4. 0:06I'd share some of my favorite
5. 0:07affirmations and hopefully they'll help

7. 0:11I may be ugly, but he is uglier. Nobody
8. 0:14cares about where I am at in my journey
9. 0:17because it is meaningless. My phone is
10. 0:20always listening to me. The universe
11. 0:22knows what I want and doesn't think I
12. 0:24deserve it. Maybe everything is working
13. 0:26out for me and I'm just being a whiny
14. 0:29Someone will always be better at
15. 0:31something than you, so give up. Life's a
16. 0:33climb. The view is great, but I'm too
17. 0:36scared to leave the house. I surrender
18. 0:38fully to my intrusive thoughts and block
19. 0:41all of my loved ones on social media.
20. 0:43Maybe it is my fault. My screen time
21. 0:45just keeps getting longer and longer,
22. 0:47and maybe I should do something about
23. 0:48it. If my ancestors could see me now,
24. 0:51would they be proud of me? I don't know.
25. 0:54I am kind, caring, and empathetic, but
26. 0:57also a liar. Anything is possible.
