Full transcript
- 0:00I'm not going to lie, guys. I was
- 0:02begging, okay? I was despacito. Like, I
- 0:05was tried like, you know, drop shipping.
- 0:09Failed. I tried Amazon FBA. I lost like
- 0:13hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 0:14>> It's even possible to sell an ebook
- 0:19that was generated with AI
- 0:22on a AI channel.
- 0:23>> Trying to build generational wealth for
- 0:26my, you know, for my family.
- 0:28>> How many videos it took
- 0:29>> I deserve to get impressions, but I'm
- 0:31not getting impressions.
- 0:32>> Mainly it's like the niche is very bad.
- 0:35>> Right? And because of that, they're
- 0:36learning way faster.
- 0:38>> This guy is crazy.
- 0:39>> dangerous and can get you into a lot of
- 0:42trouble.
- 0:42>> You always will be scraping the surface.
- 0:44>> Andrew,
- 0:45you've given me the ability to try
- 0:48unlimited amount of time.
- 0:50>> hungry, go for more. He won't more.
- 0:53>> Once you see an opportunity, you just,
- 0:54you know, you strike. And then you just
- 0:56keep attacking.
- 0:58>> So, let's go ahead.
- 1:00Hey. Hey, man.
- 1:01It's finally good to see you again here.
- 1:04How are you doing?
- 1:06>> Good, brother. Good. How are you?
- 1:09>> I'm also good. Thanks. So, tell people
- 1:12who don't know you who you actually are.
- 1:16>> Uh my name is Ranga.
- 1:19Uh I go by goat on um
- 1:23in my previous life on YouTube as well
- 1:25as on Twitter.
- 1:27Um I'm one of Andrew's students.
- 1:30Uh we started doing work in December of
- 1:342025.
- 1:35Um and a couple months after that, we
- 1:40uh were able to reach uh a good
- 1:43milestone, which is 45K uh per um
- 1:47in a month, sorry, uh of uh revenue from
- 1:52just doing YouTube automation.
- 1:54And then, fast forward a couple months
- 1:57later, uh we've been able
- 1:59eclipse
- 2:01uh that like like crazy.
- 2:05>> So, what what's crazy for you? Tell the
- 2:07people.
- 2:09>> Uh so, we're in July, right? So, last
- 2:12month in June,
- 2:14um we did 273k
- 2:20uh
- 2:21in revenue from uh YouTube automation,
- 2:25which is insane. Which is insane because
- 2:28I used to watch I used to be on the
- 2:31other side of the screen
- 2:33watching guys like uh you know, Noah, um
- 2:38who was like a hero uh of mine, um you
- 2:41know, making crazy amounts. And when
- 2:44you're on that on the other side,
- 2:47you're looking at those videos, and like
- 2:49you're like, "Okay, I trust Noah. I know
- 2:51he's not lying about like these revenue
- 2:54numbers." But, you can't see And is even
- 2:57though you you aspire
- 2:58to reach those levels, you can't see
- 3:01yourself exactly
- 3:03being
- 3:04the one that's like, you know, pulling
- 3:06that.
- 3:06>> I
- 3:07And I think even like 90% or like I
- 3:11would say the majority of people who are
- 3:12watching it, right? They don't believe
- 3:15it's possible, right? So, like their
- 3:17mindset is closed, which is completely
- 3:19normal, you know, if you don't make any
- 3:21money or you don't even know what's
- 3:24possible on the internet, right? Like
- 3:27internet business. So, yeah. And of
- 3:29course, in this video, we're going to
- 3:30show everything, right? So, just confirm
- 3:33any
- 3:35any single, you know, like promise or
- 3:38thing or revenue screenshot, right? And
- 3:41we show like what's even possible even
- 3:43beyond that.
- 3:44>> Excuse me.
- 3:45Yeah, yeah, 100%. Let's do it.
- 3:48>> How was it for you for this like half a
- 3:50year in YouTube automation all of it.
- 3:52>> Um
- 3:54YTA is beautiful, bro. It's beautiful.
- 3:57Um
- 3:58I I love this business model. Like I've
- 4:00tried other things. Like I've tried and
- 4:03failed uh at a bunch of things. I don't
- 4:05know if I said this in my last uh call
- 4:07with you.
- 4:09But um online businesses, I I tried
- 4:12like, you know, uh drop shipping.
- 4:16Failed. I tried Amazon FBA. I lost like
- 4:20hundreds of thousands of dollars, okay,
- 4:22doing Amazon FBA. Um
- 4:25I tried so many different things. I
- 4:28I've gone to Africa
- 4:30to try to build businesses in Africa.
- 4:33Tried to do mining, all kinds of stuff.
- 4:35[clears throat] Lost money there.
- 4:36>> It's crazy.
- 4:37>> YouTube is where I've I've made
- 4:41uh back
- 4:43all of that money that I've lost trying
- 4:45trying all these different things. But
- 4:48the mentality is by being to fail at all
- 4:52these different things, I ended up
- 4:53arriving at the thing that works. And
- 4:56then once you get to that thing that
- 4:58works, it's about doubling down. Right?
- 5:01So
- 5:02>> Mhm.
- 5:02>> some people are doing 2D stuff. Some
- 5:05people are doing VidRush. Um
- 5:08you want to just have one
- 5:10uh platform.
- 5:12So let's say it's VidRush, right? You
- 5:15just go with VidRush and then you just
- 5:17go and then attack. Because once you
- 5:19have that platform, especially like a
- 5:21VidRush that's able to like make videos
- 5:23for you at like with no not that much
- 5:26input from you, then once you see an
- 5:28opportunity, you just, you know, you
- 5:30strike. And then you just keep
- 5:32attacking.
- 5:32>> Yeah, but it's very important to
- 5:35pinpoint that after testing, right?
- 5:38Because like usually beginners, and it's
- 5:40a kind of good approach to use a fishnet
- 5:43strategy, right? Like to tackle the
- 5:45business from a little bit different
- 5:47directions rather than you know going
- 5:49all in in something they don't know,
- 5:51right? Like there are so many people
- 5:53that start only one channel in a crazy
- 5:56niche, right? Because like no one can
- 5:58suggest them, no one can guide them for
- 6:00example, right? They start in one niche
- 6:02and maybe like trust score of the
- 6:03channel is bad and mainly is like the
- 6:05niche is very bad. So they think okay,
- 6:08let's you do automation is not possible,
- 6:10right? Like all the people online they
- 6:12just showing like some weird channels or
- 6:14it's not like even you know like real
- 6:16channels. So it's very important when
- 6:18you starting out to try
- 6:21scale not even to try
- 6:24running the business with like testing
- 6:26multiple hypotheses. So that's very
- 6:29important.
- 6:30>> Yeah, no 100% and the the problem is on
- 6:33the internet
- 6:35all of the information that you need is
- 6:37there, but it's not structured. So you
- 6:40don't know that this guy that's telling
- 6:43you this piece and then this guy that's
- 6:44telling you this piece
- 6:46how do I put these pieces together for
- 6:48them to work? Anyway, so for me
- 6:49personally I got lucky that
- 6:52you accepted me into your coaching
- 6:54program
- 6:55and I
- 6:56I'm not going to lie guys, I was
- 6:58begging, okay? I was Despacito. Like I
- 7:00was desperate, okay?
- 7:02>> [laughter]
- 7:03>> Um let me show you
- 7:05show you a screenshot of the type of
- 7:07stuff that I was sending
- 7:09Andrew.
- 7:10Hold on two seconds here.
- 7:14>> And you I know you were sending from
- 7:16multiple accounts, right? So because
- 7:17like usually Twitter DMs they're quite
- 7:20I would say like packed, right?
- 7:23Uh there are a lot of different stuff
- 7:24and I don't have always time to check
- 7:26them. You were like you know like
- 7:29maximizing your shots by like shooting
- 7:31>> I I I shot my shot from
- 7:34Sorry to interrupt you, bro. I shot my
- 7:36shot from my personal
- 7:39X account and then I went from the goat
- 7:41X account. I was hitting you from both
- 7:43sides. You're Andrew, you're Andrew.
- 7:45Um hold on 2 seconds, let me show you
- 7:47this. Uh it's funny now looking back at
- 7:50it. Let me know if you can see this, uh
- 7:52Andrew.
- 7:52>> Yeah. Yeah, I can.
- 7:55>> Yeah, so this is October uh 12, 2025.
- 7:59And this is the type of stuff that I was
- 8:01sending Andrew. Uh been watching a lot
- 8:03of your scaling videos. You talk about
- 8:05balancing branded channels uh with AI
- 8:10/spam channels. And
- 8:12as you can see, I didn't understand what
- 8:15YTA is and like what this business model
- 8:18is, right? Even from the language that I
- 8:20was using. Uh I need to learn from you,
- 8:22bro. I'm not diversified at the moment.
- 8:24Just have branded. Uh didn't know you
- 8:27took on students. Please, brother. And
- 8:30like this please, brother
- 8:32my wife laughs at me so much for this
- 8:36please, brother cuz like it's like the
- 8:38running joke in uh in our household now.
- 8:40We'll we just go, "Please, brother."
- 8:42>> [laughter]
- 8:43>> Brother, please. Um
- 8:45And then uh this is like the next day.
- 8:47You can't see the the date here.
- 8:49Uh I'm talking about like uh thanks,
- 8:51man. I've already started applying the
- 8:53free stuff you have out there. Like I
- 8:55didn't know about parasite method and
- 8:57I'm currently using it to test out
- 8:59politics channel. Um here's some early
- 9:02results I'm seeing, but I'm smart enough
- 9:04to know that I don't know what I don't
- 9:05know. Um so I knew like uh I'll start
- 9:10sharing.
- 9:10>> [clears throat]
- 9:10>> So as you can see like I didn't
- 9:13understand
- 9:15what YTA is and like what works. And
- 9:20I could have like tried to like, you
- 9:22know, just in the haze of what I thought
- 9:26I understood, tried to do it.
- 9:29I don't think that I'll be where I'm at.
- 9:32Um so having something
- 9:35>> politics channels.
- 9:37>> Oh bro, you can see I didn't know what I
- 9:39was I didn't know what I was doing. You
- 9:42know what I mean?
- 9:42>> Yeah.
- 9:43>> Um
- 9:43>> Yeah, because like you were running only
- 9:45one channel basically for your entire
- 9:46life, right?
- 9:48So, only one channel.
