- 0:02How I would hit 50k a month in 90 days
- 0:04guaranteed if I had to start over again.
- 0:07So, huge caveat. If you haven't hit 50k
- 0:11a month, then
- 0:12you don't know what you're doing, and I
- 0:14don't mean to say that to offend you.
- 0:16I'm just trying to say if you knew how
- 0:18to do it, you would have would have done
- 0:19it already. And the reason why I can do
- 0:21it is cuz I've
- 0:22done it. So, the instruction I'm going
- 0:24to give you doesn't guarantee it for
- 0:25you.
- 0:26It's just what I would do, and I'm
- 0:28basing this off of what I would have
- 0:29done or perhaps
- 0:32what I would have done differently. But
- 0:34point being like I can't guarantee you
- 0:35anything, okay? I got to I got to say
- 0:37this as a huge disclaimer.
- 0:40I'm hoping that you that
- 0:42I'm assuming that you will not take
- 0:44offense to that. Cool. All right. So,
- 0:46how to I think it's rather honest. How
- 0:47to how to how I would hit 50k a month in
- 0:4990 days guaranteed if I had to start
- 0:52over. So,
- 0:53let's expand on that really quickly cuz
- 0:56people on YouTube
- 0:58give advice like this a lot.
- 1:00And they don't go deep into enough into
- 1:01that piece.
- 1:03And so,
- 1:04you'll watch stuff like this, and your
- 1:06expectations will be just so
- 1:09all over the place.
- 1:10And I care a lot about my reputation, so
- 1:12I can't afford to have you like all
- 1:15all over the place, okay? So, just bear
- 1:17with me here.
- 1:18I'm experienced.
- 1:20I have scaled uh
- 1:22four I think this is business number
- 1:23four
- 1:25education I've I've scaled a a number of
- 1:27different businesses
- 1:28to this mark.
- 1:30I'm experienced.
- 1:32Okay?
- 1:34The Now, that that aside, let's get into
- 1:36the nitty-gritty. So,
- 1:38first things first, we need to start
- 1:39with the mindset cuz again,
- 1:41if you had the mindset, you'd be there.
- 1:43So much of getting rich, and you're
- 1:45you're you are
- 1:46definitely rich at 50k a month. That's
- 1:48over half a million dollars a year. You
- 1:49are just fine. Trust me, there's nothing
- 1:51you can't do.
- 1:53>> [clears throat]
- 1:54>> You can charter a private jet if you
- 1:55want to.
- 1:56You got to let go
- 1:58so much about getting rich and and
- 1:59creating wealth
- 2:00is about giving yourself permission to
- 2:02be rich.
- 2:03And that's a loaded sentence right
- 2:04there. But I'm coming from the angle of
- 2:07the fact that you got to let go
- 2:09of the idea that 50k a month is a lot of
- 2:11money. It's a lot of money on one side
- 2:13of the coin. On the other side of the
- 2:14coin, you can't afford to think that
- 2:15it's a lot of money.
- 2:18Adding to that,
- 2:20>> [clears throat]
- 2:21>> it is as easy to make 50k a month as it
- 2:23is to make 20
- 2:26or 30k a month or 40k a month or 10k a
- 2:28month. It's as easy.
- 2:31You just got to tweak a couple things.
- 2:32Usually, it really just means not
- 2:33changing anything, but in fact doing
- 2:35more of the thing that's working.
- 2:38But the hardest part of this entire
- 2:39journey and this entire endeavor is
- 2:41making your first dollar. If you can
- 2:43make literally $1 on the internet, you
- 2:45can do anything. You can make a million.
- 2:48Because you gave yourself permission
- 2:49like beyond the tactics.
- 2:53You gave yourself permission
- 2:56to make your first dollar.
- 2:59You gave yourself permission to do the
- 3:00things necessary to make it 10k a month,
- 3:0230k a month, 40k a month. It's the same
- 3:05thing at 50.
- 3:06It typically looks like giving yourself
- 3:08permission.
- 3:10I give myself permission to put out more
- 3:12content. I give myself permission to
- 3:14raise my prices. I give myself
- 3:15permission to fire
- 3:17certain clients.
- 3:21That's what I mean by permission.
- 3:24You can't afford to think that it's a
- 3:26lot of money. The mo- the moment I made
- 3:29the moment I normalize in my head, I
- 3:31just convinced myself. Do do do it
- 3:33however you are going to do it.
- 3:36Only you know how you talk to yourself.
- 3:37But the moment I started telling myself
- 3:40purpose purpose
- 3:41purposely purposefully on purpose
- 3:44that 10k a month was not a lot of money,
- 3:46I made 10k a month.
- 3:49And so before I advance to a new revenue
- 3:52milestone, what I'm doing on route to
- 3:54that
- 3:55is normalizing it in my head.
- 3:58Saying that's nothing. Charging 10k is
- 4:01nothing. Charging 15, 20,000 dollars is
- 4:03nothing.
- 4:06Whether that means you lock yourself in
- 4:08a bathroom and just sit there
- 4:10and tell yourself this over and over
- 4:11again and you don't come out until you
- 4:13believe it.
- 4:14Or you go watch some like
- 4:16I don't know.
- 4:18Hypnosis video on YouTube to hyp- to
- 4:20hyp- to hyp- hypnotize yourself to make
- 4:21a lot of money. Whatever it is, you got
- 4:23to you have to to let go of an idea, you
- 4:26typically have to buy into a new one.
- 4:27That's typically how that works. So, you
- 4:29need to buy into the idea that 50 grand
- 4:31a month is not a lot of money.
- 4:33Even better if you can surround yourself
- 4:35with people or consume their content
- 4:38of people who you know are making that
- 4:40much if not more because you start to
- 4:43soak in that energy. You are the five
- 4:45people you hang around with. Like that's
- 4:46cool, but in the day and age of social
- 4:48media, you are the the average of the
- 4:53Let's just say five people you are in
- 4:54energetic exchange with. So, that
- 4:55includes content consumption.
- 4:58>> [clears throat]
- 4:59>> If you listen to enough of my content,
- 5:00you'll start thinking on this
- 5:02wavelength, on this frequency. Not that
- 5:04I'm anything special. I'm just saying.
- 5:08You're you're you're getting this from
- 5:09someone who who makes this, who who has
- 5:11made this and makes the like
- 5:14You got to surround yourself with
- 5:16So, so the money is a What I'm trying to
- 5:18get at here is the money is a lagging
- 5:20indicator. It comes after you have done
- 5:24you you you have
- 5:26exuded different behaviors. It comes
- 5:28it's delayed by several months,
- 5:30typically.
- 5:35And so, it's a reflection of who you
- 5:37have been hanging around with or the
- 5:38content you have been consuming.
- 5:41Cuz I really don't hang out with
- 5:42anybody, but I consume stuff. I read.
- 5:46And a very natural way is like you're
- 5:48going to have to for It's like a new
- 5:49diet. Like it gets boring.
- 5:51Eating salads all the time gets bo- gets
- 5:53boring.
