13. 0:26court today perhaps aware that her
14. 0:29lawyer was about to go on the attack the

16. 0:33stand today was dr adam rosendorf the
17. 0:35lab director and whistleblower at
18. 0:37theranos holmes's lawyer unveiled a
19. 0:40series of emails that appeared to show
20. 0:42dr rosendorf was aware in 2014 that the
21. 0:45lab had many issues but said nothing
22. 0:48observers say the messages appeared to
23. 0:49show the lab was in disarray and that
24. 0:52homes may have been left in the dark
25. 0:54while lobbying investors and medical
26. 0:55experts to buy into theranos if she's
27. 0:58saying look i'm relying on the lab to
28. 1:00get this right i brought in the best
29. 1:02people in the country to work at
30. 1:04theranos and we entrusted them with the
31. 1:06scientific aspects of this case and you
32. 1:09know when they're not telling me these
33. 1:10problems how am i supposed to not
34. 1:12believe in the theranost product as well
35. 1:15theranose was sold to investors as a
36. 1:17breakthrough in medical tech with
37. 1:19machines that could test for various
38. 1:21medical ailments with one drop of blood
39. 1:23including birth defects and cancer but
40. 1:25the machines never worked costing
41. 1:28investors billions and leading to
42. 1:30inaccurate results for several patients
43. 1:35analysts feel holmes won today's round
44. 1:37in court courtroom observers felt the
