0:56Helene had soul is living proof not only
1:00of her own dynamic philosophy but of the

1:09thinking dr. norman vincent peale wrote
1:12about her success in his books and
1:14articles and dr. Joseph Murphy who
1:17authored books on the power of the
1:19subconscious mind was a friend that
1:21encouraged him to keep writing and
1:23sharing her experiences in the physical
1:24mental and spiritual dimensions Jose
1:28Silva founder of this silver mind method
1:32of mind training inspired her to
1:35research and to investigate subjects on
1:38self-awareness
1:39whereas Helene likes to call it self
1:41awareness and mind over matter
1:44techniques she has traveled all over the
1:47United States Europe and South America
1:49and Helene was a very popular speaker in
1:52the 1970s and 80s giving seminars on
1:55mind control positive thinking and the
1:57spiritual realm she has authored several
2:00best-selling books among them the name
2:02it and claim it game which tells his
2:05help which tells through how positive
2:07action she went almost every contest she
2:10ever entered including winning a home in
2:15Irving Texas in 1986 he founded Delta

2:56at the age of 85 she semi-retired and
3:00lived quietly an Alvarado Texas on five
3:03acres in the country she continues to
3:05write and do does blueprints daily she
3:09has many exciting antidotes she would
3:12like to share Helene
3:16thank you so much for being a guest on
3:18my show again well I'm here ready to
3:22chat ready to chat now one of the
3:27interesting things that you talked about
3:29that pertains to of course my audience
3:34the people that like to enter
3:35sweepstakes is the spec method that you
3:40you coined and what I have found is
3:44since the last time you've been on to
3:46this show so a lot of people love your
3:49technique but I think they also falter
3:52with it because it doesn't always work
3:53for them so what I'd like to do is do a
3:55review of what spec is so we can teach
3:58the new listeners and then go over maybe
4:01some of the things that people do wrong
4:02or the mistakes or the little bits that
4:06trip them up so we can help them get
4:07over those hurdles and use your
4:10techniques properly and so that they too
4:13can have what they want come into their
4:15lives
4:16great okay you want to get to started on
4:19that yeah so tell people what exactly is
4:22spec okay spec is that meaning selected
4:28projected expected collected and that's
4:33a small term so I mean it's easily
4:36memorable alright when you first of all
4:40when you select it you know there's a
4:43goal you have to get a goal to get
4:45started and there's many ways that you
4:48cannot what I called projected and
4:51expected but let's get on with first of
4:54all selected we all have we all have our
4:57wants and our needs and so what do you
5:02decide what is important now and it can
5:05be anything it can be material mental
5:08and spiritual whatever you're tuned in
5:11with and alright you have that and
5:14sometime you can put up little poster
5:17boards to remind yourself or you can
5:20tack up words or whatever and you know
5:24one of the things that I have found when
5:28I am going to do a projection when I
5:32have a particular thing I'm working on
5:36I add the best time to program for me
5:41I'll watch television I turn it off and
5:45don't what listening to the commercials
5:47and this is a wonderful opportunity
5:50another one is when you're driving and
5:52just put that up there see what we're
5:56working with here is energy the more
5:59energy that you project to something the
6:03faster it comes to manifestation and
6:07this is where people can many times can
6:10get discouraged they project something
6:14and they go through the all the
6:17formalities and now they're wanting to
6:20collect it but nothing happens don't
6:23feel bad there can be a delay in results
6:26this is the way I explain it
6:29and so you just don't have enough energy
6:32kids so stay with it and when you get
6:35discouraged and say well it's not going
6:37to work or they're rigged contests
6:40they're rigged or millions of people
6:41entered it that's being negative and
6:44what you've done when you say that
6:46you've nullified all your and all that
6:49good energy
6:51sometimes and I'm going to brag here
6:54sometimes I project something and it
6:58happens in a day or two and I get I
7:02scroll with delight because see I never
7:04never know how much energy I have
7:07projected toward that end result
7:10sometime it takes three months sometimes
7:13six months but it's not that important
7:17to me because if I am really and truly