- 5:55Reading and consuming like business
- 5:56content can get boring. Not that you
- 5:58have to do that, but it's a great way to
- 5:59jump-start, put the booster cables
- 6:02into this new engine of yours.
- 6:05That, if you sustain it, then produces
- 6:08the kind of revenue
- 6:09capital that you want to be generating.
- 6:14It's all a mindset thing.
- 6:16Coming from like I I have
- 6:19So,
- 6:23I have a lot of experience guiding
- 6:25business owners past this revenue
- 6:27milestone, to and past this revenue
- 6:29milestone.
- 6:30Full transparency,
- 6:33most people
- 6:34do not succeed.
- 6:36Most The 1% are the 1% for a reason.
- 6:38It's cuz 99% of people do not hit these
- 6:41amounts we're talking about.
- 6:42Most people don't get there.
- 6:46I do not have a 100% success rate with
- 6:48100% of the people I work with.
- 6:51I have a 100% success rate with winners.
- 6:53What I'm trying to say is most people
- 6:55like
- 6:58You can get the tactics from anywhere,
- 7:00and I have a lot of experience.
- 7:02Like I I used to get so I used to beat
- 7:04myself up for this. Like I would provide
- 7:06People would ask me for, you know, my
- 7:08business templates, and they'd ask me
- 7:10for like video modules, and so on and so
- 7:12forth, and and coaching and guidance.
- 7:15And I would provide the same set of
- 7:16resources to most people.
- 7:19And only a select few would get results,
- 7:21and I used to beat myself up about this.
- 7:23And then I realized it's unrealistic of
- 7:26me to expect everybody to get results.
- 7:28And then also, the people who get
- 7:29results, the difference between them and
- 7:31everybody else was their mindset and a
- 7:32lot of components in that mindset. So,
- 7:34things like time horizon maturity,
- 7:38relationship with fear, relationship
- 7:39with success, self-belief is probably
- 7:42the biggest one in there.
- 7:45And so you can't like And this is my
- 7:47grudge with courses, too. It's like you
- 7:48can't just buy a course and expect it to
- 7:50work cuz it's about what's up here. And
- 7:52I remember back in my old days buying
- 7:54course I've spent I don't know tens of
- 7:56thousands of dollars on this stuff.
- 7:59It's not so much the the
- 8:02the education, it's what's up here.
- 8:05And this takes a long time
- 8:08to really shape in the right way.
- 8:10And you can circumvent that if speed
- 8:12matters to you. You can circumvent that
- 8:14by just consuming
- 8:16the content from people who are doing
- 8:18this right now in real time.
- 8:22That's really, really important.
- 8:26I'm probably going to come back to
- 8:27mindset
- 8:29and wrap up with that because it's it's
- 8:31it's
- 8:33anytime I think I have touched on
- 8:35mindset enough, I haven't. I've under
- 8:37I've I've under delivered.
- 8:42When you have when you are in the right
- 8:44mindset, 50k a month
- 8:46feels like nothing. It's it's just
- 8:48natural. It's not even the thing you
- 8:49have to obsess over.
- 8:55We'll come we'll we'll we'll circle back
- 8:57to that, but there's there's something
- 8:58that I really need to share with you
- 8:59right here. So,
- 9:01and this is this is a pro tip. As you
- 9:04are scaling your business,
- 9:10Nikola Tesla said,
- 9:12I hope it was Nikola Tesla and not Isaac
- 9:13Newton or someone.
- 9:16Let's just say it was Nikola Tesla.
- 9:17Nikola Tesla said, "If you want to
- 9:19unders- if you want to understand how
- 9:20the universe works, think in terms of
- 9:23energy."
- 9:25Or frequency, whatever. What was it?
- 9:27Totally butchering it.
- 9:29My parallel, Paulo's parallel. If you
- 9:31want to understand
- 9:33how business works in the language of
- 9:35business, think in terms of leverage.
- 9:40Here's what I mean.
- 9:42When I first started running businesses,
- 9:44I had a very difficult time. I did not
- 9:46make my first dollar on the internet
- 9:48until I was 25, 26.
- 9:52With my AI education business. Now I was
- 9:54selling ebooks. There was $20 ebooks and
- 9:56I raised the price to $50.
- 10:01And then
- 10:06I started to get really good at
- 10:07business.
- 10:09I started to make a lot of money.
- 10:12Like the numbers we're talking about
- 10:13here.
- 10:17And I would do it again and sometimes it
- 10:18wouldn't work and then sometimes it
- 10:19would work and then you know, I'd I'd
- 10:21kind of flirt with these sort of income
- 10:22levels. And I never really knew how to
- 10:25like what was the big unlock. Was it the
- 10:27pricing? Was it the
- 10:30style of content?
- 10:32Was it the offer? What was it?
- 10:39And it took me a long time to be able to
- 10:41figure out what the real unlock was.
- 10:43And the unlock
- 10:45was introducing leverage into the
- 10:47business.
- 10:49So I I uh you you got you got a
- 10:53Here, I'll find it for you.
- 10:56What's his name?
- 10:58Naval Naval Ravikant. I totally messed
- 11:01up that pronunciation. He said that he
- 11:03said he said
- 11:06Uh he said that there are four there are
- 11:08four types of of leverage.
- 11:10Right? There are there are four types of
- 11:12leverage
- 11:13that build wealth.
- 11:15This is very very true.
- 11:18So there's software, so think of code,
- 11:20so apps, right? Things that allow you to
- 11:23So when I say leverage, it means
- 11:25something that allows you to get a lot
- 11:26more output for a lot less work, for a
- 11:28lot less input, for a lot less effort.
- 11:32It's like a boost.
- 11:34So, any sort of software or code
- 11:37that you can introduce into your
- 11:38business, media {slash} content, which
- 11:40we're going to focus on.
- 11:42Hence, why I'm here.
- 11:45Capital is also a form of leverage, so
- 11:47money.
- 11:48And then, labor.
- 11:51So, I
- 11:55I put out a video of how to never make
- 11:56less than 30k a month. And a big a big
- 12:00point in that video was
- 12:04to find the one thing that accounts for
- 12:06the bulk of the results in a business.
- 12:08That one thing is the one thing that has
- 12:09the leverage.
- 12:10>> [clears throat]
- 12:12>> So, typically in today's day and age,
- 12:14the highest leverage
- 12:16I'm always looking for what is the
- 12:18highest leverage action I can take at
- 12:20any point in time right now to grow this
- 12:21business, whether it's for myself or for
- 12:26a client.
- 12:28What is the highest leverage activity
- 12:31that you can do
- 12:33to grow this business? Typically, in
- 12:35today's day and age, it will look like
- 12:36producing more content.
- 12:40And I actually called my team one of my
- 12:42one of my
- 12:45one of the folks on my team up a few
- 12:47weeks ago and I said, "I think we need
- 12:49to start thinking about this this
- 12:50business as a media business and not as
- 12:52an AI business." Or sorry, not not as a
- 12:55uh like a um
- 12:57a consulting firm.
- 13:00Or whatever you want to call it.
- 13:03As a coaching business, as a education
- 13:05business, as a marketing education
- 13:06business, we got to start thinking about
- 13:07this as a media company.
