 10:46later, but it's going into the next
- 10:48zone.
- 10:50Right? Price is moving zone to zone.
- 10:52That's all you got to know. So, if it
- 10:54breaks back under this level, it's going
- 10:56to that level that it made already.
- 10:58Zone to zone. So, this zone to this
- 11:01zone. This zone to this zone.
- 11:04All we're trying to do to get into this
- 11:06trade is identify when price is finally
- 11:10continuing. Because this first initial
- 11:12breakout is normally to grab you out of
- 11:15your trade or put gamblers into the
- 11:17market, so then they can later take the
- 11:19money. But, like I said, I don't want to
- 11:21explain crazy too much in just one day,
- 11:24so let's get back
- 11:26Let's get back to explaining trends.
- 11:28Right? So,
- 11:30I want you to understand that the higher
- 11:32the time frame
- 11:37higher the time frame
- 11:43the more
- 11:44price
- 11:46respects
- 11:48the
- 11:50structure.
- 11:51Or we can just say market. Right? Or
- 11:54just say MS.
- 11:56Right? Price respects the market
- 11:58structure on the higher time frames. The
- 12:00higher you are, the more it respects.
- 12:03Now, once again, you may be asking,
- 12:04"What is What is
- 12:07What is price?" Or "What is the higher
- 12:09time frame?" Or you might be asking,
- 12:11"What is market structure?" Right?
- 12:13Market structure is only these four
- 12:15things. Four things that you need to
- 12:17know.
- 12:19Four things. This is it. This is all you
- 12:21need to remember.
- 12:22This is all you need to remember.
- 12:27Market structure is
- 12:29a lower high
- 12:33Let's go ahead and type that out for
- 12:34you. Lower high
- 12:39lower low
- 12:41Right? And then we have
- 12:46higher high
- 12:51higher low.
- 12:53It's literally in the name. You don't
- 12:56even have to
- 12:57ask what the definition is. It's
- 12:58literally in the name. A high that's
- 13:01higher than the previous one. A low
- 13:03that's higher than the previous one.
- 13:06A high that's lower than the previous
- 13:08one. A low which is lower than the
- 13:11previous one. So, literally read it just
- 13:14like this from this low to this low
- 13:18lower. So, read it just like that from
- 13:21the second word to the first word. Low
- 13:24lower.
- 13:25The low is lower. The high is lower. The
- 13:28low is higher. The high is lower or
- 13:31higher, sorry.
- 13:33That's it. That's market structure just
- 13:35in itself, right? Now, there's so many
- 13:38different ways that you can name this,
- 13:40right? Cuz this higher high could also
- 13:43be
- 13:44a indication.
- 13:48This higher high could also be
- 13:51sellers level.
- 13:56This higher high could also be
- 14:00resistance.
- 14:03Right? This low could be
- 14:08buyers.
- 14:10Correction.
- 14:15Right? This could be buyers level, I
- 14:17said that, support.
- 14:20Some people would use supply and demand,
- 14:21same thing. All the same thing.
- 14:24Right?
- 14:25This could all be the names and terms.
- 14:27If you really want to get technical,
- 14:29this is all the terms that you could use
- 14:30it for.
- 14:32All the same things.
- 14:34What works for a lot of people is
- 14:35calling it buyers level and sellers
- 14:37level. Because remember, you're trading.
- 14:41Right? You're trading.
- 14:44So,
- 14:46there either has to be more
- 14:49buyers
- 14:51than sellers
- 14:54or more sellers
- 14:58than buyers in order for price to trend.
- 15:04And when price is more buyers than
- 15:08sellers, the buyers are heading to new
- 15:11sellers, and if they're selling, price
- 15:14is heading to new buyers. So,
- 15:19basically what all this means is let's
- 15:22say
- 15:24Let's just delete all this now.
- 15:27If it lets me.
- 15:31Okay, it won't let me. All right, there
- 15:33we go.
- 15:34All right, let's say we was in a trend.
- 15:40Right? And we had this.
- 15:44Basically, what I'm seeing is buyers
- 15:47just came into the market and made a new
- 15:49high.
- 15:51This correction is solely showing us
- 15:53that buyers are exhausted and needing
- 15:56some more gas and more fuel to pump back
- 15:58into the market. Now,
- 16:01to get back into what I was saying
- 16:02earlier,
- 16:03when price is on a higher timeframe,
- 16:06higher
- 16:10the timeframe,
- 16:16more respect. I got to use less words,
- 16:19so that way you can you can understand
- 16:21like
- 16:23higher timeframe, more respect. That's
- 16:25it. Higher timeframe, more respect.
- 16:27Higher the timeframe, more respect.
- 16:30Higher the timeframe, more the respect.
- 16:33So, if I'm on the 4-hour or daily
- 16:35timeframe,
- 16:36price is going to respect the rules.
- 16:39Now, what are the rules?
- 16:41If price
- 16:43makes
- 16:44a higher
- 16:46high,
- 16:49next is
- 16:51higher low.
- 16:54Let's just spell it out for you guys.
- 16:55Higher low. Literally just like math.
- 17:00If
- 17:02X or if HH
- 17:08equals uh How do I How would I even put
- 17:10that? If HH
- 17:14is
- 17:15higher,
- 17:17I don't know how to put that in like a
- 17:20a math terminology, but in my head, I'm
- 17:22I'm like, "Oh, that makes sense in a
- 17:24math
- 17:25equation." But, if
- 17:27higher high
- 17:30leads
- 17:31to
- 17:33higher low
- 17:36then
- 17:37higher low leads
- 17:40to
- 17:41dot dot dot dot dot. You answer the
- 17:43question from here. From here, if HH
- 17:47leads to HL, then HL leads to
- 17:52So, in other words,
- 17:56if I made a higher high, this is a
- 17:58higher high because it's higher than the
- 18:00previous one.
- 18:03If HH, higher high, leads to HL, higher
- 18:07low, because this low is higher than
- 18:11this one,
- 18:12then higher low leads to
- 18:16higher high.
- 18:18And this is a trend,
- 18:19right? Vice versa, if it was a
- 18:21downtrend, it would be the same thing.
- 18:25If it was a downtrend, it would
- 18:26literally be the same thing. Let's do
- 18:33I'm pretty sure can I do it like
- 18:37Okay, there we go.
- 18:40So, in this case,
- 18:42let's just do LL
- 18:45leads to
- 18:48LH.
- 18:52So,
- 18:54once again,
- 18:55low,
- 18:58high,
- 19:00lower low, because this low
- 19:03is lower than this one,
- 19:06lower high,
- 19:09because this high is lower than this
- 19:11one.
- 19:13If LL, lower low, so right here where my
- 19:17cursor is at, leads to
- 19:20LH,
- 19:21which is where here is at,
- 19:24then oops, I forgot to change that part.
- 19:30Let's change that.
- 19:34Then HL, then HL leads to
- 19:39HL leads to
- 19:42LL.
- 19:44Right? It's just a pattern. You're just
- 19:46trying to spot out where the pattern is
- 19:48at. The higher the time frame, the more
- 19:50it respects these rules. Right? So, it's
- 19:53always good to trade on the higher time
- 19:55frame because the rules are really
- 19:57respected.
- 20:00Let's delete this. So, everything that I
- 20:03just went over, now I'm going to show
- 20:05you the trade that I got into for today.
- 20:08Or pretty much last week, but it played
- 20:10out today.
- 20:11So, in this scenario, you can see that
- 20:15we can already determine what trend we
- 20:17are on.
- 20:21Low,
- 20:22lower high, because this high is lower
- 20:26than this one.
- 20:28Lower low, cuz this low is lower than
- 20:32this one.
- 20:33So, if low,
- 20:36lower high, so if HL
- 20:39equals what?
- 20:41LL.
- 20:43And if LL is here, then it's going to do
- 20:46what? LH.
- 20:49And if LH is made, then it's going to do
- 20:52what after?
