  1. 0:00Over the last 3 months, this faceless
  2. 0:02YouTube channel has made almost $40,000
  3. 0:05using AI, and that's from YouTube shorts
  4. 0:07alone. There's no long- form content,
  5. 0:10and the person behind it never even
  6. 0:12shows their face in a single short. And
  7. 0:14today, I'm going to show you exactly how
  8. 0:17to replicate the same model, explain why
  9. 0:19this is one of the biggest opportunities
  10. 0:21on the internet right now, and give you
  11. 0:24everything you need to get started. So,
  12. 0:26on the screen right now are three
  13. 0:28faceless YouTube shorts channels that
  14. 0:30I've been tracking. [music] And
  15. 0:31according to Vid IQ, in the last 90
  16. 0:33days, the first one generated an
  17. 0:35estimated $40,000 from $250 million
  18. 0:39views. The second made almost 25,000 and
  19. 0:42the third clocked in at around $33,000.
  20. 0:46And to add to that, over the last 365
  21. 0:48days, just one of them has done two
  22. 0:51billion views and over 170K in estimated
  23. 0:55revenue. [music] And we're seeing this
  24. 0:57across three completely different
  25. 0:59channels. So clearly, this isn't just
  26. 1:01one random success story. And honestly,
  27. 1:04you don't need a team or a complicated
  28. 1:06production setup to do it. The whole
  29. 1:08thing runs on just [music] three tools.
  30. 1:11Claude, Chachi PT, and one other tool
  31. 1:14that I'm going to show you guys a little
  32. 1:16bit later. So, why is right now such a
  33. 1:18good time to start? Three reasons.
  34. 1:20First, despite everybody saying that
  35. 1:22faceless YouTube is getting more and
  36. 1:24more saturated, the data actually shows
  37. 1:26something pretty interesting. Now, if we
  38. 1:29look at Google Trends, searches for
  39. 1:31YouTube automation and faceless YouTube
  40. 1:34have dropped massively from their peaks
  41. 1:36in 2023 and 2024. And right now, search
  42. 1:40interest is actually sitting almost at
  43. 1:42its lowest point in 5 years. So, while
  44. 1:45everyone out there keeps saying that
  45. 1:47people are jumping into faceless
  46. 1:48YouTube, the search trend is actually
  47. 1:50moving in the opposite direction.
  48. 1:52Second, shorts can generate real money
  49. 1:55at scale. Now, Air Media Tech analyzed
  50. 1:58274 real channels using data directly
  51. 2:01from the YouTube analytics API. And
  52. 2:03according to what they saw, shorts RPM
  53. 2:05in most niches ranged from 7 to 20 cents
  54. 2:08per thousand views, while US heavy
  55. 2:10audiences were actually reaching around
  56. 2:1333 cents per thousand views. Now, you
  57. 2:15might hear 33 cents and say, well, that
  58. 2:18sounds tiny. But it's only tiny until
  59. 2:20you actually scale it. [music] Now, at
  60. 2:22that RPM, 100 million views is worth
  61. 2:25roughly $33,000.
  62. 2:27And keep in mind, one of the channels
  63. 2:29that we just looked at did 250 million
  64. 2:32views in only 90 days. Now, the third
  65. 2:35reason is probably the biggest one of
  66. 2:38all. Now, just a year or two ago,
  67. 2:40actually running one of these channels
  68. 2:42meant doing almost everything manually.
  69. 2:45But today, AI can handle almost the
  70. 2:47entire workflow. Just look at this. Chat
  71. 2:50GPT handles the channel itself, your
  72. 2:52name, your description, profile picture,
  73. 2:54banner. Claude will handle the content,
  74. 2:57analyzing competitors, finding out
  75. 2:59what's working, coming up with ideas,
  76. 3:01doing the research, and ultimately
  77. 3:03writing the actual scripts. And the last
  78. 3:05tool takes those scripts and turns them
  79. 3:08into finished shorts with voice over
  80. 3:10footage, captions, and everything else
  81. 3:13in one timeline. So, instead of talking
  82. 3:16about it, let me show you exactly how
  83. 3:18this whole system works. I'm going to
  84. 3:20start with Claude and show you how to
  85. 3:21automate the actual content side of the
  86. 3:23channel. Then we're going to jump back
  87. 3:25to ChachiBT and we'll use it to set up
  88. 3:27everything else. The branding, the
  89. 3:29description, profile picture, banner,
  90. 3:32essentially all of the things that you
  91. 3:33need before you can actually start
  92. 3:35posting. But first, let's figure out
  93. 3:37what kind of videos we're actually going
  94. 3:39to be making. [music] Now, picking the
  95. 3:41right niche is obviously one of the most
  96. 3:44important parts of this. So, instead of
  97. 3:46giving you 50 different options, I'm
  98. 3:48just going to show you one that's
  99. 3:49working super well right now. [music]
  100. 3:51And that's interesting facts videos.