- 9:50>> Or you were running only one channel for
- 9:52your entire life, right? So, you didn't
- 9:54know about anything else.
- 9:56>> Yeah, no, I I I had no idea. Um yeah, so
- 10:00I I I'm not trying to be cool or
- 10:01anything. I was begging. I I I was
- 10:04straight-up begging this man. Um and
- 10:07yeah, it it uh ended up being the best
- 10:10uh the best decision. Look at my cat.
- 10:14>> So, people will think, right? This guy
- 10:17is crazy.
- 10:18So, what you are doing, right? How it's
- 10:22because I think like you are the
- 10:23fastest, right, student in the entire
- 10:26like let's say like history of YouTube
- 10:29automation coaching space who went like
- 10:32with like zero YouTube automation
- 10:33channels to like almost 300,000 per
- 10:37month,
- 10:38right, in revenue with like 95% profit
- 10:41margin, right? Like around that for you.
- 10:44So,
- 10:45like what you're consuming, right? Like
- 10:47what you're really doing.
- 10:49>> It's it's a skill it's a skill issue,
- 10:51it's a knowledge issue, and once you
- 10:53understand
- 10:55um it becomes very repeatable. Um and
- 10:59there's less praying and hoping cuz I I
- 11:01I'm
- 11:02I'm I'm Christian, right? So, even
- 11:06before you accepted me into your
- 11:07program, like I was I I I remember going
- 11:10to church and that was like my prayer
- 11:12for that day was uh please let Andrew
- 11:16like coach me. Um and then when we got
- 11:19on our call together, the first call,
- 11:22Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. When we got on our
- 11:23first call together, um I remember you
- 11:26saying, "Yeah, like it's not it's not
- 11:28about like praying or this or that." And
- 11:30I'm like, "Yeah, yeah, that that's cool
- 11:32That's cool. Um but I'm still going to
- 11:34be praying uh that this thing works." Uh
- 11:37but of course, I still believe in prayer
- 11:39and like all this kind of stuff, but I
- 11:41also
- 11:42understand now that oh, this is
- 11:44repeatable. This is
- 11:46you can just like do this again and
- 11:48again and again when you know
- 11:50what works and what doesn't work.
- 11:55>> Yeah, exactly. So, there is no like
- 11:57luck, right? Like you don't rely on like
- 12:00one lucky channel, one outlier, right?
- 12:03Like so, there's a system that okay,
- 12:06scale, right? Maintaining
- 12:09everything is prognosed, right? So, you
- 12:11don't rely, you know, only on like one
- 12:14even
- 12:16like let's say character, right? When it
- 12:17comes to your AI avatars. You also
- 12:20spread them out, right? Like you test
- 12:22different hypothesis,
- 12:24and just like, you know, you're growing
- 12:26like a network.
- 12:28So, everything is systematized. Of
- 12:31course, there are like ups and downs as
- 12:33in any
- 12:34business and especially online business,
- 12:37but you want to minimize them, which is
- 12:40the most important thing.
- 12:43>> Yeah, 100%. And that test thing is
- 12:46really important cuz like and I think I
- 12:49wrote it a tweet about this is you're
- 12:51not
- 12:53building channels, you're not doing
- 12:55that. You're just running tests, okay?
- 12:57You're not emotional about any of the
- 12:59tests that you're running.
- 13:00Like you have to try to do scientific
- 13:02method with this, right? All the
- 13:05variables are the same, right? So, when
- 13:08we talk about trust channels, we
- 13:10eliminate variables, so we know that our
- 13:12channels are good.
- 13:15Then after that, the test continues to
- 13:18the next phase.
- 13:19And then what comes out of the end are
- 13:21the channels that are, you know, killers
- 13:24and blowing up and like making us money,
- 13:26but in between, there's also channels
- 13:28that fail.
- 13:29Right?
- 13:30>> Exactly.
- 13:30>> But everything is just like, "Okay, now
- 13:33we'll go this step, this step, this
- 13:34step, this step. Okay, now we're
- 13:36printing 2K uh a day.
- 13:38This step, this step, this step. Okay,
- 13:40this failed." And then we just go like
- 13:42that. And the more tests that you're
- 13:43running, the more you're able to
- 13:45recognize opportunities and everything
- 13:48in the market.
- 13:49>> Yeah, exactly. And even for example for
- 13:52you right now, right? So, people don't
- 13:54need to even think that you have like
- 13:56100% success rate with all the channels,
- 13:58right? It's just not impossible to have,
- 14:00right? Even though, right? Like you have
- 14:02some channels monetized, but you know,
- 14:04something can happen with them, right?
- 14:06Like the audience can fatigue, right?
- 14:08Like the audience can even report the
- 14:10videos if there are like misinformation,
- 14:12right? And trust score will go down from
- 14:14that. And also YouTube, you know, like
- 14:16depends on like still it's the market,
- 14:18right? Like we're talking about supply
- 14:19and demand ratio. So, if many
- 14:21competitors pop up, for example like it
- 14:23happened with D D channels, right?
- 14:25YouTube will won't be able to, you know,
- 14:27understand like what the audience what
- 14:30it needs, right? So, like it will be
- 14:32more random. So, it's also important,
- 14:34you know, to choose niches that have a
- 14:36potential of like being a blue ocean.
- 14:40>> Yeah. Yeah. No, 100%.
- 14:42>> That is good. Good, man. So, I'm as you
- 14:45know, I'm sick of the guys who showing
- 14:47your channel hoping on a trend that
- 14:50basically we created, right? And they
- 14:52doing it in order to get attention,
- 14:54right? Clicks or
- 14:56they they're doing like breaking
- 14:57breakdowns, strategies,
- 15:00which doesn't make sense, right? Because
- 15:01they they have never participated in it.
- 15:04They have no idea about it.
- 15:06So, let's go ahead. What's the main
- 15:09channel for you for June 2026?
- 15:13Let's see.
- 15:14>> Yeah. Um
- 15:16Yeah, it's funny. Um let me just
- 15:20Let me crack this open here, and let's
- 15:22just go to some active stuff.
- 15:25>> I see you even making jokes on Twitter
- 15:28with your
- 15:29I'm sure.
- 15:30>> [laughter]
- 15:33>> It's a part of the branding now.
- 15:35>> Yeah, it's part of it. It's part of it.
- 15:39Yeah, it's funny that you mention that
- 15:41because um there is like um you know, a
- 15:44lot of people I see these gurus that are
- 15:48teaching about you know, channels that
- 15:51they haven't built themselves and the
- 15:52problem with that is that you're getting
- 15:55half information, half truths. Uh you're
- 15:57getting hypotheses that haven't been
- 15:59tested and that is very, very dangerous
- 16:03and can get you into a lot of trouble.
- 16:06Um so this is the main channel. Uh this
- 16:11is Elias. You um
- 16:14Yoda. Um and this channel is the one
- 16:18that uh everyone knows about, the
- 16:20channel that went absolutely Uber viral.
- 16:23Um
- 16:25and in the last 28 days we're looking at
- 16:2750 um
- 16:3053k
- 16:32and lifetime, which is literally just
- 16:35like a month and something.
- 16:37Uh we're looking at 82
- 16:40um
- 16:4182
- 16:43k, yeah.
- 16:44>> Yeah.
- 16:45Yeah, you can you can just show like
- 16:47last 90 days. The graph will be like
- 16:49more representative. And can you please
- 16:51go to the settings just to confirm right
- 16:54it's US dollar, so people won't have no
- 16:56like stupid questions.
- 16:58>> Uh yeah, uh currency is USD. You want to
- 17:01switch it to what?
- 17:02Zimbabwean dollars or what?
- 17:04>> [laughter]
- 17:05>> Canadian. Let's say let's say Canadian
- 17:07dollar.
- 17:07>> Okay, CAD.
- 17:10Um there's CAD.
- 17:16Yeah, CAD will be 15.
- 17:18Oh, oh,
- 17:191 115 K. Let's take this back to USD,
- 17:23please.
- 17:24>> Yeah, let's take it back.
- 17:26>> Oh, where are you?
- 17:28I don't really do this.
- 17:30>> the lowest. Yeah, yeah. It's in the
- 17:32middle.
- 17:35Good. So, the first question people
- 17:38might ask, how many videos it took for
- 17:41you to monetize this channel?
- 17:44>> Okay.
- 17:45Um let's just
- 17:48Can I see the
- 17:50I don't know. Sorry.
- 17:52Uh
- 17:53don't show that part about what network
- 17:55I'm in.
- 17:56>> Um yeah, let's go back.
- 17:57>> Because it's 90 days.
- 18:00Um so
- 18:04We got monetized after around
- 18:08uh
- 18:09When did this get monetized?
- 18:12How do I look at that, bro?
- 18:13>> You can just select the dates, right?
- 18:16Let's say it's only
- 18:17>> Oh, according to the money.
- 18:18>> Yeah, and you can select
- 18:21Yeah, you can select only May because
- 18:22that's where the channel gets started.
- 18:24So, we will you know, it's yeah, May at
- 18:27the at the end. Okay.
- 18:30Yeah, and you can go to views just to
- 18:32see the first
- 18:34traction.
- 18:35>> Yeah.
- 18:36So
- 18:37>> Yeah, so first of all, we made sure that
- 18:38the trust score is good, right?
- 18:40According to
- 18:42SOPs, right? That's what we're doing.
- 18:45And
- 18:46you started to post.
- 18:48The first video, it gets
- 18:50views, right? All of you.
- 18:53And then basically
- 18:55after as usually like
- 18:581 week, 2 weeks,
- 18:59right? Before the channel started to get
- 19:02like explosive traction.
- 19:04>> Yeah.
- 19:05Yeah.
- 19:07Um and in here, during this entire time,
- 19:11um
- 19:12when you
- 19:14have good strategy and you know what's
- 19:15happening, you eliminated all the
- 19:17variables, when you're in this phase
- 19:19right here,
- 19:20like you're not scared, you're not
- 19:22you're not you just like you're just
- 19:23doing
- 19:24like a robot. Yeah, just keep posting,
- 19:27just keep posting, just keep posting.
- 19:29Um, and then eventually, boom, starts
- 19:30taking off.
- 19:32Um, and then from there it just goes
- 19:34insane.
- 19:36>> That's good. That's good. Cuz what's the
- 19:39most popular video in terms of views,
- 19:42how much it brought in terms of revenue?
