- 0:02how I'd scale to 30 grand a month in six
- 0:05months guaranteed step by step. I love
- 0:0830k a month because that is when you're
- 0:11rich in my humble opinion. At 30k a
- 0:15month, there is very little that you
- 0:16cannot do. 10k a month is nice for
- 0:19bragging rights. It feels like the first
- 0:21little milestone. Cool. 20k a month,
- 0:25sort of like this middle middle point
- 0:26that you don't really notice. 30k a
- 0:28month, you got options. It feels like
- 0:31you can really make your money stretch,
- 0:32right? Like your bills are paid, your
- 0:33expenses are paid, and you can kind of
- 0:35go do whatever you want. But like this
- 0:38is that's about the revenue milestone in
- 0:39which your friends will start to notice
- 0:41and be like, "Hey, you got something
- 0:43going on, right? It's it's kind of hard
- 0:45to hide. The money has to go somewhere."
- 0:47Not reading too deep into this, but I
- 0:49remember I remember my first 30k month.
- 0:52My first 30k a month cash collected was
- 0:54in January of 2024.
- 0:58great feeling and I want this for you
- 1:00which is why I'm offering this to you in
- 1:02this long form video today. Now I have
- 1:05to say this disclaimer
- 1:07that I make no income claims. My results
- 1:10are not typical, right? So this I I
- 1:12guarantee this for myself and a lot of
- 1:15this is YouTube framing, but I cannot
- 1:17obviously guarantee this for you because
- 1:19I'm not right there with you. I'm not
- 1:21doing it for you. I don't know your
- 1:22starting point. You may already be
- 1:24beyond 30k a month. I don't know the
- 1:26case. But point being, I like to keep
- 1:29things very, very straightforward and
- 1:31and brutally honest in that way. Cool.
- 1:34That being said, everything I'm going to
- 1:35share with you in this video is the
- 1:38exact method that I would use, the exact
- 1:40method that I still use to this day.
- 1:42Okay? So, this isn't coming from thin
- 1:43air. This has all been documented either
- 1:45on this YouTube channel and past
- 1:47businesses. Um, I continue to do this to
- 1:49this day. So, this is from my own
- 1:50experience. And there are other I'm sure
- 1:52there are other more efficient routes,
- 1:53but this is the route that has just
- 1:54worked for me in these time frames.
- 1:56isn't honestly much less. So, if you can
- 1:59take even a little bit away from videos
- 2:01like this, I'm sure you'll be in a much
- 2:04better position than you are right now.
- 2:05And that's my sole wish for you. Okay?
- 2:08So, there's there's no hidden agenda
- 2:10behind this, by the way. I just want you
- 2:12to be able to walk away with this
- 2:14feeling like you your time was was well
- 2:17spent on this video. So, we'll talk
- 2:18about the full spectrum of things. We'll
- 2:20talk about everything from the mindset
- 2:23to why people never or typically don't
- 2:25get to 30 grand a month and maintain it.
- 2:28We'll talk about the fastest and most
- 2:29efficient business model, who I'd sell
- 2:31to, the offer I'd build. We'll talk
- 2:33about the pricing strategy, how I
- 2:34package it, the funnel, the content
- 2:35strategy, how I'd get clients, the sales
- 2:37process, delivering the service,
- 2:38building trust, the whole thing. Promise
- 2:41you we won't skip a beat here.
- 2:43We'll talk about hiring. We'll talk
- 2:45about AI employees, metrics I track, the
- 2:48six-month road map, the biggest pitfalls
- 2:50to avoid, and then some final advice,
- 2:53and I think that would make for a
- 2:54really, really good video. So, we got a
- 2:56lot to talk about. We're going to dive
- 2:58straight into it. The first place we
- 3:00need to start is with the mindset. Okay.
- 3:06When I watch YouTube videos, I typically
- 3:08look for like the chapters or like the
- 3:10press I'll press the summary, the Gemini
- 3:12summary button. But if you're going to
- 3:16watch any part of this video, I'd
- 3:17recommend that you you stick around for
- 3:19this piece right here. I'll I'll make it
- 3:20to the point. But the mindset piece is
- 3:24one of the reason is that's the one
- 3:25thing that will make or break you. Cool.
- 3:27So,
- 3:29I want you to think of revenue
- 3:30milestones as like
- 3:34measures of where you're at mentally,
- 3:37but also with skill set, right? So,
- 3:41there's a saying of like, oh, you got to
- 3:42be a a millionaire in the mind before
- 3:44you become a millionaire in real life.
- 3:45And it it's true, but it's rather vague
- 3:47when it's said that way. I think what's
- 3:50what's trying to be communicated with
- 3:52that with a statement like that is that
- 3:56money is a lagging indicator. It'll come
- 3:58later after you embody that
- 4:02entrepreneur, right, for for long enough
- 4:04and you sust and you sustain it. But
- 4:06think of these revenue milestones as
- 4:08just levels in a video game. First
- 4:10dollar, 5K a month, 10K a month, 20, 30,
- 4:1340, 50, so on and so forth. These are
- 4:15just levels in the video game. That's
- 4:16it. Don't take it personal.
- 4:19It's not personal to you. You just got
- 4:21to get good enough. And so I can present
- 4:23all the tactics in the world to you and
- 4:25I can tell you what to do and which
- 4:26which button to push and how many
- 4:28Instagram stories to upload today and
- 4:31how what to charge so on and so forth.
- 4:33But then you go off on your own and you
- 4:36know I'm not there right with you and
- 4:38and and so there's a mindset that you
- 4:40got to sort of just get into because
- 4:42things will come and blindside you,
- 4:44right? And
- 4:46the reason why most people don't get to
- 4:50revenue figures like this is because
- 4:54everybody's I think I I am of the belief
- 4:56that most people are capable of this if
- 4:58they put their mind to it. Cliche I know
- 5:00but it's true. But on route to that you
- 5:03have to become someone different. And
- 5:05the way we become different people, the
- 5:06people capable of making money like this
- 5:09is
- 5:11we are thrown into different tests and
- 5:14challenges and environments and it's
- 5:16through solving these puzzles and
- 5:17equations and persisting through it that
- 5:19we then become the person who's capable
- 5:20of making this amount of money. That
- 5:23being said, most people don't have a
- 5:25strong enough reason as to why they
- 5:27should put up with all the non supposed
- 5:30nonsense and BS that comes on that road
- 5:32and so they just quit and they decide
- 5:35that whatever they were doing was better
- 5:38or easier or more tolerable and that
- 5:41it's not worth going down that route.
- 5:44Let me be like break the fourth wall
- 5:46real quick and just be super honest with
- 5:48you. Most people who are going into
- 5:50business should quit. In fact, I look at
- 5:53my old self and all the things that I
- 5:54had to go through and I'm like, "Dude,
- 5:55probably you should probably quit."
- 5:59But I didn't. And I don't know why I
- 6:01didn't.
- 6:03I guess I guess after a certain point in
- 6:05time, you got nothing. Like there's no
- 6:07other way to go but forward because
- 6:08you're in too deep. You've been doing it
- 6:10for so long. Like I can't go back and
- 6:12get a corporate job and get hired right
- 6:14now unless I get hired as like a
- 6:15consultant or a strategic advisor or,
- 6:18you know, on a board or maybe a sales
- 6:20job. I can do that. But like
- 6:23I'm so far removed from being
- 6:25employable. I haven't had a boss in 3
- 6:26years, right? So I have nowhere else to
- 6:28go. See what I mean? That's what kind of
- 6:31forces me to have to make something
- 6:34happen and make money up here out of
- 6:35thin air, quote unquote. But most people
- 6:39have an out in the back of their mind.
- 6:42And part of why I it took me so long to
- 6:45make my first dollar on the internet. I
- 6:47didn't make my first dollar on the
- 6:48internet till I I believe I was about
- 6:5026.
- 6:5226 going on 27.
- 6:55It took me so long because I knew in the
- 6:58back of my mind that I could always just
- 6:59go back and get a corporate job.
- 7:04And so I didn't really have a need to
- 7:05stick through it. Right? And what you'll
- 7:08find when when you become this person,
- 7:11like you'll get to a point where you're
- 7:13making that kind of money and you
- 7:14realize that like
- 7:17you're you're just a totally different
- 7:18person. And most people who who end up
- 7:20making this kind of money are just
- 7:23either delusional or crazy enough that
- 7:26they kept going through all the times
- 7:28that they probably were better off
- 7:29quitting. I I'll just be straight up
- 7:31with you. Like there are times where
- 7:34there are times where I'd have to like
- 7:36I'm talking about working seven days a
- 7:39week. This is before I kind of crack the
- 7:40code to modern business and a lifestyle
- 7:42business, right? Like a healthier, more
- 7:45sustainable way of of generating money.
- 7:46But when I was just the mindset grindset
- 7:49guy, I was like, you know what? I'm
- 7:52working 7 days a week, 12-hour days
- 7:54minimum.
- 7:56This went on for the better course of I
- 7:58don't know, this was like two two years.
- 8:01It's no joke. Of course, obviously some
- 8:03some days where I work less than that,
- 8:05but for the better course of two years
- 8:08for sure. And
- 8:12hey, it can take a toll on you, right?
- 8:14Like I lost a lot of good friendships,
- 8:16great friendships, right? That I have to
- 8:18kind of work at rekindling now.
- 8:23And like family didn't really get it
- 8:30and like family didn't really get it.
- 8:35But
- 8:39how I like to think about it and and
- 8:41just know that that's probably going to
- 8:42it's probably going to happen. Okay. My
- 8:44job is to not keep keep things from you
- 8:46now. Now, now like if you if you are
- 8:49going into the realm of
- 8:50entrepreneurship, just know that like
- 8:52you're going to be misunderstood. And if
- 8:54you're trying to be understood, then
- 8:56entrepreneur, if you really care about
- 8:57being understood, then entrepreneurship
- 8:58is probably not for you. Okay? If you
- 9:01find yourself constantly having to
- 9:02explain yourself, there's a there's a
- 9:05there's some adjustments that probably
- 9:07need to be made. I I'll say this
- 9:14there there's a lot of uh priority, you
- 9:17know, repri re rep prioritization of
- 9:20things in your life that you're probably
- 9:21going to need to do
- 9:24and you're the only one who can do that
- 9:27for yourself.