- 13:10And there's a certain there's there's a
- 13:11select few people I think who are doing
- 13:13that really well.
- 13:15But the reason why So, so media and
- 13:17content, the reason why this is so
- 13:19powerful
- 13:23is because this video lives for as long
- 13:27as I want it to.
- 13:29God forbid YouTube doesn't remove it. I
- 13:31don't know why they would.
- 13:34And so people are always being
- 13:35introduced to my videos for the first
- 13:36time.
- 13:38Same thing with short-form Instagram,
- 13:40TikTok. That being said, the shelf life
- 13:41is lower. YouTube is more
- 13:43you know, you can you know how this
- 13:45goes. Evergreen, discoverable,
- 13:47SEO-friendly.
- 13:51So this is like having clones of me.
- 13:55Hundreds of clones of me who are always
- 13:58pitching and selling and making that
- 13:59first
- 14:00introduction.
- 14:05Therefore, I can be in a lot of places
- 14:07in theory at once.
- 14:09Even though I'm physically only in my
- 14:10office.
- 14:12Or I might be physically on vacation,
- 14:13but all these clones I've cloned myself.
- 14:17So it makes sales calls a breeze. I bear
- 14:20I some I honestly can sell over a
- 14:22$10,000 offer over a document.
- 14:25Because of how much nurturing and trust
- 14:27is being done with each of these videos.
- 14:29This is
- 14:30by design. This is very intentional.
- 14:33So media and content is typically going
- 14:35to be your high highest leverage
- 14:36activity. Whatever is your highest
- 14:37leverage activity you do you do it first
- 14:40in the day
- 14:41before anything. The only exception is
- 14:43exercise.
- 14:46Some people benefit from
- 14:48exercising before doing work.
- 14:52Now, there's also software.
- 14:55If you are not a developer by nature,
- 14:57you have no business delving into
- 14:59software right now.
- 15:02Capital.
- 15:08If you have money,
- 15:12assuming you already have a safety net
- 15:13or some emergency savings, if you have
- 15:15money, the best thing you can do with
- 15:17your capital
- 15:18is not go spend it on ads.
- 15:22Not buy new tools.
- 15:26It's invest in education.
- 15:30Invest in the things that allow you to
- 15:32produce more content,
- 15:34media,
- 15:35or invest in education. Literally go
- 15:37hire
- 15:39a coach or pay someone for their time to
- 15:42ask some questions.
- 15:44Money allows you to shortcut the path to
- 15:4650k a month. This is how I started to
- 15:48think.
- 15:50This is how you got to think. Use money
- 15:51to get things to get places faster.
- 15:55So, I took money. I was paying $14,000
- 15:57to these guys, $16,000 to these guys. I
- 15:59started to get my questions answered and
- 16:01to make sure I was doing things
- 16:02properly.
- 16:05And the next So, that's the third form
- 16:06of leverage. So, there's software,
- 16:08there's content, there's capital, and
- 16:09then the fourth one is labor. Your labor
- 16:12should be all AI. You should have AI
- 16:14employees. Manis, your your first hires
- 16:17in your business should be Manis,
- 16:20Manis AI, and/or Chat GPT.
- 16:24And/or Claude.
- 16:29At the time of recording this video, I
- 16:31really like
- 16:32Manis for certain things, and I really
- 16:33like Chat GPT for certain things.
- 16:36Those are my go-to.
- 16:39You really don't need employees unless
- 16:45it's for a very specialized skill. Like
- 16:47maybe it's a video editor or something
- 16:49like that. At the time of recording this
- 16:50video, there's no AI to my knowledge
- 16:52that's very proficient in editing videos
- 16:54at least
- 16:57to my liking.
- 17:02So, those are the forms of leverage. So,
- 17:04now you got to think of
- 17:07the one thing
- 17:09that that that will fall Yeah, it have
- 17:11to fall under one of those categories.
- 17:13But, what's the one thing I can do an
- 17:14absurd amount of
- 17:19We hadn't really done anything yet, by
- 17:21the way.
- 17:22I'm talking about I'm I'm setting the
- 17:24stage here and talking about the
- 17:25approach.
- 17:27What's the one thing I can do an absurd
- 17:28amount of
- 17:31to get this business to where I need it
- 17:32to be? This is how I'm thinking at the
- 17:34beginning of
- 17:35the time frame, the 90 days.
- 17:40And typically it looks like posting an
- 17:41absurd amount of content.
- 17:43Valuable content, by the way. Not just
- 17:45like run-of-the-mill content to hit my
- 17:47numbers and my quota. Very valuable
- 17:49content. Where I'm speaking to someone
- 17:51very specifically. Now, one thing we're
- 17:53really good at is is generating a
- 17:56significant amount of revenue from
- 17:58YouTube. My YouTube channel started
- 18:00printing over 50K a month.
- 18:02This was with less than 2,000
- 18:04subscribers.
- 18:08In the time frame we're talking about,
- 18:09by the way.
- 18:12That's why I feel qualified to make this
- 18:13video.
- 18:16So, I decided that there's nothing more
- 18:18important in my day and nothing will
- 18:20ever be more important in my day than
- 18:22producing content and making YouTube
- 18:23videos. The moment I switched that
- 18:25strategy when when we were
- 18:28doing real well.
- 18:30The moment I switched that strategy and
- 18:32started doing Instagram, like yeah, we
- 18:33would we would go viral, no problem, cuz
- 18:35I'm good at it.
- 18:38That being said, it played with the
- 18:39revenue a lot.
- 18:43And the client the prospects would come
- 18:44in there a lot less warm because YouTube
- 18:47does something really good with warming
- 18:49up clients and
- 18:51it's really good for more sophisticated
- 18:53offers and higher priced offers and so
- 18:55on and so forth.
- 18:58And so the the the thing that I'm doing
- 19:00on day
- 19:01one
- 19:03day one, if not day zero,
- 19:07is planning out a is is
- 19:10making an internal commitment to myself
- 19:12about how much content I am going to be
- 19:15posting.
- 19:16This is in parallel with whatever other
- 19:18outbound, too. Like I might do
- 19:20AI cold email if I have a B2B offer. It
- 19:23only works for B2B.
- 19:24I might be doing DMs.
- 19:27I'm sharing this in a way that's
- 19:28applicable to you without understanding
- 19:30what exactly your offer is cuz I don't
- 19:32know what business you run.
- 19:34That being said, my my approach would be
- 19:36the same.
- 19:38I'm making an internal commitment to
- 19:39decide how much content I'm posting.
- 19:42And you typically got to pick think of
- 19:44the number and then double it.
- 19:47So, if you think you're going to be
- 19:48posting two or three short-form piece of
- 19:50content a day, do five or six.
- 19:54If you think you're going to be posting
- 19:56one YouTube video every week, do two or
- 19:58three.
- 20:02And if that is out of your ability,
- 20:04outside of your your your schedule, wake
- 20:06up earlier.
- 20:08These are the internal Look, there are
- 20:10very few things that I'm not willing to
- 20:12do.