- 19:46>> Um, well, the the most popular video,
- 19:50um,
- 19:51probably wouldn't be indicative of
- 19:54of, uh,
- 19:56revenue-wise, cuz some of those videos,
- 19:59um, when the channel was blowing up, we
- 20:00couldn't apply for monetization yet.
- 20:03Um,
- 20:05but, uh,
- 20:06what was the thought the channel?
- 20:10Um, yeah, this one is the most popular
- 20:12video.
- 20:13Uh, kill every mosquito the Amish way.
- 20:17>> Yeah. And let's let's make a funny test.
- 20:19Can you select the title right
- 20:22completely?
- 20:25You can open the video. Yeah.
- 20:29And can you put this title into YouTube
- 20:31search?
- 20:38Okay. So, we have like
- 20:40We have the
- 20:42this guy.
- 20:44So, tell us tell the people the
- 20:45strategy.
- 20:47Is it like the parasite methods you were
- 20:49showing like 5 minutes ago?
- 20:53>> Uh, yeah, so this is a parasite, um,
- 20:57method,
- 20:58um,
- 20:59which, of course, remember from the, uh,
- 21:02messages that I sent you, I didn't know
- 21:04what was happening. I was just, "Please
- 21:06teach me a I heard about this parent I
- 21:08heard but now you're starting to see
- 21:11parts of that.
- 21:12So this is
- 21:15a very awesome guy
- 21:17uh
- 21:17who
- 21:18does really dope content and Elias was
- 21:22just taking
- 21:23borrowing inspiration from him. And
- 21:27as you can see packaging title
- 21:30very very similar.
- 21:32Some might some might even say
- 21:33identical. Um
- 21:36>> Uh yeah.
- 21:36>> And as you can see so that's that's part
- 21:39of that.
- 21:41>> [laughter]
- 21:43>> Uh but this guy is actually really
- 21:44really cool.
- 21:45Um
- 21:46>> Okay.
- 21:47>> Yeah.
- 21:48>> So it's basically okay.
- 21:50>> really really cool.
- 21:52>> It's not even parasite method right what
- 21:54we and I was talking about right in
- 21:57these messages. It's more about is if
- 21:59you remember right I have the video in
- 22:01my SOPs right
- 22:04so it's more about topic transfer
- 22:06techniques right and it's about making
- 22:09you know the ideas right when it comes
- 22:11to ideation and repackaging the channels
- 22:14when they have like a face video right
- 22:17not faceless channels. You're talking
- 22:19and you're validating the demand on
- 22:21videos with face right because if you
- 22:24even Google like on YouTube you search
- 22:27like Amish people
- 22:29you will find there are like different
- 22:31Amish videos like 5 years ago right
- 22:35Can you do it please if you just type
- 22:37only Amish and you let's say like sort
- 22:39by popularity.
- 22:50Yeah you can see like 2 years ago all of
- 22:51you right we we see like the video like
- 22:53almost 9 million views right there are
- 22:55like 2 years ago the Amish explained
- 22:59So that's what people should do when
- 23:01they are thinking about you know, like a
- 23:02new angle, right? Like new approach,
- 23:06they need to validate on YouTube and to
- 23:08see if people are even interested about
- 23:11it cuz there are some smaller
- 23:13communities, right? Not Amish.
- 23:15But people don't really, you know, like
- 23:17care about them. They don't want to see
- 23:19like the life hacks, the, you know, like
- 23:23any different, you know, like when it
- 23:25comes to life. Another one. Another one.
- 23:29So you
- 23:30>> Oh, another one. He found another one in
- 23:32the in the wild here.
- 23:34>> [laughter]
- 23:36>> That's good. So, yeah, that's very
- 23:38important, right? Like when you are
- 23:40want to just repackage, let's say a
- 23:43faced channel, right? With a like a
- 23:45spoke person with a like a talking head,
- 23:48you need to see, right? Like what you're
- 23:51going to repackage it to. So, that's
- 23:53very approach very good approach to
- 23:54ideation.
- 23:57>> Yeah. Yeah. Um it's like just like, you
- 24:01know, outlier hunting.
- 24:03Um
- 24:04and like
- 24:07when you're make when we're making that
- 24:08hypothesis, we're making the hypothesis
- 24:11on things that have worked in the past.
- 24:14And then when we're testing it, if it
- 24:17works, then we understand that our test
- 24:20passed, but it if it failed, we know
- 24:23that we ran good tests.
- 24:24Right? It's not like um I'm just like,
- 24:27"Oh, okay. Um
- 24:30Uh let me see here. Grandma's. What are
- 24:34grandma's like doing? Knitting. Okay,
- 24:37let me do a channel on that." No, like
- 24:39we're doing things that we know have
- 24:42worked in the past. Um and we're using
- 24:45data to inform our decisions.
- 24:48>> Yeah, so basically like the most
- 24:50important is the ideation, right? Like
- 24:51how you found this angle. RPM is juicy,
- 24:55by the way, right? So, people can see it
- 24:57even in like June, July,
- 24:59it's pretty good, right? According to
- 25:02okay, like World Cup that is happening,
- 25:04right? According to many people like
- 25:07left their homes because like they are
- 25:09traveling right now, right? So, people
- 25:12really don't
- 25:13care about YouTube videos as much as
- 25:16they do, let's say, during like winter
- 25:17time.
- 25:20>> Yeah. Yeah. RPM is $10.
- 25:25Good.
- 25:26>> And can you show like a few more
- 25:27channels so people can understand like
- 25:30the idea of scaling using collaborations
- 25:34and growing the whole network, you know,
- 25:37properly without, you know, because like
- 25:39after the Amish channel, right? You
- 25:40didn't start
- 25:42I don't know, like a
- 25:45let's say like a political channels and
- 25:47collaborated with it,
- 25:49right? So, you used collab feature
- 25:52for which channel after this one? So,
- 25:55what was the second one?
- 25:58>> Yeah.
- 25:59>> Good. Good. And can you also go to the
- 26:02start date, let's say, like last 90 days
- 26:05or or May, right? So, people can see
- 26:07like where it got started.
- 26:10>> Yeah.
- 26:11Um
- 26:13Yeah, so
- 26:15after Elias, the next step was, of
- 26:18course, we needed to uh scale. So,
- 26:23then we went and created Elias's wife,
- 26:26Esther. Um
- 26:28she's uh
- 26:29she's a very, very gentle soul. Um uh
- 26:33very beautiful woman here. Um so, let's
- 26:35go to 90 days, you said you wanted to
- 26:37see.
- 26:39So, um that's where we started using the
- 26:43collab feature. Um
- 26:45>> [clears throat]
- 26:45>> with uh
- 26:47Elias collabing with his wife
- 26:50um making
- 26:53these types of videos. And of course,
- 26:55the collab feature is something that us
- 26:58people in YouTube automation, like they
- 27:00they made this for like brands and um
- 27:03or you know, like for branded Sorry,
- 27:06they made this for brands. They made
- 27:09this for
- 27:11um
- 27:12regular YouTube. But us people in YTA,
- 27:16we can actually leverage this like crazy
- 27:19to scale whole
- 27:21uh horizontally.
- 27:23Um
- 27:24So, as you can see here, uh then there
- 27:27was Esther.
- 27:28Um after that
- 27:30uh we went and did this one is
- 27:35Sorry.
- 27:37This one is
- 27:40>> More niche down,
- 27:41>> Amish cooking.
- 27:43>> Only only about the cooking and recipes.
- 27:45>> Yeah. This one was Amish cooking. Um
- 27:49and then from we also did
- 27:52um
- 27:53which one is this one? Amish Amish Amish
- 27:56gardening.
- 27:57Um
- 27:59which uh this is where we started um the
- 28:02the main video on this went uber viral,
- 28:06bro. It went nuts. It's this video right
- 28:08here um
- 28:11about watermelons.
- 28:13Almost 4 million views.
- 28:15Um
- 28:18And then
- 28:19>> you know, like people even can take a
- 28:21look and see like why the thumbnail on
- 28:23that video is so ugly.
- 28:26But people need to understand that it
- 28:27looks native, right? Like for old
- 28:30people, you don't really need like a
- 28:31crazy, you know, like shiny text, you
- 28:36know, like highlights,
- 28:38uh headlines, right? Objects. So, old
- 28:41people, you know, they can click even on
- 28:44these type of videos because it looks
- 28:45native, right? It looks like it's
- 28:47exactly
- 28:49this guy is, you know, showing something
- 28:52and talking about, you know, like
- 28:54watermelon thing.
- 28:57>> Yeah, you're not you're not making these
- 28:59thumbnails for yourself. You're making
- 29:00these thumbnails for the audience. The
- 29:03end user that's actually going to view
- 29:05the video.
- 29:07>> Exactly. As I like to say, and I also
- 29:09like it's a marketing term, like you are
- 29:11not your target audience, right? If you
- 29:14don't think you will click it, it
- 29:16doesn't matter. Like you people won't
- 29:20like it, right? It's it it's not that if
- 29:23you don't like it, other people in the
- 29:25same target audience won't like it,
- 29:27right? So, if you prepare content for
- 29:29them,
- 29:30it's, you know, we just need to
- 29:32understand their mindset a little bit.
- 29:35You I need to understand what
- 29:37already videos they are watching, right?
- 29:39They're clicking because
- 29:41of course it's very easy for, like, us,
- 29:44like, young and middle-aged guys to
- 29:46create content we are passionate about.
- 29:48Let's say, for you it was basketball
- 29:51channel you started with. For me it was
- 29:53a football channel, right? Like, soccer
- 29:55channel I started with.
- 29:57The triggers were pretty
- 30:00uh obvious, right? That the
- 30:02ideation was very clear.
- 30:05But the problem is that exactly, you
- 30:07know, like, young and middle-aged guys
- 30:09start YouTube channels, right? I think
- 30:11we discussed that in the previous video
- 30:13with you. So, since like the
- 30:16supply is growing and growing, but
- 30:18demand stays the same, right? Like, you
- 30:20can't really uh grow big channels in
- 30:24basketball, right? With classic approach
- 30:26of YouTube automation or football,
- 30:28right? So, these niches they are not
- 30:31interesting
- 30:32because also young audience competition
- 30:35and low purchasing ability, right?
- 30:37Right? So, what's what's the beauty
- 30:40about niches for old people is that they
- 30:43buy
- 30:44and they can, you know, follow funnels
- 30:47apart of just, you know,
- 30:49watching videos, so they can be
- 30:53converted to something else.
- 30:56And let's talk about this something
- 30:58else. What this is for you.