- 9:29No, nobody can really do that for you.
- 9:32So, you got to think about that stuff.
- 9:34Okay? But I'll tell you this. If you
- 9:38just stick with it,
- 9:42you will get there.
- 9:45It might take time. It might take longer
- 9:47than 6 months. I think the healthiest
- 9:50attitude and most and and and best
- 9:52attitude you can have is even if this
- 9:56like I'm just going to do this and put
- 9:57my head down for 6 months and not pick
- 9:59my head up, not look around for 6
- 10:01months.
- 10:04I don't know the things that you have to
- 10:05give up, but this has to be important
- 10:06enough for you. That's all I can say.
- 10:09Okay? You can't like halfway yourself to
- 10:11success.
- 10:17And the version of you that wins is the
- 10:19version of you that's like, "Okay, well,
- 10:21even if
- 10:23I I pick my head up in 6 months and like
- 10:25I'm not where I want to be yet,
- 10:28then
- 10:31that's fine. I will still keep going.
- 10:34And if that's your attitude, then then
- 10:36then you'll be good to go. Okay? Like I
- 10:38like I don't the the the I work with a
- 10:42lot of business owners or who pay me who
- 10:44pay me for guidance
- 10:46and
- 10:49the people who win are the people who
- 10:50just last outlast everyone.
- 10:53So much of business is just being the
- 10:54last man standing. If you can or last
- 10:57person standing, if you can just be
- 10:59that, then you will be fine because it's
- 11:01it's just a set of it's a it's a list of
- 11:04hurdles or checkboxes that you got to
- 11:06check off. And then once you do all
- 11:08that, you're at 30K a month.
- 11:10And you will you will stay below 30K a
- 11:13month until you learn all the lessons
- 11:15that that revenue band has to teach you.
- 11:20It's got lessons. Think of like think of
- 11:22like 10K a month as like there's there's
- 11:24a boss. So when you beat the boss, you
- 11:25okay, now you get to 10k a month. Now
- 11:27you're at the next level of the video
- 11:28game. When you beat this boss, you're at
- 11:2920k a month. So on and so forth. That's
- 11:32it.
- 11:34That's it. For me, my friend, it took me
- 11:36a long time. Like I just I just told
- 11:37you, you know, and then I would hit it
- 11:40once and I couldn't do it again. Then I
- 11:42figured out why I couldn't do it again.
- 11:43And I was just but willing to figure it
- 11:45out, but I also had nowhere to go. Okay?
- 11:48So in the times in which I did have an
- 11:50out, I took the out. In the times in
- 11:52which I didn't have an out, I didn't
- 11:54take the out. Like, I just pursued
- 11:57relentlessly. And it meant that I had to
- 11:59move back into my mom's basement. Like,
- 12:01it meant a lot of different things.
- 12:03It meant a lot of different things that
- 12:05people on YouTube probably won't
- 12:08tell you. No shade to them. It's
- 12:10sometimes we just don't even think about
- 12:12sharing all these things.
- 12:15Now, on the flip side of that, it could
- 12:18be this really great joyful lane if you
- 12:24just follow the structure of what I'm
- 12:27sharing with you because I'm trying to
- 12:29have like it's it's going to be a hint
- 12:32of both. But like if you just kind of
- 12:34digest what we talk about on this
- 12:35channel, you'll be you'll be able to
- 12:37avoid most of the stuff. But I I can't
- 12:39force you to do anything, nor can
- 12:41anyone. Okay? So, just don't be that
- 12:44person who's like, "Oh, yeah. I'm yeah,
- 12:46I'm going to start it next week." And
- 12:48the next week comes like, "Yeah, I'm
- 12:49going to start it next week." Yeah. And
- 12:50next week comes like, "Oh, yeah. I've
- 12:51been thinking about it. I just don't
- 12:52know where to start." Don't be that
- 12:54person. Nobody likes being around that
- 12:55person. You don't like being around that
- 12:57person. So, don't be that person. Don't
- 13:00because you're you're playing with
- 13:02potential and everybody can see it and
- 13:04everybody can sense it and so can you.
- 13:06And then you just get frustrated because
- 13:07you're not there yet. Don't be that
- 13:09person. I was that person for a long
- 13:11time. I also thought that I was I also
- 13:13believed that I was being being I also
- 13:15believe that I was being productive, but
- 13:17I wasn't because I had entrepreneur in
- 13:18my Instagram bio,
- 13:21but I never actually made a dollar or
- 13:22sold anything. So, I trust that you're a
- 13:25lot more you're a lot you're probably a
- 13:27lot further ahead than I was.
- 13:30Cool. So, just
- 13:33let that simmer a bit.
- 13:37Now,
- 13:39there's only so much that I can say
- 13:40about mindset. Like I have I have one of
- 13:42my one of my best or favorite videos
- 13:44that I've ever put out is the mindset.
- 13:47Well, there's two. Your first million
- 13:48dollars is war.
- 13:50I think there's a healthier way of
- 13:52talking about that now. And then the
- 13:53second is the mindset behind making 600
- 13:55grand a year. You should watch those.
- 13:57They're on my channel.
- 13:59They're my old style of videos where I
- 14:01was reading through a document, but like
- 14:02you should watch those. They're cool.
- 14:05All right. So, that's the mindset behind
- 14:07like required to hit 30K a month. In
- 14:09summary, there's so much I could talk
- 14:11about and it would be custom to you if I
- 14:13was in front of you,
- 14:16and that's a bit of why most people
- 14:18never get there is just cuz they don't
- 14:19want to tolerate all the things to get
- 14:20there. If you have the intention to
- 14:22learn how to catch a ball, you're not
- 14:25you're going to miss it. You're going to
- 14:26not catch it a few times, but like your
- 14:28your brain is sort of going to calibrate
- 14:30and coordinate your hand motion and
- 14:32right your eye hand coordination is
- 14:34going to get tighter and then you'll
- 14:35naturally be able to catch the ball.
- 14:39Same thing with
- 14:42learning how to like cut your hair or
- 14:44whatever. And then the same thing with
- 14:46learning how to hit 30K a month. It's
- 14:48it's this thing that your brain is
- 14:49coordinating and it's naturally solving
- 14:51all these problems consciously and
- 14:53subconsciously.
- 14:55So give yourself time. You are going to
- 14:58get there. If your intention is to turn
- 15:00the car left, you are going to turn the
- 15:02car left. It just so happens that with
- 15:04making money oftent times when the money
- 15:06appears in your hands it's a bit
- 15:08delayed. But so long as the sustained
- 15:10intention is there,
- 15:12mark my words, you'll get there. I just
- 15:15don't know. Like some people think that
- 15:17they have the intention but they they
- 15:19don't. They just they're doing other
- 15:21things.
- 15:22If you do the thing that brings you joy
- 15:25and the thing that lights you up, the
- 15:27thing that you can just talk about for
- 15:2920 or 30 minutes at a time, that's the
- 15:31thing that lights you up or the that's
- 15:32the thing that like you you got a bit of
- 15:35a a healthy ego with. It's like, yeah,
- 15:37you know, get out the way. Let me you
- 15:38know, let me show him how it's done.
- 15:40That thing that you know more about than
- 15:42most people, that's the thing that you
- 15:43got to dive into. I'm I'm fasttracking
- 15:45you right now and talking about niches
- 15:47and offers, but that's
- 15:52that that will allow it to be enjoyable
- 15:54too, right? And like I've been talking
- 15:56about on my channel, like you can have
- 15:58you can let's bring back the 4hour work
- 16:00week or the two hours a day sort of
- 16:02schedule, right? Like you can do that.
- 16:04Cool. So that's why most people never
- 16:06get there.
- 16:09Important. Now, the fastest business
- 16:11model to get there.
- 16:16Uh, okay. So,
- 16:22I've seen this done in a couple of ways.
- 16:26This all depends on how good you are or
- 16:29or what you're good at.
- 16:31So, I like my my the business model I
- 16:34would use
- 16:36is kind of like this one right now where
- 16:39I put out a bunch of content to build
- 16:42trust and then when there is demand for
- 16:46an offer and like I'm getting requests
- 16:48from people for my assistance, then I
- 16:50would help them, right? I would guide
- 16:52them or coach them in my realm of
- 16:53expertise, which the thing I'm really
- 16:55good at, which just happens to be
- 16:57business and scaling and growing
- 16:58businesses,
- 17:00online businesses to be specific.
- 17:03It could also be like mindset coaching,
- 17:06which I had in my last business, right?
- 17:09Which is which is really cool, by the
- 17:10way. And I I I have this deep desire to
- 17:13combine it into what I'm doing. But
- 17:14point being, I would I would I would
- 17:16sell my expertise and guide people.
- 17:18Cool.
- 17:21You could also I also have an agency
- 17:24right which in which we it's it's
- 17:27bundled under one company but like we
- 17:29have done for you offers in which case
- 17:30like we'll just do the offer for the
- 17:32business we'll just get the business
- 17:33more clients for example right or we'll
- 17:35just script out their ads or we'll we'll
- 17:37do their YouTube content strategy for
- 17:39example right
- 17:46but point being let me not let me not
- 17:47like taint the direction of this video.
- 17:50I honestly think the fastest the the the
- 17:52model to get there in 6 months
- 17:54guaranteed would be would be something
- 17:56like this. And I I did this when I was
- 17:58starting my agency. I would
- 18:02I would make sure that I I I would
- 18:05identify the areas in which I have
- 18:06actual expertise. So that just means
- 18:10what can I sit down and talk about for a
- 18:12good 30 minutes at a time
- 18:16that the thing that like I actually care
- 18:18to talk about because remember you're
- 18:19going to got you're going to have to
- 18:20persist for a little bit. We're talking
- 18:22about six months here, right?