7:21excited about something I'm going to
7:24stay with it until something happens
7:26I'll give you an example that just
7:29happened last week I was at the grocery
7:33store and I picked up a magazine called
7:35the Sun if UN it's a national
7:38publication and it always his uh quoting
7:43motor notre Damas did this the end of
7:45the world is coming you know all of the
7:48negative things to stimulate and people
7:51pick it up and are really really dis
7:55completed with all of the doom and gloom
7:58that's on well I picked it up came home
8:02and read it and I thought there's so
8:05much doom and gloom in this I think I'm
8:08just going to write them a letter and
8:10I'm going to tell them about spec and
8:13I'm going to say why don't you up up
8:16beat this place magazine give me a page
8:20or whatever and here's my book here's my
8:24spec technique and you can use it and
8:27this was out this was on a Wednesday I
8:30believe it was
8:31well I send it out and then what I saw I
8:35kept seeing was a full page that they
8:39did not devoted to spec that's all I
8:42wanted was to uplift these people that
8:44read this doom and gloom well Monday
8:48morning got an email and said we're on
8:52accepting your article and send us a
8:56photograph of yourself for your story
8:59well like that was an opportunity
9:03for me to squeal with delight because my
9:06god that was that was less than a week
9:10when I already had collected it now when
9:14I say collected because they now the
9:17story has been accepted now it may be a
9:20month or two before it's actually
9:21published because they have their
9:23stories on backlog that's not important
9:27they did accept it and this is something
9:31that okay now I have an opportunity to
9:35go ahead and see it not as a half-page
9:39I'm on the whole page
9:40because I have some good material there
9:42and I think it will uplift people so
9:45that might is my recent what I call
9:49projection okay so I just want it so
9:53even so the minute that for you the
9:55minute that they say yes we're printing
9:57it you consider that collected yes I do
10:00yes okay so you selected your goal was
10:04to be in this publication yes
10:08then you projected it so you imagined a
10:10whole page and you fully expected it
10:13them to call you just didn't know when
10:15yeah and you got an email four days late
10:19well I guess if you bought it on what a
10:21Wednesday and month and then when Monday
10:24that's four business days so four
10:27business days later they contacted you
10:29something manifested in less than a week
10:31yes and what I did here when I read the
10:35magazine after I read it and wrote the
10:38letter you know and I write up some
10:41upbeat stuff I'll say I'll start out and
10:46say dear editor how does this grab you
10:49and so now I have his attention and I'll
10:52say your doom and gloom magazines that I
10:54pick up periodically I think you need
10:58some upbeat material and this is all I
11:01said in my query letter but I send my
11:06book and I send the article that I've
11:09written on spec and that was it then the
11:12next opportunity I
11:14Edward let's project it well I had to go
11:17to town which is 12 miles away and all
11:21the while are driving I listen to softer
11:25music but I also see them accepting it I
11:30didn't know that they were going to
11:32contact me for a picture but I see it
11:34already in the magazine that's my end
11:37result so for for someone using the
11:41example of a trip to project it you
11:45would want to to have them imagine
11:47themselves on the beach or walking
11:50through Paris or well actually we can
11:54use Paris as an example because you you
11:56use this technique to actually be
12:00sitting in Paris on your 40th birthday
12:02right yes and drinking wine at a
12:06sidewalk cafe well that's what you held
12:10in your head that's that image I started
12:13that the first of the year that I wanted
12:16to be there on June the 1st my birthday
12:18and in the interim I had you know been
12:22in contests like the contest Queen
12:24enters you know so uh I only chose at
12:31that time there were lots of lots of
12:33contests and when you know there's a
12:35difference between the contest and a
12:37sweepstake that doesn't matter because
12:39I've won sweepstakes also but the
12:42contest is you're writing 25 words or
12:45less we're in the world you want to go
12:47and why okay I wrote that where I want
12:52to be in Paris France drinking wine etc
12:55and so in the meantime about February I
13:00got a notice that my my uh my 25 words