- 20:53Another LL. So, if LL is made, what is
- 20:57price most likely going to do?
- 20:59LH. And if LH is made, then what's next?
- 21:03LL.
- 21:05So, with all this being said,
- 21:09you have to remember to keep the trend
- 21:11simple. All you're doing, all I'm doing,
- 21:14in this case I was on the daily time
- 21:16frame
- 21:17to visualize and see these higher lows
- 21:20and lower lows and lower highs. I was
- 21:22able to pick them out here more than I
- 21:24was on the 4-hour time frame. So, if we
- 21:26go to the 4-hour, it looks you can still
- 21:28see the downtrend visual like you can
- 21:31still visually see the downtrend.
- 21:33But, when I went to the daily time
- 21:35frame, it kind of cleared all this up
- 21:37into one big trend, right? Cuz these are
- 21:40multiple trends. This is a downtrend
- 21:42right here, as you can see. As you can
- 21:44see, all this structure is respected.
- 21:46Look at it. Right here, respected.
- 21:49Respected.
- 21:51Respected.
- 21:53Respected.
- 21:56Respected. And then here went on a
- 21:58correction, came back up, tested, and
- 22:00then came back down again, and started
- 22:02going back on that downtrend. So, the
- 22:04highest point is here, then it
- 22:06respected, went down more, came up a
- 22:09little bit, respected.
- 22:12Right? Respected, and then dropped more.
- 22:14So, you can see that the 4-hour time
- 22:16frame is definitely respecting
- 22:18everything. The only reason we had that
- 22:20one break is because price on the daily
- 22:22time frame just made a new low. So, it
- 22:25needed a correction. Right here is where
- 22:27that new low was made. So, I'm going to
- 22:28draw this box right here.
- 22:32New low indication. Then we had a
- 22:35correction, which is all that movement
- 22:36on the 4-hour time frame right here. So,
- 22:38that was that indication right here.
- 22:40Price started correcting to go back up.
- 22:43And then we started to bring it back
- 22:45down under this level, which then we
- 22:47sold.
- 22:49So, first day, keeping it simple,
- 22:51talking about trends and how to identify
- 22:53them. Tomorrow we'll talk about getting
- 22:56looking for those corrections and how to
- 22:58get ready for our entry. But, today I
- 23:01just kind of wanted to go over just
- 23:03market structure
- 23:04is pretty much key to understanding
- 23:07anything else. You got to literally
- 23:09learn this first before you can even get
- 23:11an entry because if you get an entry
- 23:12without knowing this, then you're going
- 23:14to get freaked out because let's say
- 23:16this.
- 23:17I actually entered
- 23:19right around this level right around
- 23:22here, like
- 23:24like right around this candle right
- 23:26here.
- 23:27And then, I got put into some drawdown.
- 23:30But, this drawdown didn't hurt me or
- 23:33phase me because I knew that this was
- 23:36our high. So, price has the literally it
- 23:40can do whatever it wants in between any
- 23:42of this. It could have came all the way
- 23:44up here and retested and sold down.
- 23:46Right? It can do anything it wants to as
- 23:48long as it respects the rules
- 23:51that it has to make a lower high.
- 23:54As long as it respects that rule,
- 23:56then I know that price will respect it,
- 23:59make that lower high, and then look to
- 24:01make the lower low.
- 24:03All this movement is just price trying
- 24:05to find out where it's going to make
- 24:07that lower high.
- 24:09Right? It's not trying to buy all the
- 24:11way up. It's just trying to find a It's
- 24:13literally trying to find a parking spot.
- 24:15It's like price correcting is just
- 24:17trying to find a parking spot so it can
- 24:20get out and continue on with its journey
- 24:22of where it was going to go in the first
- 24:24place. So,
- 24:26with all that being said,
- 24:28I want you guys to really keep this as
- 24:30simple as possible. Like, I don't want
- 24:32trading to be super hard for you. I want
- 24:34it to be as easy and accessible as
- 24:37possible.
- 24:38Um as you can see here, I kept it pretty
- 24:41simple. If you have any questions,
- 24:42please let me know. Uh am I missing
- 24:45anything?
- 24:47Uh I trade off the 4-hour time frame
- 24:49mostly. Sometimes I jump on a daily when
- 24:52things are a little bit clear. As you
- 24:53can see here,
- 24:55you can you can easily identify what
- 24:58part of the trend we are on based off
- 25:00the daily time frame
- 25:02compared to going to the 4-hour time
- 25:04frame. So, let's flip to the 4-hour.
- 25:10So, as you can see, it's a little bit
- 25:12more trickier on the 4-hour, which is
- 25:13always good to have multiple time frame
- 25:16analysis. So, just kind of looking up
- 25:18and looking down on things. So, if I was
- 25:20on the 4-hour, I would always come up
- 25:22and look at the daily to see if they
- 25:24kind of match. See if I can get some
- 25:26type of feeling from the daily. Um if
- 25:29I'm on the 4-hour, sometimes I jump down
- 25:31to the 1-hour to see if I get a little
- 25:32bit more details. It's always good to
- 25:34have multiple
- 25:36um
- 25:36details and multiple analysis on
- 25:38different time frames as long as they
- 25:40all correlate in the end. So, you can't
- 25:42be on the 4-hour time frame saying, "Oh,
- 25:44price is on an uptrend." And then the
- 25:46daily time frame is saying, "Oh, price
- 25:48is on a downtrend." Cuz that doesn't
- 25:50make any sense.
- 25:52So, with that being said, thank you for
- 25:53watching. This is uh pretty much 001 of
- 25:57the new year. And yeah, see you guys
- 25:59tomorrow.
- 26:05All right. So, this is actually my first
- 26:08time hopping on the charts in a bit.
- 26:11But, as you can see, the market has
- 26:12completely shifted and changed. Uh
- 26:15there's a few things that I'm going to
- 26:16point out, but first I'm going to
- 26:18completely clear my chart, clear all my
- 26:21alerts. As you can see, I set a lot of
- 26:23alerts, over 52 notifications, but
- 26:27hey man, you got it you got to set
- 26:29these. These are like my prime bread and
- 26:31butter to making money when it comes to
- 26:33trading. Like, I feel like without
- 26:35alerts, I wouldn't be where I'm at
- 26:37today, to be honest.
- 26:39But, anyways, let's get into it. So, for
- 26:42some reason, they're not deleting, but
- 26:45it's cool.
- 26:46Um let's first go back to like pretty
- 26:49much how everything is going. So, as you
- 26:52can see, I closed on Wednesday the 9th
- 26:54for $15.3 million.
- 26:57As you can see, I have 11 trades with 50
- 27:00like a 54% win rate. Like I told you, I
- 27:03ended up getting into
- 27:06um some more trades. So, as you can see,
- 27:08four trades right here, one trade here.
- 27:10These are me adding more positions to
- 27:12the current position that I was already
- 27:14in. So, as you can see, this is when I
- 27:17made uh partials. I took partials. And
- 27:20if we go here, we can see when I opened
- 27:23a trade in the first place. So, I opened
- 27:25this trade on July
- 27:2829th.
- 27:29I took partials for $2 million on the
- 27:334th.
- 27:34And then I carried this all the way
- 27:36until the 9th. So, pretty much I was
- 27:40really holding this trade
- 27:43a month and some change. A month and
- 27:45some change, yeah. So, the 29th
- 27:48that's one one month.
- 27:51two three
- 27:54four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12
- 27:58days. So, 1 month and 12 days is how
- 28:01long I held this trade. I was holding
- 28:02this trade since July the 29th and then
- 28:06pretty much took partials on August 4th
- 28:10for $2 million
- 28:11and then also closing this trade fully
- 28:14on September 9th. And also taking um
- 28:19extra positions on the 3rd and the 4th
- 28:21of September, which ended up coming up
- 28:23as a loss, as you can see over here.
- 28:26Um -500,000, -500,000, -500,000,
- 28:31which is pretty much where I lost at.