- 18:25You don't want to talk about the thing
- 18:26that you just discovered yesterday
- 18:28because that's a bit of like a
- 18:30you're just flirting with it, right?
- 18:33Talk about the thing that you have
- 18:34really been through. For example, like
- 18:38in looking back, the business that I
- 18:40should have started was when I got a
- 18:42staffing when I landed an account
- 18:44executive job in staffing and
- 18:46recruitment. So, I became like a a
- 18:48recruiter.
- 18:50I would 100% have either started my own
- 18:53staffing and recruitment agency or I
- 18:56would have shown people how to get into
- 18:58staffing and recruitment like like
- 19:01highlevel executive staffing and
- 19:02recruitment.
- 19:04That's what I would have done. Or when I
- 19:07got my tech support job, even though it
- 19:09was just tech support,
- 19:12which was the last job I ever worked, I
- 19:14100% after that business, if I could
- 19:17have done anything else, just so having
- 19:18my a education business took off and I
- 19:21was selling my expertise.
- 19:24But I,000%
- 19:25would have shown people how to get jobs
- 19:27in tech.
- 19:29I would have helped them with their
- 19:30resume. I would have helped them with
- 19:31like their branding and shown them what
- 19:34like certifications they needed to get
- 19:36and courses they needed to take to
- 19:37upskill and like I would have made a
- 19:39whole
- 19:41like a not a boot camp but like a one of
- 19:44those I don't know what they call it
- 19:46like those skill stack programs
- 19:48something like that right and help
- 19:50people land jobs and like literally help
- 19:53coach them on the interview process
- 19:54thing things like that
- 19:56point being I would not underestimate
- 19:58the things that I've been through
- 20:01and I would always help the people
- 20:04right behind me. So help everyone behind
- 20:07me all the way up until like right
- 20:08behind me to the point where like the
- 20:10thing I that I accomplished last quarter
- 20:12qualifies. Cool. So that's that that's
- 20:15technically the fastest business model.
- 20:20There's agency as well. Like agency the
- 20:22ceiling with agency is depending well
- 20:24depending on what you do on the brand
- 20:26side, right? Cuz if you do if you do a
- 20:27lot of consistent long-term work on the
- 20:29brand side,
- 20:31you're we're talking about like you
- 20:33could become like the face of your
- 20:35industry, right? Like like this is how
- 20:37like guys like Alex Horoszi and Myron
- 20:39Gold like people always talk like I get
- 20:41this comment a lot. It was like, well,
- 20:43if you if you're making, you know, this
- 20:45money and you're making good money, why
- 20:46do you why do you post content?
- 20:49It's the same reason why Gary Vee, who
- 20:52does hundreds of millions of dollars,
- 20:54posts content? It's the same reason Alex
- 20:56Hermosi who does hundred millions of
- 20:57dollars post content. It's the same
- 20:58reason why Myron Golden who does tens if
- 21:00not hundreds of million dollars post
- 21:02content. It's number one just more money
- 21:06and then number two it means less people
- 21:08can compete with you because in order to
- 21:10compete with you they'd have to go and
- 21:11make a ton of content. And so the
- 21:14ceiling is really high, don't get me
- 21:15wrong, on like selling your expertise
- 21:18and and building a lifestyle business,
- 21:19which is cool and it's nice and
- 21:23work two hours a day. I'm going to bring
- 21:25my camera to the to the beach, by the
- 21:26way, next time I go on vacation. And
- 21:29well, the sound of the water might be
- 21:30too loud, but I I'd like to incorporate
- 21:33more vlog stuff. I think would I think
- 21:35that would be cool, but I also don't
- 21:36want to be filming on my vacation. But
- 21:38point being,
- 21:41I should pull the curtain back on like
- 21:42what life is like at these revenue
- 21:44milestones. U but agency ceiling is also
- 21:47like you can you can you can exit
- 21:49easier. Very rarely do people do that.
- 21:52Um
- 21:55it's just a lot of moving pieces that
- 21:57like I'm not really a fan of in the
- 21:59traditional sense. If I was going to do
- 22:00it, it would be done for you offers
- 22:02bundled under one company. I lead with a
- 22:06done with you and like I can do done for
- 22:08you on the back end if they want to pay
- 22:10me more. So for example, person reaches
- 22:12out to me and they're like, "Hey, can
- 22:14you help me scale from 20 to 40k a month
- 22:16or can you help me like install an AI
- 22:20cold email system in the business or
- 22:21whatever it is?" Cool. Absolutely. I can
- 22:23show you how to do it. I'll guide you.
- 22:25Let's meet twice a week. Something like
- 22:26that.
- 22:29And then
- 22:31they might just be like, "Oh, I don't
- 22:33want to have to push the buttons myself.
- 22:34can you just do it for me same way I did
- 22:36at at the agency and I'd be like
- 22:39absolutely we can totally do a done for
- 22:41you setup here it would just be this
- 22:44much more so that's how I would do it
- 22:46that would be my model cool I wouldn't I
- 22:49probably wouldn't go all the way in
- 22:50terms of just selling courses like just
- 22:52do it yourself unless it was something
- 22:54so
- 22:56like they can get results like clockwork
- 22:59meaning like it's it's unreasonable for
- 23:03them to not get results. So like putting
- 23:05together like a piece of furniture for
- 23:07example with a manual like it has to be
- 23:08that good.
- 23:10Other than that like I just put out all
- 23:12the information on on my YouTube for
- 23:13free and then cuz most people can't get
- 23:16results from like just individual
- 23:19courses and watching videos like they
- 23:21typically need some sort of support and
- 23:24that's what I would want too. Cool.
- 23:28So that's that's the model I would
- 23:30that's that's honestly the fastest model
- 23:32and I'll tell you like the road map
- 23:33later on in this video, but that's the
- 23:35model that I go with. It's it's never
- 23:37not worked and it's always opened up the
- 23:39door for me to do agency work or done
- 23:41for you work on the back end if I want
- 23:43to to just charge more money. Cool.
- 23:46So So who I'd sell to
- 23:50typically looks like the old version of
- 23:53me. So the version of me from like I
- 23:56don't know
- 23:58something like 3 to 6 months ago maybe
- 24:00up to like two or three years ago.
- 24:01Right? So there's always like people
- 24:03there's always complete beginners in the
- 24:06thing and then there's people who
- 24:07already do the thing that are looking to
- 24:09do it better. Right? So, there's people
- 24:10who are looking to learn how to play
- 24:12guitar for the first time,
- 24:15and there's people who already play
- 24:16guitar, who are looking to,
- 24:19you know, looking for some like advanced
- 24:21skill set or looking to learn how to
- 24:23build their own guitars or something
- 24:24like that. Those are the the two general
- 24:26ICPS that you're always sort of
- 24:27entertaining or like that you always
- 24:30could go for.
- 24:33And
- 24:35if you go for the more advanced person,
- 24:37just know that you're going to attract
- 24:38the complete beginner. Right? So in
- 24:42these pieces of content, I'm t I'm
- 24:44typically talking to myself who has
- 24:47already had some success in business. So
- 24:49I actually have the screenshot of myself
- 24:51when I was in an Airbnb. I had already
- 24:55hit 30K a month. I was hovering I was
- 24:58hovering between like 25 and a bit over
- 25:0030k a month in cash collected. So, we're
- 25:02doing a lot more than that. Gross. I had
- 25:04the picture of myself when I was in the
- 25:06Airbnb. I had just moved out of my
- 25:07parents house. I' gotten out of debt.
- 25:10The whole nine. It was great.
- 25:13And when I make these videos, and if you
- 25:15see me looking down, it's cuz I'm either
- 25:17looking at my notes or I'm looking at
- 25:18that picture of myself and that's who
- 25:20I'm talking to so that I can make this
- 25:22video very tailored. And I just know
- 25:24that there's other people who are in my
- 25:25position who are at that 20 30k a month
- 25:28mark, right?
- 25:34I find that if you talk to your old
- 25:36self, it's very hard for you to miss in
- 25:39terms of your messaging. Like this is
- 25:41how so, you know, I get asked like,
- 25:43okay, how do I like what's the what are
- 25:46the secrets to growing on YouTube and
- 25:48doing well, right? I just had a couple
- 25:50of viral videos. Our our my video views
- 25:52like tripled. Thanks God.
- 25:55my video views like tripled in the last
- 25:58couple of weeks or so, like average
- 26:00views per video.
- 26:03I think a lot of that is just focus of
- 26:05talking to the same person and then
- 26:07they're playing around with everything
- 26:08else, but like I know exactly who I'm
- 26:10talking to and so this video resonates.
- 26:12And then there's a lot of people in the
- 26:13comments who are in the same position as
- 26:15I was, right? Maybe earlier on in their
- 26:17journey, doesn't matter, but there's a
- 26:20lot of people who are in the same
- 26:21position as you were. Point being who
- 26:23are looking for someone like you to
- 26:25guide them and who are willing to pay
- 26:27you.
- 26:28And I think the idea of like selling
- 26:30your information on like why you know if
- 26:32you're making a lot of money in the
- 26:33business why are you selling your
- 26:34information? I think that idea is so
- 26:36dated
- 26:38and probably the thing that keeps people
- 26:40broke. Reason being is because
- 26:45if I'm going to guide you to make money,
- 26:47I'm going to ask you to be open to all
- 26:48the ways that you can make money. I'm
- 26:50going to encourage you to put out a book
- 26:52kind of like Alex Ramozi did. Alex
- 26:54Herozi put out three, right? I'm gonna
- 26:57or Gary Vee put out a like all these
- 26:59guys put out books. Myron Golden has
- 27:01like three books. Two, three. Like I'm
- 27:03going to encourage you to sell your
- 27:05expertise. Sell this information, right?
