3:31as I stated in the introduction Sarah
3:34Boone thought the world of herself she
3:36wholeheartedly believed that she was a
3:38wonderful wife mother and support system
3:40for everyone in her life and that she
3:43was a shining pillar in her own
3:45Community if she did go through
3:46hardships it wasn't her fault she worked
3:49tirelessly to make sure that everyone
3:51around her knew they were loved and
3:53cared for however that in no way was the
3:56case and many people who were involved
3:58with her actively laughed at that
4:00assessment when it was indicated to them
4:02by police during this investigation
4:04Sarah had been an overachiever in school
4:07however when she became a wife and
4:09mother she began to spiral she felt
4:12trapped and isolated as if she was now
4:14just expected to give all of herself to
4:16her newborn son and husband and she
4:19hated it according to the police
4:20interview with her ex-husband Sarah
4:22began to collapse into herself and fully
4:25rejected the life she created over the
4:27years and how long would you say

5:14um that's one of the main reasons why I
5:16divorced her um I just couldn't deal
5:18with it I mean it got to the point where
5:20I mean on weekdays she'd go out and I
5:22guess the
5:23George person is one of the people she
5:25had met
5:26I separated at one point whatever my
5:27parents house to live for a few months
5:30I guess she met him over at the pool
5:32place or something like that but I'd
5:34come back when we were in therapy trying
5:36to work it out and I mean
5:38on a weeknight when he's got school the
5:40next day I've got work the next day I
5:42mean she was out until three o'clock in
5:44the morning when the bar closes and
5:46she'd bring people back over on the back
5:47porch I mean one time some random person
5:50looked in my house and started screaming
5:52for Sarah 3 30 4 o'clock in the morning
5:54when we're trying to sleep
5:56well Brian would stay home with Lucas
5:58making sure he was looked after and
6:00taken care of Sarah would go out to bars
6:03and get wasted trying to reclaim her
6:05Glory Days she partied like a teenager
6:08drinking in excess and blacking out
6:10constantly she would stay out until
6:12early morning hours often bringing back
6:15a gaggle of men and women to keep the
6:17party going in the house she shared with
6:19her family not caring of how dangerous
6:21that could be Brian discussed waking up
6:24multiple times to upwards of 20
6:26strangers in the house just hanging out
6:29and drinking to excess all the while
6:31their son was in his room sleeping Brian
6:33realized how dangerous the situation was
6:36for their son how any number of men or
6:39women Sarah brought home could stumble
6:41into their child's room and harm him and
6:43he begged Sarah to get help but she
6:45actively rejected the idea unable to
6:48deal with what she was doing when Brian
6:50would tell her that her drinking had
6:52gotten out of hand she would lash out
6:54violently striking him multiple times
6:56times and scratching his face arms neck
6:59and torso screaming that she was fine
7:01and he was the problem
7:08she's generally not
7:11she didn't get a bit violent when she
7:12drinks um
7:15not this kind of extent right I don't
7:18know what happened exactly right no I'm
7:20just looking for you but um that that
7:22was part of it um
7:29and you said when she drinks that she
7:31can get physically aggressive she can't
7:33I mean she did it to me a lot where
7:35she'd hit me and stuff like that I mean
7:36she's tiny yeah she what do you mean hit
7:40though like open hand smack you or like
7:43you yeah she'd punch me I mean more arms
7:46she she many many times would use her
7:48claws I mean I I scratches on my neck at
7:51times on my arms I mean things like that
7:54where she'd dig with her claws
7:58got that drunk and I had restraint I
8:01never touched her back I think George
8:03didn't have that restraint and at times
8:05he would hurt her back
8:06for all I know all the times he got
8:08arrested
8:11I wasn't there so but I know she could
8:14get violent at times okay and I mean it
8:19it wasn't anything
8:22to I don't know too much I mean just
8:25right yeah I mean you don't feel like
8:27she
8:29was a huge threat I know right yeah like
8:32you could handle yourself yes
8:34um their fights would come to an end
8:36when he would lock himself in another
8:38room or she would leave the home going
8:40once again to a bar in the area to drink
8:43in Sarah's mind she didn't have a
8:45problem she wasn't an alcoholic and she
8:48wasn't doing anything wrong she just
8:50liked to have a couple of drinks
8:51throughout the day and Brian was making
8:53a big deal out of nothing she could not
8:55mentally handle the idea that what she
8:57was doing was in fact a problem and
9:00instead had to create a scenario where
9:02Brian was the bad guy and trying to
9:04control her because of her drinking and
9:07growing volatility Brian felt
9:09uncomfortable leaving Lucas solely in
9:11her care so when he would go to work the
9:13boy was usually left at another
9:15relative's house Sarah's friends and
9:17family were all well aware that she had
9:20a problem however none of them felt
9:22comfortable talking to Sarah about it it
9:24wasn't just Brian who she would lash out
9:26at but them as well and for the most
9:28part they just quietly stopped speaking
9:31to her while out Sarah began to have
9:33various affairs with a variety of
9:35different men who like her would be
9:38drinking in the middle of the day it was
9:40at one of these bars that Sarah met
9:42Jorge Torres Jr Jorge was working at Ace
9:45Hardware at the time like Sarah he also
9:48had kids of his own although he rarely
9:50ever saw them Jorge and Sarah had one
9:53very important thing in common and that
9:55was their drinking habits and the
9:57relationship formed around that Brian
9:59for what it's worth wanted to try and
10:01keep the marriage afloat for the sake of
10:03their son and requested that Sarah and
10:05he go to counseling but she would reject
10:07his offer outright once again in her
10:10mind he was the issue not her he should
10:12be the one getting therapy he knew she
10:15was actively cheating on him with Jorge
10:16and other men but it wouldn't be until a
10:19man showed up at the home belligerently
10:21drunk and screaming to see his wife that
10:23Brian would eventually separate from
10:25Sarah for good Sarah at this point would
10:28realize she had crossed a line and tried
10:31to repair the relationship she told
10:33Brian that she would stop drinking
10:34seeing other men and would finally go to
10:37therapy with him which is all Brian had
10:39really asked for however after a few
10:41sessions he realized it was a lost cause
10:44according to Brian while in therapy
10:46Sarah would continuously misremember
10:49certain events entirely deny that
10:51certain things she had done had happened
10:53and would lie to the therapist about
10:55obvious things to him it felt like she
10:57was more concerned with looking good and
11:00keeping a certain positive self-image
11:02than fixing any of the issues and he
11:04knew it would be better for him to just
11:06cut his losses after the separation and
11:08subsequent divorce Sarah became a
11:11wayward presence in her son's life the
11:13rotation real quick so Monday Tuesday
11:16she'll have them Wednesday Thursday
11:18you'll have them and then you rotate
11:20each weekend like it's every other
11:22weekend how it's supposed to work
11:23generally it's one or two
11:26to maybe a week I I think she had him
11:28last Tuesday was the last time he was
11:30actually over here
11:32and spent the night yes okay probably
11:35another week
11:36what's your son's name Lucas Lucas
11:40and boom yeah
11:44um you think he stayed here last Tuesday
11:47yes I'm pretty sure it was last Tuesday
11:52was
11:54um
11:57well then okay so you technically have
12:01him more than she does is that where
12:03you're going that's that's why I said I
12:04was going to even though that's supposed
12:06to be you still have him yeah there's
12:09it's not a good day George is in a bad
12:12mood or whatever else reason I I think
12:16sometimes just she wants to stay up and
12:18drink and can't really do that she's got
12:20to wake up and take school the next day
12:21right any number of different reasons
12:24Sarah would rarely see him sometimes
12:27when it was her turn to pick up Lucas
12:29from school she would simply not show up
12:31leaving the boy waiting for hours until
12:33the school would contact his father
12:35other times she would pick him up and
12:37according to her own landlord she would
12:40leave him unattended running around her
12:42apartment complex without any sort of
12:44supervision where still she would cut
12:46visits short calling Brian after a
12:48couple of hours to pick up their son
12:50saying she wanted to go out drinking and
12:53didn't want him around but Sarah had
12:55found a new excuse as to why she wasn't
12:57able to be present with her son and that
12:59was Jorge as mentioned previously Jorge
13:02had a good amount in common with Sarah
13:04mostly and that they both love to drink
13:06however they were both entirely toxic
13:09people when agitated both Jorge and
13:11Sarah would often instigate physical
13:13altercations pushing scratching and
13:16attacking whoever they were with for
13:18little to no reason and when the pair
13:20moved in together they became the target
13:22of each other's ire according to those
13:24who are around the couple Sarah would
13:26usually start the arguments accusing
13:28Jorge of everything from cheating to
13:31stealing money and she would claw his
13:33face neck and arms where Brian had never
13:35laid a hand on his wife and had always
13:37pushed her away and then left the
13:39situation quickly Jorge would retaliate
13:42kicking punching and hitting until the
13:44fight was over when interviewed by the
13:46police Sarah and Jorge's landlord would
13:49go into state that early on in their
13:51tenure Sarah had stated that Jorge was
13:53abusive to her and she wanted to get his
13:56name off the lease you had told us that
13:58Sarah would confine in you about her and
14:02George's relationship can you tell us
14:04further what she would tell you
14:07um Sarah when shortly after she moved in
14:12um with George
14:13she came to the office
14:15um
14:16to talk to me we noticed bruises and
14:19stuff on her and um
14:21she asked me if she could talk to me
14:22privately and asked how I could how she
14:25would be able to get George off of the
14:27lease is there any way to
14:28uh which prompted you know deeper
14:31conversation uh she proceeded to let me
14:33know and she was showing me a lot of
14:35bruises and marks they were hand prints
14:38such as
14:39I had to go to the hospital
14:40through
14:41multiple conversations that we had had
14:43it steadily progressed you know
14:47um she had a very large gash at one
14:49point in her Shin she had to go to the
14:51hospital and get that taken care of I'm
14:53not really sure what it was from
14:55um but I think it had to do when they
14:57got into a fight outside
14:59and something got broke
15:03but um you know she came to me at one
15:06point asking you know what do I do like
15:09how can I get rid of him you know I know
15:11I've never dealt with this type of
15:12situation
15:14um I just counsel her as she continued
15:16to come to me and explain to her that
15:18you know she had to make a decision
15:19if she was going to stay with him or not
15:22be with him if she you know was going to
15:24try to work things out they needed to
15:26seek out therapy and help something
15:29um it wasn't too long after that last
15:32conversation that I found out the police
15:33had time and George was arrested uh I
15:37don't remember about how long it was in
15:39between time but there was another
15:41incidence after that where they both got
15:42arrested all for domestic
15:45um the complaints throughout their whole
15:48term roughly about 20 to 30 noise
15:49complaints fighting arguing uh banging
15:52on doors uh loud music it was just
15:55always something pertaining to their
15:57lifestyle I do know that I have seen
15:59both of them intoxicated as early as
16:01nine o'clock in the morning and I mean
16:03staggering falling down intoxicated both
16:06of them
16:08um
16:09and there was an always complaint that I
16:11had received
16:12about some fighting one day that was
16:14going on and Sarah was actually
16:15wandering around the property very drunk
16:18um barefoot not properly dressed I'll
16:22say it like that
16:24um
16:24uh sitting on the side of her building
16:26over by the retention Pond when I was
16:29told about that is is when I approached
16:32Sarah sat down talked to her I even had
16:34also separately went and talked to
16:35George
16:36and told them that once they had served
16:38up I needed to have a meeting with them
16:41um the following business day because
16:43this was a Friday
16:44I do remember that
16:46um I went to see them Monday roughly
16:48about 12 o'clock they were sober
16:50they apparently had had some Epiphany
16:52you know that they were going to
16:54straighten themselves up and start
16:55acting right and they did very good for
16:57well basically until now I haven't
17:00gotten any complaints since May of the
17:02past year you know but up until that
17:05point the complaints were consistent
17:07monthly

