14. 0:23two states that I'm in can handle more.

17. 0:30the swap meets. I've hosted rodeos, so
18. 0:32word of mouth and then Facebook ads.
19. 0:34>> Okay. So let's say we're going to open
20. 0:36up Utah, I'm just making this up, and
21. 0:38you had to knock it out of the park,
22. 0:40what would be the three plays that you
23. 0:42would do?
24. 0:43>> I'd start off as a we call it domingo en
25. 0:45familia, which is it was just a free
26. 0:46event. We give them free FaceTime with
27. 0:48the attorneys.
28. 0:49>> It's a good offer.
29. 0:50>> Right. The other's just ads, Facebook
30. 0:52ads.
31. 0:52>> And how many attorneys are at each of
32. 0:53the two that you have right now?
33. 0:55>> Well, it's just two of us. That's all we
34. 0:56need.

36. 0:58>> From both the locations. I just need an
37. 1:00attorney and other law firms. I get 50%
38. 1:03of the fee. As long as I bring them,
39. 1:05that's all I need to do. I don't have to
40. 1:06pay Now I don't have any overhead.

43. 1:10love this for you. Okay, let's assume
44. 1:12that you just take your Facebook ads and
45. 1:14the irresistible offer that you have,
46. 1:15which is free lawyer time. That's pretty
47. 1:17compelling. It sounds like you really
48. 1:18just need like sales person or two that
49. 1:21when you go into a new market, you turn
50. 1:22your ad machine on, you have the offer
51. 1:24that already converts, you probably
52. 1:25already know the script that converts
53. 1:26conversations into customers. This is
54. 1:28functionally what I did with Jim Rome.
55. 1:30Like when I have a a grand slam offer
56. 1:31like this, which is free lawyer time and
57. 1:33a super easy way to distribute that
58. 1:35cheaply, which is your your meta ads,
59. 1:37then it's like great, I want to train 10
60. 1:39guys to go into 10 different markets.
61. 1:42We're going to turn ads on to all of
62. 1:43them before we go in. Like this is
63. 1:45literally what I did. And so you just
64. 1:47want to basically find empty law firms.
65. 1:49>> Yeah.
66. 1:49>> Or like, hey, can you handle 100
67. 1:51customers a month? How many customers
68. 1:52can you handle? And they just give you
69. 1:54the number and you're like, great, cuz
70. 1:55I'm going to deliver that. We cool?
71. 1:56Great, I get half. That's the agreement.
72. 1:59And then you just turn your spigot on.
73. 2:00And then
74. 2:01centralizing the marketing for this type
75. 2:03of thing, one guy. It's not hard. And so
76. 2:05as long as you can cash flow the
77. 2:07acquisition cuz there's going to be the
78. 2:08four month delay before you get paid. As
79. 2:10long as you can basically have four
80. 2:11months of runway to a sales person and
81. 2:12to ad spend, this thing prints. That is
82. 2:14how I would approach it. I love the
83. 2:16model.
