106. 3:36I can pledge my stocks and then
107. 3:39like pledge them as collateral and get a
108. 3:41loan from my broker.

111. 3:45or TD Ameritrade or whoever.

113. 3:48>> They may give me a line of credit
114. 3:50against my stock portfolio, so my stocks
115. 3:52can continue to grow
116. 3:54without me having to pay taxes on it.

120. 3:59they're essentially like giving me a
121. 4:00loan based off of the amount I have
122. 4:03sitting with them.

126. 4:07liquid, they may give me half a million.

155. 4:46But, I'm essentially pledging my cash
156. 4:49value to take a loan against my life
157. 4:50insurance policies or some of the death
158. 4:52benefit.
159. 4:53So, I've done that before. I've taken a
160. 4:55few a few hundred grand out of
161. 4:57my policies and reinvested into real
162. 4:59estate or oil and gas or things like
163. 5:00that.
164. 5:01>> And then you just put it back when
165. 5:03>> Yeah, I just pay it back.
166. 5:06>> My dad
167. 5:08My boss, he actually
168. 5:10built everything off credit.
169. 5:11And then there was no interest for 12
170. 5:13months, so he was able to pay it back.

172. 5:16And it just basically just makes him a
173. 5:18better on his credit.

177. 5:23In this I want to put talking notes

179. 5:26parents down. So, first off, we're in my
180. 5:28studio right now. We're probably an hour

182. 5:32the Tax Free Millionaire Summit. This is
183. 5:34an event that we put on three times a
184. 5:35year giving anybody who's interested the

298. 9:29Today is all about real estate
299. 9:31investing. How many of you guys are
300. 9:32excited for that?
301. 9:34We're going to go deep into how real
302. 9:35estate actually is used. Players are
303. 9:37thinking about real estate as a part of
304. 9:38their overall strategy.
305. 9:40Nothing about today is theory.
306. 9:43I want you to actually see how this
307. 9:45stuff works and what it actually looks
308. 9:47like.
309. 9:49From yourself to another entity, from
310. 9:50one entity to another, from a potential
311. 9:52member of your family table with your
312. 9:55down payment money, and then the owner
313. 9:57of the movie film is going to seller
314. 9:59finance the production rights to you.
315. 10:01So, you're taking on recourse debt, just
316. 10:03like if you're buying a car that weighs
317. 10:05over 6,000 lb you want to write it off
318. 10:07on your tax returns. So, you're taking
319. 10:09uh a full write-off for the ownership
320. 10:12over the the film. It's a tax deduction
321. 10:14that's considered active because you
322. 10:17have to actively watch movie films in
323. 10:20order to qualify to make an investment
324. 10:23into this strategy. So the IRS wants to
325. 10:26see did you have a 100 hours of studying
326. 10:28other movie films? Studying other movies
327. 10:31requires you to be on Amazon, Netflix.
328. 10:33And when I tell people this they start
329. 10:34smiling, but it's just it's how this
330. 10:37one's written into the tax code. So
331. 10:40the strategy is really awesome because
332. 10:42it provides you with such an upfront
333. 10:43benefit. The only downside if I can
334. 10:45share this with you guys, I know you'll
335. 10:46appreciate it. The only downside that
336. 10:48I've experienced with IRC 181 is the
337. 10:51timeline on when the movie actually goes
338. 10:54live so then you start making cash flow.
339. 10:56I am now making cash flow from that
340. 10:58movie that I just showed you guys in
341. 10:592024 cuz it took a while before the
342. 11:01movie hit box office and then became
343. 11:04cash flow positive. When someone comes
344. 11:06to me after the sale I focus on tax
345. 11:08strategy. You're in tax strategy phase
346. 11:10right now. I am going to present a very
347. 11:13particular tax strategy
348. 11:16specifically for you tomorrow.
349. 11:18Specifically to target capital gains,
350. 11:20specifically for people who are selling
351. 11:22a company, and it's a two and a half X
352. 11:24strategy, and it comes with a full
353. 11:26redemption. What does that mean? The
354. 11:28money the moment you invest money into
355. 11:30this strategy you get a return of
356. 11:32capital of all the money you invested
357. 11:35non-taxable to you. I'll explain why
358. 11:37it's non-taxable to you. I'll explain
359. 11:39why the government lets you do this,
360. 11:41what where it's written in the tax code.
361. 11:42We'll go over the tax code, the
362. 11:43economics of it, but it's a 2.5 X

401. 13:00already know, but they need to be retold
402. 13:02things.
403. 13:04And then a lot of them haven't been
404. 13:05shown, so they need to be shown things.
405. 13:07They've seen cost segs probably before,
406. 13:10but they haven't seen a tax professional
407. 13:11show their cost seg.
408. 13:13They've heard of film strategy, but they
409. 13:15haven't seen a K-1. Like so showing them
410. 13:18what's actually real is probably going
411. 13:19to be the biggest deciding factor on
412. 13:21whether or not they choose to move
413. 13:22forward and
414. 13:23giving them the confidence that our team
415. 13:25can handle the implementation is what's
416. 13:27really going to get people to feel like
417. 13:29we're the right team to serve them. So

587. 20:02Initially, I went into Pilates with one
588. 20:04intention. I do never I never want to
589. 20:06have a back injury ever again the way
590. 20:07I've had back injuries the last couple
591. 20:09of years.
592. 20:10Squats, deadlifts, you name it. I pulled
593. 20:13my back in almost all of the heavy
594. 20:15lifts.
595. 20:16So much to the point where when I pull
596. 20:18my back, I have to be carried to the
597. 20:19emergency room and then hooked up to
598. 20:21morphine.
599. 20:22This has happened now. My back injury
600. 20:25has been so bad that I've had to be
601. 20:27carried to the emergency room
602. 20:30and get an IV with morphine in it just
603. 20:32to get my body to relax because the
604. 20:34muscle relaxers
605. 20:36that they give me just don't work. I'm
606. 20:38too big.
607. 20:40I don't want to be in that position
608. 20:41anymore. I played football all my life.
609. 20:43I've damaged my body doing things to try
610. 20:46to get to the NFL. I am not trying to
611. 20:47get to the NFL anymore. I don't believe
612. 20:50that I will ever make it to the NFL
613. 20:51anymore. That dream's over.
614. 20:53I just want to look sexy. I just want to
615. 20:54be able to sprint with my daughters and,
616. 20:57you know, run laps on the track and
617. 21:00Pilates is definitely giving me that
618. 21:02flexibility. It's giving me that core
619. 21:03strength. It's giving me that lower body
620. 21:05strength. It has been working out
621. 21:07significantly for your boy.
622. 21:09So, I'm just going to keep it going. I'm
623. 21:11going to keep enjoying it
624. 21:12and uh stay disciplined with Pilates and
625. 21:15keep to about four four
626. 21:18like actual strength training workouts a
627. 21:21week, but stick to about three Pilates
628. 21:24workouts a week and then two 6-mi runs.
629. 21:26So, 12-mi runs, four strength,
630. 21:29three Pilates, and that's my normal
631. 21:32week. That's my normal week.