17:14would you ever speak with George by
17:16himself like did he ever confine in you
17:17about their relationship the one time
17:20um where like I was just saying that um
17:22when I talked to her she wanted me she
17:24asked me to go talk to him
17:26but she's like please go put the fear of
17:28God and fear God I'm a very strong
17:31property manager you know I don't
17:32tolerate a whole lot of crap right and
17:36she knew that and
17:38um
17:39she seemed scared of him at the time
17:42so I said sure no problem just stay here
17:44uh we're gonna talk to him I went over
17:46sat down talked to George I talked to
17:48him for about 30 minutes all together
17:50and you know
17:52George had explained to me that she was
17:55actually the aggressive one
17:56and the reason she ended up with Parks
17:59is
18:01uh in my I'll say my perception of what
18:04he was trying to explain is that she's
18:06very Hands-On in the face you know
18:09dramatized and talking and explaining or
18:12possible whatever they might have been
18:13doing right and I I'd believe that
18:15because Gene my assistant doesn't even
18:17like to deal with or whatever like
18:21because she was always wrong and she's
18:23very Hands-On there was one day as a
18:25matter of fact it was that same day that
18:27I talked to George by himself she kept
18:29grabbing me
18:30by the arms to the point that I told her
18:32I said touch me one more time
18:35you know I'm either gonna contact the
18:37police or whatever we need to do but you
18:39can't keep grabbing on me I had asked
18:41her several times to put attention
18:43and because of that she would do the
18:44same thing to Gene and Genie didn't like
18:46it right
18:47so
18:49um
18:50you know he that's what he was
18:51explaining to me is she was always the
18:54touchy one the aggressive one you know
18:56not that she was hitting him because she
18:58would be like in his face or she might
19:00you know push him or you know little
19:02things like that and she was blocking
19:05from coming out of the room or whatnot
19:07and he would take her and move her you
19:09know what I mean and
19:10that's the way he had explained it to me
19:12she has told me even literally to Monday
19:15I have been told by her several
19:17occasions that he has drug her around by
19:19the hair of her head
19:21um I've been you know told about by
19:24neighbors
19:25um I'm sorry I don't have it anymore but
19:27at one point a tenant actually sent us a
19:28video clip via text yeah of them to
19:31fighting and beating on each other out
19:33in the backyard
19:35um there was another complaint incident
19:37about a ladder being propped up to the
19:39wall
19:42that
19:43George was using to climb over the wall
19:46to try to get back into his apartment
19:47sneaking in and out
19:49there was another night sorry wake up
19:51early books too uh uh I already got a
19:54call for one of my vacants in building
19:55four
19:5647-24 which is not the building there
20:00was a tent set up on my vacant back
20:03porch
20:04and it's apparently where George was
20:06sleeping for a couple of months because
20:08she had him out of the house I have
20:10another tenant here who may or may not
20:13speak to you I'm not sure
20:14um
20:15for that reason I don't want to give you
20:16a name just yet without talking to her
20:18but
20:19George and her fighting that the
20:22different evening had actually wandered
20:24into her home
20:25he was so drunk and had no idea where he
20:27was and when she came home luckily her
20:29kids were not there because she was
20:30single mother with three kids George was
20:32actually upstairs in her house hollering
20:34looking for Sarah thinking he was in his
20:36apartment
20:38so we've had some incidences with them
20:41in that aspect but nothing has ever been
20:44um
20:46so bad that you know I didn't feel that
20:48we could resolve the problem and like I
20:50said we haven't had any issues since May
20:52of last year no complaints no nothing
20:53until this so we thought hey they're
20:56doing great you know maybe they fix
20:57their problems I mean has she come to
21:00you since May of money of any issues not
21:04one time
21:05friends and family also witnessed
21:07multiple fights between the couple
21:09leading to them encouraging both parties
21:11to end it and leave each other on
21:12multiple instances Jorge would leave the
21:14apartment for the night and crash at his
21:16parents house but the next day Sarah
21:18would immediately come over and pick him
21:20up and they would act like nothing had
21:21happened their immediate neighbor Elijah
21:23Walker spoke to the police and press
21:25about how much the pair argued and how
21:28at one point he found Sarah asleep on
21:30his back porch she had been locked out
21:32of the house by Jorge and in her drunken
21:34stupor crashed on his back porch
21:36thinking it was his about a year into
21:38their relationship while Sarah was still
21:40technically with Brian Sarah went out
21:43with Jorge to a bar after about an hour
21:45Sarah approached another man at the bar
21:47and asked to bum a cigarette according
21:49to Sarah Jorge became agitated upon
21:51seeing Sarah talk to another man and
21:53promptly left the bar later that night
21:55when they were both back home Sarah
21:57claimed that Jorge grabbed her by the
21:59hair and then dragged her up the stairs
22:01she also stated that he kicked her in
22:03the eye notably according to the police
22:05records she wasn't able to recall how
22:08she came to be on the ground for him to
22:09grab her by the hair and begin to drag
22:11her but did have multiple red marks
22:13around her face coinciding with her
22:15statements according to Jorge Sarah had
22:17been the one who attacked him Jorge told
22:19the police that after arriving home from
22:21the bar they argued like Sarah had
22:23stated but she lunged at him and began
22:25to strangle him he had been sitting on
22:27the stairs at the time and tried to push
22:29her off of him kicking her in the head
22:31in the process like Sarah he had marks
22:33around his neck that indicated he was
22:35telling the truth about being strangled
22:37however neither party would sign a
22:39statement with the police and both
22:41denied medical treatment the police
22:42unable to determine who had been the
22:45primary aggressor due to the injuries
22:46being on both parties arrested them both
22:49releasing them the next day after they
22:51both sobered up in 2019 Boone called the
22:54cops on Torres and stated that he had
22:56once again gotten upset with her
22:58speaking to another man and while she
23:00slept threw her off of the bed and began
23:02to assault her he was immediately
23:04arrested in a no contact order was put
23:06in place but their relationship
23:08continued on oh thank God with her
23:10actively going to each of his court
23:12dates and not respecting her own
23:14restraining order eventually Boone would
23:16weaponize the restraining order against
23:18Torres in an argument though they had
23:20stayed in a relationship she had come to
23:22his court dates and she in no way was
23:24respecting the restraining order she
23:26called the cops on Torres one night when
23:28he according to the police record came
23:31into the apartment and took her credit
23:32card originally she claimed he broke in
23:35and stole the card but later she stated
23:37she had let him into the home to get it
23:39he was later arrested and returned to
23:41jail where he was sentenced to
23:43Alcoholics Anonymous and anger
23:45management even still a couple stayed
23:47together torres's family hated Boone and
23:50according to her believed that the
23:52relationship would kill him they
23:54believed because she would instigate
23:55fights with him striking him until he
23:57defended himself against her and then
23:59called the cops stating that he had
24:01started the fight and assaulted her for
24:03virtually no reason they called her a
24:05quote White dragon and after witnessing
24:07her start multiple fights with him they
24:09stopped allowing her to come to their
24:10homes and unfortunately for Jorge his
24:13family's assessment would be proven
24:15correct
24:17on the evening of February 23 2020
24:20everything had been going normally for
24:23Sarah and Jorge according to Sarah they
24:26spent the night drinking wine and doing
24:28a puzzle in their living room however
24:30while drinking they got the idea to
24:32start playing hide and seek in the
24:34apartment during the game Sarah saw a
24:37small suitcase in the living room which
24:39was usually in a closet and joked to
24:41Jorge that it would be funny if he got
24:44into it at which point Jorge willingly
24:46got into the case Sarah then zipped it
24:49up almost all the way using a small
24:51paper clip because the Zipper was broken
24:53she made sure to leave a small opening
24:55big enough for two fingers to reach out
24:58of the bag so that Jorge could get
25:00himself out and breathe Jorge and Sarah
25:02laughed for a while until Sarah got
25:05tired and decided to go lay down in her
25:07bed upstairs still a bit drunk she
25:10passed out and believed that Jorge would
25:12join her when he got himself out the
25:14next morning she would wake up at 11AM
25:17to end empty room and assume that Jorge
25:19had simply woken up before and was
25:22downstairs on his laptop she would stay
25:24in bed for about an hour but eventually
25:27she would get up after realizing the
25:29home was uncharacteristically quiet it
25:31was when she went into the living room
25:33and saw the suitcase still zipped up and
25:35on the floor that she remembered putting
25:38him in it she quickly rushed to the case
25:40and unzipped it and was greeted with the
25:42long dead body of Jorge Torres Jr she
25:45removed the body from the suitcase and
25:47put him on the floor checked for any
25:49signs of life when she saw there were
25:51none instead of doing the normal thing
25:53and calling the police she called her
25:55ex-husband Brian Brian was used to Sarah
25:58calling at all hours of the night and
26:00day and talked to her a couple of days
26:02before when she requested he sent her
26:04more money because her bank account was
26:06in the negative he had been calling her
26:08since 10 AM that morning as it was her
26:11day to pick up and host their son and he
26:13figured that she was calling either to
26:15say she wouldn't be taking him that day
26:17or she was on her way he had no way of
26:20knowing the horrific scene she would try
26:22to entangle him in