- 31:01>> Yeah, so
- 31:03yeah, the old audience, they they they
- 31:06buy, man. They buy and when they buy,
- 31:08they buy with
- 31:10passion and with fury. And um so
- 31:15basically we have a funnel
- 31:18where from the videos um
- 31:21we sort of like plug our ebooks. Um
- 31:25you saw David uh doing this in one of
- 31:29the previous videos on Wiz's channel.
- 31:32Um
- 31:32>> Yeah, yeah, if people maybe remember
- 31:34with Ranga, we had the first video in
- 31:37January, right? Like a live coaching
- 31:39call where I told him, right? And we
- 31:41discussed like how he's going to make
- 31:43100k. But you can see like he's a little
- 31:45bit
- 31:46out-scaled it out-scaled his number. And
- 31:50yeah, I outlined on the call, right?
- 31:53Like the importancy of boomer audience
- 31:56purchasing ability, right? And I
- 31:58outlined like multiple ways to
- 32:01make extra revenue from them because
- 32:03like AdSense is only like a part of the
- 32:05revenue, right? But
- 32:07tell the people why you didn't execute
- 32:10immediately after
- 32:11that call
- 32:13on all the advice. Because you could
- 32:15have you could have like six figures a
- 32:16month
- 32:18um earlier, right? In June.
- 32:21>> Yeah.
- 32:22>> So why why it took some time to find
- 32:23your perfect holy grail?
- 32:27>> Um so
- 32:29in the previous video
- 32:32um
- 32:33we didn't really show what the channels
- 32:36were that I was doing, but I was doing
- 32:39AI avatar channels back then. I was
- 32:41already experimenting with these. Um
- 32:45but uh
- 32:46immediately after the call, when I had
- 32:49seen, cuz we made 45k in that month, and
- 32:52I'd seen what was possible,
- 32:54>> Yeah. And let's pinpoint, right? Like
- 32:56why exactly
- 32:58the face, right? And let's say products,
- 33:02right? Like
- 33:03becoming very popular.
- 33:05It's not something that is completely
- 33:08new, right? It was, you know, always
- 33:12there on YouTube, right? On other
- 33:14platforms. So, there is no novelty to
- 33:17the that, but it's very important to
- 33:19pinpoint the marketing aspect and the
- 33:22trust building element there, because
- 33:25when it's just a faceless channel,
- 33:27it can't build like really stable bridge
- 33:30between the video and the audience.
- 33:33But when you adding AI avatar, right?
- 33:36Let's say, we call it only avatar,
- 33:39right? Like cuz all people they really
- 33:41don't care it's AI or real, right? Of
- 33:45course, like, you know, with Amish
- 33:47channels,
- 33:49uh there is no like scam, right? The
- 33:51audience, like, it's not being scammed
- 33:53scammed is literally some genuine
- 33:55advice, right? Like not always, not like
- 33:58very precise, but still, you know,
- 34:00people can take something. So, it's also
- 34:02like educational element to that,
- 34:04right? And at the same time,
- 34:06when people like having this, let's say,
- 34:08like a personal connection between like
- 34:11a
- 34:12avatar in the video
- 34:14and products that they can potentially
- 34:17go
- 34:18to, right? And have like more clarity
- 34:21about gardening, about like home
- 34:24appliance, about cooking, whatever,
- 34:27right? So, it's exactly like taking this
- 34:30idea
- 34:31of building more trust with your people.
- 34:35It can be done with AI avatar as well,
- 34:38but mainly for elder audience, right?
- 34:40For boomers, because of course, you
- 34:42know, but nowadays also I sometimes can
- 34:45distinguish it's AI avatar or real real
- 34:47human.
- 34:48>> Yeah, like the technology is getting so
- 34:50good
- 34:51um
- 34:52that it's it's it's honestly crazy
- 34:54what's possible. So, let's
- 34:57uh just take a look at
- 35:00um
- 35:01>> And it's also important to be a point
- 35:02that's exactly
- 35:04like why these new gaps in the market
- 35:07pop up because of also technologies
- 35:10breakdowns, right? I think we discussed
- 35:12it
- 35:13not in the video with you, but I think I
- 35:15have it on YouTube, right? When I say
- 35:17like new technology I think it's even
- 35:19with you, right? On that live call. So,
- 35:21when I was talking about yeah, like new
- 35:23technologies pop up and it will open
- 35:26like new niches, new gaps in the market,
- 35:28right? And after that, it will open
- 35:31something else such as, you know, like
- 35:33additional monetization sources. So,
- 35:35basically, the technology progress of AI
- 35:39avatar, right?
- 35:41Like let's say like image to video, it
- 35:44opened doors
- 35:46to rooms with other doors.
- 35:50Let me know if it makes sense.
- 35:52>> Yeah. Yeah, no. Um
- 35:55it is it's it's
- 35:58what's possible guys is crazy. What's
- 36:02possible is crazy. And uh as you can see
- 36:05here, uh this is so ever since I posted
- 36:09my first like Gumroad um screenshots
- 36:13>> [laughter]
- 36:13>> the gurus um on
- 36:17uh X who
- 36:19had never posted Gumroad screenshots
- 36:22ever on their timeline and all of a
- 36:24sudden um
- 36:26they became Gumroad uh experts. So, it's
- 36:28kind of uh hilarious.
- 36:30But,
- 36:31>> affiliates, yeah.
- 36:32>> Yeah, yeah,
- 36:34um, yeah, so the funnel like and this
- 36:38isn't new for a lot of people that saw
- 36:41David's video, but
- 36:44uh, we're selling an ebook
- 36:47and the ebook for us we're not we're
- 36:49just selling one for the Amish
- 36:52kind of community and we're funneling
- 36:55from all channels going to
- 36:58this this ebook and as you can see
- 37:02revenue 160k.
- 37:05Um, and then like YouTube you don't
- 37:07really
- 37:09change I don't know if you change
- 37:12revenue like a currency here [snorts]
- 37:15on Gumroad.
- 37:17Um, we made 24
- 37:20>> It
- 37:22it doesn't matter, right? It's like
- 37:23>> Yeah.
- 37:24>> We need to yeah, just show more like the
- 37:26aspect of okay,
- 37:28how much you made for like last 30 days
- 37:32and how much you made today.
- 37:34>> Yeah, so
- 37:35>> Because still people won't believe,
- 37:37right? Like it's even possible to sell
- 37:41an ebook
- 37:43that was generated with AI
- 37:45on a AI channel.
- 37:48>> Yeah.
- 37:49Um,
- 37:50>> [laughter]
- 37:51>> it's it's it's hard to believe until
- 37:54you're on the other side and you're
- 37:56seeing the numbers and you're seeing the
- 37:57sales coming in. We're
- 38:00early on in the day
- 38:02and we've made
- 38:04just $600 right now.
- 38:07In the last 7 days we've made 24,000
- 38:12and in the last 30 days we've made
- 38:15almost 140
- 38:17k
- 38:18just selling this ebook.
- 38:20And the nice thing about this is
- 38:23um, when I was doing
- 38:25branded channels and you know, I was
- 38:26doing the basketball channel, you'd get
- 38:28like sponsors like DraftKings et cetera.
- 38:32And they're demanding a 60-second ad
- 38:35read. Um, and with our channels when
- 38:41we're doing this in YTA, we don't have
- 38:43to do that. You don't have to be talking
- 38:44about the product for 60 minutes. Let me
- 38:46show you
- 38:48um, how Elias plugs uh
- 38:51the
- 38:52the book.
- 38:56>> So, let's try.
- 38:58>> While we're recording the video, team is
- 39:00uploading, channels are being run.
- 39:03So, everything is
- 39:04>> course. Of course. Um, yeah, there's a a
- 39:08a team that's working in the background
- 39:10to make sure that uh this is going. So,
- 39:13let's uh say
- 39:15I guess this is late one of the latest
- 39:17videos.
- 39:18>> things got lost. Before I go on, let me
- 39:21say one thing and then I will not say it
- 39:23again.
- 39:24I have gathered all of this, the
- 39:25cleaning and the seasoning and the
- 39:27keeping into a book over at
- 39:29eliasyoder.com.
- 39:31The book is the long version, everything
- 39:33written down plain so you can keep it in
- 39:35the kitchen drawer.
- 39:37If you want it, it is there. That is
- 39:39all.
- 39:40Now, let us get
- 39:41>> So, it's fully native, right? Like it's
- 39:44as the part of the video.
- 39:46>> Yeah. Um, it's not like you're like
- 39:49heavy selling. Um, the people that are
- 39:52coming, they've already decided that
- 39:54they um, want this product.
- 39:57Um,
- 39:58and that's the nice thing about not
- 40:00having to deal with like sponsors. You
- 40:02don't have to hard sell. Um, they they
- 40:05they're there and they want it and
- 40:06they'll get it.
- 40:08>> Exactly. And it's also scalable. So, you
- 40:10don't need to reach out to like 10
- 40:12sponsors, right? Like maximizing the
- 40:14like CPM metrics for the contracts of
- 40:17sponsorships, you can just start more
- 40:19channels and just lead them to one
- 40:22landing page. And people will see it,
- 40:25right? And
- 40:26I I would say like somebody won't even
- 40:28understand
- 40:30why they buy it, right? I mean
- 40:35Of course, like it's like the sales
- 40:36coming mainly from United States,
- 40:38Canada, right? So boomers with, you
- 40:42know, like money, I would say, right?
- 40:44Like they're definitely not broke. And
- 40:46also it costs like not a lot, right? And
- 40:50you you call it like a saving manual. So
- 40:53people will understand, okay, if they
- 40:54invest even like a little bit of, you
- 40:56know, like let's say like a few cups of
- 40:58coffee, right? They're going to save
- 41:00more money. And what about the
- 41:04reviews? What's their feedback? Have you
- 41:07have like many negative,
- 41:10you know, like reviews or bad feedback
- 41:13on about your ebook?
- 41:14>> Uh so here's the
- 41:16um the actual sales page. And as you can
- 41:20see down here, our reviews uh
- 41:23we have five-star reviews. Uh 87
- 41:26ratings. Now, this isn't um
- 41:30actually
- 41:32like accurate. So the way that Gumroad
- 41:34works is that when you
- 41:39um when someone leaves a review, right?
- 41:42Let's say we get a one-star.
- 41:44If I refund that person
- 41:47uh their money, the one-star goes away.
