- 0:01have such a better quality of life out
- 0:03here in Bali. Okay, welcome to the
- 0:05villa, which seems quite expensive for
- 0:06Bali, but you get an amazing place. You
- 0:08can earn crazy amounts of profit though,
- 0:10up to over six figures a month. And
- 0:12doing that, we've been able to generate
- 0:14billions of views. Got
- 0:15>> everything I need. I love it. Icing your
- 0:17balls can boost testosterone as well.
- 0:19Somewhere that's going to push you out
- 0:20of your comfort zone. So, we were in an
- 0:22online e-commerce community. Overall,
- 0:24Bal is just the best everything.
- 0:30Okay guys, today I have an interesting
- 0:32video. I'm visiting a villa of a guy
- 0:34from my community, the Nomad Tribe, who
- 0:36moved from UK to Bali at only 21 years
- 0:40old after building a successful online
- 0:42business. So let's see how he lives and
- 0:45how he works. Hello, I'm Leo Stilgo. I'm
- 0:4922 years old and I moved to Bali.
- 0:51>> And uh why did you leave UK in such a
- 0:53young age? I left the UK because I think
- 0:56you can have such a better quality of
- 0:57life out here in Bali. I think the UK is
- 0:59not the best place for entrepreneurs who
- 1:01have big ambitions to grow their
- 1:03business. I think you're a lot better
- 1:04being out here surrounded by like-minded
- 1:06people to grow my business fast and to
- 1:08go to the gym and optimize my health.
- 1:10>> Yeah, makes sense. Definitely agree. And
- 1:12we are here in Babakan, which is uh in
- 1:15Changangu area. If you're coming to
- 1:16Bali, it's pretty good spot. Like it's
- 1:18really close, like central, but with
- 1:19these huge rice fields and everything.
- 1:21It's a beautiful area. So, let's see
- 1:23your villa next. Let's go. Okay. Welcome
- 1:25to the villa. This is a 1 a,000 ft
- 1:283bedroom villa with a pool built in in
- 1:32the heart of Bali. So, here's my own
- 1:33private pool. All for me. Cleaned every
- 1:36single week as well from our cleaners.
- 1:39We're beautiful rice field view.
- 1:41Absolutely incredible. I love this
- 1:42place. I love working with this view. It
- 1:44really inspires me.
- 1:45>> Yeah, that's that's the Bali lifestyle.
- 1:47>> So, we're entering the villa now. This
- 1:49is the living area. Got sofas,
- 1:51everything we need. huge TV, watching
- 1:53movies, um dining room table, everything
- 1:57you need. A kitchen, but to be honest,
- 1:59you don't really cook often in Bali. You
- 2:01often order food a lot more faster to
- 2:03order food
- 2:04>> and to stay optimized on my work.
- 2:06>> Yeah. And how much does this cost? So,
- 2:08it's a three bedroom fa
- 2:12with pool. This is $4,000 a month, which
- 2:15seems quite expensive for Bali, but you
- 2:17get an amazing place.
- 2:18>> Yeah. I mean, I guess it's worth it with
- 2:20your income. We will talk about the
- 2:21business uh a little bit later.
- 2:23>> Yeah, for sure.
- 2:24>> But yeah, I would also just curious like
- 2:26how much would something like this cost
- 2:28in UK?
- 2:29>> Yeah, in the UK if you're looking at
- 2:30London, like a penthouse the size of
- 2:32this, you're looking at over £10,000 a
- 2:34month, which is like £12,000 a month,
- 2:36especially with a pool, an amazing view,
- 2:38a penthouse like this in London is going
- 2:39to cost you well over 10 10k a month.
- 2:42>> Yeah. So, I guess compared to that, also
- 2:44shortterm, how long are you staying in
- 2:45this place?
- 2:46>> Just one month in this place. Little
- 2:47garden also in the backside. Let's go up
- 2:51to see the bedrooms.
- 2:53Did you have any like uh issue while
- 2:55living here? Like is there any like Bali
- 2:57issues with like bugs or anything like
- 2:59that? There's a few bugs. Yeah. And ants
- 3:01get into the food sometimes. And one of
- 3:03the major issues is we've got of the
- 3:05road that we come down is very bumpy.
- 3:07Just typical barley issues. Uh lack of
- 3:09infrastructure in some places. But it's
- 3:11okay. As long as you know how to drive
- 3:13well, you should be able to navigate the
- 3:14bumpy road.
- 3:15>> Yeah. I guess the rice field is worth it
- 3:18for a while, I guess.
- 3:19>> Absolutely. And this place is brand new.
- 3:21It was only built 3 months ago. So you
- 3:23get to enjoy a basically brand new place
- 3:25that only a few people have ever stayed
- 3:26in. It's a pleasure to do it. And uh
- 3:28it's amazing.