35:58her story so far was a tragic accident
36:00that occurred because she drank too much
36:03the night before however she is
36:05incredibly calm and put together she is
36:07concerned about telling her property
36:09manager what happened she is thirsty and
36:12wants a cigarette she tells the police
36:14officer a person who is there to talk to
36:16her about how she accidentally killed
36:19her boyfriend and she is more concerned
36:21that her Dr Pepper is on the counter
36:23this behavior is incredibly unnatural
36:25usually in times of high stress and
36:28mental anguish you would see someone
36:29either entirely detach emotionally to
36:32which they would come across completely
36:34stoic or you would see them be visibly
36:36distressed but Sarah is neither she is
36:39calm collected and a bit annoyed that
36:42the police won't let her go in and get
36:44her drink from inside

37:23completely out of the blue in a tragic
37:26accident now imagine it's your fault the

37:30would be immense and completely
37:32overwhelming but when recounting how
37:34long they had been together and how he
37:36died Sarah is annoyed she adopts what I
37:39can only describe as a snotty tone of
37:41voice towards the officer as if it's
37:43stupid that she has to explain herself
37:45again this is completely unnatural and
37:48not the way one would behave given the
37:50circumstances

39:17guilt but she drops it the moment the
39:20police officer asks if Brian arrived
39:22before the fire department let me play