- 27:12because all those and like if you can
- 27:13genuinely help people get results is the
- 27:15key because people tend to get on here
- 27:18and like they talk about expertise that
- 27:19they never amass and I get it. It's
- 27:20tainted everything. That being said,
- 27:24if you can genuinely help someone
- 27:28navigate the before to after journey,
- 27:32those testimonials,
- 27:36first off, they're in a much better
- 27:37position and they're eternally grateful
- 27:38for you. Second, those testimonials go
- 27:42so far in helping you with your primary
- 27:45whatever you want to do, right?
- 27:48And if if if if people want to pay you,
- 27:51why would you turn them down? It's it's
- 27:54it's such a
- 27:57it's such an obvious thing for everybody
- 27:59who actually makes money, right? The
- 28:01short answer is you make more money and
- 28:03then more like other people get help,
- 28:05right? But I get I get where people come
- 28:08from. It's just such a flawed and and
- 28:09and dated perspective that doesn't work
- 28:12in 2026 forward. I think the name of the
- 28:16game here moving forward is money wins.
- 28:20Money wins and make a lot of money and
- 28:23then help people, right? Help people and
- 28:26do good work and build trust and
- 28:28everybody's happy. People will be asking
- 28:31how they can pay you if and that's how
- 28:33you know you're doing something right.
- 28:35Right. So when I when I was building
- 28:38Vintage Scale, my AI cold email agency
- 28:40in 2025, I was putting out content every
- 28:42single day, just documenting what I was
- 28:44doing, my client results, the highs and
- 28:46lows and places where I fell short, so
- 28:48on and so forth. I was just documenting
- 28:50every single day. And as I continue to
- 28:53publish my client results,
- 28:56something amazing happened.
- 29:00There would be these videos that would
- 29:02be outliers and get more views and I was
- 29:04also aggressively promoting myself. But
- 29:06I started to get a ton of comments on
- 29:08YouTube and especially on Tik Tok of
- 29:10like, hey, how are you getting these
- 29:13results for yourself? How are you
- 29:14getting these results for your clients?
- 29:15How can I start? Show me the method so
- 29:17on so forth. And so I put out not one
- 29:19but two free 7-hour courses. Those are
- 29:22the the the first original course as of
- 29:25today's date is the most popular video
- 29:27on my channel.
- 29:28Can you imagine how long it took me to
- 29:30create a free 7-hour course? I hadn't
- 29:32asked to get paid. People got amazing
- 29:35results from that course. And on top of
- 29:37that, it only boosted people's desire to
- 29:40want to work with me and to pay me.
- 29:42Literally, the comments are still there
- 29:43and it's people like it's people asking
- 29:45me, "How can I work with you? What is
- 29:46your rate? How can I pay you? How can we
- 29:48work together one-on-one?" At that
- 29:50point, you'd be stupid to say no. But
- 29:52also, the takeaway is that's how you
- 29:54know you're doing something right. So,
- 29:55if you lead with value first, then all
- 29:57that other chatter fades away. And
- 29:59that's what I want for you is and to all
- 30:02of my content that I'm sharing with you
- 30:03is to get you to believe in yourself to
- 30:06and to buy into your own ability to
- 30:08create a beautiful life for yourself
- 30:10because you can do this. You can do this
- 30:12in 6 months if you're serious about it,
- 30:15right? And if you're humble enough to
- 30:16recognize where you might be falling
- 30:18short, what is what your limiting
- 30:20beliefs are, what the obstacles are, and
- 30:22then to, you know, either either consume
- 30:25the content of someone who has done it
- 30:27or get with someone who can guide you
- 30:29down that route. But point being, you're
- 30:31capable, right? There's just a lot of
- 30:33chatter in other people's beliefs about
- 30:34how your life should look like. And the
- 30:37one thing about me that I can safely say
- 30:39is I never or for a long time I allowed
- 30:42other people to dictate what my life
- 30:44should look like. Oh, I should go down
- 30:45the corporate route or I should go to
- 30:47school or I should do this that the
- 30:49third.
- 30:50For the last three years go, you know, a
- 30:53bit more than three years, nobody has
- 30:54told me. I I haven't allowed anybody to
- 30:57tell me what my life should like should
- 30:58look like.
- 31:00I just did what felt
- 31:03right for me and I made a lot of
- 31:05mistakes.
- 31:09I ended up making a lot of money but
- 31:10found myself in a position where I
- 31:12didn't actually enjoy my life.
- 31:15But that being said, I'm here now and
- 31:17it's brought me to where I am today with
- 31:18all this knowledge and I've been able to
- 31:20guide a ton of people to making way more
- 31:23money.
- 31:25And the testimonials are there, right?
- 31:27They speak for themselves. Like those
- 31:29folks are internally grateful for my
- 31:30help. And I want you to imagine that for
- 31:32yourself. You're in a position where
- 31:34you're making a ton of money. You have a
- 31:36great name, a great reputation, and you
- 31:38also have a ton of people who've who
- 31:40you've actually helped make a lot more
- 31:42money, and they're eternally grateful to
- 31:43you. That's what happens when you are on
- 31:46the path, like the right path. You
- 31:48create the path that that brings you joy
- 31:51and that actually
- 31:54that you care to pursue and that
- 31:55actually makes you light up. Cool. I
- 31:57went off on a little bit of a tangent,
- 31:58but that's really really important. So,
- 32:00that's who I'd sell to. That's sort of
- 32:02the offer I'd build. I'd play around
- 32:04with if I have no clients and I'm go I'm
- 32:06looking to go all in and I'm looking to
- 32:08do like straight up we're gonna work a
- 32:10one-on-one. It's gonna be the most
- 32:11direct access to me so that number one I
- 32:14can do the most to ensuring that they
- 32:16get results. Of course, I can't
- 32:17guarantee it for anyone because I'm not
- 32:19physically there with them or I'm not
- 32:20doing it for them. But if I'm selling my
- 32:22expertise, I'm like working with them
- 32:24one-on-one straight up. It's also going
- 32:27to allow me to charge a lot more. But
- 32:29I'm because I'm selling my time, but I'm
- 32:32working oneon-one.
- 32:34Cool. It's probably going to look like
- 32:35at le
- 32:39$5,000 plus. Now it's it's way more than
- 32:42that, but it would be one-on-one direct
- 32:45access for a limited amount of time.
- 32:48Anywhere between 30 days to 30 days to 3
- 32:51months. So 30 to 90 days. That's a good
- 32:53amount of time to help people get
- 32:55sufficient results or at least put them
- 32:57on the path, right?
- 33:01That would be my offer.
- 33:03And um if I'm running my agency, then
- 33:06I'm doing like I'm just helping people
- 33:07get clients. That's it. So, if I still
- 33:09have a lot of folks who run AI marketing
- 33:12agencies who watch this channel and like
- 33:15I've been trying to push them to do
- 33:16consulting offers, but also like another
- 33:18offer I would do to get my foot in the
- 33:20door if I wanted some free clients is I
- 33:22would do a cold email to help people get
- 33:25clients to help these businesses get
- 33:26more clients. But that aside,
- 33:30that aside, that's the main offer I
- 33:32build and then my price. So I would come
- 33:35out minimum minimum like for my like
- 33:41the absolute bar here
- 33:45is
- 33:47$5,000.
- 33:51I wouldn't do a low ticket like
- 33:53membership community like a like a $50 a
- 33:57month thing. Reason being is because
- 33:59we're talking about 30 grand a month. So
- 34:01to sell 50 like to hit 30 grand a month
- 34:04selling a $50 a month offer you can
- 34:08imagine you got to sell a lot of those.
- 34:09It's like I don't know some someone do
- 34:12the math I don't know 150 of them I
- 34:15don't know something like that. The main
- 34:17thing with pricing is
- 34:21okay like principles two general
- 34:24principles the more you charge the more
- 34:26you'll make. The more you char the more
- 34:28you charge, the more better things
- 34:30happen. When you charge a lot, bet good
- 34:32things happen. Cool. You attract more
- 34:34serious clients.
- 34:37You
- 34:39also are more motivated to go out of
- 34:41your way to deliver the best results.
- 34:43You can now also afford the time to help
- 34:45them. They are also more invested. Good
- 34:48things happen when you charge a lot.
- 34:50Cool. You can also scale the business.
- 34:54Second thing with pricing is you always
- 34:56want to test pricing. So when I was
- 34:59first starting business
- 35:03that used to get me caught up was like,
- 35:05I don't know how much to charge. I don't
- 35:07know how much to charge. Should I charge
- 35:10$20 for an ebook? Should I charge $50
- 35:13for an ebook? Should I charge $100 an
- 35:15hour? Should I charge $200 an hour? The
- 35:19overarching point here is you just have
- 35:21to test.
- 35:23What I say in this video might work
- 35:25right now. It may not work in a week.
- 35:27That's how fast the market shifts.
- 35:32You should always just be experimenting
- 35:34with pricing.
- 35:35Cool. So, I my first ever product I sold
- 35:38on the internet was a $20 ebook.
- 35:41Soon after that, I raised it to like $47
- 35:44or $50, something like that. I about
- 35:46doubled it.
- 35:48or more than doubled it.
- 35:51Your pricing should you should always be
- 35:53playing around with pricing, but you
- 35:54should have a minimum floor. I I told
- 35:56you my my minimum and what I would how I
- 35:59would guide you as well. Cool. So,
- 36:02that's the pricing strategy. This not
- 36:04not too much of a strategy. Trust me, it
- 36:07gets deeper, right? Like if we're
- 36:10talking about like webinar funnels and
- 36:12things like that and you know we talk
- 36:14about breaking even on the front end and
- 36:15then ascension offers and then premium
- 36:18offers and and then continuity offers
- 36:20and we can go that deep if you want. I
- 36:22got a whole lecture on it literally.