- 3:29>> Yeah. Yeah. That's always good thing.
- 3:30Especially in Bali, like it can get a
- 3:32bit moist and uh some problems.
- 3:34>> Yeah.
- 3:35>> After some time.
- 3:36>> So let's have a look. This place, as I
- 3:38said, is three bedrooms. I do only use
- 3:40one bedroom. We've only got two of us
- 3:42staying here. Amazing views from each
- 3:44bedroom. Just a spare guest room. Yeah.
- 3:47So if someone is looking for a new room
- 3:49just kidding. [laughter]
- 3:50>> Yeah, you can pay pay rent. Pay rent.
- 3:53>> Yeah, I guess. So it's three bedroom or
- 3:55>> Yeah, three bedroom.
- 3:56>> Yeah. So if you would share it with
- 3:58other people, it would be
- 3:59>> Yeah. A lot more.
- 4:00>> Yeah. Another balcony with the nice
- 4:02view. And two and a half bathrooms also
- 4:05in this villa. The second bedroom and
- 4:08master. This is the master bedroom.
- 4:12The biggest bedroom of them all. This is
- 4:13my personal bedroom and an amazing view
- 4:17of the balcony.
- 4:19>> Yeah, it's crazy to have on both sides
- 4:21you get the nice rice field view. That's
- 4:25beautiful.
- 4:25>> It's incredible. Every morning I wake
- 4:27up, I go onto the balcony, get some sun,
- 4:28wakes my mind up, gets gets me thinking
- 4:31straight,
- 4:32>> thinking clearly.
- 4:33>> That's the best. That's what I love.
- 4:35Like in the morning you get sun, in the
- 4:37evening sunset. Like that's perfect.
- 4:39>> It's beautiful.
- 4:39>> And what about like all the bills? Like
- 4:42is it included with the price?
- 4:43>> Yeah, so everything's included. So for
- 4:45that $4,000 a month, I get cleaning
- 4:47three times a week, pool cleaning once a
- 4:49week, I get all the electricity
- 4:50included, all the water included. Like
- 4:52just again in the UK, cleaning three
- 4:54times a week. That's probably going to
- 4:55be like £500 a week, $600 every single
- 4:58week just on cleaning.
- 5:00>> So it's crazy
- 5:01>> crazy. Yeah, it's uh Bali is convenient.
- 5:04You can enjoy like focus on work, which
- 5:07we will talk next. Uh it's very
- 5:09interesting what business Leo does. But
- 5:11before that just a quick mention that if
- 5:13you are an entrepreneur and if you want
- 5:15the full freedom of working anywhere and
- 5:17don't worry about changing your life and
- 5:19moving to different places. One of the
- 5:21biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is
- 5:23waiting too long to set up their
- 5:24business properly. I also did this and
- 5:27not recommended. And that's where Gen
- 5:29Zone, the sponsor of this video, comes
- 5:31in. They have made it incredibly simple
- 5:33to set up an US LLC online. No
- 5:36complicated paperwork, no unnecessary
- 5:39stress. You can go straight to their
- 5:41portal, sign up, submit your details,
- 5:44and your LLC is processed within 7 to 10
- 5:47days. Whether you are content creator,
- 5:49freelancer, ecom seller, consultant, or
- 5:52remote entrepreneur, having a US LLC
- 5:54gives you a professional business
- 5:56structure to help you grow and also
- 5:58optimize your taxes. And here's a bonus.
- 6:01You will get 10% off using my discount
- 6:04code, YOs. If you have been putting off
- 6:06starting your business, this is your
- 6:08sign. Click the first link in the
- 6:09description. Use code YOs and get your
- 6:12business set up with Gen Zone. So, what
- 6:14about your work? Like, where do you
- 6:16work? How much per day? How does that
- 6:18look like? Yeah. So, this is a slight
- 6:20inconvenience about Bali. You might not
- 6:21always have a dedicated desk, but I've
- 6:23just got the basically the kitchen
- 6:24table, but it's like everything I need.
- 6:26Every single day, I wake up like 8 8:00
- 6:28a.m. approximately. I'll work till about
- 6:301:00 p.m. when my mind starts getting
- 6:32tired, getting some brain fog, and then
- 6:34I'll hit the gym for a refresh, get my
- 6:36mind working again, some sauna, steam,
- 6:37ice bath. Then I'll come home at like 2
- 6:393 p.m. Do some more work until the
- 6:41evening. So maybe working like 8 to 10
- 6:44hours a day.
- 6:44>> Oh, that's quite much [laughter]
- 6:47more than me. So, uh, what do you do for
- 6:50work? What's your business?
- 6:51>> Me and my co-founder, we built one of
- 6:53the fastest growing supplement brands in
- 6:54America. Today, we've served over
- 6:56200,000 customers. So we have over 300
- 6:59people working within the company and
- 7:00it's all based in America but we work
- 7:02remotely and most of the time we're
- 7:04based in Bali.