13:05were being considered for a major prize
13:07and when you do that you know you have
13:09to sign a notary and you know your
13:13legitimate or them do a phone call or
13:15whatever
13:16and lo and behold I won a Hammond
13:19electric organ and I got real hysterical
13:22because you know
13:24I don't got that musically inclined but
13:27I said they're probably telling me
13:30something because my 25 words were off
13:33so all beat I said they probably read it
13:37read it and thought I needed therapy
13:39when I wrote my 25 words was I'm curious
13:44to find out if a booked couple with
13:48three kiddos can recapture the rapture
13:52of springtime ecstasy in their fact
13:56forty frustrated ears
13:58that's all I wrote and so one of the
14:02judges that order probably it was from
14:05another del Monte or catch up there read
14:10it and thought this woman needs therapy
14:12and they decided to give me the second
14:14prize in that contest first prize was a
14:17trip but they decided to give me the
14:19Hammond electric organ and when it came
14:22I had also six months of free lessons
14:25locally and my husband got so excited
14:29about this he's the one that when every
14:33Saturday to take organ lessons and
14:36became proficient in playing the organ
14:39so I didn't need the therapy he did
14:42evidently but at least it didn't go to
14:44waste and someone had a lot of fun went
14:46apply that was a fun session I won
14:50another organ and this one I don't
14:52donated to a church that you know
14:56sometimes you win a major prize somebody
14:59calls and says wouldn't even do with it
15:01and this was a local church that had
15:04just started and I swear you can have
15:06the organ so I donated that because I
15:09don't need two organs now that was very
15:12generous well that was a fun thing yes
15:15yes I like sharing prizes too I think at
15:18me it feels good when you share what
15:20you've won with people that you know
15:22enjoy it oh yes uh-huh you know the one
15:25here that I wanted to everything was an
15:29electric fry pan that was that was years
15:32and years ago and I told my husband
15:34don't buy me a fry pan for my
15:36Christmas because I know I'm going to
15:38win these frypan's because I entered
15:42contests and at that time there were a
15:44lot of ripe ads and Christmas knows
15:48Christmas naturally he bought me a
15:51frypan because now's the guy buy me I
15:53had everything and he was good it
15:56surprised me and then then in the next
16:00month I won three fry pans that's funny
16:03absolutely so I gave boy you know as
16:06gifts but it's funny it's it's so
16:09exciting not only to look forward to
16:12things but to say now what do I want
16:14next you know what do I need and this
16:17applies not only to material things but
16:21to physical things spiritual things many
16:26times I want an answer for some
16:30particular question and I use the spec
16:34formula there also so I get my answer in
16:37dreams or in books or if somebody calls
16:41me it's it is absolutely probably the
16:45best technique you can use for getting
16:48things that you want or the things that
16:51you need now let's go through each step
16:53again and maybe review some of the
16:56things that people do wrong cuz I think
16:58one of the things that I found is
17:00selected how specific are you when you
17:05pick because the famous story I have is
17:08a woman who emailed me and she said you
17:10know I asked the universe for a trip
17:12south and in her mind she was thinking
17:15the Caribbean she was picturing herself
17:18on a beach but she didn't ask for a trip
17:21to the beach she asked for a trip south
17:23and she won a trip to Antarctica so the
17:26universe they are exactly when she asked
17:28for you can't get any more cells in
17:29Antarctica so when you're asking or
17:33selecting in this case how specific are
17:36you will now see I wanted Paris France
17:41and I won the Hammond electric organ but
17:45uh when the blender prize came I was
17:49sitting there and actually the prize was
17:51in my husband's name it was an immense
17:54contest and it was just at the very last
17:58minute but when he says we're in the
18:02world he'd want to go and why I put that
18:05I mean I had another contest that was
18:09masculine because it was not the same
18:13thing because this was geared for a
18:16woman but he wanted and in this contest
18:20that he won it said where do you want to
18:22go and they named all six places so
18:26actually indirectly
18:28I want the prize to Paris due to writing
18:33writing up 25 words for another another
18:38sponsor