39:29still important that's when I found them

39:33called him and then I called you guys

46:34so this morning when I woke up this
46:36afternoon I actually got up out of the
46:38bed I thought for sure he was downstairs
46:40on the laptop
46:42really quiet but then I came downstairs
46:44and I'm like where is it like
46:47and then I that's when I found it okay
46:52um I don't
46:54know Jesus Christ
46:57what happened to Jorge was incredibly
46:59obvious to those who were on the scene
47:01Jorge clearly suffocated in the suitcase
47:03he was trapped in however Sarah
47:06continuously tries to distance herself
47:08and the investigation away from the fact
47:10by stating I don't know what happened I
47:13don't know if he had a heart attack or
47:14an aneurysm she seemed entirely unable
47:17to process or consider the fact that
47:19this event was caused by her and instead
47:22tries desperately to remove herself from
47:24potential responsibility sure he died in
47:27the suitcase but it was probably another
47:29medical event that just so happened to
47:31coincide with him being locked in a
47:34small piece of luggage
47:35okay and then you weren't sure about if
47:37you woke up this morning it was
47:48used about where he was and then I was
47:49like oh my God
47:52so I pulled them out and I crushed them
47:54out and I started to try to get CPR one
47:56I told you guys well I told Ryan
48:00he got here which is 30 seconds down the
48:03road I called you guys okay the person
48:06on the phone had me do the questions

48:16so as a part of our investigation we
48:19obviously have to go inside the house we

53:41understanding that what happened here
53:43isn't her fault and that they are
53:45dangerous people who would kill her
53:46because she is white would no doubt make
53:49them more suspicious of her

59:50volatile and they were both abusive
59:52towards each other but in one instance
59:54Jorge's own brother fought him after
59:56Sarah told him that he'd beat her up so
59:59they were not entirely callous and
1:00:01caring towards her they had witnessed
1:00:03the pair argue and attack each other and
1:00:05they had recently seen Sarah weaponize
1:00:07the restraining order she had against
1:00:09Jorge in a manner that they believed to
1:00:12be malicious Sarah attempting to rewrite
1:00:14the narrative is them being demonstrably
1:00:17unfair and aggressive people who hate
1:00:19her for her skin color is a blatant
1:00:21attempt to manipulation one that you
1:00:23would think she would understand
1:00:24wouldn't work given that the police have
1:00:27access to her and Jorge's past records
1:00:30but even still Sarah attempts to tell
1:00:32them that any negative feelings they
1:00:34might have had towards her are unfair
1:00:36and that she is in danger
1:00:40after speaking with Sarah and going over
1:00:42her version of events the investigators
1:00:45hit a couple of sizable roadblocks a
1:00:47number of things Sarah had stated didn't
1:00:49make sense if Jorge and Herb were
1:00:52playing hide and seek why would he have
1:00:53had her zip him up in the suitcase
1:00:55seeing as it would defeat the purpose of
1:00:58the game if she had only two glasses of
1:01:00wine that night how would she have
1:01:01passed out and forgotten where Jorge was
1:01:04in a matter of seconds why had she
1:01:06called her ex-husband before calling the
1:01:08police as more questions piled up they
1:01:11continued to collect more evidence
1:01:12starting with Boone's phone which she
1:01:15shared with Torres multiple different
1:01:17Outlets stated that she willingly gave
1:01:19up the phone when it was asked of her
1:01:21but it was part of a search warrant
1:01:23meaning she had little choice and it was
1:01:25on that phone that they found one of the
1:01:27most disturbing pieces of evidence in

1:04:16was clearly not the case Sarah had
1:04:18locked her boyfriend up in a small
1:04:20container and taunted him telling him to
1:04:23shut the [ __ ] up when he said he
1:04:24couldn't breathe and even appeared to
1:04:26knock the luggage over whatever had
1:04:28occurred that night it hadn't been the
1:04:30unfortunate accident that Sarah had
1:04:32claimed with this piece of evidence as
1:04:34well as statements from her ex-husband
1:04:36landlord and the Torres family the
1:04:39police brought in Sarah the next day for
1:04:41further questioning
1:04:45okay
1:04:50I'm gonna have you fit the green chair

1:05:04whenever we have a moment sure at the
1:05:07beginning of the interview Sarah has
1:05:09absolutely no idea they have found the
1:05:11videos that were on her phone or that
1:05:13they have any evidence against her the
1:05:15two investigators will continue to have
1:05:17a cordial tone with her to appease her
1:05:19ego and keep her guard down that way
1:05:21they can gather as much information as
1:05:23possible from her it's pertinent that
1:05:25they keep Sarah at ease and comfortable
1:05:27for as long as possible as everything
1:05:30she is saying and each new lie she tells
1:05:32can be used against her later on
1:05:35um so obviously
1:05:38um he received his autopsy so I'm gonna
1:05:41read you your rights again because I we
1:05:44have to talk about that and since I'm
1:05:45talking about the incident we just have
1:05:48to do it just like we did yesterday just
1:05:50like we did yesterday remember I read

1:05:53the exact same thing but since I'm

1:06:18so this morning we went to Hotel tree
1:06:22um and we were informed of some injuries
1:06:27that he has by the doctor so I wonder
1:06:33um so he's got
1:06:36scratch marks to his back
1:06:38I know where that's from okay and
1:06:42um
1:06:43it's called a contusion do you know what
1:06:44a contusion is so like basically you're
1:06:46getting hit and then you know you you
1:06:48get a mark from it you'll get bruising
1:06:51like some someone hit you or something
1:06:53like that it's called a contusion so he
1:06:56had some injuries to his left shoulder
1:07:00um he had
1:07:02um he had a cut near his like lip you
1:07:04could see we could see his
1:07:06um his mouth was a little I haven't laid
1:07:09a hand on him okay I also too I he fell
1:07:13off my son's bike okay so I don't know
1:07:16and he's notorious for running into the
1:07:18wall or the hall tree that's why
1:07:21okay I don't what about the scratches
1:07:26because there's also
1:07:27sex yes yes okay because there's also
1:07:30like uh like a scratch on like the back
1:07:33of his neck like kind of like going but
1:07:35it's like going straight across
1:07:40and they're all recent like if they they
1:07:42occurred recently it wasn't something
1:07:44that occurred post or that occurred a
1:07:46week ago or two days ago three days ago
1:07:48they definitely occurred you know the
1:07:50night leading up so when he was in all
1:07:52honesty I've already explained on this
1:07:54channel that when somebody makes it a
1:07:55point to punctuate a sentence with the
1:07:57phrase in all honesty truly or honestly
1:08:01that indicates deception they are trying
1:08:03to point to their honesty when they're
1:08:05being dishonest although that is not
1:08:07always the case in these high stress
1:08:09situations it tends to be a red flag
1:08:11Sarah is put on the spot and in order to
1:08:14try and explain away the injuries that
1:08:16Jorge had on his body she says he is
1:08:19Infamous for running into walls and that
1:08:21he recently fell off of her child's bike
1:08:23both of these things are completely
1:08:25far-fetched in her over-exaggerated body
1:08:27movements punctuate her Lies by this
1:08:30time they had already spoken to Brian
1:08:32her ex-husband multiple times over and
1:08:35he had indicated that when Sarah would
1:08:37attack him she would come at him with
1:08:39her fingernails he told police he was
1:08:41left scratches on his face neck arms and
1:08:45torso and they are more than aware that
1:08:47the scratch is left on his back were not
1:08:49from sex again the police will not push
1:08:52her on how ridiculous these assertions
1:08:54are especially the one about him running
1:08:56into the wall so hard he dislocated his
1:08:59shoulder and simply didn't notice
1:09:01because they are fact-finding pay
1:09:03attention to her over expression when
1:09:05attempting to look confused or concerned
1:09:07she has a tendency to bulge out her eyes
1:09:10to look bewildered but fails each time
1:09:13honesty we have not gotten into it okay
1:09:16that's why like the only thing I thought
1:09:18you guys were going to ask me about
1:09:19which I was going to be honest with you
1:09:21anyway I just scratch marks on his back
1:09:23everything else I had no idea what it is
1:09:26no idea what it is nonetheless I've had
1:09:29my son over the house too so well your
1:09:32son was theirs when when was he lost
1:09:34there
1:09:35oh gosh my understanding he was there
1:09:38like last Tuesday last I don't know if