- 41:50Um
- 41:52I I'm very generous with the refunds. So
- 41:56if someone
- 41:57offers us like a bad review, like a you
- 42:00know, two-star or one-star, um I just
- 42:03refund them cuz they're not satisfied
- 42:05with the product. Um
- 42:07but uh
- 42:10yeah, so I don't like I'm
- 42:12I'm not trying to like, you know,
- 42:14take their money if they don't like the
- 42:16product then I just would
- 42:17give it back to them.
- 42:19>> Yeah.
- 42:20That's that's important way to building,
- 42:22you know, even more trust with your
- 42:24audience because we're not trying to
- 42:26mislead people or we're not trying to,
- 42:29you know, like just sell something in
- 42:31order to sell, right? No, it's
- 42:32definitely not a good way of running a,
- 42:35you know, like stable business because
- 42:37they can go to, you know, like even
- 42:39YouTube, report your videos, right? They
- 42:42can, you know, be bombarding in the
- 42:43comments that this is a scam. So, and
- 42:46unfortunately, you know, people like
- 42:48this exist, right? When they buy
- 42:50something and they don't understand it's
- 42:52just like a manual, right? Like a
- 42:55a good structured information
- 42:58that costs, you know, like as I
- 43:00mentioned like a few cups of coffee
- 43:02basically, right? Of course, more just,
- 43:04you know, for people to understand that
- 43:06it's like very very cheap and they're
- 43:09definitely, you know, getting
- 43:12you know, important and structured
- 43:14information in that PDF, right? That can
- 43:18be already applied, right? So, it's
- 43:20actionable.
- 43:22And they can literally save money.
- 43:25Yeah, and one thing that you could do as
- 43:27well is
- 43:29so a lot of the old older people
- 43:32they're not good with computers and so
- 43:34when they're buying the ebook they
- 43:35believe that they're buying a book.
- 43:38So, if what you could do is you could
- 43:40also just put the book up on
- 43:45like Amazon KD is it KDP or KDI like
- 43:49where you can just like, you know,
- 43:51sell ebooks and stuff.
- 43:54You can just put it up there and then if
- 43:57someone wants an actual physical copy of
- 43:59the book, you just
- 44:02send it to them on the back end of your
- 44:05um
- 44:06of Amazon. So, you could also do that so
- 44:09that instead of, you know, refunding the
- 44:12full amount,
- 44:14uh you're may only paying for shipping
- 44:17costs
- 44:19back to them and you pocket the rest of
- 44:21it.
- 44:21>> Yeah, or or you can just also like
- 44:23specify it on the website, right? It's
- 44:25like it's ebook and they can pay a
- 44:27little bit extra for shipping to get
- 44:30like an actual book. Which which is easy
- 44:33to make, right? There are a lot of like
- 44:35agencies and like contractors who can
- 44:38print the book, right? Because still
- 44:40it's not going to cost a lot of money
- 44:42considering the revenue you get from it.
- 44:45So,
- 44:46especially, right? Like if you want to
- 44:48grow as I mentioned like a stable,
- 44:51right? Business that can, you know, be
- 44:53even sold, right? Because nowadays you
- 44:56have equity, right? A part of YouTube
- 44:59channels.
- 45:00It's connected to e-commerce, right? So,
- 45:03it's kind of a brand,
- 45:05right? That you're building with your AI
- 45:07avatar. So,
- 45:09is it the future of the whole marketing
- 45:12of YouTube automation, right? Of the
- 45:15whole, let's say like internet business
- 45:17to where you if you want to make, you
- 45:19know, like revenue, stable revenue,
- 45:22grow, is it the future to use traffic
- 45:25sources such as YouTube?
- 45:27>> Um I don't know if it's the future or
- 45:30not, but the whole idea of diversifying
- 45:33your revenue sources
- 45:35is the future.
- 45:36Um because
- 45:39for example, like some of these
- 45:41uh as you can see, I think if I'm
- 45:44I think the ebook made more revenue than
- 45:47um
- 45:48all of the YouTube channels AdRev
- 45:51combined
- 45:52in the month of June. You know what I
- 45:54mean? So,
- 45:55>> so. It's No, I don't think so. I think
- 45:57the channels made
- 45:59quite a little bit more, I would say,
- 46:01but it's it's close to 50/50.
- 46:03>> Yeah, hold on. Let me let me check here.
- 46:06>> Yeah, no, no, no. YouTube AdSense was
- 46:11uh 9K more.
- 46:12Yeah.
- 46:13Yeah.
- 46:15You're right.
- 46:15>> The main thing what we discussed, right,
- 46:18is the importance of having like some
- 46:21trust with audience you sell to, right?
- 46:24And that will allow you to build more
- 46:27stable, evergreen, let's say, business.
- 46:29And also
- 46:31what your thoughts are on the working
- 46:33with the audience
- 46:34more, right? Because still you have how
- 46:36many sales? Like around 3K, right? 3K of
- 46:41people, 3,000 people
- 46:43you know, like voted with their dollar
- 46:46and bought something from you. And let's
- 46:49say the majority are satisfied.
- 46:52So,
- 46:53it's very important to work with the
- 46:54audience more and more and do
- 46:58cross-sells, upsells, right, and
- 47:00monetizing them more and more because
- 47:02you have like 3,000 people who are very
- 47:07let's say, like,
- 47:09credible and they already bought
- 47:12something and you all also know, right,
- 47:14they are going probably to buy something
- 47:17else. So, what your thoughts about that
- 47:19as well?
- 47:20>> Yeah, um figuring out other products to
- 47:25sell to them. Um I mean, the we have
- 47:28their emails now, right? So, we can go
- 47:30direct customer. Um when we have added
- 47:34value. Um
- 47:36and [clears throat] they they
- 47:38See, this audience, they open their
- 47:40emails.
- 47:41You know, they are excited and it's not
- 47:44like, "Ew, what's that email? Like, what
- 47:46is that? Is that like MySpace or
- 47:48something?" Like, it's not it's not um
- 47:50they're very reliable um customers. And
- 47:56yeah, yeah. it's uh
- 47:59it's fantastic
- 48:01because you always preach about this
- 48:04audience, right? Like the older um
- 48:07audience. And
- 48:10for me, understanding that you really
- 48:14want to target this audience base, and
- 48:16also evergreen.
- 48:18Right? Evergreen stuff where like
- 48:21for days and months uh for weeks and
- 48:25months
- 48:26they
- 48:28uh you're just like printing from the
- 48:30work that you did like 2 months ago, you
- 48:32know?
- 48:33Um
- 48:34that's evergreen.
- 48:36>> for example, YouTube, right? Like
- 48:37something will happen with your all your
- 48:39channels, you still have the email list
- 48:43of people who can afford something
- 48:46online who already bought something. So,
- 48:49it's just a literal gold mine, right?
- 48:51Like you can do email marketing, you can
- 48:53sell it to the lead agencies, right? You
- 48:56can do like affiliate marketing also
- 48:58from that audience because
- 49:00you know, they are not broke people,
- 49:02right? Like they have you know, some
- 49:04funds. They're trying to, you know, make
- 49:07their life better or like more
- 49:09affordable with like Amish Save Savings
- 49:11Manual. So, absolutely it's it's very
- 49:15important to not only build, you know,
- 49:17new channels and just maximizing revenue
- 49:19on that sense than revenue with ebooks,
- 49:22but working with your audience, right?
- 49:24And even hiring, let's say, a marketing
- 49:27manager in order to, you know, take care
- 49:30about it.
- 49:32>> Yeah. Yeah. Um the other thing is like
- 49:36uh
- 49:38this works even with So, this is more
- 49:41educational content, right? And that's
- 49:45really what allows you to be able to
- 49:47sell
- 49:48um to them. Um but this also works for I
- 49:53want to show you another channel that we
- 49:55have. This one is making content like
- 50:01Uh, this rodent was wiped out
- 50:05um, across Europe, blah, blah, blah. So,
- 50:07kind of like does this even count as a
- 50:10discovery?
- 50:12>> Yeah, it's more like a discovery. So,
- 50:14sales with it and conversion is much
- 50:17less than with educational advice.
- 50:20>> Yeah.
- 50:21Much less. And then for a channel like
- 50:23this, you're relying a lot more on like,
- 50:26you know, ad rev.
- 50:27>> Yeah, so nowadays, right, it's the same
- 50:29as I mentioned in the video with David,
- 50:31the niche selection and decision-making
- 50:34part nowadays, it's not only about,
- 50:37right, how if you want to scale, of
- 50:39course, and you want to achieve like six
- 50:41figures
- 50:42revenue per month, like you need to look
- 50:44at additional monetization
- 50:46opportunities, right? It shouldn't be
- 50:48just like money printer with AdSense,
- 50:51like storytelling channels, right? I
- 50:53mean, they are good. RPM on them is
- 50:55good. They were, of course, much more
- 50:58chill last year, right? Nowadays, they
- 51:00are more risky. Um,
- 51:03so yeah, like when it comes to just
- 51:05storytelling, factual things, right?
- 51:07Like history,
- 51:08it's hard to
- 51:10have this like bridge as I was talking
- 51:13about earlier in this video, right? The
- 51:15bridge that allows people to
- 51:17let's say
- 51:19know more about you, right? About your
- 51:21brand, get more value, so niche research
- 51:25should come also and
- 51:28be be driven, right, by the things you
- 51:31can possibly offer to your audience
- 51:34nowadays, especially with AI avatar,
- 51:36right? Because you're building this
- 51:37trust not just to, you know,
- 51:41uh, make only revenue from AdSense and
- 51:44just lose so much money on the, you
- 51:46know, like and leave so much so much
- 51:49money on the table.
- 51:51>> Yeah. Yeah. No, 100% bro. Um I want to
- 51:55show you this video
- 51:57from our last video that we had.
- 52:01Um
- 52:03Let me share my entire screen here.
- 52:06This was us at the end of that call.
- 52:10Um talking about
- 52:13uh when we would have another call
- 52:15again.
- 52:17>> Let's do it and I will see you in
- 52:19another video when we going to hit 100k
- 52:21per month.
- 52:23>> Bro.
- 52:24Two two two months tops.
- 52:27>> [laughter]
- 52:29>> Um that was that was that um that video.
- 52:34Of course, it wasn't two months
- 52:37and it ended up being four months.
- 52:39And looking back at that
- 52:41um clip, I kind of cringe because I was
- 52:44kind of like I was proud, you know what
- 52:47I mean?
- 52:48Um but business sort of humbled you.