  101. 3:54They're basically 30 second mini
  102. 3:56documentaries built around one
  103. 3:58interesting story, person, event, or
  104. 4:00fact. And channels that are doing this
  105. 4:02right now are getting ridiculous views.
  106. 4:06So, here's one with around 180,000
  107. 4:09subscribers that makes interesting facts
  108. 4:11videos about weird moments in history.
  109. 4:13Now, you can see some of these getting
  110. 4:152, 4, even 7 million views, and a few of
  111. 4:19them were posted just weeks ago. But you
  112. 4:22don't have to make history videos.
  113. 4:24Here's another channel with over 320,000
  114. 4:27subscribers doing basically the same
  115. 4:30exact thing, except their videos are all
  116. 4:32about science and space. And here's a
  117. 4:35third, which is focused on strange
  118. 4:36facts, true stories, and unexplained
  119. 4:39events. Now you see over and over it's
  120. 4:42the same format but completely different
  121. 4:44topics. You can see videos like this
  122. 4:47getting hundreds of thousands or even
  123. 4:49millions of views. [music] And that's
  124. 4:51the cool thing about this niche. You can
  125. 4:53basically adapt it to whatever you're
  126. 4:55interested in. History, space, animals,
  127. 4:58tech, mystery, geography, literally
  128. 5:01anything. It becomes less about the
  129. 5:03specific content [music] and more about
  130. 5:04the quality and the tooling of the
  131. 5:06workflow that I'm about to teach you.
  132. 5:09And the best thing about this format is
  133. 5:11that AI can do almost all of the heavy
  134. 5:13lifting for you. So, the first thing
  135. 5:16we're going to do is find a few
  136. 5:17competitors and give them to Claude.
  137. 5:19Now, you really only need three to five
  138. 5:22good channels. And we're not trying to
  139. 5:24copy them. We just want to figure out
  140. 5:26what's actually working. We're asking
  141. 5:28questions around what topics are getting
  142. 5:30the most views, what are they doing in
  143. 5:32the first few seconds, how long are the
  144. 5:34videos, and what kind of stories are
  145. 5:36going viral over and over [music] again.
  146. 5:38And finding these channels, honestly, is
  147. 5:41actually really easy. Just watch shorts
  148. 5:43in the niche that you're interested in.
  149. 5:45[music] Like a few of them, subscribe to
  150. 5:47the channels that are doing particularly
  151. 5:49well, maybe leave a couple of comments,
  152. 5:51and you'll notice pretty quickly your
  153. 5:53entire shorts feed basically becomes a
  154. 5:56research tool. Now, YouTube is just
  155. 5:58going to keep showing you more and more
  156. 6:00channels and viral videos in the exact
  157. 6:02niche that you're interested in. So once
  158. 6:05we've got a few good competitors, we're
  159. 6:07going to give all of them to Claude and
  160. 6:09let it do the actual analysis for us.
  161. 6:11Now that we have a few competitors, step
  162. 6:13two is using Claude to actually analyze
  163. 6:16them and find the best video ideas for
  164. 6:18us. So what I'm going to do is I'll pick
  165. 6:20one of the channels that we just found.
  166. 6:22Open up Claude. And the first thing we
  167. 6:24have to do is to connect to VidIQ. So
  168. 6:27you just need to search for the Vid IQ
  169. 6:29Chrome extension right here and install
  170. 6:31it. It's completely free. Now, once
  171. 6:34that's installed, I'm going to go back
  172. 6:36to Claude. I'll refresh the page, and
  173. 6:38you should see Vid IQ pop up right about
  174. 6:42here. I'm going to click the dropown,
  175. 6:44hit connect YouTube insights, and it'll
  176. 6:46take us straight to the connectors page
  177. 6:48where we can connect it to Claude. And
  178. 6:51once that's done, you can now see Vid IQ
  179. 6:54is active. [music]
  180. 6:55So now I'm going to click the little
  181. 6:56plus right here. Go to connectors,
  182. 7:00select Vid IQ for Claude, and I'll
  183. 7:02choose competitor breakdown. Now it's
  184. 7:06asking us for the channel ID. So I'm
  185. 7:08going to go back to the competitor that
  186. 7:10we found earlier. Click more, then share
  187. 7:13channel, and I'll copy the channel ID
  188. 7:16right here. Jumping back into Claude.