- 28:33So,
- 28:35with that being said,
- 28:36um this trade honestly everything was
- 28:40going exactly how it needed to go. I
- 28:43feel like
- 28:45when it came to this
- 28:48I was holding more on to the simple fact
- 28:51that I was trusting the daily timeframe,
- 28:52even though there were small things
- 28:55in the market that was showing like,
- 28:57okay, the 1-hour go bearish or the
- 28:594-hour go bearish. I think I was leaning
- 29:01a little bit hard on that daily
- 29:03timeframe to continue to hold up. Um
- 29:07it held up pretty nicely. It just could
- 29:10not break above
- 29:13Let me see exactly what level that was.
- 29:15It could not break above the Oh, yeah.
- 29:19It was 4,500
- 29:21that it just could not break above. It
- 29:23tried multiple times.
- 29:25Um also this level right around here,
- 29:27which is 4,450,
- 29:30it was having a hard time breaking above
- 29:33that level. Um like I'm a market right
- 29:35here.
- 29:37Right around this level, it just had a
- 29:38hard time breaking it. As you can see,
- 29:40it broke the first time, which is when I
- 29:42started to add positions. As you can
- 29:44see, this is September 4th right here
- 29:46down at the bottom. So, if you look down
- 29:48here, you can see the date. September
- 29:503rd, September 4th was when I added
- 29:53positions due to the fact that price
- 29:55pushed up above this level. So,
- 29:58everything I did was more logical on my
- 30:01end. I wasn't just adding positions just
- 30:03to add positions. I was adding positions
- 30:05because above this level, we've already
- 30:07got the indication. So, we already got
- 30:10the signs that price was going to break
- 30:12above here and try to progress up to
- 30:14this level. The probabilities of that
- 30:16were really high, especially with it
- 30:18being on the 4-hour timeframe and
- 30:20overall everything just showing signs of
- 30:23bullishness. As you can see, price ended
- 30:26up coming all the way up, selling off.
- 30:28All this was in my head as a correction.
- 30:31So, if we go to the daily, you can see
- 30:32that the daily made a new high. It
- 30:34corrected, held above this level of
- 30:36support. So, as you can see, this level
- 30:38of support was being held. I'm going to
- 30:40draw this all the way through cuz we're
- 30:41going to use it later on.
- 30:43But, as you can see, this held up pretty
- 30:46strong. And once it pushed off the
- 30:49daily, I was like, "Okay, the daily time
- 30:51frame is respecting this level." So, I'm
- 30:53going to just go ahead and
- 30:55uh start a new one. Okay.
- 30:57I'm going to just go ahead and show you
- 30:58how it was. This is what I seen.
- 31:01So, even prior to that, this is what I
- 31:04seen.
- 31:06So, I seen price come into the daily
- 31:08time frame support level, which is a
- 31:10level where all buyers are going to be
- 31:12sitting at. So, in trading, I always
- 31:14like to look at everything as buyers and
- 31:16sellers, because once again, you're
- 31:18trading. So, if I'm in buys, I'm taking
- 31:21my buys to sellers. If I'm in sales, I'm
- 31:24taking my sales to buyers, right? You
- 31:26wouldn't try to sell a TV to somebody
- 31:29else that's selling a TV. So, you
- 31:31wouldn't take a buy order to another buy
- 31:33order. And how I like to look at it is
- 31:35lows is where buyers are at, highs is
- 31:38where sellers are at. So, always keep
- 31:40that in mind. So, I'll mark it out for
- 31:42you. Highs
- 31:44equals
- 31:47sellers.
- 31:51And lows equal buyers.
- 31:54Right? And I always keep it like that,
- 31:56because it didn't help me understand if
- 31:59there's one
- 32:00of too many. Like, in order for a trend
- 32:03to happen, it has to have one of the
- 32:05other at the most, at the max potential.
- 32:08So, if you're in a uptrend, that means
- 32:10you have
- 32:11way too many buyers in the market, where
- 32:14price is just constantly pushing up.
- 32:16Every is is demand is literally
- 32:19infinite. Like, everybody wants it,
- 32:21right? The hottest product, right? So,
- 32:23in gold, it was like the hottest thing
- 32:25that everybody was getting into. And
- 32:27then for sellers, it's like once price
- 32:29gets to a point where everybody wants to
- 32:31either collect profits or they don't see
- 32:33any value in it anymore, they start
- 32:35selling it off, right?
- 32:37So, with all this being said, along with
- 32:40um
- 32:41the interest rates and all the things
- 32:43that was coming up, um they said that it
- 32:46was going to cut rates. Cutting rates
- 32:48means that
- 32:49pretty much gold is going to go down in
- 32:51simple terms.
- 32:53Um
- 32:53with that being said,
- 32:57there was just overall like
- 33:01a mindset in me that I was like just
- 33:03focus on the daily. Just focus on the
- 33:05daily. Normally, I trade 4-hour and
- 33:071-hour, but I was so fixated on
- 33:10trusting that daily process to continue
- 33:12to do what I think it was going to do.
- 33:14Now,
- 33:15would you say that I was not paying
- 33:18attention to the market or would you say
- 33:19that I kind of had an ego? No, because
- 33:24I was overall looking at the structure
- 33:26still. I was
- 33:27going based off what the market was
- 33:29showing me on the daily time frame. But,
- 33:32what I did wrong was not pay attention
- 33:34to the smaller time frames building up
- 33:36for the daily time frames, right? So,
- 33:39let's just go ahead and keep walking
- 33:41through the process. So, mind you, my
- 33:43position is pretty much all the way down
- 33:45here. So,
- 33:47my position's like way down here.
- 33:50So, all this is just profit. I'm still
- 33:52floating in profit. I could have closed
- 33:54that anytime. I could have closed at the
- 33:55high. I could have closed anywhere to
- 33:57make profit. My thing was, can I make
- 34:00this into a longer swing trade? Because
- 34:02normally, I'm just a swing trader. Like
- 34:05I I've been swing trading for 3 years
- 34:06now. This this is like my bread and
- 34:08butter. So, with that being said,
- 34:11as all this is happening, price comes to
- 34:14this support level and buyers end up
- 34:16pushing the market up. This was a good
- 34:18sign because that means that this level
- 34:20is strong and it has a lot of buyers
- 34:23waiting to buy price at this price,
- 34:26right? Buyers, right? So, that means
- 34:29let's say if I had like a shoe
- 34:32or let's just say I had this
- 34:35Goyard bag, right?
- 34:37Let's say if I had this Goyard bag for
- 34:40$2,000, right? Let's say I had it for
- 34:42$2,000.
- 34:44Everybody wants this bag, right?
- 34:47Then, that way I can be like, "Okay,
- 34:51right now it's going for 3,000, but
- 34:53buyers are not going to buy it until
- 34:54it's back to 2,000." So, let's say I
- 34:57I am selling it for 3,000.
- 34:59If I say I'm selling for 3,000, some
- 35:01people might wait until the value goes
- 35:03down on it in order to buy, right? So,
- 35:06in this case,
- 35:08price was going down
- 35:10and buyers was ready to buy. So, then
- 35:12what did they do? They bought price at a
- 35:14good price. So, people thought gold was
- 35:16going to be good to buy at 4,325,
- 35:21which then an absurd amount of buyers
- 35:23came into the market and they started to
- 35:25buy price,
- 35:26right?
- 35:28So, as they started to buy price, price
- 35:30ended up coming back above this current
- 35:32level.
- 35:33So, in simple terms, when buyers buy
- 35:37above 4,440,
- 35:40so this level right here that I'm
- 35:41pointing to, normally there's an obscene
- 35:44amount of demand
- 35:46for price to continue to go forward. So,
- 35:48there's an insane amount of people
- 35:50wanting to buy price now because it's
- 35:52above 4,440.
