  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to teach you
  2. 0:01how to run 30 websites in the time it
  3. 0:03takes most people to figure out how to
  4. 0:04build one good website. And who do you
  5. 0:07think is going to win? The person who's
  6. 0:08running 30 websites or the person who's
  7. 0:10running one website for the business? I
  8. 0:12want an unfair advantage, which is what
  9. 0:13we're going to talk about in this video,
  10. 0:15which is what we call microsites. So,
  11. 0:17here's the deal. I'm going to go through
  12. 0:18a bunch of slides and we're going to go
  13. 0:20into real-world scenarios. One niche, so
  14. 0:22you have to pick one niche, dozens of
  15. 0:24tiny websites, leads on autopilot. That
  16. 0:26is the goal. You can swing this one of
  17. 0:28two ways. You can be the business owner
  18. 0:30that runs the leads yourself. You'll
  19. 0:31make the most money that way. Or you can
  20. 0:33be like me and you can resell these to
  21. 0:35business owner. Now, down here you can
  22. 0:37see we're going to build tiny websites,
  23. 0:3840 to 50 pages. I call them tiny. I
  24. 0:41guess they could be considered big by
  25. 0:42some standards, but tiny websites that
  26. 0:44are 40 to 50 pages each. So, for
  27. 0:46building 30 websites times 50, that's a
  28. 0:48lot of pages, but it's very easy to do
  29. 0:50and we are going to dominate. We're
  30. 0:52going to rank these in Google's local
  31. 0:54game, right? The local SEO, so local
  32. 0:57businesses, that game. Now that we have
  33. 0:59AI is easier than ever. It's crazy. It's
  34. 1:01crazy. And then we're going to rent them
  35. 1:02out or we're going to run the leads
  36. 1:04ourselves. Now, an example of someone
  37. 1:06who's already done this in the
  38. 1:07community, right? I joined yesterday,
  39. 1:08Bobby says, "Just built my first site
  40. 1:10with the five-minute website builder,
  41. 1:12uploaded it to my hosting account, made
  42. 1:14some tweaks with Claude's help, and
  43. 1:15submitted it to Google Search Console.
  44. 1:17That website builder is awesome." We're
  45. 1:19going to do the website builder in this
  46. 1:21video. "Looking forward to seeing how it
  47. 1:23does, creating more of these, and diving
  48. 1:24deeper into the training." This is It
  49. 1:26also took way less than five hours to
  50. 1:28get it where it wanted to be. Now,
  51. 1:29everyone's staring at AI. I mean,
  52. 1:31everyone's talking about AI, but
  53. 1:33everything in local search has barely
  54. 1:35moved. This is why I'm excited. This is
  55. 1:38why people who are doing this are still
  56. 1:39making tons of money. If we haven't met,
  57. 1:41right? My name is Jesse. I run the Rank
  58. 1:42Expander Academy. Kind of gave you a
  59. 1:44glimpse. I make six figures a month
  60. 1:46using AI with my businesses, right? So,
  61. 1:48everyone is staring at AI as you should
  62. 1:50be, but local search has barely moved.
  63. 1:53Google spent 15 years building the local
  64. 1:55ecosystem, so you have, right? layers on
  65. 1:58top of the internet business profiles,
  66. 2:00Google Maps, the map pack citation
  67. 2:02reviews. Think of all these things.
  68. 2:04Google made these years ago. These are
  69. 2:06the layers on top of the internet.
