  1. 0:00This video will show you how to rank 30
  2. 0:02websites in the time it takes most
  3. 0:03people to rank one website on Google.
  4. 0:05So, how to rank any local business on
  5. 0:07Google and not just one website. Let's
  6. 0:08do many websites. We're going to go over
  7. 0:10comments in this channel for better or
  8. 0:12for worse based upon what you've said. A
  9. 0:15tiny site that rings a phone. This is
  10. 0:17the concept with a micro site. You
  11. 0:18build, you rank, you call, you get cash,
  12. 0:20right? Let's keep it rolling. Some
  13. 0:21people say it's spam. It's a PBN. Google
  14. 0:24will ban you. And someone said, "Imagine
  15. 0:26everyone builds 30 of these websites
  16. 0:27each and then Google finds out and it
  17. 0:29starts banning those for spamming." And
  18. 0:31someone else said, "This is a PBN and
  19. 0:33Google detects it. You're just going to
  20. 0:35have a bad time." Now, here's an example
  21. 0:36of a micro site some people call spam.
  22. 0:38And you can be the judge, right? We're
  23. 0:39going to talk about a few things in this
  24. 0:41channel. We're going to talk about the
  25. 0:42golden connection later in this video,
  26. 0:45which is a bonus, but this is a micro
  27. 0:47site right here. This is what it looks
  28. 0:48like. We've built out this together on
  29. 0:50this channel, and we've used AI to do it
  30. 0:53100%. Now, how much does it cost to
  31. 0:55build something like this? It costs
  32. 0:57pennies compared to what it used to cost
  33. 0:59a website. Probably a thousandth of the
  34. 1:01price for a conventional local business.
  35. 1:04And some people will freak out and say
  36. 1:05it's not as good. Do you know what good
  37. 1:07means on a website? Good is that someone
  38. 1:09fills out this form here and calls. All
  39. 1:12that matters here is cash flow via
  40. 1:14intake of leads. Now, pay attention
  41. 1:15because we are definitely going to move
  42. 1:17fast. So, one skill ranking local
  43. 1:19intent. So, two completely different
  44. 1:20uses. So, we can do two methods. method.
  45. 1:23I'm going to teach you two methods in
  46. 1:24this video with a bonus at the end. So,
  47. 1:26path A is make your real business
  48. 1:29unbeatable. So, let's say you own a
  49. 1:31plumbing company. We point this engine
  50. 1:33at your actual website in your real
  51. 1:35Google profile and make you own the
  52. 1:37whole metro. You're going to see how
  53. 1:39this works. And then path B is you can
  54. 1:41build a network and rent the calls. So,
  55. 1:43path A is for those who are business
  56. 1:45owners. You already own the business.
  57. 1:47You'll run the leads yourself. Awesome.
  58. 1:49Path B is for those who want to sell
  59. 1:52them. And that's rank and rent. Now, the
  60. 1:54star method is for if you want to own
  61. 1:56the whole metro and this is what it
  62. 1:58looks like. So, this is Miami and let's
  63. 2:00say you wanted to rank in this local
  64. 2:01area. Well, you're going to have
  65. 2:02websites around the suburbs of Miami.
  66. 2:05And here's another location in
  67. 2:06Indianapolis. Same idea. You have a
  68. 2:09website for the main Indianapolis area,
  69. 2:11but also in the surrounding suburbs.
  70. 2:13Now, in the beginning of this video, I
  71. 2:14flashed these screenshots. What are
  72. 2:16these? This is the intake of leads from
  73. 2:18the micro sites I've built over the
  74. 2:21years. I have over 50 of these producing
  75. 2:22leads every single day. The idea for me
  76. 2:25is to sell them back to contractors. How
  77. 2:27do we do this? Well, we can do it three
  78. 2:29primary ways, which we'll talk about.
  79. 2:31But if we haven't met, my name is Jesse
  80. 2:32Cunningham. I run the Rank Expand
  81. 2:34Academy. I make six figures a month
  82. 2:36using different AI tactics, and I've
  83. 2:38gotten thousands of leads off the
  84. 2:40concept I'm telling you in this video.
  85. 2:42Now, before we get moving, I need to go
  86. 2:43over these with you because if you're
  87. 2:44someone who owns a local business or you
  88. 2:47want to do this, you need to understand
  89. 2:48how to rank a conventional website.