1:09:43but yeah she was there last week so well
1:09:45we're talking about Sunday yeah we're
1:09:47making we're just talking about what
1:09:48I've heard Sunday
1:09:49because like I said the injuries are
1:09:52they occurred within that time period so
1:09:54you're talking about day before
1:09:55yesterday
1:09:57Sunday leading into Monday
1:09:59you called us yesterday at one so but
1:10:01the incident you guys were painting and
1:10:03stuff the night prior correct so we're
1:10:05talking about Sunday and then why
1:10:08thoroughly confused because we had a
1:10:11good time sitting on the back porch
1:10:14having wine and smoking a couple of
1:10:16cigarettes and then decided to go inside
1:10:17and literally paint do puzzles
1:10:20and play and listen to music that's why
1:10:25nobody got out of sorts that this is
1:10:27what's
1:10:28mind-blowing to me like I don't I have
1:10:31no clue nobody laid a hand on anybody he
1:10:34also had
1:10:36um
1:10:37like on the left side of his forehead he
1:10:39had basically bruising
1:10:43um and
1:10:44um
1:10:45like his head and skull I have no idea
1:10:48as if something hit him I considered
1:10:53I have not touched him I have not
1:10:56touched him
1:10:58tell me and we'll both know
1:11:01I have not touched him
1:11:03yesterday when we took photographs of
1:11:06your overall body
1:11:08um and they did the Beagle swabs did
1:11:10they go under your fingernails no okay
1:11:12are you willing to let us absolutely

1:11:25had a good day it was a good day we've

1:11:39where this is coming from

1:11:47injury right you said that was actually
1:11:50a few weeks give or take yeah a few
1:11:51weeks that was the last like physical
1:11:53altercation between the two of you
1:11:56um
1:11:57a month ago we hit you with a curtain
1:11:59rod yeah
1:12:00that's why I can't believe you guys
1:12:01didn't take that either

1:12:05like we've been good I don't know if
1:12:07like it's since the last time he got out
1:12:09of jail
1:12:10like we've been good and he's been
1:12:12having his classes and his seeing his
1:12:15probation officer who's amazing
1:12:17so what do you mean by good what's your
1:12:19definition
1:12:22officer oh no you said you guys have
1:12:24been good what's your definition I've
1:12:26been good throughout the beginning of
1:12:27the interview Sarah has subconsciously
1:12:29used we when talking about the
1:12:32relationship her constantly stating
1:12:34we've been good is her admitting
1:12:36unconsciously that both her and Jorge
1:12:39need to work on themselves in the
1:12:41relationship and he was not the sole
1:12:43aggressor but hearing it back from the
1:12:45male detective she realizes her mistake
1:12:48and instead pins the blame solely on the
1:12:50man she killed
1:12:52I don't think you all understand he
1:12:54comes at me all the time he comes at me
1:12:57so it's either I flee
1:13:00or try to go upstairs and go to sleep
1:13:02that's usually what it is I don't know
1:13:04if you talk to Brian about any of that
1:13:06but most of the time when I sleep I go
1:13:07over there
1:13:09so
1:13:10right but you're saying that you guys
1:13:12have been good and when I asked you
1:13:13yesterday there hasn't the last incident
1:13:16that you could remember was the curtain
1:13:18rod incident which you said it was a
1:13:19month ago so give or take right so what
1:13:22do you mean by he comes after you like
1:13:23he gets
1:13:26belligerently drunk like I don't know if
1:13:29you all have looked through my phone yet
1:13:30and seen any of the pictures and their
1:13:32videos that I have taken and the at one
1:13:36point I started documenting everything
1:13:38okay so you all will see in my pictures
1:13:43bloody fingers split foreheads he split
1:13:46my nose I've got this right I don't know
1:13:49Brian told you about it where I had to
1:13:51have almost what I had one really bad
1:13:53surgery but then it got really really
1:13:54really really bad where I had to go like
1:13:56four or five more times afterwards for
1:13:58them to tend to it and then poking me in
1:14:00the back of the leg right so it's
1:14:03Tim why are you still with him anybody
1:14:05ask me that when I tell you guys this
1:14:15like I feel like I could help him which
1:14:17I did because he's come a really he came
1:14:20a really long way from where he was in
1:14:22Philadelphia to moving back to hearing
1:14:24to dealing with everything else that
1:14:26he's been dealing with I've really
1:14:28helped him I've bailed him out of jail
1:14:30what three times I've gone to every
1:14:32single Hearing in every single
1:14:34arraignment everything that I did for
1:14:35him I paused here to take note of what
1:14:38she'd said her talking about being truly
1:14:41in love with him going to every single
1:14:43court date for him and helping him as
1:14:45well and good however while she is
1:14:47staying with him and going to these
1:14:49court dates she has a no contact order
1:14:51on him meaning that despite her
1:14:53willingness to see him he would be
1:14:55breaking the law according to his family
1:14:57she weaponized this against him and
1:15:00would ask him to come see her and when
1:15:02he would do something she didn't like
1:15:04she would call the cops to get him
1:15:05arrested while battered and abused
1:15:07Partners do have an extremely difficult
1:15:09time leaving their abuser in this
1:15:12instance both Jorge and Sarah were
1:15:14mutually abusive to each other
1:15:16gone to see all his public defenders go
1:15:19to the state I've gone to the state I
1:15:21did everything for him because I'm
1:15:22trying to help him because I have a bad
1:15:25open if
1:15:26and he was trying
1:15:28[Music]
1:15:30just and then he starts to think about
1:15:32things and it just I think he gets
1:15:34overwhelmed and then it's like the next
1:15:36thing I know he's drinking so it's like
1:15:38oh man
1:15:39I know where this is gonna go so I'm
1:15:41gonna go upstairs and read a book or I'm
1:15:43gonna go for a bike ride or I'm gonna do
1:15:45something else or I don't want to drink
1:15:47I don't want to drink the occasional
1:15:50wine
1:15:51whatever or if it's a weekend
1:15:54that's when you you have a good time you
1:15:56don't have to wake up the next day I
1:15:58have to wake up the next day and do
1:16:00things I have to tend to Lucas I have to
1:16:01take him to school I have all this stuff
1:16:03to do
1:16:04he doesn't know how to
1:16:08I guess maintain himself where
1:16:10I can do 50 things at once and still
1:16:14know the 50 things more previously prior
1:16:17that I need to get done he can't process
1:16:19like that he didn't process like that so
1:16:21it he would literally not literally but
1:16:23had smoke coming out of his ears so the
1:16:25next thing you know he doesn't want to
1:16:27deal with it
1:16:28I'm gonna go get something to drink so
1:16:30the majority of the time I would hang
1:16:32out outside or do something else because
1:16:35I don't want to drink
1:16:37and every time every time
1:16:40his job broke his heart and it made me
1:16:43sad because he had so much pride in this
1:16:45job
1:16:46and the store that he took care of so
1:16:48much
1:16:50totally went downhill and that broke
1:16:53into heart because he had put so much
1:16:55work and effort into fixing it up and
1:16:58his manager was
1:17:00awful
1:17:02and basically gave up on all of the
1:17:04employees so I think that had a huge
1:17:08bearing on why he would drink so much
1:17:10his ex-wife is Bonkers she was all over
1:17:15him all the time
1:17:16send me money send me money send me
1:17:18money
1:17:20how can I send you money when I don't
1:17:21have a job and he's still trying to take
1:17:24care of me and Lucas by paying a bill
1:17:27here or there getting some groceries
1:17:30so he always had something on his mind
1:17:32which is why again I got the butthole
1:17:36and the bank to try to get him off of it
1:17:38so we don't have a drink or he doesn't
1:17:40have a drink so when you all see my
1:17:43phone you can see all of the damage he
1:17:46has done to me and the videos of him
1:17:49smashing my television because he's
1:17:51belligerently drunk
1:17:53well most of the time I just don't want
1:17:55to be there and I try to help him I try
1:17:58to calm him down
1:17:59eventually he just passes out
1:18:03well yesterday it made it sound like you
1:18:05guys were just drinking like a glass or
1:18:07two like yeah you obviously have the
1:18:09bottle but you I mean you told me on the
1:18:12yeah but you told me on recording like
1:18:14that you were not drunk he was not drunk
1:18:15you guys were having a good time I don't
1:18:18get I can't get drunk number one I do
1:18:21not want to get drunk
1:18:23Sarah says three completely
1:18:25contradictory things in a matter of
1:18:27seconds here she states she doesn't get
1:18:29drunk then stops herself because she
1:18:32knows they probably have talked to Brian
1:18:34who would have no doubt told them about
1:18:36her constant drinking and how she often
1:18:38came home completely wasted then she
1:18:41states she can't get drunk and then goes
1:18:43on to say that she never wants to get
1:18:45drunk these are all completely untrue
1:18:48and her own records contradict this
1:18:50simply being in such a high pressure
1:18:52environment in this police interrogation
1:18:54has left her scrambling like the good
1:18:57and dutiful partner mother and wife but
1:18:59she seemed completely unaware that that
1:19:02perception is at odds with reality she
1:19:04keeps bringing up evidence on the phone
1:19:06and how there is proof of what happened
1:19:08on the phone many have speculated she
1:19:10simply didn't remember taking the videos
1:19:12of Jorge's final moments While others
1:19:15have stated she simply deleted the
1:19:17videos and thought the police wouldn't
1:19:18be able to get a hold of them either way
1:19:21she is entirely unaware of the damning
1:19:23evidence they have showing her malice
1:19:25and intent to kill her partner
1:19:36so I'm just saying you're you're making
1:19:38it sound like like he's a raging
1:19:40alcoholic today and yesterday I was kind
1:19:43of asking you those questions and you're
1:19:44like a little defensive like no we're
1:19:47not alcoholics he I'm not you're not you
1:19:50know
1:19:51but you guys are both sober on Sunday to
1:19:54your knowledge because when I said you
1:19:55went and passed out you were like no I
1:19:58didn't pass out I just fell asleep so
1:20:00now it's kind of like what is it were
1:20:03you guys drinking and it got out of hand
1:20:04and it got physical no or is it
1:20:09Sunday was one of the better days that
1:20:11we have had in quite some time
1:20:13he's dancing with my dog you can see
1:20:16that too on the pictures him loving the
1:20:19dog he loves the dog and dancing around
1:20:22having a good time and just
1:20:24just being happy
1:20:26kind of thing
1:20:29he doesn't know I can't
1:20:32I mean I can get like
1:20:35maybe two to three glasses of wine and
1:20:37I'll be fine but I have to have my wits
1:20:39about myself because I don't know what
1:20:40to expect well let's talk about Sunday
1:20:42what was Sunday how were you like how
1:20:44many glasses of wine did you have how
1:20:46many glasses of wine did he have
1:20:47the bottle is gone I mean I don't know
1:20:49if you poured any out yes no that was
1:20:51from
1:20:52previous
1:20:54she said that there was a half bottle
1:20:55left
1:20:57and then
1:20:59um that you had went or well I don't
1:21:01even know how the wine how did you guys
1:21:03get the wine for Sunday I'm guessing he
1:21:06went to Publix he's does he do the does
1:21:10he like leave the house and you stay
1:21:11home or do you go to Publix
1:21:14okay do I go with him Sunday to Publix
1:21:16so most of the time what happens is
1:21:19because the convenience store where we
1:21:21get cigarettes is here and then Publix
1:21:23literally it's cattywampus to it okay so
1:21:26what he'll do is he'll start go buy
1:21:28Publix and then on the way back catch
1:21:30the convenience store okay so is that
1:21:33what he did Sunday I'm guessing that's
1:21:34what he did because next thing I know
1:21:36he's walking in with a bottle okay so
1:21:38that's
1:21:39it's him trying to be nice so I don't
1:21:42have to go out and do it plus there's
1:21:43stuff that are around the house that I
1:21:44had to take care of so that's usually
1:21:46what will happen or I'm folding laundry
1:21:48and he'll go run out and do whatever
1:21:49okay
1:21:51so where were you guys at on