- 7:05>> How does this work? Like first of all
- 7:07like how much money have you made uh in
- 7:09a business and how much of that you
- 7:10actually get yourself.
- 7:12>> Yeah. So we have a very big supplement
- 7:14brand. We do millions of dollars a year.
- 7:16This year we're on track to do well over
- 7:18$5 million. But that might sound like a
- 7:21big number but profit is always a lot
- 7:22lot lower. For a fast growing supplement
- 7:24brand, we reinvest almost everything
- 7:26into our creators, into our team, and
- 7:28profit margins look around 10 to 20%
- 7:31usually. Owning a a large supplement
- 7:33brand, you can earn crazy amounts of
- 7:34profit though, up to over six figures a
- 7:36month in profits. So basically, you're
- 7:38not struggling with money, I would say.
- 7:40>> Yeah, definitely not. Living in Bali
- 7:42especially, I think your monthly costs
- 7:44can definitely hit a certain cap and you
- 7:46can live a very very good life out here.
- 7:48You want to explain a little bit like
- 7:49how did you get started with this and
- 7:50how does it actually work? like if
- 7:52someone want to do something like this.
- 7:53>> So I started working quite early at 14.
- 7:55I was a waiter working in a local
- 7:57restaurant in um my city in England and
- 8:00then from that I went into getting an
- 8:03apprenticeship. It's like an internship
- 8:04in engineering around 17 years old in
- 8:07England and from there I was really just
- 8:09hating my job like I was working a 9
- 8:11toive job same thing every day day in
- 8:14day out getting the train to work going
- 8:16to leads to the office and I just knew I
- 8:18couldn't live that life forever. I knew
- 8:20something had to change. That's where I
- 8:21tried to start making money online. I
- 8:22found I tried loads of different things,
- 8:24trading, uh, drop shipping, being a
- 8:27creator, loads of different things,
- 8:29cryptocurrency, and the thing that
- 8:31really stuck for me was being a creator.
- 8:33I got onboarded by some major brands,
- 8:36and I was paid a set monthly retainer up
- 8:38to $1,000, $2,000 a month, plus very
- 8:41high commission rates by these brands.
- 8:43And once I started working with 10, 20
- 8:45brands, I built up enough capital over
- 8:47$100,000 to start my own brand. And when
- 8:49I started my own brand, that's when
- 8:51things really took off. I learned from
- 8:52what these other brands were doing and I
- 8:54implemented it into my business and we
- 8:56were able to scale. So these are some of
- 8:58our bestselling products. NMN, this is
- 9:00an anti-aging product, helping
- 9:02specifically older people fight aging,
- 9:04becoming having more energy when they
- 9:06get older, and it's one of the most
- 9:07sciencebacked products on the market
- 9:09right now. Aamancha, this is for gut
- 9:11health and uh can assist weight loss as
- 9:13well. NAD, this is again another
- 9:16anti-aging product. uh very load of
- 9:19science behind it. 1500 plus scientific
- 9:21studies back NAD um to support
- 9:23anti-aging as you get older. Hydrogen
- 9:26water. This is a a little tablet you put
- 9:28into water every day and you drink it
- 9:29and it has loads of antioxidant effects
- 9:32and uh helps detox your body and helps
- 9:34your body feel good. Nice. So, you
- 9:37definitely focus on something more like
- 9:39not like a vitamin C or something like
- 9:41that.
- 9:41>> Yeah, vitamin C, vitamin E. These
- 9:43products are a bit generic. You know,
- 9:45people have heard about these products
- 9:46for 20 plus years now. There's a lot
- 9:48newer supplements coming into the market
- 9:49which have strong scientific evidence.
- 9:52We like to hop on new products like
- 9:54something that's starting to trend.
- 9:56That's what we like to sell.
- 9:57>> Yeah. So, uh yeah, where do you sell
- 9:59your products and like how do you do
- 10:01marketing and how does that work?
- 10:03>> Yeah, absolutely. So, we sell across all
- 10:05social media. We sell on Amazon, Tik Tok
- 10:07shop. We have our own website. And the
- 10:10way we market is is we have hundreds of
- 10:12creators posting for our products and
- 10:14these creators are paid a set retainer
- 10:16plus commission. So we primarily focus
- 10:18on short form content. We've got over 11
- 10:20million followers across social media,
- 10:22Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, threads,
- 10:24YouTube shots. We're across everywhere.