- 52:51And like it makes you a better person
- 52:54uh when you just
- 52:56Now it's like, okay, we we reached this
- 53:00milestone.
- 53:01Like
- 53:03I don't feel
- 53:04this way or that way about it. It's
- 53:06just, okay, so we've done this and then
- 53:08we'll move on. It's not anymore like,
- 53:12you know, the first time you hit it,
- 53:13it's oh my goodness, this is great. And
- 53:15now it's just like, you know, it is what
- 53:16it is. Let's go let's move on to the
- 53:19next thing. So, yeah. Yeah, thank you so
- 53:22much, man.
- 53:24>> Yeah. No worries. And also I did like
- 53:28before this call, I showed you the way
- 53:31how to reach like seven figures per
- 53:33month in revenue, right? So, what you
- 53:35can tell people about it? Is it seems
- 53:37possible to you?
- 53:39>> Uh
- 53:41Yeah. Yeah. It's It's It's
- 53:45It's insane like your knowledge of this
- 53:48game
- 53:50is It blows my mind. It blows my mind.
- 53:52I've already learned from you and you
- 53:54keep blowing my mind to like what's
- 53:57possible. Because like these numbers,
- 53:59they look impressive. You're just The
- 54:02thing is you're just humble. You're a
- 54:04humble guy.
- 54:05But these numbers, they look impressive
- 54:08to like, you know, little fish like us.
- 54:11But what's really possible is absolutely
- 54:13mind-boggling and insane. So, yeah. Uh
- 54:17we're going to be taking action on that
- 54:19plan and uh yeah.
- 54:22>> Absolutely. It's good, man. Like I
- 54:25The main thing I like about your
- 54:27mentality is just like you always
- 54:29want to learn, right? So, you never
- 54:31stop. Even though, right? Like you can
- 54:34be like a little bit chill when you make
- 54:35like
- 54:36money, right? Especially the first money
- 54:38as you mentioned with YouTube ads
- 54:39monetization like 40 45k, right? So, you
- 54:43can chill a little bit, but then you're
- 54:45like hungry. You go for more. You want
- 54:48more, right? But tell me like why you
- 54:51need the, you know, like bigger revenue?
- 54:55Why you want to achieve like seven
- 54:57figures per month, right? Even in
- 54:58revenue, not profit. So, why you going
- 55:01for it? So, why you don't just, you
- 55:03know,
- 55:04make things um
- 55:06more chill, right? Automate more
- 55:08channels and enjoy your life.
- 55:11Why you
- 55:13you know, like you are more like you are
- 55:15like the game. You like the game or you
- 55:18just need exact money on your bank
- 55:20account. So, why why you need it?
- 55:24>> Um you know, when you're when you're
- 55:26young, I'm I'm 30,
- 55:28right? When you're young, you're
- 55:30thinking about, you know, I just want to
- 55:32be rich
- 55:34um so I can pull chicks and like drive
- 55:37good cars or whatever. But then as you
- 55:39get older, it becomes it's not about
- 55:42that anymore. It's about like
- 55:45trying to build generational wealth for
- 55:47my you know, for my family.
- 55:50Um we don't have kids yet, me and my
- 55:51wife. Um
- 55:52hopefully soon.
- 55:54Uh but I don't want my kids to grow up
- 55:56the way that I grew up. You know what I
- 55:58mean? Like cuz we were
- 56:00very very poor uh coming from Africa,
- 56:03Zimbabwe.
- 56:05And now being in a position where
- 56:09I have a chance to help
- 56:12my family to get out of that, it's like
- 56:15there's no stopping. There's no
- 56:17stopping. I was telling you about my
- 56:18aunt, right? That has uh stage four
- 56:22cancer. Um
- 56:24because of this business, I was able to
- 56:27you know, fly when I was telling you
- 56:28that I'm flying to my aunt,
- 56:31um
- 56:31take her and put her into
- 56:34um a nice space for her to be super
- 56:37comfortable. Told my mom, "Mom, stop
- 56:40working so that you can be with um your
- 56:43sister, right? Cuz we don't know if
- 56:44these are going to be her last days."
- 56:47And
- 56:48those type of things wouldn't be
- 56:50possible without
- 56:53you know, the business that we're
- 56:55building. So it's not like I don't care
- 56:57about cars. I don't like I drive a
- 56:59Hyundai
- 57:01Elantra. Yeah. Hyundai Elantra. Um it's
- 57:05actually broken.
- 57:06It's out there. So right now I'm driving
- 57:08my my wife's
- 57:09um
- 57:10RAV4. And it's not about, you know,
- 57:14trinkets and this and that. Like I'm
- 57:16really trying to
- 57:19pull an entire
- 57:21um
- 57:23what do you call it?
- 57:24An entire genealogy out of poverty,
- 57:27okay? So it's more than just uh
- 57:30into surface stuff.
- 57:32>> Yeah. And would you say that exactly
- 57:34this thing distinguishes young people,
- 57:36right, who are only chasing like
- 57:39short-term revenue in order to spend on
- 57:41clubs, on like renting Lambo, right, or
- 57:45like one most what they want, like a
- 57:48Rolex, right? So, these goals
- 57:51they are not good to, you know,
- 57:54go through challenges in the business,
- 57:57right, sacrifice some time, right, build
- 58:00something that these goals they actually
- 58:03like distract people more that lead to
- 58:06results, right? And only good goals when
- 58:09you want to provide for family, when you
- 58:11want to provide for, you know, your even
- 58:13friends, when you want to help people,
- 58:16this is the best goal, right, that can't
- 58:19stop you.
- 58:21>> Yeah, I mean, yeah, like when you're
- 58:23young. I I I I really feel I kind of
- 58:25feel sorry for the guys that are young
- 58:27and they're making big money.
- 58:29Um
- 58:31I mean,
- 58:32not feel sorry for them cuz like I'd
- 58:34rather I'd made the money earlier, but
- 58:36uh for example, my wife met me when I
- 58:40wasn't making a a uh a lot of
- 58:43money, right? Um so, you know that those
- 58:46like she's here she's here just for me.
- 58:49Like you you guys you see me like really
- 58:52she's really just there for bro, she's
- 58:54she loves this guy right here.
- 58:57>> [laughter]
- 58:57>> And and just just for me, you know, but
- 58:59like if you're like flaunting money, if
- 59:01you're young, right?
- 59:03Um are those people that are there
- 59:05really there for you? Or are they just
- 59:07there to help you spend the money, you
- 59:09know? Um
- 59:11but yeah, it's it's there are blessings
- 59:14and curses to
- 59:16making money at certain parts of your
- 59:19life, but um they're on their own
- 59:21journey and they would they will learn.
- 59:23>> Yeah, absolutely. It's it's very
- 59:25important that you mentioned that Like,
- 59:27you shouldn't compare yourself with
- 59:29other people, right? Even if they see
- 59:32Ranga, who is doing, you know, almost
- 59:34like 300,000 per month,
- 59:37they don't really want to copy you, copy
- 59:40your approach, because everybody has
- 59:43their own journey, right? Like, prior
- 59:45experience, some mindset issues, right?
- 59:48Some unfair advantages as well. So,
- 59:51everybody has their own path, right?
- 59:53Like, and
- 59:55I don't think like somebody's watching
- 59:56it and going to, you know, like copy all
- 59:58your channels, copy your, you know, like
- 1:00:00entire process, just in order to achieve
- 1:00:03the same, right? No.
- 1:00:05Right? Like, if people want to copy,
- 1:00:07they're not going to make it, because,
- 1:00:08you know, like, you,
- 1:00:11if you're watching it, you have your
- 1:00:13own,
- 1:00:14as I mentioned,
- 1:00:15unfair advantages,
- 1:00:17prior experience things, right? Like,
- 1:00:19maybe you did like other businesses. For
- 1:00:21example, like, other people,
- 1:00:23maybe they did like Facebook book ads or
- 1:00:25Facebook organic, right? And they can
- 1:00:27bring some new ideas from Facebook into
- 1:00:31YouTube, right? That's also good when it
- 1:00:33comes to like multi
- 1:00:35um
- 1:00:36social media network strategy, right?
- 1:00:38Like, just putting Even though like
- 1:00:40Amish people, right? Like, Amish AI
- 1:00:42avatars,
- 1:00:43they also exist on Facebook, right? If
- 1:00:46many people don't know, it's just like I
- 1:00:49literally find out about it like not
- 1:00:52long time ago, right? And they exist,
- 1:00:54and Amish people also like doing very
- 1:00:56well, Amish avatars on Facebook, and
- 1:00:59people doing e-commerce with them,
- 1:01:01right? So, it's also good idea to
- 1:01:03not go to YouTube when you do your niche
- 1:01:05research, but you go to
- 1:01:08let's say Facebook, you go to
- 1:01:10uh like ClickBank, right? And you're
- 1:01:12inspired by products that are already
- 1:01:15people selling, and then you can create
- 1:01:17a whole niche around it, right? And just
- 1:01:19like take some ideas from there, some
- 1:01:22ideas from here, and you have your own
- 1:01:25approach, right? Like you have kind of
- 1:01:28invented a new angle. So, that's the
- 1:01:30most important.
- 1:01:32>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:01:34Um thank you so much, Andrew. Like I
- 1:01:37can't like
- 1:01:38can't express in words just how grateful
- 1:01:42I am for
- 1:01:43>> I appreciate it, brother.
- 1:01:45>> everything that you've done for me. Uh
- 1:01:47you've really changed uh
- 1:01:50You've changed not only my life, but
- 1:01:52like a lot of people's lives that are
- 1:01:54like behind me. You know what I mean?
- 1:01:56And for every student that you take and
- 1:01:58you show them the light and you get them
- 1:02:00from zero to wherever they get, like
- 1:02:03your like your impact is You don't see
- 1:02:07it, but it's
- 1:02:09it's more than you realize. So, thank
- 1:02:11you so much.
- 1:02:12>> If it's It's unbelievable feeling.
- 1:02:16>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:02:18Now,
- 1:02:19um there's someone that's watching this
- 1:02:22exact video
- 1:02:23that you're going to teach as well that
- 1:02:25is you're also going to change your
- 1:02:27life. So, if you're watching this,
- 1:02:29if you get a chance to be taught by this
- 1:02:31guy,
- 1:02:33call yourself uh as one of the lucky
- 1:02:35ones, for real.