1:21:56on drunkenness not drunkenness on Sunday

1:22:05so with him I don't know

1:22:21listening to music with him because he
1:22:24gets too involved in the music and the
1:22:26music that he listened to is
1:22:28a little rough around the edges and like
1:22:30just it makes me fractious listening to
1:22:33his music so
1:22:35I kept asking him let's not let's just
1:22:37you and me talk you and me will just be
1:22:39the ones that are talking which was fine
1:22:41because I mean he we were playing with
1:22:43the dog whatever and then it's like okay
1:22:44now let's do the painting we just did
1:22:47the puzzle took a break now let's do
1:22:49this
1:22:50sure enough fat dog we're sitting in
1:22:53there talking laughing talking about new
1:22:55movies we're watching movie trailers
1:22:58while we're doing painting and all that
1:23:00other stuff so it's still background
1:23:01noise to him because I think that's what
1:23:03he's used to is having background noise
1:23:05where me I can sit in here all day with
1:23:07not a peep but he always has to have
1:23:10some kind of background noise which I
1:23:11didn't mind because the trailers were
1:23:12cool and he was interested in showing
1:23:14them to me getting excited about movies
1:23:17that were out or upcoming okay so in
1:23:20your laptop and I mean
1:23:23and then it's we it was you said it was
1:23:26a good day like you guys didn't have any
1:23:28have any room just a general reminder
1:23:31Sarah's determination of events in which
1:23:34he is trying to get the police to
1:23:35believe is that what happened was
1:23:37nothing but an accident that Jorge and
1:23:39her are the kind of couple that does fun
1:23:41things like play hide and go seek with
1:23:43two people with one person helping the
1:23:46other hide yet she constantly degrades
1:23:48Jorge throughout the interrogation she
1:23:50is saying she doesn't like his music
1:23:52because it's too rough around the edges
1:23:54she doesn't like to drink and doesn't
1:23:56like it when he does because he gets too
1:23:58aggressive she had to treat him like a
1:24:00toddler and take him from Craft to craft
1:24:03the night of his death repeatedly she
1:24:05takes every instance she can to speak
1:24:07negatively about him even when it would
1:24:09make more sense for her to say they were
1:24:12Reckless and fun loving uh conversations
1:24:14about your relationship you guys didn't
1:24:16go down like the rabbit hole like had
1:24:18too many to drink and you guys start
1:24:19getting nope when I tell you this
1:24:22it made me so happy that he actually
1:24:24listened to what I I had to say was just
1:24:28we'll get through it this will be fine
1:24:31it's just it's it's a small hurdle that
1:24:34you and I together will get through
1:24:36because in terminal the money jobs
1:24:39dollars yes nothing relationship wise
1:24:43though like no issues relations like did
1:24:46you guys have a conversation about your
1:24:47relationship or was it just about just
1:24:49like what's going on right now
1:24:51I try to evoke it from him so
1:24:55he gets it off his chest because I call
1:24:58him the volcano where eventually he's
1:25:00going to erupt right and what he has
1:25:02learned in his classes is to communicate
1:25:05which is a huge thing in a relationship
1:25:07where she has been practicing
1:25:09communication so he actually talks to me
1:25:12about things and unburdens himself put
1:25:15it on me I'll sit there and try and
1:25:17figure it out for you like I have almost
1:25:19everything not a worry just tell me get
1:25:23it out of you
1:25:24but it was when I tell you I was so
1:25:27happy like it was such a good day I kid
1:25:30you not the weather was beautiful
1:25:32outside I'm the one that had him go
1:25:34inside so we can do puzzles and painting
1:25:36and listen to music or whatever else he
1:25:38wants to do so then he starts doing
1:25:40whatever it is we're doing together
1:25:43in the living room
1:25:45and then starts talking because I think
1:25:47he gets comfortable with okay you know
1:25:49what we're here it is a good day let me
1:25:52go ahead and explain myself so I know
1:25:55nobody else knows but I know
1:25:57nobody knew George better than I did I
1:26:00say that I knew George better than
1:26:02himself
1:26:04and I tried in every way shape and form
1:26:08ask everyone
1:26:10I helped him I took care of him
1:26:16I missed him a lot and I didn't even
1:26:19sleep last night
1:26:21I miss him a lot
1:26:24I mean is there any chance it got to be
1:26:25too much for you and you couldn't handle
1:26:27taking care of him and I never stopped
1:26:30during the I never stopped