18:40okay so you just focus on the end result
18:44you don't open on the how yes
18:47and so you know when I win the house I
18:50decorated inside mentally I had the
18:54floor pant plans laid out everything
18:56before I even before they even told me
19:00that I was a winner and so these are fun
19:03things and fortunately my husband is
19:07very very was very supportive and he
19:10drew up the plans and we sat there in
19:12the evening and uh you know laid out the
19:16whole schematic for the house so when
19:20they would let us know we won we would
19:23act apprised you know because they
19:25expected you to be saying I'm seeing
19:29your Christmas presents before yes
19:31uh-huh
19:32before you know I'm for Christmas Day
19:35yeah and it's so much fun especially if
19:39you have children or you have somebody
19:41that is in need and they they sit there
19:46and they say they want this or what
19:48something funny happened last week
19:52there's a new movie there's a new sitcom
19:54coming out called Harry and this is that
19:58black woman that's been on the view Meg
20:00the view with a
20:02her walters and she started their new
20:05sitcom and they did a preliminary seeing
20:08the other night for her segments and she
20:13was complaining the three of them were
20:15sitting there having coffee and
20:17complaining that they hadn't had any fun
20:20lately and she said well listen let's
20:23draw let's draw a map and i read an
20:27article that you can project for
20:31something and then the next scene they
20:33were all sitting around the table
20:35pasting pictures on a sheet of paper and
20:39writing out what they wanted as their
20:42end results and of course that segment
20:45they all got their end result at the end
20:48of it which was you know a little unreal
20:52but it was a sitcom and they had to have
20:55you know beginning in the middle and an
20:57ending of it but it was a fun thing and
21:00i was elated that they had spend that
21:03much time sharing with people what is it
21:07you want and they wrote it down and they
21:10had two magazines there where they cut
21:12out their pictures this one woman onto
21:15the husband so she got a very handsome
21:18man and pasted it up and she had these
21:22qualifications and when i was listening
21:25to it i thought as a qualification for a
21:29husband or a mate or somebody i would
21:33always say with like interests because
21:37that's always important when you get a
21:40little more specific
21:41you're going to take him exactly the way
21:44he is you can't change him don't ever
21:47try that but you can understand them and
21:50you can encourage them and you can love
21:53them and it's not a hundred percent
21:56perfect because nobody is but when you
22:00learn to understand where they're coming
22:02from and not quarrel or not want to be
22:07in a power mode that you have to tell
22:10them what to do or whatever that's not
22:13where it's at
22:15just enjoy what you have and so he's
22:17good looking from the back or whatever
22:22cuz many times and I have this weird
22:26sense of humor you know I do I love your
22:29sense of humor
22:30yeah yeah because I see somebody and now
22:33say look at them and and I won't be
22:37surprised and that's it you got to be
22:39better looking from the back and I
22:41turned him around it's a joke you know
22:43lighten them up and get them where
22:46they're comfortable and you know like
22:49Jose used to say you know I never know
22:52what you're going to say and I would
22:54answer them by saying neither do I until
22:57it comes out you know but be spontaneous
23:00that life is let life be a daring
23:03adventure so that's one of the things
23:06that you say all the time that I love
23:08because it's true now we have one of our
23:10our listeners has typed out a question
23:14and I'm going to read it to you and I
23:17think right away I've I've learned from
23:19you I want to answer a little bit first
23:21he says I desperately want to win a
23:23kitchen makeover contest there is one
23:27that is currently running so how do does
23:29she go about this and she says it's a
23:32daily entry and I can picture this is my
23:34kitchen but I don't know what else to
23:35try and right away when I see that I see
23:39the word desperately and I think she
23:40needs to dad
23:42vanish the desperation because doesn't
23:45the word desperate push it away from you
23:47energetically no that's a form of energy
23:51oh that's okay it's a form of energy yes
23:55uh-huh okay I want to bet I can taste it
23:59I'm in my kitchen and I'm using these
24:02appliance and I'm standing there and I'm