- 35:56So, that basically means
- 35:59>> [snorts]
- 36:00>> if I had this bag
- 36:02for
- 36:03$3,000 at first, it went back down to
- 36:052,000, people started buying a bunch of
- 36:08them, then the other people that see
- 36:10these people buying, they're going to be
- 36:12like, "Oh, I need to buy the bag,
- 36:14too." It's kind of like how um influence
- 36:17works or like celebrities.
- 36:20Trends, basically. This is This is all
- 36:22related to trends. This is how a trend
- 36:23starts.
- 36:25When you see a celebrity wear some
- 36:26clothes,
- 36:28at first it was a low cost, right? It
- 36:31was probably like the shoe was probably
- 36:32like $100 or something like that. Like
- 36:34I'm just making an example. And then if
- 36:36you see Kim Kardashian wear it, it's
- 36:38like, "Damn, I got to get those shoes,
- 36:40too." So now they're going to mark up
- 36:42the value on those shoes. So now it's
- 36:44going to be $400 for the pair of shoes
- 36:46that was costing $100.
- 36:48Right? That's with everything in the
- 36:49world. Everything in the world is like
- 36:51that. The things that you buy, some of
- 36:54the stuff costs literally $100, $50 to
- 36:57make.
- 36:58But since it's got a name behind it,
- 37:01people will buy more of it at whatever
- 37:03price they can get it. So, same way with
- 37:06the market. Whenever price is above a
- 37:08certain level,
- 37:09there's more demand for it, and now
- 37:11everybody wants it.
- 37:13So buyers got it at a good price, pushed
- 37:16it up for a while. Now, this is the
- 37:18thing that we have to pay attention pay
- 37:20attention to the most. Where I got wrong
- 37:23is I fully trusted the
- 37:26price to go above and keep going up from
- 37:29here. Cuz price has made it already
- 37:31indication, it corrected,
- 37:34showed that it didn't want to go down,
- 37:36and now it's coming back above this
- 37:37high. In my eyes, if price is doing
- 37:40that, it's going to look to come to this
- 37:42next high.
- 37:43Now, the thing is here,
- 37:45what happened was was price ended up
- 37:47rejecting this level.
- 37:50Now, people are going to be like, "Well,
- 37:52what did you do there? Is that a fake
- 37:54out?" Me personally, I don't think
- 37:55that's a fake out. I think it's just the
- 37:57overall shift change. So in this way,
- 38:01I would look at this as like, "Okay,
- 38:03going down from the daily to the 4-hour
- 38:05to see what's going on." So we're going
- 38:06to go and see what's going on in the
- 38:08market. So as you can see, price did
- 38:10come up, it came high, and then it
- 38:12stopped at 4,450.
- 38:15So right around that level or 4,493.
- 38:21Price stopped around here and then sold
- 38:23off. Now, this is the first sign,
- 38:27but it also could play two ways. This is
- 38:29why it's always good to wait for that
- 38:30second initial push cuz that second
- 38:33initial push will always tell you what
- 38:35price is going to do next. So, since
- 38:38price didn't go high, this was
- 38:40considered a This was considered a lot
- 38:43of things. So, let me let me try to
- 38:45explain this in a simple way. So, for
- 38:46the 4-hour time frame, this was price
- 38:49showing us that it was changing
- 38:51structures cuz remember that correction
- 38:53has to build a downtrend. So, on the
- 38:56daily, this was just a red candle, but
- 38:59as you can see the 4-hour, it was a
- 39:01whole downtrend.
- 39:02Right? For a continuation, so if price
- 39:05wanted to continue to buy, it needed to
- 39:07break out of that cycle.
- 39:09So,
- 39:11if you ever watched any of my previous
- 39:13videos, you will see that I'm talking
- 39:14about how a downtrend will be lower
- 39:17high, lower low, and you can only have
- 39:19lower highs and lower lows in a
- 39:21downtrend. So, with that being said,
- 39:23price ended up breaking that structure
- 39:25on the 4-hour, and now there's a higher
- 39:28high.
- 39:29Right? So, right around here, now
- 39:31there's a higher high,
- 39:32which is signs of price being bullish,
- 39:35which is what I thought. Right? So, I'm
- 39:37still going based off everything that
- 39:39I'm seeing and what the market is
- 39:41producing to my eyes.
- 39:43Right? As you can see here, we have
- 39:46price breaking and making a higher high
- 39:48here. So, this, in my eyes, was simply a
- 39:52higher low because look,
- 39:54this is our lower high,
- 39:57this is our lower low.
- 40:00The next movement created a high, which
- 40:03was higher than the previous one, so
- 40:05this is our higher high.
- 40:07Price shot down, made a low, but this
- 40:11low is higher than the previous low, so
- 40:12this is a higher low.
- 40:15This is what initially got me to wanting
- 40:17to buy price because now price is giving
- 40:19me a higher high and a higher low. So,
- 40:22I'm thinking the 4-hour is going to go
- 40:24back on a a uptrend which will turn into
- 40:27the daily being in an uptrend. But then,
- 40:30as you can see, we ended up coming here,
- 40:33making a support level here. Price ended
- 40:36up staying stagnant
- 40:38and not going anywhere. It didn't go
- 40:41anywhere for a couple of days and then
- 40:43it finally broke to the downside which
- 40:45is when I overall ended up closing my
- 40:48trade because now this is a lower low.
- 40:52We also have higher highs in the market
- 40:55and now everything is just completely
- 40:57confusing because how do we have higher
- 41:01highs and higher lows and lower lows and
- 41:03lower highs in the same market and I'm
- 41:05looking for an uptrend. The only thing I
- 41:08should see is creations of a higher high
- 41:10and higher low when it comes to an
- 41:12uptrend. So, now since I don't have
- 41:14that, we ended up closing the trade and
- 41:17price just started staying stagnant
- 41:19which then later on moved down and now
- 41:22we have indications to the downside. As
- 41:25you can see, look at all this movement,
- 41:27this random movement for a couple of
- 41:29days, not staying not going anywhere and
- 41:31now we finally got movements under this
- 41:34level. But the only thing with this is
- 41:36price has already solidified that this
- 41:38is a ground level that buyers are
- 41:40sitting at.
- 41:41So, anywhere any anything that's
- 41:43happening now has to happen under that
- 41:46level.
- 41:47Right? We're going to put this back
- 41:48here.
- 41:51And then we're going to put this back
- 41:52here. So, right here, basically price is
- 41:56telling us buyers are sitting at this
- 41:58level.
- 42:00Buyers are sitting here, very strong
- 42:03here, and then we also have a sellers
- 42:06are sitting very strong here too as
- 42:08well. So, right around this level
- 42:09sitting very strong and in between these
- 42:12two levels, we really don't have any
- 42:14choice. We don't have anything that we
- 42:15can do outside the box. We just have to
- 42:18take
- 42:20take what price is doing now and wait
- 42:22for it to break either
- 42:244,389.
- 42:27So, let's say 4,390
- 42:29and then let's say it has to either
- 42:31break 4,248.
- 42:34Because in between here, there's a
- 42:35mixture of everything. So, if we go here
- 42:38and we look
- 42:40I'll clear the charts.
- 42:43Try to clear these alerts again.
- 42:47I think I have to refresh this page in
- 42:49order to
- 42:52in order to do this.
- 42:54Let's go back.
- 42:59All right. There we go.
- 43:01So,
- 43:03we go back to the 4-hour time frame
- 43:05and we see what price is doing. We can
- 43:07see that we have our highest point
- 43:10here
- 43:11of the market and the reason why I'm
- 43:13choosing this is due to the fact that if
- 43:16I'm visually looking at the charts, I
- 43:18can see that one, let's just go ahead
- 43:20and mark the easiest one. We can see
- 43:22that price is no longer going any
- 43:23further than this. So, from here, I can
- 43:26see that okay,
- 43:28I could have marked this. So, let me
- 43:30just give you the whole thought process.
