11. 0:28Sunday with the Pentecost we have yet
12. 0:31another inauguration of God's presence
13. 0:33Among Us in the life and the acts of the
14. 0:36church the holy spirit is now at the
15. 0:38work in human
16. 0:40Souls this is what the book of Acts in
17. 0:42the New Testament is all
18. 0:44about some theologians like to call the
19. 0:48Acts of the Apostles the book of the

30. 1:12be we are all being redeemed Sinners we
31. 1:15are a work in progress that's why we're
32. 1:17called practicing
33. 1:20Catholics our sins our failures our
34. 1:23rejections of God's loving presence is
35. 1:25found in both secular history as well as
36. 1:27in the history of the church
37. 1:30it is by the power of the holy spirit
38. 1:33that Christ was conceived in the womb of

40. 1:37Mary during his life Jesus manifested
41. 1:40the power of God's holy spirit at work
42. 1:43in the Miracles that he performed by the
43. 1:46power of the Holy Spirit Jesus raised
44. 1:48from the dead to become Christ in glory
45. 1:51and now because of his Ascension back to
46. 1:53the father Christ with his father sends
47. 1:56us the holy
48. 1:58spirit this point the necessity of

50. 2:02Ascension I love this little line that
51. 2:05St Augustine writes about this feast day
52. 2:08he says that they were standing there
53. 2:11and as Christ ascended before the
54. 2:13apostles eyes they turned away
55. 2:16grieving but only to realize that Christ
56. 2:20was in their hearts all
57. 2:23along God is with
58. 2:26us God has always been with us God will
59. 2:30always be with us in the future the
60. 2:33question is do you know

62. 2:39it is an ushering in of his new way of
63. 2:41being with us the presence Among Us in
64. 2:44the Holy

97. 4:15asked to pick up where Jesus left off he
98. 4:19is saying to us I have left you a
99. 4:22mission the work still needs to continue
100. 4:26we weren't just born to die one day
101. 4:31are the words of Jesus Christ inspiring
102. 4:33you to live your very best life to go
103. 4:36out and do something for the kingdom
104. 4:39because everything that you do either
105. 4:41tears down the kingdom or builds it up
106. 4:45which one do you
107. 4:47choose will Jesus's life not inspire you
108. 4:50to do great things for his kingdom we
109. 4:52don't have to build beautiful Majestic
110. 4:56Cathedrals but we do have to accept the
111. 4:59task that God has called us within our
112. 5:01vocation whatever that is we have to do
113. 5:04it with great care for his glory
114. 5:07bringing others to know Christ as he
115. 5:10tells us in the gospel of Mark today go
116. 5:13and Proclaim to every single
117. 5:19creature I hope that Jesus's words
118. 5:21inspires you to live out your vocation
119. 5:24as a
120. 5:25Christian May Christ by the power of the
121. 5:28Holy Spirit be with you now and forever
122. 5:31and may you one day Ascend to heaven
123. 5:35like Christ for all eternity amen am