  70. 2:08Google's already built out local SEO
  71. 2:11more or less, right? And if that's the
  72. 2:12case, Google is not rocking the local
  73. 2:15SEO boat. That is our opportunity right
  74. 2:18now. Most people are distracted looking
  75. 2:20left of AI pretty shiny objects and
  76. 2:23drum, but there's real opportunity for
  77. 2:25the boring businesses to the right with
  78. 2:27local SEO. Now, before we get excited,
  79. 2:30we need to run this tool. So, we're
  80. 2:31going to type in emergency locksmith
  81. 2:32Miami, Florida. You'll see it's a 52 out
  82. 2:34of 100, not the best. Why? We'll get
  83. 2:37into it and I'll actually show you like
  84. 2:39how this works. So, emergency locksmith
  85. 2:41in Miami gets B for ticket price. So, in
  86. 2:44other words, if you're going to build a
  87. 2:45website a microsite for locksmiths,
  88. 2:47well, it can be a good little ticket
  89. 2:49price, right? You can make good margins
  90. 2:50on it at the very least. Local demand
  91. 2:53though is D, competition is F, and map
  92. 2:56pack opportunity most important is a D.
  93. 2:58If I come over to Google, right, if I
  94. 3:00come over to Google and I type into
  95. 3:02Google Miami-Dade Locksmith, what do we
  96. 3:04see here? We see sponsorships, and then
  97. 3:07we see the map pack, and then we see the
  98. 3:09the regular serp, the organic. Right
  99. 3:12here is where we want to be. So, if I do
  100. 3:14something else though, West End Florida
  101. 3:16Locksmith, right, West End is a suburb
  102. 3:19of Miami, we can see it's just the
  103. 3:21sponsored, and then we have organic.
  104. 3:23That's where we want to be. Whenever you
  105. 3:25see a lack of sponsored or map pack or
  106. 3:27both, it is gold. I should think of
  107. 3:30these microsites. Let's say we found a
  108. 3:31good niche in a good area. These are
  109. 3:33like billboards, old-school billboards,
  110. 3:35but digital, right? On the busiest
  111. 3:38corner of a small town. I don't want to
  112. 3:40go to Miami and compete, quite frankly.
  113. 3:42I think that's stupid. I think it's dumb
  114. 3:45to try to go to Miami and compete with
  115. 3:46this tactic. The whole point is to go
  116. 3:48around the perimeter of Miami or a city
  117. 3:50like that, right? So, here's the three
  118. 3:51steps. We're going to build it a small
  119. 3:53clean website around one service in one
  120. 3:56location. That is the key. We're going
  121. 3:58to rank it. How do you rank it? You let
  122. 4:00it cook. You let this sucker cook. You
  123. 4:02let Google index it naturally. In fact,
  124. 4:04we don't even hook GSC to any of our
  125. 4:07assets. In other words, we don't enter
  126. 4:09this into Google's ecosystem of tools
  127. 4:12and analytics.
  128. 4:13There's a reason for that. And then we
  129. 4:15rent the darn thing. So, calls route
  130. 4:17through a tracking number. You can keep
  131. 4:19the leads or sell them. The asset is
  132. 4:22yours either way. Now, just to give you
  133. 4:24a glimpse of what you're going to be met
  134. 4:25with when you join the academy. You're
  135. 4:26going to build your microsite and this
  136. 4:27is going to allow you to just get the
  137. 4:29structure down. This is not the end-all
  138. 4:32tool, right? This is to get your wheels
  139. 4:33going, to get you there fast, right? So,
  140. 4:35you're going to have your business name,
  141. 4:36phone number. You just type all these
  142. 4:38things in, you hit continue. What it
  143. 4:39outputs is 40 to 50 pages flat as a
  144. 4:42pancake. I'm not going to show you the
  145. 4:43code in this video. I'm going to show
  146. 4:45you the structure visually, right? So,
  147. 4:46you're going to have a homepage.
  148. 4:48Remember, 40 to 50 pages. You're going
  149. 4:49to have eight core pages. Services and
  150. 4:51service areas are the key. And then
  151. 4:53you're going to have one to two service
  152. 4:55pages. Fewer is better. Service pages.