24:05so excited about this oh look at the
24:08room I have and if there is a specific
24:13floor plan for the kitchen that she's
24:16wanting I would make the floor plan I
24:19would see myself in front of the kitchen
24:22especially put a window there so you can
24:25look out and that just has
24:27sing and just feel comfortable with it
24:30or put a pie in the oven right now I
24:33wanted a double ovens you know which I
24:36had in my home and I love double ovens
24:38so you can be very very down specific if
24:44you can you know if you can draw your
24:46own plans for it
24:48but all yourself is having it and
24:51feeling elated that you're in the
24:54kitchen okay she needs to get excited
24:57yes these are these are energy things
25:01that you are projecting for your end
25:04result energy is the key here how here's
25:08is I'm sorry Helen
25:10yes but how often are you seeing that
25:14end result and again I mean repeat it
25:18over and over and over again just to
25:20have that picture in your mind and then
25:23driving the car in between sitting on
25:26the commode at night can't fall asleep
25:29at night all of these opportunities are
25:33there to give you more energy for your
25:37end result now I never miss a bit and
25:41you know sometimes you say well she's
25:43getting paranoid you know not not really
25:46because there's so many mundane things
25:49you have to do and so when you have an
25:51opportunity you can only think of one
25:54thing at a time and if it's tedious like
25:57vacuuming the floor and so forth that's
26:00another opportunity so I just don't find
26:04these little opportunities and use them
26:07to energize whatever I want now there's
26:11an expression so like the Zen of raking
26:13this is a repetitive task is very
26:15zen-like so anything that you're doing
26:17is repetitive you use that opportunity
26:18to project sure yes yes and I can get
26:24emotional it I can feel like you know
26:27contented happy all these good good
26:32feelings that go with it
26:34okay now here's another question should
26:37she care where this kitchen makeover
26:39comes from the reason I ask is so so
26:42she's entering for this particular
26:43kitchen makeover but what she wants is a
26:47kitchen makeover so maybe she shouldn't
26:49care if it says kitchen makeover or she
26:51wins the money to do it or you know
26:55there's no a/c here's an opportunity
26:59okay if they're giving a prize for a
27:01kitchen makeover okay but okay but
27:04there's other prizes for money you know
27:07I had that same thing happened to me I
27:10wanted a new stove and I entered that
27:14General Electric I think there were so
27:16many many many many prizes and I wanted
27:19I wanted the stove and just kept
27:23projecting and finally the prizes um I
27:27had a contest Club here in Dallas and
27:29they had all won their prizes and I
27:32didn't win a thing and I was kind of you
27:35know down and thought okay maybe I
27:38hadn't projected enough energy but in
27:41the mean time a day or two later I got a
27:46thousand-dollar check a spray paint
27:49contest that I entered and they were
27:51spending thousand dollars as prizes and
27:54I laughed and I got it late and I said
27:56oh here is my stove I thought I was
28:02supposed to get it from GE but uh
28:04this spray paint contest gave me a
28:07thousand dollars so I went and bought
28:09the stove exactly the brown stove I mean
28:12everything is going to be copper and
28:14that's what I wanted and I just had it
28:17was just standing there admiring it when
28:20I had this letter from GE and they said
28:23they were sorry that they had misplaced
28:27or there was they hadn't notified me and
28:31they found out this is belated but here
28:35is what was my prize for a washer/dryer
28:37for whatever you I wanted and so it was
28:43a stove it wasn't true so anyway when
28:46the district manager called me and I
28:49said well I just bought a stove and he
28:53said well if you had gotten the GE well
28:56I got when it Sears because it was
28:58cheaper or the same difference uh what
29:04is it that you want in GE appliances and
29:06that's when I want a new washer and
29:08dryer I didn't need it
29:10but at least I got the stove is what
29:13what I'm trying to tell you so I got it
29:17from the spray paint contest so I
29:20shouldn't just focus on the kitchen
29:22uh-huh yeah she should focus on her
29:25kitchen and don't doubt words coming
29:28from because yes there would be an
29:31opportunity there if there's a contest
29:35running but there are other contests
29:37that have money that you can utilize and