- 43:32I have the low here, high, low,
- 43:35semi-high. So, we'll just still use this
- 43:37one. I can see that it broke above here,
- 43:39but then ended up selling off. So, I see
- 43:41that this is the high.
- 43:43This is now the low.
- 43:44I can see that these are both equal to
- 43:46all of this. So, that's why I marked
- 43:48everything. So, right now we have this.
- 43:50Right? I can see that price created a
- 43:51high,
- 43:53higher low,
- 43:54high, and then ended up selling off from
- 43:56here. So, the last point that we went
- 43:58the highest
- 44:00was here.
- 44:02Right? And I like to mark the body
- 44:04closes when it comes to marking my
- 44:05charts. So, I'm always marking body
- 44:07close because I feel like that is a
- 44:10closed deal. Whenever you close at a
- 44:11certain point, it's a closed deal.
- 44:14Whenever it's a wick, it means that
- 44:15price attempted to do that but didn't
- 44:18settle with the price. It's kind of like
- 44:20explaining it in a way like, let's say
- 44:22if you was on an auction, like they'll
- 44:24be like, "$100 here, $200 here, $300
- 44:26here, 300 300 here."
- 44:28"Nobody wants it for 300? All right,
- 44:30back down to 200, 200." And then they'll
- 44:32be like, "Okay, sold to the person in
- 44:34200." So, it's like it attempted to try
- 44:36to sell it for three
- 44:38but nobody wanted to take it, so it came
- 44:40right back down to three, I mean two,
- 44:42and sold for two. So, think of it in
- 44:44that way. So, I don't want to use the
- 44:46number that wasn't used, right? I don't
- 44:49want to use the number that wasn't used.
- 44:50It It tried to attempt to use it, but
- 44:53nobody wanted it. So, it's like, why
- 44:55would I go for something that nobody
- 44:56else want, right? Especially when you're
- 44:59in a market where
- 45:01everything matters based off how much
- 45:03people want it and how much people don't
- 45:04want it, right? So, that's why I use the
- 45:06body closes.
- 45:08And with all this being said, this is
- 45:10how I would structure my chart. From
- 45:13here, this is it. 4-hour time frame,
- 45:16what is price doing? Um we could even
- 45:18utilize the fact that this could be a
- 45:21sign.
- 45:22Um I personally wouldn't just use this
- 45:24one because there is this level here
- 45:26that looks like it was a big influence
- 45:29to all that push. Like it was pushing
- 45:31good at first and then stopped here and
- 45:33then we started to trend down. Right? It
- 45:35tried to attempt again, but then started
- 45:37to trend down. So, this is the strongest
- 45:39one. If you want, you can mark this one
- 45:42up, but the chances of this being very
- 45:45strong is not going to be likely because
- 45:46let's say this happens. Price comes up
- 45:48into this level, it it it does good,
- 45:51breaks above here, and then we get
- 45:53stopped here.
- 45:54Right? We get stopped here because that
- 45:55is the last level that we went from a
- 45:57high.
- 45:58So, I would rather buy price above this
- 46:01level.
- 46:02So, let's go ahead and make this a
- 46:03little bit thinner.
- 46:05I would love to buy price above this
- 46:07level because I know that this is the
- 46:10last high that we had in this area.
- 46:13Right? A lot of people would try to look
- 46:15all the way back instead of looking at
- 46:18what needs to be broken and what needs
- 46:20to be done right now. What task, what
- 46:22high, what low do we need to break in
- 46:25order for price to say, "Hey,
- 46:27I'm moving." A lot of people are trying
- 46:29to figure out things over here when you
- 46:31have enough information here to go off
- 46:34of. You have enough information in the
- 46:36past 3 to 4 days. So, this is like
- 46:40This is September 23rd, September 22nd,
- 46:44September 21st, September 18th. You have
- 46:471 week of information right here in your
- 46:49eyes on the 4-hour time frame. And
- 46:51that's all you need right here because
- 46:53it gives you highs, it gives you lows.
- 46:55Right? We got a low here, we got a high
- 46:57here. So, all we have to do now is wait
- 47:00for these levels to get broken and
- 47:02provide us with indications and
- 47:04corrections so that way we can profit
- 47:06later on. But, this would be my
- 47:08literally exact thought process. Okay.
- 47:12From here,
- 47:14set an alert.
- 47:17We'll set an alert right around here. We
- 47:19can even set it on the on the line.
- 47:22We can set an alert right here.
- 47:24And we can set an alert here.
- 47:28And we can set an alert
- 47:30here.
- 47:31So, on these lines when price breaks
- 47:34above or below any of these levels,
- 47:36price will alert us
- 47:38or TradingView will alert us to
- 47:41basically say, "Hey, price is breaking
- 47:43that level." And then from there, we
- 47:46start making our game plan on how we're
- 47:48going to enter. The first break is just
- 47:50to confirm, to let you know price is
- 47:54breaking that level. The correction is
- 47:56basically to grab liquidity, so that way
- 47:59you can get into the market and then the
- 48:01continuation is basically you getting
- 48:03into the trade and confirming that price
- 48:06is moving in that direction. In simple
- 48:08words,
- 48:11indication. So, let's do it this way.
- 48:15Indication,
- 48:17correction,
- 48:19continuation.
- 48:21In other words, lower low, lower high,
- 48:25new lower low.
- 48:26That's it. Vice versa.
- 48:30Higher high,
- 48:32higher low,
- 48:34higher high again.
- 48:35Indication, correction, continuation.
- 48:41That's it. Nothing else. Keep it simple.
- 48:44Keep it smooth.
- 48:46Just pay attention to what the market is
- 48:48doing because it always moves in trends
- 48:50and the rules of trends are if price is
- 48:52making a higher high, it's making a
- 48:53higher low. Once it makes the higher
- 48:55low, it's looking to make a new higher
- 48:57high.
- 48:58Downtrends. When price makes a lower
- 49:00low, it's looking to make a lower high.
- 49:03Once it makes that lower high and
- 49:04confirms it's a downtrend, it's going to
- 49:06go back for the lower low.
- 49:08That's it.
- 49:10It's all trending. When you see a trend,
- 49:12what happens? You see the same thing
- 49:15over and over. Pattern, pattern,
- 49:17pattern, pattern. Two things makes a
- 49:19pattern. Three things can make a
- 49:21pattern. Four things can make a pattern.
- 49:23But, it has to happen over and over.
- 49:25Lower high, lower low. Lower high, lower
- 49:28low. Lower high, lower low. It's a
- 49:30pattern. That's a pattern. Higher high,
- 49:32higher low. Higher high, higher low.
- 49:33Higher high,
- 49:35that's a pattern. When you know what is
- 49:37most likely going to come next, that
- 49:39becomes a pattern. Trends move in
- 49:41patterns. So, with that being said, if
- 49:43you look at the whole chart,
- 49:46we'll delete all this.
- 49:47If we look at the whole chart,
- 49:50let's pick a Let's pick a spot.
- 49:55Right? Even even back in prime gold,
- 49:58look at this.
- 50:01Oops.
- 50:03Higher high, higher low, lower high,
- 50:06lower low, small correction, then we go
- 50:08back up, higher high, higher low, higher
- 50:11high, higher low, higher high, then we
- 50:13have a small correction again, and then
- 50:16it builds back up, higher high, higher
- 50:18low, higher high, higher low, higher
- 50:20high, higher low. I don't know why I
- 50:22counted that one, but higher low, small
- 50:24correction again, lower high,
- 50:28higher low again, and then we have a
- 50:30another continuation back up to the
- 50:32upside, which was really astronomical.
- 50:34Higher high, higher low, and so forth,
- 50:37so forth. Higher high, higher low,
- 50:39higher high, higher low, higher high,
- 50:42higher low, higher high, higher low,
- 50:45higher high again.
- 50:47Higher low,
- 50:48builds back up, higher high, higher low,
- 50:51higher high, higher low, higher high,
- 50:53higher low, higher high,
- 50:55lower low, lower lower high, and then
- 50:58downtrend. Right? It's the same thing.