- 10:26And doing that, we've been able to
- 10:27generate billions of views. And then
- 10:29these views are targeted towards our
- 10:31customers. And then we sell the
- 10:33products. And then the creators posting
- 10:34this content, they earn huge amounts of
- 10:36money working with our brand. And anyone
- 10:38can go viral. Like you can have a video
- 10:40blow. I I saw a creator the other day,
- 10:42first video he's posted about hiking and
- 10:44he got half a million views and he's got
- 10:4510,000 followers. Anyone can post a
- 10:47single video and generate a huge
- 10:49audience and now they can swap their
- 10:51full-time job and become an online
- 10:53creator. And people think this like
- 10:54doesn't exist, but it can change your
- 10:56life can change overnight with viral
- 10:58content. So, here's the physical
- 10:59products here, but online, here's the
- 11:01digital products on Amazon. So, they're
- 11:04right here. These are our live products
- 11:06on Amazon right now. We have thousands
- 11:08of positive customer reviews. We have
- 11:10we've served over 200,000 customers and
- 11:12we're proud to say we've changed a lot
- 11:13of lives. We've helped a lot of people.
- 11:15Reading the customer reviews is
- 11:16honestly, it's sometimes get emotional
- 11:18reading some people that have like
- 11:20they're they're struggling with brain
- 11:21fog at their job and then suddenly now
- 11:22they're feeling amazing because they're
- 11:24taking one of our anti-aging products
- 11:26for example. And how we market is we
- 11:28market through Facebook, Instagram,
- 11:30short form content. This is one of our
- 11:31creators, Slick. He's from South Africa
- 11:34where the average salary in South Africa
- 11:35is like $500 a month. Slick came to us
- 11:38like a year ago and within like his
- 11:39third month, he made $10,000 just
- 11:41posting short form content online. And
- 11:44because he became one of our top
- 11:45creators, we actually flew five of our
- 11:47top creators to Dubai and we can we put
- 11:49clips up on the screen. We were driving
- 11:50Lamborghinis, driving G Wagons. And then
- 11:53the first time I saw this crate, it's
- 11:55the first time he got on a flight ever.
- 11:56And he saw the Burge Clea and he like
- 11:58started crying. Like he was so
- 11:59emotional. And this is like one of my
- 12:01biggest purposes why I do this to change
- 12:03people's lives. Like it's so amazing.
- 12:05We're changing the customer's lives.
- 12:06We're changing the creator's lives. It
- 12:08just has a positive impact on everyone.
- 12:10So it's this is a really big purpose for
- 12:12me.
- 12:12>> Yeah, that's really amazing. By the way,
- 12:14like for anyone watching, like I know
- 12:15Leo, like he's in my community, he's
- 12:17been in the meetups and like he's a good
- 12:19guy. Like he's always positive and happy
- 12:20and helping others. So yeah, I can uh I
- 12:23can really see this is uh amazing how
- 12:25you managed to do all this and uh at a
- 12:28young age also. So here's a video
- 12:30example from one of our creators. This
- 12:32is a creator from Morocco and he's
- 12:33running an AI creator page called Beauty
- 12:36Nancy where it's a 68-year-old AI
- 12:38influencer. And using this, he's able to
- 12:41generate tens of thousands of dollars of
- 12:43sales which we pay him huge commissions
- 12:44from. So yeah, this is the type of
- 12:47content that we do. One of the styles
- 12:48that we do.
- 12:49>> That's crazy. Like everything is
- 12:51possible nowadays. I feel like I mean I
- 12:53feel like it's not easy like if you have
- 12:55nothing to do but like it's possible
- 12:56like many people are making money with
- 12:58this kind of thing.
- 12:59>> Yeah. If you're willing to work hard,
- 13:01develop new skills and learn fast, you
- 13:03can make crazy amounts of money very
- 13:04very fast online.
- 13:05>> How long you been doing this? Like when
- 13:07did you start with this business?
- 13:08>> This business has been running about 3
- 13:10to four years now. This supplement
- 13:12brand.
- 13:12>> And uh what would you say is like the
- 13:14hardest part of this business model?
- 13:16like uh and how long did it take until
- 13:19you actually started to make enough
- 13:20money to live with just this business?
- 13:23>> Yeah, so I was in a full-time job
- 13:25working an office job and when I started
- 13:27making more than my office job for three
- 13:29months in a row, I decided to go all in.
- 13:31I decided to to leave my job and start
- 13:34working online. It did take uh months,
- 13:37you know, the first three months I was
- 13:38working. I made no money. I was just
- 13:40posting posting posting trying to make
- 13:42money. I think one one example I was
- 13:44working for a brand. I posted for three
- 13:46months. I did 250 posts and I made $67.
- 13:49So it's probably like a,000 hours of
- 13:51work for $67. But that's why that's the
- 13:53type of mindset you need to succeed.
- 13:54Just keep grinding, grinding, win or
- 13:56lose. And like I say, then it took
- 13:58around 6 months to one year to start
- 14:00making more than my job. And then I was
- 14:02able to quit my job and go travel. And I
- 14:04think in Bali, you could just sit back
- 14:06and enjoy your life and just not work as
- 14:08much. But honestly, the it's the thing I
- 14:10enjoy. This is my passion. Absolutely.