- 20:13That is how I'm able to generate this
- 20:15kind of this kind of capital.
- 20:18The person who's generating this kind of
- 20:20capital, your peer, has nothing over
- 20:22you. They're not better than you.
- 20:23They're not smarter than you. They're
- 20:25not more talented than you. They're not.
- 20:26They're just willing to do things that
- 20:28you're not willing to do. Se- And
- 20:29they're willing to do it for longer.
- 20:33Same thing with people making a hundred
- 20:34grand a month.
- 20:36Half a million dollars a month. These
- 20:38are my peers.
- 20:40They're just willing to do what you are
- 20:42not willing to do, and they're willing
- 20:43to do it for longer. So, now you
- 20:47must become that person.
- 20:50And be willing to enter the fray.
- 20:53The place that most people find
- 20:54uncomfortable. Do you understand how
- 20:56little competition there is bec- because
- 20:58most of your competition isn't even
- 21:00isn't even willing to put themselves out
- 21:01there in the first place.
- 21:06So, the only person you're really
- 21:07competing with is yourself and and and
- 21:09really it's your own patience
- 21:12and your own time horizon.
- 21:15So, my plan is as is as follows.
- 21:18I'm putting an I'm I'm putting out an
- 21:21absurd amount of content.
- 21:23An an amount that I think would be
- 21:25unreasonable that I don't hit 50k a
- 21:27month in 90 days.
- 21:29That's different for you and I because
- 21:31our offers or business or businesses or
- 21:32niches might be different.
- 21:36And I'm probably pulling the trigger on
- 21:38an offer sometime later in that third
- 21:41month.
- 21:42At the at the beginning of let's just
- 21:43say in the beginning or middle of that
- 21:44third month once enough trust has been
- 21:46built and once I've been able to
- 21:48validate what the market wants. So, now
- 21:50I'm now that I'm putting out that
- 21:51content, I'm paying very close attention
- 21:54to number one what's already working
- 21:56well in the industry and I'm in my
- 21:58niche. So, I'm searching up the biggest
- 21:59names in my niche, looking at the
- 22:01content that's doing well and literally
- 22:02making my own version of that, copying
- 22:05it essentially, but putting my own spin.
- 22:07And because it's me saying it or because
- 22:09it's you saying it, it's naturally going
- 22:10to come out different. So, you don't got
- 22:12to worry about
- 22:13you know, feeling like it's a carbon
- 22:15copy. It won't be. It can't be.
- 22:17You don't have their editors. You don't
- 22:18have their accents so on and so forth.
- 22:21You literally look different.
- 22:23So, I'm looking at what's working and
- 22:25also I'm putting out my own content. I'm
- 22:27playing around with the formats. This is
- 22:28why it's so important to put put out a
- 22:30huge volume of content so we can gather
- 22:32data
- 22:33as to what's working or not and I'm
- 22:35looking at what is getting the most
- 22:36views and also what's getting the most
- 22:38engagement.
- 22:40I'm also doing some other stuff. Again,
- 22:42if I'm running a B2B offer, I'm probably
- 22:43doing ad cold email. I might be running
- 22:45ads cuz I have money.
- 22:47But, point being that stuff is
- 22:49secondary.
- 22:53This approach can exist in isolation
- 22:55without all of those things and work.
- 22:59Remember, I'm thinking about the one
- 23:00thing that scratch everything else will
- 23:02allow me to be successful in this time
- 23:04frame.
- 23:07And I'm paying very close attention to
- 23:08what's getting me views,
- 23:10what's getting me likes and engagement,
- 23:12and I'm using that to guide myself and
- 23:14to carve the path. I'm leaning into
- 23:16those metrics.
- 23:20Now, there is some in-between strategy
- 23:23and tactics that you should be aware of.
- 23:26Full disclosure. So, like it's not as
- 23:27it's not just
- 23:29as easy as putting out content.
- 23:33I tried to start this video with a
- 23:34disclaimer at the fact that I'm
- 23:35experienced. That being said, it like
- 23:38I have a lot of reps under my belt. And
- 23:41so, what's going to happen if this is
- 23:42your first venture
- 23:44or maybe you have you're not really used
- 23:46to putting content out is
- 23:48you're you're overcoming a lot of mental
- 23:50hurdles.
- 23:51Like how do I look on camera?
- 23:54Am I speaking fast enough? Yeah, you're
- 23:56playing around with a lot of things.
- 23:57You're probably second-guessing
- 23:59yourself. You're overthinking a lot of
- 24:00things that really don't matter. The
- 24:02biggest the biggest thing with content
- 24:04is putting it out.
- 24:06That's the biggest thing. And if you
- 24:08have questions as to like is this
- 24:10you know, going to work or not? Just
- 24:11again,
- 24:12rely on what's already working in your
- 24:14niche.
- 24:16This is This is about like you got to be
- 24:17very very very strategic in that way.
- 24:22And give yourself permission to just
- 24:24gather inspiration from what's already
- 24:26doing well.
- 24:28Like if I wanted to go viral, I would
- 24:29just look at
- 24:32especially in short form. YouTube, I
- 24:33don't care to go viral. YouTube is about
- 24:35hyper-targeted content.
- 24:39Short form, I would literally search up
- 24:41the top videos in my nation, copy that.
- 24:45Literally.
- 24:46YouTube, I'm answering specific
- 24:48questions that my ICP has. And what I'm
- 24:50doing is I'm I'm screenshotting my ICP.
- 24:52So, if you see me looking down here,
- 24:54it's cuz I'm looking at my laptop with a
- 24:55screenshot of my old self.
- 25:00When I was at like 30k a month.
- 25:01That's what I'm That's who I'm talking
- 25:03to.
- 25:04It allows my videos to be very hyper
- 25:06hyper targeted because
- 25:08where there's
- 25:10there's a million diff- there's a
- 25:12there's a million people
- 25:16who fit under that general ICP, give or
- 25:18take a few thousand dollars.
- 25:21And so that allows my videos to be very
- 25:22hyper targeted. So knowing who you're
- 25:24talking to is a big piece.
- 25:25Thumbnails are are cool and like titles
- 25:27cool, that's for another video. But if
- 25:30you can just focus on
- 25:32making how-to videos or answering
- 25:34people's specific problems,
- 25:37answer
- 25:38solving people's specific problems,
- 25:40answering people's specific questions,
- 25:46and then having a somewhat decent
- 25:47thumbnail. I mean, my thumbnails aren't
- 25:49amazing. Like they're very they're very
- 25:50candid.
- 25:56If you can do just that, you'll be just
- 25:58fine.
- 26:01And so I'm immediately starting to post
- 26:03content and I'm trying to plant the
- 26:05seeds.
- 26:09And I'm trying to
- 26:10and I'm letting the market at this point
- 26:12in time tell me what it wants.
- 26:15I'm
- 26:16through the metrics, through the KPIs,
- 26:18through the analytics. It's tell- the
- 26:19market is telling me, my audience is
- 26:21telling me
- 26:22what it's interested in and also what I
- 26:24do well.
- 26:30I'm trying to find patterns.