- 36:26Uh
- 36:30but for right now this is just the
- 36:32minimum talking about how I'd scale to
- 36:3430k a month in six months. I'm probably
- 36:35not running webinars, right?
- 36:38I may run one like closer to the
- 36:40six-month mark, but I'm not. I'll talk
- 36:42about the road map, but I'm really just
- 36:43like I I'm just doing straight up
- 36:47onetoone offers and then depending on
- 36:49how much traffic I get because we'll
- 36:50talk about the road map and posting
- 36:52content, but I'm I'm really focused on
- 36:54one-on- ones if not like very intimate
- 36:56group settings. Cool.
- 37:00And if you do the math, like I always
- 37:02recommend that you do the math because
- 37:04you might be in a niche that's like way
- 37:06smaller than mine, right? I started off
- 37:08with agents like cold email and cold
- 37:12email agencies and then and and
- 37:15businesses who are looking to get more
- 37:16clients and like AI cold email. That was
- 37:18my niche. So it went from cold email
- 37:22and cold email agencies to AI cold email
- 37:25and AI cold email agencies
- 37:28and then it went to like AI marketing
- 37:29agencies and then now it's more just
- 37:32overarching business strategy for people
- 37:34who want to sell their expertise online
- 37:36and um there's also like the actual lead
- 37:39generation and a cold email component to
- 37:41that as well. But like you might be in a
- 37:44bigger or smaller niche than I am and
- 37:45that might affect your pricing. The
- 37:46point here is test the pricing and do
- 37:50the backwards math. So 30 grand a month,
- 37:52right?
- 37:54Let's it's all math. Let's make it
- 37:55really practical. 30 grand a month at a
- 37:58$5,000 offer. How many clients do you
- 38:00ought to close? Six, right? You're
- 38:02probably not going to close all of your
- 38:03clients. So you're going to have to book
- 38:05a a little more than six calls a month.
- 38:07It might look like 10, 15, right? And
- 38:10we'll talk about how to do that. A lot
- 38:11of that is from posting stuff like this.
- 38:14And actually, you're only going to get
- 38:16you're only going to make it to this
- 38:18revenue milestone if you actually care
- 38:19about your clients, if you actually care
- 38:22about getting them results. And to care
- 38:24about getting them results, you have to
- 38:25be in in a you have to be in a niche
- 38:27that you actually enjoy that the thing
- 38:29you talk about naturally. Like I can I
- 38:32got a friend who's really interested in
- 38:33cycling. I can help him make 30 grand a
- 38:36month easy
- 38:38if he were to just upload with some like
- 38:40meta glasses, especially because I got
- 38:42the new meta sports glasses. just upload
- 38:44your footage on here and then offer like
- 38:48cycling
- 38:50guidance cuz I would literally watch him
- 38:52go from nothing to like he does like
- 38:56like he cycles like really really long
- 38:59distances
- 39:00easy easy like little little niches like
- 39:03that you can really dominate. It gets
- 39:05tougher to dominate in niches like this
- 39:07but like the nice thing about putting
- 39:09yourself out there is the natural
- 39:12differentiator is you. There's nobody
- 39:13who looks exactly like me, who talks
- 39:16exactly like me with my
- 39:20unique set of expertise. Like all those
- 39:22things put together makes for a really
- 39:24unique combination. Same thing for you.
- 39:28So, how I'd package the the offer ads,
- 39:30it it just be straight up simple
- 39:32one-on-one if not intimate group
- 39:33setting. Not doing any like long six
- 39:36months offers. It would be like one to 3
- 39:38months max, maybe four. But I like I
- 39:41like I really like 30 days depending on
- 39:44how good you are. And like we we can do
- 39:4830 30-day month offerings all day. Uh
- 39:51you can do 3 weeks even. You can do 90
- 39:53days. Play around with it. Cool. But
- 39:55don't think that like there's this thing
- 39:57that's going to happen where if you're
- 39:58not used to charging a lot, you're going
- 39:59to feel like you need to
- 40:02overextend yourself and like stretch the
- 40:04timeline. Don't don't feel like you need
- 40:05to do that, okay?
- 40:08Because what happens is most people get
- 40:10the bulk of of their results and the
- 40:12bulk of the things that they need to do
- 40:13from the first 30 days.
- 40:16After that, people start to take it less
- 40:18seriously and so it becomes a bit of a
- 40:20waste of time for a lot of people. So
- 40:23that's what I do. That's how I package
- 40:24the offer. Now let's talk about the
- 40:26funnel. So funnels are not like what
- 40:28they used to be. So I have built
- 40:31automated webinar funnels which print. I
- 40:35have built call funnels. Those are the
- 40:38bread and butter. It's just, you know,
- 40:40little VSSL or something application,
- 40:42book a call. But like they they look a
- 40:44little different now. I built DM
- 40:45funnels, but
- 40:48honestly, my best funnel is
- 40:54my my like a funnel that I would run
- 40:58right now is is like YouTube
- 41:01to some sort of
- 41:03application.
- 41:05I'd probably have a newsletter there,
- 41:06too, but like that's for another day.
- 41:07That's those are secondary pieces, but
- 41:09it would be like YouTube.
- 41:12That would be my top of funnel. And then
- 41:14I had I'd have t I'd be if I'm if I'm
- 41:16starting from scratch, I'd be doing
- 41:18short form content, too. Like I'd be
- 41:19doing Tik Tok, Instagram for sure, but
- 41:22I'll just re re-upload the videos from
- 41:24Tik Tok onto Instagram. But I'd be
- 41:26uploading like three to five times a day
- 41:28on Tik Tok, one YouTube video. Uh I'd be
- 41:32recording one YouTube video a day, but
- 41:34like I'd upload maybe three YouTube
- 41:35videos a week, two to three a week.
- 41:39And then
- 41:46I would just straight go to an
- 41:47application
- 41:49and then I'll call and then I'll close.
- 41:52That's it. That would be my that would
- 41:54be my funnel. I wouldn't have some fancy
- 41:55like webinar.
- 42:00Like I I can show you how to build one,
- 42:01but like I'm not a Those are those are
- 42:06those are okay. I think if you really
- 42:08want to hit
- 42:11this amount, 30 grand a month, you you
- 42:14need a strong content base. So, strong
- 42:17top of funnel. So, you like you got to
- 42:19be super active posting content or you
- 42:22got to learn how to run ads. And I can
- 42:24teach a whole college lecture on ads as
- 42:27well. That's not going to be taught on
- 42:29this video. That's going to be its own
- 42:30separate video. Okay?
- 42:33Ads. With ads, you can print 30k a
- 42:35month, no problem. But like you have to
- 42:37get good at it. You got to get good at
- 42:39it. And then you also got to have like a
- 42:41strong webinar or conversion sequence
- 42:44VSSL at the bottom. And like you don't
- 42:46want to start with running ads. You want
- 42:47to make sure that it does well with
- 42:48organic content first. That's the key.
- 42:52That's part of why we're not talking
- 42:53about ads right now because you got to
- 42:54be good at organic content. And the way
- 42:56you run ads successfully in 2026 onwards
- 42:59is to h do well with organic content and
- 43:03then use that as a base to run ads.
- 43:06In other words, like you take good piece
- 43:08of performing organic content and then
- 43:10turn those into ads. That's typically
- 43:13what you want to do. Unless your offer
- 43:15is just a straight up cold traffic
- 43:16offer. Getting into the nitty-gritty
- 43:18now. Uh and that's a separate
- 43:20conversation. But keeping the focus
- 43:23here, that would be my funnel.
- 43:26YouTube
- 43:29and I probably do Tik Tok in the link in
- 43:31my bio for Tik Tok. The link in my bio
- 43:34would be my YouTube channel. So it go
- 43:36from like short form content to more
- 43:38long form content where they can binge.
- 43:40My goal here is just to get people to
- 43:41spend as much time with me as possible.
- 43:43Like that would be my goal in scaling to
- 43:4530 grand a month because this is all
- 43:46about trust. like if they're going to be
- 43:48paying you this much, just understand
- 43:49that like they they got to trust you and
- 43:53they're only going to pay you to the
- 43:55extent that they trust you. And so my
- 43:56goal would be to get people to spend as
- 43:58much time with me as possible to decide
- 44:00for themselves if I'm their person or
- 44:02not. To decide for themselves if they
- 44:03trust me or not. You'll never see me get
- 44:05on here and try and persuade people to
- 44:07pay me.
- 44:09I don't need it. I don't rely on it.
- 44:11It's not something that I need. Like I
- 44:12don't got to sell anybody anything. I do
- 44:15just fine.
- 44:18That being said, a lot of people who
- 44:21watch this content end up becoming
- 44:22clients for the business, right? Done
- 44:24for you or done with you in some sort of
- 44:26coaching setting, right?
- 44:30But
- 44:32if you want to hit 30 grand a month, you
- 44:34got to give yourself a fighting chance.
- 44:35And you got to allow people you got to
- 44:39allow people the time they need to
- 44:41formulate their own opinion on you. And
- 44:43just know that it's their opinion. Not
- 44:45everybody has to work with you for you
- 44:46to make this kind of money. You only
- 44:47need six of them a month if you're if
- 44:49you're charging five. If you're charging
- 44:52six grand, you only need five of them.
- 44:54If you're charging eight grand,
- 44:56you only need four of them,
- 44:59right? So on and so forth. So that's the
- 45:02funnel.
- 45:05That's the funnel. I'm not doing too
- 45:06much I'm not doing too much outbound.
- 45:08I'm really really not honestly. Not Not
- 45:11in the way that I understand business.
- 45:14when if I was first starting, sure. Like
- 45:16I might do some a cold email campaigns.
- 45:18Absolutely.
- 45:21But what I'm really doing is planting
- 45:23the seeds with content. So, my content
- 45:25strategy is,
- 45:30and this gets this gets way deeper than
- 45:32I have time to talk about in this video
- 45:33or that we're going to talk about in
- 45:35this video,
- 45:38but with the content strategy, first
- 45:40off, I got to know who I'm talking to.