  90. 2:50We're going to talk about micro sites,
  91. 2:51which are extra, but to rank any local
  92. 2:54business, this is how you do it. You're
  93. 2:56going to fill out every single box on
  94. 2:58your profile. That's Google business
  95. 2:59profile. And you're going to use all
  96. 3:01your categories. Number three, you're
  97. 3:03going to build service and location
  98. 3:04pages, which I'm going to show you here
  99. 3:06in a second. You're going to answer the
  100. 3:08phone every single time. Did you know
  101. 3:10Google will track whether or not you
  102. 3:11answer the phone? There's a thing called
  103. 3:13singleton abandonment in the HCU
  104. 3:16documents which basically says Google
  105. 3:18knows whether or not someone's satiated
  106. 3:20when they go to a website. We don't have
  107. 3:22to go down the rabbit hole, but
  108. 3:24basically answer your darn phone. That's
  109. 3:25what I have to say about that. Get
  110. 3:27reviews by text. Always reviews. One,
  111. 3:29clean name, address, and phone number.
  112. 3:31That matters, right? NAP. Post to your
  113. 3:34profile weekly. You have a Google
  114. 3:36business profile. Well, you should use
  115. 3:38everything that Google gives you with
  116. 3:39it, which is posting to it. You can do a
  117. 3:41post on your Google business profile.
  118. 3:43Add real photos often. Did you know
  119. 3:46Google can tell if a photo is AI or not,
  120. 3:49and Google can tell where the photo is
  121. 3:51taken, so it matters. I recommend to
  122. 3:53clients, if you're going to do it
  123. 3:55yourself, take a photo with your phone,
  124. 3:57upload it through your phone. Google
  125. 3:58knows exactly where that photo is taken.
  126. 4:00It matters. Local truth on every page
  127. 4:02that's on the website and verified
  128. 4:04citations only. Now, if you look here,
  129. 4:06these are service location pages. So,
  130. 4:07this matters a lot for ranking. was one
  131. 4:09of the top 10. So for your service,
  132. 4:12which in this case is slab leak repair
  133. 4:15in XYZ, you need to force feed Google
  134. 4:18exactly where you do business and what
  135. 4:20you do. And the keywords matter so much.
  136. 4:22Now, what you can do, and I've done this
  137. 4:24on this channel with this website, is go
  138. 4:26down the rabbit hole and speak
  139. 4:27specifically about the location that you
  140. 4:29do business in. It's not good enough
  141. 4:31anymore to just do templated pages
  142. 4:34because people like me are going to get
  143. 4:35more specific about each location. So if
  144. 4:39you come here, we have USDA documents,
  145. 4:42US consensus data, consensus data about
  146. 4:44this area. Which peach land
  147. 4:46neighborhoods do you cover? Look, Shadow
  148. 4:49Creek Ranch, and it talks about the
  149. 4:51specifics of that area. I don't know
  150. 4:53anything about this, but the way that we
  151. 4:54built this through AI, it went out, it
  152. 4:57scraped their certain things on the
  153. 4:59internet and came back with it and it
  154. 5:00linked to it. Now, visually, this is
  155. 5:02what a website should look like. You
  156. 5:04have the homepage, you have your
  157. 5:05services right here, right? and they
  158. 5:07should mirror your Google business
  159. 5:09profile. And then we have our service
  160. 5:11location pages under it. So this is the
  161. 5:13structure of a proper website if you
  162. 5:14want to rank on Google regardless if
  163. 5:16you're using micro sites. Like I said,
  164. 5:18fill every box, use every category on
  165. 5:20your Google business profile and Google
  166. 5:22is always watching. Think about it.
  167. 5:23Androids, Chrome, search, maps, Google
  168. 5:26Maps. How many people use Google Maps?
  169. 5:28They pull it up. They click call the
  170. 5:30business. Google knows if you answer the
  171. 5:32phone. Now, I'm going to give you the
  172. 5:33golden connection bonus in a little bit.
  173. 5:36Basically, how the heck did I build this
  174. 5:37website? By basically talking to AI,
  175. 5:40never entering WordPress. Pretty darn
  176. 5:42sweet. So, primary website versus micro
  177. 5:44sites. I want to be clear, most business
  178. 5:46owners have a primary website. That
  179. 5:48means two things. Number one, okay,
  180. 5:50great. You can go to any, if you're
  181. 5:52going to sell this service, let's be
  182. 5:53clear. You can go to any business owner
  183. 5:55and say, "Hey, look, Bob, you have one
  184. 5:56business. You have your primary website.