  153. 4:59What do you do with this website? In
  154. 5:00this case, it was emergency locksmith in
  155. 5:03the specific area and that's what these
  156. 5:05are, location pages. So, you're going to
  157. 5:07have this website basically given to
  158. 5:10you. You're going to have a structure
  159. 5:11and the structure is everything because
  160. 5:13if you internally link and you nest the
  161. 5:16slug structure properly, basically
  162. 5:18www.whatever.com/
  163. 5:21everything beyond that, right? The slug
  164. 5:23structure, that's how Google determines
  165. 5:25whether or not your website shows up
  166. 5:27when someone types in your service in
  167. 5:30your area. And now, I know I'm going to
  168. 5:31get some pushback about that that your
  169. 5:33website structure dictates whether or
  170. 5:36not you rank. But, listen to me. There
  171. 5:38was a reason why we came over here to
  172. 5:40the niche validator first. If we're
  173. 5:42going to try to rank a website, any
  174. 5:44website, any local business website and
  175. 5:47say, "Well, where where the heck is
  176. 5:48Miami?" Right here, Miami. I've been to
  177. 5:50Miami once. If we want to rank in Miami,
  178. 5:52you're going to have a a very hard time.
  179. 5:54But, if you zoom out a bit and you start
  180. 5:56thinking more like a tactician, if I can
  181. 5:59rank here and here and here and here and
  182. 6:02here, everything around the primary
  183. 6:04location because this is the suburbs of
  184. 6:06the city. This is where people live,
  185. 6:07right? Then, you can make a lot of
  186. 6:09money. And And here's what it looks
  187. 6:11like. We'll type in emergency locksmith
  188. 6:13and then Doral, Florida. Doral, if we
  189. 6:15come back here, if I can find it, I
  190. 6:16think is a suburb. I lost it. I was
  191. 6:19scrolling too much. Where is it? Where
  192. 6:20the heck is it? But, the point is there
  193. 6:22it is, up here. Doral, right here. A
  194. 6:24suburb of Miami is way more, I guess,
  195. 6:27easy easier. That's a terrible way to
  196. 6:29say it. It's easier to rank for
  197. 6:31emergency locksmith Doral, Florida. The
  198. 6:34ticket price, the local demand,
  199. 6:35competition, map pack opportunity. It's
  200. 6:37easier to rank for suburbs. So, if you
  201. 6:39have a right If you have the right
  202. 6:41website structure and you're actually
  203. 6:43doing it in the areas you should be
  204. 6:45doing it, you're going to have a way
  205. 6:46more success. Now, if we take a step
  206. 6:48back, high ticket, urgent, and nobody's
  207. 6:50competing. Remember, this is the one
  208. 6:51nobody's competing. There are so many
  209. 6:54opportunities on local search where it's
  210. 6:56just like, "What are you guys doing?"
  211. 6:58The the incumbent websites, the people
  212. 7:00who have been there for years kind of
  213. 7:02stink and no one's really doing this.
  214. 7:04There's still a lot of opportunity. So,
  215. 7:07this is what a good niche typically
  216. 7:08looks like. So, $500 plus per day,
  217. 7:10ideally 1,000 to 2,000. The job value is
  218. 7:13what makes a lead worth $100 to $150.
  219. 7:16There has to be enough skin on the bone,
  220. 7:17right? Emergency and urgent work is
  221. 7:20great. It doesn't have to be. And home
  222. 7:22services almost every single time. I
  223. 7:25love doing this tactic because AI
  224. 7:28becomes scarier and freakier and weirder
  225. 7:31every day, right? I used to make my
  226. 7:34money strictly online and now I am
  227. 7:36diversifying into ideas like this that
  228. 7:38are hinged more on the real tangible
  229. 7:40world. And there's a reason because I
  230. 7:42think we have only a few more years with
  231. 7:44AI to make a lot of money. Now, the
  232. 7:47green light test, right? Google your
  233. 7:49service plus your town. We are doing
  234. 7:51that, right? And look at the top of the
  235. 7:53page. Is there a map pack at the top? Is
  236. 7:56it competitive? Walk away. Plain blue
  237. 7:58links and no map pack, maybe, right?