- 45:43And like literally, I would try and get
- 45:44a screenshot of that person and just put
- 45:46it like on my computer in a Google doc
- 45:48or something. And then I'm doing howto
- 45:52videos. How to get your first client,
- 45:55how to get your first case study, how to
- 45:57break into this field, how to stop
- 45:59drinking, how to do whatever like
- 46:02whatever the niche is and the the
- 46:04problems that that person is dealing
- 46:05with. I have to become obsessed with
- 46:08their problems as a byproduct. They will
- 46:11pay me and I will make 30 grand a month.
- 46:13But only if I care about them and I'm
- 46:15interested in them. I'm externally
- 46:17focused and and and focused on helping
- 46:19them.
- 46:21One of the big reasons, going back to
- 46:22the start of the video, the mindset
- 46:24piece, that's why a lot of people don't
- 46:25hit these milestones is because they are
- 46:27focused on making money. They're not
- 46:30focused on helping people. When you help
- 46:32people, the floodgates to making money
- 46:34open. People, like I said, will be
- 46:36asking how they can pay you. They'll be
- 46:37asking you to put a course together.
- 46:39They'll be asking you to put a book out.
- 46:41They'll be asking you
- 46:43for your one-on-one rate. They'll be
- 46:45asking you if you can do it for they'll
- 46:47be ask like that's how you know. That's
- 46:50the secret to business. It's
- 46:54you're in the trust business. You're in
- 46:55the people business. Care about people.
- 46:57Obsess over their problems. When Myron
- 46:59Golden,
- 47:01Myron Golden told me successful people
- 47:02are are are obsessed with solving other
- 47:05people's problems, their their markets
- 47:07problems. When he told me that, that
- 47:09changed everything for me. I became. And
- 47:12so I would have a screenshot of my ICP,
- 47:16which is probably my old self, and I'd
- 47:18say I' I'd write down a list of like
- 47:20pieces of content. How to hit how to
- 47:22make your first dollar on the internet,
- 47:24how to make 10 grand a month, how to
- 47:25like how to break into tech, how to get
- 47:28a high ticket sales job, how to become a
- 47:31staffing recruitment, whatever, right?
- 47:33how to make this much in staffing and
- 47:34recruitment, like how to do this, how to
- 47:36save money, how to save money on taxes,
- 47:38whatever your niche is, but it's all
- 47:39how-to videos, how to, and then solve a
- 47:42bunch of problems that they have.
- 47:45Here's the thing with content strategy.
- 47:47You don't know what's going to work.
- 47:50You can increase your odds
- 47:53by, you know, through this stuff,
- 47:55through strategy, but you don't know
- 47:57what's going to work. So, you got to try
- 47:58everything and not take the views
- 48:00personally. The only metric that I would
- 48:03be caring about is how much content did
- 48:05I upload. That's it. How much content
- 48:08did I actually produce
- 48:10and and put out into the world? That's
- 48:12the only thing I would be tracking. Did
- 48:14I do it and did I do it consistently?
- 48:16Did I hit my three uploads today for
- 48:18short form? Or did I hit my three
- 48:20uploads a week? Two to three a week.
- 48:22That's the only thing that I would be
- 48:24tracking. My friend, so many people put
- 48:26out a video. The video might go viral,
- 48:30but then they don't know what to do next
- 48:31and they can't handle it because now
- 48:32they feel like they got to make another
- 48:34viral video. You don't need to.
- 48:37You just like like put the put the
- 48:39blinders on and focus on the inputs of
- 48:43of doing the thing that you're
- 48:44passionate about, the thing that makes
- 48:45you light up. I would only be speaking
- 48:47on the thing that makes me light up
- 48:48because that's the thing that's going to
- 48:50take off and you don't want to take off
- 48:52for the wrong thing, the thing that like
- 48:54you didn't actually care about.
- 48:56So, that's what I would that's that's
- 48:58really the content strategy.
- 49:01That's the frequency. That's the
- 49:03approach. It would be a bunch of how-to
- 49:05stuff. And then at the end, it would be
- 49:07the call to action would be follow for
- 49:08more. Follow for more. Follow for more.
- 49:10Follow for more until I can put a link
- 49:12in my bio because Tik Tok like you need
- 49:13a certain amount of followers. And then
- 49:14it would be like, if you need help with
- 49:16this, hit the link in my bio to book a
- 49:18call. And that's it. And I would just
- 49:20keep doing that, keep doing that, keep
- 49:21doing that, keep doing that. And as I
- 49:23get testimonials,
- 49:25I would ask I would ask my clients for
- 49:27testimonials when good things happen
- 49:28obviously. And then I'd take those
- 49:30testimonials and turn those into pieces
- 49:32of content because those those are like
- 49:33the those are those tend to seal the
- 49:36deal is having testimonials, right? I
- 49:39actually have a te a dedicated
- 49:40testimonials channel. I'm behind on this
- 49:42and there's so many testimonials I can't
- 49:44upload because they're in the form of
- 49:45screenshots and stuff like that. But
- 49:47like keep your testimonials
- 49:49cuz those those will help you with
- 49:51whatever else you do in the business
- 49:53world.
- 49:54Now the thing like the sales process. So
- 49:58I have I
- 50:00I don't know who said this. This is not
- 50:02a Pablo original, but like this sort of
- 50:04clicked when I heard it.
- 50:08For those of you who are worried about
- 50:09like sales,
- 50:13the better your marketing is,
- 50:17the less selling you have to do
- 50:20because people come sold. The better
- 50:22your offer is, the less marketing you
- 50:23have to do because your offer speaks for
- 50:25itself.
- 50:27Nowadays, there's a lot of people
- 50:29selling everything. Everything is
- 50:31saturated.
- 50:33So, how you differentiate yourself is is
- 50:35by this. It's by being visible and
- 50:37discoverable. But on top of that,
- 50:41you don't have to be exceptional with
- 50:43content. You can be quite mediocre. You
- 50:45just got to be consistent. And don't be
- 50:46the person who gives up after four
- 50:48months,
- 50:50three or four months, cuz then it's
- 50:52like, why did you start? You didn't come
- 50:53that far to quit after four months,
- 50:56right?
- 50:57So
- 51:00sales, you don't got to worry too much
- 51:01if if the if you've been doing your job
- 51:04on the content side. So now in the sales
- 51:06piece, person shows up on the call. I'm
- 51:08really looking for like three or four
- 51:10key pieces of information. Number one,
- 51:12can I help this person?
- 51:15Because half of making this kind of
- 51:16money and half of closing on a sales
- 51:18call is making sure you have the right
- 51:21person in front of you. The wrong
- 51:22version of you is going to try and sell
- 51:24everyone anything. Don't do that. You'll
- 51:28end up with unhappy clients. So,
- 51:32can I actually help this person? Right?
- 51:34And and and and so why and then next is
- 51:36like why did they book the call?
- 51:39In asking them why they booked the call,
- 51:41I'd be able to figure out if I can help
- 51:42this person. How long have they been
- 51:44searching for a solution? What else have
- 51:46they tried? And then why now? Those are
- 51:49the big things.
- 51:51And then of course I get a sense for
- 51:53their budget as well which should really
- 51:55be in the application process. But point
- 51:56being we can go like we can go super
- 51:58knee deep into the sales process. What
- 52:01to do before the call confirming the
- 52:03call so forth like that stuff's
- 52:05secondary.
- 52:06The main thing is you want to make sure
- 52:08that on sales calls what you're really
- 52:09doing is you're you're a consultant and
- 52:11you're just asking questions to see if
- 52:12you can help this person. The same way a
- 52:15doctor does when you come into the
- 52:17doctor's office. They ask you a bunch of
- 52:19questions. What's going on? What brings
- 52:21you here? Where's the pain? How long has
- 52:23this been? Are you experiencing any
- 52:25other symptoms? Headaches? Are you have
- 52:27you been taking any other any other
- 52:28medication? Have you been taking any
- 52:30other medication? Have you been seeing
- 52:32any side effects? Point being like they
- 52:34ask you questions and then then and then
- 52:36they say, "Okay, so here's what I'd
- 52:37recommend.
- 52:39I would recommend that we put you on
- 52:41this medication and this medication.
- 52:42You're going to take it twice a week."
- 52:43So on so forth.
- 52:46That's sales. But in this case, it's
- 52:49like here's what okay based on what you
- 52:50told me. I think you're like
- 52:51threequarters of the way there, but if
- 52:53you just had the right guidance and
- 52:54you'll be right where you need to be. I
- 52:56can help you with this. I've helped
- 52:57other people with this. Or I can help
- 52:58you with this. Would you like to hear
- 53:00how? They'll say yes. You say, "Okay,
- 53:02there's three things I recommend for you
- 53:04based on everything you told me. X, Y,
- 53:06Z. It'll solve this problem, this
- 53:08problem, this problem. We can work
- 53:09together for 30 days. That's all you
- 53:10need and that's what I would recommend.
- 53:13Any questions? No objections? Handle the
- 53:15objections up front. Just handle them
- 53:17openly and honestly like a friend would.
- 53:19Cool. And then you say, "Okay, here's
- 53:21what I recommend based on your
- 53:23situation. Obviously, I have a bias and
- 53:24I wouldn't force you to. I'm not going
- 53:25to. It's your choice, but here's what I
- 53:27recommend based on everything you told
- 53:29me and everything I've seen. If you do
- 53:30this this this, you're going to be in Y
- 53:32position by the time we're done.
- 53:36Would you be opposed to moving forward?"
- 53:38They say, "No, let's do it." That's how
- 53:40that's h that's how sales works, right?