- 14:13Every single day I work wake up, work on
- 14:14it and I just want to get bigger and
- 14:16bigger to provide for more people,
- 14:18influence more lives and just grow grow
- 14:20larger. It's just uh it's very very
- 14:22exciting for me. But yeah, I think you
- 14:24still enjoy living here in Bali. So we
- 14:26will go now to look a little bit how it
- 14:27looks to live in your daily life here.
- 14:30Let's go see Bali.
- 14:31>> Well, this is beautiful. We're doing
- 14:33quick stop before the gym. Uh so yeah,
- 14:35Leo, why why Bali? Why not like Dubai or
- 14:39somewhere else? I don't know. Yeah, Bali
- 14:40is absolutely beautiful. I think it's
- 14:42got the best nature. That's the number
- 14:43one thing I think, nature. Dubai lacks
- 14:45nature. Thailand's got beautiful nature
- 14:48and I love the Mai in Thailand. But
- 14:49overall, Bali is just the best
- 14:51everything. Like the best food, the best
- 14:53nature, the best gyms as well. The best
- 14:55gyms in the world are here in Bali and
- 14:57that's why I love Bali. Yeah, we will
- 15:00check your gym next. But yeah, this is
- 15:02amazing. And it's crazy like we in very
- 15:04central location in Changdan. You can
- 15:05still find these spots that are so
- 15:07beautiful like for running, walking,
- 15:09anything. Just having some peace. Like
- 15:12it's uh not all so developed as it may
- 15:15seem like on social media sometimes.
- 15:17>> Yeah. And there may be loads of traffic,
- 15:18but you can just drive off a street like
- 15:20this and there's no traffic here and
- 15:21very peaceful. We're the only ones here.
- 15:23>> Yeah. Even when I came to your place,
- 15:24from my place, it's kind of long drive
- 15:26on the main road, so I avoided. I just
- 15:28went with the smaller roads the whole
- 15:29way. Like
- 15:30>> Yeah, you can definitely avoid the
- 15:31traffic.
- 15:31>> This is when you know it after a while.
- 15:33What would you do? Like if you lost
- 15:34everything today and you need to start
- 15:36from the beginning, how would you make
- 15:37your first $10,000? Yeah. So, I'm a
- 15:39supplements brand owner, but this But
- 15:41actually, I wouldn't even start a
- 15:42supplements brand. It's way too
- 15:43expensive. There's loads of legal
- 15:45testing and things like this. What I
- 15:46would do is be a creator. You can be a
- 15:49creator for free. And anyone can go post
- 15:50a viral video and make $10,000. So, I
- 15:52would start off being a creator working
- 15:54with big reputable brands. And if I get
- 15:56a viral video, 2 million views, I'll go
- 15:58and make $10,000 overnight. You can make
- 16:00it your first month. So, that's what I
- 16:01would do. be a creator for viral viral
- 16:04brands.
- 16:04>> Yeah, that's uh it's interesting because
- 16:07definitely like being a YouTuber like
- 16:09what I'm doing, it takes a long time to
- 16:11make any money,
- 16:12>> but I think something like this it's uh
- 16:14>> like I I never thought about it. So,
- 16:16>> thanks for the tip.
- 16:28So, we came to Leo's Gym Reload
- 16:30Sanctuary. I will show around. It's a
- 16:33new gym. Yeah. So, this is $200 a month.
- 16:35Quite expensive for a gym, but it's one
- 16:37of the best gyms in the entire world.
- 16:39Even in the UK, you can pay like $20 a
- 16:41month for the gym. So, I'm paying 10
- 16:42times more, but look at the service you
- 16:44get. You got ice bath, you got sauna,
- 16:46you got a huge gym, recovery area, you
- 16:48got this running track on the rooftop.
- 16:50It's incredible. You don't get gyms like
- 16:52this anywhere in the world other than
- 16:53Bali. Yeah, it's honestly like my
- 16:55favorite thing about Bali. doing some
- 16:56warm up for the workout. How often do
- 16:58you do like come here? Like it's the
- 17:00everyday thing.
- 17:01>> Every single day come to the gym. Uh
- 17:02it's one of the best perks about Bali.
- 17:04Absolutely love the gyms.
- 17:05>> Yeah. And it's so close to where you
- 17:07live. Like uh it's just down the road.
- 17:10So that's nice.
- 17:11>> Let's have a look at the gym. Let's have
- 17:13a tour around and see.
- 17:15>> So you say this is like your favorite
- 17:17gym in Bali?
- 17:18>> Yeah, I've tried a lot of gyms in Bali
- 17:20and it's like a very new gym as well.
- 17:22It's very big. It's got everything I
- 17:24need. I love it.