  189. 7:19Paste it in. Click add prompt. And you
  190. 7:23can see it's automatically going to add
  191. 7:25the whole prompt for us. That all that's
  192. 7:27left for me is just to click send.
  193. 7:29[music] And right away, Claude is going
  194. 7:31to start analyzing the entire channel.
  195. 7:34It's pulling their shorts, looking at
  196. 7:36which videos perform best, and basically
  197. 7:38figuring out what's working for them.
  198. 7:40Now, this can take a minute, especially
  199. 7:42if the channel has a lot of videos. And
  200. 7:44Claude might ask for permission a few
  201. 7:46times while it's doing its research.
  202. 7:48Make sure to just hit always allow so
  203. 7:51that it can keep going and save you some
  204. 7:52hassle. And there we go. You can see
  205. 7:56that Claude just gave me a full
  206. 7:58breakdown of the channel and it analyzed
  207. 8:00their best performing videos. And the
  208. 8:02coolest thing is that this is all
  209. 8:04sitting inside of a normal Claude chat.
  210. 8:07So, I can literally ask it about
  211. 8:08anything in the channel. So, I'm going
  212. 8:10to go ahead and I'll ask give me their
  213. 8:13best five performing video topics,
  214. 8:16include the original video links, and
  215. 8:18give me a full summary of each one. Now,
  216. 8:21hit send. Give it a second. And [music]
  217. 8:24we got it. Now, I have five video ideas
  218. 8:28based on topics that have already gotten
  219. 8:30millions of views on this channel. It's
  220. 8:32a proven success formula. So instead of
  221. 8:35sitting here trying to guess what might
  222. 8:37work, we already have five ideas that we
  223. 8:40know people are interested in. For
  224. 8:42example, we've got one about why
  225. 8:44airplane windows have tiny holes in
  226. 8:46them. Another about what happens if an
  227. 8:48elevator cable snaps, a third explaining
  228. 8:51why Formula 1 tires are completely
  229. 8:53smooth. These are exactly the kind of
  230. 8:56topics that work for the interesting
  231. 8:58facts format that we're going to be
  232. 9:00making. [music] So now we have the
  233. 9:02ideas. Next, we need to turn one of
  234. 9:04those into an actual video. Now, I'm
  235. 9:07going to pick one of the topics that
  236. 9:08Claude just found for us, and I'll open
  237. 9:10up a fresh Claude chat. What I'll do in
  238. 9:13there is I'll paste in this prompt right
  239. 9:16here. I'm making sure to leave it on the
  240. 9:18screen for a little bit so you can
  241. 9:19screenshot it if you want to reuse it
  242. 9:21yourself. Now, I'm going to jump back to
  243. 9:23our competitor analysis, grab the
  244. 9:25summary of the topic that I want to use,
  245. 9:27I'll copy it, and I'll paste it right
  246. 9:30underneath the prompt. For this example,
  247. 9:32I'm going to be going over the one about
  248. 9:34why airplane windows have those tiny
  249. 9:36holes in them. And basically, what I'm
  250. 9:39asking Claude to do is to take that
  251. 9:41proven topic and turn it into a
  252. 9:43completely new 30-second YouTube short
  253. 9:45script for our channel. So, I'm going to
  254. 9:48hit send. And there we go. Claude just
  255. 9:51wrote the entire script for us, and it's
  256. 9:54already structured to fit into around 30
  257. 9:56seconds. But now, we need the actual
  258. 9:59visuals. So, I'm going to paste in one
  259. 10:01more prompt. Again, I'll leave this on
  260. 10:04the screen for a second so that you guys
  261. 10:05can screenshot it. And what this does is
  262. 10:08it's actually really simple. It takes
  263. 10:10the script that we made, breaks it down
  264. 10:12into individual scenes, and then it
  265. 10:14tells us exactly what should be
  266. 10:17happening on screen for every single
  267. 10:19part of the voiceover. So, instead of
  268. 10:21having one giant block of text, [music]
  269. 10:24we now have an entire video mapped out
  270. 10:26scene by scene with a voice over. what
  271. 10:29visuals we need and then timestamps for
  272. 10:32when they should appear. And honestly,
  273. 10:34don't worry about creating any of the
  274. 10:36visuals yet because that's the next
  275. 10:38step. And this is where the third AI
  276. 10:41tool I mentioned comes into the picture.