- 53:42It's this very natural thing. It's not
- 53:43this like Wolf of Wall Street static
- 53:45thing where you need a sales script. You
- 53:46just need to know the questions
- 53:49to ask. I have I posted live a bunch of
- 53:53live sales calls. A recent one too, and
- 53:56you'll see me just like I have a little
- 53:58like note, sticky note or it's like a Q
- 54:01card or piece of paper, whatever it is,
- 54:03and I'm just writing I have a bunch of
- 54:04questions that I want to ask and I'm
- 54:06just writing things down as I go. That's
- 54:08that's sales. You're always selling.
- 54:11You just don't realize it because you're
- 54:12doing it naturally, right?
- 54:16The thing, oops, the thing with sales is
- 54:17like nobody wants to be sold to.
- 54:20Everybody wants to go shopping with a
- 54:21friend. And so a big a big thing you're
- 54:24doing with your content, knowingly or
- 54:25unknowingly, is you're making friends,
- 54:31like
- 54:33when you feel like you know someone, so
- 54:36the the it becomes easier to buy from
- 54:38them. And so as you are putting out
- 54:41content, what you're doing, the effect
- 54:42that you're you're creating with the
- 54:44folks in your market and your niche is
- 54:46you're making them feel like they really
- 54:47know you.
- 54:49And so it won't be a big deal to get
- 54:53them to pay you because you don't have
- 54:56to sell them on or convince them or
- 54:57persuade them on anything. I don't
- 54:59persuade anyone on anything ever in my
- 55:01calls. And if it's not for them, I let
- 55:04them know upfront. But like I hate being
- 55:06sold to. Nobody likes that. So I don't
- 55:08do that. And nor will you have to
- 55:10because the content does the work up
- 55:11front and the content is you just being
- 55:13yourself by the way.
- 55:16Just be yourself. Unedited. Stutter.
- 55:18Make mistakes,
- 55:21right? Like there's there are times on
- 55:22here where I get on here like I cough or
- 55:24I stutter or you guys see it all the
- 55:26time.
- 55:29Just be yourself. Be natural. And I
- 55:30promise that's the stuff that's going to
- 55:32cut through and build the most trust and
- 55:33credibility.
- 55:36You can you can experiment with like
- 55:37content like this. You can experiment
- 55:40with like scripting your stuff out
- 55:42first. I used to in the mornings I used
- 55:44to write out a whole document as though
- 55:46it's like a long essay or newsletter and
- 55:48those would be the documents that I
- 55:49would read off of. I did a 100 plus
- 55:51videos like that. Thing is I had the
- 55:53patience, right? I was also uploading
- 55:55every day. So it was almost impossible
- 55:57for me to not hit 30 grand a month in
- 55:58six months. It was almost impossible.
- 56:01And one thing I would offer you is like
- 56:02I'm going to give you the guidelines,
- 56:04but you should also ask for yourself
- 56:05because you know yourself better than I
- 56:07can ever know. You ask yourself this,
- 56:11what is it
- 56:13or what's the amount that I need to put
- 56:15out to where it would be unreasonable
- 56:18like it would be it would it would be
- 56:19unreasonable unbelievable for me to not
- 56:22be at 30 grand a month in six months.
- 56:25I asked myself that and so I decided to
- 56:27I decided to start posting YouTube
- 56:28videos every single day when I started
- 56:30my AI agency.
- 56:35Now I can hit that without having to
- 56:36post YouTube videos every day because I
- 56:38understand more about how YouTube works
- 56:39and what the market wants.
- 56:42But like if I was starting from scratch
- 56:43that that's that's an idea of like the
- 56:45lengths that I was willing to go to.
- 56:49And the person who hits 30k a month is
- 56:52just willing to do the things that you
- 56:53may not want to be, right? And you're
- 56:56going to hit 30k a month because you're
- 56:57willing to do the things that the other
- 56:59person is not willing to do and you're
- 57:01willing to do it for longer. So that's
- 57:03the sales process.
- 57:06We won't talk about so we won't talk so
- 57:08much about delivery and fulfillment
- 57:10because I don't know exactly what your
- 57:11offer is. But just know that like you
- 57:14should probably be you should be able to
- 57:16defer a lot of like the client
- 57:18management stuff
- 57:20and reporting and tending to people to
- 57:23AI like AI AI can be connected to your
- 57:27Slack. You can incorporate Manis and
- 57:29Claude and Chad into all this stuff.
- 57:31Cool.
- 57:33A big thing though is that you want to
- 57:34be getting testimonials.
- 57:36Okay. So, what I'd be doing every single
- 57:39day is is if if I'm not at 30K a month,
- 57:43I'm spending two to four hours a day
- 57:45just making content.
- 57:47Full disclosure,
- 57:49I'm spending 2 to four hours a day just
- 57:52making content. It might take an hour
- 57:54for me to prep the content and then I
- 57:56spend the rest recording and then I go
- 57:57eat breakfast and then take a break and
- 57:59then I go make some short form videos.
- 58:00But point being, I'm spending like at le
- 58:02I'm spending a good two hours a day
- 58:06posting content. The Tik Tok stuff is
- 58:08easy. You just record on Tik Tok. You
- 58:11got the start stop button on Tik Tok and
- 58:12then like you can edit it in the app.
- 58:16That's just easy, right? Just edit out
- 58:17the pauses on on short form content, you
- 58:19definitely want to edit out pauses. Long
- 58:21form content, just keep the pauses in.
- 58:25It's what I do. This content does well.
- 58:31You
- 58:33probably won't need to hire anyone. You
- 58:35may need to hire like one VA if that.
- 58:39Hire someone from overseas. They do
- 58:41excellent work,
- 58:43right? It's cost-effective.
- 58:45They also make great money for where
- 58:46they're based out of. And the, you know,
- 58:50country doesn't really matter. But point
- 58:52being, you don't got to hire like a CEO
- 58:55or a COO or anything like that. Cool.
- 59:02So that would be So my
- 59:08I like to talk about the biggest
- 59:10pitfalls to avoid. I think that I think
- 59:12the biggest the biggest the only thing
- 59:13that's going to stop you and this is the
- 59:15most freeing thing in the world, but
- 59:18it's like the hardest pill to swallow
- 59:19for a lot of people.
- 59:22The thing that will stop you if
- 59:24anything, not saying it will, but the
- 59:25thing that might, if anything's going to
- 59:27stop you, it would be
- 59:30your own expectations.
- 59:33There's this really dangerous word in
- 59:35life and in business. And the word is
- 59:37should.
- 59:39I should see results by X date. I should
- 59:42be at X amount a month. I should It
- 59:45should have happened already. It should
- 59:50That's the thing. that turns most people
- 59:54off and gets them to a point where like
- 59:56they don't really see success.
- 59:58And that's the thing that makes them
- 1:00:00give up.
- 1:00:01If you cannot be so entitled,
- 1:00:04it's most of your competition. Most of
- 1:00:06your competition nowadays is super
- 1:00:07entitled because they're measuring
- 1:00:09themselves over like the 17-year-old kid
- 1:00:11driving the Corvette on TikTok that they
- 1:00:13see.
- 1:00:15I don't even look at social med. Like if
- 1:00:18I'm on social media, it's cuz I'm
- 1:00:20learning something or like I might I'm
- 1:00:23you know guilty. I might look like I
- 1:00:25might look at hip-hop news and that sort
- 1:00:28of thing, but like I'm not looking at
- 1:00:30like
- 1:00:31I'm not comparing myself. There's a
- 1:00:33subtle comparison of like, oh my god,
- 1:00:35just bought the Lambo at 19, dude. And
- 1:00:39thankfully I'm like I I think the thing
- 1:00:40I'm grateful for about making money
- 1:00:42later, I'm about I'm about to be 30. I'm
- 1:00:4529.
- 1:00:47The the thing I'm grateful for is
- 1:00:51I got my immaturity and all my mental
- 1:00:53hurdle hurdles out the way. Like I don't
- 1:00:55think I would have been able to do what
- 1:00:56I did in my early 20s. I well clearly
- 1:00:59else [laughter]
- 1:01:01or else I would have done it. And the
- 1:01:03point being there's just a lot of mental
- 1:01:05hurdles that just come with wis and uh
- 1:01:08wisdom that comes with age and solving
- 1:01:11those mental hurdles comes with
- 1:01:12maturity. But like you can compact that
- 1:01:15if you're just digesting the right
- 1:01:16stuff. And I don't think I was digesting
- 1:01:18the right stuff or putting myself in the
- 1:01:19right environments in my early 20s. I
- 1:01:20don't think I was.
- 1:01:23So those those are the big pitfalls.
- 1:01:25It's all going to be in here. Other than
- 1:01:26that, no one can stop you. None of your
- 1:01:28competition can stop you. It's actually
- 1:01:30a bit of a joke nowadays. It's it's
- 1:01:32quite easy to succeed.
- 1:01:35So
- 1:01:36month one
- 1:01:40or I'm not really even measuring this by
- 1:01:42month. I am just
- 1:01:47focus on putting out content
- 1:01:50and I may not have exact clarity on my
- 1:01:51offer but that can wait. The most
- 1:01:54important thing is we start putting out
- 1:01:57content so I can start to figure out
- 1:01:58like what I'm good at and what I like to
- 1:02:00do. This applies to you too. That's the
- 1:02:02most important thing for you. Put out
- 1:02:04content. It could be, you don't got to
- 1:02:06be married to one niche. It could be two
- 1:02:07or three or four or five niches. Just
- 1:02:09keep talking about different things. And
- 1:02:11then naturally, one of those two or or
- 1:02:13or one of those will pick up traction.
- 1:02:16That is the thing that the market market
- 1:02:18is telling you that it likes the most or
- 1:02:20that you talk about the best or that you
- 1:02:23framed in the most enticing way. And so,
- 1:02:25double down and see if you can do that
- 1:02:27again. just keep serving the market and
- 1:02:30do it consistently.
- 1:02:32I think
- 1:02:35I I I
- 1:02:37don't like the idea of like Okay. Well,
- 1:02:40not I shouldn't say that. Um if you
- 1:02:45already have a business, then promote
- 1:02:46your business. If you're if I'm starting
- 1:02:48from scratch like I am in the premise of
- 1:02:49this video, I'm putting out the content
- 1:02:51first.