- 17:26>> Yeah, it's quite busy, but uh seems like
- 17:28it's big enough that it's not a big
- 17:30problem.
- 17:31>> And yeah, everything you need. Usually
- 17:34my daily workout, I lift weights every
- 17:36single day. Try to do some cardio as
- 17:37well. And I also try to do Mai twice a
- 17:40week just to stay on top of it and stay
- 17:43stay active. I like this gym as well cuz
- 17:45it's got everything labeled. You got
- 17:46shoulders, chest, you got the back area,
- 17:49everything's easy to find. Also, work
- 17:51out every day. Optimize your hormones.
- 17:53makes you more efficient at work. If you
- 17:55can work out every day, raise
- 17:56testosterone, you can feel a lot better
- 17:58when you go home and do loads more work.
- 18:00So, yeah, it's the perfect optimized
- 18:01lifestyle for an entrepreneur in Bali.
- 18:04>> Yeah, agreed. We need a break from the
- 18:07work to come to this kind of place. And
- 18:09do you think you will stay long-term in
- 18:10Bali?
- 18:12>> I think so. For a few more years, I
- 18:14think it's the best place to build my
- 18:15business. I think want to start having a
- 18:17family. I think maybe I'll move back to
- 18:19the UK, get a nice big house uh so I can
- 18:22have the best childhood for my for my
- 18:24family because driving on the bike all
- 18:25the time might not be the best for a few
- 18:27children. So maybe in like 3 to 4 years
- 18:30from now though.
- 18:31>> So we are going to the pool area now.
- 18:33And what is this?
- 18:34>> Yeah. So we got the restaurant here. You
- 18:36get loads of high protein foods, really
- 18:37healthy food. That's the thing, another
- 18:39thing I like about Bali. You can eat so
- 18:40healthy, maintain um very high protein
- 18:43and just stay super healthy all the
- 18:44time. Here we got the pool. Amazing
- 18:47pool, sun beds.
- 18:48>> It's like a beach club.
- 18:50>> Yeah. [laughter]
- 18:51>> And people can get distracted in Bali.
- 18:52Maybe going to the pool too much, maybe
- 18:54going to the beach clubs, but you can
- 18:56stay really locked in and focused in
- 18:57Bali if you got the right mentality.
- 19:00>> Yeah. But uh I like this kind of place
- 19:01because it's like it's kind of like a
- 19:03beach club, but it's just like a gym and
- 19:04regalary. So it's actually healthy
- 19:06instead of like a partying. So nice vibe
- 19:09here.
- 19:10>> Yeah. So going into the restaurant now.
- 19:11We've actually got Aub here. He's the
- 19:13co-founder of Pure Healthmax. So, go say
- 19:15hello to him.
- 19:16>> How's it going? Hello.
- 19:18>> How you doing?
- 19:19>> Good, good, good.
- 19:20>> Hello, mother. How are you?
- 19:21>> Good, good. You good?
- 19:23>> Thank you very much.
- 19:23>> This is Aub, the co-founder of Pure
- 19:25Healthmax. You want to introduce
- 19:26yourself? How old are you? Um, hello.
- 19:28Um, I I'm a 22 now, a father and then a
- 19:33husband and the co-founder of BHM. Yeah,
- 19:35we met in a Discord. We're in a
- 19:37community to learn like how to go viral
- 19:39and stuff. And then um Playo UDM me um
- 19:42probably a store. So, I was looking at
- 19:43his store and telling him uh what to
- 19:45fix. But it was so good at going viral
- 19:47and making videos. And I thought, "Bro,
- 19:49I have a product that I'm trying to run,
- 19:51jump on it, you make the videos, and
- 19:53then we just made he just made the first
- 19:55video." And it went viral and then we
- 19:57printed thousands of dollars. And then,
- 19:59yeah, we just hopped in a call and said
- 20:01we'd make a fire team. Yeah. Fast
- 20:03forward three years from from that day.
- 20:06Um, now we're owning like a
- 20:07multi-million dollar brand. And then
- 20:09yeah, we met first time in ballet
- 20:11literally like one and a half year after
- 20:13working together.
- 20:14>> Yeah, that's really cool. So what what
- 20:16is that community like? Where how did
- 20:18you find that community where you met
- 20:19each other?
- 20:20>> Yeah, so we were in an online e-commerce
- 20:22community like about with other people
- 20:24selling products online. So now we'll go
- 20:26see the ice bath, sauna, steam room. All
- 20:28these things help you think so clearly
- 20:30afterwards. Do a sauna and go back home
- 20:32and work. You think so clearly. Reduces
- 20:34all the brain fog for me. Makes me work
- 20:36more efficiently.
- 20:37>> Yeah, fully agreed. But I feel like
- 20:39after working a few hours, it takes so
- 20:41good to do this quickly, then go back to
- 20:43work. You start a new day kind of.