- 26:36I'm trying to find patterns in in all of
- 26:37these pieces of of of content.
- 26:42And the faster you can find the patterns
- 26:44as to what works,
- 26:46the faster this all takes place.
- 26:50A big reason as to why a lot of people
- 26:51don't make the kind of money that they
- 26:53want is because they make this journey
- 26:54all about themselves instead of what the
- 26:55market wants and they stop serving the
- 26:57market and they start serving
- 26:58themselves. You can have a beautiful You
- 27:00can You can serve people and give them
- 27:01what they want and still have a
- 27:02beautiful life.
- 27:07Those two things can coexist.
- 27:13But if you build an ego business and you
- 27:14make this all about yourself,
- 27:20then you won't really have something
- 27:22some something of substance to offer.
- 27:27And you will make far less
- 27:29money than you actually want.
- 27:34Now,
- 27:36let's talk about pricing cuz this is
- 27:38important.
- 27:4150k.
- 27:44And when we say 50k, it's it's 50k every
- 27:47month.
- 27:4850k a month every month.
- 27:53The content just know once you start
- 27:55like you're going to have to keep doing
- 27:56this.
- 27:57That's fine. I I'd love to make 600
- 28:00grand a year.
- 28:03I'd love to make 600 grand a year
- 28:04posting content.
- 28:09More like 600k
- 28:11a month.
- 28:13That would be nice.
- 28:17And sponsorships and all and
- 28:20write a book and yada yada yada.
- 28:24So it probably be closer like 3 million,
- 28:25but
- 28:28Let's do the Let's do the backwards math
- 28:29to make this realistic. And realistic is
- 28:31a is it's it's a That's a dangerous word
- 28:33there.
- 28:34Let's do the backwards math.
- 28:39I find it very hard to believe that
- 28:41you're going to hit 50k a month in 90
- 28:43days charging anything less than like
- 28:47anything less than seven grand
- 28:51seven eight grand.
- 28:54I think I think
- 28:57Now, it depends on what niche you're in,
- 28:58but I think 5,500 to six
- 29:02Sorry, 5,500 to eight grand
- 29:06is a sweet spot. Ideally on the higher
- 29:08end of that.
- 29:13Because remember I don't know how good
- 29:15you are at sales. I'm going to assume
- 29:16that you can close. The content's going
- 29:18to do a lot of The nice thing about
- 29:20putting content is it's going to do a
- 29:21lot of the selling for you.
- 29:23Sales is about trust and getting them at
- 29:25least to like an eight out of 10, which
- 29:26is when they buy.
- 29:33And the tough thing about cold traffic
- 29:34is like
- 29:36most people aren't selfless enough to
- 29:38make a really good intro offer
- 29:42that they can scale with.
- 29:46And I know myself, I'd rather just wait
- 29:48the 90 days and post content and have
- 29:50sales calls be a breeze.
- 29:53That's what I would do.
- 29:55I don't like trying to convince people
- 29:57my solution is for them. It's no It's no
- 29:59bueno. It's no good.
- 30:02So, if Now, I close I
- 30:05Yeah.
- 30:06Like 70 70% 60 70
- 30:09It's definitely around 70%
- 30:12of calls, but also my application
- 30:14qualification process is very strict.
- 30:18So, I'm not getting on a call with
- 30:19anyone who cannot Like they they
- 30:21typically know what the rate is.
- 30:26That being said, let's just assume your
- 30:27closing rate is is like 50% 40 50%. It's
- 30:30going to be a lot less if it's cold
- 30:31traffic.
- 30:35That means you if you want to make 10
- 30:37sales at five grand, you're going to
- 30:38have to book 20 calls.
- 30:42It's four a week.
- 30:46And you may not be a numbers person when
- 30:48it comes to stuff like I'm not a numbers
- 30:50focused entrepreneur. I'm a very
- 30:51intuitive entrepreneur.
- 30:53I don't like tracking my KPIs and I just
- 30:56go.
- 30:58I just know what I just know what to do.
- 31:01And when something feels wrong, I can
- 31:02kind of sense it and I can move the
- 31:04pieces of the puzzle until it feels
- 31:05right again and like the water starts to
- 31:07flow.
- 31:09Some people track like their sales call
- 31:13length and I have a sales call tracker
- 31:15but like I'm not OD of I don't obsess
- 31:17about over it.
- 31:22So you got to think about the the bath
- 31:23there.
- 31:27Again, the good thing is if you're
- 31:28producing content, they will come warm.
- 31:32And if you're leaning into your story
- 31:34and you have a pretty good brand there
- 31:37and
- 31:38you're not hiding parts of yourself and
- 31:39you're talking about your
- 31:40accomplishments cuz again those that
- 31:41that falls into like the mental hurdles
- 31:43I was talking about.
- 31:45I can guide you to riches on YouTube all
- 31:48day.
- 31:53The tough thing is getting people to
- 31:54actually do the thing.
- 31:56And they typically dance around the one
- 31:59the thing the way they need to start
- 32:01talking on YouTube to generate authority
- 32:03to create authority.
- 32:05You have to talk about your
- 32:07accomplishments because if you don't,
- 32:08nobody else is going to do it for you.
- 32:11And lean all the way into that.
- 32:18Anyway.
- 32:21So you do the backwards math.
- 32:24This is this is what prompts me to
- 32:26suggest the price range that I did of
- 32:285,500 to like 8 grand.
- 32:30Depending on your offer, you could go
- 32:31way more.
- 32:35I would do eight.
- 32:388,000.
- 32:42And then I would I would want you to
- 32:43convince me why you can't charge eight.
- 32:46And in you trying to convince me, you
- 32:48will expose yourself.
- 32:51Of of where you're at mentally.
- 32:56Because remember,
- 32:58it's as easy to make $1 as it is to make
- 33:0050.
- 33:02It's the same thing.
- 33:04At a certain point you decided to charge
- 33:06$2,000 or
- 33:08three, four, five thousand dollars. It's
- 33:10the same thing. Charge 10.
- 33:12Charge 15.
- 33:16And take whatever burden you now have,
- 33:19what you take the burden you think you
- 33:20now have in the sales process and put
- 33:22that on the content side. Meaning,
- 33:25double down on more content. And not
- 33:27just more content, but more valuable
- 33:28content. And not just more valuable
- 33:30content, but more
- 33:32hyper focused, hyper targeted content.
- 33:35Speak directly to the pains
- 33:40of your ICP.
- 33:42Get in their mind.
- 33:52So now that I've decided on price,
- 33:55I know what I'm doing every day. And the
- 33:57interesting thing about about
- 34:02this 50k a month number,
- 34:05and and beyond, to be honest, is it's
- 34:08very simple. It it it's it's a it's very
- 34:10simple. It's just a lot of it. It's very
- 34:12simple work. It's just
- 34:14a lot of it or sustained over a long
- 34:17period of time.
- 34:18It's consistent. It's a simple work.
- 34:20It's the simple stuff, but it's done
- 34:22consistently.