29:40put it in the kitchen so she should just
29:43focus on the kitchen so that's good
29:45that's the projecting it so I think I
29:48think this is where most people get
29:50tripped up and I think I've gotten
29:52tripped up on the expecting it it's I've
29:55known myself to get very anxious when I
29:59don't see something I love to see
30:02something instantly I think as younger
30:05folk who you know are so used to you
30:09know the quick TV and the internet and
30:11you know fast food and if someone
30:14doesn't show up in three minutes where
30:16is it where is it yeah so do you think
30:20people get tripped up on the expected
30:22that they don't have enough patience
30:24with it and they need to trust more that
30:26the universe is shuffling the pieces and
30:28give him a little time yes I had a four
30:32I had an email the other day which is
30:34kind of interesting she's sending off
30:37for some kind of a email or you know
30:40where you sign your name etc and she
30:42said the prizes where I think up ten
30:46thousand so forth but it was on a a
30:49month it was going to run all month and
30:51she submitted all her and
30:54Driessen but she says and yesterday i
30:56won $100 and i'm disappointed because I
31:00didn't win 10,000 and I said well if the
31:03contest is still going I said keep on
31:06entering it you know they have to see
31:10what's what's wonderful about entering
31:13contests they're not to never rigged
31:16just to get that out of your mind
31:18they're not rigged because you're
31:21dealing with the they're very well
31:25monitored and when they make a decision
31:28and it's especially on the radio or
31:31television or for promotional purposes
31:35they have to they have to abide by the
31:39rules they don't want to be sued or
31:42anything and so sometimes when they say
31:45you can win you can enter as often as
31:48you like and you can win as often as you
31:51like then for heaven's sake if she's
31:54waiting for $10,000 but you got a
31:57hundred which is okay but I would
32:00continue to enter that one so that's
32:03that's what I shared with her I says
32:06that would be what I would do I don't
32:09enter you know in emails because I have
32:12other things to do I've got articles to
32:14write and blueprints to print up here
32:16and so I don't want to take the time but
32:20if you have the time that's an excellent
32:22body to get your end result
32:26Carolyn's good at that you know you like
32:29to enter that kind of a contest I'd I
32:32like to enter all kinds of contests and
32:34and I like to teach people how to do it
32:37because it's so much fun when not just I
32:39win but all my you know all my new
32:41contest buddies win yes oh yes anytime I
32:44hear I get elated I really and truly do
32:48I and as I say I even offer help with
32:53energy anytime anybody emails me and say
32:56I've got to do this would you send me
32:59energy
33:00why heavens yes and we know energy
33:03you're spending energy
33:06and you know if you can see ours at some
33:10time
33:11way way in the past I went to one of the
33:15young weekend retreats where you were
33:19taught how to do you know look at auras
33:22etc and we did projections there and we
33:27could actually see energy another thing
33:30when I was in Russia at the one of the
33:33conferences and the woman up front
33:36I had requests for healing and there was
33:42one woman and you had to be there to
33:45experience it because it was awesome
33:48this woman was upfront and she was one
33:52of the top people that was able to send
33:56healing energy and this woman was in a
34:00wheelchair in the back of the room and
34:03I'd say that was fifty or seventy-five
34:05feet back of the room but she wanted to
34:09have to be more comfortable and she send
34:13this energy and I was sitting and now in
34:17the row in the aisle there and I
34:20actually saw actually saw red energy
34:26just like that like a flashlight is what
34:30it reminded me going to this woman's
34:33foot and i sat there and i looked at
34:36turned to the other woman method did you
34:39see that energy that came from her and
34:41most of people don't but when you're
34:44doing when you're really serious about
34:48studying the auric field around people
34:51then you can automatically see energy
34:54you know that's right they're mad sad
34:57glad or bad I can see that when they
35:00come into this into my room here but
35:04anyway I was elated that the energy and
35:08there's not a particular distance as it
35:11have to be in the room it can go forever
35:14and at a recent convey
35:17at Laredo the Silva method training they