- 1:02:53My agency was different because I
- 1:02:54already had the agency before I started
- 1:02:56putting out content. And so I was just
- 1:02:57putting out content to promote the
- 1:02:58agency. Point being, if you do something
- 1:03:01consistently enough for long enough,
- 1:03:02it'll it'll work. But for the six-month
- 1:03:05road map, I'm just putting out content.
- 1:03:08And what my goal is is to try and build
- 1:03:11gravity
- 1:03:13around myself. I'm trying to get some
- 1:03:15motion.
- 1:03:17I'm trying to get some I'm trying to get
- 1:03:19some traction, some momentum.
- 1:03:23And you'll know.
- 1:03:25You'll know when you have momentum
- 1:03:26because you'll people start commenting
- 1:03:28on your videos. You might be at like a
- 1:03:30YouTube, you might get like 80, you
- 1:03:32might start getting 80 views, 100 views
- 1:03:33a video. When you're at 100 views a
- 1:03:35video, you got something going on
- 1:03:37YouTube.
- 1:03:38Tik Tok's different. Tik Tok is like,
- 1:03:40okay, like you, you know, maybe you're
- 1:03:42getting a couple thousand views a video,
- 1:03:44a thousand views, a couple thousand
- 1:03:45views a video. You got some motion.
- 1:03:48But here's my golden rule, okay? Just
- 1:03:51keep the link, keep the application link
- 1:03:53in the description if you're on YouTube
- 1:03:56and then
- 1:03:58just keep posting content and you'll
- 1:04:00know. You'll just know. You'll know when
- 1:04:03it's time.
- 1:04:04You can't miss it. People will literally
- 1:04:06be asking you how they can work with
- 1:04:08you. So, that's the six-month road.
- 1:04:10Somewhere in that point in time because
- 1:04:13of the sheer volume of content that I'd
- 1:04:14be putting out over the span of that
- 1:04:17time frame,
- 1:04:19I know that I would have built up so
- 1:04:21much trust and then people will start
- 1:04:22people will start to so first off people
- 1:04:25will start to ask me how they can pay
- 1:04:27me. This is what will happen for you.
- 1:04:29You'll just know whether that happens in
- 1:04:30month one or month three or month four,
- 1:04:32month five, doesn't matter. It'll happen
- 1:04:34if you just stick with that schedule.
- 1:04:36posting three to five times a day short
- 1:04:37form two to three times a week YouTube
- 1:04:39you can do every day if you want if
- 1:04:40you're a bit of a psycho like I was
- 1:04:43and then but like you can't just post
- 1:04:46into oblivion you got to pay close
- 1:04:47attention to the content that's working
- 1:04:50via the likes button the engagement the
- 1:04:52metrics the views so on and so forth
- 1:05:00and you got to double down and lean into
- 1:05:02those and then from there I'm selling my
- 1:05:05you know five $6, $7,000
- 1:05:08offer. And just do the math. Do the
- 1:05:10backwards math here, okay? If you have
- 1:05:12dozens of people watching you for months
- 1:05:16and you're you're in front of them
- 1:05:18multiple times a week, you're going to
- 1:05:20have built a lot of trust, equity in the
- 1:05:24market.
- 1:05:26By month four, month five, you're going
- 1:05:28to have at least six people on this like
- 1:05:3130-day cycle. like three to six
- 1:05:32depending on how good you are, of
- 1:05:34course, but like you don't got to be you
- 1:05:36only got to be like a C or a B student
- 1:05:39in in in in content. You don't got to be
- 1:05:42this super well spoken person
- 1:05:45to be able to succeed with content.
- 1:05:47Three to six
- 1:05:50people a month who are looking to buy
- 1:05:53from you. That's what that's what you're
- 1:05:54positioning yourself for if you just
- 1:05:57keep up with this. And if that's not the
- 1:06:00case for you, then you probably did
- 1:06:02something fundamentally wrong because
- 1:06:03this hasn't ever not worked for me. Even
- 1:06:06when I didn't know what I was doing,
- 1:06:07what I was doing when I didn't know what
- 1:06:09I was doing and I had never posted
- 1:06:11content on the internet before and I had
- 1:06:12all those mental
- 1:06:14bound barriers where it's like, oh my
- 1:06:16god, I can't, you know, my my mom's
- 1:06:18going to find out or my friends are
- 1:06:19going to find out. First off, I just
- 1:06:21made accounts that none of them ever
- 1:06:23knew about and I blocked whoever I
- 1:06:24needed to block. But second, but I
- 1:06:27didn't know what I was doing. I had no
- 1:06:28idea about content strategy. Like I'm
- 1:06:30I'm talking as deep as I can go for a
- 1:06:33YouTube video right now, but like I had
- 1:06:35no idea of like hooks and so on and so
- 1:06:38forth.
- 1:06:42And
- 1:06:44to compensate for that, I just posted
- 1:06:47more. And there's this nice principle in
- 1:06:51business and in life in general where
- 1:06:52it's like volume
- 1:06:55negates luck. Like you don't have to get
- 1:06:57lucky. You can just do more and you can
- 1:06:59create success. You can literally just
- 1:07:01create the situation where you make 30
- 1:07:02grand in 6 months. I know this cuz I
- 1:07:06have a notebook. I think it's in my
- 1:07:08other room where I was like
- 1:07:11where I was tracking my days and I was
- 1:07:14like I want to make I want to be at 30k
- 1:07:16a month by December 31st. I want to be
- 1:07:18at 30k a month by December 31st. I did
- 1:07:20it in like half the time
- 1:07:22cuz the intention was there. Also, I
- 1:07:25just did this stuff. So, you don't
- 1:07:28really need
- 1:07:30a large amount of capital to start
- 1:07:33selling your expertise.
- 1:07:35You don't even need a lot of time. Like
- 1:07:37when I say post a lot of content, again,
- 1:07:38that shouldn't take you more than two
- 1:07:39hours a day, if not four hours a day.
- 1:07:41That still leads a beautiful life. It it
- 1:07:44it it allows you to live a beautiful
- 1:07:47life, especially if you're talking about
- 1:07:48the things that light you up. No
- 1:07:50problem.
- 1:07:52Right. No problem. So
- 1:07:56that in a nutshell is how I'd go about
- 1:07:58it. And that tip that like that includes
- 1:08:00all the things that I would do
- 1:08:02differently knowing what I would knowing
- 1:08:03what I know now. But I think if you just
- 1:08:05persist with this
- 1:08:12and you come into this with like very a
- 1:08:16very humble approach and you just give
- 1:08:18yourself a fighting chance at success.
- 1:08:23Give yourself a fair and fighting chance
- 1:08:25at succeeding. meaning stay the course
- 1:08:29and don't be so
- 1:08:32obsessed with like
- 1:08:34how long this is going to take because
- 1:08:36if you're asking that then you're
- 1:08:37probably not in the right frame. The the
- 1:08:39the loser version of you is is obsessed
- 1:08:42with wondering how long this is going to
- 1:08:44take. The winning version of you, the
- 1:08:47winner version of you asks or or has the
- 1:08:50attitude where they're like, I'm just
- 1:08:51going to do this for as long as it takes
- 1:08:53until I get my goal. You see the
- 1:08:55difference?
- 1:08:58And that took me and my my own journey a
- 1:09:00long time. Like that's the maturity
- 1:09:01aspect that I was talking about that I
- 1:09:04think so many people lack. But I hope
- 1:09:06you see that it's it's not that hard to
- 1:09:09win nowadays.
- 1:09:11It's not that difficult because most of
- 1:09:13your competition has
- 1:09:15unrealistic
- 1:09:17and unfair to themselves expectations.
- 1:09:21their expectations are just they're just
- 1:09:23shot and they're also over stimulated
- 1:09:26and like they have a phone addiction and
- 1:09:28the whole nine
- 1:09:32and
- 1:09:34that's a separate conversation.
- 1:09:38But the undertone of of all this, like I
- 1:09:40threw a lot at you in this video, but
- 1:09:41the undertone of all this is that this
- 1:09:43is stuff that I can actually personally
- 1:09:44attest to. This is this tends to be the
- 1:09:46general framework of how I guide folks
- 1:09:48starting whether they're at 15k a month
- 1:09:50and they just need to double it. There's
- 1:09:52typically a few levers that we can pull
- 1:09:54like you know changing and testing
- 1:09:56pricing and so on so forth. But like
- 1:09:57this is a general guideline and
- 1:09:58framework.
- 1:10:01But the under the undertone of this is I
- 1:10:03want you is I want you to understand
- 1:10:04that it's it's quite easy to win
- 1:10:06nowadays because your competition can't
- 1:10:09do anything for more than three weeks to
- 1:10:10three months at a time.
- 1:10:14And so 30K a month is not out of reach.
- 1:10:17It's actually totally within your reach.
- 1:10:18It's more than within your reach. It's
- 1:10:20not up here that you got to grab. It's
- 1:10:22like right here. You just got to have
- 1:10:23the intention and and become the person
- 1:10:25and sustain that intention for long
- 1:10:27enough, right? And just do it for as
- 1:10:29long as it takes. If that's your
- 1:10:32attitude, then it's impossible to fail.
- 1:10:34It's impossible. I've never seen someone
- 1:10:35who who gave it all they got for and I'm
- 1:10:39not talking working 12-hour days, but
- 1:10:41just took themselves seriously for 6
- 1:10:43months. Whether or not they hit 30 grand
- 1:10:46a month, I've never seen someone not
- 1:10:48significantly change their life for the
- 1:10:50better. And that's what I want for you.
- 1:10:52Cool. You're totally capable of doing
- 1:10:54this.
- 1:10:56Cool.
- 1:10:59Go for it. It's your time. See you in
- 1:11:02the next video. I'm out. Peace.