  277. 10:43Now, we have the script and we have
  278. 10:45every visual mapped out. So, what's left
  279. 10:47is to actually build the video. And for
  280. 10:49that, we're going to be using a tool
  281. 10:51called Rank [music] Reel. Essentially,
  282. 10:53what it does is it gives us everything
  283. 10:55we need to create the entire video in
  284. 10:58one place. So, to that end, I'm going to
  285. 11:00open up Rank Real right here. And the
  286. 11:02first thing we need to do is generate
  287. 11:04our voice over. So, I'll jump back to
  288. 11:06Claude and I'll grab the original script
  289. 11:08that we generated. Now, keep in mind,
  290. 11:10it's not the visual breakdown. It's just
  291. 11:12the full word for word script. You'll
  292. 11:15copy that, jump back to Rank Real, and
  293. 11:18paste the entire thing right here. Now,
  294. 11:21we just need to choose a voice. Rank
  295. 11:23Real gives you a bunch of different AI
  296. 11:25voices to choose from. So, I'm going to
  297. 11:27click select voice, and I'll just be
  298. 11:29using this one right here. Obviously,
  299. 11:32you can take some more time and pick
  300. 11:34whichever fits your channel best. But
  301. 11:36for the interesting facts videos, I want
  302. 11:38something that feels pretty natural and
  303. 11:40is a bit more fastpaced. So, I'm going
  304. 11:43to select it, hit generate, and [music]
  305. 11:46there we go. Rank Real just generated
  306. 11:49the entire voice over and it
  307. 11:51automatically dropped it onto our
  308. 11:53timeline. So, let's go ahead and listen
  309. 11:55to the first few seconds. Ever notice
  310. 11:58the tiny hole at the bottom of your
  311. 11:59airplane window? That's not damage.
  312. 12:02That's the only thing keeping you
  313. 12:03comfortable at 38,000 ft. Perfect. So,
  314. 12:07now we have the script and we have the
  315. 12:09full voice over. Next, we need to create
  316. 12:11everything that's going to play on
  317. 12:14screen. Now, obviously, we still need
  318. 12:16the actual footage and the captions. So,
  319. 12:18that's what we're going to be focusing
  320. 12:19on next. I'm going to go back to Claude
  321. 12:21and I'll open the visual breakdown that
  322. 12:23we generated earlier. And you can see
  323. 12:25that for every part of this clip, Claude
  324. 12:27has already told us exactly what should
  325. 12:29be happening on screen and how long each
  326. 12:32clip should be. So, I'm going to go
  327. 12:34ahead and start with the first one. I'll
  328. 12:36copy the clip description right here.
  329. 12:38And now, we've got two options. We can
  330. 12:40either find a real clip that matches it
  331. 12:43or just generate one with AI. Now, for
  332. 12:46this clip, let's see if we can find
  333. 12:48something real. [music] I'm going to
  334. 12:50search for exactly what Claude
  335. 12:51described. And you can see none of these
  336. 12:55clips quite really fit what I'm looking
  337. 12:57for. So, instead of wasting my time
  338. 12:59trying to find the perfect one, I'm just
  339. 13:01going to go ahead and generate [music]
  340. 13:02it. I'll jump back to Rankre, click
  341. 13:05media, go to AI generation, and select
  342. 13:09video. [music]
  343. 13:10Then I'm literally just going to paste
  344. 13:12in the description that Cloud gave us.
  345. 13:14I'm going to go ahead and set the aspect
  346. 13:16ratio to 9 by6 since we're making a
  347. 13:19YouTube short. I'll hit generate and
  348. 13:21then [music] give it a second. And it
  349. 13:24generated exactly the shot that we
  350. 13:26needed. So I'm just going to click add
  351. 13:28to timeline. And now our first clip is
  352. 13:32already in the video. It also generated
  353. 13:34audio with the clip, which we obviously
  354. 13:36don't need because we already have our
  355. 13:38voice over. So I'm just going to go
  356. 13:40ahead and mute that. And now [music] we
  357. 13:43have this. Perfect. Now we just move on
  358. 13:46to the second clip. I'm going to go back
  359. 13:48to Claude, copy the next visual
  360. 13:50description, and this time let's see if
  361. 13:53we can find a really good clip for it.