- 34:24So when I am looking to start a business
- 34:26or I'm looking to scale a business,
- 34:28whether again it's mine or
- 34:32>> Someone I'm guiding through this
- 34:33process. I'm looking to introduce
- 34:35leverage, but I'm also looking to
- 34:36introduce consistency consistency. Can
- 34:40they do the high leverage activity
- 34:41consistently? I've told people they're
- 34:44they're just
- 34:4590 days of posting content away from
- 34:47doubling or tripling their business.
- 34:50But they can't bring themselves to do
- 34:52it.
- 34:54Because if it doesn't pay dividends
- 34:55right then and there, they don't do it.
- 34:57If it doesn't produce results in 3
- 34:58weeks, they don't do it. If it doesn't
- 35:00produce results in 2 months, they don't
- 35:02do it.
- 35:06You know there are people out there like
- 35:07Elon Musk or who who who are building
- 35:10SpaceX for 20 years, 15 20 years before
- 35:14it ever
- 35:15generates some capital.
- 35:22You see the levels that exist in this
- 35:24game?
- 35:34I used to be a very very impatient
- 35:36entrepreneur.
- 35:37And that's one thing that I still
- 35:38wrestle with
- 35:40from time to time.
- 35:50And sometimes it might look like
- 35:52starting your business over again.
- 35:57If you have a business, sometimes I
- 35:58might it might look like starting from
- 35:59scratch.
- 36:01Because
- 36:02especially if you're running a solo
- 36:04one-person business,
- 36:12it can become a big part of your
- 36:14identity.
- 36:15Meaning like it might be and and that's
- 36:17when it gets very tough to change
- 36:18things. It becomes tough to change your
- 36:20pricing. It becomes difficult to start
- 36:22posting content because
- 36:25you have succeeded up until this point
- 36:27in time in being who you are.
- 36:31And to change the business or to grow
- 36:32the business, you have to change who you
- 36:34are. That's a very diffi- diffi- very
- 36:36difficult thing to do. So, oftentimes,
- 36:39the advice is to just kill it.
- 36:43Kill who you are
- 36:45by killing the business.
- 36:48Start over. Maybe switch niches or
- 36:50industries.
- 36:52That process in itself will give you
- 36:55permission to reintroduce yourself to
- 36:56the world as someone totally different.
- 36:58To reinvent yourself.
- 37:01And to start charging higher prices from
- 37:03the get-go.
- 37:06For instance.
- 37:14And sometimes the best thing that can
- 37:15happen to you is your business going
- 37:17under.
- 37:22I run a one-person business. I I
- 37:25I live a very beautiful life.
- 37:30I work
- 37:313 hours a day, maybe 4.
- 37:34I don't I don't I I This is in contrast
- 37:37from this time last year, where I was
- 37:38working 14-16 hour days some days.
- 37:42Definitely over 12 every day.
- 37:46So, we're talking like 4:00 a.m. I was
- 37:48working.
- 37:49And we would go to 7:00 p.m.
- 37:53So, do the math. That's like 15 hours.
- 37:557:00 a.m. p.m.
- 37:59It's not that sustainable, but also
- 38:06the highest leverage activities were
- 38:08done were were were done in like the
- 38:10first 2 to 4 hours.
- 38:12So, I said, "This is probably all that I
- 38:13really need to do."
- 38:16If I can do this, I can make a
- 38:17significant amount of I can generate a a
- 38:20amount of capital.
- 38:21And I can also live a beautiful life.
- 38:26And so, this is the standpoint that I'm
- 38:28coming from
- 38:32when I present ideas like this.
- 38:35You know, the premise being how to how
- 38:37What was it What was it What was the
- 38:38title even?
- 38:40How I'd make 50k in 90 days guaranteed
- 38:42if I had to start over again.
- 38:45This is where I'm coming from.
- 38:47It's understanding that most of the
- 38:48things that we do in a business in a
- 38:50business
- 38:53don't matter.
- 38:57Sounds crazy to say, but
- 39:00a lot of things can wait.
- 39:03The email responses can wait.
- 39:08Most things can wait.
- 39:11Your employees can wait.
- 39:14You can get back to them later
- 39:16if you have employees.
- 39:24You are better off
- 39:25at night turning your phone off so that
- 39:27when you wake up and leaving your phone
- 39:29in a different room so that when you
- 39:30wake up, your phone is off.
- 39:34And you don't touch that phone for the
- 39:35first 4 hours of your day, 4 to 6 hours
- 39:37every day. Let's just say if you're
- 39:38working out. You got to work out with
- 39:39shower so on and so forth.
- 39:42There's nothing to There's nothing that
- 39:44needs your attention.
- 39:46Bonus point
- 39:48or if you really want to make this work,
- 39:49wake up early. The reason why that is so
- 39:52advantageous advantageous, excuse me,
- 39:54when it comes to building wealth
- 39:57waking up early
- 40:00is because
- 40:02nobody's awake to bother you.
- 40:09There I got I got to I got to I got to
- 40:11pull a quote.
- 40:14I got to pull a quote.
- 40:23>> Early to bed and early to rise makes a
- 40:26man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Marcus
- 40:29Aurelius. There we go.
- 40:32And that's true. I've always made the
- 40:34most amount of money
- 40:36when I was on an early schedule.
- 40:40You don't have to.
- 40:42There's always going to be exceptions to
- 40:44the rule. Oh, so-and-so made a hundred
- 40:46million dollars and you know, wake up
- 40:48wakes up when the sun's up. Cool. I have
- 40:51seasons in which I operate like that,
- 40:53too.
- 40:56Not telling you how to live your life.
- 40:57I'm just saying.
- 40:58There are seasons in which I need to
- 41:00create significant amounts of momentum
- 41:02for myself and in those seasons, I wake
- 41:04up early.
- 41:06And I actually wake up early anyway, but
- 41:09I think you got the point.
- 41:13So, I don't have an offer for you.
- 41:16The offer is probably going to be
- 41:20if not some done for you, I don't know
- 41:22how good you are at whatever skill it
- 41:23is.
- 41:24So, I'll meet you in the middle and say
- 41:25I'd probably sell my expertise.
- 41:29I'd probably sell my expertise doing
- 41:31some sort of coaching offer with some
- 41:33potential done for you on the back end.
- 41:35Hey, do you want me to just do this for
- 41:36you? That sort of thing.
- 41:39Cool?
- 41:41With that, you can't go wrong. I cannot
- 41:42say do
- 41:44AI outbound for businesses. I don't know
- 41:46if you're good at good at it yet.
- 41:49So, I'm not going to propose that to
- 41:50you.
- 41:52There's There's no course here for sale.
- 41:59What I can propose
- 42:01is that you're probably knowledgeable
- 42:02about something and that you you give
- 42:04yourself permission
- 42:06to sell that expertise.
- 42:09And then if you have if if
- 42:13you are just willing to do it for them,
- 42:15you can also charge more. There's your
- 42:17done-for-you offer.
- 42:23And of course, if you're doing
- 42:24done-for-you, charge more. Now, nine
- 42:27times out of 10
- 42:30honestly like a 9.8 or 9.9 times out of
- 42:3210
- 42:34when folks when folks
- 42:36come to me looking for guidance and they
- 42:37pay me my fee
- 42:43And this applies this applies to this my
- 42:45applies this applies to my clients doing
- 42:47north of 30 grand a month.