  185. 5:58We can do what is called the STAR
  186. 6:00method. The STAR method is where we
  187. 6:02build websites around your primary
  188. 6:04location and we rank for those so you
  189. 6:06get all of the leads because the primary
  190. 6:08website has a diminish and return
  191. 6:10geographically because Google knows your
  192. 6:13central location and it's not going to
  193. 6:15rank you really well the further you get
  194. 6:16from your epicenter. Now what we're
  195. 6:18going to talk about is micro sites next
  196. 6:20which is for somebody who wants to make
  197. 6:22money even though they are not the
  198. 6:24business owner. you sell those micro
  199. 6:26site leads or the websites themselves to
  200. 6:29business owners. Now, what we're going
  201. 6:31to discuss next is part of the classroom
  202. 6:33in the Rank Expand Academy, the Microite
  203. 6:35Playbook and Microite Empire. This is
  204. 6:38where people who want to build an asset
  205. 6:39that they own. Right? Oftentimes, SEOs,
  206. 6:43people who help others rank their
  207. 6:45websites are kind of tired of doing all
  208. 6:47the work for another business owner and
  209. 6:48then getting fired eventually. With this
  210. 6:50concept, you own the website, therefore
  211. 6:53you own the leads. And if you can own
  212. 6:55the leads in the website, it gives you
  213. 6:57control and it gives you an asset that's
  214. 6:59worth money over time. Let's be clear on
  215. 7:01what this is and is not because a lot of
  216. 7:03people are not making this distinction
  217. 7:05in the comments. So people are claiming
  218. 7:06these are PBN's what I'm building here.
  219. 7:09So PBN looks like this. You typically
  220. 7:10have one primary website and then you
  221. 7:12have these fake websites pointing to the
  222. 7:14primary to to kind of boost its
  223. 7:16rankings. And if Google gets wind of it,
  224. 7:18it will ban it. It's been around for a
  225. 7:20long time that concept and Google's
  226. 7:22caught on, right? You can do it still
  227. 7:23and I don't recommend it on this channel
  228. 7:26but it's not what we do. So this is what
  229. 7:27we do. We have independent websites that
  230. 7:29never touch. IR micro sites are truly
  231. 7:31independent. So they have independent
  232. 7:33names. They have independent phone
  233. 7:35numbers. Now we know behind the scenes
  234. 7:37that all the phones route to the same
  235. 7:39location. An AI agent answers the phone
  236. 7:4224/7. Right now here's two different
  237. 7:44comments I thought were interesting.
  238. 7:45Someone said, "Everyone builds 30 of
  239. 7:47these and Google bans them all." Type of
  240. 7:49situation. Whereas someone else said,
  241. 7:50"My employer does exactly this." Talking
  242. 7:52about micro sites, domain broker, owns
  243. 7:55tens of thousands of domains, ranked all
  244. 7:57over Google for 20 plus years. I thought
  245. 7:59it was stupid. Now I see it works. He's
  246. 8:01renting the traffic and getting
  247. 8:02pre-sales. Yeah, it's like a light bulb
  248. 8:04moment when you realize you can own the
  249. 8:06asset instead of doing work for other
  250. 8:07people, which still is good for cash
  251. 8:09flow, but owning the asset is where the
  252. 8:11true power comes. And you have to make
  253. 8:13sure you understand these three things
  254. 8:14because Google will ban a scheme, but
  255. 8:16not a singular website typically. That's
  256. 8:18why having these totally separate as
  257. 8:21assets really matters, right? No
  258. 8:23footprint. So, interlin fake slop sites,
  259. 8:26AI slop sites, and I hate that term,
  260. 8:27slop, AI slop. What is AI slop? What
  261. 8:30does that even mean? Like, if it's
  262. 8:31useful to someone or entertaining to
  263. 8:33someone, in my opinion, it's not AI
  264. 8:35slop, but you know, we have people who
  265. 8:37disagree. So, interlin fake slop sites
  266. 8:40get torched. Inter independent useful
  267. 8:42ones do not. What dictates useful? We
  268. 8:45can talk about it now. Everyone, this is
  269. 8:46good for you. Everyone's not going to do
  270. 8:48this. So 90% of the people are going to
  271. 8:49read these comments argue and never
  272. 8:51build one. And that's cool. That's just
  273. 8:52the nature of YouTube. But the people
  274. 8:54who realize rank and rent has been
  275. 8:55around for a long time and now we can
  276. 8:57build it with AI. Light bulb moment
  277. 8:59again, right? Quality is the mo. So a
  278. 9:02site that actually helps the person
  279. 9:03searching is not what the spam filter is
  280. 9:05hunting. So for our websites, they're
  281. 9:08actually useful. Someone's looking for a
  282. 9:10service in an area, they come onto our
  283. 9:11website, we answer 247, right? And a
  284. 9:14contractor gets back to them ASAP. That
  285. 9:17is useful. Now, here's someone concerned
  286. 9:18about this concept and I think it's
  287. 9:20important to talk about. So, Google
  288. 9:21finds you by domain ownership.