1:26:44unexplainable how he got these injuries

1:27:05um you had mentioned that you take uh
1:27:07you would take photos videos just kind
1:27:10of like a proof and just in general yeah
1:27:12I started documenting at one point but
1:27:14that was
1:27:15that was way before I think the last
1:27:18time that he got arrested where he was
1:27:21flying off the deep end
1:27:22but then
1:27:24I had him bailed out I got him out of
1:27:27jail right but because he had violated
1:27:30the pre-trial diversion
1:27:32they this time it's probation so you
1:27:34don't have a choice in it you have to go
1:27:36see your probation officer you have to
1:27:39go to these classes it's court ordered
1:27:41where it took them a while to get used
1:27:43to it and understand they're not missing
1:27:46around
1:27:47I even went down and met his uh
1:27:49probation officer which I say I she
1:27:51she's wonderful that's one of my
1:27:52questions that we need to talk to you
1:27:54about
1:27:54hugged me and said how much she knows
1:27:58that I take care of him she called me
1:27:59personally one time when George was at
1:28:01work when he was working 42 minute phone
1:28:04call she and I just saying how grateful
1:28:07she is that George has me and she knows
1:28:10how hard I'm working to help him just as
1:28:13she is and just as the classes will so
1:28:16once he started actually going on a
1:28:18regular basis to the probation officer
1:28:20and then to his
1:28:22substance abuse class and his I don't
1:28:25know what VIP stands for matters
1:28:27intervention programs
1:28:28and actually listening to what it is

1:28:58make him feel that way where it's like

1:29:09Sarah's enormous ego and her inflated

1:29:14according to her own friends and family
1:29:16Sarah was an aggressive angry drunk she
1:29:19never made time for her son and often
1:29:21left him in the care of others including
1:29:23men and women she didn't know she had no
1:29:25job was using Brian for money and often
1:29:28screamed at him until he sent her any
1:29:30sort of cash she would lash out at those
1:29:32around her and demand their respect even
1:29:35when she was assaulting them but she
1:29:37truly believes that she was helping
1:29:39Jorge not only that she will constantly
1:29:41talk about what a good parent wife and
1:29:43person she was all around and that's why
1:29:46are still with them even though he's
1:29:48done all these things to you and when I
1:29:50tell you I love him I love him
1:29:55when you have
1:29:58everybody tells me that oh my neighbors
1:30:01don't tell me that the office property
1:30:04manager at some point somebody
1:30:07gets enough then they have to to do
1:30:10sometimes defend themselves
1:30:12I would just flee and I don't know if
1:30:15you would like to see it on my phone or
1:30:17I think it's I think it's actually on a
1:30:18laptop
1:30:19I actually because and you have to
1:30:22understand too I have like prior to
1:30:26classes in po
1:30:28kicked him out how many times I had him
1:30:31arrested how many times and he also went
1:30:33down I know the next day well I know

1:30:47I actually looked up how to file a
1:30:48restraining order okay because I would
1:30:51take him out his parents because of
1:30:54them constantly having to take him back
1:30:57in his bags of clothes all his stuff
1:31:01the one time the last time their father
1:31:03came out and
1:31:05irate and just not even I think I don't
1:31:08even know if he knew Lucas was in the
1:31:09car just opened the back of my car and
1:31:11just started throwing all his crap in
1:31:13just throwing it like throwing it like
1:31:15the car would jostle he was throwing all
1:31:16that stuff
1:31:17at that point because I continually did
1:31:20it not continually I think I maybe did
1:31:22it three times and he has nowhere else
1:31:24to go
1:31:25they got fed up and said nope either
1:31:27you're staying there or you're staying
1:31:29here but if you're staying here at their
1:31:31place it's permanent you're not going
1:31:33back over there anymore
1:31:35so what happens is he pursues me so I
1:31:39don't know if you all know where Katie
1:31:40way Trail is
1:31:42okay so we it's literally right right
1:31:45there from our apartment
1:31:48would ride a bike to work but before he
1:31:51would leave extra early and come up to
1:31:53the wall stand on top of its bike and
1:31:55poke his head over because he would know
1:31:56that I would be outside having my
1:31:58morning cigarette and cup of coffee
1:32:01where and I would also know too what
1:32:03time he would get off of work where I
1:32:05would know come getting off of work you
1:32:08can do the same thing so it's not like I
1:32:10ever got like a break from him where I
1:32:13told you all yesterday or whatever it
1:32:14was
1:32:15I started to feel that it was too much
1:32:17togetherness and when you have too much
1:32:20togetherness
1:32:21friction happens so I'm gonna go ride my
1:32:24bike I'm gonna go upstairs and read a
1:32:25book
1:32:26but what she every what did he say every
1:32:29waking moment he wants to be with me so
1:32:32and that mind you our town home is
1:32:34either upstairs or downstairs so it's
1:32:37like if you would like to sit downstairs
1:32:39and watch a movie or play on the laptop
1:32:41look at some jobs you're more than
1:32:43welcome to I'm just going to be upstairs
1:32:45maybe watching one of my shows or maybe
1:32:47reading a book so and then when that
1:32:49would happen
1:32:52we really needed that so what's for
1:32:54dinner
1:32:55and then we would cook together
1:32:57and eat dinner and then crawl on the bed
1:32:59and watch a movie
1:33:01I'm talking about this is like recent
1:33:02aren't you kind of like watch me like
1:33:04when when like a little while ago but I
1:33:07know you're talking about now you're
1:33:08talking about tension building up and
1:33:09that you need space so have you been
1:33:12feeling that way lately or oh God no

1:33:24um D his ex-wife when I say a monster
1:33:26she's a monster like it does she
1:33:29withholds her their children from
1:33:32speaking to him
1:33:33so he gets upset about that and then
1:33:36she's like completely berates him about
1:33:39money about the father that he is what
1:33:41he did to her all this other stuff
1:33:43it doesn't matter I mean mind you this
1:33:46is not like been recent but which is why
1:33:49he didn't even bother calling anymore
1:33:50because he knows that he's she's going
1:33:52to answer and he's going to have to talk
1:33:53to her so therefore he can't talk to his
1:33:54daughter
1:33:55the other time he talked to her made her
1:33:59talk to cookie that's on my cell phone
1:34:01too so you can see it okay it doesn't
1:34:04matter like
1:34:06it doesn't matter
1:34:08what does she have to do though with
1:34:10anything about what happened Sunday and
1:34:12into Monday like no I'm just saying like
1:34:14previously okay why the incidents what
1:34:18happened is she plays a big part of it
1:34:20okay
1:34:22money and groceries and all that okay
1:34:25Sunday I when I tell you this I have no
1:34:29idea I have no idea is there anybody
1:34:33else at the house me and him