- 1:02:37>> Yeah, but it's also not a
- 1:02:39like a casino, right? So, people might
- 1:02:42think they they going to join coaching
- 1:02:44and they kind of like betting money on
- 1:02:47on red, right? And they have like some
- 1:02:49let's say 50% chance to win or 50%
- 1:02:52chance to lose, but it's not like this,
- 1:02:54right? Like everybody is going to make
- 1:02:57it
- 1:02:58if they don't quit, right? For somebody
- 1:03:00it's faster, for somebody it's slower,
- 1:03:03right? Because people are very
- 1:03:04different, right? Because as you can
- 1:03:06see, not every student I coached is like
- 1:03:10you, right? Hitting the same numbers or
- 1:03:12like David's, right? Or like other guys
- 1:03:14who are doing like six figures per
- 1:03:15month. Because yeah, everybody executes
- 1:03:18on their own speed, right? Everybody has
- 1:03:21different learning behavior, right? You
- 1:03:23can see some people can't learn, right?
- 1:03:26Struggling to understand. So, you call
- 1:03:28it skill issue, right? You probably see
- 1:03:32it in your team members, because I've
- 1:03:34been working with like channel managers,
- 1:03:36right? Like heads of operations,
- 1:03:37partners, and everybody is different.
- 1:03:40The same with students, right? So, my
- 1:03:42goal is to
- 1:03:43understand, right? Like what their like
- 1:03:45limiting beliefs they have, or some
- 1:03:47people, you know, they can't analyze
- 1:03:50things properly, right? Skill issue.
- 1:03:53Some people overthink so much, right?
- 1:03:55So, some people really want to make like
- 1:03:57really perfect content or and put it on
- 1:04:00YouTube, because they don't want to
- 1:04:03risk, right? They can't risk and see
- 1:04:06potentially like zero views on the first
- 1:04:08video. So, they're kind of maximizing
- 1:04:10their chances, investing like even I saw
- 1:04:13the cases like hundreds and thousands of
- 1:04:15dollars in one single video, because
- 1:04:17they think it's going to lead them
- 1:04:20proportionally to views, but it's not
- 1:04:22like that. You probably
- 1:04:24know what I'm talking about, because you
- 1:04:26were running a branded channel.
- 1:04:28>> Yeah.
- 1:04:29Yeah.
- 1:04:30Painful, painful memories, for sure.
- 1:04:34>> Okay. I I saw you posted the analytics
- 1:04:36of that. So, for entire existence of
- 1:04:39your branded channel, you made less
- 1:04:42money than in one single month with
- 1:04:44YouTube monetization, right? Is that
- 1:04:46correct?
- 1:04:47>> Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Um you can see it on
- 1:04:49my X uh the post about uh how much we
- 1:04:53made from uh
- 1:04:54the NBA. Let me just uh
- 1:04:59Yeah, so this um
- 1:05:02was the
- 1:05:03uh Gold E Ology
- 1:05:05YouTube channel.
- 1:05:07Um
- 1:05:08uh you know, when things
- 1:05:11were going crazy.
- 1:05:14Um you know, life was good. Felt like
- 1:05:17you're on top of the world. Um you know,
- 1:05:20you were collabing with
- 1:05:22>> [clears throat]
- 1:05:22>> the NBA. You're partnered with the NBA.
- 1:05:25You're going to the NBA headquarters in
- 1:05:28New York and all this kind of stuff. But
- 1:05:31when you look at what the numbers were
- 1:05:34uh uh in total
- 1:05:36that channel uh made 185
- 1:05:40K in 3 years uh just off of ad rev. Of
- 1:05:44course there was like sponsorships um
- 1:05:46and things of that nature. But we've
- 1:05:48pretty like we've eclipsed
- 1:05:51what took 3 years to make
- 1:05:54um in 1 month. So
- 1:05:57uh what's possible with YTA is is
- 1:06:00ridiculous. And I remember when people
- 1:06:02were like, "Oh, you've made a huge
- 1:06:04mistake."
- 1:06:05um
- 1:06:07leaving your branded channel to do YTA.
- 1:06:10But I knew that uh I was I was in the
- 1:06:13trenches. And I knew that I needed to
- 1:06:15get out of there.
- 1:06:17Um so you know, those people are doing
- 1:06:19branded this, branded that. Um uh good
- 1:06:22luck with that. Uh
- 1:06:24you [snorts]
- 1:06:25you'll learn your lesson and uh then
- 1:06:27you'll come uh
- 1:06:29to the light side or the dark side. I'm
- 1:06:31not sure which side we're on here.
- 1:06:33>> Yeah, I'm not sure. So yeah, but it's
- 1:06:35just a different business approach,
- 1:06:36right? It's just a different way of
- 1:06:39thinking, right? Where of course the
- 1:06:41branded channels they good for you know,
- 1:06:44like a sense of pride as you already
- 1:06:46mentioned, you know, in the previous
- 1:06:47video, right? That pride feeling. It's
- 1:06:50good to show friends, right? Like you
- 1:06:52look at this thumbnail my thumbnail
- 1:06:55designer cooked, right? Oh my god,
- 1:06:57that's amazing thumbnail.
- 1:06:59But when it comes to you know, profit
- 1:07:01margin, the volume
- 1:07:03it can't be compared, right? Because
- 1:07:06I mean, YouTube automation, it looks
- 1:07:08more like a business rather than, you
- 1:07:10know, like one or few branded channels,
- 1:07:13right? Because in the business, you can
- 1:07:15scale with a team, right? You can set up
- 1:07:17all the processes with SOPs, right? You
- 1:07:20can set up automations, right? With AI,
- 1:07:22of course. So, things will become much
- 1:07:25faster.
- 1:07:26And more organized, right? Like even one
- 1:07:29channel fails, okay, we don't care,
- 1:07:32right? We just move on. And it's easy to
- 1:07:35scale also because, as we discussed,
- 1:07:37right? With sponsorships, you need to
- 1:07:39reach out to sponsors, right? Like in
- 1:07:40order to get like the brand deals,
- 1:07:43right? But with
- 1:07:44YouTube automation, you can just
- 1:07:47create one more channel,
- 1:07:48drive it through the same funnel to your
- 1:07:51website, right? And people will be
- 1:07:53converted. That's it.
- 1:07:55>> Um I hope that people got a lot from
- 1:07:57this, and I hope that they would take
- 1:07:58action, which is the most important
- 1:08:00thing. Watching these videos and being
- 1:08:02inspired uh is great, but ultimately,
- 1:08:05you have to
- 1:08:06make the videos, and you have to post
- 1:08:08them, and you have to see the ones that
- 1:08:09fail, and you have to fail your way to
- 1:08:12success.
- 1:08:14>> Absolutely. And why do you think some
- 1:08:16people, you know, like can't even hit
- 1:08:1810k per month?
- 1:08:20>> I was talking to one guy, and
- 1:08:22he has like one branded channel, I
- 1:08:25think, and a couple of like YTA
- 1:08:27channels.
- 1:08:29Um I think he's automated the branded,
- 1:08:31uh
- 1:08:32but now the YTA channel, he
- 1:08:36is doing all the videos himself.
- 1:08:38And I'm like
- 1:08:39>> Which doesn't make sense.
- 1:08:40>> Well, then you're the bottleneck. It's
- 1:08:42you. You're the bottleneck. Right? So,
- 1:08:45some some of it is like you've made some
- 1:08:48money, but you're scared to reinvest.
- 1:08:50Right? So, you go from offense to
- 1:08:52defense. Um that could be one thing. Um
- 1:08:57another is just not under-
- 1:09:01not believing
- 1:09:03that is possible.
- 1:09:05Which that's limiting belief actually it
- 1:09:08it actually limits you. That's why it's
- 1:09:09called a limiting belief. You have this
- 1:09:11belief that it's not possible and
- 1:09:13ultimately that ends up uh restricting
- 1:09:17you from able to reach that stage.
- 1:09:20What I find is you kind of have to be
- 1:09:22sick and tired. You know what I mean?
- 1:09:24There's it's sort of like anger if
- 1:09:26you're not reaching that goal. They have
- 1:09:28to be like
- 1:09:31you know, swear a little bit like this
- 1:09:33God damn it. You know what I mean?
- 1:09:35Like you have to be like sick and tired
- 1:09:36of whatever the stage that you're at
- 1:09:39to
- 1:09:40get past it and then reach that next
- 1:09:43level.
- 1:09:44>> Yeah, and it's also has something to do
- 1:09:46with risks, right? It's just some people
- 1:09:49they are not willing to take the risks,
- 1:09:51right? So they really want to be really
- 1:09:53like top-notch with ideation, right? So
- 1:09:55they they think if they overanalyze
- 1:09:58something, right? Like they going to
- 1:10:00come up with a perfect idea for the
- 1:10:02video and it will definitely work. But
- 1:10:04then when they see the reality hits
- 1:10:06them, right? And it's not working as
- 1:10:08they supposed to.
- 1:10:10They you know, like they sad. They maybe
- 1:10:14like unmotivated.
- 1:10:16So what would you say to these people if
- 1:10:19if you were in that stage as well?
- 1:10:22>> Um
- 1:10:23see
- 1:10:25I'll say like
- 1:10:28your brain sort of like sometimes is
- 1:10:31your own worst enemy,
- 1:10:32right? Like when they say people that
- 1:10:35are dumber than you are making more
- 1:10:38money than you.
- 1:10:39Why is that? Because they are not
- 1:10:41getting stuck in analysis analysis
- 1:10:44paralysis. They are not, you know, um oh
- 1:10:47okay, everything has to be perfect. Oh
- 1:10:49the the thumbnail, the this, the that.
- 1:10:51They're just taking way more action than
- 1:10:53you,
- 1:10:54right? And because of that they're
- 1:10:56learning way faster.
- 1:10:58It's like in basketball, if I am taking
- 1:11:02100 shots a day and someone's taking
- 1:11:041,000 shots a day, the person that's
- 1:11:06taking 1,000 shots a day just gets
- 1:11:09like rapidly
- 1:11:11uh they just improve way faster. So,
- 1:11:15when you're starting, you're you don't
- 1:11:17know a lot of stuff. And you kind of
- 1:11:19have to
- 1:11:20fail and try things, right? But if
- 1:11:23you're trying to like, "Oh, this video
- 1:11:25has to be perfect and I have to, you
- 1:11:27know, really craft it and this and
- 1:11:29that." You
- 1:11:31If if the goal is over here, you might
- 1:11:33be playing over here and you don't even
- 1:11:35know it. Right? So, you have to do you
- 1:11:37take a lot of action, even if it's
- 1:11:40imperfect action. The person that's
- 1:11:42taking more action, even if it's
- 1:11:43imperfect, will beat the person that is,
- 1:11:46you know, uh being all perfect. And
- 1:11:49that's sort of like when you see on X,
- 1:11:51why is it that YTA guys have so much to
- 1:11:54be able to post about? Because we like
- 1:11:56we're not even showing everything that's
- 1:11:59happening on the back end. But we're
- 1:12:00taking so much action like, "This guy
- 1:12:02posted again about another channel
- 1:12:04getting monetized. What is going on?"
