  1. 0:00I have no recurring revenue.
  2. 0:01>> Yeah.
  3. 0:02>> Like it's like a between $2,000 and
  4. 0:04$3,000 program
  5. 0:06and then they're done. I have no back
  6. 0:08end offer. I have
  7. 0:08>> How do you acquire them?
  8. 0:10>> Uh
  9. 0:12organic and paid ads that lead to a
  10. 0:15webinar that leads to a booked call.
  11. 0:17>> Okay. That's a do a call?
  12. 0:18>> Yeah.
  13. 0:19>> Oh, you could sell for more probably.
  14. 0:20>> Yeah, I think
  15. 0:21>> Cuz if you do it over the phone
  16. 0:22>> Yeah, I'm going to I'm planning to raise
  17. 0:23my price. I don't know how much, but I
  18. 0:25want to raise
  19. 0:25>> If you go webinar to phone for something
  20. 0:27like that, you can probably go like
  21. 0:29under 10k so like seven to seven to
  22. 0:31nine. Probably do really well. Eight
  23. 0:34grand eight weeks, that sounds kind of
  24. 0:35good.
  25. 0:35>> Sounds pretty good.
  26. 0:36>> Yeah.
  27. 0:36>> I like that number.
  28. 0:37>> Yeah. Yeah, 8,400. Sneak it in there.
  29. 0:39Yeah.
  30. 0:40>> So for like a continuity community
  31. 0:42>> Yeah.
  32. 0:42>> Do you have any ideas of what I would
  33. 0:44provide in there?
  34. 0:44>> Yeah, totally 100%. So one is I think if
  35. 0:47you take your current thing instead of
  36. 0:48selling it for eight weeks, offer a
  37. 0:49year.
  38. 0:50Number one. And I would make it annual
  39. 0:53instead of one-time purchase.
  40. 0:55And then um
  41. 0:56>> So it would be the same price but for a
  42. 0:58year?
  43. 0:58>> Yeah.
  44. 0:59Well, cuz now we get annual recurring.
  45. 1:01Like why not? Right? So it's like either
  46. 1:03if you have a front end that's like
  47. 1:04eight weeks, you either do There's
  48. 1:05basically two models you can think of.
  49. 1:07One is I sell eight weeks for eight
  50. 1:09grand and then I sell a third of them or
  51. 1:11half of them into my year. Or you just
  52. 1:13make the eight the year.
  53. 1:15Those are basically the two ways that
  54. 1:16this model works. Are these people who
  55. 1:18have jobs and then just want to be
  56. 1:20better at their job or are these people
  57. 1:21who like want to have a bit like Who's
  58. 1:23the avatar?
  59. 1:24>> People that have jobs at at agencies or
  60. 1:26freelance
  61. 1:27>> Yeah.
  62. 1:28>> that just want to get better. They want
  63. 1:29to make
  64. 1:30>> Interesting. So
  65. 1:32I would still probably bump it to five
  66. 1:34and just So maybe since it's employees,
  67. 1:35I'd maybe bump it to five instead of
  68. 1:37eight, but I would include the network
  69. 1:39which then is job security.
  70. 1:42>> What do you mean the network?
  71. 1:43>> So it's like you you buy my thing, you
  72. 1:46also get into our advertisers network
  73. 1:48and so now you have you know and we have
  74. 1:50two meetups a year where you get to
  75. 1:52shake hands, meet all the other people
  76. 1:53in your industry. And so this This where
  77. 1:55people get deals done. This is where
  78. 1:56people switch companies, and like this
  79. 1:58alone is worth the the the cost of
  80. 2:01entry.
  81. 2:02>> And that sticks.
  82. 2:03>> Right now I have multiple programs that
  83. 2:05are like
  84. 2:06>> Sure.
  85. 2:06>> two, three thousand a piece, but would
  86. 2:08you say
  87. 2:09I'd be better off just
  88. 2:11selling them a on a year
  89. 2:13>> Mhm.
  90. 2:14>> and maybe they unlock those programs.
  91. 2:16>> Yep.
  92. 2:17>> Uh because
  93. 2:18>> Yeah.
  94. 2:19>> 8,000 is already more
  95. 2:20>> Yeah.
  96. 2:21>> than their programs are.
  97. 2:22>> Love that. Yeah, and then you include
  98. 2:23the network. I'd still put in two like
  99. 2:25two meetups a year.
  100. 2:27Because it'll it'll it'll congeal the
  101. 2:28network so much harder. And if think
  102. 2:30about it like building a professional
  103. 2:33association for advertisers. And I think
  104. 2:35if you think about it from that
  105. 2:36perspective, it'll like be cooler.
  106. 2:38>> what about ideas on a back like a higher
  107. 2:40ticket back end?
  108. 2:45>> It's hard when you have an employee as
  109. 2:47the avatar, cuz obviously their their
  110. 2:50income's limited.
  111. 2:52Um
  112. 2:53and they're not going to drop like most
  113. 2:55of them aren't going to drop like 25
  114. 2:57grand to like learn more like not I just
  115. 2:59I think it'd be tougher.
  116. 3:01So I would probably be more focused on
  117. 3:02how do I sell more and keep them?
  118. 3:05And just go all in on this association
  119. 3:07just being it just we don't lose people.
  120. 3:09And just every year it just keeps
  121. 3:10growing.
  122. 3:11>> I don't even have a back end.
  123. 3:13>> I think
  124. 3:14I have a hard time thinking what it
  125. 3:15would be.
  126. 3:17I'm sure there is something. I'm also
  127. 3:18like
  128. 3:19off the cuff two seconds, but like
  129. 3:22the things that are coming to mind are
  130. 3:23things that would be typically more B2B
  131. 3:25stuff. So like you could sell that
  132. 3:26network separately, but I think it'd be
  133. 3:28so valuable to put it in there with the
  134. 3:30with the main thing and put drop it out
  135. 3:31in phases. They meet twice a year, they
  136. 3:33get to meet each other. That's pretty
  137. 3:35valuable that a lot of people I think
  138. 3:36would be down for.
  139. 3:39I'll say this, if you do that
  140. 3:41they will tell you what they want next.
  141. 3:43>> Okay.
  142. 3:44>> And so if you keep your ear to the
  143. 3:45ground, which if you're an advertiser
  144. 3:47you do anyways,
  145. 3:48um
  146. 3:49they might tell you, "Man, I want more
  147. 3:51career advancement stuff. I want more
  148. 3:52prom- like I don't get promotions. How
  149. 3:54do I negotiate like that stuff? And
  150. 3:56maybe that's the next thing.