  362. 13:56Yeah, this looks much better. I'm going
  363. 13:59to grab this one right here. I'll copy
  364. 14:01the link, go back to Rank Real, click
  365. 14:04import, paste the link, and [music] hit
  366. 14:06download. And there we go. I'll set the
  367. 14:09preview ratio to 9x6.
  368. 14:11Add it to the timeline. And now [music]
  369. 14:13I just need the exact part of the clip
  370. 14:16that matches our script. So I'll go
  371. 14:18ahead and scrub through here. Right
  372. 14:20there. I'm going to split it at the
  373. 14:22beginning, delete everything that we
  374. 14:24don't need, and then do the same thing
  375. 14:26at the end. And remember, Claude already
  376. 14:29gave us the timestamps, so really I
  377. 14:32don't need to do any guessing for how
  378. 14:33long any of these clips should be. I'll
  379. 14:36go ahead and line this one up with the
  380. 14:38voice [music] over. And now we've got
  381. 14:40this.
  382. 14:42And from here, you literally just repeat
  383. 14:44the same exact process for the rest of
  384. 14:46the video. Go through Claude's visual
  385. 14:48breakdown one by one. If you find a good
  386. 14:50clip, use it. If you can't, generate
  387. 14:53exactly what you need with AI. And after
  388. 14:55just a few minutes, you should have the
  389. 14:58entire voice over covered with visuals.
  390. 15:01Now, there's only one thing missing,
  391. 15:04captions. And this part is super easy.
  392. 15:07I'm just going to go to subtitles and
  393. 15:09click generate captions. Give it a
  394. 15:12second and Rank Real will automatically
  395. 15:14generate captions for the entire voice
  396. 15:16over. Obviously, they don't look the
  397. 15:19best by default, so I'm going to need to
  398. 15:21go into style and quickly clean them up.
  399. 15:23[music] I'll choose a caption preset,
  400. 15:26maybe make the text a little bit bigger,
  401. 15:28and then you can play around with a
  402. 15:30font, shadows, colors, or honestly
  403. 15:32whatever else fits your channel's needs.
  404. 15:34And that's basically it. We started with
  405. 15:37nothing but a competitor channel. Use
  406. 15:39Claude to find the idea, write the
  407. 15:42script, plan every single visual, and
  408. 15:45now we have a finished YouTube short
  409. 15:47ready to post. All that's left is to hit
  410. 15:50render, export the video, and that's our
  411. 15:52first short done. Ever notice the tiny
  412. 15:55hole at the bottom of your airplane
  413. 15:56window? That's not damage. That's the
  414. 15:59only thing keeping you comfortable at
  415. 16:0138,000 ft. Every window is actually
  416. 16:04three panes. Now you know exactly how to
  417. 16:07make these faceless YouTube shorts. But
  418. 16:09before we start posting, we need to
  419. 16:11actually set up the channel and make
  420. 16:12sure that everything is properly
  421. 16:14optimized. So before you create
  422. 16:16anything, the first thing I want you to
  423. 16:18do is go ahead and check if you already
  424. 16:21have an aged YouTube channel. And when I
  425. 16:23say aged, I literally just mean a
  426. 16:26channel that you've had for a few years
  427. 16:28[music] now. A lot of people have had
  428. 16:30one without ever even realizing it. If
  429. 16:32you have ever commented on videos,
  430. 16:34subscribed to channels, or honestly just
  431. 16:36used YouTube normally. there's a pretty
  432. 16:38good chance that you've created a
  433. 16:40channel a couple of years ago or maybe
  434. 16:42even longer and then completely forgot
  435. 16:44about it. So, go ahead and check your
  436. 16:47account. If you find an old channel that
  437. 16:49you're not using anymore, you can just
  438. 16:51repurpose that for your new faceless
  439. 16:53channel. Now, the reason that I prefer
  440. 16:56doing this is that an older account
  441. 16:58already has some history with YouTube
  442. 17:00rather than being something completely
  443. 17:02fresh created 5 minutes ago. But if you
  444. 17:04don't have one, don't worry. you can
  445. 17:06just go ahead and create that brand new
  446. 17:09channel. The only difference is going to
  447. 17:10be is that with a new account, I like to
  448. 17:13spend a little bit of time warming it up
  449. 17:15before I start posting. And honestly,
  450. 17:18the warm-up is super simple. You're
  451. 17:20basically just going to go ahead and use
  452. 17:22YouTube like a normal person. So, on day
  453. 17:25one, I'm going to open the Shorts feed
  454. 17:28and I'll spend around 30 minutes just
  455. 17:29scrolling through videos. And while I'm
  456. 17:31doing that, I'll make sure to interact
  457. 17:33with some of the content naturally.