- 51:01It's the same thing.
- 51:03You just have to literally
- 51:05make it simple for yourself. Literally
- 51:08make it simple for yourself. But, with
- 51:10all that being said,
- 51:12that is what is currently going on in
- 51:14the previous market or the market now,
- 51:17and as I said, we are sitting right
- 51:19around
- 51:21We are sitting right around
- 51:24Let's see here.
- 51:26We're sitting right around
- 51:30um $149 million with pretty much a
- 51:34profit factor of 8.7, a win win rate of
- 51:3885.7%,
- 51:41and overall,
- 51:42it's been a good month. It's been a good
- 51:44year.
- 51:45And 72 trades, win 12 trades at a loss.
- 51:51And yeah.
- 51:53That's it.
- 51:55Let's get back into the video.
- 51:58All right. So, last year I pretty much
- 52:01did a YouTube course on how I traded in
- 52:042025. I pretty much still trade the same
- 52:07way in 2026. It's been a year, literally
- 52:10a year now
- 52:11since I made those videos. So, I'm going
- 52:13to redo everything once again, pretty
- 52:16much explaining how I trade,
- 52:18uh my psychology behind it, my thoughts,
- 52:20and my
- 52:22pretty much analogies with personal life
- 52:25and trading.
- 52:27Cuz I think everything relates to
- 52:28trading in this world to be honest in
- 52:30every simple form.
- 52:32So, with this being said, we're going to
- 52:34start with market structure and trends
- 52:36first. That is the most important part.
- 52:38Like, this video is literally the most
- 52:41important one because
- 52:43if you don't understand this part,
- 52:45you're not going to understand anything
- 52:48else. Like, it's not Like, you literally
- 52:50I can't stress it enough. Like,
- 52:53you have
- 52:54to learn
- 52:56market structure first.
- 52:58You have to learn this first.
- 53:02This is the easiest too. Like,
- 53:04this is like
- 53:08I got to take a take a Red Bull for this
- 53:10one, but
- 53:11you guys literally have to understand
- 53:13this first.
- 53:15It's all visual.
- 53:17Don't dig too deep into something that's
- 53:19all visual. Like,
- 53:21go based off what you see and trust your
- 53:23gut. Just trust your gut.
- 53:26Because people get too technical, they
- 53:28look at it too deeply when everything is
- 53:31right in front of your face.
- 53:34So,
- 53:35with this being said, I want to go over
- 53:37some rules that I like to use.
- 53:39First and foremost, I would love to say
- 53:41that ICC
- 53:44is not a
- 53:46strat. Like, oops. It's not a strat.
- 53:50It's just an easy way for me to explain
- 53:54market structure and price action to
- 53:55you.
- 53:56That's all it is. Nothing else, nothing
- 53:58more, right? I'm just trying to explain
- 54:00market structure to you cuz ICC is
- 54:02really indication, correction,
- 54:05continuation. But, it's really lower
- 54:07low, lower high, lower low.
- 54:11Right? So, with this being said,
- 54:13let's step into it. So, the first rule
- 54:17that I would love to explain to you guys
- 54:19is
- 54:20higher the time frame,
- 54:24more
- 54:26oops.
- 54:27More respect.
- 54:31That's it.
- 54:33I I got it. I feel like I got to say
- 54:34less words.
- 54:36I'mma say as less words as possible, but
- 54:38make the most sense. Higher the time
- 54:40frame, more respect.
- 54:43Right? Cuz we're talking about rules
- 54:45right now. So, let's go ahead and put
- 54:47this above there, too, so you don't
- 54:48forget. Rules.
- 54:50Higher the time frame, more respect. So,
- 54:53it respects the rules way more the
- 54:55higher the time frame you are.
- 54:58So, you may be asking, what are those
- 55:00rules? Okay.
- 55:02When, oops.
- 55:06Let's go ahead and take this.
- 55:07When price makes a
- 55:10higher low,
- 55:12it makes a higher high.
- 55:14When it makes a higher high, it makes a
- 55:17higher low.
- 55:18Kind of similar to like a math equation.
- 55:20So, in this case,
- 55:23if HH, higher high,
- 55:27equals
- 55:28higher low,
- 55:31then
- 55:32higher low equals HH.
- 55:36That's it.
- 55:38That's it.
- 55:40So, whenever you're in a trend
- 55:44I I don't know why I drew a downtrend.
- 55:46One second chart. Let's go ahead and
- 55:49reverse that.
- 55:54Right? Let's go ahead and reverse that
- 55:56right there.
- 56:03Hello.
- 56:04And
- 56:06higher low equals higher high. Right?
- 56:09So, if we're looking at an uptrend, we
- 56:11know that when a high is made, it's most
- 56:13likely going to make a low.
- 56:15When a higher low or higher high is
- 56:17made, it's going to make a higher low.
- 56:20And that's a trend.
- 56:21The higher the time frame, the more the
- 56:23respect of this.
- 56:25So,
- 56:26if
- 56:28LH, lower high
- 56:31equals lower low,
- 56:33then
- 56:35lower low equals
- 56:37lower high.
- 56:39Same thing.
- 56:41Same rules.
- 56:43Right?
- 56:44So, in this case,
- 56:46if I was looking at the chart, price
- 56:48would make a low,
- 56:50make a lower high,
- 56:52make a lower low.
- 56:53When it makes that lower low, it's
- 56:55looking to make a lower high.
- 56:57When it makes a lower high, it's looking
- 57:00to make a lower low.
- 57:01When it's looking to make a lower low,
- 57:04it looks to make a lower high.
- 57:06When it makes a lower high,
- 57:08it looks to make a lower low.
- 57:10That's it. Nothing else.
- 57:13That's it. Nothing else. So, when you
- 57:16have these rules, then you're not so
- 57:19scared of what current position you're
- 57:21in.
- 57:22And I'm going to help you break down
- 57:24pretty much what to do afterwards
- 57:26because identifying the trend is all
- 57:28visual work. Some people understand it,
- 57:30some people don't understand it. I
- 57:33personally think this is one of the
- 57:34easiest parts, but it also sets you up
- 57:36for a lot of things. Because one,
- 57:40we are talking about trends today, but
- 57:43just a little bit of information of
- 57:45indications, indications come from when
- 57:50lower lows
- 57:53are broken
- 57:57and when higher highs
- 58:00are
- 58:03broken.
- 58:05So, basically what I mean by broken is I
- 58:08mean that it just comes above that
- 58:10certain level. So, if we had a low, this
- 58:12is our low right here.
- 58:14So, let's just mark this out. If this
- 58:16was our low,
- 58:18anything under this becomes an
- 58:20indication.
- 58:21Which means that is a new lower low.
- 58:24When price makes something new, that is
- 58:26your indication.
- 58:27Right? And what is it indicating, you
- 58:29may ask?
- 58:30It's indicating you that from wherever
- 58:33it just broke out of,
- 58:35so if this was level 200,
- 58:40whenever price goes under 200, it's
- 58:44going to go to let's say this level is
- 58:48500.
- 58:50It's going to go to level 500. So, every
- 58:54time it goes under two, it's going to go
- 58:56to five.
- 58:57Let's going to do that the other way.
- 58:59Let's just say 50. Right? Cuz it's going
- 59:01down. So, the numbers should be going
- 59:03down.
- 59:05So, whenever price goes under 200,
- 59:08it goes to 50.
- 59:10That's an indication.
- 59:12It's letting us know, it's giving us
- 59:15information, it's giving us that that
- 59:18it's literally finishing your homework
- 59:20for you. It's telling you exactly from
- 59:22what level it's going to go to what
- 59:24level.
- 59:25Zone
- 59:27zone to zone.
- 59:30Zone to zone, that's it.
- 59:32One zone to the next zone.
- 59:34All you're trying to do is figure out
- 59:35when can you get in for that zone.
