  1. 0:00You can start a digital marketing agency
  2. 0:01right now using AI tools like Chat GPT
  3. 0:04without hiring a team, building a
  4. 0:05website, or spending months learning
  5. 0:07marketing. This is the exact path that I
  6. 0:08would take if I had to start from
  7. 0:10scratch today. And it's the same
  8. 0:11strategy that I've used to run campaigns
  9. 0:13for brands like Google, Meta, Amazon,
  10. 0:15and Adobe, and Snapchat, and for
  11. 0:17thousands of local businesses, too.
  12. 0:19Whether you're looking for a full-time
  13. 0:20business or just want to add an extra
  14. 0:22$100 to $300 a day on the side, this is
  15. 0:24one of the fastest, lowest-risk ways to
  16. 0:26do it. No coding, no copywriting
  17. 0:28background, no big startup costs. But
  18. 0:30there's one mistake that I see new
  19. 0:31agency owners make with AI that tanks
  20. 0:33their results before they even start.
  21. 0:35So, I'll show you exactly how to avoid
  22. 0:36it. And no, you don't need to become
  23. 0:38best friends with the robot to make this
  24. 0:39work. In this video, I'll show you how
  25. 0:40to use AI to deliver marketing results
  26. 0:42clients actually care about while
  27. 0:44working fewer hours, charging more,
  28. 0:46skipping the usual agency growing pains.
  29. 0:48So, let's dive in. So, let's get started
  30. 0:50by talking about the first service that
  31. 0:52I think you should offer, which is lead
  32. 0:53generation.
  33. 0:55In the US alone, there are over 32.5
  34. 0:57million small businesses, and all of
  35. 1:00them need leads. All of them. And this
  36. 1:02is where you come in as a supplier of
  37. 1:04those leads. By putting together a
  38. 1:06compelling Google ad or Facebook ad,
  39. 1:08you're able to make the connection
  40. 1:09between business and customer, and
  41. 1:12charge a retainer for providing those
  42. 1:13services or earn a commission on every
  43. 1:15lead you generate. This is why lead
  44. 1:17generation was one of the main services
  45. 1:19that my marketing agency offered for
  46. 1:21years, as it was very profitable and it
  47. 1:24was always in demand. After all, if
  48. 1:26you're able to generate a lead for a
  49. 1:27business that say costs $10 and that
  50. 1:30lead is worth $100 to the business, you,
  51. 1:32my friend, just generated a 10x ROI, or
  52. 1:35return on investment, which is kind of
  53. 1:37like going up to a business and saying,
  54. 1:38"Hey, give me $10 and I'll give you $100
  55. 1:41back." It's a no-brainer. And if you're
  56. 1:42just getting started, you can offer this
  57. 1:44service for $500 to $1,000 a month,
  58. 1:47which means that you only need a small
  59. 1:49handful of clients in order to reach 5
  60. 1:51to 10k a month in profitability. Now, up
  61. 1:53until recently, the hardest part of
  62. 1:55running a lead gen campaign was the
  63. 1:57actual writing of the ad itself,
  64. 1:58figuring out what to say and how to say
  65. 2:01it, and what it should look like, and
  66. 2:02what it should sound like, and feel
  67. 2:03like. And this is going to sound crazy,
  68. 2:05but I honestly used to spend between 4
  69. 2:08to 8 hours, sometimes more, writing what
  70. 2:11I felt was the perfect ad. And if we
  71. 2:13were spending big money on the campaign,
  72. 2:15well, I'd also bring in friends and
  73. 2:17consultants and mentors and other people
  74. 2:19to look over the ad and critique it and
  75. 2:21try to make sure that it was as good as
  76. 2:23it possibly could be. But now, this is
  77. 2:26how I keep my agency running. Systems,
  78. 2:28caffeine, and fewer moving parts. Most
  79. 2:31people have the caffeine. What they're
  80. 2:32missing is the system. I've been using
  81. 2:34HighLevel to run the back-end of three
  82. 2:36different seven-figure agencies. It's
  83. 2:37the closest thing I've found to a
  84. 2:39marketing cheat code, but here's the
  85. 2:40truth. The software alone doesn't get
  86. 2:42results. Systems do. That's why when you
  87. 2:44start your free trial through my link,
  88. 2:46I'm giving you my entire system
  89. 2:47completely free. $10,000 plus worth of
  90. 2:50assets, including the scripts I use to
  91. 2:51close clients, templates that actually
  92. 2:53save time and get you clients, and the
  93. 2:55exact frameworks behind every campaign
  94. 2:57that's actually converted. 30 days free,
  95. 2:59cancel anytime, and yes, you keep the
  96. 3:01bonuses either way. Links below,
  97. 3:02everything you need to start is inside.