- 42:52Typically, the advice is like the the
- 42:54number one thing that I'm looking for is
- 42:56oh I can't what what is your offer and
- 42:58how much are you charging?
- 43:01And almost always the advice is to raise
- 43:03the price.
- 43:06Almost always.
- 43:08I'm talking 9.8 times out of 10 or 9.9
- 43:12out of 10
- 43:13the offer the offer is to raise
- 43:16the price.
- 43:20You'll probably the it's a beautiful
- 43:22thing that happens. You'll work with
- 43:24like 20 to 30% less clients. So, you're
- 43:26booked like 20 to 30% less calls.
- 43:31But you'll make
- 43:35double the money
- 43:37or 50% more money.
- 43:40>> [clears throat]
- 43:44>> And it's always the it's always the
- 43:46solution.
- 43:48That paired with
- 43:51YouTube like strategy and guidance on
- 43:52the YouTube and content side.
- 43:56And also like the you know, if they want
- 43:57to do outbound, we can do that too. But
- 43:59those two things put together
- 44:01guiding them on ads and stuff like that
- 44:03too. Yeah, that's it's all secondary.
- 44:05But those two things put together
- 44:10offer structure and then
- 44:13YouTube content strategy like these
- 44:17like creating these really small but
- 44:18hyper-profitable YouTube channels.
- 44:21That's the stuff
- 44:23that takes people
- 44:26to this kind of internet wealth and
- 44:27internet money that you're seeing here.
- 44:29Like that's that's that's how this
- 44:31happens.
- 44:33The solution's always the same.
- 44:39There is just a lot of resistance
- 44:42because it feels unnatural.
- 44:45When you go from booking 10 calls a
- 44:47month
- 44:48to five
- 44:50or to to six or to seven,
- 44:53it feels scary.
- 44:57But, if you go from charging
- 44:59two grand to eight grand, one of those
- 45:01calls counts for four. Do you see the
- 45:03math here?
- 45:06So, you generate more capital.
- 45:10You have more money to play with.
- 45:12Leverage. You can use that now to create
- 45:15more content, hire an editor.
- 45:17Or hire better
- 45:19invest in better equipment.
- 45:21So, when I started building my YouTube
- 45:22channel
- 45:23scaling up my agency,
- 45:27I recorded it on a
- 45:302020 or 2021 MacBook Air webcam.
- 45:35If you go on my channel and you sort by
- 45:37oldest, all those videos are shot on a
- 45:38webcam.
- 45:40I think my first
- 45:41maybe like first four or five videos
- 45:42were shot on my iPhone.
- 45:45But, that's it.
- 45:48The rest was on a webcam.
- 45:53And sometimes I do that on on purpose by
- 45:55design because
- 45:57I don't want to have to get myself
- 45:59concerned with all the other stuff, all
- 46:00the other tech stuff, and making it
- 46:03pretty, and thumbnail design. I I don't
- 46:05do thumbnails.
- 46:07The next question is always, "Oh, what
- 46:09about thumbnails?" And I don't I don't
- 46:11care about thumbnails.
- 46:13Maybe I should, but I'm not. I'm not Mr.
- 46:15Beast. There's only so many things you
- 46:17can care about.
- 46:22And I'm not a YouTuber.
- 46:25I'm a business owner that happens to be
- 46:27on YouTube. That being said,
- 46:32I'm also intentionally I'm I'm doing
- 46:34this intentionally.
- 46:39Cuz I want to be different from people
- 46:40who have like really well-designed
- 46:44thumbnails.
- 46:45That being said,
- 46:48you got to you got to you got to pick
- 46:50and choose what you
- 46:52what you care about.
- 46:54Cool.
- 46:59So,
- 47:01that's how I would do it.
- 47:04And I'm not thinking like here's here's
- 47:06the mindset piece, okay?
- 47:13I'm not thinking about what if this
- 47:14doesn't work.
- 47:18I'm not thinking about what if I don't
- 47:19hit my goal.
- 47:24>> [clears throat]
- 47:25>> If I don't hit my goal in 90 days, I'll
- 47:27hit it in 100.
- 47:28If I don't hit my goal in 100 days, I'll
- 47:30hit it in 120.
- 47:32You get the point.
- 47:35If I don't hit 50k a month, but perhaps
- 47:37I'll hit 30. If I don't hit 30, I'll hit
- 47:3910.
- 47:40I think you got the point. There's no
- 47:42advantage to thinking about it with
- 47:44think about things from with a like a
- 47:46from a glass half full perspective
- 47:49or a glass half empty perspective.
- 47:56You get paid when you're an optimist.
- 47:59You get paid a lot.
- 48:05Believing in yourself is a choice.
- 48:09It's as easy
- 48:12as doubting yourself.
- 48:13It's just most people are most people
- 48:16are in a rhythm of doubting themselves.
- 48:19Which is why they don't make the money
- 48:21that they really want to be making.
- 48:31I'm not like I present I present the
- 48:33notion of 90 days for YouTube and it
- 48:35sounds nice.
- 48:37I also have done it.
- 48:40But I want you to understand something.
- 48:43In the times that I do this, I'm not
- 48:45like I'm not trying to do it by day 90.
- 48:48My mindset is I'm going to do this for
- 48:51as long as it takes.
- 48:55Because I know that there's a date in
- 48:57which I win and I'm just going to keep
- 48:59going until I'm I'm rich. I'm going to
- 49:01keep going until that date.
- 49:03That's my mindset if I'm starting from
- 49:05zero.
- 49:08And because that's my mindset, it
- 49:09typically happens faster than I expect.
- 49:16When I decided to start posting on
- 49:17YouTube documenting my agency, this was
- 49:20a few months into building the agency.
- 49:23I didn't start on day one.
- 49:24I should have, but I didn't.
- 49:30I had I built an Excel spreadsheet. I
- 49:32didn't build it. I just opened up an
- 49:34Excel spreadsheet, a Google Sheet.
- 49:38And I said, I'm going to just do this
- 49:42for the next I'm going to upload a video
- 49:43every single day for the next 6 months.
- 49:45Or I think the initial plan was
- 49:46the next year.
- 49:48>> [clears throat]
- 49:49>> I'm I'm to upload a video every single
- 49:51day for the next year.
- 49:56And so I started tracking.
- 49:59Every time I would upload a video, I'd
- 50:00write the title down in one column, and
- 50:02I'd write the date I posted it in the
- 50:03next column.
- 50:04And my goal was just to make that
- 50:07list as long as possible. Every 30 days,
- 50:09I'd color code it.
- 50:11Next block of 30 days would get a
- 50:12different color, highlighted a different
- 50:14color. And it was just nice. I gamified
- 50:15it.
- 50:17I was just post I was just focused
- 50:20on increasing that streak.