- 59:39Right? So, with that being said, that's
- 59:41the indication side of everything. Later
- 59:44on in a different video, I'mma explain
- 59:46pretty much the rest of everything, the
- 59:48continuations, the corrections that you
- 59:51have to look for, but I really want you
- 59:53to understand trends, right? I know it
- 59:55might sound simple to a lot of people or
- 59:58some people are still confused, but this
- 1:00:00is like one of the most important parts
- 1:00:02cuz this makes up everything else that
- 1:00:04we're going to go over pretty much in
- 1:00:05this whole series again. Uh just like
- 1:00:08the last time, I stressed this a lot
- 1:00:10that structure helps a lot. Structure
- 1:00:13helps a lot. So, to break down the trade
- 1:00:15that I'm currently in, if you follow me
- 1:00:17on Instagram, you know that I'm
- 1:00:18currently in gold sales. I got into gold
- 1:00:21sales a couple of days ago right around
- 1:00:23this level, and it's actually a perfect
- 1:00:26example on why higher time frames
- 1:00:28respect structure more. Cuz even though
- 1:00:32I got in a little bit late than where I
- 1:00:34should have, I got in a bit late.
- 1:00:38I got in a bit late, and price ended up
- 1:00:41Actually, I really got in a little bit
- 1:00:43early, but
- 1:00:45price ended up respecting structure,
- 1:00:47still creating a lower high, and then
- 1:00:49coming back and giving us another
- 1:00:51sell-off. So, basically, for the new
- 1:00:54newcomers, what I mean is
- 1:00:56there was a point where price was going
- 1:00:59up, of course.
- 1:01:00Then, we made a low.
- 1:01:03Then, we made a high, but this high is
- 1:01:06lower than this one. So, this high is
- 1:01:09way bigger than this this one down here.
- 1:01:12This high right here
- 1:01:13is under this one.
- 1:01:15So, that makes this a lower high.
- 1:01:18So, if LH
- 1:01:23LH
- 1:01:26equals LL.
- 1:01:32So, this is our LL.
- 1:01:35Then LH LL should equal LH.
- 1:01:39Which then it does. LH. So, then if LH
- 1:01:45equals LL, tell me what should happen
- 1:01:48next.
- 1:01:49Price should make an LL.
- 1:01:53That's it. We're not doing no complex
- 1:01:56math. We're not doing any crazy order
- 1:02:01blocks or
- 1:02:03we're not doing any patterns, chart
- 1:02:04patterns. We're not using bots,
- 1:02:06indicators, nothing. We're just looking
- 1:02:08at what price is giving us
- 1:02:11and we're breaking it down.
- 1:02:13That's all we're doing the whole time.
- 1:02:15If this is our high,
- 1:02:17when we hop on the chart, this is our
- 1:02:19high.
- 1:02:21Then this is our low.
- 1:02:27Right? This is our low.
- 1:02:29And we start here.
- 1:02:32We start here in this level. We have our
- 1:02:35high and then we have our low. Then
- 1:02:37price comes here and it makes a lower
- 1:02:39high.
- 1:02:42And a lower low.
- 1:02:44Mind you,
- 1:02:46let's go ahead and put this rule in here
- 1:02:48cuz I didn't I don't remember saying it
- 1:02:50at all.
- 1:02:53Actually, I I definitely did.
- 1:02:56But, let's just do it again.
- 1:02:58In a downtrend,
- 1:03:02there's only two different structures.
- 1:03:05A lower high
- 1:03:08and a lower low.
- 1:03:10That's the only two things. So, when you
- 1:03:12see one of these, it's most likely a
- 1:03:15downtrend. So, when you see a high,
- 1:03:17that's under a previous high, and this
- 1:03:20is a lower high,
- 1:03:21it's most likely a downtrend.
- 1:03:23If you see a lower low
- 1:03:25under a previous low,
- 1:03:26it's most likely a downtrend.
- 1:03:29You can only see LH and LL in a
- 1:03:32downtrend.
- 1:03:34That's it. Nothing else. So, when you
- 1:03:36see a LH,
- 1:03:37point at it, say downtrend.
- 1:03:39That's it. Keep it just like that.
- 1:03:41Downtrend.
- 1:03:42Right? Whenever you see
- 1:03:47HH
- 1:03:49and HL,
- 1:03:51you identify it immediately
- 1:03:54as an uptrend. That's it. Nothing else.
- 1:03:57We don't need anything else. That's it.
- 1:03:59So, if you see an HH, so if you see a
- 1:04:01high that's
- 1:04:03higher than the previous one,
- 1:04:05you say, "Hey, that's an uptrend. We're
- 1:04:07starting an uptrend. Let's start
- 1:04:08identifying where we can get in for an
- 1:04:10uptrend possibly."
- 1:04:12Right?
- 1:04:12That's it. Nothing else. You don't need
- 1:04:14to do anything crazy. All you need to do
- 1:04:16is identify where you're at in a trend.
- 1:04:19So, in this case,
- 1:04:22let's say
- 1:04:23we have that. So, in a downtrend, we can
- 1:04:25only have HH Ls
- 1:04:29or
- 1:04:30LH and LLs.
- 1:04:32In an uptrend, we can only have HH and
- 1:04:35HLs.
- 1:04:36So, higher highs and higher lows.
- 1:04:41Oof. Y'all stressed me out, man,
- 1:04:43already. It's only day one.
- 1:04:45All right. So, with this being said,
- 1:04:49from here,
- 1:04:52uh should I get into that right now?
- 1:04:55Let's Let's keep talking about Let's
- 1:04:57keep talking about trends. I want to get
- 1:04:58into indications so bad, but uh I really
- 1:05:01want you guys to knock this one knock
- 1:05:03this one out. If Let's Let's go ahead
- 1:05:05and give some some tips. If you do need
- 1:05:07um
- 1:05:09indicators,
- 1:05:10you can use pivot point high and low.
- 1:05:12So, I have these up here
- 1:05:14for teaching wise. If you really need
- 1:05:17help with putting on
- 1:05:20highs and lows, you can use this
- 1:05:24to pretty much get you to where you need
- 1:05:26to be.
- 1:05:27Right? And basically, what this is doing
- 1:05:29is marking out your highs and lows.
- 1:05:32I personally don't use this anymore cuz
- 1:05:34sometimes it's not marking up as you can
- 1:05:36see, it's not marking up certain highs.
- 1:05:38So, you kind of got to like
- 1:05:41keep going down cuz this is going based
- 1:05:43off the candles. So, let's go to three.
- 1:05:46It should give us a lot more, especially
- 1:05:48on a daily time frame. I forgot we're on
- 1:05:50a daily, but on the 4-hour it'll be a
- 1:05:52lot more. Yeah.
- 1:05:54That's what I thought.
- 1:05:56So, if you want to use pivot point high
- 1:05:58and low, you can definitely use that to
- 1:05:59help you identify the highs and lows if
- 1:06:02you are a beginner. As you can see, we
- 1:06:04put it down to three and it marked out
- 1:06:06pretty much everything I already had.
- 1:06:09High, low, high, low, high, and as you
- 1:06:14can see, it's most likely making a low.
- 1:06:17So, in simple terms, if these numbers
- 1:06:20are getting lower,
- 1:06:21that means price is going down. If these
- 1:06:23numbers are getting higher, that means
- 1:06:25price is going up.
- 1:06:28Uh let's see if I have any more tips.
- 1:06:30So, we have that one.
- 1:06:32Higher or high, low, higher low.
- 1:06:36Okay, I'm at lower high. I'm over here
- 1:06:38saying uptrends. I love buying price so
- 1:06:40much.
- 1:06:41People always be like, "You never sell."
- 1:06:44Hey man, look, now I'm selling.