  458. 17:35Watch some of the videos, leave a few
  459. 17:37likes, maybe post a couple of comments,
  460. 17:40and subscribe to the channels that I'm
  461. 17:42actually enjoying. That's literally it.
  462. 17:45And then on day [music] two, I'm going
  463. 17:47to do the same thing again for a little
  464. 17:49bit. Watch some shorts, interact with a
  465. 17:52few videos, subscribe to a few channels,
  466. 17:54but this time, we're going to start
  467. 17:56setting up the actual channel. So, I'll
  468. 17:58go ahead and open up YouTube Studio. Go
  469. 18:01down to settings, click channel, and
  470. 18:04then [music] I'll go to feature
  471. 18:05eligibility. The first thing that you
  472. 18:07want to check is standard features. Now,
  473. 18:10for most channels, these should already
  474. 18:12be enabled by default, as long as there
  475. 18:14aren't any community guideline
  476. 18:15restrictions on your account. [music]
  477. 18:18Now, you can see mine are green here, so
  478. 18:20we're good to go. Then, we're going to
  479. 18:22move down to intermediate features. for
  480. 18:25this. YouTube is going to ask you to
  481. 18:28verify a phone number. So, I'm just
  482. 18:30going to go ahead and click right here
  483. 18:31and go through the verification process.
  484. 18:34[music] And there we go. Now,
  485. 18:36intermediate features are enabled as
  486. 18:38well. Next, you'll also see advanced
  487. 18:41features underneath this. Now, we
  488. 18:43typically don't really need these for
  489. 18:45what we're doing right now, so you can
  490. 18:47either leave them alone or come back and
  491. 18:49unlock them later. And that's pretty
  492. 18:51much everything that we need on the
  493. 18:53technical side. Now, what's left is to
  494. 18:56make this look like a real channel. The
  495. 18:58name, the profile picture, the banner, a
  496. 19:01description, all that good stuff. And
  497. 19:04instead of doing any of that ourselves,
  498. 19:06we're actually going to let Chad Chapiti
  499. 19:08handle the entire branding process for
  500. 19:10us. So, let's start with the name.
  501. 19:12[music]
  502. 19:13I'm just going to type give me short
  503. 19:15one-word channel name ideas for a
  504. 19:17YouTube channel about interesting facts.
  505. 19:20I'll hit send. And you can see we've
  506. 19:22already got a bunch of options. And
  507. 19:24honestly, don't overthink this part. If
  508. 19:27you don't like any of these, just ask
  509. 19:29chat chip t for more. But you definitely
  510. 19:31don't need to spend hours trying to find
  511. 19:33the perfect [music] name. I'm going to
  512. 19:35scroll through these and let's go with
  513. 19:37curio for this example. Sounds cool. So
  514. 19:40now we've got the name. We need a
  515. 19:42profile picture. [music] So for that,
  516. 19:44I'm going to paste in this prompt right
  517. 19:46here. I'll leave it on screen for a few
  518. 19:48seconds so that you can go ahead and
  519. 19:50screenshot it as well. All that you need
  520. 19:53to do is replace this part with whatever
  521. 19:55channel name you choose. [music]
  522. 19:57So, I'll type in Curio right here. Hit
  523. 20:00send and I'll give it a second. [music]
  524. 20:02All right, this actually looks pretty
  525. 20:04good. It's simple. The icon is easy to
  526. 20:07recognize. And most importantly, it'll
  527. 20:10still be readable when it's super small
  528. 20:12on the shorts feed. [music] And that's
  529. 20:14exactly what you want. Now, if you look
  530. 20:16at some of the other channels out there,
  531. 20:17they're doing the same exact thing. One
  532. 20:20simple character, symbol, or logo,
  533. 20:23nothing too complicated. And if you
  534. 20:25don't like the first option that Chat GT
  535. 20:27gives you, you can always just
  536. 20:29regenerate it. You really don't need to
  537. 20:31overthink your logo either. Now, I'm
  538. 20:34happy with this one, so I'm going to go
  539. 20:35ahead and I'll save [music] it. So, now
  540. 20:37we have the name and the profile
  541. 20:39picture. The next thing we need is the
  542. 20:41channel banner that goes right up here.