35:22had their convention in Austin in July
35:27and August and they had a scientist and
35:30a physicist and really and truly a big
35:34name I don't even recall his name but he
35:38was talking about the projecting energy
35:40and he had done research and said yes
35:45definitely this energy can come out of a

35:58so yes I'll give you energy yeah I send
36:02energy and even feeling better
36:05when of the gals stubbed her toe a
36:09couple of weeks ago and she called and
36:10she said I'm in utter utter agony can
36:14you help me heal it and I said sure
36:17Annie I said put your feet up and you
36:20got my energy and then the day later she
36:23said I'm able to put my shoe so she
36:29really really banged up whenever one of
36:32her toes she's okay so yes send energy
36:36senda anytime anybody asks you and don't
36:41ever deprive anybody and say well we're
36:44in competition the only competition
36:46lovely people is you have is with
36:49themself so give it I mean the more
36:52energy you give the more you have well I
36:56tell people there are so many contests
36:58running in the United States and Canada
37:00right now it's impossible to enter them
37:02all uh-huh sure let's take advance why
37:10did I spending I'm sending Carolyn
37:13energy to get over her little raspy
37:15cough throat I know my voice there's
37:17there's enough prizes for everybody sure
37:20sure okay yeah I'm okay
37:24so
37:25I think we've be covered at all and I
37:29want to know has anybody got any
37:30question any other people in the
37:32chatroom have any questions no I don't
37:39think we do so I will hold on and tell
37:43people how we can win tell me why don't
37:45you tell them your favorite quote you
37:49know I lot of quotes my quote is their
37:54daring adventure or nothing but I have
37:57another one I think is good okay I'll
38:02cover up your mouth okay I have I want
38:08you to know that I cannot teach anything
38:11anyone anything I can only make them
38:13think because that's a good idea
38:16yes that's a good idea because you can
38:20listen alright now if you're starting to
38:23think and I was able you know when I was
38:26on the lecture circuit up there on the
38:28podium and people come would come with
38:31their hands folded tight against their
38:35stomachs especially the men well the
38:38minute that they opened their hands and
38:42sorta shook a little and then tightened
38:45it back up I knew that I had given them
38:47something to think and it was very
38:50exciting for me because I can I could
38:52read the audience you know after you
38:54talk for so many years and dealing with
38:58people you pretty well get very
39:00insightful and that was always a big
39:03plus when I saw people that were
39:06thinking now on what I had suggested
39:10you're only getting my you're only
39:13getting my opinions now do with it what
39:16you want to okay well now that we
39:21appreciate that and you know what I
39:22think a lot of people really take to
39:25heart what you have to say so I want to
39:29say you for being my guest today and you
39:31already gave your favorite quote and I
39:34think it's true because I think one of
39:37the things
39:38is that people see life is a struggle
39:42and and you know it's interesting I've
39:49never really seen it that way and when
39:51you when you use Helen Keller's quote I
39:56I knew we were kindred spirits and her
39:59quote is life is either a daring
40:00adventure or it's nothing at all and I
40:02think this whole adventure of entering
40:07contests and winning is is really tied
40:11into maybe she would have been a contest
40:13her had she been born County well
40:16evidently she knew how to project
40:18because look what she accomplished being
40:21blind I mean this is a phenomenal she
40:25just learned an awful lot in that
40:27lifetime she did and you know we talked
40:31about your blueprints and it's not
40:34something that people can buy in a store
40:36and so I'm going to just tell everyone
40:38if you want a blueprint nope Helene
40:41Helene is 85 she doesn't put these out
40:43like in an assembly line they do take a
40:45bit of time so be a little patient but
40:50there you can go to Delta Sciences comm
40:53and there's information on all her books
40:59and her on her blueprints and you can
41:03order them right there okay and I'm
41:08going to tell people how to win the

41:12I know we had so we have so many prizes
41:16that I love every show I give away a

41:22as fun I don't know if people realize
41:24this it's as fun for me to give away
41:26prizes as it is when I win them I'm not