  98. 3:04Now, I just head over to Chat GPT, type
  99. 3:07in something like, "Write me a Facebook
  100. 3:08ad for the online course, The Digital
  101. 3:10Marketing Academy. Make the ad
  102. 3:11persuasive, funny, and conversational,
  103. 3:13and highlight the benefits and
  104. 3:15importance of having a solid marketing
  105. 3:16strategy to grow a business." And just
  106. 3:18like that, it gives me a perfectly
  107. 3:20usable ad that I can literally copy and
  108. 3:22paste into my Facebook or Google Ads
  109. 3:24Manager. And you can do this as many
  110. 3:26times as you'd like in order to come up
  111. 3:27with the perfect ad. If you want to beef
  112. 3:29up your packages, though, and separate
  113. 3:31yourself from the competition, and
  114. 3:33really impress your clients, then you're
  115. 3:34also going to want to add a way to
  116. 3:36convert those leads into actual paying
  117. 3:38customers. In other words, Facebook ads
  118. 3:40and Google ads, these are the tools that
  119. 3:42you're going to use in order to get
  120. 3:43someone to click and to enter their name
  121. 3:45and their email address or phone number.
  122. 3:47But you may also want something else to
  123. 3:49carry on that conversation in order to
  124. 3:52warm them up and qualify them and
  125. 3:54nurture them and turn them into an
  126. 3:55actual paying, buying customer. And my
  127. 3:57top suggestion here is a tool called
  128. 3:59HighLevel, and specifically, their AI
  129. 4:02conversational appointment booking
  130. 4:03workflow and setup that allows you to
  131. 4:05automate the entire marketing process.
  132. 4:07Now, this one isn't free, but if you are
  133. 4:09doing lead generation professionally,
  134. 4:11it's one of the top tools that I use,
  135. 4:13and I can't imagine running my business
  136. 4:15or my agency without it. So, I'll put a
  137. 4:17link in the descriptions below that'll
  138. 4:18get you access to an extended [music]
  139. 4:19free trial, and I highly recommend you
  140. 4:21check it out. This video is not
  141. 4:23sponsored, but this is a tool that I use
  142. 4:24personally [music] every single day.
  143. 4:26Okay, the next AI-powered service that
  144. 4:28you can offer is social media marketing,
  145. 4:29which is kind of similar to lead gen,
  146. 4:31but also kind of not. So, let me
  147. 4:33explain. Social media marketing and
  148. 4:36starting a social media marketing
  149. 4:37agency, or SMMA, is one of my top
  150. 4:39business models for new entrepreneurs,
  151. 4:41as it allows you to provide a valuable
  152. 4:43service to other businesses and make a
  153. 4:44very good living doing it. Plus, with
  154. 4:46your social media marketing, you can
  155. 4:48choose whether you want to offer lead
  156. 4:49generation services or not. Because as
  157. 4:52great as I think offering lead gen with
  158. 4:54Facebook ads or Google ads is, I also
  159. 4:56appreciate there's a learning curve
  160. 4:58there. And so, it might be something you
  161. 4:59want to introduce after you've got your
  162. 5:01first few paying clients. Now, when it
  163. 5:03comes to social media marketing
  164. 5:04services, the sky's pretty much the
  165. 5:06limit on what you can offer. That said,
  166. 5:08there are three services in particular
  167. 5:10that I'd suggest you start with, as
  168. 5:12they're going to allow you to use AI to
  169. 5:14get you the best results with the least
  170. 5:16amount of work possible. And the first
  171. 5:18is content creation. Content creation is
  172. 5:20where you create posts and graphics and
  173. 5:22emails and blog articles and pretty much
  174. 5:24anything that you can think of that a
  175. 5:26business would need in order to maintain
  176. 5:27an active social media presence. And the
  177. 5:29key here is to continue using Chat GPT
  178. 5:32just like we did for our lead gen ads,
  179. 5:34but now we're going to ask it to write a
  180. 5:36blog post or an email sequence or a
  181. 5:39social media post or whatever else it is
  182. 5:42that you want to create content for. And
  183. 5:44you can supercharge this by pairing it
  184. 5:46with another free-to-use AI tool called
  185. 5:48DALL-E, which is going to allow you to
  186. 5:50create AI-generated graphics and visuals
  187. 5:52and photos, all of which you're going to
  188. 5:54be able to use alongside of your
  189. 5:56text-based content. Now, when it comes
  190. 5:57to creating content, you can choose to
  191. 5:59niche down and focus on just say a
  192. 6:01single type of content, like LinkedIn
  193. 6:03posts, something that a lot of
  194. 6:05businesses are sadly neglecting. Or you
  195. 6:07could offer a broader range of services,
  196. 6:09but then focus more selectively on a
  197. 6:11certain niche or industry or market,
  198. 6:13like say fitness or coaching, or
  199. 6:16possibly even target a local geographic
  200. 6:18area, like whatever city or town that
  201. 6:20you happen to live in. Now, content
  202. 6:22creation rates vary widely depending on
  203. 6:25your experience and the client that
  204. 6:27you're working for, but for creating
  205. 6:29longer-form blog posts, is around 5
  206. 6:31cents a word. So, a 1,000-word blog post
  207. 6:34could net you about 50 bucks, which
  208. 6:36isn't terrible seeing as it takes you
  209. 6:37all of about 20 seconds in order to use
  210. 6:39Chat GPT for, plus maybe a minute or two
  211. 6:41to read over and make sure that it all
  212. 6:43makes sense. And as for shorter social
  213. 6:45media posts, well, you could charge
  214. 6:46anywhere from say $15 to $30 and
  215. 6:48possibly look into creating monthly
  216. 6:50packages around these services, again,
  217. 6:52around 500, maybe 750, maybe 1,000. You
  218. 6:55can even offer the next service
  219. 6:57alongside of your content creation,
  220. 6:58which is posting and management. One of
  221. 7:00the biggest objections you're going to
  222. 7:02run into when creating content for
  223. 7:04business owners is them saying they
  224. 7:06don't have the time to post all of the
  225. 7:07stuff you're making. So, why not offer
  226. 7:09to do it for them? And use software like
  227. 7:11Metricool to help you plan, schedule,
  228. 7:13post, and analyze your content for them.