  289. 9:23Basically, they're concerned that Google
  290. 9:24will find you based on domain ownership
  291. 9:27by the same person and having no local
  292. 9:28business account makes it suspicious to
  293. 9:30the algorithm. How do you overcome this?
  294. 9:32It's a fair question. So, privacy on
  295. 9:34every domain, no links between your
  296. 9:36sites ever, and the no business account
  297. 9:38thing points the other way. Micro sites
  298. 9:40don't use a Google business profile at
  299. 9:42all. So, there's no fake accounts.
  300. 9:44That's that's a thing that we decided
  301. 9:46never to cross that bridge. At least we
  302. 9:48haven't right now because I do think
  303. 9:51that is a bigger risk. So realize our
  304. 9:53micro sites do not have Google business
  305. 9:56profiles. Crazy, right? Yet they still
  306. 9:58rank and get leads. Imagine if they did
  307. 10:00have Google business profiles with a
  308. 10:02bunch of fivestar reviews. It [snorts]
  309. 10:04would be it would be gang busters. But
  310. 10:05right now based upon this comment,
  311. 10:07right, Google's going to find you by
  312. 10:08domain ownership. We don't do that. And
  313. 10:11we don't use Google Search Console
  314. 10:13either because I've seen friends have
  315. 10:15hundreds of these in a Google search
  316. 10:17console, right? And they all got slammed
  317. 10:20gone. Now, this micro site we're
  318. 10:21building together on this channel. So,
  319. 10:23subscribe if you want to check it out.
  320. 10:24But this is how we're doing it. So, I
  321. 10:26want you to visualize this because I
  322. 10:28think this is really powerful. So, the
  323. 10:29golden connection is this. I literally
  324. 10:32talk in plain English because I use a
  325. 10:34tool that I just talked to my computer.
  326. 10:36The AI agent, which in my case is
  327. 10:38clouded code, has an SFTP connection. So
  328. 10:41there's no login ever to my WordPress
  329. 10:44site files. And then it just change it.
  330. 10:47It changes it, right? It just changes
  331. 10:49it. It just does it. It's like magic.
  332. 10:50And in real time, this is what it looks
  333. 10:51like. So this is clawed code. You have
  334. 10:53bypass permissions on. And I can just
  335. 10:55ask it on the primary service locations
  336. 10:57page hub, can you have cards that link
  337. 11:00out to each service location page? And
  338. 11:03I'm using Opus 5 right now. Right. and
  339. 11:06it didn't. It truncated the first part.
  340. 11:08Primary service locations page hub. Can
  341. 11:09you have the cards link out? It's
  342. 11:11probably going to be able to understand
  343. 11:12that anyways. For some reason, it didn't
  344. 11:13catch all of it. So, we're going to do
  345. 11:15here and I'm showing this to you live.
  346. 11:18So, for this page, which is the primary
  347. 11:20service areas page, which matters. The
  348. 11:22purpose of a service areas page like the
  349. 11:24top level is to link down to all of your
  350. 11:27other service location pages, all these.
  351. 11:30And we do it in different ways. Like we
  352. 11:31have this custom map we built on a
  353. 11:33different video together, but I want
  354. 11:36cards. And cards are like this is a
  355. 11:38card. This is a custom card. I could
  356. 11:40easily have it put a call to action down
  357. 11:42here, a form fill, images, whatever it
  358. 11:44may be. But I just would like to show
  359. 11:46you how easy this is. So if you look
  360. 11:48here, what's really interesting with
  361. 11:49Opus 5 and Fable is that it will
  362. 11:51actually take a screenshot of your
  363. 11:53website. Do you see this deployed card
  364. 11:55grid and screenshot it? So if I do this,
  365. 11:57you'll see all the Python that it uses.
  366. 11:59as you know someone who's not a
  367. 12:01developer, me and maybe you too, you
  368. 12:04don't have to understand what all this
  369. 12:06code means because it just does it
  370. 12:08automatically. And here it is. It's
  371. 12:09pretty darn sweet, right? This is
  372. 12:11awesome. So, if you know local SEO and
  373. 12:13you know how to build a local business