- 20:45>> Yeah. Got the sauna here. It's one of
- 20:46the biggest saunas in Bali. It's uh
- 20:48amazing.
- 20:51>> It's beautiful. So, we go ice bath now.
- 20:53Woo.
- 20:55Nice.
- 20:58Cold 10°. So many benefits though to ice
- 21:01bath. The muscle recovery. Um loads of
- 21:04benefits. Reducing inflammation. Loads
- 21:06of benefits to doing an ice bath. Icing
- 21:08your balls can boost testosterone as
- 21:09well. Loads of things you can do. Let's
- 21:12go.
- 21:13>> Yeah, it's uh it's thing that I really
- 21:15love. But I usually do sauna first, but
- 21:17Leo wanted to [laughter]
- 21:18>> One thing I do like to do, I like to ice
- 21:20the balls before going in the sauna
- 21:22because sauna can affect fertility in
- 21:24your balls if you do sauna too long. So,
- 21:27I like to make the the testicles cold
- 21:29and then go in the sauna.
- 21:30>> Oh, that's why. [laughter]
- 21:32Smart guy. Okay, we go sauna. Wow, this
- 21:37is this is the nice part
- 21:40even in Bali when people say like why
- 21:42would you do SA it's so hot outside but
- 21:45uh it's different. Do you have any
- 21:46advice you would give to your younger
- 21:48self?
- 21:48>> Yeah, absolutely. I think the number one
- 21:50thing I'd say to people who want to work
- 21:52online is go move out your hometown. I
- 21:54think in your hometown you get too
- 21:56comfortable. You around people you know.
- 21:58You're around people maybe with smaller
- 21:59mindsets than you. People who won't want
- 22:00to think big. People who want to drag
- 22:02you down. So I think the best advice is
- 22:04go somewhere like Bali, Dubai, somewhere
- 22:06that's going to push you out your
- 22:07comfort zone and push you to be a better
- 22:09person, a better entrepreneur and make
- 22:10you push harder. Be around entrepreneurs
- 22:13with similar mindset 100% agree and we
- 22:16have nice someone also. So that's a
- 22:18benefit.
- 22:19>> So you talked about like fertility. So
- 22:21are you thinking of having kids and
- 22:23would you raise them in Bali?
- 22:24>> Yeah, definitely. I think I want to have
- 22:26children this year or next year. I think
- 22:28for the first few years, I think ballet
- 22:30would be amazing for the children, but
- 22:31as they get towards the school age, I
- 22:33think it would be probably better to
- 22:35move back to England, get build a
- 22:37business here, make loads of money, and
- 22:39then move back to England and um get um
- 22:41a really big house for the children and
- 22:43amazing amazing place for the children.
- 22:45You think England is still a good place
- 22:47to grow a family?
- 22:48>> Yeah, England has its problems.
- 22:50Definitely on social media, people
- 22:51always are trying to point out its
- 22:52problems, but at the end of the day,
- 22:54where I'm from, York, it's a very safe
- 22:56city. It's one of the safer cities in in
- 22:58England. It's got its problems, the UK,
- 23:00but Bali's got it problems. You could
- 23:01say there's lack of infrastructure in
- 23:02Bali. Some of the roads are a bit bumpy.
- 23:05Um like England, there's high taxes.
- 23:07There's crime on the rise. But like I
- 23:09say, from my city, it is relatively
- 23:11safe. I think it would be very good for
- 23:12children. Every place has got its pros
- 23:15and cons. Bali is very good for
- 23:17hustling, building, maximizing health,
- 23:19maximizing money. I think the UK is very
- 23:22good for raising a family and raising
- 23:23children. And uh where is your
- 23:25girlfriend from?
- 23:26>> Yeah, my girlfriend's from the
- 23:28Philippines. We met in the Philippines
- 23:29while I was traveling. Uh yes, she's
- 23:31amazing amazing woman and uh wish to
- 23:34have children with her.
- 23:35>> You think uh like she will be happy to
- 23:37move to UK?
- 23:38>> Yeah, we've already spoke about it.
- 23:40She's she's been to the UK before and
- 23:41then the next time we applied she got
- 23:43her visa rejected which was unfortunate.
- 23:44So I've had to apply again. But yeah,
- 23:46she's happy to raise children in the UK
- 23:48with me because she again she
- 23:50understands it's a lot more stable even
- 23:52compared to the Philippines. Philippines
- 23:53is very underdeveloped if we were to
- 23:55raise children there. Lack of hospitals,
- 23:56lack of infrastructure, um, lack of
- 23:59well-built roads, things like this. So,
- 24:01I think the UK would be better to raise
- 24:02our children rather than Philippines or
- 24:05or Bali. But for the I mean, for the
- 24:07first few years, Bali and then as they
- 24:08get older, UK.
- 24:10>> Yeah. Yeah, makes sense. Well, keep us
- 24:12updated with that.