  229. 7:15This video is not sponsored, but I'll
  230. 7:17put a link in the descriptions below
  231. 7:18where you can sign up for free to that
  232. 7:20as well. And for this service, you can
  233. 7:21charge anywhere from $500 to $1,000 a
  234. 7:23month or more. But there's another
  235. 7:25service you might want to consider as
  236. 7:27well, which is a little more niche, but
  237. 7:28it's still very cool. And that is
  238. 7:30offering translation services. Fun fact
  239. 7:32about Chat GPT is that you can also use
  240. 7:35it to translate all of the content that
  241. 7:37you just made into other languages for
  242. 7:39your business clients to use across
  243. 7:40other social media platforms or maybe
  244. 7:42even across different websites if they
  245. 7:44want to reach a more global or more
  246. 7:46diverse audience. I played around with
  247. 7:48this a little bit myself, and I'll be
  248. 7:49honest, it's pretty powerful stuff, or
  249. 7:51should I say, "Es bastante poderoso."
  250. 7:54But there's still one more service you
  251. 7:56can and should be offering thanks to all
  252. 7:58of the content that you're going to be
  253. 7:59generating, which is SEO, or search
  254. 8:02engine optimization. So, let me walk you
  255. 8:03through that now.
  256. 8:04Did you know that there are over 2
  257. 8:06billion websites on the internet? And do
  258. 8:08you know what almost all of them would
  259. 8:09like more of? Is it A, pain, B, bananas,
  260. 8:14C, a DVD copy of the director's cut of
  261. 8:16Top Gun: Maverick with behind-the-scenes
  262. 8:17footage and exclusive interviews, or D,
  263. 8:19traffic?
  264. 8:21Well, if you guessed traffic, you
  265. 8:23guessed correctly, because every website
  266. 8:25out there wants more traffic. If they're
  267. 8:27on page two of Google, they want to be
  268. 8:29on page one. If they're on page one of
  269. 8:31Google, they want to be higher up on
  270. 8:32page one. And if they're already high up
  271. 8:34on page one of Google, they want to make
  272. 8:36sure they stay there. And you can help
  273. 8:38them do that by offering to create
  274. 8:39SEO-optimized content for their websites
  275. 8:42using, again, the power of Chat GPT by
  276. 8:45asking it to create long-form blog posts
  277. 8:47and articles that are 1,000 or 2,000
  278. 8:49words or longer. Because if there's one
  279. 8:50thing that search engines love, it's
  280. 8:52content. That said, there is a problem
  281. 8:54that you might run into in creating all
  282. 8:56of this good content for them, which is
  283. 8:57that because the content is being
  284. 8:59written by a robot, it can often come
  285. 9:01out looking, feeling, and sounding
  286. 9:03exactly like that. And that's not good.
  287. 9:05Fortunately, there is a two-part
  288. 9:06solution. Part one, use software like
  289. 9:09Writer to quickly analyze the text in
  290. 9:11order to make sure it passes the grade.
  291. 9:12And if not, then run it through another
  292. 9:14piece of software like QuillBot that'll
  293. 9:16rewrite your text for you. But as cool
  294. 9:19as all of this is, it's really just the
  295. 9:20tip of the iceberg. So, if you want to
  296. 9:22see how I got Chat GPT to build me an
  297. 9:25entire marketing campaign from start all
  298. 9:27the way through to finish, then you're
  299. 9:28definitely going to want to check out
  300. 9:29this video right here, where I'm going
  301. 9:31to walk you through everything I did
  302. 9:32step by step so you can do it, too. So,
  303. 9:34make sure to check that out now, and
  304. 9:36I'll see you in there in just a second.