- 50:24And of course,
- 50:27in increasing that streak, I got better,
- 50:31which is the most underrated part of
- 50:32this whole thing, but I also gathered
- 50:33more information on what's working. And
- 50:35because of those things, I made my
- 50:38chances of succeeding far more likely.
- 50:44Point being, I was focused on the
- 50:45inputs.
- 50:49And
- 50:50a few months into it,
- 50:52definitely definitely
- 50:55not a year.
- 50:59There we were.
- 51:01At 50k a month.
- 51:04And that was a very very valuable lesson
- 51:06for me. Of just a
- 51:08a confirmation
- 51:10that this approach works.
- 51:14And you can get the next like the next
- 51:16guy can take this is going to watch this
- 51:17video and try this and put a video out
- 51:19every day. I'm not saying that that's
- 51:20the the golden ticket to succeeding.
- 51:23But you can do this.
- 51:26The next guy will do this and not
- 51:28succeed because
- 51:29of something that's going on up here.
- 51:33They're wrestling with the idea
- 51:36that they're not going to make it cuz
- 51:37they're holding on to the 90 days.
- 51:39They're holding on to the thing that
- 51:40isn't This is that doesn't matter. This
- 51:42is about being the best version of
- 51:44entrepreneur that you can be.
- 51:46This is about becoming a completely
- 51:47different caliber of entrepreneur.
- 51:49This is about the version of you who to
- 51:51to that version of you who you just have
- 51:53to like you just got to buy into this
- 51:55belief.
- 51:56This is about nurturing this new version
- 51:58of you
- 51:59to who 50 grand a month is the same as
- 52:01$50 a month. It's the same
- 52:05thing.
- 52:11Same thing.
- 52:17It's as easy to make 50k a month as it
- 52:20is to make 20 or 30k a month.
- 52:24Again, pro tip is if you can put
- 52:25yourself around people
- 52:30who are not only making that kind of
- 52:32money, but also who inspire
- 52:36that belief in yourself.
- 52:39Cuz what happens is
- 52:41when we're around people or when we
- 52:43consume certain people's content
- 52:45or content period, music,
- 52:48one of only one of two things happens
- 52:50every single time.
- 52:53And you got to take this this really
- 52:54seriously.
- 52:59We either become more expansive
- 53:02and we buy into our we we buy into a
- 53:05bigger and better and more supportive
- 53:06and more conducive belief system.
- 53:11We start to think about what's possible
- 53:12for our lives
- 53:15and for our business and for our bank
- 53:17account.
- 53:26Or we start to become smaller
- 53:32and more contractive.
- 53:34And we have to shrink ourselves.
- 53:39And we're focused on judging other
- 53:41people.
- 53:42Or we become externally focused.
- 53:46>> [clears throat]
- 53:46>> Gossiping and things like that.
- 53:48That's not where you need to be.
- 53:51You need to be around people and
- 53:53consuming
- 53:54content.
- 53:56Exposing yourself to to to things,
- 53:59places
- 54:02that are aspirational. That make you
- 54:04want to be a better version of yourself.
- 54:07That make you want to go harder and put
- 54:09out more content.
- 54:10And figure this thing out.
- 54:13And what you will realize sooner than
- 54:15later is there's no equation to figure
- 54:17out.
- 54:1850k month is not a an equation.
- 54:22It's a version of you that you settle
- 54:24into.
- 54:27The most natural version of you.
- 54:30Where you're giving yourself permission
- 54:31to speak in a way
- 54:34or to share the parts of you that make
- 54:36you different. To speak in a way in
- 54:38which you have pure conviction and
- 54:40confidence.
- 54:44When I sell someone a $20,000 package,
- 54:53it's because of the conviction.
- 54:58You have to believe in the thing you're
- 55:00selling and you have to believe
- 55:02in yourself.
- 55:06All these other stupid, dumb
- 55:09tworps
- 55:11are making boatloads of money. Why not
- 55:13you?
- 55:15Why not you?
- 55:26And you'll find that the more the the
- 55:28higher you go,
- 55:30it becomes more about doubling down on
- 55:32the leverage piece.
- 55:36And doing less.
- 55:38When people cap at a certain ceiling,
- 55:41often times it's because
- 55:45they introduce a lot of baggage into the
- 55:47business.
- 55:51In the form of like
- 55:52offers that don't matter.
- 55:59In the form of people that hold them
- 56:01back.
- 56:02In the form of chasing trends and
- 56:06you know, oh, I saw this person is
- 56:07running this funnel, therefore I got to
- 56:09do it, too. No, no, no, no, no.
- 56:16It's not how this goes.
- 56:18>> [snorts]
- 56:23>> This this might be a video that you have
- 56:24to listen you have to listen back to.
- 56:32Especially if you're doing over over
- 56:3620 grand a month.
- 56:44The the the the there is typically very
- 56:46little that you need to change about
- 56:48your business, my friend.
- 56:50To hit 50k a month, it typically looks
- 56:52like just
- 56:56the the look on the look
- 56:59the look on
- 57:02your face when you realize that you can
- 57:03charge three times as much that you're
- 57:05charging without changing anything
- 57:08about the offer or the offer of the
- 57:10business.
- 57:13It's always really funny.
- 57:18But you you
- 57:20you deserve to be there, and I think
- 57:22your relationship with time
- 57:24can be a lot healthier in the sense that
- 57:27like
- 57:29patience is a virtue, but also
- 57:33when you realize how little $50,000 is,
- 57:37you'll start to realize that like you
- 57:39can make it quickly.
- 57:40And what you're doing right now with the
- 57:42these points of leverage is you're
- 57:43setting the foundation up to not only
- 57:46just do it once, but to do it again.
- 57:50And again, if it didn't work in 90 days,
- 57:51like the difference is the old version
- 57:54of me would have quit. You can't be the
- 57:56person that quits after 90 days.
- 58:02I mean, you can, but
- 58:04you'll you'll get you'll get
- 58:07you'll you'll get the life you deserve.
- 58:09Let's put it that way.
- 58:11We we we
- 58:13attract
- 58:15who we are.
- 58:19And we we attract
- 58:21on a level of our self-worth,
- 58:24self-belief,
- 58:27and what we believe. Not what we think
- 58:29we deserve, but what we truly believe we
- 58:31deserve.
- 58:37And so so much of my work with folks is
- 58:39just getting them getting them to buy
- 58:41into a new idea
- 58:47of
- 58:48what their business could be like.
- 58:50That's it's it's your business 2.0.
- 58:53Getting them to buy into an idea of what
- 58:55what a beautiful life could really look
- 58:56like. And you'd be surprised how easy it
- 58:58is to to to generate this money when you
- 59:00have a plan.
- 59:03Just do the math.
- 59:06Do the math.
- 59:09And then work work towards that.
- 59:14Figure out how many sales calls you
- 59:15need, or before that, just figure out
- 59:17the make the internal commitment
- 59:19to posting.
- 59:22I'll tell you this, when I when I really
- 59:23needed it, I I had no problem posting
- 59:25once every day.
- 59:28I would have posted two or three times a
- 59:29day if I could.
- 59:31Look at what Hermósi's doing with his
- 59:32highlights channel, and it's it's not