- 1:12:06>> Yeah. Yeah, that's why also and people,
- 1:12:09you know, like very different as we
- 1:12:11discussed, right? Like some people
- 1:12:12understand it even though, you know,
- 1:12:14like during coaching I
- 1:12:17tell them what things to do. Some
- 1:12:19people, you know, just like thinking on
- 1:12:20their own, right? Like executing slow.
- 1:12:23>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:12:24And the other thing is you need to be um
- 1:12:28someone that's willing to go through
- 1:12:30pain.
- 1:12:31So, your pain threshold um
- 1:12:34it needs to be high because in the
- 1:12:36beginning of a channel,
- 1:12:38when you're just posting and "Oh, I
- 1:12:41deserve to get impressions, but I'm not
- 1:12:43getting impressions." Whatever it is
- 1:12:44that you're encountering. Um
- 1:12:48some people just have more pain
- 1:12:50threshold. And so, they're able to just
- 1:12:52last just a little bit longer and that
- 1:12:55makes a difference to when that channel
- 1:12:57takes off. And you should you should
- 1:12:58really take a look at all these
- 1:13:00interviews that Andrew does, right? You
- 1:13:02see
- 1:13:03Okay, so how many videos did you post?
- 1:13:05And there's like nothing nothing nothing
- 1:13:06boom, right? So that's you need to
- 1:13:11be able to get through that pain and
- 1:13:14because
- 1:13:15what's
- 1:13:16on the other side of that of that um
- 1:13:20rainbow mountain or whatever you want to
- 1:13:21say is is
- 1:13:23it's glorious.
- 1:13:27>> That's that's perfect advice.
- 1:13:29>> Yeah. I mean I asked you. Remember I
- 1:13:31asked you? I remember a couple calls
- 1:13:34that we had. One was the first call when
- 1:13:36things clicked for me.
- 1:13:38And we got we were on a call and I was
- 1:13:40like
- 1:13:41Andrew
- 1:13:43you've given me the ability to try
- 1:13:45unlimited amounts of times. I could
- 1:13:48literally try I could I was like I could
- 1:13:51build
- 1:13:53100 channels and even if they fail,
- 1:13:55that's okay. If I can build 1,000 10,000
- 1:13:58channels. Like I
- 1:14:00when I finally saw like when I learned
- 1:14:02and saw what was possible, I was like
- 1:14:04holy crap. Remember that call? And the
- 1:14:06other thing was the this wasn't a call
- 1:14:09but in the
- 1:14:10DMs I was like, why is it that
- 1:14:14like
- 1:14:15you are producing you replicate all
- 1:14:18these like insane success stories.
- 1:14:21Um
- 1:14:22but if I look at that it's like
- 1:14:26the
- 1:14:28the knowledge that you have and the road
- 1:14:31the the the path that you put us on
- 1:14:35is so good and so clear that it's just
- 1:14:39up to the individual and how much time
- 1:14:41and effort
- 1:14:43and blood, sweat, and tears they're
- 1:14:45willing to put in. Because everything's
- 1:14:47there. Everything's there.
- 1:14:49Yeah.
- 1:14:50>> Yeah. Absolutely true.
- 1:14:53And yeah, as we discussed, that's
- 1:14:56speed systems also important when it
- 1:14:59comes to skating.
- 1:15:00All right. Exactly these things. So,
- 1:15:02you're not working and you're not
- 1:15:04editing the video, right? Like that
- 1:15:06would be absolutely bottleneck. So, how
- 1:15:08your team structure looks like, if you
- 1:15:10can briefly, right, tell and give some
- 1:15:14sauce to people about that as well. So,
- 1:15:16team structure systems, right, how many
- 1:15:18people, how your team looks like.
- 1:15:21>> Yeah. Um so
- 1:15:24>> [cough]
- 1:15:25>> um
- 1:15:27the So, a lot of people have a lot of
- 1:15:29employees under them.
- 1:15:31Um
- 1:15:32I don't like that structure as much. I
- 1:15:36like to have sort of like a smaller
- 1:15:38group of killers and we just go to town.
- 1:15:41Um so, rather than having a thumbnail
- 1:15:44designer at this, at this, at this, what
- 1:15:46I do is I have a project manager. And
- 1:15:50then under my project manager, I have
- 1:15:53uh channel managers. And my channel
- 1:15:55managers are actually sort of like the
- 1:15:58Swiss
- 1:16:00uh
- 1:16:00army knife that does everything.
- 1:16:03>> Well, I call it like a chain, right?
- 1:16:05Like and just the link in the chain,
- 1:16:07right? That you can easily change, you
- 1:16:10can easily train, right? But still, this
- 1:16:13is the chain and all of them are of the
- 1:16:15chain. And chain is exactly like head of
- 1:16:17operations. You call it like a team
- 1:16:19leader, right? So, more like project
- 1:16:22manager. It's basically like the same
- 1:16:24the same type.
- 1:16:26>> And the nice thing is with AI now, like
- 1:16:29rather than needing all these different
- 1:16:31people, one person can do the tasks that
- 1:16:33took, you know, five people to do by
- 1:16:37themselves, right? The video making,
- 1:16:39everything is automated. And so, from
- 1:16:41there,
- 1:16:43uh as I grow my team, it's just promote
- 1:16:46one of the channel managers to being a
- 1:16:49project manager, and then he can have
- 1:16:51his own sort of team, and we can be
- 1:16:54doing hundreds
- 1:16:57like 500,000 of videos per day
- 1:17:01eventually. Uh we're not there yet, but
- 1:17:03yeah, we do produce a ton of videos uh
- 1:17:05with my team. My current team is one.
- 1:17:13Uh when I was doing all those results,
- 1:17:15it was a team of three of three people.
- 1:17:18And then uh now we've scaled up to five,
- 1:17:21and we'll then scale up to we're trying
- 1:17:25to get to 10
- 1:17:27uh eventually by the end of this um by
- 1:17:29Q4, I think we should get to about 20.
- 1:17:33So, it's it's a small group, but it's a
- 1:17:34small group group of killers. Yeah.
- 1:17:38>> That's amazing. And that allow you even
- 1:17:40to, you know, hit the record months
- 1:17:41while you were traveling, right? I think
- 1:17:44we didn't mention that. So, you were
- 1:17:46traveling in June, and that's your
- 1:17:49the best month.
- 1:17:50>> Yeah. Yeah. It was a late uh honeymoon
- 1:17:54uh for me and uh my wife,
- 1:17:57and we went to Europe, UK, Portugal,
- 1:18:01Spain, Italy,
- 1:18:02uh France,
- 1:18:04and um during that time, because the
- 1:18:06systems are there, we're able to just go
- 1:18:09crazy. And now we're back home, so it's
- 1:18:11now time to take it up to the next
- 1:18:13level. So, you tell me what the next
- 1:18:15goal is, Andrew, and uh we'll we'll
- 1:18:18we'll try to hit it.
- 1:18:20>> I mean, we discussed it, right? You you
- 1:18:22already know, and you already know what
- 1:18:23to do in order to hit like seven figures
- 1:18:25per month. But, of course, you know,
- 1:18:27we're not even going to talk and
- 1:18:29motivate people to hit seven figures if
- 1:18:32they even the majority of them, you
- 1:18:34know, they
- 1:18:35don't really make like 10k per month.
- 1:18:38So, they need to start
- 1:18:39they need to start doing something,
- 1:18:41right? Because no one is going to, you
- 1:18:43know, come
- 1:18:45and save their lives, right? If I show
- 1:18:48like all my channels, all my SOPs,
- 1:18:50right? Like
- 1:18:52you show you get like you can even like
- 1:18:55show them the entire process, right?
- 1:18:57Like I can hire in their teams. If
- 1:19:00people don't really want to make it,
- 1:19:03you know, they don't
- 1:19:05take action,
- 1:19:06nobody can help them, right?
- 1:19:09>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:19:11That's that's really sad. But, there's
- 1:19:14also people that are failing right now
- 1:19:16um that are going to make it.
- 1:19:20And
- 1:19:22I just want to say to those guys is like
- 1:19:24I've been where you are. I've been um
- 1:19:27where you are right now with like
- 1:19:29I don't know if I'm going to be able to
- 1:19:30to do this. I don't I don't know if I'm
- 1:19:32going to be able to able to make this.
- 1:19:34But,
- 1:19:35you
- 1:19:37just have to
- 1:19:39um hm five years me five years uh sorry,
- 1:19:43not me six months ago.
- 1:19:45And I'm at the beginning of my journey.
- 1:19:48What I say
- 1:19:50to myself?
- 1:19:55Yeah.
- 1:19:56Um
- 1:19:58be
- 1:20:00be very very regimented.
- 1:20:03Run tests.
- 1:20:05No emotions.
- 1:20:07Um it doesn't matter if the niche is
- 1:20:10something that you'd watch yourself.
- 1:20:12You're not making this This is a
- 1:20:13business.
- 1:20:15This is a business and you just make
- 1:20:17whatever the audience wants to watch.
- 1:20:19That's what we we make and we give it to
- 1:20:22them.
- 1:20:23Uh and if you do that,
- 1:20:25you'll you'll reach success.
- 1:20:29Yeah.
- 1:20:30>> Yeah.
- 1:20:31Thank you so much for all the souls, all
- 1:20:34the, you know, like
- 1:20:36tricks, explosions, right? Like the
- 1:20:39channels.
- 1:20:40Thank you for being like really hungry,
- 1:20:44decisive, right?
- 1:20:47Ready for any changes, ready for any
- 1:20:50opportunities, student.
- 1:20:53That's very important and that exactly
- 1:20:56led you to
- 1:20:58the success you have.
- 1:21:00>> Yeah. Yeah, thank you, man. Thank you
- 1:21:02for everything, Andrew. Really
- 1:21:03appreciate you, brother.
- 1:21:05Talk on the next milestone.