  543. 20:44And if you look at other channels in
  544. 20:45this niche, you'll see that people do
  545. 20:47this in a bunch of different ways. Some
  546. 20:49just put the channel name, some have a
  547. 20:52little tagline, and some add a bunch of
  548. 20:54graphics. But honestly, I've always felt
  549. 20:57like the simpler ones look the best and
  550. 20:59cleanest. So, I'm going to keep ours
  551. 21:02clean, same colors, and overall the same
  552. 21:04style as the profile picture, just with
  553. 21:07one short line of text in the middle.
  554. 21:09And again, I'll be using Chat PT to make
  555. 21:12this whole thing for us. Basically, what
  556. 21:14I'm asking you to do is to create a
  557. 21:16YouTube banner that matches the exact
  558. 21:18colors and the style of the profile
  559. 21:20picture that we just made. And for the
  560. 21:22text, you can literally put whatever you
  561. 21:25want. I'm going to keep it simple and
  562. 21:27I'll say subscribe for random facts. So
  563. 21:30then let's hit send. And honestly,
  564. 21:33again, this looks pretty good. It
  565. 21:36matches the profile picture. The colors
  566. 21:38are consistent and everything feels like
  567. 21:40it's in line with the same channel. Now,
  568. 21:43for my taste, the text is a little too
  569. 21:45small. So, I'll go ahead and tell Chachi
  570. 21:47BT make the text roughly 50% bigger. Hit
  571. 21:51send. And yeah, that's looking way
  572. 21:54better. So, now we've got the name, the
  573. 21:57profile picture, and the banner. There's
  574. 22:00just one thing that we need left, and
  575. 22:02that's the channel description. And if
  576. 22:05you haven't guessed, I'm not going to be
  577. 22:06writing this one manually either. I'm
  578. 22:09gonna go in one last time into chat GPT
  579. 22:11right here. And I'll paste this prompt
  580. 22:14once more. I'll leave it on the screen
  581. 22:16for a few seconds so that you guys can
  582. 22:17screenshot it if you want. And basically
  583. 22:20what this tells Chat GPT is to give us a
  584. 22:22short tagline, explain what the channel
  585. 22:24is about, and make sure that people know
  586. 22:27what kind of videos they can expect. So
  587. 22:29I'll hit send. Uh once it generates, I'm
  588. 22:32going to go ahead and quickly read
  589. 22:33through it. I'll make sure everything
  590. 22:35looks good. Copy the whole thing and
  591. 22:37I'll paste it straight into our YouTube
  592. 22:40channel description. And that's it. Our
  593. 22:42channel is officially ready. Now, if you
  594. 22:46think about the big picture, we
  595. 22:47basically just built an entire system
  596. 22:50from scratch. We use Chat PT to create
  597. 22:53the channel, Claude to find proven
  598. 22:55ideas, do the research, write the
  599. 22:57scripts, and plan every visual. And
  600. 23:00lastly, rank real to turn all of that
  601. 23:03into an actual finished short. And from
  602. 23:06here, you just repeat that same process
  603. 23:09over and over again. Now, at a high
  604. 23:11level, what you're going to do is find
  605. 23:13what's already working, make your own
  606. 23:15version, post it, see what gets views,
  607. 23:18and then use that same exact system to
  608. 23:21repeat more of what works. That's
  609. 23:23literally the whole idea behind this
  610. 23:24model. You're not out here trying to
  611. 23:26create one viral video. You're creating
  612. 23:28a system and a process that can keep
  613. 23:31[music] producing them. And that's how
  614. 23:33you can run an entire faceless YouTube
  615. 23:35shorts channel with AI doing [music]
  616. 23:37almost all of the work. So, everything
  617. 23:39that I showed you throughout this video
  618. 23:41is actually linked below if you want to
  619. 23:43try it out for yourself. As always,
  620. 23:45thank you so much for watching and I'll
  621. 23:47see you guys in the next one.