- 24:13>> Yeah, [laughter] for sure. We just got
- 24:16food looks good. Not very cheap, but uh
- 24:19yeah, Leo likes it at least. How much
- 24:21you spend in Bali? like every month
- 24:23total.
- 24:23>> Yeah. So, people think Bali's cheap, but
- 24:25I spend up to $10 to $20,000 a month in
- 24:28Bali. This is obviously like a top tier
- 24:30lifestyle. $4,000 villa, $200 gym,
- 24:33flying in business class with my
- 24:35partner. You know, there's a lot to
- 24:36spend if if you've got the budget. I
- 24:39think trying to spend as little as
- 24:41possible is not the way to do it. I
- 24:42think you need to enjoy life. Um, have
- 24:44the best food, eat healthy food, and uh
- 24:46don't be shy to spend. Just make more. I
- 24:48think it's a lot easier to just make
- 24:49more instead of spending less. As I
- 24:51mentioned before, I think the best skill
- 24:52you can learn is going viral on social
- 24:54media. If you can go viral, you can go
- 24:56and make $10,000, $20,000 the first or
- 24:58second month working online. This is
- 25:00literally what we do for creators. We've
- 25:02had creators like OPM earn $25,000 in
- 25:04the last 30 days. He only started with
- 25:06us 3 months ago. It's crazy. So, if you
- 25:08do want to join our creator team, we are
- 25:10accepting a limited amount of
- 25:11applications at the moment. You can DM
- 25:13me at Leo StillGo on Instagram.
- 25:15>> So, what else you usually do in Bali in
- 25:17like daily life than gym and work? Yeah,
- 25:19mainly just gym work, stay focused, stay
- 25:22locked in, but we do do other things. We
- 25:23go to nice restaurants. We like to go to
- 25:26expensive restaurants, like to watch
- 25:27sunset, um drive through the rice
- 25:30fields, have nice walks. Honestly, just
- 25:32things that make um calm the mind, make
- 25:34it nice and peaceful, go for massages,
- 25:36and then I can just think clearer the
- 25:38next day and focus on work even better.
- 25:40>> It's a nice lifestyle.
- 25:42>> Yeah, I think in Bali you got such a
- 25:43good work life balance. you can work so
- 25:45hard and then you can go do an activity
- 25:47that can completely reset you. A lovely
- 25:49massage that can just relax the mind and
- 25:51you're just thinking so much clearer the
- 25:53next day because you don't have any
- 25:54stress um any stress hanging hanging you
- 25:56down.
- 25:56>> Yeah, exactly. What do you say like you
- 25:59also try living in Dubai, Thailand, like
- 26:01different places. How does that compare
- 26:03to Bali?
- 26:04>> Yeah, Dubai. I love Dubai. It's got
- 26:06really big money energy. You know, you
- 26:08think big. You got surrounded by the
- 26:09luxury cars. I love driving as well the
- 26:11luxury cars with my business partner. We
- 26:14um drove some like amazing cars. So I
- 26:16love Dubai. I think it's definitely up
- 26:17there my top three favorite. Thailand
- 26:19again in my top three favorite. I love
- 26:20the M Thai in Thailand. But overall I
- 26:22think Bali is the best because it's got
- 26:24amazing air quality. You got the nature.
- 26:26You got incredible gyms and you can just
- 26:28stay super optimized. The gym's really
- 26:30close by as well. So you don't have to
- 26:31waste time driving and doing all these
- 26:33things. You can maximize the work hours,
- 26:35maximize the input while also maximizing
- 26:36your health for your health max.
- 26:38>> Yeah. [laughter] Yeah. I definitely
- 26:40agree. Like it's just so simple here.
- 26:41Like everything is close by. You can
- 26:43live exactly how you want there. I also
- 26:45love it. And what about like uh is there
- 26:47anything that you don't like about Bali?
- 26:49Something that is a bit struggle or
- 26:51annoying or something?
- 26:53>> Yeah, there's really not many downsides
- 26:55and one say the only downside I would
- 26:57say is possibly the infrastructure.
- 26:59Sometimes the roads are not built as
- 27:00well. Motorbike accidents are also more
- 27:03common than car accidents. So, it's a
- 27:04bit more dangerous on the bike compared
- 27:06to a car. I say they're the only two
- 27:07downsides. Other than that, I love it. I
- 27:10love Bali. Really,
- 27:11>> thanks for the video.
- 27:12>> Thank you. Thank you. It's an honor.
- 27:12>> Yeah. Yeah. So, hope you enjoyed the
- 27:15video. Yeah. If you want to DM Leo, if
- 27:17you want to join the creator team or
- 27:18whatever, connect with Leo, feel free.
- 27:21And uh yeah, thanks for watching. See
- 27:23you in the next one. Like a subscribe.