  238. 8:00Search volume barely matters. You want
  239. 8:02low competition on one narrow intent,
  240. 8:04not big numbers. And I think big numbers
  241. 8:07are reserved for your primary website.
  242. 8:08The microsites go after the fringe,
  243. 8:10right? So, here's what the walk-away
  244. 8:12serp looks like if you type in plumber
  245. 8:13Houston, a mega city, a mega search
  246. 8:15term, you're going to have sponsored,
  247. 8:16you're going to have map pack. Walk away
  248. 8:18from it. You have paid ads on the top.
  249. 8:20You have the map pack there, and organic
  250. 8:23is absolutely buried. We still make
  251. 8:25money with these concepts. We still make
  252. 8:27money with that scenario, right here, if
  253. 8:30there's enough search volume, but we
  254. 8:32often don't want to do that. We don't
  255. 8:34even want to play this game with the
  256. 8:35microsites. So, this is the absolute
  257. 8:37green light serp if there is just blue
  258. 8:39links. We all know this. It's hard to
  259. 8:41find this nowadays, but it still exists.
  260. 8:43Now, the exact match domain is the whole
  261. 8:45cheat code. People comment in videos
  262. 8:48often like, "Oh, that doesn't work.
  263. 8:49That's so 15 years ago." I'm telling
  264. 8:51you, it's not 15 years ago. It works
  265. 8:54right now. The exact match domain
  266. 8:56crushes it. The single strongest signal
  267. 8:58in this framework, make the brand itself
  268. 9:01be the search query. So, if the search
  269. 9:03is electrician Baltimore, the domain is
  270. 9:05electricianbaltimore.com.
  271. 9:07It becomes a dance of finding which
  272. 9:09domains are available for these EMDs,
  273. 9:12right? So, demand equals service plus
  274. 9:14location. EMDs, always a .com, no clever
  275. 9:17domain hacks. Under 30 bucks, taken, try
  276. 9:20the variants. But you have to You can
  277. 9:22use free tools to do this, to figure out
  278. 9:24the search volume for the EMD, right?
  279. 9:26Privacy on, every upsell off when you go
  280. 9:28to register for GoDaddy or whatever. And
  281. 9:30do not overthink it. Now, the AI
  282. 9:33assembly line is what, you know, makes
  283. 9:35all this work. AI is what made any of
  284. 9:37this viable in my opinion. I know people
  285. 9:39have been doing rank and rent for a long
  286. 9:40time, but you haven't been doing rank
  287. 9:42and rent with 30, 50, 100 microsites.
  288. 9:44Now you can do it pretty easily. So the
  289. 9:46AI assembly line about 5 hours per site.
  290. 9:49It's really much less than that, much
  291. 9:52much less, but if you're going to do
  292. 9:53this your first time, I would put I'll
  293. 9:54put aside 5 hours to figure it out to
  294. 9:56then start pumping them out, right? So
  295. 9:59AI is going to write the website. The
  296. 10:01content is generated from the blueprint
  297. 10:03we talked about. AI can make the brand
  298. 10:05from, you know, ideogram, midjourney,
  299. 10:07whatever. And then here's the cool part,
  300. 10:09AI answers the phone. So we have AI make
  301. 10:13the website and then we have AI run the
  302. 10:15website. Seven questions in and a
  303. 10:17finished website out is a beautiful
  304. 10:19thing. The one click builder I was
  305. 10:20showing you. And this is what it looks
  306. 10:22like in the middle here, right? So you
  307. 10:23have the index, you have these different
  308. 10:25HTMLs. You can learn by doing. I want to
  309. 10:28tell you if you're a newbie, you can
  310. 10:30learn by doing. In fact, that's the best
  311. 10:31way to learn anything here, right? So
  312. 10:34you don't need to know how to build
  313. 10:35websites. The one click builder asks
  314. 10:37about the business, it generates the
  315. 10:38content and hands you back a zip file
  316. 10:40with every page done. Then you can just
  317. 10:42give it to Cloud Code and it takes it to
  318. 10:44the last mile. I'm telling you, if it
  319. 10:46sounds complicated, just get in there,
  320. 10:48get dirty and you're going to figure it
  321. 10:49out very quickly. Now I like this,
  322. 10:51cluster the map, hide the footprint.