1:34:40since talking yesterday do you remember

1:34:48he was zipped up in the
1:34:50luggage what time stairs we started
1:34:54because we had we cleaned the house a
1:34:56little bit did some laundry you started
1:34:58the activities around 40 so yes around 4
1:35:00or 4 30ish and then you just said that
1:35:03it was dark when you were playing the
1:35:04hide and seek and I'm just curious if
1:35:06you remember but when we were outside
1:35:07that's where we would start and talk
1:35:10about things and then eventually I was
1:35:12the one that had him come inside
1:35:14do you remember what time that was is
1:35:17what she's asking
1:35:20um I just said you want to you want to
1:35:22bet around midnight Midnight and fell
1:35:24asleep around 12 30 ish but those are
1:35:27the only times I have so I have four and
1:35:29I have midnight so there's a big gap so

1:35:37or like when we started to play hide and

1:36:59upstairs and then he didn't come up and

1:37:05planning to do donations and so it was

1:37:11said you played hide and seek like
1:37:12probably three times in your
1:37:13relationship when you have played have
1:37:16you ever zipped him up in a suitcase
1:37:18prior no okay
1:37:20so it was just kind of like that prop
1:37:21was there and it was there yes and it
1:37:24was in Play Because Why do you say it
1:37:26like that though
1:37:27I would never do that you would never
1:37:30zip them up in a suitcase hey Sarah
1:37:33trying to State here she would never zip
1:37:35Jorge up in a suitcase because it's
1:37:37against her morals despite having done
1:37:39that is obviously absurd it's also
1:37:42absurd that she told the detectives that
1:37:44Jorge and her only played hide and seek
1:37:46three times their whole relationship had
1:37:49she truly wanted to make this look like
1:37:50a tragic accident she would have stated
1:37:52that the couple played all the time and
1:37:55they frequently hide in small areas to
1:37:57scare each other and it had never been a
1:37:59problem before her insistence that this
1:38:02was a truly strange thing to have happen
1:38:04makes her look even more guilty than she
1:38:07already does
1:38:11I'm talking about hide and seek which is
1:38:14a game so
1:38:15the suitcase originally is in our closet
1:38:18buried all the way to the back if you I
1:38:22don't I know the CSI people saw our
1:38:24closet our closet needs to be cleaned
1:38:26out really bad my son's clothes need to
1:38:30be cleaned out really bad because they
1:38:31don't fit him anymore and I'm tired of
1:38:33looking at him so he took it upon
1:38:35himself including that suitcase to take
1:38:39it downstairs so we can get all of our
1:38:40clothes our donations and everything and
1:38:42just leave the whole thing by the
1:38:45clothing and shoe thing at my son's
1:38:47school no we're just I'm just asking out

1:38:55or not but obviously I understand you

1:42:04of her maliciously taunting her dying
1:42:06boyfriend if Sarah had truly been aware
1:42:09of this video's existence before now and
1:42:11it was the product of a blackout her
1:42:13mind would be racing as to what the
1:42:15video is they already showed her a small
1:42:18clip of her taunting Jorge so she knows
1:42:20that it makes her look guilty and that
1:42:22alone will cause her stress to build if
1:42:24she was aware of the video as I expected
1:42:27she was but simply tried to delete it
1:42:29now she is aware that the police have
1:42:31direct evidence of her guilt and her
1:42:33mind will be rushing to try and explain
1:42:35away her callous actions in the video
1:42:37the next couple of minutes were the
1:42:39female detective gets the computer
1:42:41charger and Sarah is forced to sit down
1:42:43knowing that the evidence of her guilt
1:42:46is about to be played will be incredibly
1:42:48Illuminating let's watch as she tries to
1:42:50convince the detectives of her innocence
1:42:52in the face of certain guilt
1:42:56I was just simply asking because
1:42:59you had a look on your face when she
1:43:02asked you if you've ever done that
1:43:03before you look kind of shocked and no

1:44:14chooses to rely on her ex to give her
1:44:16money her idea of herself as a woman who
1:44:19could never do anything wrong is
1:44:21completely delusional and she isn't
1:44:23aware of that fact at this point she
1:44:25knows that the police have talked to
1:44:26those around her but she expects that
1:44:29they would have heard nothing but good
1:44:30things at this point she's trying to
1:44:33distract from the evidence that's about
1:44:34to be shown by repeating just how good
1:44:36of a person she is it's nearly comical
1:44:39until you remember that man died and her
1:44:42son has been neglected by her for years

1:49:12the detective immediately counters that
1:49:15[ __ ] you is about as malicious as you
1:49:17can get she snaps at him that it isn't
1:49:19and it's clear she wants to fight she's
1:49:22trying to control herself as she is no
1:49:24longer in a position where her outbursts
1:49:26will be accepted but she is furious here
1:49:29trying to regain composure and control
1:49:31and assert that what she is saying is
1:49:33true despite it going against reality
1:49:36well like if you were to like
1:49:40I get called Everything by a white woman
1:49:42so okay I my intention was not to leave
1:49:46him in there
1:49:48please understand that my intention was
1:49:51not to leave him in there but you went
1:49:54upstairs thinking that he could get
1:49:55himself wow but the video shows
1:49:59and I seen his fingers
1:50:03and then 30 minutes later he didn't show
1:50:05and he's telling me and I didn't wake up
1:50:14got in there
1:50:16both of us were so how long was he in
1:50:18there for like this video is at 11 12
1:50:21when it starts so was he in there for
1:50:23like a long time prior to now recording

1:50:27so it goes from funny to no longer funny

1:50:32didn't think that he
1:50:34was like panicky like I didn't I so

1:51:01mentioned the entire beginning of the
1:51:03interrogation was fact-finding on the
1:51:05detective's part they deliberately asked
1:51:07if Jorge and her ever zipped each other
1:51:10up in luggage before or if the couple
1:51:12had done anything like this before and
1:51:14she aggressively asserted that that had
1:51:16never happened that question had been
1:51:18deliberately asked for this very moment
1:51:21because now her stating that Jorge would
1:51:23cry wolf and pretend to be in dire
1:51:25circumstances is negated by the fact she
1:51:28had previously said something like this
1:51:30had never happened before okay and again
1:51:33but nowhere in there is he laughing is
1:51:36he joking he is begging
1:51:39and you're the only one laughing okay
1:51:41and you're the only one saying
1:51:44derogatory comments like you're mad no
1:51:49please don't I don't mean to sound
1:51:51negative and I don't know if I can say
1:51:53this but like it's like you guys are
1:51:56kind of trying to like feed me like no

3:05:22and you will be reported to see somebody

3:05:34as of now Sarah is still declaring her
3:05:37innocence despite the Deluge of evidence
3:05:39against her she remains unable to
3:05:42acknowledge that she is not the person
3:05:43she tells people that she is that she is
3:05:46no longer the straight A student
3:05:48overachiever who was doing amazing
3:05:50things with her life instead she is a
3:05:53murderous alcoholic who neglected her
3:05:55child and tarnished everything around
3:05:57her the case is set to go to trial in
3:05:59the near future she will most likely be
3:06:02found guilty and sentenced to life in
3:06:04prison if there are any updates to this
3:06:06story I will report them in a later
3:06:08video but as of now that is all thank