- 1:06:46But,
- 1:06:48uh let's go over a little bit of the
- 1:06:49position that I was in. So, I ended up
- 1:06:52selling price at this level, a tad bit
- 1:06:54late than what I normally would do. But,
- 1:06:57as you can see, price ended up
- 1:06:58respecting the fact that this is the
- 1:07:00lower high. Price can play up in
- 1:07:03anywhere of this direction. So, if this
- 1:07:06is our lower high, this is our low,
- 1:07:08price indicated us, it corrected. It
- 1:07:10could correct all the way back to this
- 1:07:12level if it wanted to. It can correct it
- 1:07:14here. It could have corrected a little
- 1:07:16bit. As long as it doesn't break the
- 1:07:19structure, then everything is okay.
- 1:07:23Nothing to be afraid of.
- 1:07:25As long as price is respecting structure
- 1:07:27and not creating a higher low, you
- 1:07:30should feel 100% comfortable with
- 1:07:32trusting the time frame.
- 1:07:34So,
- 1:07:34higher the time frame, more the respect.
- 1:07:37Higher the time frame, more the respect.
- 1:07:40I only trade on a daily and 4-hour time
- 1:07:42frames for the most respect. You can
- 1:07:45trade on anything higher, but I
- 1:07:47I obviously like to trade, you know,
- 1:07:49every like once a week. So, daily time
- 1:07:52frame, 4-hour are like bread and butter.
- 1:07:56Um let me see if I'm forgetting anything
- 1:07:58else.
- 1:07:59I pretty much explained everything. When
- 1:08:00it comes to looking at highs and lows,
- 1:08:03everything is visual. Everything is
- 1:08:06literally visual.
- 1:08:09Don't try to overcomplicate looking at
- 1:08:11these tiny bitty candles here rejecting
- 1:08:14or this tiny bit of
- 1:08:15Literally just take your crosshair.
- 1:08:18Let's delete all this. Take your
- 1:08:19crosshair, go up
- 1:08:21until you see one direction where it
- 1:08:23just came into that and stopped.
- 1:08:27I can visually see that price came into
- 1:08:29this level and stopped.
- 1:08:33I can visually see that price came down
- 1:08:35to this level and stopped and went into
- 1:08:38a whole different direction. I can
- 1:08:39visually see it. If it helps you,
- 1:08:42take like 10 steps away from your
- 1:08:44screen. Literally, take a step back.
- 1:08:47Put your screen all the way somewhere
- 1:08:49else. Take 10 steps back and just look
- 1:08:53at the chart
- 1:08:54from from that distance.
- 1:08:57And then come back and mark what you see
- 1:08:59from a distance. I see this.
- 1:09:02I see this.
- 1:09:05I see this.
- 1:09:07Right? Take 10 steps back. Literally 10
- 1:09:10steps step all the way from your chart
- 1:09:13and then look at price from the distance
- 1:09:15and tell me the points that you see. You
- 1:09:17should literally see
- 1:09:20these
- 1:09:23like this. You should see a V here.
- 1:09:26You should see
- 1:09:28a V here.
- 1:09:30Right? A V here. It should look just
- 1:09:33like this. All just like this.
- 1:09:35You should literally see price come to a
- 1:09:36point and aggressively go in a different
- 1:09:39direction. Come to a point, aggressively
- 1:09:41go in a different direction. Those are
- 1:09:43your highs and lows. Those end points
- 1:09:45are your highs and lows.
- 1:09:47And these are very important because
- 1:09:49then once you mark them up you ask
- 1:09:52yourself
- 1:09:53are the highs getting lower
- 1:09:55or are the highs getting higher?
- 1:09:57Are the lows getting lower
- 1:09:59or are the lows getting higher? In this
- 1:10:01case, we can visually see that the highs
- 1:10:04are getting lower.
- 1:10:06So, that means these are lower highs
- 1:10:09because it's getting lower.
- 1:10:11All you're doing is doing this.
- 1:10:14Lower high.
- 1:10:16You're going from
- 1:10:18high to ask is it lower?
- 1:10:21That's it.
- 1:10:24Is the high getting lower?
- 1:10:27Is the high getting lower?
- 1:10:31So, if we had this
- 1:10:33higher low
- 1:10:36are the lows getting higher?
- 1:10:41Right?
- 1:10:42That's how you ask. Is the lows getting
- 1:10:45higher? And if you want to do it, you
- 1:10:46can do it this way to kind of signal
- 1:10:49uptrend if you want.
- 1:10:52Or actually, we could do it this way cuz
- 1:10:53this is going up.
- 1:10:56So, is the low getting higher? Boom.
- 1:11:01Matter of fact, I think I had it the
- 1:11:03right way, but hey, you get what I'm
- 1:11:04trying to say. Is the high getting lower
- 1:11:07or the low getting higher?
- 1:11:10So, pretty much this would be an
- 1:11:13uptrend.
- 1:11:16And pretty much this would be a
- 1:11:19downtrend.
- 1:11:23Right? And that's all we're looking for
- 1:11:25when it comes to trends. We're just
- 1:11:26trying to identify what this is first,
- 1:11:29so that way we can make a decision on
- 1:11:31where we need to be.
- 1:11:33Now, just a little
- 1:11:35I guess you could say sneak peek for the
- 1:11:37next lesson,
- 1:11:38that
- 1:11:39you identifying this will help you
- 1:11:41determine what part
- 1:11:44you need to play.
- 1:11:46Let's say price hasn't made any highs
- 1:11:49yet. That most likely means price does
- 1:11:52not have a lot of buyers in the market,
- 1:11:55and it is not the right time to buy
- 1:11:57anything.
- 1:11:59Right? So, that means we stay away. So,
- 1:12:02price comes to a level and it doesn't
- 1:12:04break a high.
- 1:12:05The moment it breaks a high, we're in
- 1:12:08our indication phase.
- 1:12:10The indication phase is normally going
- 1:12:12to come, or not even normally,
- 1:12:14indications can only come from breaking
- 1:12:17a higher high
- 1:12:21or
- 1:12:25breaking a lower low.
- 1:12:28So, both of the double letters.
- 1:12:30It can only come from breaking those,
- 1:12:32right?
- 1:12:33An indication is only classif- An
- 1:12:35indication is only identified as an
- 1:12:37indication if it breaks a lower low or a
- 1:12:40higher high.
- 1:12:42So, if you mark something up and this is
- 1:12:45your higher high,
- 1:12:46or if this is your high, or if this is
- 1:12:48your low,
- 1:12:49and price breaks it, you have to say,
- 1:12:51"Hey, that's an indication."
- 1:12:53But, to help you determine this,
- 1:12:57if it already broke this level before,
- 1:13:00it is normally a continuation.
- 1:13:03So,
- 1:13:04an indication is when it breaks for the
- 1:13:06first time.
- 1:13:09Let's go ahead and
- 1:13:11I'm not supposed to be telling y'all
- 1:13:12that. But, yeah. Indicate I'm not
- 1:13:14supposed to tell y'all this in this
- 1:13:15video cuz people might get confused.
- 1:13:18Indication breaks
- 1:13:21once.
- 1:13:24Let's say indication is when it breaks
- 1:13:30for the
- 1:13:33first time. Right? Breaks for the first
- 1:13:37time. But, like I said, I wasn't going
- 1:13:39to confuse y'all guys with any of this.
- 1:13:41Uh the biggest thing is to understand
- 1:13:44trends, understand how to identify them.
- 1:13:47Everything is visual. Literally, step
- 1:13:49away from your computer, take 10, 15 ft
- 1:13:52back, and look at your computer screen,
- 1:13:54look at your phone screen, and tell me
- 1:13:56exactly what movements that you see from
- 1:13:58a distance. Not the small little wicks,
- 1:14:01or not the If anything, you can even
- 1:14:03turn off the wicks, go to settings, come
- 1:14:06here, turn the wicks off, tell me what
- 1:14:09you see.
- 1:14:10Tell me what you see without the wicks.
- 1:14:12Tell me the jagged points that you see
- 1:14:14that are most likely highs and lows.
- 1:14:18With that being said, I'll see you guys
- 1:14:20tomorrow.