  323. 10:53Very very important. Maybe you've heard
  324. 10:55terms like PBNs. This is not a PBN. We
  325. 10:58need to be very very specific. So
  326. 11:00remember we were working with Miami just
  327. 11:02as an example, but you have all these
  328. 11:04suburbs. This is a perfect perfect
  329. 11:06visualization of how this works. I like
  330. 11:09a little overlap in between each
  331. 11:11website. There are websites that we have
  332. 11:14multiple websites for one search. In
  333. 11:16other words, if someone types a certain
  334. 11:18thing for a certain product in an area,
  335. 11:20sometimes we have two of our websites
  336. 11:22showing up. Like if all the roads lead
  337. 11:25to Rome, who's going to get the lead?
  338. 11:27We're going to get the lead, right? The
  339. 11:29survival rules are right here. Never
  340. 11:30internally link your own websites. You
  341. 11:33can vary the hosting if you want to go
  342. 11:34that far. Each site stands alone and
  343. 11:37stay in one niche. Now, what does one
  344. 11:40website cost and what does the network
  345. 11:41return? What is the possibilities here
  346. 11:43of an actual return? So, for your first
  347. 11:45website, I would allocate about 84
  348. 11:47bucks. I can be much, much less. For us,
  349. 11:50it's less than $10 to roll out one
  350. 11:52website. And it costs us because we have
  351. 11:55the hosting figure out. We can talk
  352. 11:56about that in the community.
  353. 11:58Like $2 a month
  354. 12:00per website and it costs less than 10
  355. 12:02bucks to build them. The scale is crazy.
  356. 12:04It's hyper scale. Uh time to cook is 3
  357. 12:06to 6 months, right? You need Google to
  358. 12:08do its thing. Sites, they sit and build
  359. 12:11trust before the calls start. That's
  360. 12:12anything in SEO, organic SEO, right? And
  361. 12:16you can sell these things. We're going
  362. 12:17to get into this. $150 per qualified
  363. 12:19lead if not more. Now, the journey to
  364. 12:22one lead, this is a good thing to
  365. 12:24realize. So, the whole model gets real
  366. 12:25when you follow a single phone call.
  367. 12:27Remember, we have AI agents answer the
  368. 12:29phone call. Notice who answers the phone
  369. 12:31at 11:00 p.m. It's not you, right? Come
  370. 12:34on. How many How many operators do you
  371. 12:37know that are like one to two
  372. 12:38million-dollar businesses that they
  373. 12:40struggle to answer the phone every
  374. 12:41single time. And did you know Google, it
  375. 12:44tracks who's answering the phone? Think
  376. 12:46about it. If you have a phone, right? An
  377. 12:48Android phone. This is not an Android
  378. 12:50phone.
  379. 12:51It's an iPhone. But, the point is if you
  380. 12:53have 50% of phones being Androids and
  381. 12:55Google is
  382. 12:56owned an Android, it knows who answers
  383. 12:58the darn phone, for goodness gracious.
  384. 13:00All right. So, 11:00 p.m. lockout, a
  385. 13:01customer is locked out of the car in
  386. 13:04Palmetto Bay. They grab their phone.
  387. 13:06They find your website. They Google the
  388. 13:07problem. Your microsite is sitting in
  389. 13:10position one. The brand is the query.
  390. 13:12They call the number. The tracking
  391. 13:14number on every page records and
  392. 13:16transcribes the call automatically. AI
  393. 13:19agent answers the phone. The voice agent
  394. 13:21picks up 24/7, takes the details and
  395. 13:23promises a fast callback. The contractor
  396. 13:26calls back. Your partner locksmith gets
  397. 13:29the details, calls the customer, and
  398. 13:30takes the job, right? The the that right
  399. 13:33there is everything. If you can figure
  400. 13:35that out right there, it's it's gold.
  401. 13:38Now, let's talk about the money. Three
  402. 13:39ways to turn calls into cash. So, number
  403. 13:42one, you can feed your own business. If
  404. 13:44this is you, you can make the most money
  405. 13:46out of anyone with this business idea,
  406. 13:48right? You can see the value here. If
  407. 13:50you're a local painting company and you
  408. 13:52have one website right now that's
  409. 13:53crappy, well, you can build these
  410. 13:54microsites in your area and just start
  411. 13:56absorbing leads. You run them yourself,
  412. 13:58you can make tons of money. You can do a
  413. 14:00revenue share if you are not the actual
  414. 14:02company. I like this the most. A revenue
  415. 14:04share, typically 5 to 10%. 10% is the
  416. 14:06target. So, if you sell a lead like we
  417. 14:09have recently for
  418. 14:11well, 10% and they did the job for
  419. 14:12$12,000, they're going to cut you a
  420. 14:14check for 1,200 bucks. It might come a
  421. 14:17month or two or three down the line
  422. 14:19because it takes time for the client to
  423. 14:21pay, but it's good money. And you can do
  424. 14:23flat fee. There's pros and cons to each
  425. 14:25of these, right? And and I guess I
  426. 14:27didn't get into the other option. You
  427. 14:30can sell these as a as a package. You
  428. 14:32can sell the websites, say, uh Mr.
  429. 14:34Jones, I'll sell all these 15 websites
  430. 14:36to you for $1,500 a month. I'll build
  431. 14:40you 15 microsites and it'll be $1,500 a
  432. 14:42month and it's going to be a one-year
  433. 14:44engagement. Maybe you like that idea
  434. 14:46because the cash flow is something great
  435. 14:48and it will enable you to do other
  436. 14:49things in your life. Now, the playbooks
  437. 14:51start to repeat. Pick the niche and the
  438. 14:53town. Make sure, please, please, please,
  439. 14:55the biggest hurdle of all this is
  440. 14:57picking the right niche and the right
  441. 14:59area. Of course, if you're a business
  442. 15:00owner, you already know what your niche
  443. 15:01is and your area. But, if you want to
  444. 15:03start this and sell the leads, pick the
  445. 15:05right niche in the right area. Register
  446. 15:08the exact match domain. Build out the 40
  447. 15:10to 50 pages. Wire up the phone with the
  448. 15:13AI phone agent. Uh light footprint. Let
  449. 15:16it cook. And then monetize and repeat.
  450. 15:18Now, of course, we dedicate a lot of
  451. 15:20time in the community to the microsites.
  452. 15:21We have two modules which are absolutely
  453. 15:24intense, right? Intense amount of work
  454. 15:27if you want to go down the rabbit hole
  455. 15:28on microsites. But, the whole idea of
  456. 15:31the Rank Expander Academy, if this is
  457. 15:32what you're into, and I'll just hard
  458. 15:33hard pause here.
  459. 15:35If you're interested in making money
  460. 15:36with AI, with things that actually work,
  461. 15:39that's what this community is built on.
  462. 15:40And local SEO is one of those that are
  463. 15:42just so obvious, right? But, we have a
  464. 15:45start here, past to a thousand, gear up.
  465. 15:47It's a very logical, sequential plan.
  466. 15:50I'll just scroll through here so you can
  467. 15:51see. We have a weekly call. We have a
  468. 15:53good community. Love to see you in there
  469. 15:54if you're somebody who wants to make it
  470. 15:56happen.
